UNDERSTANDING SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY Pt 2

So we are looking at the subject of authority. And so last Sunday we began with the introductory part of the teaching, and I touched what I titooed understanding spiritual authority. Glory to go. Tonight, I want to begin to deal with the five levels of authority. Remember I told you that there are five levels of authority, the believers of authority, the priestly authority, the kingly authority, the ministerial authority, and then sovereign authority. Of course, only God sits in that place of the exercise of sovereign authority what He has given us the privilege to exercise the four other levels or dimensions of authority. But that's the way of recap very quickly, let me remind us of some of the things we touched. Number one, in dealing with the concept. Of authority, we said, for authority to find expression, fourteenths must be in place. If you don't understand these fourteens, you don't understand the concept of authority. Hallelujah. And we said, the first is power. If there's no power, there can be no authority, because authority itself is the right to use power. And so for authority to be in place. Power must be first of all established. And I told you power is the ability to option, orchestrate or produce possibilities. Anybody that has the ability. To produce, to occasion, or to generate any form of possibility has a dimension or a measure of power. And for the purpose of clarity, I said, in the New Testament, they are four basic expressions of power. The first is what the Bible calls In the Greek Dunamish Act, chapter one, verse eight, you find that reference is that you shall receive the Holy goes and power, and you shall be a witnesses on to me in Jerusalem, in Judea, in Samaria, and in the autum. Most part of the earth. And I said, this dimension of power is the ability to create change. Anybody who generates a power that produces change is actually releasing what. Is called dunamis. And that's why dunamis is called miracle working power, because it's a power responsible for generating change. It said. The second dimension of power is what the Bible calls energia. And you find that in Philippians to efficients one nineteen, and Thegea simply speaks of power for activity or active power or power for productivity. That's the word energea, he said, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us world or believe according to the working of His mighty power. So it speaks of ability to produce. You know, it's wanting for you to be able to. Change, create a change, and. It's another thing for you to have the ability to stay active. For instance, you walk into the auditorium, that's a form of power. That's the dimension of power. You produce energy to walk, and you see it's also possible for you to be able to cross a change, maybe on your car drive from one location to another, or maybe in the spiritual context, pray for a tu more and the ture de materializes. The power that the materialized that tumor is dunamis. But the power you have to talk for the tumor to hear and the materialize is an ergia. So you see that in one activity they are different dimensions. You can have dunamis were if you talk to most can't dematterialize. But you may not have the ability to talk. It's when you talk that you generate or release the power to de materialize something. So Enegea is power for productivity or power for activity. And that's the power one of the powers that was released when Jesus was raised from the dead. To be quickened to become active. And then I said the third word or dimension of power, it's what the Bible calls ischus. And I said, this power is the power for resilience, strength, and stamina. The ability to endeal is a dimension of power. You study efficients chapter six, verse ten, you find the word is schools. There the Bible uses mightyre forcus it's maybe strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. It's called stamina. And I'm going to try to put them in experiential contexts. You have the ability to speak to tumor if the materializes, that is what dunamis. The energy to talk, to create, produce sound is what and agia And then what if there are twenty two mores for you to be materialized. You're gonna be there talking to twenty people. What if they are thirty, What if there are one hundred, What if they are two hundred, What if they are three hundred. Dunamis can change the tumor. And AGEA helps you to talk, but you need stamina to remain so one activity, three dimensions of power. Are you seeing the way these things are intricately connected. That's also the stamina you have to survive. Crisis when something hits you. The ability to stand in the face of warfare is a power. You may not be able to deal with the demons, but they can't weary you out. Whatever said and throws at you, you are standing. Whatever challenge you have, you are standing. There are many people who are weak. They least challenge their face. They throw in the tower and they just give up. But whenever they are in action they are volati. You say, somebody who starts the ministry in two years, everywhere is packed. They are doing crusades, shutting down steadia mighty move of God. Then he has his first attack, maybe his scandor or maybe somebody walks away from him and they die, gives up, and you are wandering what you that God is using so mightily. He doesn't have his schools. There is dunamis, lot of change happening, there's energinia productivity, but one attack shuts him down. Somebody starts four businesses. In one all of them doing well, and you are like, what's going on here. This guy is doing well. Five years later, you can't trace him anywhere. It's like a shooting start because there's no stamina. That's the dimension of power, for stamina, for endr rans, it's called inscus. And then I said the fourth dimension of power is kratus, and kratus is prevailing. Power is the power not just to endear attacks and the position. But to counter them. You know, Satan can hit you for a season, but the point comes when you say enough is enough, Hey CTA, get out of here. So you need to be able to prevail. You need to be able to rise off against the position. There are people who don't have the ability to rise off. They Happendorans fifty years they're in that crisis. They say, God, this Ephinos twenty years. They are there. The quality of their lives have reduced so. Drastically what they are there or they know and then will hold on't did they die? Why? And your rans is good? It's not where you should remain and der Auntie, intervention comes and dear Auntie, change happens. Don't die there, sir. But there are some of us that. When you hit for a while, we will stand up and say, hey, what's your problem. Enough is enough, so there is also power to prevail if these four operations are not happening in your life, your way, your own maximized life. It's got Kratos efficient sixteens also mentions cratus. It's they be strong in the Lord and in the cratos of his inqus because we need these two things to survive warfare. On one side, you endear. On another side you can rise up, because if you're only in theory, you'll become a punching back. It then needs to come where you stand up as the enough is enough. These are the raw materials for authority. Any we are the authority. One, two, three, or four of these powers are the raw material deployed. So when we say authority, it is the right to use these powers. Anybody who has authority has the right to use power. Authority is the right to use power. Let the thing sink into you very deeply. Number two. Whether for authority to be in place, there must be what we call jurisdiction. Only God, who opperates at the souvereime realm of authority, functions without jurisdiction. Every other person in authority has jurisdiction where he functions. If your authority has no jurisdiction, then his soffering authority every or that dimension of authority requires jurisdiction. And you read your Bible, you find it Genesis one to the eight. In fact, yes, for the the first time, God gave man dominion instead. And God bless them. And God said, be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth, not heaven, and subdue it. And have dominion authority over what fish of the sea, birds of hours of the air. And every livid in that creeped upon the face of the earth. So he had authority over air, land and water, air dam didn't have authority in the spirit rend. And the reason is simple. God didn't give him that authority, and he didn't even need it because demons were not giving clearance to function there. That's why when Setin came into the garden, his presence was useless. There was no sick person in the garden. There was no earthquait dear, this was their boy. Couldn't do anything because God didn't allow it. It was Adam's rebellion that opened the heath to spirit participation on the airth tram. Only God and angels authorized with have the functioning on earth if Adam didn't open the door. So God didn't give Adam authority to function in the spirit realm. His authority was. Over the air, the land, and the water, and the Brother maximized it. He stood up one day and someone all the animals come here, and they were coming. Yes, sir, your name is lion, your name is tiger, your name is hospital. He named all of them. That's their names. You can't challenge him. He has jurisdiction over the fowls, over the creeping things on the earth. And so long as there was jurisdiction, power would respond when he talks. That's authority. But you see when Jesus came, he upgraded the jurisdiction because now demons and principalities have received access to work in the earth. You know Satan was speaking, is that bow to me. I will give you all the glories of the earth, for it has been given to me. Jesus didn't argue with him, in fact, Paul causing him in Second Korenthians for three, the god of this world so set and non participats here. Principalities are here. So the last Adam does not only have jurisdiction over in London water. Otherwise you and I will be victims of demons. So what did God do? He heightened the authority jurisdiction level. So now we can interact and deal in the spirit realm, over the terrestrial demons and over the princes in the second heaven. So the Bible says in efficients to the six that we are sited with Christ in heavenly places, and that heavenly places in ephicients one, twenty and twenty one, he said, is far above principalities and power. Some teachers still use the authority of the first Adam, you'll be a victim. Jurisdiction has increased. The first Adom had authority over air, land, water. The second Edom has authority over demons and the heavenly plasis. This is why Paul said, where relation not against. Principalities and powers, but against the rulers of the darkness of this world and against us. We had in the exercise of authority. So long as you stay within those jurisdiction your authority we walk. But if you step out of those jurisdictions, you have the problem. That's why I told you last week that God didn't tell you to go and bring out demons from hell or princes that were chained under the heath and punish them. God didn't even tell you that when you cast out the demon, you should dictate where he goes to, because there are some of us here when we are fighting. We approved demons from under the earth and from health fire and bring them out to torment them because of what they did. When the gospel has not come. There are some of us when we cast out devils, were imprison them and then they're going nowhere. They are locked up for the next two hundred years. Jesus, they didn't give us that jurisdiction is that when an evil spirit is gone out of a man, it has liperty to move around in dry places. So your job is to cast out devils, not to change demons. Your job is to deal with princes and demons that are in your space, namely atle realm and the heavenly places where you sit with Christ. You are not in heir. Leave them alone, glory to go. So understand this jurisdiction. And number two, God didn't give you authority over man, so don't come and say your command somebody to change his will. You don't have that jurisdiction. You can persuade men, You can enlighten men to take decisions. And when men use their will to submit one in theation, then on the strength of their willful submission to that institution, they can follow the loss of those institutions. But when their will is not used, you have no power to subjugate it. I don't know who was showing me a clip. Presently a brother went, see a brother to the office of his boss and stood there. Maybe he had fasted for twenty one days, only God knows, and saying the name of the God of heaven, I command you now to do what and what whether to sign something? And if it doesn't sign the God that gave him life, he's using authority to take it. I say, who is this? The boss looked at him. He didn't even say anything. A few seconds later police officers entered, all security. Set this out of here. Don't make a mess of the gospel. Understand this. Authority works where there is power. Authority walks where there is jurisdiction. And then number three, for authority to walk, it must be delegated. So when you speak authority, it is all leys about delegation. Authority that is not delegated cannot be exercised. It is a most in the game of authority that it must be delegated to be deployed. The first man was given authority. Even Jesus had to be delegated authority when it was on earth. He said in much of twenty Adverse eighteen, all power in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Any Where you hear authority, one word you'll find is given, given, given. Authority is only exercise when given. If it is not given, it can be exercised. I told you power is narrated, but authority is given. And so before you exercise and you authority, you must find out was this authority delegated. If it is not delegated, don't exercise it. You will make a mess of yourself. Are you following Look six six, look ten six eighteen nineteen that we just read, Behold, I give you power. Even Certain was working on the earth, he couldn't do anything on the air. Dam thenlegated is authority to Certain. That's why when he was speaking to Jesus, he said, all the authority and the glory of this world. Has been given to me. So anybody who is killed in authority understands these things. I tell you there must be power, that must be jurisdiction. And there must be delegation. And then finally, I said, for authority to walk, there must be submission. Nobody gives authority to anybody who is not willing to first of all, submit to that authority. Is the degree to with you submit to authority that determines so much of it you can wield. You wield authority to the degree of your submission, even delegated ones. So it's not enough that you are in your jurisdiction. It's not enough that it was delegated. It's not enough that power was made available. For that authority to work, you must first of all be submitted to that authority. You read your Bible match you eight nine to eleven. The central on told Jesus is that for I am a man, were on the authority. If you are not on the authority, you can wield authority your position relative to authorities. Under only those who are under authority can exercise authority. You can be on top of authority and excess authority. I am a man on the authority. Ten He switched, having soldiers under me. I said to this man, go he go it. I said to another come, he commented, and to my servant, do this, and he do it it. So if he was not under that authority, authority cannot function through him. Most people want to wield authority, and they read scriptures. They see that this authority truly was given to them. But when they will it, they don't have results. And they wanted to why are we not getting answers. It's not because the authority was not given. You are not under that authority. So it's important to understand this. You will authority to the degree that you are submitted to authority. In Second Corinthians ten, verse five and six, is that when your. Obedience is complete. Verse six, in particular, if they then you can avenge disobedience. So for authority to walk, there must be power available, There must be jurisdiction defined, it must be delegated officially, and you must be submitted under that authority. This is the basic concept that defines the reality cord authority. And then we went further to look. At the dimensions of authority, because they are different aspects to the subject of authority. And I said, there are four basic dimensions to authority. I said, Number one is excusia. And I said, excusia is the authority that gives you the right to represent another. This is a dimension of authority. Lawyers will understand this very well. Somebody goes to court, he doesn't speak for himself. The lawyer stands in his place and argues the case for him. Whether he wins or loses depends on how effective that lawyer is. That lawyer speaks on his behalf. It's God's delegation, is the power of antony. That's the first dimension of authority. And so the authority we wield is not ours, is God's authority. So when you stand there, you must have the consciousness that when I stand here, I stand. On the behalf of God. I told you many people don't understand these basic things, so when they go out, they are afraid that they will be hot. Say, the way Jesus puts it in Look ten nineteen is that I give you power over to tread upon serpents, ands copions, and over every power of the enemy. And he added the clause, he said, nothing shap by any means to you, because when you are operating in Exusiah, you are not there for yourself. Hope you know the criminal that the lawyer is defending. When on the proven guilty innocent the person the client that the lawyer is defending. If the sentence that that person for ten years imprisonment, the lawyer will step aside. The police will cough the person. You don't trut you the lawyer. The lawyer is rep so when you strike certain, he can't strike you back. If he wants to strike you, God's shows up. You are representing God. The reason of the first exercise authority and sofar backlashes is because we don't know the meaning of exusia. That's why you have audacity. You go from nation to nation. You're content with all kinds of forces. You return on scale. Why, because you are representing God. Any arrow shot at you is God that receives it. Your job is to stand there, melt declaration, there, you say it, get off from there. Then they go on plan and strategized when they want to hit you, and then shows off. The only good shows off and it looks as if you're invincible. Yes, because you are representing God. You don't take the black lashes. You don't tet the glory. If that person who the lawyer represents is discharged and are preached. It is the person that takes all that the court gives or authorizes to be given. So good, the glory and the blacklashes goes to God. Your job is just to be there to give commands. This is what excusia is. And that's the first dimension. Of authority that we have behold. I give you excusiah look ten nineteen. So when you are dealing with demons, you are not dealing with them by power. You are dealing with them by your authority. If you were denning with demons by power, you will fight too. They don't get tired of those creatures. They will fight with you for a hundred years and still be active. They don't get tired. But when you stand before a demo, you are releasing God's power. You have the right to release it because it's authority you used to contend with demons. Glory to God. That's exusia. Then the second dimension of authority I said, is called al k and what that means is rulership. And this dimension of rulership means pre eminence, fast in rank. What it means is that you are the head, not the day. There is something God that's put upon your life that gives you an advantage that whenever you show up, it brings you forward. You have the right to accept. You have the right to be on top. You have the right to be fast, You have the right to prosper. When it gave you authority, He made your success. Not to be a privilege, but he right. So so long as you are within jurisdiction, it has already been declared that you cannot be deleased. You cannot be behind, you cannot be detailed, you cannot be at the back. This is why when you strive, don't strive hope paintings. We walk, strive knowing things we walk. I wrote something last week. I said we are kept by messy. But we want we leave by faith. We leave by faith. Think when we stand here and we are making declarations, sometimes you will think all the money is in the bank, is in our account. You will think all of the connection on it it's with us. You will literally think we have we we we are arrogant. Well, why is this guy talking as if nothing can happen to him? He is an understanding. My job is to be bold and declare banking that God will intervene. Understand this. It is that I have seen an abomination under the song. What is the abomination? Princes are tracking, why beggars are riding on horses? It is why anywhere you enter, believe that the top is meant for you. I'm telling you believe it. I'm not saying don't, sir, no, sir, go through process. But you are not a metocre. Your place is not at the back. Don't let anybody deceive you. See this is what the sons of the bond woman understands. The entire city. They say, we are taking it. Don't give us done. This is our land. It's a concept. That's how king on walks. Why do you think when you pray you said that kingdom come. Do you know the meaning? It means you are of prouting whatever influence that was there and substitutinity for God. This is kid no al kay premier eminens. I know you. A few scriptures were that word was used Collosians one sixteen. That's the word for principalities. First in rock, he said, by him, where all things created in heaven and in earth visible one invincible, whether the betrons or dominions or principalities. The word principalities is the world. Okay, So when God created you, the least he expected you to be is a principality. You know. The man in the Guardian was created the dominion Genesis one twenty. When he said let them have dominion, he was actually making them dominions. So no matter how bad. Your situation is, you are the head, not the day. You are the first, not the last. That's your place. There is a power in you that makes it happen. It can or pread through wisdom, through favor, whatever means. But one way or the other, give yourself time. You will go forward. And I use this opportunity to prophesy to anybody that's certain is deceiving that he's finished. The Bible said, there's hope boy three that is cut down at the scent of water, it will sprout again. I decree overy you right up to the top number three, I said. The top dimension of authority is what the Bible. God curio tastes. It means majesty. You know, God is gracious. God is so gracious. The word curiotis is also the word for dominion. So when God created you, he robbed off some of his glory on your life. He robbed off some of his majesty on your life. What do you think is God? He is the king of kings? Who are those kings? That is kinging over? Is you wanna? And you can be a king without majesty? So there is an honor that God puts upon your life. See, it's not everything you do by declaring. There are certain things you think you do or command because of the honor that is on your life. So when they say, ah, engineer dummy is involved, they say if he are you sure? Is he the one? Okay, no problem, If it's the one, just go ahead. He didn't say anything, He is not even aware. But the moment your name is mentioned, those open I don't want to what happened. I'm telling you think money is the lowest currency in the spirit. I will show you. The twelfth currency is hospitual money is the least. There are things you buy with influence. There are things you buye with favor. They are things you buy with honor. They honor God gave you. Do you know some persons can be adopted and approved to do something just because somebody saw them with you, are you the one? I saw with this and this person if it's you God, They didn't even know whether you have relationship. But there's something on the person that anything is part of. Did you not read your Bible? He said, whatsoever he do it? It's a prosper. You think it's economic intelligence. They are forces mobilized. And one of the words God increases you is by giving you this type of authority or the. Wise you go explain tire. Ha ha ha. There are certain businesses you want to do. When they just man show your name, everybody says, now God, leave them, leave them now God. They don't don't know why they call you or God. There's something, sir. It's authority. Other politicians are God. When you show up, everybody's they don't know why. It's majesty. There are two hundred of puzzles. When you came, everywhere has cata. It's not annointing, Ugh, I'm telling you most times some people sitting are more annointed than you. But there's glory, there's influence. That's authority. That's why the Summits prayer was my own. Oh Lord, he said, thou has said shorted like the horn of their unicorn. There's something that sets you apart. It's majesty. You know the prayer of Jesus in John seventeen, verse twenty two, it said, the glory you gave me, I'm giving them their glory, the glory you gave me. I've thought you here before. When we say God does not share his glory, is the praise for the things he does. Because they are five words for glory. One of it is praise. So when somebody is healed here, when somebody is delivered, we are not gonna claim we are the ones who says God that did it. That's what God does not share. But that's not all. Glory means. Glory also means essence. Glory also means meaning. Glory also means nature. God robs off all of those on us. In fact, Peter made it clara. He said, we are protect us of the God kind. We are protect ers. That means we share a measure of His divinity. It's much. That's authority. I'm telling you there are things that will happen in your life, even you who know how, you who know why. It's something God put on you. Two hundred people who applied for visa, they looked at your face and they say I proved this one. You don't know who is in charge of the visa. You have no connection there, but there's something on your face. There's permitted application for a contract. They are checking. They are checking your name. They moment they oput your fire. Your name rises like mache man, as if there's muscle, as if there's muscle on your name. And the person looks at your name is who is this person? Give him the contract. It's not lobbying, it's not God. It's a polit design. Anywhere you enter, you stand tall. Any Where you are called, you stand tall. I don't know who I'm talking to tonight, but in the name of things of the Lord, let that place come. Upon you, to minium, to minium. This is what we call glory poss that. Every star have different glories, so they have different kinds of authority. That's like this, with every man different glory. You're tring level is increasing. I say, your authority level is increasing. In the name of Jesus. I've seen a lead to measure of it. Little. They are nations. We are going to people here that we are coming they shut down, some are bringing money, some are donating themselves to SAP and you they never know you from anywhere, but it's coming. Then will shut down. They don't even want to see you. They give money, they give. Time, they give everything. It has to do with this person. Let it walk. It's an authority time. He's not have the authority that is for casting off DeVos. There's an authority that is anathmost fair. You come like a where we eat. You know what tornado doesn't care about weather. Any direction it follows is the weather. The authorities are exclus here al ka cooliotes. And then pasilia. That's the last form of authority. Pasilia. This one is the power to reign the king through life, romance, life sible team. If their wit receives abundance of grace and of the gifts of righteousness Shah basilios in life. These are the type of people that they don't just have majesty. We are people. Honor them. There's something about them that changes things. Anyway they come, it was not working. It starts walking. That means it's not just men. Now even circumstances. Honor them. They just come. Things begin to walk. If they are part of it, it works. Many years ago, I was listening to a man of God and it said some people opened their company, and they called him and said, we want to make you member of the board of directors. Don't contribute anything. You are a non executive member. Any proceed will share with you. We just want your name to be part of the company. That's your equity, your name and your receiving cheers. It's called really they know that if you are involved to walk. Did you not read Paul? They were in a shipwreck and for a thing, there's nobody act. And posstood up said, be of good cheer men and brethren. He said, my God, whom I saw and whose I am worked by me yesterday, said there will be no loss of life. The logic gotting for the guide to do. The security just to do was to kill every prisoner, not to escape me. But they took command from Paul. He's not an officer. But because he said nobody would die, the man say, okay, who should the prisoners? Because he was there, nobody died. That's raining circumstances. Respond to them. Look at some of these giant and gigantic ministries that some of our fathers are running. You think his administration that is running it. Why do you think when some of them dies. The ministry shrinks. Administration is the intact but there is something they carry. Nobody has grown into it. There isn't nobody thinks to rebel. There isn't nobody tries to subtype the system. It's because the man is just there. He's just there. He just needs to be around. Everything will be there. It's called raining. And you don't just reign over circumstance. Your reign over spirits. There are people that when they come. To a place, demons behave themselves. You don't know. Jesus entered the Thebannac and all the demons master nobody's casting devil. He just entered. You are here or you came before your time? At least you should have a lot of us enjoy the Madman of Gadara that they were tiny chains. Jesus shows up and take. Tim run to him. If he enters down, everybody shut down. You don't know them. Zo. You went to theology. They said, to cast out demons, you must saying the name of Jesus. You went on. The Poe comes and that you hear rumor in the demonic real that the advice doors. This week, every epileptic patient, every math person should be in order activity shut down. Paul is around, because Jesus, we know Paul, we know who are you. It's not theologist, it's authority Basilios. So move from Exusia to our care, to Curiotes, then to Basilios. How can your company fail? Somebody wants to cheat when he remembers your name, mister Luke, this is the wrong thing to do. Oh a a isaia fifty four or fifteen. The Bible says, surely they will Gada. He said, I'm not involved. He said, boy, here this there will be four for your sick. That's God's week. Behold, there surely gadda together, not by me. I'm not involved. However, even though I'm not involved, there's some on you. That everyone who gathered against you, we fall not for my sake, for your sake. You know why the Bible say, eyes, I've not seen. Yes, I've not had what God has prepared for them that love him. Authority. This is why you must grow in authority. Make up your mind to grow in authority. I showed you the purpose of authority, but I don't have time. You get the last message. Let's go into the levels of authority. Number one, the believers authority. Number two, the priestly authority. Number three the kingly authority. Every believer must walk in these three levels. Every believer, believersority, priestly authority, kingly authority. Every believer must work in these three authorities. Then some who are separated for the purpose of. Ministry will now add ministeria authority, because these are the four levels of authority available to man. Wherever sector God places you, you must function in this authority. Whether you're a government agent, a businessman, a politician, a lecture, wherever you find yourself, you must work in these authorities, and of course God alone seats in sovereign authority. Now quickly, let's look at the believers authority. What we read in Luke ten nineteen is actually for every believer, and that's where the journey of authority begins from. It actually begins from John one twelfth. Let's read that John one read from West ten. Let's read from West ten. He was in the world. The word was made by him, and the world knew him. Not he came onto his own. His own received him, not Wes twoelf, but as many as received him to them. He gave what power to become the sons of God. He gave power to become the sons of God. The word power there is the word Excusaiah is the first layer of authority, and every believer is respecter to opperate here. These are the operations of the believers authority. The believer has authority, authority to represent God's. Interests on the face of the earth. In fact, we are here to represent God. Somebody is demonized, I can cast out the devil. Somebody is frustrated. I can pray and things happen. But I won't do it for somebody, and myself becomes a victory. So on one side I enforce it, on another side I leave it. Are you following Number three? It empowers you to resist and to overcome the devil and spiritual oppositions. Without that authority, we cannot effectively preach the gospel. Finally, the believer's authority is purposed to bring Heaven to act through prayer, through faith, and through right trust. Leaving Matthew five ve'sse thirteen to sixteen, say you are the sort of the earth. If it sort loses his sample, we are, which are even sorted again, it is good for nothing. So it is cast out, and men tramp on the foot. You are the light of the world, the city set upon the heat that cannot be hit. And so everybody, every one of us, who is a believer in Christ, must become aware that we have authority. We must understand the requirements of operating in that authority. We must understand the purpose, all the purposes of that authority. And then we must understand the operational exercise of that authority. We have prayer that authority through warfare, through prophetic declaration, and through obedience. That's the operational dynamics. When you're in warfare, you release it. You can release it through prophetic declaration. That's why don't wait for a profit to meet you before somebody talks over your business. When you wake up in the morning, stand up and saying the name. Of Jesus, my business is striving. No devil can frustrate it. All the partners that require are coming. Don't wait for a profit. You may not find one. Eli release authority to prophetic degrees. When your talk power is released. Authority is the right to. Use power becauscious, speak over your health, speak over your family. The second level of the operation of the Believers authority is sustained consciousness. You must know what you are doing is not rich on us. Have the consciousness of a victim. So in the operation of the Believers authority, you begin with declaration. Then you graduate into sustained consciousness.
