It's not every plant in the forest, you see, they are certain plants that become visible at twelfth midnight, and so they will to be sarching for those plants. They new where all of the gates and the codes are kept. And so they didn't just pack that city because they found it. They started it because led them there. And so when God sends you. To the city, you want to speak English. A city built on covenance and intelligence. Do you know what is that? The fundation of canyon that deal is what regulates your appetite. You say, I like this? Who to do you like it? Your slave or feelings? And I like this kind of thing. That's why like what you don't know the programs that warlocks and sages have written because of the intelligence. Or rulers of Duklas. And so when God wants to take a city, he too we raised functionalities. And so the functionali is God raises one of them. The legislators. And so I want to share with you now in another forty minutes the rise of the legislators. What it takes to become a kingdom legislator, knowing that what we do we have to install what. Which is warlocks stages have done. Because of their partnership with principalities, powers, rulers, and spiritual weakness. This is not just reading a book and talking. This is a journey in the spirit. And so if you want to become a kingdom legislator, you will begin from the place of an intercessor. But you see, there's a difference between an intercessor and a prayer warrior. A prayer warrior or a man who prays is somebody that is thought the way of prayer or somebody that has an encounter to start praying, or somebody that belongs to a praying people and so prayer is added to his daily routine. But that you are praying or praying with the praying people does not mean you have become an intercessor. In fact, you can actually pray for people's needs instead. Doesn't make you an intercessor because every believer should pray for one another first, they bear one another's body as you will fulfill the law of Christ. For you to become an intercessor, there are ground rules that must be perfected in your life. And there are six of those rules. Because I don't have time, I won't deep Because this is a map, This is an atlas I want to give you. You may need to hear the message again and write them out and grow. And pattern your life. In another five to seven years. You will be shocked what you become. If you're thinking, I'll say one month, you are a joker. This matter of text years. Even me, I'm still growing and I've not gone far. Praise God, Christian. It is a life. Is there? Motivational preachers and faith preachers that think is speak and take those ones are elementaries in God. If you want to join in God is a life. The first foundational requirement of an intercessor is an accurate revelation of the provisions of Salvation. That's an intercessor must. Know what he received in Salvation, and primary amongst the teams you have received in Salvation is number one justification, number two eternal life, and number three the Holy ghosts. If an intercesson does not have this foundational truth, it will grow and end up a prayer warrior. I'm telling you why many people pray. They are frustrated. In fact, they have so much. Energy, they are shouting, they are screaning, but they are result is so little and the heights they are brought into is not very high because of the deficiency knowledge. Justification is a state in the spirit. Where God, by his sovereignty proclaims over you that because you believe in Christ, you are not just forgiven, but you are declared not guilty and acquitted. So justification is a state above condemnation, and intercess almost know that because. He is in Christ. That's why Paul said, our life is heeding Christ and Christ in God, and intercess almost know that he cannot be victim and intercests almost know that. He's heeding in Christ and Christ in God. Intercess on must know that there is nothing the devil can do to him, not because of whatever he would do, but because. Of what Jesus has done. And so in the corpse of heaven, because of the blood, the testimony of the blood, he has been declared forgiven. And he has not just been declared forgiven. He has also been declared not guilty. He has not just been declared not beauty, but he has been justified that basically has been acquitted. If he knows this, then he will have faith to be able to stand in the cab for others. You cannot dare to. Understand that you are defending somebody else unto yourself is a shot of your own safety. Are wing together. Imagine you are entering the country, your own document is not complete. You are now going to pray that the immigrations will leave somebody else. They look at you and say you are mad, you are not qualified. You are saying which you leave you. They will start dealing with you first. So an intercess on needs to know what Jesus has done for him and what Jesus did for him culminated in justification, and so he doesn't carry gute, he doesn't carry fear, and he doesn't carry condemnation. And then number two, he needs to know that he has the life of God. Because he has the life of God, he is in the class of God. This is why he can come into the company of God and make demands. A baboon can come be a mad demands. He's not in the human class. The reason you can make demand is because you are in the class of men, and so you can ask men for teams. So he needs to know that he. Has eternal life, and eternal life impacts upon him the image of God, so he is in the class of God. And finally, he also needs to know that he has the Holy Spirit because the Holy goss is his helper, because the business is about to prosecute. If he is not help he can not achieve it. These are the foundation, venation and intercessorm So many people think in assession begins with prayer, and they don't know anything about salvation. They don't know anything about the finish works of Christ. When they now go to place of prayer, demons begin to challenge them and fear rises, condemnation rises, and suddenly the moments fear and condemnation rises. The devil knows that he has left his place, and the devil noane begins to money. Polity kind of person will not be strong. And so you must know what has been done for you. And so most of you who want to become legist letters you need to go back and sit down and understand the gostel, because. You may pray into debt. I've seen people who pray. And contended with certain spirits, and because of your ignorance. The spirits kill them. Because they don't know they are rights in Christ. Prayer does not begin with prayer first, It begins with understanding. That's why every time Paul pray for the truth is said that God may grant onto you the spirit or wisdom and revelation in the non leg of Him. It's in Efficients one seventeen and eighteen and nineteen. It's in Colosions that the one vers nine and ten. It's in Philippians that the one verse five to seven. You must first or four have that revelation of who you are in Christ if you want to be in legislator. If not, every journey you make in prayer will be risk number two. Now that you know what God. Has done for you, you must correspond to it by living a certain. Kind of life. And so the second requirement of an intercessor is purity and holy. Diving, because. You have to show that you are reasonable by presenting your body as living sacrifice before you can even come to demand hall load matters every time an intercessi appears before the remo God, there's always a need of siltification and purification. Before the high priest goes into the Holy of holies, he must carry blood as a testimony of purity. In Isaia chapter six, he said, in the year that the Gosaiah died, I saw the Lord and he strength feed the temple. The moment he entered the course of God stop, one of the seraphims took the cause of fire and touched him and said, now your iniquity is poched. If your gunment is not pure, you cannot carry intercession. You are justified, or you must prove it by living a holy life. Did you read in Zachariastatha three from best one to six, is that the high priest too? He said, well, certain was resisting him, because if government was futy and so the high priest was not permitted to do anything in that place. He's the high priest, but. He couldn't carry legislation on the degree was made that let the feuty gament be taken from him. Many people want to do intercession, and they are phonic ketos. They are liars. They think intercession is about, oh. You will be caught off. This is not a joke. The jealousy of spirit is invested in this mattern. And so if it is the way of intercession and legislation you are taking, you must commit yourself to a consecrated life, to purity. If there's no purity, there can be no power. The structure of intercession is viewed on purity. A man that is goverment is. Pay doesn't have the right to bring legislation in the cause of God. Number three, you must have brokenness and humility. Is that a contrite heart and a broken spirit fifty one seventeen That shall not these pies. And so the reason the acurus of God are committed to you is because God looks into your vessel and he finds brokenness. Because the kind of power you want to invoke, it's not the power that can be committed to the problem is a risk. Do you know what it means to. Have authority that when you speak it affects the territory. And then you'll come with pride and full of yourself. And you think, God, we take the risk of giving you that power, so that tomorrow anybody who offency you will kill him. Tomorrow you can become angry and say, have nepord over this city for four years they have not or not be Therefore they get or heavy is locked. And what you said in anger, because God has given you the authority if we do because of that, God will not make the mistake of investing that kind of authority on you, except he first of all sees genuine brokenness. In fact, if you are approaching God with pride, he is the one that would resist you. He said, God resists the proud, but he giveth more grace to the humble. And so they taught foundational requirement of an accessor that we grow on this ladder is brokenness and humidity. This one is not an act before people. This one is God trying. Your hat is the eye the Lord. I try the hat, I test the rays to give to every man. That's the way should be. When we talk pride, it's not just the post food type of pride. They are two dimensions to pride. There is the postfu and arrogant dimension, and there is the sub two dimension. The men that are quiet, you think they are very humble with a lie check their heart? Why they are standing? They think they're better than everybody. They will never call themselves your pastor. They will say they are broad us. But they day you offend them, will they will forgive you. They will be so. Angry that they are offended that you now know that, Oh, this clock of humility is if it's a shard, Because a man who can't forgive is a problem. He had sorts offense so much that he makes himself become like a god. So when you will offend him, he's one thing. How dare you? Why were you not afraid? How did they enter your hat that you are able to think you can defend him? Because you are brought enough to think you can offend him, you must die, you are that's somebody that acts like this. That is hypocrisy. And so that kind of pride is the most dangerous pride because it will take decid meant for you to know that this is a very propose. In fact, when they talk you can pick it. Ninety percent of what they say is about themselves. You no know that this man is bigger than God. God is too spoil in hiss had so many times He's about. Everything they say will be I I I. They will almost ascribe God's glory to themselves. And so when a man wants to rise an intercession, there must be trokenness and humility. I'm showing you why because when the princes come, these are the things they will. Use against you. Because in the corridor of intercession they did with legalities. Hope you know that Jesus, the son of God himself the devil came to him. Those princes are not moved by fast than a prayer. Jesus faster for forty days. That's when the annointe should be volata. In fact, when he entered the tenth to demons began. To scream, but not the prince. The prince came to him and said, if you are the son of God, turn these toones to bread. Why was he not move that Jesus was high or that they are annointed? They are not moved. There is in demon's respond when you are high. It's because they are possessing bodies that are not theirs. So the moment you come with energy, they are cast out. A prince has his own body. He's a fully injured. It's not assessing people. It's territories. It's looking for bow to me, I will give you the whole territory. It's a possessive of territoriess, not bodies. It's a demon that possesses bodies. So when you show up because of intensity, they didn't can't stay there anymore because it's an illegal occupied They will run away. Not a prince. You can finish first ting for forty days. A prince will come and tell to you with timorality. And so you must have purity as a weapon. You must have humility and brokenness as a weapon, because where you want to enter, it's not demons that. Are there, is princes that are there. Number four, you must have sacrifice, and sacrifice in this content context is dead to self. There is nothing any more that is important to you, because anything you hold on to they will use it to bag you. And so when you want to join you on this corridor, they will be checking that thing that you are affiliated to. That's why I was so blessed when past Chad said, yes the day that even they are children, they've given to God. Because if they find. Out that you are attached to anything, haha, they will use that thing to enslave you. And so any man. Who wants to be risks must become a sacrifice. In fact, the heaviest more let you of pristood is sacrifice. There's nothing you cannot not give. Beat money, beat your fame, beat your integrity, anything you can give. Any time, when the spirit sees that you are beginning to approach this reven that's real, it becomes afraid of you. It checks you, your consecration, its swast purity. It looks at you, you are growing in humility and brokenness. It looks at you. Anything you have you give to God. It becomes afraid because he knows that in legislator is about to rise. This man is about to make himself a prisoner of Christ. And if this man succeeds in what he is doing, he's in trouble. That's why many times when God wants to raise these kinds of people, it begins to give them strange laws. It told Abraham get out. Of the country, get out of the kindred, get out of the father's house. Before Abrahm ever created an atter, Abram first of all was stop sacrifice. You have not known these things. That's why what I say, people pray and shouting and doing things, I just laugh. If they know it, they will become more quiet, because this thing will kill you. You have not reached a point where God demands all the money you have you end in a year, not. Because you don't have. Less, not projects a whole year, he said, drops that money on the other. This is not about giveees I've been given on to you. This is teaching you the way of debt and sacrifice. They have not come to the point where every gift you received that should add value to you and increase your reputation God, they give it out. A point came in my life. I became afraid of receiving teams. They give you money, God takes it. They give you a car, God take it. Anything you have. You do not see the way he tempted the Brahm, not tempted to try the Brahm after he's banished the program mark of his Lam. The momentary Bram began to succeed. They only thay Abraham prayed for for twenty five years was what God demanded. That means for twenty five years Abraham was not yet any accessible. It was still prayer warrior. He said, bring Isaac. And at that point Isaac may be eighty years old. So after twenty five years Isaac came eight years later or more. That means over tacked some thing years of prayer. God now shows up as they bring Isaac. It was one Nebrah'm propt Isaac that God now said, now I know what I left my country. You didn't know I left my kindred. You didn't know I left my family. You didn't know. You must give the best team. Until you read that. Point where there's nothing you can withhold from God, he will know you are ready. That's when suddenly they all knowing God, they will assigned God. We certainly begin to study you to know sacrifice. Find out anybody who is a priest. It is after that sacrifice is perfected that you'll now enter the sacrifice of prayer, the sacrifice of praise, and the sacrifice of thanksgiving, because these are the New Testament sacrifices. But for God to see the purity of your prayer, the purity of your praise, and the purity of your tranksgiving. He we know that this thing you are doing, it's not a manipolitive stump to get something in it all, because He has seen that everything you have you are able to give, and you have given. And so when a man begins to lend sacrifice, he's beginning to come into the call it. Door of intercession. If you don't know sacrifice, how can you go to the author and pray for another family for three. Months when you're into the food and money. It is only sacrifice that will teach you how to put yourself aside and. Stand in the guard for another person. And so if a man hasn't master sacrifice, he's not yet glowing into intercession. Number five is stamina. This is not what makes you an intercessor. These are the foundational deporements that God checks before he recludes you into the ranks of intancesscos stamina. Stamina is the ability to stay focused in God's presence until whatever it is God wants to do is achieved. And so if you, as somebody who is praying, anybody that verses you look you are praying and then house friends is distobbing you. You are thinking of many things. Just pray to see what you want to take and go. You are not coming for it. That's not the college of intercession. When God wants to tad you in prayer, sometimes you will be there for several hours before your focus is fine tuned, and God will wait until you become focused the moment you are able to begin to put forcause. That's why I said, the effectual, favent prayer of a righteous man effect you a means productive prayer and is productive because it is single eyed and then it comes with intensity. He said, that's the prayer that produces that make it power available. There are many people who are praying. You can be here for three hours, four hours, five hours. They are turning everywhere. They are not traveled. They are still in this Hale is their weed they are using. When you enter into focus, the rem draws you. A point comes where you are no longer sensitive of the rem that you are praying from. You become sensitive of the rem you are praying to. Because what you want to do is to leap into that rem. And if you take your rapt attention commission committed focus to be able to access that git. And so when a man begins to perfect these things, then God cannot. Admit him into intercession. And so when you have done these five things, then the six thing that happens, which is actually the admission into intercession, is proteins bodings. An intercession does not pray prayers. He prays bodies. He is able to pick the boding in the heart of God. And it is those bodings it praise. When your prayer has come to a point where you can perceive the heart of God, you have become an intucessor. That's why I told you an. Intercessor is not a man who prays. An intercessor is a man who prays from the realm of God. You can pray for ten years, but you have never picked anybody from God. The reason we pray the way we pray is because of bodings. And so it is those bird things that will separate you into different departments. So why all of us are praying. Building purity, duilding, humidity, bringing sacrifices. God will be watching until point comes. If God can trust you and commit himself to you, he may not give you boding for children. You will not discover that that boding wi overwem you. Every time you kneed out, you can weep for the children, or can God. Anything that happus to children will be an arrow to your hat. Even you we not know how it happened, because why you are joining into God, He put that board in your hat. That godding will not begin to define your personality. Every morning you have everything you call ministry, everything you call prayer will be centered around giving a future to you. Dread, you are not praying for them because you love them. You are praying for them because the body has impregmentated you. It is that brodding that becomes your badge as an insuccessor sometimes as you're pressing to God, you will not have bought in for the government, the corruption and the suffering that people are going through where they come the body, because all of those things are in the hat of God. But the way God wants to prove. Secute it, the same way the demons and the princess put their operations in the hat of warlocks. God will now begin to share his heart. Cry to you. That's why you we know that God wants to see the vibor in Kenga. And so the reason you'll be talking vivor, it's not because everybody is preaching vivor. The reason you'll be talking. Vivi is because when you touch the hat of the Father, it was that good thing that you put on your heart. And so every time you pray and talk it will be revival. You are pressing to God and then you tap into a body a budding against poverty. You don't know. Why the churches are poor, the Christians are pau and so you begin to entreat the heavels that something will happen to create a paradigm shift in the life of Christians. That is also in the heart of the Father. But what the Father has done now is that he has shared his heart with you, and so the burdying that is in the heart of God will become the body. That is in your heart. So when you see a man praying with intensity, it's not because he's young. When you see a man. Praying with intensity is the degree to which God is able to impact body into his soul. And so sometimes you will pray and sweat, and the sweat may be like blood. Because God has brought you into the depths of His bodies a point. Well, come you we pray. These bodies will not. Even have portrans you start crying. You will start crying, and when you are not able to talk, the Holy Goest will now take over and begin to grow through you. That's why he said the spirit, help it, help it. Because now God is putting a body on you that your human limitations cannot allow you prosecute it. So the Holy ghost has to take over those body because the Holy cost is the one that such is the heart of the Father. If you can function from the lem of bodies and receive sickness from God, you have become an intercession And it will take a long time in prayer for you to reach that point where you are able to isolate a body from the heart of God. Is very few people that bear the bodyings of God, and so I'm intercessor. It's a budding the era. Now the board thing God gives you. As we begin to prosecute it, you will now notice that the demands to approper getting that thing that God wants to stop will not find you. Then we know that the reason they're beginning to receive. Resistance, it's because you are beginning to fight it. Because they may have access to afflict people with sickness. Until you not have body for sickness, you. Not begin to counter the powers of sickness, counter the spirit or sickress. Point we come the spirits, we know that they are seeing resistances, so they would trace until they we find where that. Arrow is coming from. And so you move from boarding you entire warfare. So your intercession is beginning to match off because your bodding, we attract the warfare because the immorality, it's not a lifestyle. The immorality is a spirit ruling over people. And now you have come to say that kingdom come. That's the statement of war. You are saying no more immorality. And because you said no more immorality, what you are trying to do is that you want to break the dominion of the spirit of immorality. And so that's pleased. We're not rested, because no spirit wants to be on city. There will come for you and find out why did you say so, because when you say lift top your hair, oh you kiss and bire lifted up, you have a last. Thing doors that they kin good glory. We're coming. They will ask you who is the king of clue. This is why God who insist that to have punity, This is why God. We insist that you are humble, because when you end up the level of warfare and the spirit cord that we look for the limitation. But what God has gone is that before you came to warfare, he has furnished you already. That's nothing you are holding onto. You are already a sacrifice. There's not lost in you. He has ham put you already, he has purified you. And so when there's spirity cob they will find nothing. Jesus has said, the please. Of this war come back to me. But they find that nothing. That's that's that's not tracking. Because before you end up warfare, he perfected sacrifice, he perfected punity, he perfected humility. And so when they came, they couldn't find nothing. Because proteins will take you to warfare. There is a prility against the moorality. There's a spirit of perversion, there's a spirit of humorality. There's a spirit of fire less. Every one that becomes your body is ready. For contention, because proteins will take you to warfare. That's why you know you have becommanded. As says, this is why you cannot be part of the trends of the war. Because we are fighting. They are looking for how to kill you in an accident. They are looking for how to read your day. Until you don't have your voice, you don't have the luxury to be like every man. Every journey you go to, you must see the end of that journey before you start, because you know that, oh that can't drive you say. Three, you will be driveled by power. There we come, There we come your dream. There be come your jorney. Then we come to our office, then we come to your business. But when they come you have there's nothing the fire. You have become the creature of power. Everything you do is like the power of this minute. And so when they meding on the road, you are ready. When they meet with the dream, you are ready. When they lead you on the job, you are ready. Any time they come there is something reagie on. You're inside because the Kingdom of God as the common reality of your soul. Calla there gattaire. And so the demots don't look for the preachers of holiness. They don't look for the preatures of prosperity. They'll look for the prayers of holiness. We are the men praying holiness, and the city we are the men praying prosperity. This one was worth those cautler of our problem if they pray, even if nobody preaty to appen, because inven an atmosphere can become an evangelist. And sorry the avout the man preaching is not as important as a man pray. You can preach nothing will happen. But if you pray, something will happen. It's better to pray and not preach than to preach and not pray. And if you are wise, you will both pray and preach. M
