Is caused from malnutrition and from worms 0:14:36.080 --> 0:14:39.400 getting into the child's system. But it's not a diagnosis that requires any 0:14:45.840 --> 0:14:49.000 type of surgery. So Paul gave the pills to the 0:14:49.040 --> 0:14:52.320 little baby went about his way that night. Two o'clock 0:14:52.320 --> 0:14:55.800 in the morning, Paul woke up wide awake thinking about 0:14:55.800 --> 0:14:58.960 that little baby. Through an interpreter, he asked those Kenyan parents, 0:16:07.360 --> 0:16:10.200 can I have permission to operate on your little baby? 0:16:10.600 --> 0:16:12.560 I don't have all the tests to back it up, 0:16:12.760 --> 0:16:17.119 but I can sense something is wrong.
