Oh, you was so blessed, Steptin and he was leading an atmosphere of worship, allelujah. Would have borrowed you a part of my time to just take us further, But how many of us have been blessed so far? I honor every man of God, every woman of God. Please help me honor every servant of the Living God in this place. Allelujah, Praise the name of the Lord Father. Tonight we look up to you. You are the God of all flesh. You are the fountain of wisdom. It is in your light that we see light. A man can receive nothing except it is given onto him from the Lord. So we humble ourselves and we tremble at your word tonight. We pray by the power of your Holy Spirit that your wisdom will come. Let it equip us tonight, Let it empower us tonight. In addition to the thoughts that have come from the various speakers, we pray that you will charge our hearts tonight, and that indeed we will manifest. We will walk in the experience of dominion. We give you all the glory for in Jesus' muchless name. We pray. Can you shout another believing amen, and then please be seated. God, Bless you, God bless you. I'll be teaching along the theme. I was very touched when I saw the theme for the conference because It's a subject that has ministered deeply to me through the years, and it's also been a paston to help God's people understand how to work in dominion and authority. And so I'll be sharing very briefly, and I'm happy that you know we've just watered the soils of our hearts through this session of worship. I'm hoping that the things we are going to be learning, in addition to all that have come through the speakers, will be mosted defying to everyone. You believe that, shout amen. So tonight, I want to lay a foundation for my sessions with you, and I'll be teaching on walking in dominion. So taking the two part series Genesis chapter one, twenty six to twenty eight, Walking in Dominion, I trust that by this teaching someone tonight in the name of Jesus, you will access both wisdom and grace to work in the experience of dominion. If that is you shall loud believing, Amen, and God said Genesis one twenty six. Let us make man in our image and after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the fowl of the air, the cattle, over all the earth, and every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. Just jump to verse twenty eight. Twenty eighty says, and God blessed them and said to them, be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth subdue, and then have dominion. Someone shout, I have dominion. Some eight. Please we'll read from verse one to five, and then begin to share a few things with us. Oh Lord, our Lord, how excellent is your name in all the earth? Who has set that glory above the heavens. Reading to verse five, out of the mouth of babes and sucklings, hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemy, that thou might steal the enemy and. The avenger the stree. When I consider the heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained. Thus four it says, what is man that thou hat mindful of him? And the son of man that thou visitest him? He says, thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and you have crowned him with glory and honor extent of a six. Please, it says thou hast made him to have dominion, said dominion over the works of your hands, and you have put all things under his feet, made the Lord bless the reading of his word in Jesus' name. Believers understand instinctively the concept of dominion and authority. Everyone who's been particularly around the Pentecostal charismatic circles, would have come across this whole concept and idea of dominion. It's been written in books. We've had a series of discussions along this thought across conferences, all in an attempt to get believers to walk in power, to work in grace. We read scriptures all through. The Bible where God mandated believers to work in authority and kingdom power. But the experience in truth is that not many believers have been able to work in the experience of dominion as the Bible mandates that we should. So I know that God placed this in the heart of his servant, because we're stepping into a season where we will manifest kingdom, authority, and. Power end mass. It will not just be a few people. Am I prophes signed over you already that it won't just be trickles of people here, a little there, a little, but it will be a widespread army manifesting on questionable Domini, and if you're part of that, I may shout Amen, hallelujah. Now for you to. Understand the subject of dominion, there are. A few concepts. I find that the reason why many believers are not able to truly manifest kingdom power is because something is wrong with our language and our definitions. Please let me your attention. It matters that we understand what we mean from the Bible standpoint when we use words. For instance, when you say power, you can take for granted that everybody should understand what you're saying. But if you are ray many believers and ask them what did you understand by what you just heard, it would explain the reason why some may work in power and others do not work in power. If you say wisdom, if you say creativity, if you say prosperity. So there is a language problem in helping to define kingdom. Realities. Use the same words, but the meanings are very different. And meaning is where conviction is built from. If something is wrong with your meaning, your perception, and your understanding, you will build a wrong conviction or you will not be convinced at all. Are we falling already? So it's important to unify our understanding and bring a redefinition to certain terminologies so that when we use them all through the course of this conference, we understand as a unified people that this is what the Bible meant when it sets certain things. Allelujah prays the name of the Lord. When when you began learning from the Elementary principles of learning and knowledge, you notice that the first thing they teach you is language and words, and they connect an exact. Image to words. So if I say orange, no one's mind is thinking mango, because there is a unified understanding away together. There's a central meaning connected to that word. If I say right, your mind cannot imagine beings because already there is imagery that's been connected there. But when I say power, for many of. Us, it means several things based on whatever circle gave you your orientation. If I say authority, another kind of meaning comes. Are we together? If I say dominion, you will be surprised. To someone. Dominion means money to someone. Dominion means victory over demon's spirits to someone, dominion means career to someone, dominion. Means barely living being alive. To someone, dominion means being extremely valuable. So It's important in understanding the concept of dominion that we begin by a red definition of concepts. Are we learning now? Prais the name of the Lord. There are few fundamentals that we must have so that we understand this subject and very quickly. I don't have all the time, but I will bring three concepts and then I'll bring redifinitions. I like people to be of understanding, so when. I take a topic, I deal with it thoroughly because the intent behind teaching is that we produce a. People of victory. Are we together now? I don't like to teach and leave people at the realm of awareness. Being aware of a concept does not give you victory. Allelujah. You must understand the working dynamics. So please lend me your attention and work with me for the minutes that we have. Let's see how God will help us. Can you pray in the spirit for one minute? Well, believe us. Please pray in the spirit seriously for one. Minute, praying the spirit for one minute, Allelujah, prays the name of the Lord. Amen. There are three concepts that if you do not understand, you cannot understand the concept of kingdom, authority, and dominion. The first concept is the supremacy of God, the supremacy of God, the supremacy of God. That means you have to acknowledge God as a creator, and you have to give him a distinct place and a distinct position that is incontestable by any force and any man. Provided you caused God in your mind to join the queue with other forces, cosmic forces, principalities, powers are we together That distinctiveness and is power. That supremacy of his person has to be defined if you must understand dominion. Genesis one, verse one, the first book, the first chapter. The first verse in the Bible starts by saying, in the beginning God created I like this, so it reveals God as the absolute creator. It never said God and angels. He didn't say God and any other being. God created the heavens and the earth. In sal one hundred and twenty one, from verse one and two, the sum is that I will lift up my eyes onto the heels. It says, from whence comet my help? Then it says, my help comet from the Lord some one twenty one one and two. Verse two now says my help comet from the Lord which made the heavens and the earth. Hallelujah. This is a description of God's supremacy in Revelations Chapter four. When you read from verse ten. To eleven, Revelations Chapter four, from verse ten to eleven, Revelations four, the four and twenty elders bowed down before him that sat on the throne, and worshiped him forever and ever. And they bound before the throne, saying verse eleven. Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive help me. Now, glory and honor and power is said, for thou hast created how many things. There is an orientation you must have as to how powerful God is. Are we together? Now? Thou hast created all things, it says, and for thy pleasure they were and are created. One more scripture are we learning already? First Chronicles twenty nine, from verse ten to eleven. I find this scripture so comforting. First Chronicles twenty nine. Verse eleven, Did I get that right? Give us? Verse okay, beautiful eleven? Thank you Thine, oh Lord, is the greatness and the power, and the glory and victory under majesty. Now read with me, one to go. It says, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is dying. Dying is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. Please read the last line again. One to go, and you are exalted as head above all, one last time. Let this already shake own belief from someone You are exalted above it. That means there is no situation that threatens his power, his might, and his confidence. This is the foundation for dominion. The concept of the supremacy of God has been a distinct being on the top by anything that happens within the frame of man's experience. For as long as you think God. Hears your fears, For as long as you think your limitation affects God, it will affect your confidence. In exercising dominion. We're talking about God who was not voted in power. There's no parliament that cease to decide what he does. There's no basis of judging whether he is right or wrong. By what parameter do you judge him? Are we learning now the supremacy of God? The Sami said, our Lord, God, he says now has made the heavens and the earth by that great power, and nothing is too difficult. Let me tell you, ladies and gentlemen, when God wants to help a man to understand. Kingdom, authority. He brings you to a revelation of himself where he becomes magnified. Magnified because situations and circumstances always come in their magnified form, and many times when you are exposed to the vicissitudes of life. Among the many things they do is to diminish God. They don't reduce him to nothing, but they sold down place is worth and power. You can add him together with money, or him at the same level with some government somewhere, some ambassador somewhere. But I'm introducing to you the one who is Creator, Creator, Allelujah, prays the name of the Lord. God Almighty number two. Yes you, Ah, Power, yours, He is the King. Yours is the powers. He's the glovey forever man. Hers is the King. U ers is the powers. He's the glovey forever man. Eship. Ah. The second concept you need to understand is man as God's principal steward upon the earth. When you understand the supremacy of God, the next thing to understand, the next concept if you want to understand that manifest dominion, is man as God's principal skeyward upon the earth, hallelujah. The Bible says, the heaven of heavens belong to the Lord. He says, but the earth had he given to the children of man. God did not mandate man and demons, or man and any other creature. Man is God's principal skeyward. He is authorized fishianceteaward. You call him ruler, he calls him steaward. Let them the man Adam have dominion over the fish of the sea, the fowl of the air. It was an ancient expression. It had nothing to do with fish or cattle or air away together. He was showing the various realms that define his scope. Of dominion, the air, the sea. The land, and upon everything that creeps upon the earth. You cannot understand dominion if you do not see man as that mandated Steaward to manage God's estate called the earth. Number three. The third concept you must understand is this entity called Satan. While defining the concepts that frame our understanding of dominion. Number one, the supremacy of God has been creator and the most exalted about all things. Number one, he authorized keyword. Now, let me tell you every contention you find is because of this. Entity called man was man. Business man, advancement, man, retrogression man, righteousness, man, seeing man, the advocacy of Jesus man the destruction of Satan man. If you remove man out of the equation, Satan has no ministry. Are we together now, Yeah, But you must understand Satan. The Bible says to be sober. It says to be vigilant for your adversary, not your friend, not your advisor. The devil like a roaring lion. He walks toward and FREDI, seeking for whom he may divour. Matt John tennanverse ten says the thief comment not but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. Jesus told them, he said, you are of your father, the devil. Allelujah. You cannot work in dominion if you shy away from the reality of the existence of this entity called Satan. The Bible does not hide the fact that there is an entity who has carved himself as the enemy of God and every thing that speaks of God's purposes, and that there is an organized system by. Which he makes out his activities. It says to not be ignorance of the wiles of the devil. Are we learning now? So already you are defeated if you do not know and understand and acknowledge the supremacy of God, the positional advantage that man occupies as the principal steward. Allelujah, and then Satan, do we understand this concept? Now, let me do every definition. I hope we're learning. Prays the name of the Lord, in the name of Jesus or someone you will walk out of the place with confidence. Whilst I'm speaking to you certain she has will die permanently in the name of Jesus Christ. God will give you a new orientation. For some of you whiles who are seated, God will open the mind of your spirit. You will see how highly exalted God is. Then you will see that everything is possible, that there is nothing that is not able to do. Do you believe that? Yes, sir, we will look to here ahweh yeahweh our whole easy yeah, way yeahweh. Yes, we look to here oway yeahweh forever yeahway yeahweh. What time we will look to here away? Yeah? Away. Our hope is be away. Will to be a. Foreva Allelujah, blessed be the name of the Lord. Can we do some redefinitions. Definition Number one is the word power. Let's define power from the Bible's scope. What does the Bible mean when it says power? Once I have spoken once and twice, have you heard that power belongs to the Lord, our Lord God that has made the heavens and the earth by that great power. What does the Bible mean when it says power. I'll give you to definitions very quickly. Number one, the Bible's definition of power means the passy to influence outcomes, the capacity to influence outcomes. According to scripture, you are as powerful as your capacity to influence outcomes. So whoever sustains capacity at any level to influence outcomes, it's called powerful. Are we learning now? Number two? What is power? The source that compels compliance? The source that compels compliance, because you see Satan and all on. Cleaned spirits are also stopborn spirits. They do not bow just because instructions come. They bow because there is. A system of insistence. For instance, it says resist the devil the world resists is a military term. It's a word source engage with force. So when we talk about the Bible's definition of power, you limit your understanding to these copes. Number one, the capacity to influence outcomes. I give you an instance. What manner of man is this, that the winds and the waves obey him, That a man can speak and say, shallow, peace be stilled, and the outcome changes immediately. Are we together? Yes? The centurion understanding this, he said, listen, I'm a man on the authority. I have servants over me. I tell one go and he will go. The other come and he will come. He says, speak the word only. And Jesus looked at him and said, who taught you this? Where did you lend this from? The ability to influence outcomes? Are we together? And number two, the force that compels compliance say that after me. The force that compels say it like you are talking to the devil. The force. That means from tow someone will tell Satan, even though you've reigned around my family for a hundred years, I have sustainability to put a red light and say, thous, far have you come? And no, father, shall you go? In the name of Jesus Christ, I speak that over someone. The reign of Satan comes to an experiential end, over your life, over your children. Let me take a moment and professy over you in the name that is above all names. Hear me as I speak to your spirit, every force that will not give way by the power that raised Christ from the dead, we declare that force buried, forever, peried, forever peried, forever peried, forever pered forever. Please receee that P. Sixty six and US three Say onto God, how terrible are now in thy walks? It says, through the greatness of thy power shall thy enemies of midst them? Not? Through the greatness of your discussion you exact such sauce that the enemy has no option? Am I challenging someone? Redefinition number two Authority. When we talk about authority, what do we mean. Authority is the right to represent. It is the legitimacy to use power. Authority means the right to represent. It also means the legitimacy to use power. Now, let me tell you this. You cannot use power legitimately until you have authority. Are with you together, I'll give you an instance so that you understand. Please let me have your attention. How many of you know that terrorists have gones, that gone is power, but they do not have a legitimate authority within the constitutional jurisdiction of any territory to use it. So every time you apprehend the terrorist or any other person who is not life censed, are we together? That person has power, but he does not have the legitimate right to use it. Versus a military officer. A military officer has a gun, but with that gun, he has the legitimacy to use it. A police officer has a gun and with that god he has a legitimacy to use it. Are we together? So if he fires an individual, a criminal, and the criminal drops dead, the military man will go home safe and sleep because he has both power and authority. Someone say power, say authority one more time, say power, say authority. Let me tell you this, ladies and gentlemen, The reason why a man can work in dominion is because he was giving both of these. He was giving. Power and was given authority. Are we together now? Praise the name of the Lord. So when we talk about authority, we talk about the legitimacy to use power. Now, I want to bring a very important concept while doing redefinitions. But this is important. Authority cannot function. Until a jurisdiction is defined for its function. You cannot say you are working in authority until you also mention the jurisdiction. That allows for the function. Leg out practitioners here, how many of you have seen a case that could not hold in a certain court because they say it is within or beyond its jurisdiction, and so you have to move. It to another court. Am I right on that? Yes, jurisdiction? So you cannot say you have authority. Listen, I'm going to be reading for you man's jurisdiction because you do not have power and authority everywhere. This is one mistake people make. Given the place of prayer, the fact that you have authority should already help you to press further to say, Lord, what is the jurisdiction of my authority? There are places where the authority of man cannot function. You were not given that far. Now you will see sometimes that we pray sincerely, but not with spiritual intelligence. You don't have the power to release everybody who is in hell. No, you don't have It is a possibility, but you don't have that power. You don't have power within the throne room to command the angels. And there is a jurisdiction to the administration of man's power. And if you do not understand this, you will pray a lot of vain prayers because you are acting beyond or outside of the scope of your authority. So the centurion comes to Jesus and says, I am a man on the authority. That is the prerequisite for working in authority. That means anybody, if you say I have authority, three things you must show who gave you authority? Is not is confined. There must be a supervisory system above you. That is the reason why God cannot have authority. He has power because if God were to have authority, there must be an entity higher than him that supervisors his compliance. Who is learning now, Shanandako Bariata. God gives authority, but God does not have authority. The Bible said He's search for who was greater than him, so he will swear by and not finding any he swore by himself. Are we together now? Yes, anybody who says I have authority. One, you must show the government and the supervisory system that mandated you. Number two, you must define the jurisdiction where with that authority functions. Learning Now, in fact, did you know that a medical practitioner in Nigeria cannot go over seas to America and just begin to practice. Inasmuch as your certificate is. Legitimate, you will need to release subscribe to the terms that legitermine your practice of medicine within that predefined jurisdiction. Now you will understand what the Bible means by the heaven of heavens belong to the Lord. Jurisdiction. What is jurisdiction is that's fair where the use of power is allowed, beyond which it becomes illegal. Jurisdiction is a definition of the sphare where the use of power is allowed and it's legitimate, beyond which it becomes illegal. Shamalan, you have that definition down, Can I give you the fourth and final definition? And then I'll just establish a few things. It's God helping someone. Now let's define the word dominion. It's been widely used. But let's see what the Bible means when it says dominion. Dominion is the right to govern. Dominion means sovereign control, the right, the legitimacy to govern, the legitimacy to take charge of. Your predefined jurisdiction. The legitimacy sovereign control is what the Bible calls dominion. Allelujah, prays the name of the Lord. Now do you see I wanted to back up again, and let's look at that concept of authority. You see why the Bible says submit yourself under the mighty harm of God. Then it says resist the devil. You see that we flip it the other way. We just come and say I have authority. Satan go and it says Jesus, I know, Paul, I know, But who are you? It says, first, for your authority to function, you must build a healthy, functional relationship with the government that are credited and supervises your operation, because if Satan disregards your instruction, it no longer becomes. Your lot to defend yourself. The government that authorize you is what we have to prove that it is powerful enough. As Slim, someone is he can tell a Laurie or some big trouck coming, stretches his hands and he says stop. And if it does not stop, the authority that mandated him will take it from there. Are we together now, let me tell you the challenge. We believe us. We are troubled over what we should be troubled about and the things we shouldn't be troubled about. There are dimensions of your results that it is not your headache. It is God's integrity that should speak if things go wrong. But because we do not understand, we are on that his authority. When you tell say don't take your hands off my children. If it does not listen, there is another voice that will speak again, someone learning. Dominion. From the time God blessed man. Write this down. From the time God blessed man and mandated him in Genesis one twenty six, man became the legal steward of earth. From the time God blessed man and God man dated man. When that verdict came out of his mouth, let them have dominion. Man became God's authorized offacial steward upon the earth. Next point to note this is very important. Nothing legitimate happens in the earth without man's corporation and participation. Please add that statement. I want to say something seriously here Now, nothing legitimate happens upon the earth, no matter how misterios it is. Nothing legitimate, legal happens upon the Earth without man's cooperation and man's participation. From the time that verdict came from the lips of God, it made its cripturally incorrect for anything. Listen, listen, listen. Nothing upon the earth today that is happening, whether good or evil, that does not have man's cooperation and man's participation. Do you know why Satan still looks powerful because there is still one man on earth in partnership with him. For as long as there is still one man on earth in partnership with him, it would look as though the finished work of Christ were alive. Are we together? Yes, Satan is an illegal occupant, but in partnership with man he has a legitimate right to function. That's why the Bible can call certain people lawful captives. By what means? Did their captivity become lawful? Because Satan found a human vessel to come into fraternity with him. Even God said I sought for a man, the creator of the ends of the earth. Now let me balance the concept here. I hope I'm not wasting your time. There's been a. Popular, very sincere, but not accurate concept that we need to give God permission, and I understand the meaning behind that. No, Remember I told you God does not have authority. He cannot have authority. The concept of authority means he must submit to a government higher than him. Away together, the Bible. Says power belongs to him, So God does not need man's permission to do. Anything upon the earth. I'll show you a scription. What God requires is man's cooperation and man's participation. But should in case man fails, it is still within his power to raise of stones. If you ever read anything like that that, if you will not praise me, I give you a chance so that you will be partakers. You will know what it means to work in dominion with me. But if you decide to rebel, I will raise of stone. Why has he not raised of stones? Because there's still an available vessel? Are we together? Is someone learning? Let me show you one scripture. Thank Jesus, Thank you Jesus, Some one thirty five and verse six. Use this scripture to convince yourself, one son, for all that God can do without man. God does not need to ask man permission when he looks weak in the presence of man, is out of love to give man an opportunity. Are we together to understand what it means to be a partaker of his divine nature. God can detO man. This is very powerful. The reason is that if someone makes up his mind that you will not rise, tell him. Because of my partnership with God, it is within the power of God to clear the road and say, if no man will help you, I will come and help. You by myself. Whatsoever the Lord pleased, that he did in heaven and where, and in earth and where, and the seas and where, and the deep places, whatsoever he pleases, And it is legitimate. God can choose to say, I will live this man, whether you like him or not. He's made up his mind to lift you. That sounds like a prophecy for someone that in the name of Jesus, between July and December, my God, who is also the lift of men, he will fit to the sentiments of men. He will veto the ill speakings of men and lift you in the way that will bring glory to his name. You believe that shout amen. You believe that. Shout amen, you believe that. Shout amen. Please be seated, Please be seated. Now listen, I want you to please pay attention. Man does not have a solute power. Please get this. I want to explain this one now. Man does not have absolute power. There's nowhere in scripture that says man has absolute power. Only God has absolute power. In fact, man's dominion is not absolute. Man's dominion is derived from a relationship, and that when that relationship sails, that dominion also fails. God's dominion and power is absolute. It is not derived. He does not depend on any other force. In fact, it is one of the one of the attributes that brand him as God. There are six attributes that brand God as God. He did not share that with man. In as much as we are partakers of his divine nature, it's not every part of his nature were partake us off. An example is his omnipotentis He didn't share that with man. No, no, no, Man is not omnipotent. God is omnipresent. Man is not omnipresent. God is omni sent all knowing what we see in parts are weigh following now and God created that system to compel man to depend on him. The sam Is said, as a maid looks onto our mistress, so our eyes look on you. That man will never attain his sense of self sufficiency outside of God. And so God created the economy of man to be derived from his relationship. If you cut away from God, the benefits that come with that relationship also go away. Are we together now? So man does not have absolute power? I want to list for you very quickly. I hope the jurisdiction of man. What were we given power over? Because we not giving power over everything. When you read it, it sounds like everything. Can I bring this forth very quickly? Number one, we're discussing the subject of dominion. Are you ready? Man was giving power over Satan and all and on clean spirits. Man was giving power over Satan and on clean spirits. James four seven, Matthew ten one, James for seven. I'm defining for you the jurisdiction of man's power, so that in the place of prayer you know how to engage with intelligence and command results. The Bible says, submit yourself therefore to God. He says, resist who he mentions the entity to resist? You have the power you have been given the power to resist the devil, and he will flee Matthew ten and verse one. We are giving power number one over Satan and all on clean spirits. Media, please give us ten Verse one. Let's read together. People of God ready want to go. And when he had called on to himself the twelve disciples talk to me, He gave them power against to cast them out and to heal all manner of sicknesses and all manner of diseases. So when I pray for the sick, when I cast out any kind of provider, it is an on clean spirit, and it is functioning within the. Jurisdiction of the earth. Are we together, It is within the scope of my power and my authority to cast it away. Therefore I decreate any spirit that has troubled you, troubled your family, in the name of Jesus, I come tonight by the road of a higher priesthood and power by God himself.
