Allelujah. Talk to the Book of Matthew, chapter ten. I would like to show you a scenario of much in orders the Bible says, and these twelve sent fourth Jesus sent forth and commanded them, saying, go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans. And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it. But if the house be not worthy, let your peace turn to you. And whosoever shall not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily, I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable for that for the land of Sodom a Gomorrah in the day of Judgment, than for that city. This is a prototype of matching orders that Jesus gave onto the functionaries that he had trained. The terminology marching orders refers to a moment of empowerment and commissioning that results from a protected period of training and when the training is accomplished, the commissioning is what we call march in others. And there are few things that Jesus does when he wants to commission people to represent him in various territories. If you're still with me saying amen, The equipment that Jesus makes available when he is commissioning someone to represent his interests, they are dimensions of power. They are dimensions of authority that God makes available when he is commissioning someone as a witness, commissioning someone as a functionary of his kingdom within a territory. So what we just saw. Is is the commission in church. So we are going to go into the rituals of commissioning and the dynamics of empowerment. That is supposed to be an accompaniment in such a commissioning occasion. Tomorrow we'll look at that tomorrow. My emphasis tonight is to show you the rigorous process that every Kingdom functionary will need to go through in order for him to be qualified for commissioning. It equips you with your ten sials that you will need to discharge your high responsibility within the territory of your sending. And this is a language of true Apostolic Christianity. When we talk Apostolic Christianity, we are not talking sitting capacity in the church. We are talking about sending capacity. We are actually taking inventory of how many individuals in our mists can be isolated from the warmth of fellowship and thrust into the wild to contend with demons for territory, to contend with warlocks for territory. So there's an elaborate process that you are subjected to. And ali lawyer, once upon a time I had some reason to work with a certain man, and this man that I worked with was ex military, ex military in the United States of America. I worked with him in Africa and he was telling me the story of the boarding that was placed upon them in their daily twenty four hours. During the time of their training. The machine orders are given on the day of commissioning and all their tendant dimensions of authority that you need to wear in order for you to be able to represent Jesus adequately. Are you there? But you are brought into some training, protracted training. The military people believe that that training is what takes the civilian mentality from you and makes you a sooger. It is that training that can make you carry a firearm and the person passing by you is not afraid because you are trained to carry it. So I want to talk about the training today. Tomorrow will be the commissioning proper, but we will talk about training. There are several kinds of people that God cannot send to represent him. So we need to see the protocol of training that prepares you to become the kingdom functionary that have been trained to understand that you are called to administer the interests of God. And so God has confidence when he is giving onto you power, when he's bequitting to your authority. He knows it's not a risk. You will not use what you have received to fight for another camp, but you will use it to extend the frontiers of the Kingdom of God. It is the training that guarantees that you become such a man. So this is Let me show you the scripture that captures the moment when we're recruited Mac Mac chapter three, verse fourteen gives us and understanding of the recruiting exercise. So I want to assume that everyone here has been recruited. So in Mac chapter three, verse fourteen, the Bible says, and he ordained twelve that there should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach you know. There are two aspects to the reading. The first aspect is that the purpose of the people that were being recruited was that they are going to be around Jesus. They're going to lend his principles, lend his values, lend his ways, lend the reason why he does some things and the reason why he doesn't do some things. Are you there? So the court outline is Jesus lending Jesus. You learn Jesus until you come to a point where you know his ways, You know what he would do in this circumstance, You know what he would do in that circumstance. You know what he would do in the other circumstance. So he can now send you to represent him. Apostolic commissioning and sending is God bringing you into representative capacity, and it bequeaths to you resources that are needed to advertise the kind of kingdom that he has. Are you still with me? Are you here? Okay? So this is what it means to be recruited. Do you realize are you here? Do you realize that in this arrangement, our preoccupation, what we are called to do is to be within. Then there is the thought of our being with him is a probability. They do you notice that that He might send them for to preach. That's a probability because it is dependent on your faithfulness in the first and the basic assignment. The first and the basic assignment. Is to be with him. So that you can lend his ways. This is what discipleship is about, coming around Jesus, knowing why. He does the things he does, and knowing it so much. That that becomes your most natural reflex. When He notices that that has become your reflex, he now commissions you to represent him because you are now like ing. Exactly. Okay. So and our. Mission feels are different. Some are called function in the economic warfront, and in your line of duty you are going to come into collision with a lot of US dollars because that's where. Your field is. Some are called to function. In the legal world. But you say, the training is the same, the deployment is different, and in every gate you find yourself, the expectation of God is the same, even though our gates are different. So I'm not talking about your unique git. I'm talking about the basic training that everyone that is recruited by Jesus will be subjected to so that based on the evaluation of Jesus Christ, he brings you to a point where he commissions you to represent his interests. If you're still with me, say amen, All right, let's begin. There are two scriptures in the Bible that are direct commissioning scriptures to us as a generation. I like us to analyze two of them before we begin the teaching. First scripture, it's Matthew chapter twenty eight, sixteen to twenty. As the first scripture. We're going to analyze. These two scriptures. There are two direct scriptures that were written to bring perspective to apostolic functionaries like us in our generations, and this is the first one. In Matthew chapter twenty eight, verse sixteen, the Bible says, then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee into a mountain way Jesus had appointed them. When Jesus rose from the dead, Jesus did not have a physical address. Jesus therefore met with his disciples by appointments. There are several such appointments that Jesus made with his disciples after his resurrection, and in each appointment that Jesus made with his disciples, there was an update that he came to communicate with them. This the update we're talking about, is a breaking news from heaven that is going to affect the scope of their labors upon the face of the earth. So there were there were there were those times when Jesus scheduled appointments. So any time you see the word appointment and it is it is talking about a scenario after the resurrection of Jesus, it is one of those times. So there is a critical kingdom update here that Jesus wanted to bring to them. And when they saw him, they worshiped him, but some doubted. If it were Jesus before resurrection, he would have picked out the guys that are doubt. Him and cleared the adults. But there was no time because there was there was urgency in the spirit. So Jesus ignored the people that doubted in this particular case and proceeded to unveil the updates, the update that is now a spiritual fact in the remo of the spirit that they wanted them to live rage on in order for them to antiquately represent him, And Jesus came and spoken to them, saying, in all power is given onto me in heaven, and in this day update. Jesus is telling them that I am now. In cost study. Of all power. I am now. My office has been given the capacity of all power. So so that Jesus who knew yesterday, is different from the one you're seeing now, because this one has access to all power. The scope of my authority has been enlarged according to the preference of my father that is in heaven. And the purpose of this enlargement of capacity is to implement the will of God upon the face of the earth. Please help me tell your neighbor all power now it was? It was, it was. It was in the same breath where Jesus said, all power is giving on to me, in the same breath that he now gave us the commission. Exactly what do we call what you call. The Great commission. It's actually an apostolic commission because it was given to eleven people. This was not a meeting, an open meeting. This was a closed meeting. Invitation to this meeting was already predetermined before this time. Only eleven people were in attendance. Jesus was talking about the destiny of mankind to eleven people, and the reason why the numbers did not matter was because all power had been given to him in heaven and where I'm dead. Then he now says, go ye. Therefore, I was thinking that since Jesus had received all power, I was thinking that this commission, in this particular scripture, would have been a power commission. Are you there now that all power is given on to me? You take all power and go and displace all devils. That's the kind of stuff I was expecting. But Jesus said, all power has been given on to me. However, go ye therefore under line teach they teach you're not You're not for living. I was expecting, go you therefore, bulldoz in keeping with all power. But what Jesus said is going you're there for? And what teach all nations baptizing? This is what we call the discipline of nations. The first match in order Jesus gives us is concerning the discipline of nations. Exactly is they go you're therefore and teach all nations baptizing them in the name. Of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy ghosts. Next verse teaching them, I thought you would have added another agenda at that, teaching them so. Teaching them to. Observe all things wheresoever I have commanded you, stay with me. You are not with me. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you. He didn't say, teaching them to observe the things I taught to you. He said, teaching them to observe the things I commanded you. You're no follim. How many of you still remember the Book of Acts Acts Chapter one. It's a capacity building attempts because when Jesus resurrected from the dead, he saw that his disciples did not have the capacity to prosecute the mission. So he invited them and they should come for upgrade. That was what asked. Chapter one was about. Are you there in this upgrade? The Bible says he gave them commandments. Asks Chapter one, vers Three. You will say that he gave them commandments. So these people were on the command He now told them to go and teach all nations. Teach them. Go back to that scripture, remaining, Matthew, are you there, h he has left Mathive. Go back to Mathia. Jesus gave them commands. But now Jesus is saying, go and teach all nations to observe the things that have commanded you. So this is the first aspect of the match in orders Jesus gave us. And this aspect has to do with discipling nations, because Jesus is not going to empower a disciple, a believer that is not disciples. If Jesus empowers a believer that is discipled, that believer is going to use the power that Jesus makes available to him to adorn the kingdom of darkness because it's not disciple. So the first call we have is a call to discipleship, which is going to be the basis of my message tonight, exactly. Number two. The second much in order Jesus gives is in the Book of Acts that the one verse eight in Acts that the one verse eight, Jesus says, but ye shall receive power. So you see, this is commissioning. And that's why the power maternal comes into view because at this point they have been disciples, at this point, they have been thought. At this point they understand the value system of the Kingdom of Heaven. Meanwhile, Jesus tested them once again to see their reactions so that he can ascertain if they weare the accurate mind of an apostolic functionary before they came to this day, because this is the empowerment ceremony, and then the scope of engagement. Because of that, He makes power available to us. Are you with mena? So those are the two things we are going to do with the two days of this event. Today, that is the first day. I'm going to show you the things that Jesus wants you to know. Tomorrow the second day, I'm going to show you the things that Jesus wants you to receive, and then will not ask Jesus to give to release the equipment. Because after one year, when we come together, we need to know take inventory. I know what you did were the resources that were made available to you. And the way we disciple the nations is that we teach the nations the commandments that Jesus had given us. If you want to find those commandments, will find them in the book of Matthew. Because in the Book of Matthew, you will find the teachings of Jesus. So for this night our emphasis will be the Book of Matthew, because will be able to find what Jesus taught, what Jesus instructed, what Jesus commanded, all found in the Book of Matthew. Are you here? Okay? Number two? Before we begin, Jesus had a unique way of teaching. Jesus doesn't teach the way I'm teaching now. He has his own unique style of teaching. And the way Jesus teaches is that he teaches with parables. I don't know what. So in finding the substance of that which Jesus stopped concerning the kingdom, we need to consult with the parables of Jesus. There is one parable which is the first parable, the parable of the Soa. That parable holds the key to the interpretation of every other parable. So if we don't understand the parable of the Soa, it will be difficult to understand other parables. My emphasis in the parable of the Soa it's not the parable itself, but the interpretation that Jesus gave about the parable. It now takes us into the substance that is held in the parable itself. Are you there? So if we know that substance, then you will see the picture. So come with me, ton your bible. Let's go to the Book of Matthew, chapter eighteen sorry thirteen, beginning from these eighteen Matthew thirteen, beginning from this eighteen. This is Jesus's interpretation of the parable of the soa. Here ye, therefore the parable of the soa. When anyone hear it the word of the Kingdom and understand that it not, then comet the wicked one and catch it away that which was sown. In his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. But he that received the seed into stony places. The same is he that here the word and Anon with joy receiveth it. Yet he he had not root in himself, but du it for a while, for when tribulation or persecution arise it because of the word, by and by he is offender. He also that received seed among tns. Is he that he read the Word, and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches shook the word, and he become it on fruitful twenty three. But he that receiveth the seed into the good ground is he that he read the word and understand that it which also bear it fruit and bring it fought some. One hundredfold, some. Sixtyfold, and some thirty Allelujah. First of all, stay with me now, I want to teach for forty minutes. So stay with me. First of all, I would like you to understand the meaning of the metaphor seed. We have some metaphors there seed according to Jesus, that seed is the message of the Kingdom. Unfortunately, what Adam did was that he rebelled against the voice of God, and the consequence was that he lost the invitation that God was offering to him to become a participant in that kingdom. What is happening in the Book of Matthew is that God true Salvation has gotten a new sets of individuals that he wants to function in his kingdom. He wants to function under his authority. He wants to become agents that will administer his will. See, in the kingdom, it's about God's will, It's about what God wants. It's about what God wants to implement, not about what you want. The message of the Kingdom is a radical message. A canal man will not like it because what the message of the Kingdom does is that it brings you in subjection to the authority of Jesus. In fact, your measure of significance, your measure of rank that you eventually sustain in that Kingdom is a function of how submitted. You are to His will, how. Much you give him the liberty to implement his counsel in your heart, in your life, and through your life. So the seed is the message of the Kingdom. If you look around, you will find out that the message of the Kingdom is no longer popular because the charge of our day is trying to formulate messages that are consistent with what people want to hear. The messager. Yeah, yeah, So a Kingdom messenger is going to be hitted in a generation because what he's saying is not compatible to the flesh. What he's saying is a prescription that is not in sync with human nature. Meanwhile, that's the message that they sower came to sow. It was the message of the Kingdom. Now, I know many of you have seen where I'm going. Do you realize Do you realize that the endpoint, if the message of the Kingdom prospers, what will he produce? Have we thought about it? It will produce men because the soil is the heart. Men that are loyal to Jesus will become the product of the parable of the soul. Are you there see? So these are the men that eventually you will be commissioned. But if the message of the Kingdom doesn't make you a Jesus follower, doesn't establish the government of Jesus over your life, there will be no commissioning day for you, because the beds of the air, the demons in the territory, because you do not understand that what we are saying is that we are enthroning Jesus first for as lord over your heart. You know, when we come for meetings like this, you want a prophecy about your prosperity. You want to prophecy about the situation of your mortgage that suddenly it will be canceled. The bank will call you on Friday night and say you are no longer owing. Should I tell you something? Prosperity is not the first thing that God will do in your life. Prosperity is a result of alignment to the Kingdom. He's a sicky first, the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and the things that the gentile sik will therefore navigating your direction. If it comes before you find priority, you pursue vanity, you pursue prosperity, and if you pursue it, Mammon will possess your soul. Prosperity is one of the influences that God gives a man that he expects him to steal ward. There are many things God gives on Coronation day. Are you there? Then? We have not gone there. Tomorrow, Let's talk about the seed, the message of the Kingdom, because what you had was a message of salvation. The message of salvation is bringing you to the point where you not received the message of the Kingdom. That now that you are saved, the meaning of your salvation is that you've been given a remedial treatment to. Restore you from the damage. That Adam committed, so that you can fulfill the original business God intended for humankind, which is to submit on that authority completely. This parable is saying that not everyone received the message of the Kingdom. And if you annoying a man that is still loyal to self, he will use the annoying thing for his own purposes. He can sell the anointing self prophecy. Because the agenda is self. Everyone that attends trust becomes a victim of immorality from his life because he considered everyone, considers everyone to be a commodity that is available just to minister, to sell. And as long as Self is on the throne, you will never understand what the lordship of Jesus is. If God, if this parable prospers in you, if the message of the Kingdom prospersing you, what it will do to you is that it would dethrone self as the king. And that's a radical message. It's a radical message. It would dethrone you from that rule and put Christ there. So if Fever is still king, then Christ is not yet lord. And if it's not a lord of all, he's not a lord at all. The second thing that the fall did is that it made us canna. That's what we call flesh falling our object. We are cannal. We It is that falling nature that the Bible caused, flesh that is the enemy of the Holy Ghost. You see that falling nature. We resist every move of the Holy Ghost on your life. And if the Holy Ghost is resisted, because the Holy Spirit brings the resources for which we live the Christian life, if the Holy Ghost is resisted, it means will be incapable of bearing the fruit of the spirit. It means our inner territories have not been conquered. The texture of. The fall is what has influenced our territory. Just like the Bible says that there was a war between the House of David and the House of Saul. The House of Saul is the flesh. The House of Devid is the spirit. The house of Saul is an older house. The house of Saul is a monfortified house. The House of Soul is a stronger house. The House of Saul has more resources. But the House of. David, which is the spirit, it's a small house. Are you there, So you will expect that the House of Saul we win what the Bible says, But the House of Salt grew weaker and weaker, and the House of David grews stronger and stronger. So if this parable is prospering in your life, then spirit life is supposed to become stronger and stronger, and flesh life is supposed to become weaker and weaker. There is no way the message of the Kingdom coming sweet. There's no way. It's not. Oh my God, And that's the reason why they haven't passed off. Who decide to forget about it? Because if you begin to preach the message of the Kingdom, it to look like you are making you are swimming against the tide. It is only the message of the Kingdom that demon's spirits are lying in wait for you not to understand that because you have embraced the lordship of Jesus, you will be tested. So demons will hope that you do not understand, and the moment you don't understand, they pick it up. So there are people in Trout twenty six years believe in church, but their time in church has not translated to growth in the Lord because they don't understand that your growth in the Lord is going to be contingent upon your submission to His will. So demands areligning with hoping that you will not understand, and then they come their picket away. So you are still living in the flesh. You're still self centered. See that's why the marriage is not working because because I mean why, marriage is a setup from God. To deal with the flesh. You can't succeed in marriage if you prioritize the flesh. You need to put the flesh aside. Yeah, it's a setup to waken the flesh. It's a setup so that you can divert your commitment to self. It's a setup. God put it there at close range. It's there every morning there on Friday night, so that at the end of the day, God is hoping that that rock get flesh would be wicked. So when you find people prospering marriage, they've made some hard decisions to put flesh aside, to put self aside. Now you you know the Church doesn't want to hear this anymore. Jesus will not just annoying you. He will take you through a process, no process that take this whol just too until that they become disciplined. They can work against pain. There's pain on their leg but they can work. Against it because in this process the flesh is going to sulfur sulfur. It's a cry out. I remember when. I was trying to begin to. Pray. I could study the Bible, that one came to me naturally, but pray I was a distant reality. H I began to speak in tongues. One time I thought I had prayed for five hours. It was just twenty five minutes. I thought had gained my legs. They all are Christians, the old believers that we met. That sas okay. If you have a problem praying in the night, get stones. Put the stones in your pocket. So if you're about to sleep, the stones will pierce you. Then you wake up. I found a way of surviving stones. The flesh was so educated that it knows how to regroup, It can reprogram itself, so educated, so enlightened. All the old tricks never walked on my own flesh until I found the scripture, the scripture that says, so we will not depart from the quick enoughs, and we will call upon thy name. The antidote for the flesh is the spirit of God. It's only the spirit of God that can bind the flesh. The flesh is so ancient, so ancient, your strong will cannot bind it. Every ounce of advancement you have in the Kingdom of God is going to be on the premise of suffocating the flesh. It's going to be on that premise. A time came I wanted to start firsting. The day I'm fasting, That's the day my brain will know everything that is in the fridge. Now you have vanilla here, vanilla yo got is here? You have plums, twenty five pieces, twelve pieces of apple. It to fight anything that will advance the cause of the Holy Ghost. I don't know about you. I know you are so spiritual. You are not in this battle. But what I fight every day Vanilla, Vanilla, Vanilla, Vanilla. Mhm. So Paul now gave us a counselor. He said, he said, paralyze the flesh. If the flesh is asking for vanilla, don't give it. Don't give it. We can it weak in his voice, weaken his power. And as you are weakening his power, the spirit power begins to rise, the spirit energy, it begins to rise with the spirit dimensional, it begins to rise. It's a fight. The message of the Kingdom is the most radical message in the Bible, and that's the message that Jesus sprich. No wonder they killed him, No wonder. Jesus looked at the way leaders lead in in the world and the exact authority. He said, that's not how you're going to be. He said, the greatest among you will be your servant. Aliyah. If you know, if only you knew how many hours I prayed before I'm standing here so that I can serve you through the resources handed out to me by the holicos.
