Knowing our identity in Christ elevates our lives to a whole new level. Jesus' death and resurrection defeated sin, brought reconciliation to all of humanity, and defined who we are in Him. Under grace, sin isn't about what we do, but about being out of sync with our true identity as God's sons and daughters. We no longer have to rely on useless self-effort, because victory in life is one of the finished works of Jesus.
