UNDERSTANDING THE PROPHETIC THE HUMAN SPIRIT

That your presence will be made manifest in this place like never before in the name of Jesus. And as we draw near to your presence, we actual God that you will reveal yourself to us. You will cause us to enter into your inner jumpus, and you will show us the things that you have kept secrets since the foundation of the world. Bless your people, Shine upon us, and let your name be glorified in Jesus' mighty name. We please you. Maybe see that? Amen? All right? I would like to give you an insight into how God expects us to function. And we are going to take our reference point from the life of Jesus Christ in order for me to explain what it means for us to opperate in the prophetic. So we'll start by looking at the example of Jesus in the book of John chapter five. I'd like us to see the way he functions in John chapter five, John chapter five before I begin my presentation this evening. In John chapter five, John chapter fives nineteen and this number twenty glory. Then John chop the five is nineteen. Then an such Jesus and said, unto them, verily, verily, I say unto you, the son can do nothing of himself, but what he see it the Father do. For what thinks soever he do it, this also do. It the son. Likewise, for the Father loved the Son and showed him all things that himself do it. And he will show him greater works than this, that he may marvel. For as the Father raised of the dead and quicknesed them, even so the Son quickened whom he will. Now you will notice that Jesus was on the face of the earth, but he was vitally connected to Heaven, and his life, according to the description of what we have in the Book of Johnt of the Five, was flowing out of the heart of the Father, flowing out of the will of the Father. And he had the capacity to perceive what was on the heart of his father, what was on the mind of his father. And he implemented every little detail of the things that he perceived on the heart of his father. Now that kind of living, Allelujah. This man is living out of heaven. This man is representing heaven. This man is manifesting Heaven. His culture is the culture of heaven. The things that preoccupy his heart are the things that he. Has seen on his father's heart. He was a theater that displayed the actualization of the will of his father. So to be prophetic means to be connected to Heaven, to be prophetic means to be unfolding, unfolding the will of God as you have perceived it in the Holygosts. To be prophetic means to function and according to the impressions of the Spirit of God that is reflective of the emphasis of God for the time. If we look critically at the life of Jesus, you will see that his miracle ministry was as a result of the fact that he could see what the Father was doing and he did likewise. So it means that he has. A system by which he can perceive what is the will of his father, and his preoccupation is to bring to past exactly what his. Father wants to do. Now, notice I want to show you something before I begin my lecture. Notice something in verse twenty, the Bible says, for the Father the son and showed him all things that. He himself do it. There's a dimension of affection here. The dimension of affection is revealed in the fact that the Father is willing to show the son everything is doing. We call this the sight of affection. What is motivating the Father to show the song the things that he's doing is an affection, is a love. As you journey in the things of the spirit. You will find out that it is an act of love for. God to disclose spiritual things to you. And Jesus shared this deep love with his father, and that's why he was almost always sure that his father was favorably. Disposed to unveil the things that are in his heart to him. So it is possible for you to live your life from the resources of your mental capacity. But the prescription of what the Christian life is is living from heaven. Functioning from Heaven. Are you there now? I would like to show you another example so that I can clear or doubts before we'll begin the journey. After finishing his presentation, the Jewish ruling council was indicted by the witness of this young man, and the Bible says they began to mash with their teeth. When you buy a phone, just like I bought a phone from my wife. There's a type of strange type of phone she likes and it's very expensive, so I was able to purchase that phone. Hallelujah. When you purchase a phone, the phone can carry out a few functions even we're out the same god storage capacity, so it can store your music, it can store your files. It has a calculator so you can use it to calculate some stuff. It has a touch light, you can use it in a dark room, and it's a utility equipment. But you see the moment you insert a SIM card into that phone, what happens is that the phone now has access to the potential of the GSM network. The phone can manipulate the network and become become something else. It can maximize its potential. So so that you are in the United States and I'm in Nigeria and we can have a video call and I'm seeing you. The phone is maximizing the potential of the network. And that's what happens when we come to the Lord. When the Spirit of God in our regeneration comes to reside in a human spirit, it gives our human spirit the capacity to take advantage of all that the Spirit of God brought into our human spirit. Through the Holy Ghost, we can tap into divine network. We can ascertain what is in the heavens. We can understand what is in the mind of God, because the Holy Spirit has the capacity to hack into the. Depths of God. And that which is available to the Holy Spirit will now become available to us, just like that which is available to the same God is now available to the Foe. Is expected, therefore, that you live your life based on the resources of Heaven. Hallelujah. The act is insufficient. Humanity is insufficient. And you must have realized that. I know you are very intelligent, but if you have ever been confronted with a situation that is orchestrated from the remote spirit, you will just find out that you are insufficient. There are things you cannot handle, there are things beyond the scope of your intelligence, and those things. In fact, God, when I started the Bible, sometimes I just love He created us deliberately to be insufficient because he ordained that our sufficiency will be found in the Holy goods. He ordained that our. Sufficiency will come true reinforcement from Heaven. He's expecting us to function from heaven. So to be prophetic means to be connected to Heaven. To be prophetic means to be in alignment with the Holy Spirit. To be prophetic means to receive reinforcement and support from Heaven. Alleluyah. So that's a definition. Now we want to begin the journey understanding the prophetic. The first thing we need to consider as we begin this journey is what we call the human spirit. We cannot instruct believers on what and how to function in the prophetic if they are ignorant of the human spirit. So it's needful for us to look on a few scriptures as we're trying to understand the human spirit. Proverbs chapter twenty. Proverbs chapter twenty. So we'll do a theory. This is theory. After this theory that we do fifteen minutes of practical because I would like to show you the evidence of the things I'm teaching. Right, So this is the theoretical aspect. We'll move from this aspect and then we'll do the practical aspect eventually. So Proverbs chapter twenty. This numbers Proverbs twenty. Proverbs twenty's number twenty. This is a key scripture for this our lecture. So we are considering the human spirit. So the Bible says the spirit of man is the candle of the Lord, setting all the inward parts of the belly. The spirit of. Man is the candle of the Lord. So if God comes into the room, he comes to ignite his candle. If God shows up in the space, he comes to interact with his candle. The effect of his presence will be seen on his candle. So his candle, which happens to be the spirit of man, is the first point God engages when he shows up in the room. And will take it gradually, step by step, so that you'll be able to discern when God comes into the room. Because when he comes into the room, he heads straight for his candle. He wants to illuminate his candle. He wants to deposit fire on his candle. So he he interacts with his candle. Because your spirit is the organ that is within you that has capacity to contact God. Your spirit is the organ within you that has capacity to contain God. So when God. Comes into the room, he comes to relate with your spirit. Are you there. I'm going to show you how that what takes place in your spirit can affect your body. What takes place in your spirit can affect your mind. Are you there? But it is the overflow of what is taking place in your human spirit that goes to affect your mind and your body. Your body or your. Mind is not the first recipient of the dealings of God is your human spirit. And so the Bible says that the spirit of man is the candle of the Lord. I don't know, Oh, in the United States, we have so much electricity, and you have not had the need to light a candle. You may not know how that experience is. Amen, Hope you know when you are lighting up a candle, it's not noisy, there's no sound, but the effect of the candle. Being lid is that there is illumination. I'm trying to walk you into the territory of experience so that you'll be able to trust the move of God on your own life and understand it accurately for what it really is. Are you there, h y? He says God is spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit. Your spirit man is calibrated to be able to contact him, and more so, when your spirit man is regenerated in salvation, it means that your spirit man is powered by the life of God, so he can understand the frequencies of God. And anytime God comes into the room, one of the ways we know is that he will like your candle. But if you don't know the experience of your candle being leads, you will miss the move of God. So being prophetic is not being intelligent, even though spirituality is not a friend of mental slovefulness. But being prophetic is different. From being intelligent. Are you there. It's different. If you are prophetic and you're linked to God. God can even bring his thoughts into your thoughts, and we'll go into all of that. Subsequently, he can bring and make you think his thoughts. It's like an invitation someone, come, let us risen together. I'm going to. Show you all those experiences and how to profit from your dealings with the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah. So the most important organ in dealing with the Holy Spirit happens to be your human spirit. And for your information, First Thessalonians chapter five, verse twenty three reveals how many organs? How many such organs man has? First Thessalonians Chapter five, there's twenty three. This is Paul speaking, and Paul says, and the very God of Peace sanctify you Holy. I pray God your spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless onto the coming of our. Lord Jesus Christ. Based on this scripture, you can see that man is traumpatite, man has a spirit, man has a soul, and man has a body. In recent theology, we've had people say that man is a spirit. You can't support that with scriptures, and I challenge you to bring one scripture that shows that man is a spirit even when Jesus rose from the dead. Are you with me? Now? So Jesus, evening his resurrected body, did not agree that he was a spirit. You know, I said, if you don't believe me, believe Jesus. Now I'm going to show you. See, this scripture is saying that This scripture is saying there's a compactment in man called spirit. That means this scripture does not acknowledge that man is a spirit. But this scripture I'm still trying to establish my airpoint. And it does what. It does, what it formed the spirit of man within you. So watch this. The heavens were designed to reinforce the ad. That's why your rain and your snow comes from above. Your snow doesn't grow from the ground, It comes from above. You see. So the heavens were designed to support the head. Were designed to reinforce the AD so that the earth can realize have full potential. Oh you're not following. Are you there? Stretched for the heavens. It lays the foundation of the earth. So follow my explanation again. The heavens were designed to bring reinforcement, bring support to the earth. The act as it is is not self supporting. It's not self propagating. It needs support from the heavens in order for it to actualize its potential. That's number one. Then number two. This act was created for man. It is a habitat of man. It is the context of man's dominion. So man is supposed to rule here. But your human spirit was created for God and inside cycle heaven created to support the earth. It is a platform, is the pride lands for man. And then the spirit of man within him is for God. So when God shows up, he possesses the spirit of man. Are you there? So God in him begins to direct him as to how to order his will upon the face of the earth, making man an agent of his kingdom. Anytime you describe man apart from his assignment of agency of the kingdom of God, you have gotten a context that is wrong. Let's go again. The heavens designed to support the act. The act is the habitat for man, and man's spirit belongs. To God. So when God shows up, he can leave the forest, he can leave the wildlife. What he is looking for is your spirit. He can leave the sun as powerful as it is, and the moon with his illumination. What he seeks is your spirit. Because your spirit was designed for him. Your spirit was designed to be able to contact him. Your spirit was designed to be able to contain him, and through your spirit he can be manifested. So the earth was made for us. That's why I you know, I have an apple fruit on my table because out of the increase of the earth will be supported. Are you all you know? But your spirit, your spirit has no ugly use. Your spirit is designed mind for God. And that's what Zachai say that if we see the cycle of creation, God's poss is the human spirit, and he is supposed to possess and enlightening every human spirit. So the human spirit is a critical place. It's a place that is God's due, and all men in our generation are supposed to give God the opportunity to take his place. If you understand some of the prayers of divid is, those psalms are deep. The man without understanding cannot use those words. Those are words that were crystallized from acts of intimacy with God. So he knows knows God's due, and part of God's due is your spirit. For the spirit of man is that can do of the law. So he wants to lighting your spirit that's part of his joy that it can come into the space what your spirit is, enlighten it because that your spirit belongs to. So when he shows up, the effect of. His presence will be felt on your human spirit. Second Timotive, Chapter four, verse twenty two. Still trying to build legitimacy for my teaching. And because of that, demonic possession cannot be one hundred percent effective because they were not designed to be the occupants of the human spirit. And that's why, at any point in time, we can cast demons out of men, because that is not the design. You can't cast God out of him. Lete me say I believe, I say, I'm not happy that you are born again, so you're not being happy doesn't. The one that is designed to be in your spirit is the one that has found your spirit. That is his resting place. And just in. Case his presence builds within you, the way you know is that he will like your candle. So it's a out of lighting your candle that gives you prophetic perception to see the things that are not in is realm, and that's how God expects every believer to function. Somebody said, my spirit belongs to God. My spirit is God's property. I give him access to take over my spirit and to light my candle. So in view of the above, I would need to explain to us a few matters. Job Chatty two verse eight. I know you know the scripture, but you need to write it down even though you know it. I like to show you how it is achieved so that you can know what is on the mind of God at every point in time. Because your human spirit was designed for God. It means that your human spirit that is regenerated can relate with God. You don't need to teach your spirit how to relate with God. Your spirit that is regenerated with the life of God can relate with God. But God doesn't just want the effect of his transaction with your spirit to remain in your spirit. He wants the effect of his transaction with your spirit to overflow your spirit and affect your mind, affect your soul, affect your body. So the Book of Job Chatterative vese eight shows us evidence of the fact that God, in relating with your spirit, wants the effect of that relationship with your spirit to affect your mind. So the Bible says, there is a spirit in man and the inspiration. Are you there or you didn't get it? The inspiration that is the lighting of the can do the inspiration that comes from the Almighty. You know, I told you that if the Almighty comes into the space where your spirit is, he lights your cand So the name for that lighting of your candle is called inspiration. He inspires your spirit. God inspiring your spirit man is a very robust, robust activity. And anytime He inspires your spirit man, the effect of that inspiration rops off on your mind, and it can trap your mind, and it can trap your thoughts and govern your thoughts and bring your thoughts into the understanding of what happened in your spirit. Can you see the things that our dealings with God will influence our mind? Meanwhile, it's your spirit is dealing with but your mind becomes a victim of the activity that takes place. In the inner chamber. It will take your mind along. Every form of spirituality that does not travel with the mind is false spirituality, because when God inspires your spirit, he brings your mind to articulate the things that He has done so that you can understand. If you don't understand what He's doing, you can lose the impact of what he has done. And that's why God needs to bring us to the point of understanding. So every spirit woman must stick what God is doing in his inner chamber as his true reality, not what is happening in the circumstances. You take what is happening where in your inner back as your reality. So in spite of. My change, I can't sing for joy because he just came into my studio and he lit my candle.
