The hand of God is upon the person. We know. But the person is not brought directly into spiritual ministry. The person is brought fast into administrative ministry. The reason why the person is brought first into administrative ministry is so that you can lend service without visibility and make all your mistakes when we are not in the spotlight. Because the moment you are considered to be an elder, you must be must big letters m U s T. You must be flawless in character. The moment we are brought into eldership, you realize that when we read the qualification for eldership, it is more character. Based than it is an anointing based. Are you there?
