We are dealing with the subject of spiritual authority, and we outlined carefully from scriptures that they are five cadas of authority. Number one, we said, we have the believers authority, which is also what we call this sonship authority. John Chapter one, verse twelve. As many as weceived him to them, he gave the right or the authority to become the sons of God. Number two. With that, we have the priestly authority first bitter two verse nine. You are choosing generations, royal priesthood, God's own special people called thought to show forth the praises of Him that called you out of darkness into His mother Law's light. Number three, we said, we have the kingly authority. Revelations that the one were six onto him that washed us and made us priests and kings unto God. The Father forever. Number four, we said, we have the ministerial authority, or what you call the ecclesiastical authority. Efficients four from verse eleven. To some, he gave to be apostles to some. He gave to be prophets to some. He gave to be pastors to some, he gave to be teachers. For the perfection of the saints for the work of the ministry until we all come to the fullness of the measure of the stature of Christ. And he said this forth dimensions of authority is available to every believer. To the first three, rather is available to every believer. Then amongst the believers, some are called into ministry, and added the ministerial authority. So the first fourth dimensions of authority are for the children of God. Then there is the fifth dimension of authority God, the sovereign authority. That's the authority of God. I am that I am. When I go to them and they ask me who sent me, tell them, I am have sent you. Exod of three fourteen. He's in a class of his own, that's. None like him. Tell them, I am have sent you. I am the Lord. Besides me, there is no order. So there is this sovereign authority. And these are the five dimensions of authority. We established that already. In the teaching. And we also took time to explain. The requirements for authority to find expression. And we said, there are for requirements anywhere there's authority. These requirements are I must number one. We said, for authority to find expression, there must be power, because Authority is the right to use power. Authority itself is not power, but authority is the right to use power. So if there is no power, there can be no authority. Number two, we said, for authority to find expression, there must be jurisdiction. The President of Ghana cannot come to Nigeria and give instructions here, just as the president of Nigeria cannot go to Ghana to give instructions. Yes, you're a president, for authority has jurisdiction. So for authority to find expression, jurisdictions was recognized and respected. Every time authority is given. Jurisdiction is defined Genesis one with the eighth let them have dominion over the birds of the air, the fish of the sea, and everything that creeped upon the fish of the airth So jurisdiction is defined. I give you power or authority over serpents and scorpions, and over every three painting that creeped upon the earth. So jurisdiction. And we said there are three basic categories as touching jurisdiction. Number one, we. Spoke of territorial jurisdiction. So jurisdiction has to do with environment and place. And we said the first Adam have jurisdiction over the air, the water, and the land. But the last atom increased. The jurisdiction of children of the children of God into the second heaven, the Act, which is comprising of air, land, and water. That's why Paul said we rest sue not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places. If we don't have authority, there will be defeated on arrival. So there is a territorial based jurisdiction. And then also there is jurisdiction based on creatures. So man under God has authority over animals. He authority over demons. Glory to God. That's why we cast our devils, and that's why we deal with animals as we defeat. God has given us authority over animals and over demons and falling princess. When they trespass, we can engage them. And then we also said that authority has to do with operations. For instance, you can cast our devils, but you can't dictate to them where they go. When an evil spirit is gone out of a man, it goes about in what dry places. So you can't cast out the demon and say stay here. You are not giving that authority. When you cast the demon out, it moves in what dry places. Number Two, you can't you can't contend with the spirit that they say, hey, if you go to go back the devils in head, all the ones in the bar in the a comeless piece s pet, you are on your own. So there are definitions to the operations of authority. We looked at that, and then we also went further to look at why authority is necessary. Why is it important to have authority? Okay, sorry, after jurisdiction, we looked at them. The third requirement of authority, which is that authority must be given or delegated. You read your Bible. Every time you hear authority, it is given. Even Jesus authority was given to him by the Father. In matchw tow the Ead verse. Nineteen is that all power in heaven and on earth has been what given to me in Luke ten nineteen, I give on to you authority. So authority is delegated glory to God. Even the authority that belongs to the people have to be delegated by the people to someone to be able to exercise it. You can't rear compensate today the President of Nigeria. No, there is a democratic process put in place to facilitate the delegation of authority. It is when the certificate of return is handed to you by eye neck, which is suggestive of the corporate will of the people, that you can exercise authority in an office. So authority must be delegated. And finally with that, for you to work in authority, you must submit to authority. I am a man on the authority. I have men under me. I said to one goal, he goes, I said to another, com he comes. So I exercise authority to the degree that I am submitted to authority. In second Corinthians, then if you read verse five and six, is that when your obednce is complete, then you can avenge all the disobedience. So if you want to work in authority, the basic requirement for authority is that power must be present, is that jurisdictions must be obeyed. Is that it must be then negated to you, and then you must submit to that authority. So everyone of us can work in authority. If we are not, it's simply because we are violating the codes of authority. Now we said, why is it important to understand the purpose of authority, Because when the purpose of a thing is not known, the abuse of that thing is inevitable. So we don't just know how to work in authority, we also know why we work in authority. And very quickly we took our time to explain why we work in authority. All the reasons for authority or the purpose is for authority, and it's that Number one. Authority is important because it is only through authority that you can maintain order within a context. Authority is for governance and for order. Without authority, there can be no governance, and there can be no order romance. Thirteen, there's one to four. The Bible told us even civil authority is given for the purpose of governance. Number two, it takes authority to be able to bless Without authority, you cannot be a blessing. Every time a man and force these things to happen, he's functioning by authority. You know, Blessing means empowered to prosper. So when a man speaks over you and your life walk or begins to walk, it's because there's an authority he's working with. So authority is important because it sanctions with the capacity to bless. Number three, White authority is important because it is needed to stop evil. Without authority, you can't stop certain. Certain is stronger than us. So we don't engage Certain on the basiness of power. We engage Certain on the basis of authority. The guy has lived since the earth was created. He's not yet hired, is roaming to unproud the earth. If you're wrong with him, he will outrun you. So don't can gudge the time by power and gadge him by what authority. I give on to you authority to do what to dominate every demon, every scopy, on every shapen. So authority is required to stop the works of darkness. Number four authority is required for kingdom advancement. You need authority to be able to advance Kindom match of twenty elves eighteen. I give on to you authority to do what to advance the frontiers of the Kingdom. It's that all power in heaven and on earth has been given to me. On the strength of that power, go and advance Kingdom. Go and advance Kindom. Without authority, you can advance kingdom. In fact, the oppositions of certain we already stop you. So you need authority to be able to advance kingdom. And number five is that authority is important because it legitimizes your sonship. As many as believed. In John one twelve to them, he gave the authority to become the sons of God. Now, having established this, we decided to develop a bit into the different kinds of authority, and so we began with the believers authority, and we established that from scripture, the believers authority of the sonship authority. Everybody who believes in Christ comes into a measure of the authority of God that is designated to humans. And one of the measure of the expression of God's authority and located to man is what we call the believers authority. And in studying the believers of authority. With that, there were four cads to that authority, and we outlined them. But because of our time, I wouldn't go into recapping the believers authority because it's a whole syllables on its own, So you go look at it, get the message, and be blessed by it. Now I want to deal with the priestly authority somebody is, then please explain the believers authority. No, get the message. I know it's enough to recapit. I know it's enough to manifest it. The idea is not to make you theologia. The idea is to make you a weakness. You know, we are still in the mount of preparation. This is part of preparation. You are one, you are discipled, and you are commissioned where you are commissioned. Make sure you are able to represent kingdom. And one of the ingredients that makes or impact the competence for kingdom advancement is the authority that is upon your life. So quickly, let's look at the priest authority. The priestly authority is the authority derived from priesthood. The believers authority is the authority derived from our new birth. That's why it's called bownship authority. You can't have the believers authority, let alone manifest it. Accept as you become a child of God John one twelve. In the same vein, you cannot work in the priestly authority. Accept as you have a function of priesthood. And so what is priesthood? We need to understand that quickly before we delve into the subject of priestly authority. Priesthood is a divinely appointed role or function that and compact these two things. Number one representing man before God and number two representing God to man. They service the responsibility. The role given to God's children to represent humanity or man before God, and the role of representing God to man is what we call priesthood. This is a very vital component of our work on the said of the earth. If we don't have this, we can't function in God's kingdom effectively. If you read your Bible, one of the things you discover is that although we are called believers, but the Kingdom of God is not for believers. It takes being a believer to be brought into the kingdom. But to live in the kingdom you must be a son, a priest, and a king. These are the three category of people that the Kingdom of God is meant for. Is that accept a. Man be born again, he cannot perceive the kingdom. So it texts being born of God to live in the Kingdom. So you believe to be born of God. When you are born of God, you receive the life of God. It gives you permission to function in the kingdom. But functioning in the kingdom is beyond having the life of God. It texts pristhood and king sheep to function in the kingdom. If you read your Bible, you will discover this was. God's plan from the foundation of the earth. When Adam was created in Genesis to fifteen, God Keptain in the Guardian to dress and to keep it. Genesis to fifteen. The word dress is the word a body, and the word keeps is the word shamah. One speaks of standing there on the behalf of God as you minister to him. The order speaks of securing the integrity of the terry. That's what kingship is about. So as you stand on earth to engage God, you are representing humanity before God. And as you defend the territorial integrity of that list, you are bringing God's government there. So you are representing God to man and to earth. So prince Wood began in even dress and keep it. Now, after they fell, Man fell, they were taken to captivity. God brought them out through Moses, and so in Exodus nineteen, verse four to five, God began to tell Moses the plan has not changed. It's that you have seen what I did onto the Egyptians, and how I bear you on Ego's wings and brought you onto. Myself verse five. Now, therefore, if you obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure onto me above all people of the earth. Verse six is my emphasis. And you shall be onto me a kingdom of what priests, a holy nation. This is what Peter reinturated in first pitch two verse nine. You are a royal priesthood. So the Kingdom of God is for kings and priests. That's why, even after Jesus resurrected Revelations one six, Revelations five twenty, the Bible is that he washed out in his blood. And made of kings and priests. So every one of first foods the believer is already made a king and a priest. But if you're not functioning as one, it means your priesthood has not been activated. And if your priesthood has not been activated, the potentious. Of the kingdom cannot be realized to you. This is why I said you live in this kingdom only as a priest and as a king. To appreciate the subject of priesthood. You will need to understand the five cadas of pristodo. The first keda of priesthood, or dimension rather dimension of priesthood, is the male kizzadec priesthood some one, one, zero, fast four. Then male Kisaedek prince priesthood. He said, the Lord has sworn and will not repent. He said, thou as a priest forever after the order of male Kizedek. And we saw that order of priesthood in Genesis fourteen. That's a thing to twenty. When Abraham returned from the Battle of Kings, he met a creature, a strange being, and the Bible called him male Kizedek, and he said, male Kisaedek is the king of Salem. He said he brought fourth bread and wine and was the priest of the most high. When we went back to thirty about him in Hebrews five, Hebrews Sis, and Hebrews seven, one of the things we discovered about this priesthood is that it has neither beginning nor end. So this is an eternal priesthood, and this is a kingly priesthood. And only two entities operated in this category. Number one is Melchiza death and number two is Christ. These are the two. Beings that functions in the Malkisa, the priesthood. In fact, they are some theological scholars that believe that Malechiza death is the preincannet. Christ having no beginning and no end, is the first order of priesthood. This priesthood speaks of King shep. Number two. You have what is called the patriachal priesthood. The patriarchal priesthood is the priesthood of the patriots before the era of the law, because before the law came, for instance, in Genesistial eight, you read from verse twenty to verse twenty two, you saw that priesthood was already in motion. The Bible spoke of Noah is that he builded an altar onto the Lord and took of every clean beast and of every clean foul, and offered a bunt offering on the order. Twenty one were reading to twenty. Two, And the Lord smelled a sweet sable, and the Lord said in his heart, I will not again cost the ground anymore for man's sake. For the imagination. You see that this guy came to represent man to God, and he was also going to represent God to man. For the imaginations of man's heart is evil from his youth. Neither will lie against Mike anymore. Every living thing, as I have done verse twenty two. He gave us the working mechanism of that priesthood. He said, why they had remained save time. And harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night not sees. So this is him representing God to man. He represented man to God, and he represented God to man. So this is the patriaca prithood. There were beings of orths. You started Genesis chapter twelve, verse six, verse seven. And Genesis said, Tim, that's eighteen your state that Abraham was a man of the orthar. And Abrahm passed through the land onto the place. Of second, onto the plane of moral, and the canonized was ten in the land verse seven. And the Lord appeared on to Abraham and sat onto him. Thy seed, we like give this land, and there feel that he an author onto the. Lord that appeared to him. So there was priesthood from Adam to Noah to Abraham. There was no law yet where call this priesthood the patsy yakal priesthood. Why the male kids that that priesthood is the priesthood. That is it, and it's the kingly priesthood. The patriarchal priesthood brothers basically on service, worship to God, and family leadership. The goal of this priesthood is to raise a family that knows and fears the Lord. That's why God's pop concern in Abraham is that I know Abraham my servant. Here we order his children in my ways. So they raised families that feared God. They raised families that worship God and the staffed God through sacrifice. If you study the Book of Job, you'll see that every time job children go out for partying, Job came back and offered the sacrifice to God in case they have seen is the patriacha priesthood. Then you have what we call the eronic priesthood. The ironic priesthood is the priesthood that was instituted in the law exact. Austen heard that one, I ope this class does not become the theological class. Exaid, and take that onto the Aaron, thy. Brother and his songs with him from among the children of Israel. So it was not for the whole of Israel. He said that he may minister onto me in the priest's office Eron nadab Abie who and the other Itama Eeron's songs. These were the people in this pristhuit. So the male Kizza that priesthood has Malekizadac and Christ the patriarcha priesthood has all the patriarchs that save God and raised Alltha before the law. And then the ironic pristhood has Aaron and his sons. Guess what at the end of the day in this priesthood only the sons of any other maybe to the end. That's why you have to be careful when you are starting print. So you need to understand the place of sacred worship. You know. One of the beautiful things about the law is that the law helps to. Expound to us the intricate dynamics of spiritual operations. If you don't know the Old. Testament, you may not appreciate and not the realities of the New Testament. It gives you the dynamics, it expounds it. That's why they are postals and prophets preach the Gospel from the Old Testament. When they told you in the New Testament is in the scripture. They are not talking about Matthew Mark Luke and John. They're not talking about arts of the apostles First Corinthians, those who. Are not reatten. So the whole Gospel of Poor was preached from the Old Testament because it made you see the depths of the dynamic. So why they are yet to read while they are truly revealing God's counsel in the New Testament, in the perspective of the works of Christ, they are both dynamites. Is still trapped in the Old Testament of the sons of error. Not that Annabi who offered a strange fire. That means a sacrifice that was not authorized. Because if you study the Book of Exodors, I think Exadors Statives nine, you can check it. God give them a law that no. One should offer strange intense on the order any offering that is not authorized is a strange sacrifice if it was. In the era of the law. Some of the things we say here sont that will strike you down, because the Holy God is not the one inspiring you. Nonetheless, there's something to learn from what happened here that when you stand here, you are not doing your business. You are doing God's business. And anything the Holy God or the world not authorized. You are not permitted to authors. We have reduced the author now to anything that we desire. People use authors to pursue trends. In our generation were discuss everything on the order because we don't understand the Bible said, the Old Testament is a type and the shadow of the news. It shows you God may not kill you because you are in a new covenant. But this re this to you that God does not want you to offer strange fire. So when you stand here, you. Must be connected to the inspiration of the Holygos and the authority of the world. The songs of Itama were the ones who eventually raised Ani, who raised hopening and planning us, and they became the generation of. Kabot, and they were destroyed. The songs of any other who were the priests who survived this error. They were the ones that went from many generations until the raised the priesthood in the order of Zadoc. And the priesthood of Zadog was recognized by loyalty and faithfulness to God. So in priesthood, faithfulness and loyalty is important. The Book of Ezekias forty fourteen, verse fifteen, he said the priest of the dog they brought fat and blowed before the Lord. When Israel rejected God, this food for God. Because the turtament of that priesthood is loyalty and devotn to the Lord. So that is the malekid that the priesthood, the patriarchal priesthood, and the eronic priesthood. Of course, there is also the visical priesthood. Why the ironic priesthood is authorized to carry out the job of atonement and the job of interpretation of the law. The levisical priesthood had a primary assignment of Savis in the House of God, and God caught them particularly for a reason. When the sons of Israel decided that to worship idols in the wilderness, it was the tribe of Levi. That refused to worship idols. And so when God appeared, he said, let all the sons of Levi come to me. So God separated them onto himself n. Eight fourteen to nineteen. You catch the story there. And he said, from that day the sons of Levi I will served in the House of God, and that they have no inheritance, He would be their inheritance. So the priesthood of Levi is for service and it's for the sons of Levi. The priesthood of Eron is what torement it was teaching of the law, and that priesthood is for Aaron and his sons. The patriarchal priesthood is for patriarchs and the Malchisa. That priesthood is for Melchizadec and Jesus Rife. Then you have what we call the believers priesthood or the priesthood of the believer. And that priesthood is for all born again Christians first Peter two, verse nine. You are a choosing generation, a royal priesthood, God's pastier people caught forth to sow forth the presence of Him that called you out of darkness into his motherless life. And again we have what we call the priesthood of Christ. We are Christ alone stands. We're here alone forty five to stand as the high priests of every creature. This priesthood is. The tana is kingly, is intuccessory, and it is apponing in nature Hebrews four, verse fourteen. Etaner kingly intcessory and apponing in nature. Seeing then that we have a. High priest, a very great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God. Let us hold first to the profession of our faith. So there is the priesthood of Christ. The believers priesthood is under the priesthood of Christ, the same way the legisical priesthood is under. The ironic priesthood. So the ironic priesthood the rives its authority from his submission. The let physical priesthood the rights is authority from his service and his submission. Or its submission to the eronic priesthood. So also the believers priesthood derives its authority from its service and its submission to. The priesthood of Christ. So tonight we want to look at the authority of the priests. As a believer, this is the foundation of the preason. Now you understand priesthood, you know the categorization of friesthood, and you know where you. Function in priesthood. So very quickly, let's look at the requirements. Of the believers priesthood. Then we look at the authority of the Believers priesthood. Then we look at the ranking of the Believers priesthood. You know, in salvation we are all in, but in kingdom. Economy, we are separated into cads, and that's what will determine our rankings even in heaven. The works of Christ. Will take all of us to eternity with God when the New Act appears. But our work is what we separate us into cads. And part of the work we do is captured within the context of priesthood so quickly. One of the requirement of the believer's pristood number one is intimacy with God. A believer who. Does not have an intimate relationship with God does not stand in that priesthood. The Sammist typified it, and the Apostles exemplified it. Peter was wreaking. Look at that scripture critically. Now, First, Peter, two nine is that you are a chosen generation. That means you were caught out, you were separated onto God. God called you to himself. You know you told me that two verse nine. The Bible is that the lost person is these people is there, It's my possession. So from the beginning of time God wants to call. A people to himself. That was what he began with Abraham in Genesis twelve. Get the out of the country, get the out of their kindred, get the out of thy fatherself. I am separating you from two, from the world to myself. Now that you are born again. Of course you have been separated from the world. But in prethood you connect to God vitally. So this priesthood has a requirement of the preson You are a chosen generation. I caught you out to myself. In Mat three fourteen, he said, he caught them to be with him. Them from those who are with him he can send. So this is why a believer who does not have a priesthood cannot even function in the ministry authority. Separated onto God, you are choosing generation a royal priesthood. So the royal priesthood derives from the intimacy you are choosing onto Him. If you don't walk in intimacy, you can't function in this presud. David by the spirit soil insan twenty four or three. Who has spanned upon the mountains of the Lord, who has spanned upon his holy heels, is that day that of what a pere, a clean hand, a peer heart, who have not lifted up they are so in vanity, not sworn this eitually, but check it out. Who shall stand, who shall abide? So they calling onto separation. If you study the Orderttaments and you see the gvernment of priests on their head, the we are the turban is written holy onto the Lord. A believer can do other things, not a priest. A priest is holy onto the Lord. So the first code for priesthood is intimacy and separation. Number two second code or requirement for the believer's priesthood is purity, thing and consecration. Second Krengian six seventeen. Come out from among. Them beer, separate sayer the Lord. That's not the unclean things, not those who are born of God. They're the beer, the vascals of the Lord. They must be what I'm showing you. You can exercise the believer's authority, but you discover that when you enter it keda where. You need to switch to your priesthood. If becomes more than I am born again, they are credentious that are needed. There is a dimension of the power of the Holy God that your vessel can't conduct. If you don't have intimusy, not of you who represent God. You will know anytime you stand before the Lord. If you come out, you can literally send the holygoth todging through you. Now, doc portentious were there because you are born of God. But for doc potentials to be realized in privatively your wickness if your pund can be fluid. You have read the book, you have understood the theology. But to bring the weakness. If we take standing in the presence, you will find out that the conduits are blocked. Even when you shout, you will discover volume is not supply of spirit. It's not about something. It's about this goply. I heard a story many years ago that turned me on. In all Thest. American universities that where the archeologists that don't out the Foundations were priests of God. So some of the things they. Planted in the Foundations are biblical values, are biblical programs. So when they have their graduations, although they have become a seculartic largely speaking, but in those graduations you must read certain certain times. So you tell it. They brought bishops who had all the bishopric garments and their dress code, and they will read it with Erdite communications capacities or etoria powers. Lord, why God, Lord won't make it me lie in the green pasture, leaders me this hard to steal you. He restored my soul. They will read it. Then now matters tad and brought the priest after the order of the dog. Don't go stay on the oath. When when the guys, you know, they did pre minies to read some ty three. And when they carried the text, he said, the Lord is myself. The power of God began to move before her. He leads first paw. People were with him for their things. Students in Gunmans were crying and confessing. When I had those tories many years ago, I said I must fall, I must be a witness. I will not ed you catch a generation. Only when I talk the power of heavens with age, it will be a sign that man's stand on head, but their head is ranking. In this spirit that we talk not from authors, but from truths. When he told us a story in Legos, a young lady was demon eyes. They brought many pastors, dio, many reques. The battery will not be cut out. But there was the rabbi at the feet of the mountain. Every day you pass he chantings, critos, chanting hims, praying in the holy goes. When they shot out everything and he wouldn't walk, they said, okay, let us test this guy who is the muisance. He had propped us long and all let him show that his God. When they thought the man, he said he was coming by trippym priesthood intelligence. Only God knows what he knew about that hour. And when it was three, the guy was climbing the mountain. The Lord is my shepherd, Hi share not one, but. The wind said he's poked to the rabbi. This is not somebody told me. He told us in legos. Then moment it was three, and that man started climbing. The demon started going out. The moment the guy knocked on the door, they let he was playing. She was pafectly huge. There was no need for prayer. The guy entered the house and prophet and poked the priestly blessing. The Lord bless you. The Lord God caused his face to tine upon you. The Lord lifts up his countenance over you, The Lord bless you. The guy was talky, hermans. My movie. The Lord give you pieces. You're going out and coming in his blessed. When he finished, Shalom shalon, and oh my god, it was like the deads of Dannia. A hand camera wrote on the wall not body going to pretty. But the Bible was talking about a man that bwelt in the cave. And when Dannia showed off, he came like an incense. I come from a civilization. I know where the hand came from. And before he read it there was audacity. He thought, the king God gave you a kingdom that fang from one part of the age to another. He said, what you choose to watch the god of ile to what is the god of poor? This is why they hand came Before I tell you what the hand wrote, let me tell you why it kill because that was where that hand was centerm many men the care, oh pathy, you have been worthing the palances. You have been found wanting for night. Your kingdom shall be divided among the midists and the patients. And the king went down. Not why tell people there is no kings creep without priesthood. The throne of the king is the art of the priest. When the archies come from the throne will be powerless. We are fourteen nuclear sor realities. Yeah, there's no power demons of pressing men. The reason is because the authors have become ashes pa that this charge kip I Timothy, that's your fantom playing the Kings of God. That is the you second Timoti want say you're a fan to play, because that's the card of friscood. Is that in legs, because sis towel. The fire on the Author must not be put out. The priests must putwood on this every morning, first tenants of the play. And then I watch an the record. Let that keep question. But we don't have men of rank who can claw and save man and man there over see. I was there when you were George. I was carried to the heavens last night I had your cat. This wall be the outcome. Man, pray the holy go for one minute so that you can catch the body the wet, the wet, the wet. Hyah kash that. Is sad ba bon bavarda caparoda la landa vera doors. Gonna die haha. Oha. Wound the kappa tie Hello, varrida ascos sariana kaparodida arty, Mike, what anxious for the alive. And we hold the horns of the Author onto the river. Sitana in my spirits begins to find a pressure for there that you leave out of their penny slow living water there are rivers some mus flow. They can be lost. H yeah, man all the cooler tie. Where are you standing in the spirits? Praised? Represent man to God? What is your witness to your record? Praise represent God to man. Help me one of the first. Have all the plague they got clear cito of pro when he clears that man, he caught him a dominion. The warm dominion in the Greek is cooliotic is the clean off. Power is the keys of authority. That's why as how much how much of that you It depends on the wet. Break. Tackles said that the water. Impladed impled that time. Hey, I take a plain pay and Paddy got flada by the fed come in fly time. It's pay that feel up and fred they came old yea and by ohia and fred they come out of lata pi and try not say come out of the time and I told it that can be and be not fed that go by and play like that back flu and b I come hold yea and paying the time and play yeah t fire and try they come by the time and start play that that's me and seeing that a file and marry that that not come fine and I got oh yeah, that pie and tell yeah, not that file and the del oya and fy that got that delu and that's that you got. Sing them and put that go by, and and that went up and say not come why and that got got la and that he that Fi and Lada, I'm not a sam. That's plenty play. The letter. When you're studying the subjects of pristhood, you on this cover now, although the priesthood of the believer is in the the context of the new commonant, but there are pocoons from all of the other priesthood that have been giving to the believer. The marachis and the priesthood is symbolized by wine and bread. That's why you are knight. You're dead. We see seat and time on the covenion table. And that's why the bath you and I can only be inspired by the spirit of God, because the wine speaks of the annoyance, and he also speaks of blood. That's why you are not You bath must leave by sacrifice. They are tokens of the melchit of the priesthood, the ironic priesthood that went through and the other and went through that dog speaks of faithfulness. They brought path and blowed commitment beyond things. That's why the moment to match that spiritual team is looses essence because still dead, that level of dog gets fretfulness, loyalty, and commitment is required. The prince to of lever swits of savis. That why to tomorrow we. Will be savants before we are songs. Because in this kindom that are kedders, God gives peth to you as a child. He resists you as his song, but he sends you as his avant. That's why, Paul, I'm a prison. Our Christ. Is the testimony of the Levitic Appelcud. You can't neglect the problems of this reality, and that course. Brit it down. When I teach on topices like this, I'm afraid because the bodies become christas they become atmospheres. The powerlessness of believers is a kind that something is wrong with our doctrine, because if our doctrines were right, they will build character and power. Requirements, purity and consecration. First oriente a nineturism post that I beat my body. That's consecration. I bring it on that subjection Romans told best two. I distreach you by the message of God. That you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable one to God, purity and confecretion. He said in first multi nineteen and twenty one the standard of the Law's standard show is it there for the Lord knowers them that he is nineteen is it therefore dead that name that the name of the law most depart from iniquity? Under twenty one, he said, when the man pogies. Himself Firstimalty two nineteen, where the man parties. Himself, then he qualifies to be of use by the Master. Number three requirement of priesthood is the life of sacrifice. You are not a priest if you can't offer sacrifices. This is where the difference between the believers priesthood and the priestly, the believers authority and the priestly authority begins. Active Christian life. And were your thirty a priest? In the New Testament, there are four basic sacrifice five vesic sacrifices. Number one is romance two verse one. Your body. Your presented as they leave being sacrificed. It speaks of tecumpeition sanctifications. That's why first got into as nineteen e seven past that I beat. My body the world. That spirit sanctifies you, but you must beat your body and bring it on. That subjection. If a man parties himself first musty two twenty one. That you like it does not mean you can have it, and that you like it does not mean you should do it. We are not animals. A man in honor that don't notice, like the beasts of defeat perishes. Find a Christian. I want to hear that song. It doesn't matter if they came from the goddess. If demon inspires it, and then despy themselves with sounds that come from the money quarters. They cat the long. You find believers depecret themselves in immorality. You ask, they said, the likely person you no priests. That's why the authorities they can't handle. Praise. Thank your body, the living sacrifice number two. Sacrifice of a priest is praise and worship. He prow Satrin verse fifteen is the letters of fat to him continually, the sacrifice of praise, even the fruit of our. Leavings onto his name. What's your God? For fifteen minutes, for twenty minutes. The livers who think it's a waste of time, some say, when we come from Bible study, let's just go into the pictures. What do you do. Is with the theological lass. How do you think the message comes Where do you think the rams come from? When you are paid, that's spirit, then he oppens to you his sanctuaries. That's where the very place of the matters flow into human vessel. They think worship is waste of time. And even while you are worshiping it, they. Are just not. They are enjoying the music. You are not the one we are wahping? Where are you are washiping him? So be careful when you're singing the songs that they like. When does you lie down? When does your knee down? When there's your dance? When does you lift up holy hands? So after a few songs, oh, let's sit down. When they are ready for serious business, let's say you lets me know, hm. The worship is starts of the Bible. So some of you that's the only time you worship go in a week and you want it to be three minutes. You need to repent. We are keepaching you freethood. The sacrifice of praise the Bible cost with the fruits of your lives. There are times where you are not even singing you're just adoring, You're just acknowledging who he is in your knife. There are times when you pick the scripture and bring them to him, and if they let the people praise him, then they act. Ye you that increase. This is where the powers of a priest comes from. Number three, Go Hebrews thirteen sixteen, Matthew five sixteen. Good works. It's there but to do good walks and to communicate. Forget, not for such sacrifices. God is well pleased everything you see us happiness, poor, happy people, strangers, and we're overwhelmed. It's not just because we love them. It is a duty onto the Lord, as please. You don't know how many people reach me on a daily basis, gona help, and sometimes I don't know how to eighty percent of them. That was when I discover when God raises a man, he resisted, reduced him first for him. God, then for his family and for his generation. You think reading a man is a blessing, You go up. You now discovered the blessing is known to. You, is unto orders. The spirit of the Lord is upon me. He has to annointed me for who for myself? Go read it? Look for it, you are not that God there for yourself. The Bible said, if you have what to wear, what to drink, and we are to lay your head, be contempted with it. So the reason God raids you is for his glory, for his kingdom, and for orders. And if you don't know it, you are not a priest, then dare you become a priest? You realize it that the rely way you pray for the annointing to flow, it's not for you. The rely way you lembar to get money, it's not for you. For beginning efficients fight for the age is then left him that see see no more but work with his hand that he may have. Is it to say, I'm telling you why we don't have powers? One person alone? Dress is the dress from her to talk is three million, And a dress is like that five times in a week. So in a week, what if we as alone is fifteen millions. But he has never given for so many, He has never given to the poor. And take comes to change. He said, we are royal priesthood. No, sir, you're royal, but lah bla because you're going to manifest colors. Royal priesthood think preecethood is for you to appear like a butter aply and a pickock showing colors Euroya war. Your royal is in another kingdom. The Bibles I work, I wake down that slippers and Christ we give you light. Sacrifice of praise and watship, sacrifice of good works, let your life so shine. It speaks of the character. Of the Holy God, and it speaks of the acts of kindness and good will that makes people glory tight God because of you, So you're reward. It's not just in heaven. It's that you hear men thank God because you have them. It's freezood. Number four. Sacrifice of freethood is intercession and prayer. Intercession and prayer. Prayer for a priest is not just fellowship, because when the priest is praying, he's standing in the guard for others. So largely the prayer of a priest is incessory in nature. First and Multy two verst one. I had thought, therefore this is false, speaking that first of all supplication, prayer, intercession, giving enough thanks be made for yourself for all men. Verse two. Hear what he says for kings, and for there that I'm. Authority that will be lead a quiet and peaceable life in all goodliness and honesty. First ad he inturated it. I will therefore the man prayers everywhere, lifting up holy hands. That's where the priesthood comes in, because in the context of priesthood, your hands and your feet are for kingdom and administration. Your tank tolls open the city. Is that wherever they tore your feet, that sad give in to you. So you open and take over territories with your feet. But your ten fingers upon the heavens. So I one for you, one that's fool led my prayer, they set the body, and then lifting up off my hands. As the evening sacrifice and Revelations five, the Bible told us from verse seven that the prayers of the sas a plan to heaven. As others, they are pad in golden brus So you your do economy with the heavens. When you lift your holy hands, it's pretty food. Learn to sing, learn to make melodists, Learn to deny your body of pleasure jobs that I have a covenant with my eyes. I will not look upon the vegets. That's princetood talking. Learn to grief, not wherefo a message is prince to duty. When you hear the songs of our generalestor you know, it's actresses that are singing, not christs. Are you as you are hearing that song, it's not happening to you. Nobody's singing. Even the wordings show you that these are men of the holiest of all people. They're not caught. Their songs are about the response to the pullings of the spirit. Is the quick enough. When we call upon your name, bros. When we run after you, bras, we want to be drawn drawn. So there are songs, I responds. They kiss me with the kisses of thy mouth. Thy love is better than wine, it said, because of the sabbory ointment of thy name. He said, thy name is pressure. So they vegts love you. But we don't remember the tales of the wine. When we remember the intimacist in the bed chamber, when our prings our king rules, Oh, John said, even in the eye of pat. Mons, the island of death, he was not at all. I was in this penis on the last day, I. Heard a sound as of a trumpet, And as it all, he said, I saw seven gold in Lambstan. He was brought into another level of intimacy. In best part, the same voice. That's fun to me is that the voice fun this time is heard. Come up hither, not where songs come from. Songs come from plas this on high, Come up hitter. So when you hear the sounds of the angels, the dast thing one of the other, what comes down there is holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord. That's where the cats crowns, not where there's power from thrones. But because we don't have freezpool, we want to take crowns and monk thrones there. I just want to be. I just want to be with you. I just want to be where you. Really day, your friend, puting of jealous I don't want to worship. From me to where you are. I wanna be where you are, filing in your friend fifteen hour day. So rather guy on your worry. In your friends, just to be, let's round up seedown. The first requirement of Christhood is intimacy with God. The second requirement is purity and consecration. The thought requirement is a sacrificial life. The thought requirement is the heart of love. If your heart is not full of love, you cannot intercede. No self centered trustment can be an intercessor. Intercessor is to stand in the gap for orders. So it takes love. That's why. The nature and the fabric of our being in Christ is love. First John for it, he said, we should love one another for God is Love. Is the fabric and the texture of priesthood of the believer. And then number five requirement of priesthood is understanding and living by covenants. In abstract the three verse twenty five to twenty six, he said, you are the children of the prophets and of the covenant which God may be our father, saying on to Abraham, and on and in thy seeds share the kingdress of the head be blessed. Now this scripture is speaking to Israelites. What he shows us the dynamics in the operation of covenants. In the New Testament, Jesus God became mine in the person of Jesus, because man do keep the covenant. God entered covenant with God. So the Father entered the covenant with this son. This son represented man. So the covenant of the New Testament is actually not with God and believers. It's actually with God and Jesus. But we are the off prince of that covenant. Now, guess what every child is mandated to leave according to the code of the covenant that existed between his father and his mother. The covenant of marriage for insults between your father and your mother necessitates what fidelity. So fidelity is your lifestyle, in lessitates love. Love is your lifetime. It says trust, Trust is your lifetime. So that covenant, the codes of that covenant, was impacted to you as religion. So asy believer who truly is a childe of covenant. Leaves according to covenant. If you study and one on the roguest one to three, you see that God entered the covenant with yourself. The Lord said to my Lord, sit down at my right hand, and I will make thy enemies. That foods too out of thyeon shall proceed the lod or the Lord. So we are the children of the covenant between God the Father and God the Soul. And because we are children of that covenant, the code of that covenant is our nature. And so if we were fulfill priesthood, we live out that code. Lord, patience, kindness, We must leave it out devorce, fidelity. If it is not there, you can work in priesthood. These are the pise basic requirements of priesthood. What's your authority of the New Testament priests. I don't have time again, but i'll list it. You go study it. Number one is the right and the power to stand before God. Without any fear of inferiority or condemnation. That's what you call righteousness. You know. In the Uld Testament, when the priest wants to approach God, ton carriage the blood and place this upon the messy seat. So when God comes, he sees the blood, and if that priest touches the messy seat by mistake, he'll be struck dead. But in the New Testament is the combodery before the throne of grace. Obtain mercy and find great for help in the time of need Hebrews four sixteen. So we can stand, and the Bible said, I think I'm sixty two verse eight. Now he said, blessed is the man that the Lord causes to approaching the word bless is empowered. So because we're stanned in the presence, we are empowered. For you know, Elijah drew his authority from where he stood first King seventeen verse one before God. Who might stand that, SABINU ree, It's the chall the angel of the Lord before God, whom I son, I am Gabriel, that stands in the presence, So our ability to stand in the presence. It is allowed for it. And this is not just the legalistic reality. This is an experiential reality. That morning by morning you must make an appearance. And he said, they go from strength to strength. Every one of them means dial that appeared before the Lord, some step before bestu Number two, what the authority of the priests the right to represent God to a generation. In this world today? There is no institution anywhere that can stick on behalf of God. Only the church. You were not entire anywhere, and anybody is talking and said, this is what God said. They don't have those credentials. You will not go anywhere. And anybody is telling you God a gender, they don't know it. They don't have the authority to do. So we have the right to represent to a generation. In Luke ten sixteen, he said, when they hear you, they hear me. First, John Postamon three, is that as we is, so are we in this world. So when we show up, we are not just representing God as it were. When we show up, we actually bring God to deceeed. You know, I told you in the believers of authority. Excusia is to stand on the behalf of God. But as you start growing in priesthood, you will discover that the authority changes from standing on the behalf of God. The authority becomes bringing God on the sea. So when you come, the glory of God is made manifest. When you come, the presence of God is made manifest. So priest don't just carry legal rights to represent prince presence. If you stay with the priest, you will not be the man who is speaking for God. You will touching God speaking through a man. So the authority of the priest is the power to bring. God on this meed. Hmmm mm hmm. Hi, you have touching something there he touches not mhmm. You know. We stand him his presence, no. Legal We sh on allly. Ground, and I know, I know that they're arrangels all around. Mada of spress. Teez is a smell. We stand then his presence on allly ground. We are stand. You want to see on allly ground, and I you know that. There arrangels all around. I think we have to get on ogah and old spread bottle strings and played louder. Jemma, you need his presence on alygra. Hes and. Geez is a snow. He asked the. In his presence. You know, it's the level where you show up, is that I came on the behalf of God. And then there's another level where you show up. You say, God is here. I brought God. I brought him. That's the truth. That's where you move from his son you go higher. Because sons walk in two departments, as priests and as kings. That dna becomes your garment. This is the plan of God for you. Oh who. You know? Hm? Holy? Who are you? Hell? Jels? You read the. Holy? I wander round up, let's not enter that river. The total authority of a priest. It is what we call legislation and litigation, the power to propagate divine laws and the power to stop the violation of divine laws. So in the Old Stament, one of the things we are going to find that priests do is that they teach the counsel of God. That's why you hear of teaching priests. A generation is lost when there are no voices of teaching priests, because they are legislators. When the priest comes to a territory, he can insist that God's purpose be done. He had the mistriss. He knows what to do to shut down opposition. Did you read about Joshua walk around the city six for six days once and on the seven day walk around seven times, and let the priests blow the horn, and Jericho collapse. A new government was established. That's pridus legislation. We propaget God's counsels. We preach God's gospel, and we imposted God's authority. When God says anything from heaven, we catch it and we prophesied. And when any authority wants to counter goods authority, we cry, Thy. Kingdom Come, Thy will be done on earth as city is in heaven. We are legislatives. We are literally gets. When you enter this department of preethood authority, they are those who are called watch us, watch men, the watchmen. Their job is to so when alien. Forces want to invent the body, they see it, and when they seed they cry. That's why when you're hear preachers, some of them cry. They cry against in lipiity, They cry against alien practices, they cry against the monic attack, they cry against patterns polities from the. Demonicer is an office in priesthood. They are watchmen. When watchmen becomes lacking, aliens enter, he said. In Na fifty six, verse nine, Oh yeah, bast of the klud is a come to the volve. Oh yeah, bast of the forest. There was a cry. Come nobody can. See, nobody can warn. In ten he said, the watchman applied. They are ignorant, They are dumb dogs. They cannot back. They are slipping, and they love to swam back. So when you enter the operations of the authority of priesthood, you are the pretend either into a watchman or you ask the threaten into an introcesso. An intacesso is a get kicker. The strength of the watchman is his right and his voice. He sees and he cries. But the strength of an intatasso is his tennatty. Those are the ones who fight at the gate, because when you see a kingdom, the portraits of the kingdom in the ancient times, they are sentry officers on top of the gate that when they see they want the gate keepers. The toot of the gut keeper is to ensure. That the gates are not bridged. Because when you fight those days, the wars were impregnable. The weak point was the kid. So when they hit the get their men's standing. You can't enter. And when the get is bridged, they turned their bodies towards. Then we die here. But the kingdom can be compromised. So the power of an intastle is residents a tennacity. That's the kind of priest that men like Biga aware. I was among the captains by the river Kaba. I saw the ons of God. I saw it, caught himself a priest the tone of Buddha, he said in the Tapia tear in the fourth month, on the fifth day, I was among the captains. Even as the captain, there were sounds from his visit. And when you started that book chapter four, God thought, the big care lie on the right side in Tassis for Israel for the hundred and ninety days. Who can do that is a gut keeper. He can't stay there. His tamina is his weapon. I may not be seen, I may not be hearing, but this gets will never be preached if we stay there after three hundred and ninety days, if they turn to your left in Tati for Judah for forty days. So one man was praying for four hundred and thirty days. Is there Papas is one of you, Colossians fortuits, never in patentty for you in prayers, that you're spanned copley and completely not the wheel of goal. When the demons fight, when the territory atm his war, the guys that stand there answer. You cannot enter. It's not intercessious in the stars a get keep up best. Then they become those who. Stand in the gap between man and God, because we are three departments. There is the watchers they won't. There is the gut keeper, the man they gets. Then they graduate into the sanctuaries. Not are the ones who entreat evil, because from time to time you need sickness. Because sometimes the. Reason why the enemy is becoming powerful is because the iniquity of the children of God has made them poor ducts. So why the gut keepers are fighting the tatars coming and they bring entry. This so Second Chronicles, second table. Fourteen, is that my people who are caught by my name, if they we humble themselves, if they will repent from their evil ways. And cry, not that they interusettles. They cry to heaven, and when they receive it, that is they can now announce to the people, are the good peace upon Jerusalem, our God. This is in our basis. Then you nouns the all of us godding. The enemy becomes weak because. It is a corporate transaction between watchmen, get keepers and intercessos. Watchmen see and one Gods gives us defend the gate, and intcessos stand in the gap. Between man and God. When you start doing this, thank God start giving you rank rank. This is where the separation takes list. If your function as a watchman freadfully, if your function as a guest gipers freadfully, if you function as an intercessor, fretfully. What God now does is that he begins to increase your authority. So a prison authority is separated into ranks, and the first rank is the rank of. The guardian. When you become a guardian, what God does is that he begin begins to commit the destiny of men to your hands. So there are people who cannot die if you're present. He begins to commit the destinies of families into your hand. Let me show you a few scriptures. Acts of the Apostles twenty first twenty nine. Paul said, when I leave you is the previous wolves, we come and rest disciples after themselves. That means so long as Paul was there, the church was saved. He had grown. He had become a guardian. Hope. You know, Paul was the watchman. He could see the future of the church. He could one, and he could direct. But the point came God gave him the life of feeding. Then when you grow from a guardian, you'll become a water. A watchman and a watcher are two different people. A watchman says and wants the chart. A water is the possess of city. God does not just keep him to sea and want God and locate a city to him to guard it. In the Jenny ram that are in Jennic watchers, but among men they are awful watchers. God d your Bible after of the Apostle Satter nine. When Paul was entering Damascos, he was struck on the way that's part two six, and I thought Jesus to finish with him. Jesus directed himself, go to the city. They will tell you what to do. And suddenly God goes to Ananias and tell him go and see Paul. I've put a collin on his head, but it violated. He tress passed your corridors. That's where Abraham funcsh God was going to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah by you. He couldn't do it because he has I'll. Lookate Turdy to Abraham will like to do a thing. We tap that in my suther on Zebrah, what I would do, saying that he will become a great nation if on this nation is his property. And Abraham began to interestie what if you find f still, I just what if you find forty five? What if you find that? What if you find twenty? He's top that tenth that's neatter belonged to him. He was a w Then you grow, you're becoming gabian. A custodian. A custodian is the keeper of the secrets of God. He's not just watching people, He's not just watching peetries. He become the bank of heaven. So any secret God has concerning it, he puts it in him. See some of the men walking among us, they are not human beings, They are dispensations. There's nothing God wants to do in pappy years. He puts the secret on the man. His pretence is the weakness, and nothing was apple. That was where men like Simeon the prophet from Soding. That was where Anna from Sondi really Luke Chapter two. The guy was tired. He wanted to die, but they. Couldn't die because the Bible said, the Holy girls signified to him that a tomb is coming. Who we said the world they moment they brought us off to the temple. Politically is speaking, He was not relevant. Nobody knew him, but the Bible said, he came into the temple buy this spirit. Why are that received invitest letters because of the rank with men people? One received invitest boy the Holy Spirit, he had rank in heaven. And when he got up or the priest gabaway because the priesthood that represented heaven has thrown off. And he carried the child. He said, now my eyes have seen the salvation of the Lord. Nobody knew who that child was, but the keeper of secrets knew that this one is not a child. It's that he's rising sad pick for the rise and the Paul of many. He was talking things that were throws in the spirit. How did he know it? It was the keeper of the secrets of God because the secrets of God and with men is that the secrets of the Lord, and with them to hear him, he can't tell his covenants. You're growing print food from a godia to a water to a cost Podian that you become the George. When you reach the level of a George, you are now the embodiment of the laws of God. Wow, what do you think? Marthys was not called a priest. Yes, it was higher than Iran. Marclis was the one who taught Aaron what to do God God, Moses a god ex Seven, Verse one, I have made you a god. On to Pharaoh, the guy have become the embodiment. What does they not surprise you? The loss of God were called the loss of Moses. Who was he? And it was not just in the Old Testament. Paul came and said, when Moses is red, so a man like Morsies can't. Talk, it would be like future. Did you not read about Paul, Because the point came Paul became jege past that concerning virgins, I have no commandments from the Lord's but I'm a man who is sound faithful. I speak on this matter. They are that the right things. The speaking of Paul with the voice of the Holy Spirit, and that is strip call first Corinthians sevel and first Corinthians seven. Is that strit cause then you are last picture. Remember first Peter true, first twenty the Bible. Second Peter one, that's twenty. He is that only man of God beat as there were what carry it posted on this matter. God didn't talk to me, but hear what I have to say. And when Paul said it, the elders they did. Who was that not what the man who could charge? And it came to pass. Paul was preaching to a governor in the city and the sutra calm trying to cross threat. They are chand of God. Paul looked at him. He said, the hand of God is the only rule you, son of wickedness. You will not see for his easy the man went blind. Why we exercise fate to open blind eyes. There are those who have authority to make men blind. They are not two things. One is the threat of a believer. They order is the authority of pristhood. Did you read when Peter went to Samaria the sussra Helm giving him money to retreat. The honeygirl is said the money perish with you there you have no do you know the way of that event. You have no path in this matter. You know what with a head as patching the gift of the holygoes, I complete you from having it. If that a man knows that, that is I'm authority in the series. If we attack necons, we need more than believers. Authority. Please mosas men that can park and naisons with George. Men that can park, and wicked men. Sons of Belia will be George. The gods are children of this happened working among men. Not all of us are humans. Some are tons of the dragon, and when you confront them, they are not reasonable men. The Bible call them wicked and are reasonable men. There are man who can stand up. Like Paul and say you are blind from two being. They are man who is stand up like Paul and say, if you don't repent is heaven days you live this planet? You accurate him? You with this? This is Christ's God bless me. I don't know what you heard for. Cry for Greek authority of the priest. Pry, pry for the moments. That's the boot, that's the come be, come bye's lock up. Part he paired, got he parted that got pick up part of the part and pared Pila and pyla and pick up p yeah god pie and playa road that it's a year and that pie, I'm part of that planted that that helas that's like. A boat, and that yeah a bailer, ya bailer, Oh. Yeahd man, what. Yes man? The house they say there, let's say that's where the very. Man. Listen as we. Turned it from believers into the Bristol ranking. Some of us may begin as watchmen. So you pray a little. You became popular because you see how you proclaim. But the other one may be a good kipper. He's behind the gates, hitting he's send in the city. Nobody may know him. That the guy on the roof is popular does not mean the guy the gate is really his department. But you wait, and there we come the guy who is popular on the roof made neglectus priesthood. But the one that they get and in the holiest of all who is not. Name with that growing from a cartier to a water to a costodian, and they they come, he becomes a George, and certainly where he lives becomes a pickle made center.
