Tonight, I want to round off a teaching I began some time back on the concept of spiritual authority. There are two aspects of that teaching that we are yet to deal with, and so I want to take our time tonight to touch one of the aspects we've not dealt with it. Who were studying the subject of authority. And we said, there are five levels of authority. We said, there is. The believers authority. How many of you remember that? You remember? Can you list them? There is the believers authority, There is the priestly authority, there is a kingly authority, There is the ministerial authority, and then there is the sovereign authority. Glory to God. I said, every child of God is respect to function in the believers authority, in the priestly authority, in the kingly authority. And I said, those who are the calling on their lives are given the opportunity and privilege to function in the ministerial authority. And then God alone is the one who operates sovereign authority. Glory to God. And I said authority is very important because. Of what it does, the purpose for which it is given. Number one purpose of authority, I said, it is given for the purpose of governance and order. Romance said team. That's one to four. First Simota chapter three, you see that both civic authority and authority in the church is designed for the purpose of order. Now, remember we are not dealing with civic authority here, because the concept is spiritual authority. Right, of course, there. Is a spiritual influence that is put on civic leaders. But we are a bit critical in our analysis, so we are focusing more on authority in the kingdom glory to God. But I said every kind of authority is given for governance and for the establishment of order. Number two, we said, authority is given so that people can be blessed, because those in authority have the power to blessations. For eleven to thirteen, we see that the five food ministry are called a gift glory to God, so they can bless you. And we are going to look a bit more into that. And then number three, we said, authorities necessary so that we can defeat evil. Looked at the ten verse nineteen, behold, I give you authority over and he began to least them to tread upon serpents and copions, and over all the power of the. Enemy, and he said, not in by any means, haurt you. Number four, we said, authority is given for the purpose of kingdom advancement. March twenty eight, verse eighteen to twenty. All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. If they go there for one disciple, all nations send them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Spirit, teaching them all that you have received from me. And it's below. I'm with you onto the end of the age. Glory to God. And I said number five. Authority also is given to legitimize our sonship in the kingdom. John chatter one, verse eleven. He came onto his own. His own received him, not he's able, as many as received him to them. He gave the authority to become the sons of God. And that's why Mark sixteen, verse seventeen. Is that these signs have followed them that believe in my name. Chade cast out devils. So authority legitimizes our sonship in the kingdom. Praise God. So these are the few reasons why God gave authority to his children. But I said, it's not so important for you to understand the critical components of authority. For a dimension of power to be called authority, four things are critical. Number one, I said, there must be power, because every authority. There has no power is the figurehead. And so for authority to find expression, there must be an inherent ability. So authority makes power available. Praise God. Every where there is an authority, there is of necessity, the presence of power. Number two, we said, for authority to be in place, there must be jurisdiction. Authority does not just work everywhere. Yes, I'm a pastor, but I can't work into any church and start giving instructions. You, o, governor. Does not mean you can go to any state and start giving instructions. The very first time authority was given in gealoesis one we need it. God gave jurisdiction over the birds of the air, the fish of the water, and everything that prepared upon the face of the earth. So there is power, there is jurisdiction. And then I said, number three, there must be submission, because authority, as you will see number four, it's always delegated. And so anybody who is in authority will be in authority because he is first of four under authority. Ma Fu Chapter eight verse nineteen eleven. The centurion said, I the man on the authority. On the strength of that, I said to one go, and he goes. If you are not on the authority, you cannot exercise authority. Glory to God. That's why demons are powerful, but they don't have authority, because they are rebellious. If you are not under authority, you may have power, but you will not have authority. Hallelujah. And then finally I said, authority must be delegated. So these are the four critical components of authority. Everywhere there's authority, there is delegation. Even Jesus in match betwenty. It is all power in heaven and on earth has. Been given to me. Is that behold? I give you Luke ten nineteen authority over serpents and scorpions. So if these four things are in place, then authorities in manifestation, power, jurisdiction, submission and delegation. These are the four things that make for authority. And I said, when authority is in place, its expression is in layers. Glory to God. It's in layers. That's why we can operate different dimension of authority. And I took out time to explain the layers of authority which you have already numbered, the authority of a son or believers authority, the authority of a king or kingly authority, the authority of a priest or priestly authority, the authority of a minister or ministerial authority, and then the authority of God, which is the sovereign authority. We took our time to explain also the character of authority, because we said, when authority is from God, it has diverse characters that epitomizes the quality of the spirit that is being represented. But of course all of that is in that preaching. You can study it. We've gone quite far. Tonight, I want to go a bit deeper and deal with what I have titled the ministerial authority. This is the authority we want to study tonight, and this is for those who are called those who are ministers. If I have time, I will show you, or I would do a good teaching on the ministerial offices. Praise God. Now, every believer is the minister. The Bible cause us ministers of reconciliation. Glory to God. Second Corinthians five seventeen to nineteen. Is that goever is in Christ Jesus. If any man be in Christ is the new creature all things that passed away. Behold, all things have become new. Is that, and all things are of God, who have reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and have given on to us. The ministry of reconciliation. So God reconciled us and then gave us the ministry of reconciliation. Is that which God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not imputing their first pass onto them, but are committed to. Us the word of reconciliation. So every believer is the minister of reconciliation, and it has the world of reconciliation. That's why we are all sent to win souls. But when we are dealing with ministeria authority, we are not dealing with authority at this level. This is also captured within the context of the believers authority. You know, I showed you the full levels of the believers authority. Right exusia, which is the right to represent God al kay, which is you being first and not the last. And I spoke about curiotis, which is you exercising dominion or territorial jurisdiction. And then I spoke of basilios, which is you reigning in life. So if you represent God, if you are first and not the last, if you have authority to govern territories, and if you can reign in life, definitely you'll be able to reconcile God. Back to people, back to God. So all of the reconciliation affect is under the believer's ministry, and they're about ten of those ministries. I'll take time to teach them so that every believer will find their place in Kingdom service. There is the Ministry of prophesying. There's the ministry of teaching. There's the ministry of service or the diaconry. There is the ministry of administration. There have ten ministries. There's the Ministry of the Liverans. They're all there and will deal with that at another time. But every believer is called into the ministry of reconciliation through administration, through cutting out devils, to teaching, through prophesying, your reconcitement back to God. But when we are dealing with ministry authority, we are not talking primarily about the believer's ministry. We are talking about those who accord to operate in the five FOD ministry efficient for vesta level. The Bible said to some he gave a pursus, and some prophets, and some evangelists, and some pastors and some teachers. So it's not the whole church to give this to is to some. So he brought them into the five FOD offices so that they can represent him at a higher level. For instance, if you look at the scripture, is thet for the equipping of these saints, So this one are set apart and they are giving the responsibility to equip the same. So it's not every saint that is an apostle, it's not every saint that is a prophet, it's not every saint that is an evangelist, it's not every saint that is a pastor or a teacher. But every apostle, evangelist, pastor teacher is empowered. To equip every other thing. So there is a level of authority he has given to them in order to be able to represent him to the saint. Hallelujah. And so that's what we want to study. But it's always important to live foundational characteristics because it helps us not to abuse authority. And so when we are dealing with ministerial authority. There are three critical ingredients that must be understood. Number one, ministerial authority is rooted in service and not in control. So anybody who is God to be a minister is God. To serve and not to control. March at the ten vers. Forty two to forty five. Ministerial authority is rooted into service. We're gonna deal with more scriptures? Is that? But Jesus caught. Them to him and said, unto them, you know that, you know, you know that they which are which are a counter to rule over the gentiles exercise lordship over them. Is that they are great ones exercise authority upon them. Is said, but so sha eat, so shall eat not be among you. But whosoever will be great. Among you shall be your minister or your servant. The gentiles exercise lordship and control. But among you it is service, and whosoever of you will be the chiefest shall be the servant of all. So ministerial authorities rooted in service and not in control. There are many people who believe that ordination into the offices of ministry is to sit down across your legs as they come get their come here. The way will send you to their to cook. Now, I'm gonna show you that you can serve those who are in authority over you. But never think is every other person around you is a slave that you're to answer to all your your whims and caprices. And then you just sit down like one lord that people are serving. No, you are just coordinating every other person, serving Christ yourself inclusive Anddelujah. Number two. Authority in the kingdom is exercised in law, not in fear or manipulation. They have foundational characteristics first bitter fight verse two to three. It is exercised in law, not in fear or manipulation. Is the fit the flock of God which is among you, taking the overside thereof not by constraint, but willingly, not for future look or but for a ready mind, but of a ready mind. Neither has been lords over God's heritage, but being examples to the flock. So what we are doing here is done in law. There are many ministers who are intimidated by those who follow them, so they have to manipulate them in order for them to respond. If you are called, there's an authority to get the people to. Respond to what the Holy Ghost is doing through you. You don't have to manipulate. Glory to God, hallelujah. So it is not out of fear. There are people who are afraid even when the Holy Ghost is asking them to give room for orders to express themselves. But there is insecurity. I'm only a teacher. This person propheties. If I give him room and it starts prophetsying, will he not become the leader? No, you didn't choose yourself. You were chosen are You are not chose to lead because you are the most gifted, all the best. It's just a privilege of ordination. So allow the prophet to prophesy. You can just explain Bible. That's Enough's authority of God that put you there. So don't lead through fear or manipulation. Glory to God. Number three spiritual authority ministry. Authority is grounded in scripture, not personal opinions. If you will lead in the household of God, you. Must put your opinions aside, no matter how good they look, and be bet on scriptures. There are many persons that everything they do is based on how they think. This is not a ground of strategists. Even if you have to deploy, strategy has to be by the spirit. God didn't bring you here to lead the people by your opinions. Every script you're supposed to take must be occasioned by the Holy Spirit and scriptures. Ministeria authorities grounded in scriptures. Second Mty Three sixteen to seventeen scriptures, please write these things down. Is that all scripture is given by the inspiration of God. It is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. So you see that all you are going to need to do in authority is by the scriptures. Is that that the Man of God might be perfect thoroughly phurnished onto good works. If you drift from scriptures to your opinion, you will not be perfect. You will discover over time you will air That's why you see that sometimes ministers have to chew their own worlds, swallow their own words because they spoke things out of personal opinions, they spoke things out of issues they habit men, and they ended up messing up their ministries over time. You cannot produce good works if you are not based on scriptures, glory to God, rudiments of ministry authority. And then finally you must wait for God to send you. Don't send yourself. Don't give yourself a title. Don't give yourself a position because you feel you are gifted or charismatic Mark three fourteen. The Bibles, where they called them to be with him so that he might send them. He called them to be with him so that he might send them four to preach the gospel. He ordained twelve that they should be with him. He ordain them to what be with him, that he might send them forth to preach. Now that you are called does not mean you are sent. In the early Church, there were many people who were called, and they just sacked in the church, and they remained there. Sometimes they served them for counsel. Sometimes they stood with their pursus for intersection. In fact, Poor referred to some of them in scripture. Is that salute Junior and andronicus. Is that these ones are of reputation in their personolic community. It's that salute them. Poor recognized them. But there was no record anywhere that they were heading anything. They were just there among the elders. I think that's romance sixteen nine. Help me find it, salute junior, and have you founded? Sixteen seven. The air men here are using what I'm saying. The guys just there. The scriptures are there like River salute Andronicus and Junior, my kingsmen, my fellow prisoners who are of note among their pursus, who also were in Christ before me? Are you doing? This is poor talking? So you have to be sent. To be able to exercise ministerial authority. There are many people who are called. They already exercising authority. Unless I'm not a prophet. Because you have refused to give your doughs are shot. That's the tift he does. They have authorities. Glory to God. Because before God sends you, there are few credentials. Can I give you some of them? Five credentials of a man whom God sends Number one there's the clamanded. If you have been with Him and it's time for you to be sent, there will be a clean man day. You won't copy somebody's vision. Now, are there? People say God have sent. Them to some ministry, and they copy other people's visual and they did the language. They are not sent. They may be called, there's no argument, but they are not yet sent. Glory to God. And Asad was nine verse one. When God sent Moses, he said God, tell Pharaoh. Then the Lord said, up to Moses, go in on to Pharaoh, tell him dog Saith, the Lord God of the Hebrews, let my people go that they may serve me. Mostlis knew his manday. It was clear, Go tell Pharaoh, let my people go, that they may serve me. So he spent his own life to believer Israel. The mandate was Claire praise God. In John one twenty three, John knew his mandate. It was too clear. He said, I am the void of the one crying in the wilderness. Make straight the way of the Lord, I said the prophet Isaiah. He knew his colleague. He knew it was clear to him, it's not They're not copying, and passed into it was claim. So when you have been with him and he wants to send you, one of the science is that he will give you a clemendy. That's why I act to one and two says, I will stand upon my watch and I will wait to see what he will say. Then he said, right, the vision, make keep playing upon tables that in my room that read it. So you wait until you are sent. But when you are sent, you'll be sent with the vision. There will be a clemended number two, there will be an empowerment. Four that when I came to you first Corinthians two ver one, I did not come with excellency of speech. We are not lecturers. I did not come with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring on to you the testimonies of God. Is that, for I determined to know, not to know anything among you save Jesus Christ and him crucified. Is that. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. He said. And my speech and my preaching was not with advertising worlds of man's wisdom, but in the demonstration of the spirit and power. A man who is sent has clear empowerment. They are not running around begging people help me. No, they are empowered. It's part of the assignment that they are not. So many people to help them cut out demos. They are empowered. They're calling come to empowerment. Look at Moses in Exodus chapter four, verse two to five, when God sent him God centering with power, and the Lord said on to him, what is in thy hand? And he said a rod? And he said, cuts it on the ground. And indeed he cut it on the ground, and it became a stupend, and Moses fled before it, and the Lord said down to him, put for thy hand, take it by the tail. And he put for his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand. That they may believe that the Lord, God of thy father, the God of Abram, Isaac and jacobab have appeared onto you. I'm giving you this empowerment. So he went. The rod of Moses became the rod of God. You people who send themselves struggling, they need money for ministry. They are struggling. They need manifestation of the Holy Gods. They are struggling. They need open doors. They are struggling. And the guys, he looks at everybody, said, this is no hard. This he knows you. He had, he had, he had. That's why we have Greece. We are not saying it's not hard, but that's why we have Greece. You can't that ministry and in the why year you have gray hair everywhere? Are you being head at all? I'm not is hard, but that's why. We are empowered. Imagine how difficult it to be for mostes to deliver Israel he tried his first his own people rejected him. When he saw the anger of Pharaoh, he ran, But when he was empowered, I bundos who followed him, they were compelled. Aeron met him on the road, and he went to the elders of Israel, the god. Of your father have sent me. They tell, how do we know? His name? Is? I am? That? I am? He was talking what they did. He was demonstrating power. When he went to Pharaoh, the god of the Hebrews have sent me. Let my people go. He said, who is your god? That as you obey him? Most of this knew. It was not no man clature. He was asking. He dropped his road. This is my god. He's the god of power. The problem with you is that you are not sent. So when they challenge you and said who are you? Then you start looking for grammar. You're entering the nation. They said, don't enter. There's no power. You have a problem. The priests say, you will not it will work, no money, your prayer for the thrick? That and you want to lor why wait? I thought myself, it's already hard to represent the village. I wouldn't make it hard. Number three Empowerment is location. When you are sent God, we tell you where to go to as that was my best one. Go to Pharaoh Claire, and not go about. You are not Jesus. Jesus was said to the whole world, so he could go about doing good. When it gets to you, his location is clear. I'm what. Then they're Lord said to Moses, go in on to Pheraoh, he knew where he was going. It was not a wonderer. It was Claire. Go to Pherauh. So God can send you to a location, or he can send you to a man to walk with him, but you will know you are sent there. Go to Pherauh. Look at the way he told the Apostlems, even they are forces. Was sent to the whole world. It was locational sensitive Jerusalem at one age. Let's read it. He said, you should receive power. After that the Holy Gods has come upon you. You ustad be witness. This one to me brought in Jerusalem, in Judea, in Samaria, onto. The Hotem was part of the earth. They began from Jerusalem. Epul Jesus who went about doing good when he was sent, he began somewhere Matthew four fourteen. The land of Zebulu, the land of Naturally by the way of the sea beyond Jordan, Gandily of the Gentile, the people that satin duct expectific. Even if your ministerry were felt the whole world, there will be a location. I told you my story. I was in the babist. I know when I saw a budget, I wanted to go to the north because two things, apart from God, two things move me in ministry. Number one is power. I want to see the power of God that work. And if you want to see power, go to where people have problems. So I wanted to go to the north so that my minisitary would be like Jack cole Hey, and you will heave croches where you are entering the church. On one side of the world, there will be croches like one thousand. That's why the things that moved me. And the number two is souls. When God there to come to a Budja, I said, I've been to a bucher a couple of times. All the houses are friends, half wife time we need sous. I was, I was, do I go? I'm that jobey and who is here? How do I? I felt so percaved. If I go to the no I don't only need be bored in the evening. If I put speakers with light and sound, I would just call it DJ. I can do cruise, say the look. If their playing praise and prayers, I will sit somewhere. I'm with microphone. If you say praise, what that meaning is? The place will be full? Then you will post it and climb and start bridging. I want that. How to a budget? How do I when and now come? They said, oh, I used this one million? I said, one minute? What this is where God sent me? Because he sent me? Everything happened by free kors, even the money, I said, They told me to give it out as. Neat I sent you. Jesus said, when I sent you without sanders, without post, without latchet, and said. Did you lack anything? They said nothing. You find people. They grow old that thirty five because they have not yet sent rude den of ministry. For you to have ministry authority, wait to be sent. So when we stay calling, calling, calling, if that's what the sending we are talking about, because that you are called does not mean you are. Sent Mark three fourteen. He would deign to us that they might be with him, so that they might send them to preach. And when you are sent, there's the colemanded, there's an empowerment, and there's the location number four. There is a spirit inspired strategy. Others can teach you all thats can inspire you, but you will have your own strategy. You will have it. I have ministries that inspired us to pray. I have ministries that inspired us to God deep in the world of God. But we have our own strategy. We are aggressive with medical outreach, aggressive with pleading outwit. You see the way we go mad about solving in here. We have in a in house evangelists that we give money to weekly business to go do our preaches. All of those things are inspired strategies. They're inspired glory to God. That's why you command results and set and can't stop it. Look at what the Bible said, Joe wanted a three. Before John came, there. Were sprinkling water on people, ceremonial cleanliness. But when he came, he started deeping people in water. Nobody knew that before, but he told us is because of the kind of miniature I was giving. My miniitary is to identify the messire first as you create a way for him. That means I prophesy he's coming, the heart of people opens. Then when he comes, I identify him. That was why when they startup questioning Jesus by what authority he did what he did, he asked them who was John? Because John was the one authorized to identify him. And the Parisians could you say John was the first prophet because they was toning them glory to God? And I knew him not. But he that sent me to deep people in water, baptized to a massive water, He that sent me to a mass people in water, the same said, don't to me upon whom thus see the spirit descending and. Remaining on him. The same is he with baptizes with the Holy Ghost and fire. So I am deeply people in water. Because it's a strategy of identifying the Messiah. Your effectiveness in ministry with based on the spirit inspired strategy given to you in Joe Chapter one, Best two. God gave Jonah a strange strategy. Johannah one verst too. It's oh to go and cry arise, go to Ninniba. Are you sing location that great city? Cry against it? For the wickedness has come up before me? What kind of what kind of this? So I wake old my city, and I'll start lamenting over this city. I start wailing over this city. Can we imagine, So Jonah doesn't have the right to do to start school of ministry on this school of cry, school of whalers. So entered Jonna's ministry. People we come in the morney and then the ol start. Ah. You we say what they're doing. You don't know what you're doing, is said to him. Cry over the city. And when Johnah did it, the whole city repented. The king told his gament God for it first, even animals fast day in any Jonah was one of the most effective evangelist and Bible history. A whole city was converted animas to repented animals. They were fastive. They didn't know why. But the weight of reviver was so heavy. But is that cry? That's the strategy. Cry you're gonna cry. They will tire you and put you. They will take you to a hospital, a mental hospital. And said, this is a challenge in the city. But it was that. Look at Osea who was sent to God Mary Halload Gomma just to prove that isra as a nation is the haload. Lord. After I now enjoy my life, he happy in life. That's what I told you. In this kingdom, they know who's married for kingdom. Imagine if Osea I was saying, I love this, but there's no is it. Your life is a message strategy. And then finally there is a commissioning, a season where they seed it will push you to go out Matthew twenty eight vers. Eighteen, going to all the world, John twenty twenty one. As their father have sent me, so send I you. Mark three fourteen called them to be with him that in my Sendar, there is this season of commissioning. And when that season comes, you will know, and God will give the weakness to others. In As of the Apostles, chapter thirteen, from verse one to three, Paul was called, but he remained in the church. You are not Mozillos than Paul. He waited for the citizen of commissioning. He said. Now they were in a church that was at Antioch, setting prophets and teachers at bannerbas Simeon, that was called ny Jeer Lucius of Sirene manein which had been brought up by Herod the Tetrack, and Saul and said, as the minister to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Girl said, spread onto me Bannabat and Saul for the work that have caught them, and the strict the Bible said, And when they had fasted and prayed, they laid their hands. On them and sent them away. This is where ordination began wrong. There are people who say apostles don't need a donation their card poorer who did? Because when we say some of those things, it looks leird to about this arrogance. Do you know the level of chaos and this order out being the church? This is not just God sending somebody character has inveted. He has learned how to stay. On the authority. He has learned accountability. That was why, on his own, after forteen years garnations to one he said, I went up by revelation back to Jerusalem to their postus. This is what I'm teaching. Examine it in case I'm wrong, he said, I don't want to run in vain. So it's not the church that calls you, is God who casts you. But in the sing where you should be sent, at least one or two believers must be a witness. And if it is a territory where there is an organized church, the church lays hands on you, because it doesn't just confoundly or calling. It's also an impactation of grace. In Firstimoeachapter four Ver's thirteen to fifteen, Paul was speaking exid like cod give a tendance to reading, to exhortations and to doctrine. It said, let not the gift of God that is indeed which was given thee by prophecy. And by the laying on of the hands of the press Betry So Paul. Hands were laid on Paul, and Paul so laid hands on Timothy. In Second Timoltive one one, this instead, this charge gives eye onto these on Timothy, that you're stare the gift of God that was put on the by the laying on of my hands. Hands were laid on him. He laid hands on others. You don't know here. Paul said that I was caught by Jesus, not by men. I will show you m hm. You're gonna hear. Paul said, the message I pleached Jesus get me. I wasn't taught by men. Nonetheless, Paul was patient until the time of his sending you sending forth and the chart laid. Hands on him. And sent him. When you find people impatient who can wait until the time of their sending, they won't go far. See sometimes, man, we won't fight your rising man, we fight those days. All of that is part of God's plan is to help you. As presurely those of you who are prophetic and apostolic ministry, because you are gonna confront gates, You're gonna be sent to nations. If anything is wrong in your process, they way the same time will exploit it. You will hate why you went into the ministry, but that would not be your person. So this I. Foundational rudiments of the ministerial calling. Now let's look at quickly, look at the authority, the authority of the minister. There are two aspects I would deal with. Number one is the basis of that authority and number two, what that authority is meant for or how that authority is exercised Glory to God. So number one, the authority or the basiness of the authority of a minister. Comes from God who instituted it. The reason the minister has authority is because of God who instituted it. Romance thirteen verst one and efficients for elevel. He said, let every soul be subject onto the higher power. For there's no power but of God and exaid the power powers that be are. Ordained of God. So the basis of the ministerial authority is God's authority, who ordain them efficients for versy level. Let's read from verse eight. This is why they have authority. They were ordained. Jesus instituted it. For instance, what the business for the authorities of your president? The democracy of your national instituted it. So it's not about the person, it's about the powers that instituted it. It is a collective will of the citizens that empower that rule. And so whoever sits they have authorities, not because of him primarily, but because of the power that instituted it. It is your will and my will that empowers it, and it is the constitution of the nation that empowers it. So the authority of the minister is predicated upon the authority of God, who ordained it is the Warefore he said, when he has centered upon high, he let captivity captives and get gifts onto men. This is Jesus, upon his at sension, he gets gifts, he gets offices. Is that now that he has sended, what is it but that he descended first into the lower parts of the earth that descend that is the same, or so that a center of far above all heavens, that he might feel all things. And he gave some to be apostles, who gave it they are sender Christ. He gives some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, some to be pastors and teachers for the perfecting of the saints. So he's the one who gave authority to these offices all that they say, or over the church, Glory to God. First Corinthians too. Have you read Converss one. You're gonna find Paul speaking about this as well. Romans wore but one, I don't have time. Well, those two scriptures that I know, the two scriptures that I enough, glory to God. Number two, what's the basis of the authority of a minister? Moral character? Moral character? Okay, wait before moral character scriptures, let me put it in order of importance. First, God, then second word scriptures Hebrews thirteen, verse seventeen. Scriptures. Or bet them that have rule over you, submit yourselves for the watch over your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy and not with grief, for that. Is unprofitable for you. So scriptures offends the authority of believers of ministers. So a minister has authority because the scripture giving that authority. Or bet them that have rule over you, submit yourself to them for the watch over yourself. In fact, that seven began, and then it was corroborated in verse seventeen Hebrews seteen seven. Remember them that have rule over you, who are spoken on to you the word of God, who's faith followed considering the end of their conversations. So scripture is the second basis for ministerial authority. And that's why anything the minister does outside of scripture. Does not have the support of God. His authority to the degree that the scripture permits. I can't call some about this wife now as they get to my house and start cooking. The scriptures does not give me that permission. I only have permission to the. Degree that the scripture approves. Glory to God. A woman putman cannot tell her not to do something, and I come, I say, I am pastor, I override it. The Bible said, if a woman gives a vow, if the husband can sul see God cancus it. So what the scripture does not permit, I don't permit. I don't have the authority to execute. So my authority is the scripture. Anything I tell you to do, your search the scripture. If it is so. If it is not so, you are free of any guilty not doing it. No body, not even God, will hold it against you. That's why I began by telling you that spiritual authority is no man. If you let it, glory to God. Number three. Authority of a minister is the call of God on his life, the call he proves five verse four. He said, no man take cat this honor onto himself, but he that is called of God, as was eron. So the calling of God on a man's life also is the basiness of his authority. Jeremiah one verse five. Before you were formed in your mother's womb, I knew THEE, and I ordain THEE to be a prophet. I ordain and sanctified the to be a prophet onto the nations. So why you find Jeremiah talking to nations, addressing nations, and you say, what is the authority? He was called to do it. He was ordained to do it. And if you resist him. You are going to see the one who would then him back him up. So you're calling. It's also a basiness for authority. That's why when post fast his letters galicious one best one, Romans one best one, you are gonna see invoking his ministry, authority. Paul and a partle not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ and God, the Father who raised him from the dead. Paul and apostle, because there are many instructions is gonna give you. So he's telling you, I'm writing this from the authority of my calling as an apostle. You gotta read the three of this scripture. Three what selling the chore? Oh fully, Galatians, he said, who has bewitched you? You can't talk like that if you don't have authority is the calling. He bettered that church because the apostolic office is the church planting office, and he better the church in Galicia. So he was talking based on the authority of his calling. In fact, this same scripture Galatianus one, you read by six to eight, Paul that. The gospel we preach to you. If anybody preacher not that, let that man be a cost, even if it's an angel he was invoking from the authority of his college. But though we are an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel onto you than that which is preached onto you, let him be a cost. So the top basis of ministerial authority is the call of God. Number four. Fourth basis of ministerial authority is moral character. When the minister loses his morality, he loses his authority, because it's God to be an example Hebrews five Hebrews fifteen seven. We read that already first fit of five two and three. You're gonna see it. Remember them which I brew over you, who has foken on to you the word of the Lord who fed follow, conceideram the end of your conversation. That's their moral lifetime. Can we have this in an nalty or amplify classic? So you who are the calling, be careful. Don't go and defy yourself. Lose your moral standing, and then you come and there I'm. Speaking of the prophet. You lose that, you lost that authority. When you lost your morality, people fall, and they still want people to follow them. They want people to submit to the authority when they are living in sin. You can follow and write God and forgive you. Boy. When you make a practice of singing, you have lost your moral standing, and so you don't have any military authority to address goods. People, Remember your leaders who taught you the word of God. Think of all the good that has come from their lives followed the example of their faith first, and what the three verse one to five powers right into Timothy and telling him the convictions for raising leaders, And you're gonna see how robust morality was featured. This is a trust. War is saying, if someone aspires to be a church leader, he desires an honorable position. This is actually walk. If you desire the obit of a bishop, you desire good walk because. It's not about position, it's about responsibility, it's not about title, it's about functionality. Please let that think is a So church leaders or a church leader must be a man. Whom life is above reproach. He must are using the words definite articles. He must be He must be faithful to his wife. He must exercise that control, live wisely, have a good reputation. He must enjoy having guests in his home. He must be able to teach. He must not be a heavy drinker. There is a trend in the prophetic movements in the US. Now. They said they have inspiration from alcohol. They have inspirration when they watch pornography. They know they are knowing what people shouldn't do. Those are songs of lure. They start a second over them, they careful what you hear. Second Tracelonias. I think one that's d now said, when we're communicated, the gospel to you, we didn't only teach you, is that we impacted this substance of our soul. That's why you can be listening to a preacher. He sounds intelligent, it sounds rich. Then you does not. You are oppndicated. You are listening to a preacher, you'll find out lost it's activated in you. That means the guy is the theologia, but he's nott a witness because what this thing is so we ruble for you. If you're listen to me and you don't have hunger for fasting, you don't have hunger for holiness, then let a run away because beyond what I'm saying, my so structure we rouble for you. This is why morality is critical. And when this pay performed, they stuck. You know, some years ago. I didn't understand this as I thought let ourselves. I now realize people who don't have reputation anymore, they want to see from your reputation to add to them. That's why you see ministers we come. As everywhere they are they. Are hosting who we stand with them. Ah, if you say anything about them, then we amplified everywhere to be heard. Be careful, don't waste reputation because it's one of it is a critique criteria. He must not be have a drinker or be violent. He will be gentle, not correscon, not corresson, not corresson a friend of mine A way argue with you and argue to you get offended? Why you talk talk talk talk. You will not say both here we talk talk talking, we say both here we talk talk talking with her? Is that I not love money? Moral values? I'm sure you that basis of ministery authority. Before I show you the expression of MINISTERI authority. He must manage his own family, were having children who respect and obey him? For if a man cannot manage his own. Household, how can you take care of God's church? Are you being the morality? This is one of the reasons why. God does not joke with process, because your moral standing is a basis for your authority as a minister. So mora character more standing on moral values. Number five, Then manifest passions of the Spirit in your life. If you're a minister of God. One of the words the spirit best credence is that he manifests in a unique way through your life. I read already First Corinthians two, verse one and four. When I came on to you JV. Now, I did not come with excellency of speech, declaring not to you the counsel of God. My teaching and my preaching were not with entizing words of man's wisdom. But in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power match fifteen twenty. And they went everywhere and preached the world, the Lord walking with them, confirming the world with signs and wonders. Following at two forty three, Second Korenians twelve bestwelve, and here came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. Now look at the way Paul put it, these are not just random manifestations. It has something to do with our offices. He said, Second Krengias twelve Bestworld, and the signs of an apostle, and the signs of an apostle were rocked among you in all patience. So the first sign of an apostle's character, then manifestations of this spirit in science in one that and the mighty deeds in act that the five es twelve the Bible told us many signs were done by the hands of the apostles, and by the hands of the apostles were many science. And one that's rock among the people many science. So the fifth basis of your authority as a minister is mighty work, is mighty deeds impact. That cannot be denied. The sixth sign or babies of ministerial authority is fruitfulness and sound doctrine. Because the minister is so, then to equit. So if it does not have the truth, and if it's. Not sound in doctrine, by what means can he equip Echristian for a level to sixteen And it gets some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the deifying of the Body of Christ. They we all come to the unity of the faith, of the knowledge of the Son of God, onto a perfect man, onto the measure. Of the touch of the fullness of Christ. Next us, that we hencefor bid nor more children tossed to and fro, or carried about by every wind of doctrine, or the slight of men, or calling craftiness, whereby the lieing way to deceive. Why will you not be tossed to and through? Because they minister would have grounded you in truth. So a minister that does not have the capacity to ground believers in truth does not have the authority to be a minister. Psycon Timo five to fifteen Stardy. To show yourself approved onto God. Second Timo two fifteen Stardy, to show yourself approved onto God. A workman that needed not to be ashamed, but rightly dividing the world of truth. Now you can make mistakes. I'm not saying you must be impeccable in doctrine. Truth. Revelation is progressive. Truth is absolute, but revelation of truth is progressive. There was a measure of the revelation of Genius that was given in the Guardian of Eden, and he said, the seed of the woman that crossed. This happened. That is truth, that is Jesus. But that's a measure. There's a revelation that was given in the widerness. When the Brasiden serpent was lifted up, Jesus came and said, as the Braziden suspect was lifted up, so sharp the son of man belifted. It's a measure. There's a measure of revelation of Jesus that was shown in the prophets. He said he was wounded for transjations, he was blue for our inipuities. The chastisements of our peace was upon him by his tried to were hind in part if you read as they are fifty two very swell. He saw does what happened to him? How he was mad, and his figure, his shape was disfigured. It was the revelation of the cross, but it was immasures until the apostle scape and began to preach feofol not that past that we know impact with professor, impact, so throughth is absolute, but revelation is progressive. So you can err while you are growing. But if you are established in error, either because you have not studied or. Because you're characterizing consistent, or because you are peddling the doctrines of devils, you have no authority to be a minister. In Acts of the. Apostles, the forest towards the Bible, said Ver's forty two Acts of the Apostles two forty two. Instead, they continued daily in the Apostles doctrines and fellowship. I'm breaking of bread and prayer, they continued in the Apostles doctrine. I'm showing you this or that doct of you who say I'm a minister, I'm God. There is a. And the minifies, not that you just play hers on somebody pattern or you give to what the money. You now become a Jesus direction Evangelica eternal ministry. Too many people are in error because they don't know the basis of the authority of a minister. They dreams and woke up. They start a ministry. Praise God. If you are not blessed by this peaching tonight, don't worry. It's just mean you are a believer. Those who are called, they're being blessed. What I'm giving them now is hand out. It's manual for ministry. That's what I'm doing. By the medice of God, I'm giving them manual for ministry. So in case it's not blessed, you just be speaking in to us where you are. Why are you are beginning terms by praying that at least the last five minutes before you answer, let im profress over or make a declaration so that I can go home with something. But those who are God take your manual. Now do you know why I'm showing you this when you stand in your office, The reason why you can speak without fear? These are the things we'll travel from nation to nation, from place to place. We see warfare, re brutal warfare. But the reason we are played in our offices without fear is because of these things. I can't enter nation and say I am an apostle. Send to you. I know Heaven we back it. But there is a basis for that authority. If I go to a place, I can say I'm a believer. I believe in Jesus. I have the righteousness of Christ, I have the name. Of Jesus, I have the anointing of the Holy Gooes. If enough to represent Jesus as a believer. But ify we come and say I'm a prophet, I'm an apostle, I'm an evangelist. There are some more requirements. A believer can fall and welcome and say Lord, damn sorry, and go out and say I'm a believer, but the office of an apostle woman run to that. No, you can't fall a waynderstand up and expect to wed the authority of an apostle. No, it has to be credentious. You don't effect Jesus to put an assembly of believers under you. Why you are funicated, so that you'll be the reason why people will now be walking in a ditch. They don't know where it came from. You are the reason why they are falling and rising because your fornication is robbing on them. You're lying, it is robbing on the Jesus. Allow that. If Grace combats you for a season and your dot repent, the second way God will have to is that you'll be disgraced, so that at least you will go home from policived. Glory to go. So you must be fruitful and sound in doctrine, impactful. These are the babies for the authority of a minister. Now what is the authority of a minister? Or now does the minister exercise authority. What is the jurisdiction? What are the things a minister is permitted to do? What is he authorized by Christ? What is his legitimized to do? In his representation of Jesus to the church believer, us present Jesus to the word. They can't that devils there they manifest love, says so righteousness. But in the church we are all possessed of those qualities. But there are some that God has given authority over orders. What kind of authority has God permitted them to exercise? Number one authority to equip and to edify the. Saints Second Corinthians ten, verse eight. A minister has authority to equip, He has authority to edify. He has authority to instruct. Some of the things I tell you you're wrong with it in your life and the produced results. God doesn't led them to fall to the ground. It's an authority. Some of you here has made traces, and those traces change your life. It's an authority. Doctor phrase. Somebody comes back from the grill, a phrase, A business is revved, a praise revived, a huge somebody's authority A go study. First somewhere three, verse twenty one. The Bible said, verse twenty, the Bible said, and all Israel knew from Damn even to be a shavera that somewhere was the establaged to be a prophet. You know why none of this work fell to the ground's authority. When they talk, they lift you up, and when they talk they equip you. You grow in the things of this spirit. They can literally seed you from infancy to maturity. It's an authority second Corinthia cent Us eighth. For though I should both somewhat more of our authority with the Lord that given us for edupication and not for your dystruction, I should not be ashamed put it in enalgy. Let's nobody get it clearer. If I'm gonna bust about anything, if the authority given to me to entify you, so it's an authority to glow you up. I may seem to be busting too much about the authority given to. Us by the Lord, But our authority builds you up. So we have the authority by God to build you up. That's why you hear this. Was your life changes. It's an empowerment. Some of the things we teach, we did read them. We didn't even know them. It's as we stand here that is coming, so they understanding the revelation is the office. That's from suss it. Do you ask yourself as young as I have, I think. Sometimes for two five times in a week, and I ron that cadule for one year? Am I so intelligent? This cannot be booked? This cannot be intelligence. There is an office that powers you so that you can power the charge. So the moment you are done with praying and you stand. The autorance call the utance, you. Start communicating things that the way the scriptures arranger said. Sometimes if you you are you are shocked. It's coming from somewhere, coming from Genesis, coming from Corinthia, the scriptures as if somebody is rating them. Put it. It's an office every believer can teach. I told you one of the. Ministries of believice to teach, but see to defy the body. It's an office. So some of me get to be a purpose, a ficial foy level profits evangelist, purpose and teacher for the ad the fine the equipping of the Body of Christ. So the authority of the minister for equipping. That's why after minister of God. If people are not going on that you go and weep super first think I finish that is to sit down, comfort to your tears, and they bring seed seed. The Lord bless you are. You are not bothered. Pa said he was lifting a church to God. That's an offering. In the job of the minister. He must tack out to grow the church of the apostles twenty to do. I commend you to God and onto the world of His grace, which is able to build you. So I know how to bring the word of God together to build you, to give you an inheritance. Amongst them which are sanctified. People can't sit to you for five years, three years, and they are three infants. You are not a minister. You don't know your authority. See as I'm talking to you now, I know inside me that your life is changing. I know, sir, I know. I'm not surprised if you show. Up tomorrow and tell me I went somewhere and I decided to do it. Cru say it and I want a hundred, so you can't be number. I won't be surprised if you said I went to my office, I gave a prophetic ward and it changes it. I won't be surprised. I won't be. Surprised if you show up and said I was addicted to marriag Juanna. But now I for the past two years I've not taken marriag Juanna. I'm willing to Steve stat today that de sign should be. My job is to straighten your path up poor than forward only. But if I can't act the size of authority. You know many ministers don't know this thing. That's why they think authority So heck get here, he come here. I don't give me your types throw with you are they're growing. M We have mald knowledge believers chiding im backpie believers because Melissa's a friendly. They don't people know what they are left from their right. I believe I want to take a job. He's waiting in it. Which way I will I choose? We're at your discernments. How come nothing has happened to your discernment. They're not growing. I believe I saveling a bad pastor bying more compastor so you can't stand up and command your part? Yeah, what have you been listening to. Authority to build? We have authority for God himself a wise master builder. Ah Paul. Paul Charlatans commit these people the way ship destiny out of them. It's a power, it's an authority. Number two, the authority of a believer. Now let me add this. We equip through teaching and instructions Hebrew thirteen seven. Obey them that have rule over you Hebrews thirteen seven. Remember them that rule over. You, who has spoken to you the word of God. Second trimotive four. You read from verse one to four. I need to show you how we equip so that you can go and do likewise. Second trimotive four one to four. I charge did therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who should judge the que and the dead at his appearing in his kingdom, preach the world the instant, in season and out of season. Reprove, rebuild, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. But the time will come when they will not endy u sound doctrine. But after their own loss shall they hid to themselves teachers, having each years, and they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be torn onto sables. So we build and equip people throughout the world or teaching. Number two. We build and equip people through impartations Romans one seventeen. Because sometimes truth can be taught cognitively, and sometimes truth can be impacted as. A body of spirits Romans one eleven. Build for I. Long to see you, that I may impat onto you some spiritual gifts toward the end that you might be established. Impact. That's why we lay hands. We are impacting what we cannot communicate. That's why we make declarations. Is and the house kept growing by the prophet, science of her guide, the prophet and the carrier, the son of Ido. When we are making those declarations, we are building you. When we lay hands and impat you, we are building you up. You can shift gears in life through importation. You can shift hm hm. Sometimes you come into a service, you can't tell what you really learned, but you let's do that mean that saves you were grown through importation. Body of Phelis, Second Timothy one, verse six. I charge you to put in remembrance this charge. Wherefore I put thee. In remembrance that you'll stare, stare up the gift of God which is in you. By putting on I put something. When I laid hands in potential number three, we equip through good example that I think you see us do that you too, It starts you up to do. Somebody looked at me and said, how can you pray brutally all through the prayer watches and then you'll come back concern There you see pret brutally. I am joking. The thing moved in What kind of Christianity am I doing? There are people who look at you and say, Kai, your passion for God inspires me. And now that in man saw me. I said, I wish I had what you were teaching twenty years ago. One, so me say, I wish I make you ten years ago. I said, there's no time in this periit even now. God can do so much in two years that will be more than twenty years. The thing hit them, Man, this race is through Philippians. Three. Second thing, I'm Philippians for nine. You think through good example, presren be follow us together of me and make them wish walk so as you have us for an example. You can see. I told you my story that was the canoe and I saw it pastor wow. The guy was walking in a budja, but he rode two services in canoe. I didn't know why. The child didn't afer him to canoe. Maybe he put the didn't in design. He will come in for me with service, coming for Sunday service. And I was like, two people, look God like this. You're troubly every week twice. From one day to another. The guy that wanted to give a free they carried one hundred thousands. This a free? Can somebody give to God like me? I couldn't sleep. They didn't talk me. I thought, you can't give God's are you honeyfuck? Clothes? Are shoot? Han a free? I not started watching the guy. Every servicet that have the opportunity to stay clues if we remove on the house favorable. Look what they did that we hate said when they said lead top your hope play, I said one most I listed. The Bible said what your right hand is giving your left hands. You don't know what the money about. With one hundred. Thousand, I left that day. Meanwhile, God was teaching me to give one thousand at the time, I said, we start giving the one thousand, but to death we are past that level. Now you're thinking your head, how many services are ten and all of those sabvices. I give more than that, and the money has not finished, How do you think I. Developed that faith? I didn't read a verse of scripture. I saw somebody do it. I saw it the first time. I was talking to a friend. He said, I give one that million? I said, for is there? I asked for crusade? What where did you? How long did you get? Don't you have any projects? Have you built their house? You will not read some from the Bible, you will just see it. I thought myself. One hundred million was the target. Now we have passed. If you are inspired, you will pass it. See that's what don't fight these things is for your own good. It's for your own good. Then are some you just see them, pray, the attention they give to God, the humility before God. You will repent by looking at them. Why do you think ministers sitting front? It's not because they must stay in front. It's one example. See their lives. Learn from them. Philippians four. Let's read verse nine and first Pitter five three. Those things which you have both learned received head and seeing me do. And the God of peace shall be with you. So you you we equip through example. We equip simplicity, generosity, prayerfulness, focus, discipline, diligious commitment to. God, purity of life. It's part of the equipping model. If a neither has been lost over God's heritage, but being an example to the flock, this pitter speaking to oversee us. So how do we equip the things? Which is the first way we exercise authority is through teaching, through importations and through examples. Number two? What is the second way we exercise authority? To spirit? To a covering covering covering Acts twenty twenty eight. God, they didn't give you authority for manipulation. It's to preserve these things. You preserve them. Take it therefore onto yourselves and all the flock, over which, not with which over which the Holy Ghost had made you over there to feed the Church of God, which he puts chessed with his own blood. So you are giving authority over them by the spirit. So by the spirit you provide covering. And I'm gonna show you scriptures number one. You provide covering through doctrine. Doctrine, Some of the. Things we teach you here preserve you. So the goal of the teaching is not just to grow you, is to preserve you. When I teach you about honor, when I teach you about sacrificial life. When I teach you about prayer, when I teach you about hearing God, it turns it turns. Out to be for your preservation. That's why first that. I command if no, no not to add twenty thirty two. First I commend you. To God. And to the world of his grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance amongst them which are sanctified. So it brings you to a place of preservation and provision. So we bring covering through doctrine through truth. Number two, we bring covering through intercession Connosians. Fourth Wealth Look twenty two thirty one. Jesus himself did this. I pray for you. There are times when I go to my room and I'm praying for you, not for me, and some of you here. That are closed because you can't know everybody. I pray for the church, and then I pray for the leaders and those who are active. They are some of you that we call you while you are going through difficulty and steak concerning that matter, that matter you are going to because we pray for you. A fad a papras who is one of you, a servant of Christ SA look at you allways, laboring perfently for you in prayers that you may be wont perfect completely. Not the will of God. So the reason why things work well, the reason. Why you are standing sometimes it's not because you're wife. It's because part of the bodies of the minister is to stand in prayer for you. And because of his authority he can bring covering through over you in intersection. See what for sir, okay, let's give yous. A xampook look thirty one Simon, Simon, behold, Satan had desired to have you that it may fit you as we. He said, was see what I have done. I have prayed for thee that thy faith say. Let not went down at recovered. Do the same for your brethren the way I pray for you. You to pray for your brethren. So we bring covering through intersection. I know you have the Holy Spirit, but the Holy God is the one that made us over three as over you, and it gave up the responsibility to pray and preserve you so that you stand. Perfect, so that you are not caught off. Pacard in US. Twenty twenty nine to thirty one, he was talking to a church for I notice that after my departing, shall greet your wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock, because he was there preaching them through this. When I go, wolves we come. So he was preserving them through truth, and in said the papers, was preserving the whole church in colors through intercession. So we bring covering. That's an area where we exercise authority. Now this does not exonerate you from your warfare or from exercising faith, but we bring you so part we bring you covering. We bring you guidiance as a means of helping alleviate some of the battues of life. If it's part of the authority of the minister. Every believer sharing this, but largely to the minister. Number three, how do we bring covering through instructions? Now, I'm telling you this so that when you have been taught, pay attention. It's part of the reason why you be preserved. We've had that pact in this ministry before, and I went to the Lord, why are these things happening? Is that most of them don't take instructions. Now, by the spirit we have said we are fastive for forty days. Somebody may be here and not fast and maybe God told us so fast, so have that something that will happen in December. Now, if that person becomes a victim, what would they say, are this charge? I thought this say their praying, But you don't know that the purpose not to paying instruction. The way God wants to save us is that he gave us a prophetic instruction. Fast for forty days. And when they come and they hear, they are nus ware. They'll not do like this, so that you think they are heavy on fascive. Preservation comes through instruction. That they God for so willy you are tired. They say, oh, let's give for mission. You can't give their life prayer. You can't pray. Okay, we are doing week of prayer every first weekend of the month. You can't join. And where something happens down you start challenging God, challenging the church. The one they think you don't apply. That's the problem. When you go to a church. We have Satim is powerless over the people. Four things happen. Number one, they take the teaching stereos. Every message they hear, they run with it. I'm telling you. Number two, they are not the minister, so that it's prophetic an importation nobout their lives walk Number three, they take. Prophetic instruction serios. When your five churches where they take prophetic instruction for granted, take intercession for granted, take the work for granted. People be graduating and you'll be asking it's the Holy Ghost not there. The Holy Ghost was also in the episodes. First then when I go Wolf, we come because there is a part. The Holy gest we play. That is the path you replay, and there's the path your path, or we pray replay. And one of the ways you replace party is two instructions he improves thirteen seventeen. Say what the Bible says, or bear them that have rule over you s submit yourself to them. They watch over your soul. You have to prod you say, God is. The one keeping me. You are joking there the ordinances of the spirit. They watch over your soul. And it's not a pas fifty. He said, when they give a count for you, let them do it with joy, because if. They don't, it don't profit you. He got their joke to be a minister. While I approach Jesus on the last day thinking about my own life, he can't pay her about that Joseph. I sent him to you. That's what in the first five years of ministry, I refuse to take any song. People come to me. God taught me to be your poet, said hello, we have brother, because I don't want to approach Jesus while I'm trying to so receive my heritage. Then then, no, I said this first thing that I said to you, that you're saying you are his father, he is his hair. God forbid none of you will. Go to her. In Stockton. You preserve you the watch by yourself. So we bring covering to instruction. The instruction. God gives a studia before and I gave instructions and that week more than five people. That's the fire. They were delivered from accident. God saw it. That was why he gave the instruction. Some of you are here. You have not obeyed any instructions given by the Philly there in the last one years. There is number four. How do you bring covering through decrease and prophecies decrease? When you're declare by this leads it becomes a system of preservation. You know, the way they protect. One of the words they protected infant is release. In the Bible, number six twenty three. They protected them through blessing. Some prophecies speak all to Eron and not to his son, saying on this wise bless the children of Israel, saying not to them. The Lord bless you and keep thee. Are you following this the Lord make you say, shine upon thee and be gracious onto thee. Is that the Lord lives up his continents. Somebody and do deepeace. You can kill them, they have peace. The countenance of God is over them by prophecy. So we bring covering through doctrine, through intercession, through instruction, and through prophecy. So the second way we exercise ministerial authority is for covering. To bring covering. The first way we exercise ministerial authority. Is to equip and to build off. The second way is to bring covering and preservation. The third way is through the first corintels for twenty one, what. Shall what will you? Or will he? Shall I come on to you with a rod? Or in law or in the spirit of meekness? This was for asking the church in courage, should I come with discipline? Because he had the authority to exercise discipline. Now let me add here that every discipline and minisiles permitted to give must. Be justified by spiritures. I don't have the. Authority to to go and buy koboko as they come here by the spirit of the Lord. By that's all what we are saying. I don't have permiationion to come as by disability. I want to discipline you. It ah, that's flesh, unless you are playing with yourselves. But ministeria scriptures give disciplines. That we give. Number one, you can be suspended from responsibility until you show that you understand the purpose of that responsibility. You can be suspended from responsibility for a season. You can be withdrawn from a responsibility. So there are biblical disciplines that the Bible reveals, and you can also be given a responsibility as a mark of discipline. And if truly you are a disciple, because nowadays they are church members. You know the Early Chord they have disciples. The modern Church have members. Even in leadership. You disciplaying somebody. He says it not because I'm here and they walked away, and he feels that you have lost him. After many years, you may understand what happened to John Mark. Unless it was not God who sent you there because the God who sent you there has not told you to go. You now left, so you are your own in the next instruction. One of the things I learned Elie, and they told us that that was the what happened in the early churches. Their father. They say, if they want to discipline. You, they take responsibility from you, and people beg to have responsibilities. He entered my brain and stock. Many times I was disciplined so wrongly accused, and we knet down and. Beg and still do it. It's not a coincidence that we are here. We were processed. So discipline. And God, those are discipline. Hebrews, you're rich at twelve, verse sixty eight. God let any child that. Refuses discipline is a bastard. For whom the Lord loveth He chested that and court yet every song whom he received. For if we endure chestinging, God did that with us the stones. If a watch stone, is he whom the father chesting it not? So he's not telling you it's not only God that chestings, even father's chesting. What song is it that the Father chesting it not? If you be without chastisement, wherefore are you partakers? Then you are bastards and not songs. So if your child of God, if we discipline you, and if ry son or a daughter in the house of God, you will be disciplined because there's no child that the Father does not chesting. And somebody say, Matthew twenty nine, twenty threeven gods they call no man father. What do you call your biological father father? Are you not a hipocrit gods they call no man father? Mean? Why God's let an official sis best too? To honor your father your mother? Is God contradicting himself. That same scripture investige, God say, don't call any man rabbi or teacher. Meanwhile, the battles that he gets them to be teachers is God contradicting himself. What God was fighting against is Lord diing it. Over people, controlling people, manipulating people, as the pariities died, love it other people, not man it. You let them. It was in that context that God was speaking, because God himself gave you a biological father. Paul said in the Gospel, you may. Have a thousand mentors, but I have begotten you. In second Timoti one beast to poor God, Timothy his son in the faith. So you have to be disciplined, so Timothy might be loved son greatly upon you. So you must be disciplined. We have the authority to do that. Eighth Ministerial number four is authority for accountability. We have authority to demand accountability at twenty twenty eighth he Prews, thirteen seventeen. I've read it already. Take heed therefore onto yourself and to the flock over with the holy goos that maybe you overseers to feed the church that. They purchased with his blocks. So we were taught to take heed. That means to pay attention to you. And the way we do that is to demand accountability. That's why Hebrews statist says to obey them. To submit yourselves to them. O obey them, submit yourselves. If you are giving the responsibility, then you must be accountable. They are also offended where your demand accountability. They are not saying you are irresponsible. They are just saying how did it go? They are not saying you are this, They are just saying where the money really? Badly, the people in charge of buses. When I saw the money they were usual to pay for support transport on Sundays, I said, wait, wait, how many people are called? Are you transporting the whole church? I give me a breakdown for the past three moods that John began to grow. I told them if one night a missus. Money in church is no mon you. Money in church is faith? Is worship a sacrifice? If you touch it? You have thought them are costing? You think the guy who gets who came a naw. Down and put one thousand, you we call that in one thousand, that is his faith. He's trust in God for marriage. That is faith. The moment he drops it, it easy to be one thousand. The day he's in it, that's faith. Somebody comes, he put ten thousands. That's the cost of his family. He's telling the Lord, I'm honoring you. I'm honoring you. Let this thing be broken. You now said, ah, ten thousand. The hell you will pay that ten thousand in ten years. Somebody comes, weeping crying, put fifty thousand on the author. He was there. Let's see this one okay, let me spend this. You will not spend it, and then when they need it you pay back. No, you spent worship, you brought back money. They are two different correncies. Somebody drop worship, you spent it. You you don't know what you're doing. Maybe that fifty thousand, he's seventy for ten years, yeah, you're nine twenty. That's why strange things happened to people. So when we demand that countability, this is part of the program. I told them where's the money? When they saw my counter, Now. They knew this person came here today with koboko. I said one night, if you don't, then everybody was panicking. They started everybody which boss came from and which w I said that nobody bosses? Do you know what I did? In fact, they fawnd them. Before I told one of the partors snapped every boss that come here. I want to see and. Let them count the bosses their paper so that I will not be part. Of anybody's in and God save them that they were accountable, you would have had some stories. Ah ah ah, hey uh uh lost. Authority of the minister is the authority to bless. Now that are eclestial authorities, but I don't want to deal with that today. The authority to wet people, the authority to name children and all of that, those are. Eclass the sicle in nature. But that's the topic for another day, maybe when we deal with structure. But we have authority to bless. Is that I have received a commandment to bless and not to cause. That was bell I'm talking. How can I cast that which the Lord has blessed? There is no enchantment against Jacob, there's no detonation against you. The ministers who were Chatain? Have we cost and we cust people? Bellam, who was a divine I knew that I have received a command and to bless and not to cost. How do you cost that which God has blessed? When you find minutes are threatening people with cost? Cost is manipulation. They stepped out of their jurisdici. I had in a country there with break buttle like this ah, and then they will hold the bottom and raging. Yeah, bah bah, I invoke my ordination, my priesthood, my author the spirit that back me. You will never no peace, O God, God sleep. Are you a habanist? You have ten thousand people in church? You have not blessed them? They want I will fender. Do you want to cost me? Are you not ashamed of yourself? Bless peoplefessed? Now, if you have power, let's see the ones who are blessed. They're sick. You sick. The power is poor. They pinae, they siner. You have not lifted them out. But you are trying to many politct it. We just say not till we happen. Say on to Errol number six twenty three and his children in big wise. Bless the children of Israel. See there are times when the holy ghost judges. I'm not saying, does they hap to do? What have you? Less? And entered your heart? He fell down and died. There are times that money perish with you. There are times when the only ghost moves. The hand of God shall be upon you for his But he said, move of the spirit. It's not part of the ordinance where you welcome anybody that will find you. It costs, so you are a copper. Meanwhile, ten thousand people are following you. We can't see anyone who is blessed. You should be ashamed of yourself. We have received the commandment to bless. The power he gave us is to bless.
