Let me just explain something to you while you're standing. Let's give us some fourteen nine, some forty nine and verse four. Some forty nine and verse four. It says, I will reveal my duck sayings upon the hat, Allelujah. That something happens when we begin to worship, as we prepare for the word. There is a connection between worship and the spirit of revelation. It says, I will reveal my duck sayings. I will open my dark sayings upon the prophetic. Revelation is very connected to worship. I just wanted to understand what person Nat was doing, just to usher us into the world that in the atmosphere of strong worship, the spirit of revelation finds expression. Allelujah, like we did yesterday. May I request. I just sensed that tonight is a night of not just the supernatural, but ignitions, activations, impartations. Many supernatural things will be happening some eighty and verse seventeen, Some eighty. I want us to pray to scriptures and then we'll be seated. Can we read together? While I was meditating, this scripture came very strong twice in my heart, and then I just had to pen it down. Let's read it together. Want to read. Let die hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man, that thou made us strong for thyself. It's a prayer that your hand will be upon the person you have decided to make strong for yourself. The next prayer, we're going to pray his first Chronicles four ten, The prayer of Jabez. Jabez was a man who became a victim of his mother's frustration. The Bible says she named him Jabez because she bore him in sorrow. And this man's life became a misery. But one day he got angry. I don't know who taught him. I don't know who men taught him. But God blessed that person because he got to a point he was tired, and he prayed this prayer. Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, are you ready all that thou wouldest bless me ahah and enlarged my coast, and that thy hand might be with me, and that that would keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me. And God granted him. I'd like you to open your mouth in one minute and cry tonight, Oh God, let your hand rest upon me. I am the one you have called. I am the one you have chosen. Let your hand rest upon me. Someone full of faith is pray. Someone full of faith is Prayatos. Go ahead and pray, rah take aparos. Let your hand rest upon me. May your hand rest upon us in Jesus' much less name. We have prayed. Amen and Amen. God, bless you. God, bless you in the name of Jesus. Personal thank you, Thank you so very much. I want you to be very sensitive, be very very sensitive in this place as I bring the word of God. Let me do a quick recap on our discussion yesterday. I did say yesterday that the hand of God is an expression to describe the power of God, that it was very customary for God to speak to the prophet in types and shadows, in simplitudes, and that when the Bible talks about the hand of God, it is an expression to describe the power of God. Listen, please, when it is at work when it is in motion. So when the power of God is at work in the life of an individual, in the life of God's people against the enemy, it is called the hand of God. Then I did tell us that the hand of God also describes the ngracing, and this will be the point of focus tonight. The hand of God also describes the ngracing that comes upon the believer, causing that believer to manifest and to work in extraordinary dimensions of exploits. You simply call that engracing the anointing upon and that is going to be the subject of my discussion. Hallelujah. So we are discussing two dimensions of the hand of God. Number one is the power of God at work in whatever capacity, as we considered yesterday. And then number two, it has to do with the engracing that comes upon the believer. I did tell us yesterday that there are a few keys that and principles that must be kept if we were to experience the hand of God. Let me run through them, I omitted to for sake of time yesterday. But I'll just touch on it briefly. That's not my emphasis. But then at least just to help you complete the least. Number one, if you recall we said, the first key to experiencing the hand of God is walking in the will of God, working in the will of God. John eight, twenty eight, twenty nine. It matters that we walk in the will of God if we desire to experience the hand of God. The Bible says, Jesus said, unto them what ye have, when ye have lifted up the son of man, then shall ye know that I am here, that I do nothing of myself. Jesus is speaking, But as my father had taught me, I speak of these things twenty nine. And he that sent me is with me. And the Father had not left me alone, for I do always the things that please him. Number two, we look at obedience. Remember the second key, obedience. Look five four to six obedience. That obedience is a necessary condition. When he had left speaking, the Bible says, he said, onto Simon, launch out into the deep and let your nets for a drought. And Simon, answering, said, Master, we have toiled all night. Nevertheless, at that world we will left down the net the next verse. And when they had this done, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes and their net break. It was at the instance of obedience that they experienced the hand of God. Number three is the Mystery of praise and worship. For reference, you may want to look at Second King, chapter three, fourteen to seventeen. Remember the story of Elisha prophesighing when they came to him, and he did that in honor of Jehoshah pad And the Bible tells us that he was not even going to regard those who came, but then he decided to regard them all the way. But he said, bring me a mistral verse fifteen. Now, and it came to pass when the mistral played the hand of the Lord came upon him, and then he began to prophesy that you shall not see wind, you shall not see rain, yet the valley shall be filled with water. If you recall again in second Chronicles when you read twenty, just write the scripture for reference. Yesterday I was in a Russia. Didn't add some of these scriptures five to seven. Then you go to twenty two to twenty five. This was Jehoshah Fat. Again. The Bible lets us know that the strategy was given to them. They began to liftop worship and the hand of the Lord came so strongly upon the camp of the enemy, they began to kill themselves, and everyone helped to kill the other. And then number four. I did teach us yesterday that the fourth key that releases the hand of God upon an individual is sacrifice. I'm fifty and verse five. Gather on to me my Saint's day, that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice, allelujah. Let me just give you the remaining two. I may not discuss them, but they are very important. The sixth key I would have communicated yesterday that controls the manifestation of the hand of God is called humility. Humility humility first Spitter, Chapter five, five to six. Humility. As simple as this sounds, there are many people who will not experience the hand of God because of pride. Allelujah. The Bible says, be clothed with humility, for God resisted the proud, but He giveth grace to the humble. Ver six. Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, then you will see the effect of the hand. If you are too proud, and you stand above the hand, you will not see it work. For you. You have to humble yourself on that the mighty hand of God, and he will exult you. And then number six was that I would have mentioned yesterday, is the prophetic. The prophetic that men and women encounter the experience of the hand of God under the influence of the prophetic. But let's rush today and discuss the other side of the hand of God. They're engracing they anointing upon now. Theologically speaking, when we talk about the anointing of the Holy Spirit, it is broadly classified in two dimensions. There is what is called the anointing within, please pay attention now, and then there's what we call the annointing upon. Let me talk for a moment about the anointing within. First John chapter two twenty and then we'll go to verse twenty seven. It's God speaking to someone already, But we have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. Then verse twenty seven. But the anointing which you have received from Him abided in you, and ye need not that any man teach you. But the same anointing teaches you all things, and is truth and no lie. And even as it has taught you, ye shall abide in him. What is the anointed within? Just for your understanding. I wrote here it is the engracing that comes with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Now at the point of salvation, there there is the encounter with Jesus, the Son of the Living God. Please look up. Let's do a bit of Bible study. Now, when you receive Jesus Christ, as you call it, his life, it is true that we confess that you have received Jesus, But the actual personality that represents the presence of Jesus that comes to live in the believer is the Holy sap Jesus as a person today is living in the believer through the Holy Spirit. But as a person, his current position is at the right hand of the Father. You need to understand this aura together. So the assignment of the Holy Spirit is to answer to anything that Jesus, his name, his power represents. So when the believer receives Jesus Christ, alongside with the coming of the Holy Spirit to indwel that believer, there is an engrasing that comes. This is what is called the anointing within. It is responsible for the inner work. It is that anointing within that is responsible for the inner work of character and conformity to the image of christ inexperience. Are we together? The anointing within has nothing to do with ministry, per say, ministring to people. The recipient is the principal beneficiary of that anointing. So when that engreasing comes, it begins to do the inner work of cleansing, the inner work of building the character of Christ. It is the anointing that produces what we call the foot of the Spirit. Are we together now, the manifestation of the character of the Spirit in the believer, love, joy, peace, patients. So it doesn't matter where you are coming from, It doesn't matter the prior mindset. The moment you come into Christ with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit comes the advantage of that increasing is called the anointing within. Are we together now? It is your responsibility to work in partnership with the Holy Spirit to cultivate and increase that anointing. That anointing can become docile and domand through your non participation while you focus on other aspects of the anointing, listen very carefully inas much as it comes to work in you all through the process of that regeneration and transformation. The Holy Spirit depends on your corporation. You will never force your will away together, so you can choose, even with the annointing within dwelling in you, that I'm not interested in building the character of the Christ. You will see that you are being saved genuinely, but the proof, the fruit of righteousness does not manifest in you. And as you will be learning, what gives credence to this next level of the annoying I want to talk about is this very one, because when all is said and done, you will be learning that the annointing upon is for service. That is the charismatic dimension of the annoyting. That is the one people usually see, That is one they usually celebrate. But in order of spiritual superiority, this one you have received is the one that makes you like Christ. The one that I'm about to talk about helps you to do the works of Christ. It does not make you like Christ. So you can be an individual who is not like Christ. Yet you are doing the work of Christ. Did you hear what I said? Just because you correctly, you can be doing the work of Christ correctly, but you are none of his. Because that transformation and that conformity, you see that it is the reason why you do not accredit people based on the manifestation of the gifts of the spirit, and so on and so forth. Are we together? A rod can receive the anointing upon, but it cannot become like Christ. A donkey can talk just because an annointing came upon it. Are we together now? Yes? The Bible talks about the fruit of the spirit, then it talks about the gift of the spirit. Fruit is proof that a tree has become matured. It takes time for fruit. You don't plant it three and then it produces fruit. No, are we together? Fruit is a. Testament that maturity has happened to that tree. It's important that we get this because there are many people who, because of the charismatism around this or that dimension, they ignore this inner walking because it's usually quiet. Can I tell you, before God announces you this first phase, if you are to grow correctly, when God calls you for a long time, the annointing upon will not come. And that's what begils many people that they are not making spiritual progress because we usually think when the annointing comes, the power. Now everybody begins to hear about you. And most people graduate themselves from the school of the spirit, not allowing him to walk this inner walk in them. What helps you to sustain the annointing upon is the strength of your work with God within, because now you will be learning that with the annointing upon there are many things that it brings. Fame, increase are we together? Levels? Financially, increase your name. It is this inner working that helps you. It is like the found you see when you plant it. Three You don't see the roots, but that is really what holds the tree. But that is the invisible part of it. No matter what you do to that tree, if you have not affected the root, even if you cut it, you only wasted your time. It's a matter of time. Are we together now? Yes, If you want to destroy a tree, you don't pluck out the leaves and the foot one by one. It's a total waste of time. You call it up rooting, not up steming, not up branching or rooting. So you go to the root and disconnect it from the earth and leave it there. At the time you do it, you will still see the branches looking green. It's only a matter of time. Everything will fade down. Are you learning now? So? The anoint thing within is that engracing that produces the fruit of the spirit. That is what causes you to love the Lord, listen, to desire its presence, and to be like him. Loving the Lord and desiring him is not mechanical. If it is mechanical, you will be tired one day. There is an anointing that actually causes men to love the Lord, to seek him. You cannot be worshiping for four hours, eight hours, praying all the time, locking yourself and you are with God alone. No, it is not given to humans to be that. Are we together now, we're beings of activity. Whatever will give you the grace to shut down, it is that anointing. So when you see someone who does not love Church, does not love the things of God, even if the person is saved, the diagnosis I'm helping you so you can help other people immediately. With this intelligence, you can see a believer and know with precision what is already wrong. It may not be that the person is not saved, he's been in short four years, but you cannot see that conformity. The problem is that he does not know that he has a responsibility to work in partnership with the Spirit of God. Working partnership the world to allow that anointing, do the dinner walking in. How do you know the announting is working in you, because very soon you will stop looking like where you came from. With all due respect, it doesn't matter whether you come from the north from the south. Territorially speaking, we come with baggages of limitations that are traced to our foundation. So you can see someone and if it tells you I'm from social so place, you can almost predict. So you arell these people with this your attitude. How do you know you are growing? Because as that annointing begins to work in you, there is a reorientation. It cuts certain desires and introduce other kinds of desires, so that the things you once laughed at now you desire. You didn't want to pray in the spirit, now you are the one who is spearheading prayer. When you see spiritual laxity in believers, what they need is not importation for ministry. What they need is an activation of that inner well that anointing with it. Are you saying that sometimes men of God will make mistakes because when people come and they say I'm weak spiritually, my life is not this, I'm not conforming to the image of Christ. Sometimes what we now do is to say, want to annoying them for service. This person is already dead on arrival. Is what service is he going to do? Everybody say they annointed within. This one does not come upon your head. This one is within your spirit. That is what turns Saul to Paul. Are we together now? Yes? Show me a man who has been trained to take advantage of the annointing within. You will never see the weak version of him again. You come as you are, but you don't remain as you are because you are given this anointing. Believe us, hear me? Are we together now? Yes, sir? The anointing with the It is not charismatic. No, it is not shouting. No one even knows what God is doing in you. But from that the abundance of what he's doing. This is what Jesus focused on producing in the believers when he resurrected. Notice is. The tarry ye. But the issue is they were frustrated because they expected the importation to have happened earlier. He sat them down, was teaching them love your neighbors, and they said, come on, we've stayed with you too long. Gave us this power to go on heal the sick, and they even took initiative by themselves and were disappointed the amount of transfiguration. The disciples took initiative, and they were so disappointed. They came back and they said, Jesus, what is all this? But he said, Tarry, if that anointing with him did not work in them, all of them would have given up and they would have run away. What really made them apostles was not just their science and wonders. They would never be able to go through my tire dom if that inner working is not there. Listen. They are to live for Jesus, and if need be, die for Jesus. It's not based on the anointing that comes on your head. There is an inner walking. You have gotten into a level of love and passion for Jesus that is bigger than ministry, bigger than money. And can I tell you the staying power, the ability to remain when circumstances are not favorable, that really makes you a too extend. That's staying power, that's timinals from the anointing within. It says if you turn aside in the day of battle, it is because your strength is small. Allelujah. So Paul is praying and it says, strengthen with all might in the inner man, the inner man, the inner man. Now, because our generation is a charismatic generation, we generally have an obsession, Give me the one that will make people know me. Now, Holy goes. You can manage whatever you see within, but let's focus on the one that can give me open up doors for ministry. Unfortunately, it does not work that way. I'm comforting someone already because from all through this year you kept focusing on their lunching upon and the Holy Spirit told me, is telling you even by my talk now that it is true that you are called to the nations, but it does not start with an importation upon You stay while he walks. And sometimes one of the way God achieves that is to hide a part of your assignment to you, so it does not distract you. And you will give you a position in church that is not really the position you'll be having later on, but that one is a temporary position to keep you savy, are well together? Did you understand what I just said? So you are called to be a great man of God. But God, because he wants to get your attention. He can put you in the ushering department, and everybody around you knows that this man is an usher something else that's something else we don't know. And sometimes you who feel so insulted that you are working there and God keeps you there. There is a work that he's doing. But one day I was so touched when I was watching the documentary. Do you see that same pattern even in your person's life from the head of choir? And then one day usually destiny opens up. And the challenge is that most people do not know. They cannot see what the Holy Spirit is doing with him. It is when that charismatic power comes then usually they say, where did this one come from? There is nobody who comes from nowhere except it's not by the Holygos. Just because you are not aware of the training of David. It was not listen, Sauls encounter with David or Somewhere's encounter with David was not the first time God began to work on him. The work had been happening in the wilderness away together. Now. Yes, So for someone, my encouragement for you right now before we continue is do not disrespect what the Holy Spirit is doing within you. Just because no one knows you. They may not know you, they may not call you that name, but there is still a prophet within you. There is still a woman of God within you. Don't look at your colleagues and say, we all started together. That's not how God works. The nature of your assignment can determine. It can make you stay five years and you'll be roaming around like you don't know what you are doing. It is because of the way God is going to be using you. Is someone listening now, the annoyting with him. All those who know this in truth, they place more value on the operation of the spirit within than even that which comes to give you ministerial exploits. That is why when we finish doing what we need to do with the annointing upon, we rush back and say, Father, continue the work, because it is the strength of what is happening in the secret place. Can I tell you, if you lose the operation of the annoynting within, you will be like a fan. Is only a matter of time. You know, when you're off life from a fan, it still rotates, but there is no power to continue again. And I say this with all due respect. This is also one of the explanations behind the balloon success that you see in our world. So people are just visible within a season everybody and know you. People can call you this, and then after one two years, may you last? I say to you, May you last. It is better to not even start that journey than to attract the attention of a generation only to go down and they ask where did you go? To Allelujah? Away together the inner working of the spirit building character. You wake up in the morning and the Holy Spirit tells you own plan for the next one week. We're firsting you are supposed to travel. He says, no, it's not an emergency. What are you doing with me? Oh God? And you stay back and you are praying, and the devil comes to you and says, I hope you know time is going This your God, thing you are doing, you will soon become. Your life will become a waste. One of the ways you know that you are working with God by is that there are many things about your life you will not be able to explain because there is a hand bigger than you that is driving you through destiny. When you become excessively intellectual and logical, then forget about becoming not with God, someone just gives you a gift one million, and just when you want to relax and enjoy it, you are bringing out your tired God. It's not for you. I only use you to collect it. I'm going to tell you the person you will send it to. And you are saying, God, what is the meaning of this? Was it not to you? I was praying that you will give me two hundred thousand. Now now one million came and not even two hundred thousand. It is not about the money. He's doing something to your heart in that training. Pride dies in that training, your ego dies. In the year that King Osiah died, I Isaiah saw the Lord. You need to understand this so that you don't just get excited about the hand of God. It is the announcing with him. Allelujah. Are we learning? The key is to wait and to stay with the Holy Spirit, even if you do not understand what he's doing. Your trusting, your daily meditation, the Lord building you. Someone will know you. And the Holy Spirit would tell you to tell the person who offended you sorry, and you say, God, plea, this is enough. What kind of training are we do? He say say sorry? You can't choose to refuse what he now says, say sorry, and you stand saying sorry. Then the person says, I thought you won't say sor and it paints you again and you are like, God, what are you doing? This is funny, boy? Is the truth is how He works with us. So the anointing within comes to all believers at salvation, and it can increase with yieldedness. The more you are yielded to the Spirit, the more you are yielded to his training, the more you are yielded to his dealing, you will find that there is a rich deposit of the Christ's life in you. At the end of that training. Let me tell you, everybody who sees you, regardless where you come from, you will become about the clearest picture of Jesus that they can see. And it's not like it's something you plan to do. It was just the byproduct of your diligence and your yieldedness. You will find out that the anger is nowhere to be found, the loss is nowhere to be found, the pride is nowhere to be found, whereas the u of before. If someone touches you, you don't even talk to the person. You will blow the person first, and then when the person turns, you say with this that has happened lan next time that you will not step on my store, but something happens within you. So when people in church remain as they are, I am telling you this is the diagnosis. They are not yielding to the spirit to do that inner working. And now, sometimes we make the mistake of using longevity to live and promote people. Just because people have been around the spirit trusted them for many years does not mean they have allowed that annoyging to walk. Are we together? Now? You can be ten years in church and one month the spirit ten years in church, But your age in the spirit, with respect to your yieldingness, time is not what defines age in spirit. It's your level of comfort committee. So you can have one month's worth of yieldedness and ten ten years membership. Allelujah. Let's talk about the annoytioning upon Now, what is the annoying upon my God? This is the endument with power. This is what we call the hand of God. With respect to the increasing that comes upon a believer. The annoycing within is the endoment with power for service, for service. You're writing on the line for service and do men with power from on High for service Luk twenty four to forty nine. This is the engracing that equips the saints for extraordinary exploits. And behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you. Say upon you, not just within you. Jesus had earlier on spoken to them about the spirit who was with them and would be in them. Now he's saying, there is a promise that will come upon you. But tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem until ye be endued with power from on high? Are we together at chapter one and verse eight, But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Goost has come upon you, and that power will make you weaknesses onto me in Jerusalem Judea Samaria to the Autumu's part of the earth. Add Chapter ten and verse thirty eight. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy ghost and with power, who went about doing good healing all day. That we're oppressed of the devil, for God was with him Isaiah sixty one. Please give us verse one. The spirit of the Lord is upon me. Say upon me one more time. Say upon me. When it is a pon, it is for service, When it is upon. It is to empower you to be a witness. It is for extraordinary exploits. Now let me say this very quickly. The greatest hindrance were discussing the annointing of pon. Now the greatest hindrance to the annointing of porn is the state of your heart. The greatest hindrance. When you find a believer who does not seem to access this and gracing, it looks like the hand of God is far from resting on your life and on your head. It is usually the heart condition. I think the greatest dealing in my life with the Holy Spirit is in this area. The heart condition. I have learned by experience. No matter what you do right in this life, if your heart is wrong, it cancels it. Second Chronicles, twenty five to one and verse two. Let me show you a scripture that I plead you never forget for the rest of your life. Second Chronicles. Our Messiah was twenty and five years old when he began to rain, and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Jehoadam of Jerusalem. Or as this, let's read verse two together. Ready want to read? And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, but not with a perfect hard Look at this kind of scripture, how do you do what is right in the sight of the Lord? Your doing what's not wrong? Your service was accurate as required, But the problem was your heart. Your preaching can be right, your singing can be right, your giving can be right. And yet it will not attract the hand of God. Because the state of your heart vetos your fasting, it phtos, your prayer, it vetos your Bible's study it phetos the energy that is dissipated in the house of God. Isn't it amazing? The state of a man's heart the greatest requirement, the greatest determinant of the manifestation of the hand of God is someone learning now. In Jeremiah, chapter seventeen and verse nine and ten, the emphasis is verse ten. Jeremiah seventeen, nine and ten. The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked. Who can know it? It says, either Lord, watch this, I such the hat I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways and according to the fruit of his doings. So you can be praying. Lord, open doors for me. I want you to grant me the kind of grace you have given personal Nathaniel Passy. I want you to give me Benny Hint's anointing. I want you to give me Late in the host that's anointing. I want you to grant me access to late Apostle Ba ba Lalla's anointing. And what if somebody should watch you from a distance, You'll say, what zealand passion, Oh God help this man. And yet God says, I know what I'm saying. Whereas your mouth is saying this, your heart is saying there has to be someone famous, and I'm that person. Do you know that your heart also has a voice. The Bible says saying, not in your heart, there is a voice, and God hears both. The one we're hearing is the one we can judge you by. But there is the inner voice.
