THE EYES THAT SEES

And say, from the days. Of thy youth, thou hast known the holy scriptures, which is able to make thee wise onto salvation. We come to learn, We come to study at the feet of the Master, because they're in lies our salvation, they're in lies our victorious existence. I commend you to God and to the world of his grace, which is able to keep you and to give you an inheritance amongst them which are sanctified. Second Timuitive three point fifteen, Acts of the Apostles, thirty two. Our salvation is tied to our knowledge of the world. Our inheritance is tied to our knowledge of the world. It's say, from the days of their youth, thou hast known the holy scriptures, which is able to make the wise onto salvations. So you are saved, and you are brought into your inheritances by reason of the revelations of the world that you have in your spirit. And then you grow in that inheritance. When you are committing to the world. I commend you to God, I commend you to the world of His Greece. These things need to be re echoed so we understand what to do in order to leave the glorious life that is in Christ Jesus. What you know the revelation of God in your spirit is what will determine the quality of life you will live. And for every believer must make effort by grace. You know, of course that I labor more than they. Oh, yet not I, but the grace of God that is in me First Corengians fifteen West ten. So you label you make effort by Greece. And one of the efforts you must best know is the effort of engaging the world. Auntie, it comes alive in your spirit because it determines the quality of your life. You can find ten Christens. Their lives will be at different levels of experience, and to a very large extent, is tied to the revelation of God in their spilm in second Puter Chapter one, verse three. Is their accordiness is divine power. He has given on to us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of Him that gordes to glory and to virtue. So all things that pertain to life and to Godliness has been given to you. But the degree of the knowledge of God that you have wait by implication is also the knowledge of the world. It's what determines the extent to which to manifest that glory, which is the essence of God. And all of the blessings that is made available. So engaging the world of God must be our preoccupation. It should not be something left. For pastors, apostles, prophets and teachers to study, to understand and just come to share. It should be something that every believer is active. And actively engaging. Now, when we share like this, it's supposed to spark something. It's supposed to trigger something. But the work does not end here. It proceeds and continues. Even after the Bible studies. It's that the Beerian Christians were more noble than those in Tessalonica because when they head post speak it said they went to Spatch to see. If the things is said were So. We're in the generation where even in the Bible studies, it's difficult for people. We enjoy dancing. We enjoy dramas, which are also good because they convey. Nonetheless, we must make effort to become grounded in scriptures. Be grounded, Be grounded, hallelujah. So don't take these Bible studies for granted. Are you seeing the implication of blindness, as powerful as the gospel is, is that the gospel can be powerless to a group of people. They are lost. And why are they lost? He said, because the God of this world have blinded the minds of them which believe not. Lest the light of the. Glorious Gospel of Christ, who is the image of the invincible God, should shine onto them. So when a man is stackned and blinded. Even the Gospel may not be able to deliver him. The Bible said, they are lost. Have you're not saying? Some people that you want to talk to about Jesus, they say, keep your Jesus. I'm not interested. Come be in any way. You joke, they will kick you out. Be serious, they will kick you out. Threatening them with head, they will kick you out. Promise them heaven and head. They will kick you out. They are lost, their hearts are blinded. So seeing is very important in this kingdom. If I have time tonight, I will show you factors that blind But if I don't have time, I will just introduce it and then we take it again next time. But very quickly tonight, I want. To show you what it means to see in scriptures, because some of you you may be assuming that when we talk about seeing in the spirits to oppread in word of knowledge or word of wisdom. That's part of it. But seeing in the spirit is the biggest syllabus than operating in word of knowledge or word of wisdom. It's not only the guy who says, hey. Mat FW, Chapter thirteen, verse sixteen. The Master was. Thinking to a group of people, and it said to them, is a blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear. So those who were able to perceive it and understand it, the Master said, they were blessed that their eyes saw and their ears was able to hear. So it's a very important subject in biblical context. But quickly, what is seen or what the scene. Entail in the context of scriptures number one scene is the ability to discern understandment is called sound judgment. The ability to tell differences in the spirit. Is the first article of Sein in biblical context. If you cannot distinguish between good and evil, if you cannot distinguish between truth and error, if you cannot distinguish between sacred and. Mundane in the spirit, you are blind. And so a man who sees in the spirit has the capacity to discern. That's why said in Hebrews five, verse fourteen, is said for those who are mature, it's a strong meat belong to. Them who are full age, who by. Reason of youth, have exercised their senses. The sight of the spirit inclusive to be able to discern, to judge between good and evil. But just good and evil, between sacred and mundane, between right and wrong, between light and darkness. And this is very important because in our generation today, the waters are so moduled that you can't tell the difference anymore. So I pastor comes to. But you see people who are dissiment. When you touch that vibration on your soul will be irritated. You may not be able to explain it cognitively, but you'll tell that this energy, this energy is not the only goes working here. And that's why you see people are dancing and celebrating what iniquity is on the display. You're coming to a charge. And then the loss that died several months ago resurrets. They lying all of the fleshly tendencies that have been mortified. They just come alive. You're wondering, I listened to a message from Iven. If you are discerning, you can listen to somebody sound this picture. But you know what is piping is not God, but a bland generation can see the moment to say you are blessed. The doors are opening for you. Are you are talking, They are jumping, They are catching what they can't see that they are sinking in the spirit because there's no discernment. I've got. The first element of sight is some judgment. When your senses are exercised, you'll be able to discern between good and evil. Number two, when we speak of seeing in the spirit, is the ability to understand the will of God part time, the ability to understand the desire of God part time. If you cannot pick god will in a situation in a season, it means you are blinded because that a frequency is piped, but you can't articulate them. So seeing number two is ability to understand the will of God efficients five verse seventeen and efficient four seventeen and eighteen. If then we are four being not on wise, but on that standing the will of the Lord. Now before he said this, go back to verse fourteen. Let's read into seventeen. Write these things down, so that as you train yourself, you will know the areas to develop. Weerefore he said, I wake down that slippant, rise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light. A man who is sleeping, is this see a. Man who is dead? Is he see awake? Now the sleepest arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light. Verse the things. See then that your workstack comes pactly, not as fools, but. At wise the stunning the times or redeeming the times, because the days are evil. Then verse seventeen, where we read wherefore, be not on wise, but understanding. The will of God. So a man who is not asleep, a man who is awake a man who is seeing. Is a man who can pick God's desire, pick God's will, pick God's opinion in any season and in any circumstance. So when we speak of seeing in biblical context, the second thing we are talking. About is the ability to discern God's will. Many Christians don't understand God's will for their lives, and they can also not tell God's will for the different aspects of their lives. From marriage they married via. Jompson's to career, to location where they should live, anything working, they just put their heads. And so when they are thirty five, their life has becomes so much of a contradiction that it will be better to start all over, because if you want to repair their destiny, too many dislocations have happened, from the coseyre to the location where he is, so the persing he's married to, to the occupation he's doing. Now he will just sit down, and where do I suffer? That's why message comes in glory to God. But you must be able to discern goes with you, where you leave, what you do, who you marry cannot be assumption. These stats are too high for you to make that kind of mistake. Number three. What is sight in the spirit is their ability or their capacity to function in insight beyond the natural, to weag things. Beyond face value. People who are blind, what they see is all there is to them. But those who see, they have capacity to weigh things beyond face value. In Second Corinthians four, verse seventeen and eighteen, Paul was speaking, except for our light affliction, but for a moment is it? But they work for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. Now see why the man was able to see blessings in affliction. I mean a blind person would just start asking God, Why? God, Why? Why these things happening? Paul was able to see beyond the affliction that there is glory inside this thing happening. There is a Turner implication in this thing happening. How many of you read the story of Jode when Satan came to attack Joe. You know, if you joined the matter at face value, you'll. Be like. When we were enjoying ourselves this or God was there busy, locked himself away. He couldn't even enjoy life. He was what'shipping God? See where he has ended? But he was just passing through a band to enter a glorious existence because if you study job for the two west ten the Bible said, God bless Joe with double of everything he lost and beyond. Gaining back material things. Joe became a prince in heaven because what happened to Joe was actually a debate between God and Satan. Certain so though ab dominated the whole ed, there's no body on it who does not bow to me, thank, God said, have you seen myself and Joe as certain as the come on, Lord, you and I know that this guy is loyal to you because you're blessed him. If you didn't bless him, he would have a bow to me God. Okay, touching substance, Let's see if he follows me because. Of what he has so everything Satan was doing. They say die and go and rest. Rest. Where have you died before? Do you know what happens there? Somebody hangs himself. He say he wants to rest or God rest. So if you are wise, just their life and conquer your mountains. Don't make the mistake of Azumi. If you hang yourself, you'll rest. They use their brain, even when phisits are involved. Everything is not one plus one. There are things that may appear to be one plus one, but they are deeper than one plus one. So you must learn. To build capacity to develop insight to see things. Beyond the natural realm. First said, why we look not at the things which are seen in the natural It appears to be an affliction, but in the supernatural it's a protocol walking glory and bringing us into eternal relevance. Why we look not at the things which are seen, but are the things which are unseen? For the things which are seen are temporal, and. The things which are unseen they are eternal. And so in biblical context, seeing Number three. Is the ability to exercise insight beyond face value. A spirit to ae man does not judge things the way they appear. They three deeper. I say something that looks like a fist of a man, and like just say that's a bondance of rain. They were seeing different things. One was seeing a cloud like a fist of a man's hand, and not that person was hearing the sound of abondance of That is insight beyond logic. That is insight beyond rational thinking. And for us who see, that's where we apprey from number four, what does he mean to see in the spirit. To see in the spirit is the capacity to priorities correctly. People who don't see in the spirit, their lives are scattered. They don't know what to focus on part time. So the ability to prioritize, the ability to focus on what matters part time. It's a dimension of sight in the spirit, it's a dimension. Why are you looking forward because you are seeing me. If you didn't have eyes. You would have been tunny to find out where the sound is coming from. Everything would have been noisy. But when you begin to see, you can focus. When you begin to see, you can exercise priority. When you find people that their lives are disoriented and scattered, they are blind. Because everything becomes too noisy for them. To exercise coherence and cohesion in their operation. Second Corinthians four Versse thirteen. M. Paul was speaking about faith here, but of course it test goes back to Vest eighteen. The same spiriture that I used a moment ago. Is they having the same spirit of faith? According to cities written, they believe and as focus we believe, and therefore we also speak. And then verse eighteen on the strength of faith or the faith life. He is able to play spirituar things above natural things. So he was not just exercising insight, he was also exercising priority. So as far as poor was. Concerned, because I focused on the faith life, spiritual things are more important to me than natural things. So the reason you hear him said, yeah, my affliction does not get my attention is because. He's living by faith life. So the faith life is determines what he does. You know some of you here I give you an instance. You'll give so much value to your time of prayer as somebody there to look at you and say, don't you think you are being foolish? Now, I'm not saying don't be productive in other aspects of your life, but I'm saying that. No matter how productive. You appear to be in the natural, your spiritual life is more important to you. So why somebody has thinks I'm too busy today to pray, you will tell yourself, no matter how busy I am, I please. I must talk to God for two hours. And then a man will look at you and assume that you are being fanatica. No, you are not being fanatica. You are a spiritu a man. And the reasy you are able to prioritize like that is because you have seen something about prayer that he cannot see. If you didn't see something, you will be exactly like him. But there are things you've seen. Maybe you prayed and prayer open doors of opportunity for you in the past. Maybe you prayed, and prayer gave you strategic information that made you kept danger in the past. So on account of what. You know and I've seen about prayer, no matter how busy you are, you see prioritize it. That guy does not know what prayer is. He has never seen any benefits in prayer. So as far as his concerned, this is your. Priority is a very wrong priority. And he will be right in his own stand why because he's not seeing what you are seeing. So when you find people prioritized correctly, they are seeing something. There isn't the choose one, not two. There isn't the choose right not left. It's because they saw something. Those who don't see anything goes. Their lives is a function of luck and chance. So Paul say, because I am a faith man, I consider the spiritual to be more important than the natural. So there's something he knows, I'm sure about faith that made him live like that. So prioritization is also a dimension of sight in the spirit. Those who don't see don't prioritize, they don't do anything that goes. And so you find the allies. Every season has different ship, and no one is beautiful. Finally, what does he mean. To see in the spirit is access to revelation, access to spirit realities. A man who sees in the spirit hears, I'm perceives realities from the invincibum. This is where revelation comes in Ms three seven, Echrisians four, Christians one seventeen to nineteen. Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealed his secrets onto his servants, the prophets. So those who see, they have access to spiritual realities. They have access to secrets in the spirit. This is why people can be seated. One man will hear from the spirit that another has the problem, and there you are wondering, how do you know where did you read it from? No, I saw it in the spirit realm. It's the ability to see two people who see it. One here's the voice, stand up, walk out, and then something happens and you are wondering, why did you go out at that time? I heard, I heard from the spirit. So the ability to pick signals from the spirit. Realm is also a dimension of sight in the spirit. So every believer of necessity must see in the spirit, and. To see in the spirit is number one. To exercise this tandment sound judgment. Number two to have understanding of God's will part time. Number three is to have insight to truth, to have insight to situation beyond natural perception. Number three is to be able to prioritize and to focus on that which is important part time. And number four is to be able to pick signals from the spirit or to have revelation into spiritual things. A man who sees can sit down and tell you, oh, there's a demon here, and you'll argue after a while, you see the action, so you we judge the presence of a demo from the activity of the demon. But the guy who sees, even when the demon is not acting, he knows. He can tell you an angel is here, and the angels removing too more from someone and you are wondering to more. And you know, in my earlier days as a Christian, when we start praying, before you. Know what's happening, somebody will say two angels are come now. I will open my eyes and be checking where are they. I don't not start. Asking is this thing true at all? Because I'm trying to have a feeling for something to shake to be sure that they are around, so that they everyone announced it will not take me from they live to my lege. I've covered in this village. I will now open my eyes. To check the angels men while the person talk him, his eyes may be closed. And now realized that this onees are highly limited. These two pairs, they are very limited. And you see their eyes would be closed. There's nobody by am I right? I hear matter matter? The angels call him matter. Then it is your friend. You start praying for him not to be discreased. Your heart to kid. Then after why you peep if your hands are oh boy, you are If there's matter. If Matter don't need rest quick, then you stop praying tonges that one is not. You are praying for intervention for your brother, this minister. We have not started a battle. Then if somebody said, did you say matter. Her matter? But you see, if you see, your life is blessed. I'm telling you sight can do what muscles cannot do. In the last prayer, watch, I was tired. Physical energy was gone. I was praying. After the first day, I said, tomorrow God will start healing this sneak. But I was exhausted. At some point, as we're praying, the frequences began to come. The frequences began to come. When it comes, you just rest. Everything you say is like law, it was happen. You're becoming a commander. This is why a Christian cannot be blind. Have revelation, have discernment. All of them have their benefits. If I have time, I will touch it. If you have revelation and you don't have discernment, you can be calling people's name, calling secrets about people, but they will discip you on your business, or you invest money wrongly and lose your whole money. You will be very revelation, but you lose your word because you threw it in a business you didn't judge way. Or you go get involved with a friend that we destroy your ministry. That ministry, that revelation we carry high that friend. We destroy the. Ministry because you won't be able to tell who should be closed and who should not be closed. So they have different applications, and as we're join in this study, we will touch all of them, one after the other, but very quickly. What are we expected to see in the spirit the moment sight comes? That are things that. God expects us to see. You know, some of us have been saying, but We don't know because we but we only start seeing the day we look at somebody and say, are you feeling headache? Is he on the right side of your head? That's part of it. But it's deeper than that. When sight comes. There are certain things that God expects us to see. And in my study I found nine and I'm going to like remisee them here because these things you see are also the things that Blesses, so it's. Important for you to see them. That's why I said, blessed are your eyes because they see what do they see? Number one is the glory and the petting of Jesus. If you can't see Jesus, any other thing you are seeing is of lead to or no value. The first and most important thing that you should see should be the glory and the passing of Christ. And everyone who is a believer should have perceived of the person of Christ in a measure, because if you don't, what have you believed? This is why all of us that have the Holy goos we have a measure of sight or perception. In the spirit. And if you really do, Jesus is the first being and reality that you'll see. Look twenty four Verse twenty seven to thirty one. After Jesus resurrected, there was chaos among the disciples, and then this story was told about two of them who were on their way to Emmaus and Jesus was working with them, and they thought he was a stranger. They thought it was I'm not that person, and they way. He asked them, what is going on? Why is everybody moody? And the west shot? Are you the only person who have not heard what happened over the weekend? That Jesus a great proper the rules that we thought was the Messiah. Oh you thought, but they're killing They couldn't passive anything. This were his disciples. You know, it's important for your eyes to open, to be able to see the people around you, because this person suited by your side that you think needs food maybe your destiny helper. That's the person that would recommend you for your life to change. Did you read the story of Neyman? General Good command the army of the nation. But they had their challenge. Not no wealth of the nation could. Happen, no soldier, no military might could happen. His help was with the house gear, and he did see it. Some of us are here today because the house gear that God sent to deliver our house for it drove her out four years ago. That's the danger of not seeing. The day God. Helped the man was the day the house gear spoke up. That means if the house gear didn't speak, that guy would have died of that disease because he couldn't see her. And the gear told her. That the prophet in my village, if you will God there, you'll be cleansed. And after persuasion he went and he was cleansed. So you need to see. You need to see persins, and most importantly the perssion of Jesus. The Bible said, in verse twenty seven, this is where have blessed me so much in this scripture. He said, I'm beginning at Moses and all the prophets. He expounded onto them all the scriptures and the things concerning himself verse twenty eight. And they drew nigh onto the village. With that they went, and he met as though he. Would go further, or would have gone further. So as they approached the village, goodbye, he was going. God help them. They didn't steal, but they were good people, the Bible said. But they constrained him, saying, a bide with us, for it is toward evening, and the days first spent, And he went went in to tarry with them, Verse thirty. It came to pass, as they sat at meat with them, he took the bread and blessed it, and break it and gave it to them. And then the next vest and their eyes were opened, and they they knew him, And he vanished from their side, and their eyes were open. Do you know that journey those guys were making was their journey out of destiny? They have come to a point where they said, oh, we thought he was the Messiah, since it's not the one. Oh yeah, Israel ol Man to his tent. They were going back to their business. If they didn't see him, they wouldn't have returned. Only God knows what they became. So many persons are out of destiny today because they couldn't see the people. Go's send to them. The Bible said, be careful to entertain men. He said, for some have rejected angels unawares. So when a man sees, he sees persins. And most importantly the passing of Jesus Christ. How many people in your life have you been able to discern and how many persons have you been able to see the dimension that God put in them? Because when you see Christ, it's not just him alone in majesty. If not for your ability to see Christ in people, so people who see they. See Jesus in men. Say. Some patients may not be eloquent preachers, they may not be eroded preachers, but you see God send them to your life in your down time. They will be the ones to stand with you. They may not even tell you, but when they notice that you are not feeling fine, they will declared twenty one days first, I'm blasting tongues fast from money to evening until you are ressociated. If they hear you are going somewhere. For a meeting until you say this is your last ession, they will stop praying. They will pray every day for hours for you. Meanwhile, they may never be part of your team that you are working with. They may be the people that if they agreet you, you look at them and they are well, then sometimes we won't even answer. But they are the engine room of your success. See, be careful, especially when you come to charge or you are relating with believers. There is Christ in every one of us, and the operation of Christ in. Us is different. You must see us if you don't see you being a problems.
