In his operation his dealings with men, God works with men based on times and seasons. In fact, he's so design human activities upon the earth to walk in honor to the law of times and seasons. You read the full text in the first eleven verses, but for the sake of time, I will only read verse one, and then we jump to verse eleven. It says to everything, Someone says everything, to everything, there is a season and a time for every purpose. Provide dead it is under heaven. If it is above heaven, we may not be able to say much.
