THE CHURCH AND ITS TERRITORIAL MANDATE

If you're here today, shout hallelujah. It's a great privilege, Apostle Dominic, to stand as a first invited guest in your camp meetings. I consider there's a great honor, and it goes down on record that you were able to trust me with the heart of the people, the sheep that the Lord has put under your care for the camp meeting of this Magnetine. We're here to build with you, and I've found you to be a sincere holy man of God. Part of what God is doing in this day is to make us more one with each other so that we can contend with the global activities of darkness. And I see the heart of brotherhood. I see I see the heart of a father, and I see evidences of your apostolic ministry. It is a great thing to be associated with your calling and with your ministry. I have been in ministry long enough to know that if you do not have the right woman standing by your side, you will be pray in the hands of the enemy. And so I bring salutations to the Prophetess. Thank you so much. Now, my journey in ministry has been on a very rugged path, and only a woman called. To follow on such a part can survive it. Please turn your back with me to the Book of Luke chapter ten, Look chapter ten, Look chapter ten. After these things, the Lord appointed Order seventy also and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whether he himself would come. Therefore said he unto them. The habits truly is great, but the liberals are few, pretty yee. Therefore the Lord of the habits that he would send forth liberals in two his habits. Allelujah. So this morning is for deployment. There is something that Jesus downs to those that he wants to deploy. He invites his functionariest for meetings like this to equip them, to upgrade them, to educate them. And moments will come eventually that are designated for deployment. This is one of such moments, because we are going to be deployed today. And if we check verse one of Look chapter ten, there are some words that are like us to take into cognizance. The first word that we likes to analyze is also also after these things, the Lord appointed Order seventy also the second World I'd like you to underline is order Order seventy. Also Order seventy. Also, it means that this was not the first time that Jesus was deploying functionaries. There were orders that have gone through the same routine, and that is the reason for the use of the world. Also, it's a common ground of comparison. Is to connect us with the fact that this is not the first time a ceremony like this was gonna take place where Jesus would declare deploy. Functionaries into the field. Are you there now? So if we want to understand fully the things that took place in the previous sending ceremony, we need to flip back in our bibles to the Book of Luke chapter nine. I'd like us to see all the ingredients that were present the first time Jesus send people out. So please turn your bible to the Book of Luke chapter nine. We want to investigate the first time deployment was done, and we want to see the things that Jesus be quitted to the functionaries with the hope that they will have the capacity to subdue every contrary power that is domiciled in the territories wherein. He was going to send them. So when the Book of Luke chapter nine, verse one, the Bible says, then he called his twelve disciples together and gave them what power and authority over all devils and to cure diseases. So you will see that there was no one that Jesus ever sent to proclaim his kingdom that was not competent and the ability of dealing with devils. I can show you, and I tell you from his studied opinion, that there was no one Jesus sent out. To do kingdom service, to do kingdom. Work that was not equipped with the ability to deal with devils. You will realize that in the eyes of Jesus, the secret behind human trouble. Is in the demonic dimension. And so if Jesus was going to send people that were competent in bringing humanity out of the stranglehold of the enemy, these individuals must be equipped with the ability to deal with devils, and the utensials he made available to them in order for them to be effective on this mission was power and authority. Okay, all right, so go back to chapter ten. The second thing you will notice in the Book of Luke chapter ten is in these two because the first time Jesus deployed people out, he deployed twelve people. And the account that we have in chapter ten, Jesus is deploying seven people. Okay, those of you that know how to calculate percented growth? What is the percented growth in functionaries here from twelve to seventy? Who can help me with that calculation? How many percent growth are we dealing with here from twelve to seventy? Someone helped me quickly? What what? No? No, alright, alright, alright, okay, halem, okay, so we'll go with her. We'll go with her eighty two percent growth. So see, there wasn't eighty two percent growth that was recorded in terms of the number of functionaries that were available for deployment. I was expecting Jesus to make a statement like, you know, we started for twelve people, now we're sending out seventy people. We have had an eighty two percent growth in our sending capacity. Blurry to God. That was not what he said. In fact, he was emotional because compared to the scope of the havest, the number of functionaries were insignificant. Sowhat so that he gave us a prayer point that we should backon on the Lord of the havests that he might send laborers a new set of terminologies I introduced here their first terminology. I would like to know your attention to is that Jesus was concerned about sending capacity, not sitting capacity. That's the first thing. How many people can we send? The people that are qualified to be sent are not people that have challenges with their prayer lives. Those ones still they are still on lives or what they're talking about, people that have found a place where grace resides enough to be able to work in victory in their own personal lives. Then it means this guys know their way to the spiritual gym. Oh and we can't talk about the spiritual gym, but these guys, they're not their way to the spiritual Jim, have you? Have you read that scripture that said that if you have it as small as a mustard seed, you can say, onto this mountain, bide out, removed, and thede out cast into the sea, and you shall have what soever you say. It means that the activity of God on your spirit can be so intense that you can lift things. You can lift. Things from one point and drop it somewhere you can lift things. Do you still remember that guy that had a sound that was lunatic and it came to Jesus with a report that I took this my son to your disciples and they could not lift what was responsible for his challenge. Those are gym issues. So someone that is in good form, that is in good shape, that can be sent is someone that understands how to lift weight. That means over and above his own body. The civilization he has sustained is sufficient to take care of his own body. So he is now a candidate upon whom we can we can place additional body. He can he can lift weight. That's a description of the individual that has the capacity to be sent. So Jesus was not talking about sitting capacity. He was talking about what sent me. And that's why in an apostolic company like this, the prayer real is not common. Say okay, people should come together, we're gonna pray for twelve hours. Now, what we are preparing you for is not to master your personal life. We are preparing you to have capacity beyond what is needed for your own personal life, so that you will be send a boat. I was invited somewhere to lead prayers, and I won't mention where it was. I just got there for the first time, and it seems the minister that was present there recognized me and he took me to his office and said you're here. I was confused. He said, well, I know you, even though you don't know me, you are going to lead prayer for twenty minutes. I said, okay, it's all right, no problem, and. I like leading prayers. I like it well. That day I did not succeed in leading prayers because after giving my exhortation and showing the people people that were present, and need to interest you to know that the people that were present were past us, not members, but pastors or various denominations, so we were in the place. I did not succeed in leading pastors to pray. After many years, that has never happened to me for many years. I gave a charge to stay up the spirits of men, and then when it was time to. Exercise, as. The people in the congregation had not been going to the gym, so even though the preacher I was trying to motivate, there was no capacity. Internal capacity was not present. The room was quiet. Only a few people were praying. So the guy on the keyboard had to run back to his keyboard to fill up the lack of prayer with keyboard. So in many I've never failed like that to lead people in prayer. I felt. I felt that time now it was not my failure. That failure was a sign of incapacity. It means we do not have the weight lifters. In the vicinity. And when there's no weight lifting in the vicinity, Jesus has nobody to say. And if you take off to the mission field without the capacity, well the Lord will give us under standard. They second terminology Jesus introduces us to is the terminology called laborers, not past us. Labor us. Labor us labor. Us, because a man that is going to till a ground, a ground that is defiant to the presence of God, and you are going there with an apostolic manday to till the ground, it is going to be like label your first ten our prayer that you're raise in that place. It's as if you're hitting brass. You at the end of the ten our prayer, you will need a spray, a sprint tablet because it is labor. You will find out that hey, it is labor. And when a man takes on the body to label it, to affect his wife, to affect his children. When he's consumed with the responsibility of labor, everybody around him is afflicted by what has consumed his art. That's the reason why we honor people that survive, women that survive in matrimony, to past us that are labeled, not just past us that know where the next bow tie is. I'm not talking I'm talking about laborers. Imagine someone that uses a digger. After nine months, you'll be dealing with a muscular man. With six packs. It will affect you. His label. Will affect you. And if you were called to help him, a part of that labor to is transferred to you. So when we honor people that have. Labeled in the kiddom, they're actually worthy of double honor. Just in case they say, oh, they are enjoying see the cars, the ride, come and join us. If you don't have the grace to label, you will gasp for life. Jesus was not acting for pastors, for orators, for public speakers. He was requesting for laborers. Because if you're going to open a territory andbicide his dominion. You will feel it. It will affect your sleep life, it will affect your sex life, it will affect how you spend money, It will affect you just oh, man, we have a television. Just like the hotel. The powerful place were kept. There are televisions that even in the room, we didn't switch it on and we are living it was net flicks labels. When you have accepted the body of labor, your tasteboards will be altered mmmm. Because of labor. When you attend the Christian meeting that doesn't have the mark of labor, you will know if the people are not laborers and they're just excited about the name Jesus. You can't tell because there's no weight in. What is done. You are not likely to return because your tasteboards have been adjusted by your labor. Jesus was not looking for pastors, He was not looking for public speakers. He was specific about the nature of functionaries that can lose things. On the field, and they call them labors. There are many titles by which we are addressed, the bishop title and all the other titles. But do not lose your designation as a laborer. MHM. I went to preach somewhere in Africa. I don't want to mention the name of the place. So this is a place that is very cosmetic. You know when when you when you get there, you make sure that that you're the alignment of your tie is the strap of your watch must aligned with your belt and your shoe collar. You know that kind of arrangement. So, knowing that that was where we're when we were, tried to align with the culture so that would not look strange. It was not a place of laborers. So the music there was it was it was performance or production. The little presence of God, the last trend of the presence of God that was on the meeting. When somebody came, the person was supposed to be doing EMC work, he killed that presence completely and I said, Lord, haveness mess And when the last friend of the of the messy of God was destroyed, that's when they called me to minister m HM. So you will know that the labels of God are not known here. In fact, if you did not fulfill your prayer time and you came into that mess, you'll be confused. You know, we have been around for some time, so I can tell you the signs that point of the fact that you have come to a place where there's label. That was what I was telling possible. I say, I know that presence, I know it. You can't generate that presence if this is not a prayer church. You can't. Because the things of God are costly. He doesn't make himself available in a place where his presence is not honored, where people have not sought him. It means that there was no prayer on grant for me to stand on. So I had to use my own personal prayer to see if I could find a window to reach the people. So the Lord now had messy on me, and that platform of my own personal engagement with him became the secret behind the ventilation that came during the course of that stuff. I knew from that day that. I needed to draw the attention of the minister that was the pastor of that place to the fact that there is a lot of hype here, but there's no ministry here. See, ministry comes out of labor. Oh my, you know ministry. The Bible says that we are able ministers. It means that every normal human being is crippled, is disabled. It is God that makes us able through his spirit. When you see a man that is disabled, won't you know in fact, there are some points on the parking lot for disabled people, so that you'll not be struggling at the other people. You are disadvantage, So let's give you priority. Someone on the book bit that is disabled. You will know. Spirit is not strong enough to be able to move the hand of God. Are you there? It doesn't have intimacy with the Spirit of God enough to be able to secure the present revelational position of the spirit. As astronauts explore space. That's how laborers explore God, the man God out of his hiding place. If you are going to it's such a person that is able by the spirit, it requires label. You are going to put your flesh in subjection. You are going to prove to God that you honor and hallow his glory much more than you're necessary food. Are you there? See? The fingerprint of divine labels is the mark of their presence. So they have a depth and a root that the manipulations of darkness in the territory cannot influence them. Do you understand that it takes labor, and labor is intentional, Labor is deliberate. Labor is not something that you're just coming to know. You decide. It's not easy, so your mind will go with you when you are laboring. So in this day, the cosmetic ministry is what we have in so many quarters. And people think that the spirit of excellence is your ability to blend colors. Ali Lawyer, I hope you know. The people that blind colors the most, they are not Christians. You know those people, they're they're blind colors more than we do. And that is not the spirit of excellence. This is what the excellent spirit does. Your echo lock box has a combination lock. If you bring it to Daniel, Daniel will open it. You don't need to tell him the number. Because what was on him the description? And these are unbelievers describing him. Oh you know with men. And when un. Believers describe this man, they said light. He had light in vain. Was it for you to hide codes from Daniel? Passwords to your computer, passwords to the company website. Daniel had light. The moment he stracks the keys, he would type it out. These are men that are mind God. They went to drilling. Until they found the fountain head of the well spring of life. It is label And Jesus was not asking for preachers because preachers are many. Is it a harvest, it's plenteous. What we lack are not preachers. What we lack. Laborers. Someone went to a bank and took a loan, a big loan somewhere in Africa. His ministry he wants to do. They went and took a massive loom. Then everywhere was blended. The colors were the light, so they can make the the light. The only thing he did not bring to the platform was labeled. So he was thinking that with the blending of colors, the bending of light gives the light a refractive index and creates a feel that he will be able to attract people. Alie layah. So he did massive publicity. Very few people came and he showed them the light bending skills and all of that. And so I got one. High class music person that we are not sure if the person's salvation were not. You just got someone and it was a good show. He put up a good show and the place was empty by next Sunday because he was hoping to use all those things and psychology and all that to keep people. Only the Holy Goos can tell me, oh my God, the last time I saw this person I'm talking about, the bank was on his neck because he wanted to be a performer. He did not want to be a laborer. Nobody would choose to be a laborer. No, we would want to be performance. To perform is easier. Only those that are desperately in love with Jesus will sign up for labor. So Jesus now. Says the harvests indeed. His splenteeress. But the liberals are few. So the equation that God sustains. Is a number of liberals visavis the scope of the harvest. And if you do that reputation, you realize that the laborers are few. Can you go to Facebook when we finish this meeting, go to Facebook. Look for any channel where they are doing something like gospel and listen to it for five minutes. You will know if it's a liberal that is talking, because the liborer will talk about this case, the wounds that he has sustained that came because the instrument missed this. Indeed, he's preentious for the liberals. When a laborer comes and sees the field, he already knows the body of the lord. The harvest, indeed, is plenty, So we need to understand the scope of this harvest. The first part of this harvests are believe us that encounter false ministers, and they were wounded deeply and because of that they no longer want to have anything to do with church. And I don't have time to take us into some matters that were very dear to Apostle Paul in his doctrine and the edifice of truth that he builds in the Book of Ephesians. Apostle Paul is very deep. And he actually sees the purpose that God is seeking to implement. He has eyes to see from the eternal perspective, and he could see how God builds from eternity to time. And he also sees how God builds into eternity future. For instance, are you here with me? For instance, you hear him said something like those he did for no them he did pre destiny, those he called them he justified, and those he justified them he glorified. Now listen to me. The fore knowing took place in eternity past, because Jeremiah said, before I found thee in the womb, I knew deep, and before thou came as fault, I sanctified an ordainty as a prophet onto the nations. That is fore knowing and predestination. I assigned you to a purpose, even when you were yet a seed of eternity. Do you understand that you were assigned to a destiny. Even when you were a seed of eternity, You are not yet taking form your mother's will. You were known by God and you were signed to a destiny. Are you there? That destiny onto which you were assigned is saddled with all the troubles and problems for which you will need the grace of God to survive. And when you access the grace of God, you know that to surmount those problems, you will start becoming Christ Like. Are you there? As long as you embrace that calling which was preordained, and you stay true to that calling, it will be the grace you need. The troubles you encounter will be designed to make you Christ's like. So that unique part that God has put you is the only unique part through which God can achieve his purpose of making you christ Like. So he foreknew you, then he predesignated you to a unique purpose in Him. Then this calling is a spiritual ceremony where all the seeds of eternity were needs studio. It was that calling of you still in eternity past. Was that his calling of you that allowned you to a certain family and to a certain generation. Are reader, Then your justification took place in time. That means all he died before time was with the hope that when you come into time you would choose him. You will accept him, accept his government. And that picture of your journey in time begins with your justification. Are you there now? When you become justified? So we have the legal aspect of our salvation, and then we have the living aspect of our serving. You see the way you are when you give your life to Christ, that's not how God wants you to end up. So justification becomes. The starting point of the living aspect of salvation. He wants to save view by his life. So from justification through transformation, he confirms us to the image of his son. That's a text step. Oh I forgot one step. From justification through renewing. I don't have time to explain them. Then to transformation so that we can be confirmed to the image of his son. Then will not be ready for glorification. Glorification is eternity. Future is glorification that takes place.
