Utterance is Spirit-energized communication. It is not about lingo, it is not about oratory, it's about what accompanies what is spoken. There is nothing like jack of all trade in the kingdom of God. God is specialized. Anything that we do in ministry that does not lead to the transformation of lives is not part of the Father's Business.
