Stephanie Okafor - Whose Kingdom Are You Advancing?

Why would you come on earth? Why would you live all these years that, actually, the Bible says, is like a vapor. Your time on earth is nothing to eternity. Why would you spend it to live a counterfeit life for a perceived advantage that is actually deception. How long would we go limping? Heavenly Father, we thank you, We thank you for your love, We thank you for your goodness. We thank you Lord Jesus, for we are not gathered here for any personality. Lord God, we are gathered here for you, And we thank you Lord that indeed your presence is in this place. We thank you Lord that your spirit is here. And so Lord, have your way, have your way, do that which only you can do. When we call on your name, that which is impossible with mankind, let us. See it be possible through you. And so Lord Jesus, we lift up your holy name, reveal yourself to us in a fresh way, and reveal the truth of who we. Are to ourselves. In Jesus' mighty name. We pray, Amen. Amen, Amen, you made me see that. I believe there's something so beautiful that the Lord is going to do in this place. There's just so much that the Lord. Has been dealing with my heart on. Even in regards to this city. You know, territories are very very significant things to believers and really to everyone, because there is you know, Los Angeles, you know New York. These are not just places you go to and say, oh, let me go to LA to go see the beach, you know, or I want to live in LA because the weather is nice, right, I want to go to New York and experience Christmas in New York. You don't. This is not just the reasons that we move into spaces. Anytime you move to a place, you want to know that the Lord is sending you there. Because for every city you go to, there are two things that are active in that area. They are blessings and their curses. And when you are if you're someone who is kind of like in between, a lukewarm individual, then life just begins to happen to you. There's no intentionality about which kingdom you're on. There's no intentionality about which kingdom you're advancing. Because one thing that is a fact that life is about kingdoms, and we are called to advance the Kingdom of God. There is a kingdom of darkness that. Seeks to take over territories, because for every territory, there is a divine assignment that God has for that region, and there are people He sends to that region in order to accomplish and fulfill his will. And so when you think of a city like Los Angeles, lay is a spiritual gait for culture. Whatever rises in this city has global impact on culture. You will go into regions that they don't even know how, they don't even speak English, but they will sing the songs that come out from this region. They know the movies. What we see in film is actually what becomes normalized in culture. And so there is a major influence connected to this city. It is a. Grace that God has placed on this region for his purposes. Now here's the truth of the matter. You know, if you ever meet someone who says they're a psychic, right and really maybe you you know if you've God, don't do this now, but in your past, if you ever went to a palm reader or a psychic or something like that and they began. To tell you things, you're like, how did you know? Or there are people that would say they don't know Jesus, but they will tell you that all from such a young age. They've always been you know, they just had a knowledge of things that they just flew in this whole psychic lifestyle. And you're wondering, why is it that they're psychic? And then we make it a thing like are some people just gifted in a special way. The reality of the matter, you see those a man by the name of Jeremiah, and God said to Jeremiah, before I formed you, I knew you right and even talks about that, yeah, before I put you in your mother's womb, that I ordained you a prophet the nations. So, Jeremiah, you are born as a prophet. Now you do. He may not know it until the encounter, but in the spirit realm, there is a way you look that spirit beings can tell who you really are. And so when they see that you have a prophetic grace, then the spirit of divination wants to also step in. Now, if you are not a prophet, you can be a psychic. In order for you to be a psychic, it's a sign that you actually do have a prophetic call that has been perverted. Because it's just like, for. Example, you know, if you have let's say there's a phone right now, you can charge your phone with the actual charger that came in the case for that phone, the charger that was designed for that phone, or you can use some bootleg chargers that actually killed the life of your phone, but it still charges it. So the question is what is now giving you, What is empowering the gift that God already placed in you? What is the source behind the power that is connected to what you've always been ordained to be? And so when you see psychics pray for them, these are prophets that don't even know who they really are, and now the enemy has made it so much about them that they start to walk in some level of pride. I just know things. No, you not really, because now a demonic spirit is empowering that. The reason I'm using this example is because the same goes for territories, that for every territory there is something about it that in the spirit realm that even the enemy can look at a space and say, well, there is a unique grace here. Why is there a grace in this area for influence? Why is it that the people that are called to this space are called in the place of media and arts and fashion. And now the enemy is like no, no, no, no, no, we want that territory. So when it comes to La there has been this war of kingdoms. Now here's the reality. You're never in a battle with God. It's never that God is not powerful enough to take a thing. But the scripture tells us that the earth he has given to mankind. So you have the authority over this realm. So who has the kingdom now comes down to who is aligned enough to establish God's kingdom in the territory. And we're going to go into a few things. I just want to kind of lay a foundation because when you see darkness prevailing in the place, oftentimes people will talk about and those same a lay is so dark. And these are believers and they don't realize they're part of the problem because how can lay be dark? But God called you to be a light of the world. Then we talk about revivals that happen and it's always past tense. Yet God called us to be the salt of the earth. That we are supposed to preserve the moves of God that happens in a space, and not just keep it in a place of revival, but reformation that the systems in that territory begins to shift and begins to change, and it can be sustained. But if we don't understand how kingdoms work, we kind of become floaters and not. Even know it. You see, something so fascinating about compromise is that the one who is compromised is often the last to know because the spirit of compromise, it hides itself with the idea of a perceived advantage. Why is it that we compromise because there's something we are after that is louder than our conviction. So you see how a young lady might say, you know what, you meet a guy or something, and you know, you know, you're not supposed to be in, you know, having a sexual relationship, you know, but then there's something you're after with this person where. He tells you like, hey, I can be celibate. But because you're after the relationship, you compromise your standards and your truth and you have no conviction because you're looking at if I just giving a little bit, there is a perceived advantage I have in the relationship. Why do we compromise in business? Why do we compromise in life? Because we're after what we think is an advantage and we don't realize. W I'm actually living in disobedience. We don't see ourselves in compromise because what we sees, what we thought, what it and I say perceive because you're thinking you gained something, but you actually lost more. So you have a man by the name of David in the Bible, and David as king sees a beautiful woman one day he calls for her. The Bible talks about how he takes her, because when we read the story of David and Batscheba, we make it so pretty like, oh, David had an affair. No no, no, no, no, that was rape. She was a married woman. There was never anything about bat Cheba being open to what was happening. He saw her, he sent men, and he took her. So he slips with bad Cheba. She gets pregnant, David finds out. Now he tries to have her her husband killed in battle. And when all of this is happening, David is just going with the flow because what David is after is self preservation, so he doesn't even realize how far away he has straight from the heart of God. So then a prophet named Nathan is sent to David, and Nathan begins to describe David to himself in a parable and when he describes him to himself, David says, such a man must die. Couldn't even see that he was the one being spoken about. And I believe that there is going to be such a move of repentance. In this place by the end of today. Because we often don't realize how far away we've straight from the heart of God. We often don't realize what kingdom am I actually advancing. If you cannot confidence say that my life and everything connected to me is advancing the Kingdom of God, the chances are you're compromised and you don't know. We're gonna be reading from First Kings, chapter eighteen, and I'm gonna start from verse nineteen, and verse nineteen says now therefore, so let me even pause, because how do we get to now? Therefore? Let me just read the verse Actually, send and gather all Israel to me at Mount Carmel, and the four hundred and fifty prophets of Bao and four hundred prophets of Astra who eat at Jezebel's table. What is the context happening before this moment? There is a prophet named Elijah and during this time in Israel, there was a woman by the name of Jezebel. She's married to a king named Ahab. Jezebel is the four lack of better words, is a very powerful witch in this context. And Jezebel had killed the prophets of God, where she would gather prophets of God and kill them, to the point that there was a man by the name of Obadiah. Obadiah feared the Lord. And when Jezebel was on a slaughter of the prophets of God, Obadiah was able to take a hundred prophets and hide them. So in that territory there has been such a lack of reverence for the One True God. There has been intimidation on any voice that will speak on his behalf. But then there is Elijah. And Elijah had prayed earnestly. The Bible talks about how Elijah prayed earnestly that it would not reign. And so Elijah had been in a place of prayer, for you can call. It for revival. Elijah had been interceding for the people of Israel, for their eyes to be open. And then we're gonna see as we unpack the scripture that indeed Elijah's prayers were met by an encounter with the Lord, because there were things he did by instruction. So that means the Lord had encountered him on what to do. And so the people Jesebel, you know, who they were serving was a false god named Bao. Now Bao was believed by the people to be. In charge of fertility, to be in charge of rain and agricultural prosperity. So basically, if I worship this God, I will prosper because agriculture in that time is where their financial wealth is coming from. And so so agriculture reigned for and then you know for in fertility. So there are perceived advantages to worshiping this God. But this is happening in Israel. Israel the nation that God said that I will make them a nation of priests, a holy nation. So do you see it now with the territory. So when you're looking at Israel in the spirit realm, they see a territory that is supposed to be people who are separated onto God. This is a territory that has people that would reflect what holiness ought to look like. So what does the enemy do? I want it? I want to pervert it. And in order to explain this properly, there's this chart that I want I want them to pull up and I'm gonna teach on it before we go further into the scripture. But basically. It's Elijah and you can this is we're gonna talk about this, but if you want to get this in your phone or anything like that. But basically, Elijah is praying for revival because he sees that what he is after, he's not fighting flesh and blood, because the scripture will also tell us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places. So Elijah cannot just come to the battle and flesh. He had to be in the place of the spirit in prayer. And so from that place now the Lord reveals to him command that there would be no rain, because when Elijah commands for drought in the territory, what he is challenging is the principality in the region. Because if you believe that the God that your servant is in charge of rain, then let a mere mortal speak. Because Elijah will literally say that there would be no rain except by my word, because he wants to challenge what they worship. That Okay, you believe Bao is in charge of rain, Okay, that's cool. But by the word of a man, there will be no rain. And he literally shut the heavens because not just not. You have to understand that it was always the will of God for Israel to be aligned, but a man had to rise up in intercession and come into the place of agreement with God, and then Heaven backed him up. That's why the scripture says, Thy Kingdom Come, Thy will be done on earth as it already is in heaven. In heaven, this is the will. This has already been established, but not in order for it to take place on earth, people must rise up to align with the will of God. So Elijah decrees a thing. So when he shows up, Elijah is wanted by the people, but they can't kill him because again he said, by my word, and they see the evidence of it. You're one no rain, You're two no rain. Now to understand the impact of this, we're gonna talk about this graph right here in Ephesian six twelve. It tells us about these systems of darkness, right that when you think you're fighting flesh and blood, is much deeper than that. So let's talk about territories. First, we're gonna look at it from the perspective of what was happening in Israel, and then we're gonna look at it from a mirror perspective to what is happening in Los Angeles. So, in Israel, you have a people that are called by God to be consecrated to be a holy nation, a kingdom of priests. And so what does the principality do, Because first of all, a principality is a fallen angel. Right when say and fail. The Bible shows us that he took a third of the angels with him. Now, people would only follow you if they agree with how you're thinking and your agenda. They said, can two walk together? Except they be agreed? So why they say and fault? He wanted to rule? The scripture tells us that he wanted to raise his throne above the throne of God. So every angel that fell with him. Did that because they also wanted a different kind of rulership. So now angels, fallen angels are not like demons. Demons are disembodied spirits in orther for a demon to find rest. They're looking for a body. In order for a principality or a fallen angel to find rest. They're looking for a territory because they have a body. The angels cannot possess people, so they're. Wandering until they find that territory. That's why in the Bible you hear things like the Prince of Persia withstood me when Daniel was praying for twenty one days, because Daniel was praying to the Lord, and the Lord sends him an answer. But the angel that the Lord sent to Daniel was withstood by what the Bible says, the Prince of Persia, which is what a fallen angel that has claimed the territory of Persia. But as Daniel continued to intercede, then the one who is sent by God to that territory came to release him. And so a principality is a fallen angel. They're looking for rulership, and they can only rule over territories. So they look at Israel, and in this case this is Bao. Bao looks at Israel and says, I want that territory. And so how did they get the territory, they have to establish systems. In order to establish systems, powers come in powers is where now you have systems of intimidation and perversion to silence or literally killed the callings of the men and women of God sent to that territory for God's agenda. So in the time of Israel, what did this look like? Jezebel killing the prophets and then in the spirit of intimidation, because how is she intimidating them? If anyone will rise. Up to speak for the Lord, she will kill them. People lost their courage, people lost their boldness. They went into hiding. What if all hundreds of those prophets were interceding, but they went into hiding. And so the powers first have to dethrone those called by God before they can raise up the ones that they would empower. So you never hear about the prophets of Bao or Astrarah until Jezebel kills the prophets of God. So powers start to influence the systems in the territory. So they dethrone them the prophets of God. They dethrone the voices of God and then establish rulers of darkness. Another thing you must understand even about powers, is that when powers show up, this is where witchcraft is heavily involved. Because again, the earth has God given to man. We're gonna go on the journey here. The earth has God given to man. So in other force, Satan to even execute his plan, he needs people that would align with his will. You see, witchcraft goes beyond spells. It's not just about spells and curses. Witchcraft in his real definition. You know, there's a reason why the Bible will say rebellion is as witchcraft, because witchcraft is when your will aligns with the agenda of darkness. Now there are people who are intentional in it, who give themselves to demons to give them direction and wisdom and tell them, hey, go curse this territory, Go speak this over the land. Because when witchcraft gets involved, that's when they start to speak spells and curses, and they start to release spirits of lust over an area, they start to release spirits of perversion, they start releasing spirits of pride over an area because they're like, Okay, if we can dethrone the voices of God and people lose their stability, then they give us a way in. And so when the witch. Now in the context of Israel, that points to Jezebel. Do you see where we're going. So Jezebel is the one who now reflects in the natural realm powers, but what is actually behind her It's spiritual. Because now they said. Okay, we need a human, we need people with flesh and blood, because even our Lord Jesus could not, you know, access this territory until he became. Flesh and blood. What I mean by that there are things that the Lord Jesus needed to do on the earth. He cannot die for you if he's not flesh and blood. In order for him to actually move in a way that would redeem us back to the Father, he had to take on flesh and blood because flesh and blood are the only people on this earth that have legal right to operate. So Sayan begins to look for people that will come in agreements in alignment with his will. Jezebel comes in. Jezebel takes over that throne, She kills the prophets of God, and then rulers of darkness step in. Now influence has been taken from the people God sent. Now demonic influence. Is given to people who would fall in line to advance the agenda of the kingdom of darkness. Now, who are the rulers of darkness in the context of Israel. These are now the four hundred and fifty prophets of Bao and the four hundred prophets of Astra. So you have eight hundred and fifty people who have positioned themselves to now normalize compromise. In the territory. And how do they normalize compromise through lukewarm allegiance? Now Israel, a nation that is called by God to be holy, is now worshiping Bao and the Lord compromise. Now Israel, who. Is their devotion? That was only going to the Lord? Now they're devoted to the Lord and to Bao. And you can never serve two masters. Whenever you're serving Jesus and something else, you're really serving that other thing. Because He is the only way. You can never say you're serving the Lord God and something else. And so what we're. About to see in the scripture is now the mercy of God that is being revealed through the intercession of a man that Lord, we must take Israel back for you. Your people must come back to you. And so again in verse nineteen, it says. Now therefore, so Elijah now goes to King Ahab, and he says, you know what, enough of this. Let's actually let's go head to head and see which God is really God. He says, now, therefore, send and gather all Israel to me at Mount Carmel, and the four hundred and fifty prophets of Bell and the four hundred prophets of Astra who eat at Jezebel's table. Now, let's go back to that chart. Who eats at her table, the rulers of darkness, they eat from where they got their powers. It's significant that he said that he's not talking about physical food. Elijah could care less if they had grapes for breakfast, and that's going to be a really big table for eight hundred and fifty people. He's not talking about physical food. He says, I know your profits because I know where they got their influence from. I know what empowers them. It is the witch Jezebel, and Jezebel is not just about a person, because we will see later in the scriptures, Jezebella represents a system of the demonic. So Elijah says, those that eat are her table. Gather them for me, because now what is about to take place is a dethroning of that principality. So in verse twenty it continues and it says, so a have sends to all the people of Israel and gather the profits together at Mount Carmel, and Elijah came near to the people and said, how long will you go limping between two different opinions? How long will you continue to be divided? How long will you continue to live in this lukewarm nature? How long will you be compromised? And it's easy for us to look at this story and ask them the same question and say. Yeah, guys, how long? Come on? You should have known the Lord by knife. If anyone is familiar with the things that happened prior to this, it would feel like this is ridiculous, guys, how long will you continue like this? But now, let's let's see this scripture as a mirror. Let's go back to the graph, and let's talk about la. Now, when I started administering in this city, I'd been at one church for ten years now, and recently the Lord called me to step down, and it was because there were other things that he was saying. I need to do with you. And if you know anything about the leaders that want, we go wherever the Lord says, we do whatever the Lord says, because it's about kingdom. When I started administering there, within the first year, I had an encounter with the principality over this region. And it looked at me and. It said, who do you think you are to come into our territory? And I got excited. Because I said, Oh, you just revealed your Now I know you by name. That was my excite I said this second, sometimes you are really not that smart. But when you think about La La being a region that is a spiritual gatekeeper to culture. Now, remember everything in this world is advancing Kingdom. Which kingdom is the question? So in God's original intent and agenda for this region is that this region would reveal to the world the culture of the Kingdom, the ways of the Kingdom. That it would influence people because whatever rises in this city spreads globally. That the music that comes out from this city would draw people to Jesus. The films that comes out from the city will draw people to Jesus. Hollywood is not. Just about the film industry. It is a gate. That everything that comes through that gates will draw people to Jesus. But then the principality who was looking for place says no, no, no, no, no, no no, we want it, and how. Do we get it? Powers. Now let's bring in intimidation. Now, all of a sudden, there are certain things that you cannot say if you don't want to get canceled. There are certain things you cannot do because you will lose favor. Now they begin to spread. You see why it is so critical when the Bible says pray for your leaders. When you see someone who was called by God in a region and they started in accuracy, and all of a sudden, things began to shift, and you're like, wow, their messages are changing. They're doing things that we can understand. Now there you know. And this is not just about in the church. I'm talking about even in the film industry. You see someone who was rising and their message was boldly about Jesus, and then things began to shift a little bit. You see a minister who was rising and boldness for things of the kingdom, and all of a sudden you can see the compromise. You see someone who is called into arts and entertainment, who is called into the film industry, who is an actress or an actor, and they were so bold for Jesus until they receive the role that you're like, what is happening in. This movie. Because the moment someone that bears the mark of God is rising in that territory, you have to understand that the same way demons do not want to leave a person, a principality does not want to leave a region. So the moment he sees someone with the mark of God rising, he says, oh no, no, no, no, no no no, which is get involved. They're looking for a weak spot. They want to attack their home, attack their marriage, attack their family. They're looking for what is in you? You see Jesus will say, sayan comes to me and he finds nothing, But many of us have things in us ambition. The enemy is looking. Okay, you're so hungry. Okay, you really want fame, Oh you really want influence. I can give it to you. Now. He doesn't come like the person. He comes as an offer. You are an actress who was so bold about Jesus until you got an offer you couldn't deny. And what you are portraying in the film is advance in the kingdom of darkness, and you don't see the compromise because what. You see is the perceived advantage. And then we come up with this demonic thought process is that you know what, I'm gonna use this influence to advance God's kingdom, But how did I get it? So powers come in to find ways to pervert God's peace because if the Lord cannot do you know, it's impossible for God to move in the way he wants to with you when you are also marked by another kingdom. So you started right with God, and then you begin to advance the other guy's kingdom, and Heaven is like, oh, man, that's why you have to intercede for people. You see. Don't be so quick to critique people all the time. The church might not be perfect. Intercede because you don't know the warfare that person is going through. The individual you are following on social media, You're like, man, this person has really strayed from the path. Intercede because the enemy knows that if this one rises up in accuracy, we are in trouble. Because one thing about the Kingdom of God. God does not need many. He only needs a few who will get it right. Do you see eight hundred and fifty prophets from. The demonic realm, one prophet of God confronting them. So powers begin to rise up in this city, and their agenda is to take down the purity of the voices of God, because if the voices they lose their purity, then the enemy can weaken them and he can silence them. One of the things the Lord showed me about this territory was how many people had this snake. Wrapped around their mouth. They're active, they're doing so many things, but there are things they could never speak because there is an intimidation that if I say the wrong thing, I will lose favor. So let me just be quiet when even though the Lord is telling me, hey, this influence. It is not for you to just be quiet in the time you are to speak. It's not for you to be like the prophets who are hiding in caves. Many of you are in this place, and the truth of the matters that the real you is in a cave. The real you is hidden because the version of you that God is really calling it will come with persecution and self preservation is what you have exchanged in the place of compromise that I just want to be likable. I just want to keep things the way they are. I just want to have my safety net. And you don't realize this is spiritual. And then when they have the ability to silence the voices of God in the territory, do you know all the craziness that happens in this city? And we just see it and scroll. There was a play that was done about in this city, but it was a mockery. How do you touch something so holy from a place that is profane that the people embodying it don't even believe in him? And we see it and we scroll. We don't want to talk about anything that would feel offensive because it's that, you know what, I'm good, I'm not trying to be canceled powers silencing the people of God. And then rulers of darkness come and what does this look like? These are the gatekeepers in the territory. These are the people in the music industry that would say, in order for us to market you, you have to do it this way. These are the people in the film industry that says, hey, we really want to do a lot with you, But these are the roles we can give you and what does it include? Nudityes And you're thinking this is just a movie, is it really? Because it's being marketed to the world as culture, and you use your body to advance it. Rulers of darkness come in a place and say, hey, you have a beautiful gift. But in order for that gift to be marketable, it has to be done this way. So you have people that were gifted by God and they're selling it to the devil. They don't know it, they don't call it that because there is something thereafter that is louder than their conviction. If the enemy knows that there are strings he can pull in you, he will do it in such a subtle way that you don't even realize that, even though you call on the name of God, your life is advancing his kingdom. Everything has a culture. Even the culture that we live in is not just about oh, this is the culture of our generation. There is something that empowers the culture in our culture today. You know, if people when we think about the seventies, there are things we think about in the seventies, Oh, hippies, right, colorful dressing and all these things afros. You think about our generation I'm sure years succumb they will say, oh man, the TikTok dancers. Every day we had a TikTok challenge. We had things that were trending. But are we actually is it music that is trending. Or are these spirits that is trending? Because you see, when your life is not intentional about the kingdom you're advancing, you might be advancing darkness. If you think about some of the challenges you have done as TikTok dances, what was the music promoting lust, rebellion, perversion? If you actually look at the lyrics, what is it promoted? There was one that went viral. I mean all of them really go viral, but one particular one. And I wouldn't lie, you know. I remember one time going in my mirror, I said, well, I'm not gonna film this because I'm a minister. Right when I did go in my mirror, I said, oh, let me try this dance. The song was playing. I didn't play the song, it was already on TikTok, and as I started to dance, there was a conviction what are you doing? And I said, what is this song actually saying? Because it's viral, we just want to jump on a trend. And then I look at the song and it's talking about eating some money. Really good, I said, because what is it? Promoting lust? And children are doing it? And why are they doing it? They see you doing it. So after you you gave that beautiful scripture on your post, then you go dancing and about someone. To eat you up? When did you become a burrita? And here's the thing, here's the crazy thing. Because we don't we think we're just you know, we're joining trends. We're joining the marketing of spirits. Because you would be listening to a song and all of a sudden you start having these lustful dreams because you're coming under its government. If we are not intentional about the kingdom we're advancing, you could be promoting darkness and you don't even know it. These are the things you cannot be a lookwarm believer. You cannot just say that because everyone is doing a thing, I should do it too. Why is this trending? Whenever you see something trend and ask yourself, why listen to it? And ask the Holy Spirit what culture does this promote? You? See? Because something the Lord began to teach me is that for many, when you're unintentional, you are actually a distributor of the culture of darkness by being a consumer of it. Because we all have a territory we influence. In the marketing space, they call it being a micro influencer, and they're actually oftentimes more powerful. What are you marketing? What is your life portraying? You could say, well, I'm not in the music business, I'm not in this, but what is your life, your everyday life? What is it revealing the people that know you intimately? Is it Jesus that they see I'm not talking about when you talk about the Bible and the world and all this stuff. What is your. Life saying is okay? What is your life revealing and demonstrating to people that it is okay to do these things, it is okay to live like this. There are rulers of darkness in the fashion industry. They're the ones that make certain things trend, so all of a sudden we see men wearing more clothes and women wearing less. Why rulers of darkness? Because the principality says, I will keep my territory and I will continue to establish people as gatekeepers over every region so that people have no choice but to fall in line. But if someone will dare rise up and be bold for Jesus. Can you imagine Elijah one man, eight hundred and fifty. If someone would there, Jesus. Can do more with fear then the enemy can do with an army. If someone would rise up and say, I am not gonna use my talents, my gifts, my influence, my voice, my platform, or my life to reveal and empower the kingdom of darkness. God will begin to do some powerful things through your life. But you have to be willing to take the shame. Sometimes you have to be willing to say, you know what it's not about. I don't care about my reputation. You have to be willing to lay your ambitions at the cross, because if not, it's costing you more than you think. You're looking at a perceived advantage, but Satan has your life. You think something is gaining you wealth and influence, but Satan is the one controlling your life because he has taken your voice on matters. How long? How long are we going to limb between two sides? Elijah will say, if Bao is God, then for him, because they know that Jesus is Lord, but Beao is profitable. I've served many homeless people in this region, and many of them don't want to leave. I met a homeless man that has four phones and he was getting calls. No, this is real life. And I said, sir. You are in your right mind. You are paying the bills for all these lines. Why are you here. There is a spirit that has agreement over the territory to afflict it. There are random things of affliction that begins to happen. A concert will take place when people just die. There is a spirit governing the territory. You see. What is so crazy about this, and what the Lord began to show me is that there is a shaken when we got here for today, I kept seeing angels, a host of angels along the skyline. There is a shaken of what God wants to do. But we have to get back in the place of boldness because even when we look at this, even when we talk about rulers of darkness, it's something the Lord just keeps showing me. Right now, these are the people that will start to make the occults sound like wellness because it's agenda is to pervert Why is new age so big here? If it rises here, it has global impact, And the perversion of it is that it's now branded as wellness. And so what do people do ioasca? And they say, no, it's a healing experience, but if you ever hear about it, you will know it is spiritual. And if it is spiritual, who opened the door for it? If it is spiritual, then how did I gain access into that spiritual experience? What spirit was the gatekeeper? We start to rebrand things. Can three people just come up. To this stage very quickly. You see, there is a revival happening for kingdoms in this hour when we are praying for revival because the Lord is staring things up. Trust and believe. There are things that the Holy Spirit is convicting you about that you must walk away from. There is a way you have portrayed yourself to the world that the Lord said, this has never been you, But you're pondering in your heart that way way, way, way, Wait, Am I really willing to let this go. But the moment he says, you know what, Okay, let's make it a show. That answers by fire. He is God. What is Elijah trying to say? The one who answers by fire is the one who would have more superiority. And they're still thinking to some degree, even on. There is more to this beyond where has this God been? Because that God you're speaking of, he is the one true God. He is all powerful. And so it's not just about where is he? Sometimes we have to open up our hearts to try to understand things a bit deeper, that this is not really a God problem, but a problem with mankind. Because if one. There's someone had been asking the Lord because you just changed your manager, and the manager you have now is supposed to be like the best of the best, and you've been asking the Lord, like what is happening, Like I even got a new manager. Everything that should work, should be is literally drying up, and you don't realize it's mercy, because what is sustaining that is a different kingdom. What is sustaining it is your allegiance to darkness. And so there are times that in God's mercy, he will cause what you have been serving to be quiet. He will cause what you have given yourself up to to not respond anymore. You will try everything, and it's almost like you think it's getting better and it gets much worse. It is mercy. Pay attention, be sensitive to. It rather than fighting it asks the Lord, reveal me to me if there is any compromise in my life, if I have gone far from your word, reveal me to me. So the people say, oh, yeah, this is good. And then in verse twenty five, then Elijah said to the prophets of Boo, choose for yourselves a bull. Prepare it for us, for you are many. And so in verse twenty nine, and as midday passed, they raved on until the time of the offering of the oblation, but there was no voice, no one answered, no one paid attention. Then Elijah said to all the people, come near to me. And all the people came near to him, and he repaired the altar of the Lord that had been thrown down. Elijah to twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the son of Jacob, to whom the word of the Lord came, saying, Israel shall be your name. This is about territory. And with the stones he builds, he builds an altar in the name of the Lord. And he made a trench about the altar as great as wood, contained two seeds of seed. If you are going to come to me, you must trust me. Elijah tells them, poor water once, do it twice, do it three times. And here's why this is so fascinating, because I'm gonna jump to after they've poured the water, Elijah calls upon the Lord. Elijah then says, where's the scripture? And there are things in your life that you see as a necessity. Lord, If I walk away from this industry, they've known me. How am i gonna pay my bills? How am I gonna cope? And not just that it was recognized that there is a fortman in the fire, one that looks like the son of God. What conversations did they have in the fire? Can you imagine what was the outcome of that moment, even in the lives of their children, the kinds of children they raised up when they said, the God we serve even sustained us in a fire. There is something about God. You begin to walk in and you begin. To encounter when there is nothing, nothing that will serve as room to compromise, nothing. And I asked the Holy Spirit to begin to reveal to us, what are those areas in our lives that we are bowing and advancing another kingdom while we call on Jesus? Could it be what we think is leisure or TikTok challenges? But what are you actually marketing. Could it be connected to the thing that feeds you? But could it be that when you say, Lord, even Jesus say what would it profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul? We don't need to make it so vague, because when we make it about lose his soul, it's like, well, I've never sold my soul to the devil. What is your soul? Your will, your emotions, the seed of your being. So if my will is advancing another kingdom, I've lost it. I've lost the intent of why God gave me it in the beginning. My free will is to freely serve him. That the Bible says, it is your reasonable service, to be a living sacrifice before the Lord. It is your reasonable reasonable Like, this is what makes sense out. Of your life. But then your will is advancing another kingdom. This is when Jesus is saying, what would it profit you that you gain the whole world? But your will is not even with me. Your will is lost to your appetites, Your will is lost to selfish ambition. It did it really was it really worth it? Was it really worth it? Because at the end of the day, this life is just a vapor and eternity. It's not just about oh man, I want to make it a heaven. Heaven without Jesus is not heaven. The whole purpose of why there is a heaven and there is a hell and white people go to hell if they have not encountered and truly walking with Jesus is because heaven is not about a destination. It is about Jesus. It is about his presence. It is about being with him. He is the source and the light of heaven. So if you're not walking with him in this realm, then it's impossible to work with him in the next because heaven is about him. How long. We have to get back to the place of true boldness for the things of God? And it's amazing because right after this moment, fire comes down, Elijah gathers up all the prophets and slaughters them because what is he doing dethroning the rulers of darkness? This was not just about natural things happening. This was spiritual because how is it that one man even think of the one man slaughter at eight hundred. And fifty people? What does that mean? The people helped. Him, so the people who had been in deception are now gathering the ones who deceive them. The people. This was about repentance, because how would one man? Can you imagine one man you kill one prophet, the next prophet is like, well, next in line, somebody should have gone wrung it. But Elijah talks about gathered them up. You look at what Elijah said in verse forty, seize the prophets of Boo. Let no one of them escape, and they seize them. Who is them? The people that were compromised. The people that were compromised have not fallen. In line back to where this ought to be. The people that had been missing the mark said no more would I walk in deception. They gathered them up. Elijah by himself could not kill eight hundred and fifty prophets. Without the help of the people. He did it for. True revival cannot come. Until you are. Willing to call evil evil. True revival cannot come until the people. Can you look at this properly. The same people that when Elijah says, how. Long will you go limping? They were quiet, now became the people that forcefully gathered the same prophets of Boo, the ones that they were sitting under their teachings, they gathered them to be slaughtered. Repentance. That's what the scripture is about. That if a territory would be gained back to the Lord, then God's people must call it out. We must come before him. And it starts with us. It starts with the things that we have accepted. It starts with the narratives that we have made room for. It starts with the things that we have given ourselves too. There are things that the Lord will call you out from and it will feel scary, but you have to lay at his altar, their ideologies and things that we have believed about ourselves. But it's rules of darkness. It's powers in. The land that wants to keep you small and keep you bound, and it doesn't care about you. It cares about its agenda. They are voices that have been silent. Out of intimidation, out of fear, out of reputation, and in our generation, out of not wanting to be canceled. But how long, how long? You know what's powerful about people of God, it's because He rules over everything. You put them in prison. You have Paul writing letters to the churches. You put them in fire. Another man shows up walking in the fire. When you persecute the church. It grows. When you persecute the church. It actually attracts help, not from the natural, because guess what if the natural rejects you, guess who. Comes to empower you, the supernatural. So even when it looks like loss, it's gay because there is a place that God begins to walk with you. And that's when you get to the end of yourself.
