This session, you will hear the voice of the Holy Spirit accurately. Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord. Remember any meeting in honors ceases to be ordinary. So Lord, do something special, something unique, in Jesus' name. We are prayed in the name of Jesus. All right, good morning to every one of you. I hope the Lord has been blessing you. Amen, please turn around and tell your neighbor you look more annointed this morning than you were yesterday. I see it all over you. Please take your seat. Once again. I post to thank you so very much in the first lady, it's an honor to mountain this podium. You know, these days you need to be very careful who you permit to stand behind your pull pit. Anyone who stands behind your pull pit either makes you deposit or we drive. Nobody stands behind your pulpit and leaves it the same, So you need to be very watchful, very careful who you permit to stand behind your pulpit. If you're a minister here, one of the things you need to very jealously God is who stands behind your pulpit. There's always the transference of spirits that take place. There are people that can stand and just speak for ten minutes, but they will leave something behind that may damash the work you have done for the past five years. So no, people, not just in the flesh, but know them in the spirit. Go on your knees, especially those that are close to you, those in your inner circle, Please know them in the spirit. So thank you once again. I want to trust that would share this morning will add a little to what you already have opposed to Gideon. These are men of debt. Thank you, Thank you so much. Amen. There are times when they teach you open your Bible to see which version they are using. It's amazing how God can unveil so many layers of debt matters that you have read over the years. New things just keep coming up. We thank God for such gifts to the body of Christ. Amen. I've been asked to talk to leaders, to church workers, and that's what I'll be doing this morning. I'll be sharing with you five types of people that I ask God to give to me as a lead pastor. I consider these five types of people as kingdom assets. Those are people that will be profitable to any minister. So as I ask the Lord to give me such people. I'm also praying that the Lord will give you such people if you're a minister, because not everybody in your church is profitable. Please know that not everybody is an asset. There are give us, and there are takers. There are builders, there are destroyers, there are motivators, and there are manipulators. Not everyone in the church is profitable, at least profitable to the same degree. So I'll be showing you some people that will be asset to the work you're doing. Please remember that as a man of God, there is not much you can accomplish all alone by yourself. Like a Chinese proverb says, he says, behind every able man there are other able men. Behind every able man, there are other able men. And you need able men who will be bodying barness, those who lay down their necks for the sake of the vision or else. There will be limit to how much you accomplish in ministry. So let me pray for you right from the onset. May God give to you the gift of the right people. I didn't get your amen went on that may God give to you not just people, but the gift of the right people. Over the years, I have said that in God's work you do not need all hands to be on deck. You need the right hands, because not all hands are profitable. So I pray for you again. May the Lord give you the gift of the right people in the name of Jesus Christ. Second Timody, Chapter four, verse eleven says Second Timody, Chapter four, verse eleven. Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, for he's useful. All King James will say profitable to me for ministry. So we need people who are useful, people who are profitable. Let's pray, Father, Lord, we bow in humility before the authority of the holy scriptures. I'm asking the God that you speak through me to your people. The Lord, you will establish reality in our hearts and do amongst us well only you can do. Wonderful, Holy Spirit, we submit to your ministry that life will flow through my lips to touch the lives of your people, to turn around our ministries for good. Thank you, because the harvests of these teachings will be waiting for us in our future. Thank you, Having the Father in Jesus' name, we have prayed. So who are those kind of people that will be an asset to you in ministry number one, those who own the vision. Those who own the vision, you call them partners. Partners are part owners of the vision. You don't just need the crowd, because many times the crowd may not be profitable to you. But you need those who own the vision, those who are part owners of the vision. Prohaps twenty nine, verse eighteen reads where there is no vision, the people perish. Where there is no vision, the people perish. And you can put it this way also, where there is a vision and there are no people, that vision will die. Always remember that the future of your ministry is not in gadget, it's not in buildings, it's not in instruments. The future of your ministry is in people. Is in people. So you've got a major in developing people. Any ministry that doesn't have genuine hands that will continue the work, that ministry doesn't have a future. So serious ministries major on building capacities and the lives of their people. The major in people development. I want to say again, if you do not have people, history doesn't have a future. It's not just the crowd. It's not just the crowd. I have known ministers that have huge congregations, and all they needed to do was just travel out of the country for some months. By the time they return everything had fizzled out. While they had the crowd, but they were not pouring themselves into the lives of people that will own the vision. The more people you have in the church who see themselves as part owners, partners, part owners of the vision, and are willing to pay whatever price needs to be paid to ensure that that vision speaks, then you have people. But if all you have are just religious press singers who just come to clap for you, club for you, people who come to be entertained. A ministry without genuine body bearers who own the vision is a ministry that doesn't the future say, and some of you have had me taught that in all churches there are four categories of people. All churches Jesus had a minish ministry. You have the parasites, you have the predators, you have the participants, and then you have partners. Not everybody in the church is a partner. You have parasites. Parasites are those who are here for what they can suck, for what they can get, for what they can receive, but in return they do not contribute anything. Jesus had a minish ministry, they flocked after him for miracles. But when he was hanging on the cross during his moment of ordeal, where were all those that benefited from his ministry. So to have parasites flock your church, and if they're the only ones you have in your church, you don't have people in all church. There are parasites. Nothing wrong if you come as a parasite, but the Church must not leave you that way. The Church must work on you so that you translate from being a parasite to becoming a partner. Lift up you and say I am a partner who is a partner, a part owner, so that the vision bounds in you as much as it bounds in the settlement, as much as it burns in the lead. Pastor others are making extreme sacrifices. You too, You are making extreme sacrifices because the success of that vision is your success. The success of that ministry is your success. We need such people, and God help you. If all you have are parasites, I want to say again, you do not have people. So you have parasites, you have predators, those that are there to just create problems. Jesus had them in his ministry. He had the pharacies that flocked after him, followed him everywhere he went, not to be blessed, but to look for mistakes, to look for a way to trap him. So all ministries have predators. Maybe accepted this one. Maybe a revenant Christian center may not have predators, but almost all ministries have those planted by the devil. They are the ones who know when they choir didn't sing well. They are the ones who know when the pastor's wife has changed her dress and she's using the church tight to change her dresses. Are you see them so in seats of discord and disunity, knocking the heads of brethren together. You have them in churches. Predators, people like judas that we use their proximity with you to betray you. You have them in all churches. You have parasites, you have predators, you have participants. Participants are those who participate in what is happening in the church, but they don't totally buy into the vision. They can be sitting in your church as intercessors or carrying offering baskets around as ushers, but their hero pastor the pastor, they believe in maybe somebody in America. They could be in the leadership of your church. But they take instructions not from you, but from another pastor in another city. So you have participants. And if all you have in your church are participants, you do not have people that will pay the price to sit to the enlargement of that ministry. But please lift up here and again say I am a partner. Jesus had participants in his ministry. One time he sent out seventy disciples to go here cast out demons. But I asked myself, when he was hanging on the cross, where we are those people, those that tested off his power? Where were they? Where were they? We have participants in all churches, But then we have partners. Partners are those who are part owners, those that will stick to you through the thick and the thing, whether it's rain or sunshine, they will stick with you. They believe in you to a point where they are willing to lay down their necks for the sake of that ministry. There are not too many. What saying blessed is the church that has genue partners. Jesus had them women that followed him from Luke chapter eight. They were blessed by his ministry. He cast demonds out of them, but they began to follow Jesus even after they had been healed, after they had been delivered, they were not looking for breakthroughs anymore. After Jesus ad ministered to them, they began to follow him, and they followed him till death. When Jesus was hanging on the cross, if you read your Bible very closely, those women were there when he was laid in the tomb. How many if you know, those women were there to observe where he was laid. And after the Sabbat, those same women came again to see what they could do to minister to their lord. Now he had died. At that point in time, it didn't look as if he had anything to offer them, but they just believed in him. Those are partners, But even in death, they will stand with you. I want to say again, you have parasites, you have predators, you have participants, you have partners. Partners are those who see the vision as their vision. They don't call the church that church, they call it my church. They don't call the vision the pastor's vision. They call it my vision. I don't know if I'm talking to people here, and when you have such people in your ministry, that ministry will go places. Because I said it yesterday, I will say it again. Every ministry goes forward on the back of genuine body bearers. It's a great vision. You need to pay a great price to see it come to pass. No body accomplishes much in this kingdom doing things in an average manner. Nobody, nobody crowns the average. It's those that have sold out themselves totally. And they can tell you that this gospel cost them something. For a lot of believers, this gospel has not cast them anything beyond their transport fear to the church, all the offerings they give on so it doesn't cost them anything, while some people it's caused them almost their allies. No progress comes when God finds genuine body bearers, those who will lay down their next like some people did for a postal. Paul in Romans chapter sixty laid down their next and says, if you are willing to lay down your neck, what else will you hold back from Jesus? So who are those I pray that God will give to me? I pray that God will give me those who are genuine body and bearers, those who would own the vision. Number two. I'm asking the Lord to give to me and to give to you also those who will remain loyal in spite of how gifted they are, instead of how blessed they are. I ask the Lord to give me people who remain loyal in spite of their giftings, in spite of how talented they are. The truth is, it's not easy to find too many faithful people. If you read the account of David and Second Semuey, chapter twenty three, from verse eight. There, the Bible gives a chronic school of the mighty men of David, men that accomplish great fits. But what impresses me about those mighty men it's not just what they did, but they are loyalty. Their loyalty that somebody will be able to slay three hundred people at a goal and still submit such fit to the leadership of another person. Another person could slay several hundred people, but the results he God did not enter his head. He submitted that great fit to the leadership of someone that God had ordained to be king. The Babble says, together they use their mighty the ability to strengthen the kingdom on their daft. Those are the kind of people that will be profitable to be in ministry. High later lentered, highly gifted, but are willing to submit themselves, submit their giftings for the common good of the body, the common good of the team. Those are the people we need. There are people whose gifts enter their heads. I'm not impressed by somebody just being charismatic or just being highly gifted, because somebody can be blessed by God and not be a blessing to the team. Somebody can be blessed by God, blessed financially, blessed intellectually, and still not be a blessing to the team. We know that we know them, but God gave them money, money that they were to use as kingdom. You know, millionaires, money missionaries. They have the money, but because they worship their money, they expect the pastor to worship them. Such people can be gifted, can be blessed, but they are not a blessing. I don't know if I'm talking to people here. There are some music ministers, high letter lented, but with deliberately mischurched so that you would appreciate the importance. Now hear this. If you have ability, but you are not available, you become a liability. Ability with that availability makes you work a liability. And we have people that are gifted, but somehow they are not submissive, so their gift is not a blessing. They've been taught about the blessings of the kingdom, and they've not been taught about the bodying of the kingdom. You know, when you teach on the blessings of the gospel, if you also teach on the bodying of the gospel, If all you emphasize are the blessings of the gospel without adding the bodying of the gospel, you end up preaching another gospel. So the bodying of the gospel should go along with the blessing of the gospel, that somehow God has blessed you so that you can use that blessing to advance His course towards one advances kingdom. So I pray that God will give to me people who are gifted, but that gift does not entered their head. Can I say to you, And I say this with due respect to everyone of you, one of the greatest challenges we're having in the Body of Christ today is that pride has entered into too many people, whether it's pride about the revelations they have, or pride about the giftings they have, or pride about how God has blessed their churches, and that has broad division in the Body of Christ. We are today. We are so divided that some people believe that their own God is stronger than your own God, that the God of Doctor Apram is more powerful than the God of apostle aarony, the same church, the same Body of Christ, but such a fracture in the ecclesia that it has wakened us so much. And it's all as a result of this cell I mean gospel of self projection, gospel of self promotion. Until thathing dies in Nigeria, I can't see progress for the work of God. Have you had some people boasting the God of my church is more powerful than the God of your church. Meanwhile, it's the same God they are praying to that I better passion at the top person, my neighbor, our intercessor, better passion of intercessor. I don't need men who are gifted who are not lawyer. I don't men that don't need men who are highlyater lented, but they are not submissive, They are not lawyer. Because your gift will not be a blessing to the body of Christ until you walk this path of genuine brokenness, where all your desire is all of Christ. Are none of self, brothers and sisters, That's always desire. It's all of Christ. That He be exalted, that He be highly exalted in armies. Not your names, not your personality, All this polishing of human ego, polishing of personality, just to exalt men. It's one reason why power is told in armists. You want to see power flow. The greatest hindrance is not certain Satan has been handled on the cross of calvalry. He's been brought to not made of no effect. It's not just territorial spirits. The greatest barrier to the floor of grace flow of God's power in armies is the ext exaltation of self. You know, God asked me some years He said, what would Satain look like ten minutes after Jesus rose from the dead. What would Saturn look like ten minutes after Jesus rose from the dead? Now picture it along with me. Supposing you had an opportunity to go to the dark region of hell just after Jesus rose from the dead, to take a snapshot of Satan, what will he look like? How many if you agree with me that he will be a picture of shame, of disgrace, of humiliation. How many if you accept that? How many if you accept that two thousand years later, that picture has not changed because there is nothing Certain has done to reverse the defeat he suffered in the hands of Jesus. If he was battered, then he remains what battered today. Nothing has happened to change his status. The Lord told me. The only thing the devil has done is to regroup his demons together to start a campaign of deception. So if he can deceive you, then he can destroy you. But if he cannot deceive you, if you can get a clear picture of his presence state today, there is nothing left in Certain that should be a threat to you. So what is hindering the floor of God's power, hindering the manifestation of God's presence in armies, brothers and sisters many times is not certain. It's just this exaltation of self man wanting to take the glory that is due only to God. And I tell you, forever God resists the proud. Whoever the prowd is, whether it's arch bishop or primate or bishop, or wherever God sees pride, he sturns to resist that person. And God help you. If God resists you, You're rotten on that spot. So we need men and women who are humble enough to see that the gift God has given to them is for the enhancement of God's kingdom. Whether it's money, whether it's talent, whether it is capacity, whatever it is, everything is meant to bring pleasure to God, to bring glory to God. So God give me men and women who, in spite of how gifted they are, will still remain lawyer, I just be I'm talking to people here. So number one I said. The people we need today but to be profitable to God's work, are those who will buy into the vision. Wherever God has placed you, if there is a settlement, there is a leader over you. You buy into the vision and you will labor as much as the settlement. Because if you're faithful in another man's own, you qualify for your own. But if you are not faithful in another man's own, and you're waiting for when your big promotion will come, you will wait in vain. I know brothers who say, Lord, the Lord has spoken to them that they will be profits to the nations. Meanwhile, where they are, they are not faithful. They're waiting for when the big day will come. And I've seen them over the years, wait and wait and wait and wait and waiting vain. If you're not faithful in another man's you don't qualify for your own. So anywhere God has planted you, please be faithful. Be lawyer. It's the father's business. It's a master's business. Labor as if it's your own work, as if it's your vision. Push it forward, commit yourself totally, whatever you can do, even if he's breaking new grounds, no capturing new heights. For the sake of Jesus. That ministry may not bear your name. It doesn't have to bear your name. Is your father's business. So give us people, Oh God, who are genuine body bearers and the number two. Lord. Give us people people who, in spite of how blessed they are, how gifted they are, they will still submit their giftings and their talents to the authority of leadership. Give us loyal people, because these are days when it's not too common to find loyal people. Everybody wants to make a name for himself. The quest of our postopolis Lord, that I might know you and the power of your resurrection. So I want to know you so that I can make you known. But the cry of a lot of young ministers Today's what, Lord, people will know me? That people will know me. You see them jump out when they are not ready. God calls them before he sends them. They have sent themselves. And we know that premature exposure and minisy will kill you. Premature exposure in ministry will hurt you, will harm you. We have half big ministers today that have no roots in Christ, trying to teach and preach about the Jesus. They don't know. Number three. I asked the Lord to give me those who will make up for my weaknesses, who will make up for my deficiencies, those who would use their difference as an asset in my life and ministry. And we're all the same. No, no diversities amongst us, differences amongst us. Certain uses our differences to scatter God's work. God uses our differences and diversities to strengthen his work. So I'm asking the Lord to give me those who would use their difference from me to be an asset, because where you are strong, I may not be that strong. Where I am strong, you may not be that strong. It's commonly said you can do what I cannot do. I can do what you cannot do. But together we can all do great things for God. That's more than a reason. You can do what I cannot do. I can do what you cannot do, But then together what happens, we can do great things for God. Please tell your neghbor say you can do what I cannot do. I can do what you cannot do, and then they say, together we can do great things for God. That you have what I don't have doesn't make you superior to me. It doesn't make you inferior to me. That I have what you don't have doesn't make me superior to you, doesn't make me inferior. It only makes me different. And that's why for me, I'm so secured in my position, and I'm saying this is under God. Under God. I appreciate what God is doing through other people, but I'm so confident in my calling, in my placement in the Body of Christ, that I don't see myself as competing with anybody. One time I was going to minister in a very large meeting and somebody who knews I was going to speak at that meeting, sat by a police took a position where he would see me and I would hear him as I passed by. So when I was passing by, he voiced that very loudly. He said, I I hate slow teachers of the world. He said it so that I would hear him. If it was during the early days of my minister, I would have been thrown off balance. But when I had him say that, I just said to myself, I've not been sent to this one. It doesn't mean I've not been sent to but I've not been sent to this one. So I went ahead and delivered my message, my own way, my own style, and God's power fair. And for years after people were making reference to that meeting, calling me from different parts of this nation to tell me how blessed they were from that meeting where somebody almost wanted to throw me off balance, saying, here are the keys to fulfillment in ministry. If you, young minister, please write them down. Number one is to find your place. Number two is to fit into your place. Number three is to function in your place. That's how to find fulfillment in the ministry. Find your place. Why because not every place is your place. Don't struggle to fit into a place that is not your place. That is the recipe for frustration in ministry. Find your place, then fit in there, because everything it will take for you to perform is already fitted in you. Just for you to groom those gifts. Groom those the grace upon your life, keep enlarging your capacity. But fit into that place where God has designed for you. Function from that position, and grace will speak for you. So what are the keys to fulfillment in ministry? Find your place, Fit into your place, function in your place. Come again, find your place, Fit into your place, and function in your place. If you do that, grace will speak for you. If you do that, no man on this earth we'll be able to intimidate you. If I ask which one is better? Is in sugar or salt? Which one? But it depends on who you ask that question. If it's a cup of coffee, what will coffee say if it's a part of soup, So it depends on the role, it depends on the function. So here anyway, when you see salt performing its rule. Sugar does, shouldn't envy it, even if he looks as if for now there is no use for it. It's often said reserve doesn't mean rejected, because it's time will come. That's why you don't compete with people. No, brothers and sisters, it's the same body of Christ. It's the same kingdom. First, brothers and are seeking for the expansion of God's kingdom, not our personal empires. So find your place, fit in to your place, function from that position, and be happy. Be happy when God desires to lift you further. It's your faithfulness in your present place that will be the arttic for your promotion. Faithfulness in little little things is what God uses to determine whether you go far or not. I hope I'm talking to people here, so number three, those who would make up for my weaknesses and my deficiency. Nobody has everything, but everybody has something. So don't use what you have to intimidate me. At times when I see this great men of God operate, I praise God for their allies. What I tell myself is just give me space. I will also contribute to my own, even if it's one small chapter. I'll write it to bring about completion. So this pulling down syndrome that is so rampant today in the body of Christ, I don't know where we lant it from. That somebody's downfall becomes the reason why if you rise, do you need to step on other people before God promotes you? Do you need to tear the other ministries? Just run them down before God elevates you. This is a doctrine sponsored from the devil. We've got to cast such things out. I said it before I say it again. A fractured ecclesia or the powerless when it comes to confronting the assholes of darkness. If you need an ecclesia that is unie but becomes a force that Hell will not be able to washstand. But our weakness comes because of this disunity, lack of unity amongst us as members of the same body. In the Book of Judges, there is a type and a shadow there Jorges, chapter seven, verse twenty to verse twenty one. Judges, Chapter seven, verse twenty to verse twenty one. God gave gidea on a battle strategy to defeat the Median Nights. Now, if you remember the story for seven years, the Medianites had chased the turn of Easy out of their houses, out of their farmlands, drove them into dens and caves for seven years. The Bible describes them as innumerable from multitude, like grasshoppers. That was how many they were. So when God was going to bring deliverance to theam, he gave them a battle strategy. From thirty two thousand, he trimmed down the size to three hundred. That's why I told he is not all hands on deck, but to be profitable. God is not impressed by the numbers. He wants those that to be available for him to pass through, to do what only him can do. So trim down the size of the army from thirty two thousand to three hundred, and then gave them torch lights and trumpets, and then told them what to do. Now here is the passage I love. It says every man stood in his place all around the camp. Every man stood in his place all around the camp. Then they broke the pictures and they blew the trumpet. But take note of that every man stood in his place all around the camp. So say it after me, say there is a place for everyone. So there's a place for you. There's a place for me. So every man stood in his own in his own place, so every man has his place. Nobody struggle for the place of Gideon because it was more prominent. You know, Nobody struggle for the place of another person because they wanted to steal the limelight. Every man located his place and took position, and when they did, they blew the trumpet. That was how the sword of Gideon became the sword of God. God took over the battle in the same way. If every one of us you will locate where God has placed you your proper placement and function from there without trying to pull somebody out of his position or breaking ranks, then the battle becomes the lord. The sword of Gideon became the sword of God when every man took his rightful position and it became easy to win the battle. Can I encourage you, young ministers, please make your goal in life to please God Almighty, not to dance to the tune of religious pre singers. You know why nobody has your score card, only God does. So the max human beings give to you now has nothing to do with your rating and your ranking before God Almighty. Do minis free to please Jesus. Let it be your ultimate goal to bring pleasure to God. Don't even make success in minies to your ultimate goal, especially success at all costs, because that's how people stray from the path God has charted for them to begin to run and raise. God did not give to them. They must succeed, they must make it. They must make the list of it the one hundred greatest preachers in Nigeria. If that's your goal, that corrupted motive will eventually cause you to start well but end I mean start well, what end well, but finish poorly. Please lift up and say, my greatest desire is to please God Almighty. And here you said, say my greatest desire is to bring pleasure to God. Every man stood in his own place. Then God took over the battle, and what looked like a formidable enemy was grounded with those on common weapons. Because when every man takes his place, the batty becomes the Lord, and the victory is us. Number four. I'm asking the Lord to give to me those who would catch my spirit or catch the spirit of the commission. Every ministry has a personality, and when you come there, it's important to identify the kind of personality that ministry carries, and not try to change it, but do everything you can to fit into the mold. So I'm asking the Lord to give to me men and women who would catch the spirit of the ministry God has placed in my hand in Philippians, chapter two, verse twenty Philippians Chapter two, verse twenty, For I have no one like minded who will sincerely care for your state verse twenty one. For all seek their own, not the things which are of Christ Jesus. So all seek their own, not the things that are of Christ Jesus. So I'm asking the Lord to give to me people who would bond with me, those who would burn with me and carry the grace that is upon the commission that God has given to me. I'm praying the same thing for you, that God will give to you who those that will burn with you, those that will carry the grace upon the ministry. Every ministry has corporate grace. It's different from the grace on the individual. That corporate grace can do what individuals cannot do, and that corporate grace is available to everyone that identifies with that commission. It will open doors for you to take you to places, just as it works on when it can work for all, but it takes those who burn bond with that grace, who bond with that grace, those who will do what it takes to carry the spirit of that ministry. Because if you're in a ministry and you do not carry the grace of that ministry, you will end up introducing the different spirit. And that's how division comes, that's how disunity is, so seeds of discord. So my prayers, Lord, whoever you bring, especially as a worker in my church, let them carry the grace that is on this ministry, so that anywhere they go their language will be the same as the language we speak here. They are values to be the same. Give us such people, so liftop here, and as I pray for you, now, let's your amen be very loud. May God give to you men and women who will bond with you in the name of Jesus. In John chapter twelve, I think verse twenty six, Jesus said something. He said, if any man serves me, let him follow me, For where I am there shall my serve and be also if any man serves me him, will my Father honor. Now take not of what Jesus said. If any man serves me, let him what let him? What follow me? If any man serves me, let him follow me. So, if anyone wants to serve in my ministry, let him follow me. So which one comes first? Is it service or follow a ship? Which one comes first? How many if he says service comes first? All right, how many of you would say followership comes first? Now, Jesus said, if anyone serves me, if you want to serve in my church, what I should do first is what follow me? So if you're not willing to follow me, please take your service elsewhere, because what comes first is bonding with Jesus. Then you'll be able to serve him appropriately. And that's the truth for every ministry. If you don't believe in the Man of God, you don't believe in your pastor there is no way you can serve effectively in that ministry. What comes first, brothers and sisters is followership. You follow so that you know his values, what he believes in. You follow so that you know his vision. You follow him so that you know what he stands on. When it comes to the various variables that are in the Body of Christ today, where does your Man of God stand If you don't follow him there's no way you'll get to know that. That's why you follow, and you follow closely until there's a bonding between you and that man of God. Then your service will be acceptable. Don't carry off in baskets, collect offer when you are insulting the Man of God in your heart. You don't like him, you don't love him, you don't believe in him. There is no way grace will flow to you if you don't believe in your Man of God. Jesus asked Peter, do you love me modern this? Do you love me modern this? And Peter said, Master, you know I love you. Then he talked to him and said, feed my sheep. So before feeding my sheep, said this question, do you love me? So? Bonding comes before building? Please say that after me, say bonding comes before building. You want to building great work? What comes first? Bonding? Bonding with your Man of God, Bonding with the vision that comes first before building. Check it out. Any great ministry you see making ways forging ahead. One thing you discover amongst them is a bonding, especially with the leadership. I'm not talking of hero worship now, I'm talking of seeing a man of God as one sent by God and bonding with him that comes before building anything that will last. Bonding comes ahead of building, and bonding takes time, and it takes determination on your part. Bonding will take a lot of humility because it will be tested, it will be tried. But Jesus said, if you want to serve me, first follow me. So who are those who will be profitable in my ministry? There are those that see me as a man sent by God, and they're willing to bond with me. They are willing to identify with my values. That comes ahead of service. Please lift up and say I receive that. If you check it out. Ministries that are making ways, they do everything. And I can say this in an apostolic center. It's not something you can say just anywhere. They believe in their Man of God to a point where they are willing to lay down their X for that man of God. They do everything to protect their pastors. Check it out again, not hero wash it. They do everything to protect their pastors, especially from the strife of tongues. Because Certain is aware all he needs to do to finish a congregation is to smile the shepherd, because once you smile the shepherd, the sheep will scatter, so instead of going after the ship individually, he gets the Man of God. So WHI is congregation. They do everything to protect their Man of God. They protect him in their prayers, protect him by ensuring that the arrows flying around will find a buffer around him. Now, in my own ministry, for the past twenty something years, I've had a team that all they do is to intercede and pray for me and members of my family, not for the church, not for church programs, not for finances to come in. All they do is to pray for me, and at least once a week they first and pray for me, me and members of my family. I believe that's one reason why I'm still standing, because I've been the target of the enemy over the years. Some of you have heard my stories. More than seven times they've made attempts to kill me. I've had them surround my house, let siege on my house eight hours with petrol and matches just to bonus down, Bonus alive. I've had them surround my car, break all the glasses. One time they hacked a dagger through the roof where I was sitting to hack me to death. So I've heard these things happen over and over. So one thing I believe that it's helping to keep me on my feet, to them me going in spite of the assaults of hell, is that there's a buffer around me. Men and women interceding and praying that just as I started well, I will finish well about the grace of God, I will finish well. I'm aware that death respects purpose. Sure, no matter how mad the devil is here, respects purpose. That purpose confas on your divine immunity. That's why we need people who stand with their man of God to intercede, to pray so that they accomplish their purpose. Can I pray for you? Lift up your right and you'll finish well in ministry. You'll finish strong in the ministry. But remember you need people. Please remember people will always need people, no matter who you are. It's only God who does in need anyone to be himself what people will always need people. In Philippians chapter three, verse seventeen, Brethren, join in following my example and not those who saw work as you have us for a pattern for many work of whom I've told you often and now tell you even weeping, that they are enemies of the Cross of Christ. Can we together if your Bibles are with you they are open, or you can see the screen. Let's read verse seventeen together on until let's go all right here us Paul talking to his disciples, he said, join in following my example. He could have told them to follow the example of Peter, or John or James all the other apostles, but Paul said, join in following my example. Bond with me because I'm the man God sends to you to father you. So bond with me. Join in following my example. Where did is stop there? He said? You can observe other people who use the pattern that I have set for you, and let that inspire you. Let that encourage you. But it's me that sets the pattern for you. So follow my example, follow my example. Let there be a bonding between me and you. I have laid a pattern for you. Anybody you see following that pattern should encourage you. But it's me that lays the pattern. I set the template for you to follow. So other people that are following the same pattern are examples that will encourage you. But if you see anybody using other patterns, other templates different from what I have said, for you. Even if they are getting a resources, don't follow them. Paul said, follow my example. I'll give you an example. If the pattern I've laid for you, please look up and listen to me. The pattern I've laid for you, I'm giving it as an example. Now to minister to seek people is to lay hands on them and command the sickness to leave in the name of Jesus, I, Paul, have set that pattern for you. Now, when you go out there and you see other people operating in the same way, they are lay hands on people, commanding the sickness to live in the name of Jesus, use what they are doing to encourage you. But if you see people out there, what they are doing is different from the pattern I've set for you. Maybe they are giving people bleas to drink and people get delivered when they drink that thing. Or you see I'm giving people grass to eat and after eating grass, they testify that they were delivered. Because I didn't let that pattern for you, don't follow those people, so don't let the results they get confusion. Paul was selling the Philippians. It's me God has sent to you, so follow my example. Now you need to hear this because the days are very confusion. All kinds of things are happening out there are strange fires everywhere. If you don't have somebody that I set a pattern for you that you follow, you will inadvertently just bring in a wrong spirit into the church. So if you go out there and what you see them do is not what I have taught you, even if they're getting results, don't come to me and say, say, Daddy, we went out there. We saw somebody getting a resolves. He was using bleach or bathing people inside the drum of water, and they are getting delivered. Don't come and tell us to do it in our ministry, because that's not the pattern I said for you. I just pray. I'm talking to people here this because people who are not well taught, we say, but that man of God did exirely got results. That's why fathers have few instructors, maybe many, but fathers are not that too many. And we follow fathers. We learn from instructors, but we want we follow fathers. So I said that to say to you that those who bond with me, those who would catch the spirit of the commission that God has given to me, are those that will be profitable. In Second Corinthians chapter twelve, verse eighteen, Paul said, did we not work in the same spirit? Did we not work in the same steps, walk in the same spirit, walk in the same steps. One time he said of Timothy that he has a kindred spirit. In other hours we flew. Those are the people that will be profitable for any minutes. Finally, those that I asked the Lord to give to me are those that are called ha These hands, they are called harves hands. Matthew chapter nine, verse thirty eight. Matthew chapter nine, verse thirty seven. And the studied, if I can get the message version the message paraphrase, All right, what do you have? As he said to his disciples, how few workers? Next verse are your knees? And pray for harves hands. Let's read verse thirty together. Want to let's go. I didn't hear you way? Oh, So who do we pray for? Which hands will be profitable for God to work? So those are the people I ask the Lord to give to me haves hands, those that will bring in the Hovests says, if God gives us have those hands in our churches will experience explosion. But not all hands are have those hands have those hands are those who hit the streets, the highways, the buyerways, the marketplace and use their gifts there to bring in the haavest. Those are the people that to be profitable for God's work. And my prayer is that all of us God will find our hands as what have these hands? That through these hands souls get saved? Through these hands? But you are the reason why families, communities are turned to Jesus. Have those hands that one man alone will load a boss with sinners and bring them to church? Those are has hands. So after all the equipping, after all the impartition, after all that Heaven is going to do for us during this conference, it's to eventually turn us into havers hands. So I would consider this conference a great success if he does one thing to you and I that God can count on you to bring in the harvests. And thank God for the hours of praying in tongues, breaking the ground, softening the ground. But eventually people must go there, out there where the seinners are to bring in the harvests. So I need to ask myself how these hands have a hands? Have those hands are those who believe that whatever I can do so that one more soul gets saved, one more soul gets discipled. I will do it whatever prize I need to pay that God's kingdom expands and that souls are said. I'm available. Each time God asks who will I say? And who will go for us? The hands are always never tired because they are have His hands, says I want to say to you again, after everything God has done during this conference is to turn you into have these hands that to bring in the harvest or else. I don't see much value in what you're going to receive here because I've been around long enough not to be impressed by too many things. Why are our marketplace is not getting impacted by all these people who flock our churches all the seven mountains. Why are they not positively impacted by heavyweights, heavyweight carriers of God's glory like you? How can a wish be living in your compand and still be comfortable be flying around when you are there? No, we need have those hands to storm the marketplace, that you become the reason why souls are saved, become the reason why God's kingdom is expanded. But you go there and make some noise on the housetops, some noise in the marketplace. Now we've had a lot of noise here. But I would say it again. I know you know it already. The church exists majorly for those outside the church. We are the light of the church, the salt of the church. The light is so much here, it is blazingly bright. But out there in those dark corners is where they want to see the light. Those habitations are wickedness. Let's turn the streets. Let's read adverse again. Let's read it together on your knees and pray. I'm not hearing all of you, So which hand to be profitable? Those are the ones who are praying for. Not all hands are profitable. But we need have a sense and that anointing on you is to turn you into a harvest hand. Bring in the harvest, so that you're surrounded by people who point at you and say, this is the reason why I will not end up in hell. This is the reason. So let's go through what we have said, and then would pray number one? What did you write it down? Number one? All right? Who is a partner? A partner is a part owner of the vision. So we need those who are partners, who are part owners. I Remember we said that are parasites, there are predators that are participants, and there are partners. Not everybody in the church is a partner. Partners are those who own the vision. Number two, we need those who are lawyer. Now that's important, those who are loyal in spite of how gifted they are, because there are times the enemy one who use that gift in your life to promote you to a place that you are not yet qualified for. You cast out a demon, or you heal the sick, and you insist that the pastor ordains you and sends you to go and start your ministry. Are you discovered that just the manifestation of that gift alone does not qualify you for the onslaughts out there. It takes time for God to groom his people. He grooms them in obscurity before manifesting them. So those who are in the hurrior become like half baked, yeah, half cooked tim that are not prepared to face the challenges out there. The number three, we need those who will make up for my weaknesses, my deficiency, who would use their differences to add value to me. That you don't use what you have to run me down, and I don't use what I have to run you down. I'm aware you have what I don't have. I have what you don't have. But together we can do great things for God. The number four. We need those who will catch the spirit of the commission. And then finally those the Bible calls have these hands. How many if you gain something? All right? So all these deep, deep revelations we are receiving is to turn us into half. Please jump on your feet. Tell five people, say these hands you are seeing I have those hands. At least five people. All right, all right, so lift up your hands. You are going to pray. In the next few minutes, Lord, make me more profitable in the work of your kingdom. How many if you know that there is still room for you to grow, to do more. If you are still alive, you have not arrived. Okay, that is room for you too to become more profitable. Pray that prayer and minute in your heart that God will make you more profitable, that through you more will be done for His kingdom. So lift up your voices and pray. I'm not hearing you. Lord will be more useful, more profitable. My hands will not be ideal. These hands will have His hands ask the Lord to give you grace to walk in humility, so that your promotion will not be stormed. Let the fire and you baron. Let it bond hotter and hotter. Pray you'll be the devil's nightmare. Jesus said, if anyone sends me him, will my father honor as you serve the Lord. He's going to honor you. He's going to honor you. Thank him for making you a battle loxe in his hand. M hmm, a dependable walker, a profitable instrument. M. Somebody talked to the Lord. Lord, my zeal will not weigh, My passion will not weigh. I will remain useful. Hey, I will remain profitable. Come and pray. The work of God in my hand will prosper. It will not die. H in the name of Jesus. Lifts up your two hands. I want you to thank God because He has found you as one that have it can depend on to bring increase to God's kip them. Just give him praise. Grace has been multiplied to you. Give him, give him praise, give him thanks. Hm. Grace has been multiplied to you. You will do more from today. You will do more. Thank you in Jesus' name, we have prayed our father way. Thank you, Lord, the privilege to be numbered amongst those that you have reserved for yourself for this end time harvest. Thank you for all those that are committing themselves afresh to you, that you pass through them to touch this dying generation, to make a difference wherever you send them to. We thank you God for imparting grace on each one of them to do more for your kingdom. Lord. Thank you for making us profitable, for making us useful, more useful than ever before. Thank you for raising genuine has hands, genuine body bearers from this conference. Lord, well, give you the praise the world. We hear our testimonies of the great and mighty things you do through us. In Jesus' name, we have prayed, give me your low this amen, so hopefully with God's permission. Of God's apposed to in the evening, I want to lay hands on young ministers. If you have been in the ministry for less than five years. I wanted their hands, so I wanted to come. I think our ministry discipling. I want you to come prepare. That's one area God has graced to me. Okay, I'm gonna stare up something to you and pat something to you, and you'll be amiss. How your ministry will be changed judged by that importation. Yeah, so tell your brother your sister. I don't say I'm profitable, I am useful. I may have his hand. God bless you. Mhm h
