And so tonight I want to go a bit further to share on what I started sharing with us already on the subject of praying effectively or what you call effectual prayers are the lawyer. I've come to see that there's a lot of praying in the body of Christ. But when we examine the scriptures critically, both doctrinally and through the lenses of the life and the experience of the patriarchs, the results they commanded, we have not accessed those results, and so there's something wrong with our understanding of the subject of prayer. This is why we are zeroing. Into scriptures to find out the things that are significant when we are dealing with the subject of prayer. Is that a postupania? Good to see you. It seems our courage is not far at all? Are you by locating the way you move? The Bible said, as the wind blow it that list that's not from whence it comet or whence it goeth? It says, so a day that are borne by the spirit. I'm beginning to see that you're operated like the wind. Can we celebrate a postupennia? He's doing great things for God. Let's honor the grace of God on his life. Good to have you, God, bless you. Please sit down. So on Sunday we began looking at the subject of effectual prayers. James five sixteen. Let me take it from there. And I told us that in the secute of prayer, effectual praying comes before intense praying. Being effectual it is more important than to be intense. Of course them are important, But effectual praying comes before intense praying. Sometimes we give so much priority to intensity that will negate the place of effectual praying. Intensity has to do with how much of your heart you pour into the prayer. But you see, no matter how much of your heart you pour into prayer, if you are not praying according to the dictates of scriptures, you will not have the results that Scriptures commands that you should have. You know that, for instance, other religions pray, and they pray with all their hearts, but they are not praying by the power of the Holy Spirit. They are not. Praying in the name of Jesus. They are not praying according to the dictates of Scripture. So no matter how intense their prayers are, it will not produce the results of scriptures. There religions where people pray and court themselves. They are religions where people pray facing the sun. They can be there for hours. There are religions where people use their knee to climb or to move long distances, doing all kinds of penance in prayer. At least you saw in scriptures when the Bible spoke about the prophets or bar they were praying from morning till night, and they were cutting themselves, doing all kinds of rituals. So it's before you talk intensity, you have to look at scriptures to find out the dictates of scriptures regarding the subject. That's why the Bible, although does not neget favency, but it brings affectual component before the favent component. When you speak of effectual praying, you're talking about praying according to. The requirements of scriptures. Is a targeted, focused, deliberate prayer that is consistent with provisions of scripture. That means you are praying within the allowance of scripture. Whether the words you communicate they posture. You assume everytin must be consistent with the prescriptions of scripture. Effect your praying is prayer based on biblical prescriptions. So it is well targeted. It is focused, it is in alignment with the heart of God and the provision of Scripture. When you find many people engaging the enterprise of prayer, you will just know that they are either being inspired by demons or they are just being excited, either because they are young, or they are just doing something completely different from what the Bible prescribes. That's why you see so much praying and you I lead to a no results. Now, the first proof that your prayer is effectual is that that prayer will produce power. Is that the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man. And they let much they. Amplified said in make it tremendous power available. So when you are praying effectually, they are results, they are proofs. So when we are dealing with effectual prayers, we are talking prayers that have proof. We're not just talking prayers that are religious. We are talking. Prayers that have proofs and proofs that have existential implications. That means they can impart your life, they can impart your circumstances. You know, there are religious prayers that just make you feel happy, feel good, make you feel fulfilled, but they don't impact on your life. They don't impact on your real relationship with God. They don't impart on existential things. You are just happy that you have been able to pray for this long. You are just happy that today you have kept the quote of prayer at the level that is good if you're a child who is learning the way of prayer. But when you start growing in the subject matter, it becomes more important. They are most significant things, I beg your pardon, than just meeting riches. Or religious regulations and so on. Sunday, I began, first of all, in dealing with the effectual component of prayer by showing us the things that the Master pointed out. The things that Jesus pointed out are significant in the enterprise of prayer because there are things that Jesus pointed. Out, and they are things that they are postles pointed out. So I began by showing us the things Jesus highlighted. That makes our prayers not just religious prayers, but effectual prayers, prayers that have implications that can impact both our walk with God and impact our lives. On the face of the earth. And so if you read March chapter six, from verse nine to verse thirteen, Jesus began to show us how to pray, and he said, at this manner, therefore pray yere. He didn't say prayer this prayer, So. Jesus is not telling us prayer our father wait in heaven. Hello, bit done. No, it is said after this manner. That means this is the order you should pray. This is the protocol that you govern your prayers. Anytime you are praying. These are the components that you cannot do without if your prayer will not be like the prayer of the Pharisees. The Pharisees were prayer warriors, my God. They took pride in prayers. In fact, one of the ways you recognize a Pharisee his pride when it has to do with keep being religious rights, and one of it is prayer. The Bible said, when they pray, they prayed by street corners, so that you always see. That they're praying. And he said, they never pray your prayers. They pray for long, even when they don't have what to pray. They begin to repeat what they are saying, so that you know that the person is standing there. Has some levels of stamina. Now, stamini is a very important component of prayer. But you see, if your prayer will not be. Religious, you must pay attention to the things Jesus said, and I showed us. I said, there are three things that Jesus told us to avoid, and there are eight things that Jesus told us. To focus on if our prayer will be effective. Now these things are important. You know why, because prayer is a vital aspect. Of your existence. In fact, as a new there are two things you cannot do without after receiving salvation and the Holy Spirit. Number one is the world and number two is prayer. In acts that the six Verst. Four, the apostle said, it's not meant for us to give ourselves to tables. They said, we'll give ourselves to prayer and to the meanistry of the world. Jesus was teaching in Look eighteen, verse one, he said, men, if you are a man. If you are an amoy, by no problem, he said. But if you are a man, he said, men ought always to pray and not to faint. So if men don't pray, they will fail. If you are a man, you ought to pray the same way. He said in Matthew four, verse three, that man shall not live by breath alone, but by every world Matthew. Four, verse four that proceeded from the mouth of God. So you depend on prayer and the world to live out the glorious destiny that God. Has location for you. This is why it's important for you not just to pray, but know how to pray effectively. So when we talk effect your prayer, we are talking effective kind of prayer. And Jesus showed us three things to avoid and eight things. That we must in cull pray into our prayer enterprise. The three things Usus showed us to avoid is the much chapter six, from the five to eight. After showing us those things that he now showed us the eight things which you pay attention to match which of the six. Verse five he's the when down prayers. He didn't say it. Thou prayers, because you must pray prayer I say most for you. So he'sa when thou prayers, thou. Shalt not be as the hipocrites are. Can you imagine that hippocrites prayer and prayer. Lord, But what the focus of the hipocrites is that they love to pray standing in the synagogue and in the corner of the streets that they may be seen of men. So the first thing juice of Sodos to avoid in prayer is showmanship. Jesus is not saying don't pray on the street. Jesus is not praying saying don't pray in the synagogue. But Jesus is. Saying, prayer is not about showmanship. Now, this is the danger of showmanship. Prayer is a very lee, I say onto you. They have their rewards. That's why people who pray showmanship. All they have is applauds and Titus they said, this is a prayer machine. Oh, this is a prayer warrior. And they walk like prayer warriors. He said, they have their rewards. This is the danger. No transformation, no miracles, no power, no victory. But they have their reward. Their reward is hunt club. But some people respect them for being spiritual giants, and they love it. Oh, some of. Them want to go down in history to be recognized as prayer warriors. But you will never trace any thing supernatural to their prayer. You know why God does not reward them. He said, they have their reward. He went further in verse six, he said, but that went thou prayers enter into thy closet. He said, when thou has shut the door, pray to thy father, which is in secret, and thy Father, which is in secret, will reward you openly. So the people who pray effective prayers, they have proofs. Those who pray for showmanship, they have no proofs. So the first thing Jesus sodos to avoid is showmanship. The second thing Jesus todos to avoid is unnecessary activities. That's why I said you should pray in the secret, because prayer is sacred. You are praying to a spirit that is holy. So he said, live the rituals. Leave the many rituals. You will defy the prayer. It's a sacred enterprise. So he said, go to a secret place and pray with reverence. Prayer with honor, Pray with focus, Pray with understanding that you are communing to your father, one who deserves reverence. Because father means sustainer. You are praying to the one who preserves sustains your life. You are praying to your mecca. So Jesus is telling us to be careful not to remove. The sacred component of our praying. This is where motive comes into prayer, because it has to be sacred. He's not saying every time you pray you must lock the door. No, it's just telling you that prayer is a private, holy, sacred and devol that is between you and your God. Prayer is not about what your neighbor is thinking. Prayer is not between you and your neighbor. Some people are praying. They are more concerned about what people are thinking. That's why you see the many dramas. They are concerned. About what somebody is thinking, how somebody is perceiving them. You will defy your prayer, he said, It's between you and God. It's a sacred thing. You are praying to a spirit that is holy. So make sure you shut out everything that will corrupt your prayer and pray to. Your heavenly father number three, Verse eight. Okay, go back, he said. But when you pray, he say, use not vain repetition, as the heidens do, except for the thing that they shall be had of their much speaking. Notice that Jesus is. Comparing all of these kinds of oppression to specific people. Show manship is said, they are hypocrites. Then repetition, he said, is for the heeding. These are godless people, These are evil people, he said. They bring rich to us. Because you know, when you don't have a living God, when you don't have a God that can answer your prayer, you will have to substitute a lot of things to replace for the make for the absence of the God. If I want to talk to you, sir, and I know you hear me, and you answer me, do I need to come and do like this? I will speak to you and receive reply. But do you know why they're heating? Well, in case there's no answer, at least appreciate them for the activity. So Jesus is, when you want to pray, don't bother with those vain activities. You are talking to a living God. So he's telling you about consciousness in prayer. That is very important. The kind of consciousness you sustain, that you are talking to a god is a life, and that that God hears you. In fact, Jesus added that he hears you even before you pray. He knows your motive. So three things you must avoid as far as Jesus is concerned, is showmanship. Showmanship is for hypocrites. Number two is defiance of your prayer with activities and externalities. It is that your prayer must be sacred is between you and God. Any time you are praying and your motive shifts to what people think, just stop. Ask God to help your heart. You're startire wasting your destiny. Anytime you are praying, are your motivis and focus? It's not God? Just stop, ask. God to help you. Jesus has already cant slude it. You know he's the one you are praying to. He has already told you. If that's what you are doing, there's no answer. So stop quickly, don't waste your time. And then number three, Jesus told us not to feel our prayers off with rich us. Some of us are rich wice our talk. We just bring on necessary grammar. Some of us our rich wice, our posture. Somebody is praise do like this? Oh is it God? You're talking to you like that? Can you who else? Can you talk to you like that? That would think you? Okay? If you think about it. I know they are rams in prayer where you start interacting with energies and you can't contain it. But if you enter there, if we show that you have entered year, leave drama. Somebody just come to pray. He just entered the prayer all time, and two minutes later, now you can claim that he came high. No problem. This is that how you pray your house, there's no sincere itis are where you not flee. People, You can't hold yourself. You will waste your destiny. We think like this because we have a body for a generation, so that after ten years you won't look at your life and start questioning the things that should have lifted you that have no results. When I said, God, where are you were prayed? No, you are not praying. You will waste your life. Avoid these things, avoid showmanship, Avoid any external thing that tries to defy your intimacy with your God. And then avoid rich us. Jesus said, when you bring too much rich was God considers you as the heeding people who have no God. It means you don't believe in the prayer and you don't believe the one you are talking to. It a life is that when you now avoid these three things. Verse nine, He said, after this manner, pray now that you have removed the things that don't count. He said, this is now what you should focus on. And I broke it down into it. I said number one. Jesus said, our it began the prayers with our That means your first focus, your first commitment in prayer is selflessness. Sometimes, the reason. Why we are not powerful in prayer, we just receive results here and there is because we are too self centered. I read to you from James. For one, you read to these three the Bible say from whence come wars and fighting among you? He said, come there not hence even of your loss that you wore in your members. Verse two, is that you lost and have not? You kill and desire to have and cannot obtain. Is there you fight and war? Yet you have not because you act not? I say, Oh, let me ask. Vers three, Isa, you ask and receive not because you ask a miss that you may consume it on your loss. So every time self fishness takes over, there can be no results. This is the lessing Hannah had to land in the hardway. She came to pray. Lord, look Atina, she has ten children. Why don't I have anyone? Oh? God was quiet on this land. Selflessness, forget about what God is doing with orthers. Be generous, be gracious. You will see how powerful one sentence and prayer will become. Check out our fathers who have learned these things. Sometimes they just come they say hellelujah, thank you Father, And as they are thanking, God is a happening. Why you are wanting what's going on? They have understood these mysteries. Selflessness. There are times where you come to pray just love God. There are times you come to pray, pray for others. There are times you come to pray pray for the charge. It's not every day you need down father, house, rent, Oh Father, my children, Oh Father. This God is not a shopping more where you're going shopping. This this is why we are handicapped in prayer. Selflessness. Number two, our father Jesus showed us the second thing that is important to God in prayer. He's recognizing him as father. What does that mean? Number One? Relationship You're not coming. You know, when you go to a shrine, you don't need to build a relationship. Put a. Tortis here. Bring what are those items? Those of you who are movie people, bring the back of the tortis, Bring the the tongue of an elephant. We're bringing that. They don't They don't allow you talk to the spirit when you make your commitment. They will talk talk and say go and do this, there's no relationship. You just get what you want, go and obey the spirit. But God wants relationship. Our Father. That means relationship comes before request. I'm showing you how to become powerful in prayer. God taught to me this. Relationship. When you come to pray, open your heart to know God, tell him to draw you, to know him, to seek him, to love him. These are more important than needs. You're going to see that Jesus is not insensitive to your needs. But see when he will bring up your need towards the end of prayer. Our Father, So relationship, relationship, and of course acknowledgement of God as your source. Because the word Father is the word pattern. He means sustainer, nourisha number three, who act in heaven. So it's a consciousness of realm. That means when you come to God, you are not like the fact that you are drawing from a realm superior to yours. That's why in prayer your focus is not your problem. Your problem is too small. Your focus is your God. And this is where the faith component comes to effect your prayer. If there's no faith, there can be no result, because. You are coming to God who is outside your own immediate environment. He is in heaven. So if I need supplies, for instance, I don't focus on the country where I come from. My supply does not come from Nigeria. He supplies my need according to his riches in glory. This is why the economy Nigeria may fail. I'm still sure God provides because I have faith that I'm drawing from a superior realm. This is why my what he may say sickness may attack me. But I am certain that my answer is beyond the realm of my media presence. So I column to God from the realm. Where there's no sickness, from the realm where sickness there's no authority. So faith is the third component of effectual prayer. And then number four is that hallow be Thy name reference worship. For prayer to be effective, there must be reference for God. I'm teaching you now why we pray and don't have consistent results. We are too in reference towards God. The things we can't do before men that we respect, that's what we do before God. I won't give you laws. I will become legalistic, but you know the meaning of reference to you based on the level of revelation you have? How many of you too gone? When you are talking to who you respect? And where does that? And you are chewing? You know you would't dead. If you're chewing something you want to talk to who you respect? You remove it? But you too talking to God? Some of you cross your leg? Are your prayer? My Lord and my God? How many people? How many relevant human beings do you cross your leg talking to I know that's a place where you can be communion with God as a friend. But listen, if you remove reference from prayer, that prayer can no longer be fetual. This is Jesus, ch Us Hall Lord, did thy name? Remember, I'll stop this manner pray. He's not saying you must arrange it like diesel. He's just saying, this is what should define your prayer. That means faith should be your prayer. Reverence should be your prayer. Are you following selflessness should be your prayer? This is what Jesus is season. When you find people who are powerful in prayer, they are very reverent of God, very reverent. And I've seen many of them when they talk to God. Sometimes it looks like they are kere for even the words they are using there are some who cannot as much as look up to heaven. And Jesus told off a parable one to this wise when he spoke about the Phariseee and the sinner who went to prayer. Is that the Phariseee showed up as they thank. You God, because I keep your laws. I pay my tithe, I have not lacked in doing anything that as you do, he said, But the sinner showed up and could not as much. As looking to heaven. Why was Jesus saying that, because these are the things God look at? Is the way? The two of them left? Who was answered? Everybody knew who was now the pharie seed. But he didn't have reverence. He was full of himself. Some of us who say we are prayer warriors, who said we prayer Lord in the scale of things in the spirit, our quota is very low because most of our prayer. Ends up in the head of men. It doesn't even enter the second Heaven, let alone where God is, because there's no reference. We are full of ourselves, har rogance, pride. Those prayers are not effectual. Hallowed be thy name, then number five, Thy Kingdom, come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. That means you must be more conscious about God's agender than your present need. That's why, said Sack. He first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and say all other things are beingdded to you. There is a scale of preference. Some of us don't even know what God wants to do, let alone pray in it. But let me help you. At least pray for souls to be one. You will always be right. If you pray for souls, pray for the Church of Jesus to advance, you will be right. If you don't know anything about God's agenda. At least these too. God is in the business of soul wing, and God is in the business. Of growing his church. There are two things God is building on earth, men and the church. I will build my church. They get ahead, shall not prevail against it. So pray God's agenda. It's not all the time that is about your schoofies. Some people only remember to pray when. They have needs. See the way Jesus is teaching here. Look at the priorities, selflessness, faith, reverence. You know who is It's the master. It's the master. This is how to pray. And then He went further, verse eleven, give us this day our delibread. Are you seeing five things before your need? But you start with your need. That's why your needs have not been answered. You don't know the protocol. Give us this day our daily bread because he has not called the seed of Jacob to seek him in vain. God is conscious of your need. But your greatest need is who you become, not what you have. That's why he began with your transformation first, before he goes into what you want to use in your everyday life. Then after, give us this day our delibread. He went further. Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtos right standing with God. Right standing, right standing. So when we come to pray, we are conscious of the works of Christ, and we in prayer trusting to help us align. Christ has made us righteous. If there's any area where we air in prayer. We receive grace to align. Christ has healed us. If there's any area where we are sick, we receive grace to behold. It's about right standing with God. Christ has forgiven us. If there's anybody who has offended us, will let go. It's that if you bring your sacrifice to the altar, and you'll remember that your neighbor has an ort against you. It is there you have against him. Then live that sacrifice. There go and make peace right standing. And then after right standing, he now said, lead us not in temptation, but deliver us from evil. Preservation, deliverance and preservation. These are the components of effectual prayer. That Jesus taught us. And it is that if this is done, we show in your life and in your context that His is the kingdom, the. Power, and the glory. If you pray correctly, anybody who sees you, we know that God's kingdom, God's power, and God's glory, as far as your life is concerned, is really made manifest that God has it. It's not in contention. This is Jesus is teaching on the components of affectual prayer and dip your prayer life. Let them be our there. Selflessness, Let them be father there relationship. Let there be who are in heaven there faith of a superior consciousness. Let her be hallowed, be Thy name there reference and worship. Let her be Thy kingdom come that will be done on earth. There's a gender. Before your a gender. Then give us this day our deliberate then forgive our trespasses as we forgive others right standing. Then deliver us from evil preservation. These are the eighth components of effectual prayer as taught by the Master. If you master only this one, go and check the results of your prayer in one month. Even you will be shocked. You will discover that no body is so special on the other of prayer, because all of us come there as sons, as priests, and as kings. If you see one person come mantain so much in prayer, there's something he knows about prayer that you don't know. The Dare you know it, you. Will see how yourself will begin to command strange. Results on the author of prayer. Now having explained this, I want to go into the second aspect. This is why tonight I'm dealing with effectual prayer. Part two. On Sunday was effectual. Prayer Part one, and the emphasis was Jesus. Is prescription for prayer. Tonight is the effectual prayer Part two, and the focus is dynamics of prayer. Dynamics because when you are praying effectual prayer, there are things that are like the fuel as you engage. It has to be wheeped into the operation, and you will develop them. As you grow in the enterprise of prayer, you will develop them. Number One on that dynamics of effectual prayer. Number one, please write these things down. You pray in the name of Jesus, because when you say, who are in heaven, our Father, who are in heaven? You are talking access to that realm. But Jesus told us that what gives us access to that to the realm, is we praying in his name. John fourteen thirteen to fourteen and John sixteen twenty three to twenty four. If whatsoever, yesha ask in my name, that will I do that the Father may be glorified in the Son. And he said, if you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it. I will do it. So our Father has to be in the name of Jesus. Now what does that mean. It means when you approach the Father, you are approaching the Father in the place of Christ. Every time you say our Father, there must be a consciousness because when we say in the name of Jesus, we are not necessarily saying that you must begin and end your prayer in Jesus. Mighty name. That's not what we are saying. That's part of it. But when we say in the name of Jesus, we mean you are praying your prayer from the place of the merit of Christ. That means I am approaching. God because of the righteousness of Christ. I am approaching God because of the Finnish works of Christ. I don't call God god Father because of anything I do. I call God Father because in Christ I have become a son. So when it said when we said in the name of jewis and that's why we call it dynamics, because this thing has to do with understanding unconsciousness. When I come to the Father, the reason I come with assurance. Remember Jesus said forgive us our trust verses. So there are trustpases that may require to be forgiven. Yet you see come, So how did you come before you are asking for your trustpasses to be forgiven. It means you didn't come by your own merit. You came by the merit of Christ. So when we say in the name of Jesus, on one side, yes you can say Father in the name of Jesus, very correct. But on another side, it means you are. Coming because of Jesus Christ. You are coming on the merits of Jesus Christ. The finnished works of Christ is the reason why you are standing there. If it is not in your consciousness, you can't gain access. They are people who. Pray and believe that they are heard and their prayer is powerful because of the lingo, the scriptures they connect. They are song who pray and think their prayer is powerful because in the last three weeks they're not committed any saying. In the last two months they've not committed any saying. They are people who pray and things they are heard because they are apostles, so they say word. They spand in an apost public way of prayer. They are also pray because they are prophets, so they commas prophet. In the New Testament context, all of us come in the name of Jesus. That's why we come boldly before the tone of grace to obtain message how in Christ. Outside Christ we have no standing. So in the dynamics of effectual prayer, in your consciousness and in your words, it's most show that access is because of Christ. That's why we pray in the name of Jesus and in our consciousness. No matter what we are doing, thank God for it. When we stand on the merit of Christ. Does God appreciate it when you first? Yes? Does God appreciate it? If you live holy? Yes? Does God appreciate your office and you're calling? Yes, He gave you to you. But when you come, come in Christ. Because the only one who has seen less perfection before God was Jesus Christ. So in the dynamics of effectual prayer is in that Jesus himself told us in that day you should ask me nothing, verily, verily I say onto you whatsoever, yes, shall ask. The Father is here as a prophet, is here as an apostle. Are you going to ask the Father and your righteousness? No, you should ask the. Father in my name. He will. You can come as an apostle. God can choose to do anything he wants to do. He has the software writer. But if you want guarantee that whatsoever, any day, any time, Jesus told us, the guarantee is that you come in my name Verse twenty four. He now re inerrated it. If they hit tttle, have their acts nothing in my name, ask that you shall receive that your joy might be complete. This is why in prayer all of us can come boldly in prayer, all of us can command resort. Why because access is the same. Say, there are things God can commit to you because of the quality of your lifestyle. There are things God can commit to you because of the assignment He has given you. For instance, if you are not an evangelist, God may not give you authority over nations and territories because you don't need it. For instance, if you are not a mature believer, God may not give you certain levels of authority because it may destroy you or you may use it to destroy others. So when God is answering us, how he answers us is a different protocol. But when we come before God, it's not because of our office and our maturity that we come before God. When we come before God and our access is because of Christ. Where we now gain access because of Christ and make a demand, God now can determine when and how he can give it. If my sons come to me, for instance, one is one year old, the order is twenty five years old, and all of them ask me for a car. All of them have access because they are my children. But when I want to give them cars, I can give the one of twenty five a car immediately, but the one who is one year I can start giving him his car by fitting him well, and then I'll give him his. Car by enrolling him in school. After ten years fifty years, when he gives education, I'll. Say that car you ask I gave you. But now see the key here. So God is the one who determines how he gives. But we come in the name of Jesus. If you make the mistake of coming as an apostle, coming in your righteousness, you'll be shocked. You come in Christ. God knows what it considers to give you. How and when. This is one of the major dynamics of effectual prayer. Many they may be saying, Father, in the name of Jesus in their head, do you know the consciousness I've not touched any woman in ten years. God must answer me. I've been fastive for the last forty days. Jehovah must answer. This is a prophet talking God. God's answer, Hey, You'll be sure you will understand the meaning of ancient of days. He has met many like you, and he has met some greater than you. He is the God you don't intimidate him with your rank. You don't intimidate him with your statue. Do you understand the balance? God values your righteous life, He values your calling, But to come is in Christ. Your maturity determines what He can give by time. Many are frustrated. They are wondering why they are living a holy life but they can't access. They're wondering why what's going on? Dord, don't you appreciate us? He does what you have negated the key of access. If only you could enter, then you'll see how much God values you. Whatever you ask in my name, whatever you ask in my name. And their postles were wise. See how they prayed asks for thirty to thirty one. This is the whole. Apostles gather together praying you are one. You didn't walk with Jesus. They follow Jesus physically. They followed Jesus in the Holy spirit. But see how they prayed. That's twyned. That's with from there all their postles or not. Just better And now Lord the hold their threatenings. Grant onto thy servants that with all bordness, we may speak Thy word by stretching from Thy hand to heal and the science and one that's been done. How in the name of thy holy Child Jesus. Their posses were praying in the world. Silver and God, have I know such as I have I give you it is a take why a tech Now let's live. It with lou silver and God a viney such as I have, I give you how in the name of Jesus, rise up and war They know the programming. It should be your consciousness and it should be your world. This is the first dynamic of effectual praying. Number two dynamics of effectual praying is. Intensity and favancy. There are things that rest sponds to intensity in the corridor of prayer. There are certain things that if you are read, don't dunt about it. It means you know you're ready for it. Because, like I said when I started, intensity is not about shouting. Intensity means two things. Number one, the extent to which you pour your hat into the prayer. You can be shouting and your heart is not there. You may be shouting because you have a baritone voice. You may be shouting because you want to impress somebody. You may be shouting because you are young, you have adrenaline. All of that does not mean intensity. Intensity has to do it how much of your hat is poured. Into the prayer. And number two, intensity have to do it the extent to which you respond to the bodies of the spirit. When the only goos put a body on your hat, you're fused into those bodies. The extent to which you fuse to eat is what determines intensity. Now, when you are doing that, you may be loud, and you may be quiet, because there are times when quietness or silence is intensity. But your heart is pudding. Check out Hannah when she was praying. That's intensity. First swere chapter one such the scripture, I think vers eleven to fourteen. Now the Bible said when Hannah was praying, she wasn't talking, but her mouth it was shaking, like a drunkard. And they prophet the priests mistook her to be drunk and began to rebuke her. See what the Bible said. Go to verse nine. I'll show you intensity. Hat was consumed with the prayer. Fit that the kind of prayers you pray. Sometime you close your eyes, it looks as if you want to break your eyeball. Know that your heart you are socking. Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh. And after they had drunk, now and they pre sat upon the seat by the post of the temp of the Lord. And he said, and she was in bitterness. It's a hat business intensities. In the heart. It's that she was in bitterness of soul and prayed onto the Lord and wept. So so it was not the tears, it was the bitterness of the soul. A hippocri can cry, have you not heard of crocod Ideas the soul was touched, the saw was croshed. And she vowed a vow, and said, Lord of Hosts, even now with indeed, look on the affliction of the handmaiden, and remember me, and not forget that thy handmaid, but will give onto thy handmaid in Manchi. Then I will give him onto the Lord all the days of his life, and there shall no rais or come upon his head. He made him not right before giving better him. And it came to pass as she continued praying before the Lord, that ally macked her mouth. Now, Hannah, she speaks in her heart. Are you saying hat only her needs moved? But her voice was not head. That's why I told you there are times when silence can be loud. Therefore all I thought she had been drunken. The heart was touched. That's why I told you there's a rand you can enter. It will impact your body, but make sure you are broken into something. Don't add drama. So when we teach like this, don't start looking at somebody and said, you may be singing against the Holy Spirit, because if that person is operating somewhere with God, which is implating on that person, it's the work of God ongoing. So don't point out anybody. You don't know where they are praying from. But we're only questioning ourselves so that we don't miss it. By not getting the right thing yet acting as if we are there, it will be a waste of destiny. So intensity is of the heart. The woman's heart was shocked in look at Jesus in Matthew twenty six forty to forty two. Oh, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Pray that you fall not into temptation. And the Bible said he went and threw himself down, and he prayed, and he said he sweat was as thick as clots of blood. That's body. There is an assignment that the father must have him do so, he was wrestling with that body. He was wrestling. Oh, if it is possible, let this call pass me by yet not my will, but dying. That was the transaction. He was dealing with a body. So when we are dealing with intensity in prayer, dynamics is the investment of our heart into the prayer or our interaction with the boddings of the spirit that we. Receive by time. That's why a man cannot. Pray effectively or effectually if his heart is not invested, and if he doesn't know how to assess boddings. In the spirit. This is why we advise you to be careful what you see and hear, because most of us we are both boardings. God is piping something into your soul, but you kill it with a movie. Is it a thing? No, it's not a thing. But you will never be pregnant in the spirit. You will never have children to bring forth at the end of your life. You will end up burying in. The spirit because you would know the language of traveling. You will not be part of those in Zion that God someone's to utilize their womb to bed spiritual agenda because you are not botter everybody that comes, from gossip to visiting places you don't have any business with, to wasting it with watching things you don't have time for. So you can't trap. Oh my God. As pregnant women to educate you, they have first trimester, second trimester, ted trimester. In the first trimester, all they have is a clot of blood. If a pregnant woman in the first three months goes for marathon blood, the thing will just go out. That's the child, the child that's gone. And in the last trimester is a wet because the fool baby is there at that time. Even if she wants to, she can't. It's heavy. So they walk with cushion because they have to also be careful for their child to. Town so that his head can face down to be able to come out there. It's finish. Your things are dedicated, he say. As soon as sion travel, she brought forth, she brought forth. It's like pregnancy. This is why intensity is a critical component. Oh, look at Elijah in First Kings eighteen from Best forty two to forty six. He came to the King, prepare yourself. I hear the sound of an abundance of rain. He has copped a frequency in this field, but he knew he would need the womb of the attar to incubate and to bet it. When he finished talking, the Bible said, he went and put his head in between his ties. The only time he spoke to his servant was go and check. That's not a time for meeting. That's not a time for bad day parties. That's not the time for her. My friend is graduated, I have to visit. No, sir, that's. Seizing or travey. There are many things that would be shoved off. The guy was wailing in prayer until the cloud godd When he caught it, he knew it was done. He said, let's go, it's over. You know, why do you think very. Few people manifest splituars? Why you start talking like this? Some people say the gospel is easy, You are making it complex. It'f it's so easy. Why are you not manivers? The gospel is easy because Jesus faith for salvation. You received it. But for you to walk out spiritual realities, you will work with the Holy Ghost. It's not clear lesser. If it is that careless, all of us will be manufescent. Don't deceive yourself and though people who are not in the show Hank on comment box, the theologians talking to what they don't know. If you're not so much, why are you in the common box? We should have not in the field. We are warriors fight where kings go to war, where. We defend case talking talking as if they know something. Traveil intensity in prayer. It's part of effectual praying. That's not the command result here. Number three is consistency. There is a requirement of persistence in prayer for you to bad possibilities. It said in Look eighteen one men art or lewis not sometimes not this one that you attend that enviver meeting and for two weeks amen a man with God. But the business of destinies deeper than two weeks prayer, Man Art all the ways to pray, and not toward faint. So those who don't pray with faint, how many times it is a lighter pray? First Kids, eighteen forty one to forty six, on one matter, seven times? How many times did Jesus pray? Ain't got so many? March two, twenty six, forty to forty three, three times in one night? And Jesus told us in his own case. Every time he prayed was one hour, and that was not the day he started praying Mark one thirty five every day. The Bible said, in the cool of the day, Jesus went to a solitary place. Dear, he prayed. He didn't start praying. Get so many. It was his lifestyle. In this media age, be careful. You can cheaply become popular. It doesn't mean you are in pa true, especially this generation where every teenager has a phone. Saw you you you see. Twenty thirty one hundred teenagers there. You put something off. They like it. There's their car My god, my god, guess what as they said, My god, my god, they're arguing football. Saw my Betty, when they saw you. They are doing why your clip came up? They don't feed that connection to you. A man of fire. And they are doing man of fire there, Betty. You are, dear, thinking, we are shaping our work. Find out how many people are transformed. Don't be carried away. They guarantee that you are making impractice too. Number one, that the. Holy Ghost will be a witness. And number two that what you are doing, you are doing it the Bible way. Anything you are doing that it's not The Bible way is not impact. Anything you are doing that the Holy Ghost does not be a witness is not impact. Then over time you can now see the fruits. But that one takes time. Consistency. Those who trend those they told us in consistency lize the power those who trend those. So don't clap that you are seeing some results. How consistent have you been in that first thing, in that prayer, in that. Study of the world, in that giving. Anything you see that is not gone from consistency is a messy drop. You are not a master in that corridor. The things you can replicate are the things you do from the audar of consistency. If you have not built consistency, don't say you have a dimension. But when you develop consistency, regardless of the climate, no, you. Can become the climate. Oh there was the time when if keybodies are not in order, I can't. Minister because I move from sound, I move When I when I started up traveling and now saw they needed to learn other aspects so that my wings can come out under any condition. Oh my wings I need, I needed them to come out. That was when I learned firsty I learned generosity, I learned meditation, I learned silence prayer. I can't lie on my bed, I can pray. I'll be weeping, but you may not hear. I can be chewing on scriptures for two hours. Scriptures, I'm just talking them, talking them from one scripture to another. My strateity when I stand up, Oh, and we will tell you when now we fly. But it takes consistency, strengthy, your hand. Dole or spirit. What is become effective. God depends on your effectiveness to be able to effect this agenda on the earth. But these are the cost anybody can do it. I didn't say if you are a special apostle, if you are a special prophet, he has nothing to do with io. He has everything to do with the protocol access in the name of Jesus. Intensity, which is the investment of your heart or your reception of bodies, Consistency, which is your persistent prayer regardless of circumstance. See, when you. Start learning how to pray effectively, there are times when you do not feel like praying. You pray. There are times when circumstances will. Never get prayer. You will because for you it's not just answer that's how you breathe. We give ourselves that is that will be pray. We give ourselves to prayer. We give ourselves at six four. We give ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the world. Consistency infested Salonius Tribe seventeen. Is a prayer without ceasing. Connossians, for too, said, continue in prayer and watch in the same continue in prayer. This is how you build. All this coming to prayer meeting, and you become certainly a prayer giant. You will fight battles that you'll be ashamed to speak about, and certain we make sure He will make you say things that you're not supposed to say out of regrets. But God cannot lie. If you do it the goday, you will get the God resort. In Asata one best fourteen, the Bible said, and this all continued in prayer. They continued with. One accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and married the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren, his brothers. Before who is there I think you are in prophet Would you go for the vis when they saw Jesus as sent to heaven, then none knew this is. Not our brother. No, this is a Loui. So after you when Jesus are said that, there too joined the prayer meeting. Okay, let's better pray here. This is not our brother. We made a mistake for thirty three years. This is our God. And lo and behold something came out of their lives. Jude wrote a book that's the brother of Jesus. James wrote a book that's the brother of Jesus. In fact, James became the presiding bishop of the Jerusalem Charge. That's why I told you, if you do it, it we show. And if you're not doing it, no matter how you act like it is, we always prove that it's not. Impressions don't last for long. Make impact. Number four, it's posto now in the corridor prayer posture. It's not worth guarantees access, but posto has a path to play when it has to do with the results you command. Now, why is that true? Three reasons? Number one, posture. Is an outward expression of an inward disposition. When you see a man's post show, it reveals the state of his heart. Bodily. Posture reflects the aptitude, the inward. Attitude of a man towards God. When you see a man's bodily postal, a reflects the inward attitude of a man towards God. That's why I told you some of the things we do is arrogans. We may not know it, but that posture reveals that we are not reverenced towards God. This is why post you is important. Number one is an outward disposition. It's an outward expression of an inward disposition. Number two is an outward expression of our inward aptitude towards God. And number three it's a prophetic dispos season occasioned by the spirit of God. Prostures are prophetic, and I will show you now as you start praying. They are certain postures you may assume either because of the bodying that is on your heart pert time, or because you are prayed for long and in the place. Of prayer you have tilted to that posture and it has become your posture. Those are possible. But you see, if these too are not yet happening to you. If you must assume a posture, use biblical posts because there are twelfth biblical postures for prayer. There are twelve of them that are basic. Get there again, there are bodies that the only goals can put on you. And on the strength. Have you carried a big jerry can? Before those days when who were small, Sometimes you carry two pockets of water. We didn't have water, so you go to fetch water from where everybody is fetching. You bring to your house. Now when you fight the two buckets, you carry it and you'll be going. In fact, they will hand you at the top hat chap. You you like a strong man? Now why you move for like five minutes? You now discover that you're not the side of your body that is not strong. With start, you didn't the pressure. So as you are approaching home, you carried two buckets and they were helly. You were coming on like this you are trying to. In fact, you will drop the buckets on the road. But after why when you carry it you go back there? You know what is the way the yolk the body in is much so. It too respond. While you praying, there are certain bodies that. God will put on you. Oh, sometimes you are praying for the stick. Some of you don't pray for people, so you may not know what I'm saying. I was praying for a young boy that had cans out of the eye. The first thing that hits me when I saw the boy was feared. The eyeball was almost. As big as the head. And when I saw the boy, God put the body on my feet. I couldn't sleep for days. Oh, I'll be praying for this boy and weeping. Sometimes in that prayer I will find myself on the floor, holding my bed with pains and agony. I didn't have faith to look at the counts and say God. So God wanted me to bear the body in the place of prayer, and I lay bored. Unfortunately the boy died. I didn't have had But that us my first test of bodyings in the spirit. If we will overwhem you, I'm telling you so when you are praying, they are certain bodies. Will come on you. It will literally affect your posture. That's an activity of the Holy Spirit in you. And then when you pray, when you are a man of prayer, and I prayed for long carrying bodies bodies, a point may come when you're start assuming set in disposition because that's your most comfortable place in prayer. These two things are possible. But if these things are not happening to you, don't add drama. Some people went this this this story will affect you of it, so I will share it. But don't add drama. Because the princes are looking at all of us. Let them know, assume that you are something, and then they bring the warf of that. You'll stand. You are talking like a charube. Sorry, Lada bah very God can't be a passive with tada. We fight at the gate. Oh you two are the gate. Okay, Berse are the buttoos of the gate. The after war with you there. And then I lost my job. There's no food, my car, I woke up, the engine just knocked. I don't know what is going on. My house, my house gear on gas. Gus exploded. You don't know many things. Who just that because there will come as if you are you're not. They think you are part of those who will let them at the gate. So what they throw out those at the gate who stand, they're now throwing no because you have the drama hy man were Oh they are the ones. They are the ones, so we are all growing fight at your levels. Are don't ask like what you are not the name of Jesus is powerful, but the revelation of who is using it matters. You have to be careful before artist theologis welcome. I said, for God, we are sittam with clas The heavenly plant is the name. But I know that I didch it here. But if we are all sitter with plent the heavenly places, why are some of fos in the hospital with heavenly places. That means the revelation is correct, but how reasy to you? It takes interacting with pictures, working with God for it to become brie. That's why who those of us who we breach it over and over and over so that it becomes free to you. Because if it's not really, you may be with classes heavy places, but on earth you may be in the hospital. And most times the reason why people can't take short cad into penury is because they are acting like people that they are not. Let your revelation power you. Let the move of the Holy Spirit power you. You will be comfortable with life. God we allow you handle the tis you can't handle. Why is happy you to grow? There were demoniic issues that I used to pray for for four hours some years ago using the name of Jesus. Today I speak once they get out. It's because the name of Jesus is not stronger. No, it's as strong as it was ten years ago as it is now, but my revelation of that name has. Changed ten years ago. There are cases today that I confront that if I confront them ten years ago, well, that died using the same Utensis scriptures name of Jesus, but my revelation level was different. That's why don't act like anybody. Function at the pace of your revelation. Function at the level the Holy Ghost is using you, and your life would be glorious. So in prayer, posture is important. Because it's an outward expression of an inner an inward disposition. It's an outward attitude of our inward respect towards God, and it is prophetic, a prophetic disposition based on the operation of the Holy Ghost. In your spirit part time. So if you are not engaging from a body or by your pressure of the spirit, adopt biblical postures with understanding. I show you a few postos. Number one, lifting up holy hands. It's a prayer post you instead of doing acrobatic just lift up bully hands. If the Holy Ghost is moving you in that order, fine, But instead of dramatizing it. Just lift off bully hands some one for one. Verse two is then let my prayer be set forth before the as incense and the lifting up of my hand at the evening sacrifice. That's why I told you it's prophetic. When you are praying and you lift up your hands, God sees it like the evening sacrifice. It's incense going to heaven. I was taught this when I started praying and washipping and lifting up my hands. My shoulders we ache. I couldn't even keep my hand off for one minute. But all the time I can stand like this on the worship is over, because now there's revelation incense. That's why you see me tell you lift your hands to whatever. Lift your hands is incense. It's a posture. When you are praying, once and again lift up holy hands a point become the holy goosest will inspire you to lift up only hands. It has prophetic meaning is incense. So every time we lift up our hands is incense. And number two is petition. Petition. This is one of the way we pray. Petition in the spirit. Firstei two one to two and eight. See what port od It's a letter Firstimoti two one, verse one and two and ve'st eight. Quickly, Paul and the possible of Jesus Christ festimate it to. Verse one and two. Is that I had thought therefore that first of all supplications, prayer, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made. For all men. Verse two is that for kings and for all that are. In authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness. Ver's it reiterating the same prayer. See how Paul now put it. I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands without doubt. So when you lift up your hands is a sign. Of petition and supplication, and it's also a sign of faith that you don't doubt. You are making demand on behalf of people, on behalf of nations. This is why we pray and live to hands. This is one biblical prayer posture with deep prophetic meaning, petition, faith, incense. And then finally, when you pray and lift your hand, you are blessing the Lord. Ps I'm sixty three. Verse four is the dos. I will bless thee doors we like bless THEE. While I leave, I will lift up my hand hands in thy name, so I wanted to father us too. Lifting up your hands is to bless the Lord. Lift your hands in the sanctuary. And bless the Lord. Bless the Lord. Bless the Lord, Oh my soul, bless the Lord. Prayer post you number two. Prayer posture is stunding. Standing speaks of readiness and boldness, readiness, bordness and surrender, surrender, readiness, boldness Mark eleven twenty five. Is well, when you stand. Praying forgive, if you have aught against any that your Father he on may forgive you. So he's commanding you. So every time you are standing, it means you are surrendering to every command of God when you stand praying forgive. So it's it's a place of readiness to obey, a place of surrender to the command of God. That means I can't stand to pray if I have something against somebody. Is that If I stand to pray as you forgive, it's a posture of surrender. Look eighteen thirteen, Jesus was speaking. I mentioned to you already, he said, Republican standing afar off would not even lift up as much as eyes onto heaven, but smooth upon his breath, saying God be merciful to me, a sinner. It's a posture. When I stand before the Lord, I'm making a statement. I'm before you, ready to do whatever your command. Completely surrendered to your government. That's what it means, standing in God's presence. And of course it's a place of power. When you stand to pray is a sign of power and authority. And of course when a. Man to beg surrender to God, he wills power second Oretians tand Ver's five, if I having readiness to avenge all that disobedience, when your own obedience is complete. So when you are standing as the son of surrender, it's also a place of authority. And that's why first King seven Timber is one Elijah said before God, do my stand, there shall be no rain audio. It's a place of authority standing standing in prayer. So standing to pray is a posture. And when you stand, understand. What you are saying. You are saying to the Lord, I surrender to your authority. I stand in your authority. This is what it means. Number three, what post your prayer? Kneeling before God. Kneeling speaks of reverence and humility in worship, humbling yourself before the Lord and referencing the Lord. This is what it means efficients three fourteen. For this cause, I bow my knee onto the Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Reference. When you knee now, you are making a statement. You are proclaiming lordship of God. Is reference need to pray? It's ninety five or six. He say, Come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before our Lord. And Maker say, anybody who knows God and references God will frequently need. To pray before the Lord. I told you. It's an outward disposition of an inward attitude towards God. Me number four. Falling postrate before the Lord with your face on the ground, he means repentance. He means ah. When a man is in awe of God, you are you, you wonder at his presence? You lie down. Jesus demonstrated it in thirty nine. He went forward and fell on his face before the Lord before the Father. Abraham demonstrated it in Genesis seventeen mystree. He fell on his face when he talked to the Lord. Is a place of not just reverence, but oh, oh my father, you wonder as much see you be with that you can't stand the glory. It is the testimony that the splendor of your glory, no one. Can stand before you. So it's a statement of ours, a statement in the spirit. This is why they're twenty and four others. Day and night they fell on their faces and they. Cry, Holy is the Lord, Holy is the Lord. Number five is the sitting posture. We sit to pray, and sitting speaks of focus, listening and reflecting on the voice of God. It means you pay attention to the Lord. When you sit to pray, it's a statement. You are listening, you are reflecting. You you all know who is talking. That's what it means. It's a statement. And you know attention is a not a worship, because it means honor. It means regard, It means reverence. Anybody you don't know, you don't pay attentional to. But anybody you honor, you pay attention. But the same position of prayer is the testimony of reflection, attentive listening to God. Second, somewhere seven eighteen he said, then one king David in and sat before the Lord and said, whom I am, O, Lord God? He's reflected. He sat before the Lord. What is my house that you have brought me hetherto. It's a place you you the messy of God, the goodness of God. You sit down, you reflect, you meditate, you show gratitude. So it's a pleas of gratitude. You are listening with honor, you are reflecting on God's goodness. And you are showing gratitude. This is why sometimes when you are praying, if you take these dispositions by the spirit, you discover these things I mentioned will begin to happen supernaturally when you are When you are praying and you sit down, sometimes your thought is caught up when you are praying and you follow on your face, you reference the Lord. When you are praying and you leave your lift your hands, you just begin to bless the Lord. They are spiritual dispositions and prayer. These are the real prayer postures recommended by scripture. And see the problem with talk. We don't practice this. Ones is the dramatic ones. The creat impression that we practice to make. People passive us in a certain way. And there's no prophetic implication to our prayer. Remember I'm teaching you what effectual prayer. Number six, bowing down in prayer is the testimony of honor to the Lord and reverence when you bow. Genesis twenty fourth, twenty six. There are times where you. Are praying, you just bow before the Lord. Most times where you bow, you don't talk, because that first joy in. Itself is a settment. Go to verse twenty five. Mm, go to the next verse. I want to give context in all review I stand and stand in or review twenty three. Okay, let's read from twenty one. So Abraham sends Eliaza to go get a wife for Isaac. You know the story. This is the whole build up of the story. The man stands at the well and made a prayer to the Lord. If you have made my way prosperous, he said the first person that comes. If I ask for water to feed my camel, let's give me water. If I ask for straw, let her give me straw. This is the whole story. I wanted to read it so that you get the context. Why don't have the time now? All of that God did when Rebecca came, and so this was the final encounter when the sabant wanted to go, and the Bible said, he bowed down his head and did what worship the Lord? So bowing down is worship. Bowing down is honor, bowing down is reference. Is a posture of prayer. To bow your head. In exo dost that reformers aid with all Moses, the Bible said, he made hate and bowed his head towards the head and worship the Lord. When you are praying and you are overtaken by. The spirit or worship, one of the dispositions you take by the. Spirit is the disposition of bowing down. Even if you are kneeling, you will bow. This is prayer postos. People who are effective, they know these things, they do them. I'm just taking time to show you scriptures. I don't just want to mention it. I'm giving you deeply good justifications so that you know I'm not just saying things. This is worship. This is honor to the Lord, and. It tells you how much honor is required in prayer. Then lying down to prayer. There are times when you talk to the Lord in the place of lying down. That speaks of intimacy, It peaks of rest, and it speaks of trust. There are times where you lie in your bed and you are talking to the Lord. It's not disrespect. It shows that you are comfortable with God. It shows that you are at rest in God's presence, because there are times when prayers speaks of rest. Some sixty three or six. Is that when I remember thee upon my bed, I made detected on d in the night watches. In the night watches, so you lie down. You can pray on your bed. I pray a lot on my bed, and most times those prayers are made detective in nature. We're just talking to the Lord, whispering from the place of intimacy, from the place of assurance, from the place of rest. Postures of prayer. You can be praying in a large congregation and the spirit leads you to lie down. It's a posture so long. As you are shore. You are not tired and. Being lazy, you lie down. It's not all the time you are in a prayer. Amy, you are doing like this for everybody to know your prayer. See they are when we are praying genuinely, or will not be like clothes. When we are praying genuinely and the Holy Ghost is walking in our hearts, some will be lifting. Their hands, some we bow, some we kneel, some we lie. Because we are a different place of intellection. But when you find all of us doing the same thing, that's cloning. Ninety percent of babes they are not even touching the rem neither they're talking to the God that they claim their praying. Number eight. To lift up your eyes in prayer. It speaks of expectation, and it speaks of seeking. There are plans when you are praying. You just put your face off by the spirit, by the spirits, the post join prayer. If you pray, take note of these things, then will happen to you, and not the meaning. Verse one and two. I will lift up. My eyes onto the heels from whence commet my health, my help commet from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. Some one for the three most one is that onto the lift up. My eyes or dow that twere left in the heavens. You seek from the realms of God. They are times why you have all lost your attention on the straw you entire trance. It's a posture. It will happen to you by the spirit. Why am I teaching you this? Don't be bullied into praying in a certain way. You will be in the flesh. There are many postures of prayer. We can be praying here. Some of the people are running. All God will be doing with you will just be like this. You are not conna. You are in the spirit. We can be praying here, Oh God be starring in your heart. Is to lie down, put your face down, and as you lie there is that leading you to repent. We can be praying here. Oh God will lead you to do is to go to one corner and kneel down. Do it that the go is not to raise the clone so that will become popular by a particular. Disposition, and to raise spiritual man. We can be praying and God may lead you to wherever you are. Just to bow and you may put your head like that for thirty minutes. Don't be bullied into acting in a particular way to show that you two are praying. That's why I told you. Jesus taught us effectual prayer is said, it is to your Father in secret. Is the transaction of the heart. Is your communion with your Father. So God is drawing you to lie down and repent or surrender. But you want to show people that you to you're a man of prayer and you're acting the flesh for seven hours exactly your will, and you can do it for five years, and then you check your life not into you. People have wasted their destining prayer. Have been to many places of prayer. I didn't appear here, and it's one of the reasons I made up my mind to such the scripture for myself was because I saw people who were. Doing far more than I was doing, but their life was it sank and I say, hey, something is wrong. It has to be by revelation. It's your eyes number nine. Spread out your hand in prayer. There are times when you spread your hand. He speaks of covenant. He speaks also of petition, and he speaks of intercession. Solomon stood before the Lord, before the altar, and he spread forth his hand towards the evils. Fat King's eight twenty two covenant, my Lord and my God. You are opening your heart to God, so he speaks of covenant relationship. My heart is better. I have nothing to hide before my father. Covenant is a posture. That's why you see or sometimes you are ministry here. You don't know when it's a state in this visita, and as you are, as you are traversing one posture to another, you are releasing different things because reference provoke something, covenant provoke something, instanse provoke something, and you are praying, diverse things are happening. People can't understand you're entering different places. Your post choice is just communicating your travel. Number ten. Walking working speaks of communion. Communion. That's why sometimes you read your Bible, you hear that man walked with God. Working itself is a communion kind of lifestyle. Genesis Vivey and Enoch walked with God and was not for God took him. Janesis twenty four sixty three. Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the even tide. He was walking in the field, meditating, communing with the Lord. Lo and behold, Rebecca Shodo, What is that compunion? That's why sometimes you pray, you are you are walking prayer walk, So prayers are not loud, is whisper. Hard to heart, even if you're praying tongues. It's under your breath, broke as the crust of racket eaters. Thank you, my Father, precious God. It happens. We can be prayed here healthy and then the spirit take you to the back and you are just walking. You are in the spirit one of the places where I was taught. Prayer, the man of God came and said, hey, hey, hey, anyhow anybody wants to pray live there. He laid that foundation so that you don't pulling people into the flesh. You must pray like this, no, sir, teach the people and allow the Holy goes to grudm. Teach the people. If I'm leading prayer here, I may be sweaty. You can't job be throwing like this. I won't think you are distracted. I will assume God, this is having a conversation with you. So long as you know what you're doing. I can be leading prayer. You can't lie down. I will say he got talk from there and prayer. No. No, you may be repenting of something. I may be leaving prayer. You may need down. But if we notice that you are story, we can't tap you with respect and say, sir, prayer is on. Usually when they say the diseases and I know, I know because when your white people up, they never agree that they are living. But we won't bully anybody so that you can match up. Now you know it. If you don't do it, it means you have refused to grow but you have to know it that this is how the Spirit prompts us in prayer. We walk and pray, and then finally it's stillness. Stillness can be in any of the posters. But is the time when the Spirit makes you quiet. It's the state of listening, and it's the state of waiting. Be still some forty six verst ten. I know that I am going be still and know that I am God. Be still and know that I'm God. My time is finished. The last thing I would have taught you on the dynamics of effectual prayer are the laws and the types of prayer. Because they spray of faith, the spray of intercession. Let's pray off agreement. They have different laws. You need to lend them. Prayer is very important. You must pray, but if not enough to just pray, you must pray correctly so that your prayer will be impactful. Next week Tuesday, I will teach you on the types and. Laws of prayer, and then if I have time, I will also show you the results you will command when you pray effectually or effectively, Because anybody who is praying effectively most most command tangible results. It can be in the likeness of transformation. It can be in the likeness of strength, it can be in the likeness of the miraculous, it can be in the likeness of deliverance. But the most be results because that prayer has tangible feedbacks that have existential implications. And don't find yourself praying and not growing, praying not being transformed, praying not commanding any results. You would have wasted your life praying a miss Stand up to your feet, Let's wash your God the hell that's. An angels, bow the reading. Worship you now, holy, holy holy are you. Holy holy holy you know? Can we apply two things, reverence and faith. I want you to look on to him with reverence and with faith. Make a demand. Make a demand and give yourself seventy two hours for manifestation. Whatever reference mean to you, show it to him, and then exercise faith. Make a demand. Holy Holy, Holy, Holy, Holy Holy you. He all a sudy geous already you boody holy you Loo. Holy holy, Holy on you, holy holy holy you. Know he hell sunny James, worship. Holy Holy you. Elijah was praying and it bowed down. Of course, the Bible said he put his head in between his tie but that's the bust of Bowie. He opened the heavens rain that didn't fall for three and a half. He he opened the heavens. As you practiced what you have learned, made lots supply grace to produce undeniable results. And may it bring you joy and succor. Even as your prayer life grows. In Jesus Mighty name, we have prayed
