Tonight, I want to look at. The laws of prayer, actually the kinds of prayers and the laws that governns those kinds of prayers. Because prayer is effectual if the components are there, the dynamics are. Obeyed, there's expectation to receive what it engenders. But we don't approach every situation the same way. Different situations requires different approach, right, Different situations require different approach. This is why we thirty kinds of prayer, so that we know which approach best suit a situation. And that's why I want to do the kinds of prayer this evening. I will give you seven kinds of prayer prayer, and then I'll show you the laws that government each of them, so that when they say it's not every situation that you just say, I bind you, I bind you. It's not every situation you bind. It's not every situation you stand up and say, in the name of Jesus out. In fact, there are some situation where you. Go and inquire. There are people casting and binding when they should be inquiring because they don't know kinds of prayer. And they have been binding and casting for fifteen years. Nothing has happened, and there. Are people who, when they should be casting and binding, are inquiring and CETA is just covering grounds in their lives. So when we are dealing. With kinds of prayer, we want to first of all, help us understand what prayer is most effective for certain kinds of situations, right, and then when we know the prayer, how should that prayer be prayed. That's what we want to do this evening very quickly. And so the first kind of prayer we'll be dealing with tonight is what. We call the prayer of faith. Of course, the names define the oppression. It means the prayer you pray in faith. This prayer is largely centered. On the expression of your faith glory to God. And we pray the prayer of faith for few situations. Number One, when we are when the will of God is known but it's not manifesting. When you know the will of God for your health and it's not manifesting, you know the will of God for your life, it's not manifesting. You know the will of God concerning the situation, it's not manifesting, you can. Pray the prayer of faith. Number Two, we pray the prayer of faith when we are dealing with oppositions, like mountains, like sickness, like obstacles and oppressions. Every time you are dealing with oppositions, you can engage the prayer of faith. Number three, non oppositions. Number three, we pray the prayer of faith when we are expressing our authorities as believers. If you express your authority as a believer, you pray the prayer of faith. So three major contexts and with the prayer of faith is relevant when the will of God is known but not manifesting. Number two, when you are dealing with non oppositions, and number three when you are to exercise your authority. As a believer, then prayer of faith comes handy. One of the scripture that gives the clearest and most detailed coverage to the prayer of faith is Mark eleven twenty two to twenty four. Jesus was going to Jerusalem, and he saw a fig tree so blossomed that he walked on, hoping to get a fig. But when he approached the tree, there was no pig there, and Jesus caught the tree. Is that no man eat of thee anymore? In fact, the Bible actually said Jesus answered so the situation, spoke to him. That's why I speak of a position. And Jesus told the three, no man eat of the henceforth, and nothing happened. And Jesus didn't repeat the prayer. He just left the next day when they were coming back, Peter took note with the other disciples that the three dried off from the root. So Jesus use that scenario to teach them about the prayer of faith. And so in Mark eleven twenty two, Jesus told them have faith in God. Babu's collar said. What Jesus actually said here was have the God kind of faith. Verse twenty three. He said, for verily, I say unto you that whosoever shall say onto dismounting, be thou removed, be thou casting to the sea, and shall no doubt in his heart Shah, but shall believe that that those things which he said shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he says. Verse twenty four. Jesus said, therefore, I say unto you, whatever things here desire when. He pray, That's why we call it the prayer of faith. When ye pray, believe that you receive them and you shall have them. This is the prayer of faith relevant when the will of God is known. Yeah, there's no manifestation the fictory in that season blossomine should have figs. If it doesn't have figs, then something has to be done, praise God. If there's no position, something has to be done. Jesus answered, only him knows what the victory told him. When you go to heaven and you have the privilege of close interaction, you can ask, I don't know what it told him. Number three, you can exercise your authority when you use the prayer of faith. So this prayer is filled with commands. Commands in prayer of faith, you don't beg. You command glory to God. Now let's look at the laws that governs the prayer of faith. Number one is the prayer of faith. Is the prayer of commandments. You don't beg in the prayer of faith. The will of God is already known. You don't inquire in the prayer of faith. In the prayer of faith, you give commandments. Can we look Mark eleven twenty. Let's see the way Jesus spoke. To the victory. No. Nineteen. Take me to where he spoke to the victory and Jesus answered and said on to it, no man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever, and the bibles led the disciples head it. So he gave a command. It was a declaration of faith. When you pray, get commands. Don't beg. When you pray the prayer of faith give commands. Most of us situations that we should command to get out. We are begging. And the more we beg, the more the situation is emboldened to oppress us. Prayer of faith is the prayer of commandment. That's why when we cast out devils, for instance, you're heals out the name of Jesus. Let's not grounds for negotiation. We know the will of God on the matter. The devil doesn't have the right to possess them. When we see somebody sick, we command be healed in Jesus' name. We know the will of God. He was wounded by transgressions pruves for our iniquities. The astagment of our peace was upon him by his strives. To we're hue. So when we come we give commandments. That's not the prayer of faith operates is a command based prayer. Number two law of. The Prayer of faith is that you address the situation, not God. Address the situation. When you are praying the prayer of faith, you don't talk to God about the matter. You talk to the matter what he should do, or you talk the matter about God. Most of us see situations that God has already spoken about, and we are still reporting the situation to God. That's why we don't get results. See what Jesus did when it saw the victory. He didn't turn to the father and said, Father, look at this victory. Can you imagine there are no figs on it? Our Father, please show up and do No, that's not how you pray the prayer of it. In the prayer of it, you talk to the situation. And when Jesus was saying, was teaching in Mark eleven twenty three, as you read down, he said, said to Dismountain, it is said to God. It is say talk to God about the mountain. Said to Dismountain, listen, stop telling God about the cancer. As far as God is concerned, the cancer has no legitimacy. It is your duty to command the cancer to God. Stop talking to God about the demon that pulls your sister. As far as God. Is concerned, he has delivered you from the dominion of darkness. He has delivered her from the dominion of darkness. Go and cast out the devil. We are talking to God about things that God has already done. The last one was teaching on three prayers God does don't answer. And one of the prayers God does don't answer is that it's when you tell God to do what he has already done. He said, God does don't answer those prayers because they already answered. Father, please have message. Look at my brother, his leg, his leg. That's why Jesus came. Your job now is to talk to the leg. Tell the leg what you want it to be, like what you wanted to do. Say to dismounting, be thou removed. So tell the situation what you want. Don't tell God to do anything about the situation. God's giving you the honor to address the situation. Tell it what you want. It must do it. So prayer fath is powerful to the degree of your revelation. See one thing I learned when I was growing up. I use my emotions for every spiritual thing. When I was not seeing results, and now went back to study the Bible to find out what God called requirements. And when I checked most of the things I was engaging, my emotions were not requirements. So when I faced an opposition, when I faced a contrally situation, what did God say, will remove that situation? Number one commanded? Number two, don't talk to me about it. Tell it what you wanted to do. Say to dismounting, be thou remove, be thou cast away. Number three law of the prayer of faith is specificity. It is said to a mountain Mark eleven twenty three, say to what this mountain? Are you following command? Address the situation and be specific in your address. Say to this mountain, so all. This prayer off, every churn go, every yoke be broken. If if I'm addressing you from here, I'm talking to all of you, so I can say every yoke, I'm specifying each individual yoke. You are praying for yourself. You are praying for one situation. You see every yoke on my life, every churn on my life. Wait first the ones you know about, Pick them out and deal with them. This headache that will not let me go. Every month, I command you never to return more that has come out in my breast. I command you to de materialize. Are you following. That's how your preduce prayer. This specific gift commands address the situation. Tell it what you wanted to see. Don't just say this tomorrow in the name of Jesus. No this tomorre in the name of Jesus. The materialize in the name of Jesus. Get out of my body. Tell it what you wanted to do. I need to obey you. This is how this thing works. Number four, Jesus added, verse twenty three, mark eleven. Twenty three is that if you do not doubt in your heart, if you do not doubt, this is where many people have a problem. Now this is where you get delivered. Jesus didn't say, when you are addressing the mountain, check whether you are qualified. Jesus didn't say, if you're addressing in the mountain, check whatether you have if you have never seen Jesus didn't say, if you're addressing the mountain, check whether you have completed your quoto fusty. All of those things important, yes, but they are not criteria. You are the one cadi your criteria. Ah. If I have fasted, this mountain would have gone. It's not part of the law of the pray of it. Oh, if not that I colled with my brother yesterday, Hi, I would have helped me this situation. Jesus didn't add that. And if your addity to become your yoke to be a Jesus said, exercise authority. Jesus said, be specific. Jesus said, address the situation. And number four, Jesus said, don't doubt in your heart. He say, if you don't doubt in your heart, they. Say you we have what So whatever you say, are you following at this lost Claire? Every one of us should be casting out devils, destroying mountains, But every time there's a mountain, we are looking for the pastor. Jesus didn't say. If you are not possible, said to this mountain, why are you bringing all your mountains to me? Do you have authority? Yes? Do you recognize the situation yes? Can you talk to the situation yes? Do you believe that the situation we go? Yes? Why? Because Jesus said, if I tality it, we go. That's why I believe the mountain we go. I don't believe the mountain we go because of anything except that, Jesus said. Jesus said, if you said to the mountain and you don't doubt. So the only reason why your doubt is that I'm not sure whether the mountain will go. But Jesus has told me the size of the mountain does not matter. God will not stop it. Tell it to go, and believe it will go. So my job is to believe. Why do I believe because Jesus said, we go? Are you saying that all the hindrances we have we created them in our heads? Effect your prayers? Fifth law not given? But seeing in Jesus' action in chapter eleven, verse fourteen, when Jesus spoke to the fic three, he did repeat himself. He spoke, once it did, is a no man eat of thee? Again? I say, no man we eat of thee, and no man we ever want. Is enough in the prayer of it. No man should eat of tea hereafter forever. And the master walked away. I was he no trouble that nothing happened. The leaves were green. If you're the one who. Who said that, you'll be expecting to the way strike and divided into two. And as you are going, not this happening, not this to my seed there Sometimes when you pray, the person. Will now show some of you don't practice. That's why these things are strange to you. You've got to pray for a sick person. You decline, declared. When you finish your say, are you feeling a it's there, you're fat week. Oh my god. If you follow this principle, listen, something must happened. Something most happened. You know. Jesus said, why you pray, don't use. Very repetitions, godhead, strand on your ground. People say, well, when Jesus prayed for the blind man, he prayed twice. He was praying for different things. The man was blind. He prayed for him eyes open. He said, what do you see? He said, some man like three. The second prayer was for him to see clearly, not to see like three. Don't be repeatey yourself. I thought that you need to be loud again, forgot to hear you. No man, eat of tea. And he walked away. Pray of it, love for us comfort, no more repetition. He stood there until the guy showed up. He said, losh, he's prayer of it. I know this principle. So when when I'm engaging this prayer, I'm checking. Some people call you. You declare and they said, no, no, God, can you pray? Pray again? I said, I prayed, I prayed. If I pray. Again, unless you want me to go and intersit for you, that's a different principle. But to command that thing to go and said it. If it's not going, then I don't have the authority to do it. And it's not because the authority is not there. Maybe there's doubt. In my heart. So what I need to do is to go and deal with it. Doubts are you following doesn't make sense to you? Well, this inspire you to go and start dealing with situations. Matthew six seven said, don't use vain repetition, don't declare want Jesus was in the boat. The boat was kept me under intense wind. Master care, no doubt that we're perished. He stood up. Please be still. Now, look at when Jesus was casting out a demon from the guy that was deaf and done in Look nine. You read from verse twenty eight to thirty five. He was just transfigured on the mound, and then it came down. The disciples were laboring with the demon, and the demo was not going, and the father was not nice at all. When Jesus came, people were gathered instead of just asking Jesus too happy, except my son is thoroughly vested. Of a demon. Sometimes they cast him into the water, sometimes into the fire. I brought him here. This is your disciples couldn't cast out the death? Why now we were here exercise refit with you? Laboring with you? Won't you keep quiet? And Jesus was provoked, you perast generation? How long will I be with you? And Jesus turned to the demon possessed. And rebuilt the spirit once. When Jesus spoke, the Bible said the spirit threw the boy down. Form was coming out of his mouth, but Jesus said nothing else. Hmm, if you are the one when the boys started manifesting, you will move back my shaky ba SHACKI. The demo will now say, oh you want to ask the movie. The demo will now stand up. I say, who told you you can cast me out? You? You are a joker? Then you now see people talking to the demo. Where do you come from? What is your name? Come out? The demon threw the boy down. Form came out of the mouth. The master was quiet. It's not the number. This is authority talking here, Oh my god, have that messing. It's not the number. Come out, my goodness. If you have it, they know if you don't have it, they know the reason we start shouting dramatizing. We are trying to silence out. But you don't silence down through drama. You're silence down through revelation. Go and find out what you don't know. Where you know? Come again. It's Avaiable was traveling with his fife many years ago. It is that they had an accident, and the wives were shouting, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. It's a once, it's anough, fine, ones is enough. That's why you have to practice these things. Practice practice it. If you do it and it doesn't work, don't enter the temptation of starting activity. If you see that it's not working, go back. Pray again. The holy ghost will refeat to you what you are missing. But don't stay there and be shouting, swimming, sweating, No sir. On the tand this. When you are doing petition, when you are doing intercession, you will pray many times. But if it's faith said to this mountain, beout removed. Don't doubt in your heart it is done in fact, Jesus said, believe that you have it, you will receive it. So after you have declared, the next thing is to believe you already have it, not to continue activity, because if you're continue shouting means you don't believe you have it. If you believe you have. It, you won't be asking again. That's why the prayer a faith will declare and walk away, because the moment you declare, Jesus said, the next. Thing is what believe that you have it and you will receive it. And if I have it, I don't need to keep shouting. This is prayer of faith. When there are opposing circumstances, when the will of God is no but there's no manifestation, when there are mountains before you. This is what you do. You will command result effectual prayers. Number two. Is the prayer of agreement, laws the governs. The prayer of agreement. Now, the prayer of agreement is the kind of prayer. We are two or three people come together and agree on a matter in the name of Jesus for it to be done. Matthew eighteen, verse eighteen to twenty. Whatever the matter is, evil situations that prayer of faith handles prayer of agreement can also handle That's why sometimes when you exercise faith and you don't get the results, you look for somebody to agree with. Whatever prayer you are praying. You can use agreement for it, whether petition, whether faith, whether. Intercession, you can. It's just you standing with someone in the name of Jesus and agreeing on the matter. Matthew eighteen. That's eighteen to twenty. Not go back to the eighteen. Veryitly, I say on to you, whatsoever, so in the prayer of agreement is whatsoever you can use? Any situation fits into the prayer of agreement. Yes, Shah bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven. Whatsoever, Yes, shall lose on earth, shall be losed in Heaven. Verse nineteen. Again, I say on to you that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them. Of my Father, which is in Heaven. Verse twenty. For we are two or three I gathered together in my name. There I am in the midst of them. So what are the principles all the laws that governs the prayer of agreement? Number one? It must be done under. The authority of the name of Jesus. You see that Matthew eighteen twenty. He said, you shall be gathered together what in my name? So don't go on to agreement in the shrine. Don't go and say I'm agreeing with somebody on the. Strength of jealousy. You hate somebody, and you say we are agreeing that he's marriage. We fail. That's not the name of Jesus. Oh, you're join us with somebody. I said, this person we have seen. He will not go beyond this level. That's witchcraft. It must be what in the name or on that the authority of Jesus Christ. Number two. It must be between two people or more. Verse twenty. Again you see that he say, for we are two or three of you are got together. In my name? Verse nineteen. You still see that, For I say unto you that if two of you shall agree. So the prayer of agreement cannot be done by one person. It must be what two. It must be nder the authority of the name of Jesus. Number three, prayer of agreement. All parties must agree on the matter. This is the beautiful thing about the prayer of agreement. All of us may not have faith, but we must have to agree. If we agree on the issue, that's where the power comes from. Some of us may not have faith. Now you look at a good example in chapter twelve, when Peter was in prison. You read from verse one to seven, and the church gathered and they were praying. When Peter came out and came knocking on the door. Now they were so praying that they were not even they didn't here. When that Peter knocked. A young gear cordroad that went and opened the door and found that Peter was there, I think that's best check towel, best thing for me, and came back and told them Peter is here. They say, shut up, that's his ghost. His ghost you were praying for. I thought you were praying and exercising faith that Peter come out. The change can't hold you. In the name of Jesus, we release you. Peter showed up. Nobody believed, but their lack of faith didn't invalidate the prayer. That's why when you fell in the prayer of faith, try agreement. Hold hands with somebody. If both of you agree, even if there's no faith of the results, you say, why God gives us these dimensions? This is why in the church we. Agree together, we hold hands. Please this matter in the prayer of agreement. Make sure you explain it for everybody to understand and agree. If they do, there is a high tender of results. And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damnself came to Hacking named Roder, and when she knew Peter's voice, she opened up. The gate for gladness. But ran in and told how Peter stood before the gate see the response of the church, and then sat. Down too him now at mad hey, But she constantly offend. That means it was a debate, that it was even so. Then this then said, day it is his angel. You are mad into a debate into his his angel. Meanwhile they were pretty This was a vigil, but nobody had fed there. The only person who had faith was distracted, for God answered. An angel came down from heaven when petless. Men were praying. But the power of a agreement, that's why unity is very critical in the kingdom. They are things one. There are things we can't do unto the hold hands. Look at your bible. That's one, fourteen, that's two one. Have them open. The holy goals came down because they were together in one accord, not of you. That everybody is your enemy. There's no believer, there's no spiritual a person that you are in good terms with. The day your faith does not walk. Make sure you have somebody that. You're a call, that will tell you, yes, I will stand between prayer and truly will so the prayer of agreement. All parties must agree. Matthew eighteen nineteen. You still see there to a three sha, agree to a thrie sha agree number four. They must be on it. Please don't go and agree with Ennock. I know some of you are in the order an og. I agree agree with people on earth. We have enough people here. Please, we have people. No agree with an angel. He's in another dimension. He's in the spirit. I agree with people on it. Let's read Matthew eighteen nineteen again. I'm reading these scriptures here, demo. Again, I say on to you, if two of you sure agree on where not in the third heaven, even if all of you can ascent come to earth and agree, that's the law. He isn't not beautiful. That means I can't agree with anybody. I can agree with anybody. The person doesn't have to be a pastor. He doesn't have to have rank in the spirit. So long as me and the person can agree, the person is on that the authority of the name of Jesus, and we are on earth. Whatsoever can be addressed. This is the beauty of this prayer. Now, notice this prayer has the power to release authority to bind and to lose. Not the efficacy of this prayer. It gives authority to bind and to lose Matthew eighteen nineteen. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven. Whatever you lose on earth will be lose in heaven. Number two. This prayer has the power to to to. And gender a music. I'm trying to get the right war. They are lead gens of heaven. If you bind on earth is bound in heaven. If you lose on earth, you lose in heaven. So this is one of the prayers that comes with the highest level. Assurance, not just the credibility of the. Name of God now, but the fact that He makes the realm and language it no wonder Some one three three, verse one two three said, behold, how beautiful I'm pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in harmony. It's like the dew upon the mountains of Zion. It's like the oil flowing from the beard of Aaron to his scare, down to his beard, down to his care. He said, there the Lord commands his blessings. So prayer number two is prayer of what agreement. Prayer number three. Is prayer. Of inquiry. This prayer is relevant. We are the will of God. It's not clearly known. So when you don't know the will of God on an issue, you check the scripture, you can't find God's position, and something is going wrong, something needs to be address, then you pray the prayer of inquiry. In fact, the prayer of inquiry is what actually precedes other prayers because it brings you to a point of clarity so that you know what you are doing. So it's relevant where the will of God is not known. Number two is relevant where there is a lack of direction, where we lack direction, don't just stand up and say, by first, I'm taking the whole world, even those that God gave. The whole world began from Jerusalem to Judea, to Samaria to the autumost part of the earth. All right, So when you lack direction, pray prayer of inquiry. Number three This prayer is relevant where in a. Season of transition, if you're noticed. God wants to shift you, pray prayers. Of inquiries inquiry. You may need to know what to do, you may need to know what not to do. You may need to know how to be positioned in order for that transition to be smooth. Pray prayer of inquiry. So, if you don't know the will of God, if you don't have clear direction, if you know you're in a season of transition. Pray the prayer of inquiry all right. And if there's a circumstance that defies or the known spiritual principles, then you can pray the prayer of inquiry. There are amountains that you have prayed the prayer of faith. They refuse to go. You check, you. Didn't doubt, you did everything you needed to have done. You agree with somebody, they didn't go, go and inquire. Don't just get into a battle of attrition when you are fighting a bat too that is not ending. Let that be assurance that God is with you there. Don't do it in ignorance. So prayer of inquiry is very important, but there are laws that govern it. Number One, ask specific questions when you are praying the prayer of inquiry. Ask specific questions. Father, thank you for your love, thank you for the works of Jesus, Thank you for the efficacy of your world. Thank you for the power of the name of Jesus. Lord, Why is the gunser not going? Why are the doors not opening? Why has the reproach remained? Ask specific questions. David was the master of prayer of inquiry. No wonder the man had some dangerous level of precision. If fort sixty six battles one all, but he was keyful in prayer of inquiry. Let me show you a few from David. First somewhere twenty three US two. Every button he entered, this is how he takes off. Therefore, David inquired of the Lord, saying, shall I go and smite these finished sines? It's not I have weapons, I am. Strong, we have four twenty battles we want. Shall I go and smite? Are you seeing specificity? It is to do that dialog. It is the dialogue. It would have asked, shall I go and kill them? And he said, And the Lord said, unto David, go and smile. I love the Old Testament. In this season of wickedness, I think we need we need some of these shots. Shall I go and smite these mothererers? Glory to gone first somewhere thirty vers Eh, look at David again. I love this man, who he's a wise man. First somewhere, and David and quiet at the Lord, saying, shall I pos you after this troop? Shall I overtake them? And he answered him, pursue for doubts, shall you overtake them? And without fai recover all. When you see David galloping, don't copy. He has inquired. He has seen the end of that battle. He's not fighting battoos up on certainty. This is a time when David was discouraged, but he encouraged himself in the Lord and made inquiry. Look at second somewhere five verse nineteen. The master inquirer was David. And David inquired of the Lord, saying, shall I go up to the philiptines without delivering them into my hand? And the Lord said on to David, go up, for I wait, doubtless deliver the philiptines. When the man carries stones to first go Liad you ask questions. Now you don't just see every giant, are you okay? That's the technology he is asking questions. You are in more fare. You'll never withdraw to seek the lord. You just throw yourself, expose yourself. Say you exercising fi Before you said nobody can hurt me. But here a scriptoi is either quickened in your heart or the only goes whish fast to you. Otherwise does your talk we expose you. Wait before you jump out and say wait, will be asking questions. Whill be asking questions? They asking questions because you may expose yourself in battle, ask specific questions. Number two when you ask, master the act of silence and listening. This prayer requires silence. That's why I tell you some of the prayer we pray is the reason why. We are feeling. Somebody is in battle. There is no momental stillness. He comes to the author for eight hours. Who are the only girls is shouting? This is what you must do for we are He finishes and do the contrary. You want to fight sixty six battoos and no heir far from your head. You must be a master in making inquiries, ask questions, then be silent. You are not powerful to the degree of your communication. You are powerful to the degree of his communication. It's what it says that makes the difference. David said, once the Lost spoke twice, I heard you, God spoke one thousand, you picked the one. Once the Lost spoke twice, I heard power belongs to God. Listening shir some forty six, Verse ten, Be still, I know that I am the Lord. Be still. This generation needs to matter the act of stillness. We are too loud, sometimes so much noise. When you have prayed, here too, here prayer. It's not a monologue, it's a dialogue. Ask questions, wait for him to speak. Number three, patience to wait. It's a load in the pray of inquiry. In fact, you're waiting. A loan has the power to activate your propensities. Just waiting, just waiting, he said in Isaiah. Fortivest that you want that wait upon the load. They renew their strength. They mount up with wings like. Egos when they walk when they're wrong, They are not weary when they walk. They don't think. Just waiting in itself is powerful. But you need to know that the one you are talking to is the king spirit, so you don't put him on the pressure to speak. Mossis climbed the mountain after God summoned him and got this show up. They one, they two, they three, they four, day five, they six, day seven. It was on the eighth day God came for those of you who come Lord, Why might not prosperty Bara? Bara? Bara? Where two hours you go with all rose in the prayer of inquiry? We wait you are seeking to find Look at Dannire twenty one day he was there. In this case, God answers. The momentary nailed down, but they were interperences in the rain. Imagine if Dannia didn't have stamina to wait when the Injia Gabriel showed up, the thought that'd been empty. Right, where are you running to? You run from baton? Are you are going back? You have not been fortified? Have you not seen boxers in the ring when they give you a number cock before you stand up your coat? He said, no, no, wait, first, have you stand up? You received another one? Really? Don't don't run in and run out when you're running. Be fortified before you go out. What praise God? Have a cock? Two? That's one. I will stand upon my watch. I will wait to see what we say. And he said, right, the vision make it plain upon tables that they might run. That reads it the answer we come, But can you wait until it comes? Number four prayer of inquiry. You must have a sincere disposition to obey. Don't go and ask God questions. If you are not willing to do what it tells you, your deception will make your stay forever and no answer. When you are crafty, he relates with you as crafty. So when you are asking questions, make sure you want to use. What it says. Don't go and ask questions. To just hear for the formality your will shot the possibility of transmission. So those who wait, who inquire rather and receives are those who inquire with the sincerity to obey. John Turn twenty seven. My ship, hear it my voice, and they obey. So those who receive feedbacks when they ask are those who we he'll obey? Lord? Is this my husband? Is this my husband? These two people who should die married? You know that you love the guy from the oil company. Why not just go? You know already? Why Why are you troubling heaven? You are praying in your heart. You are seeing that you are going. He came with. You are seeing his watch, You are seeing the way he's composing himself and then this humble teacher. Teaching agric education, who you know is since here. You know honest you you don't want because you know tomorrow. You now come to the altar. I'm going on three days retreats. You wear white gown, tie your hair. Every hair is covered as a sign that to them you must get answer from heaven. You came there, you rode on the floor, You sunk prais this for three hours. You swept because you played some music. You are carrying Bible. You walk around, you read salms three four chapters. Your life down again. But you know that you have already made up your mind to go with the brother with you wago why trouble Heaven? Even as you pray, your heart is pity. God, please, so please to choose the. Right person. You are already advising God or hut on the third day. God, now say, Peter the teacher. Is my savath. You said that, well, that Peter is God savant doesn't mean it's my husband. My sabbath and my husband are two different things. I will not make any careless decisions on this matter. You now sleeping, you didn't hear the voice of God or you just saw a dream and you are gonna past. You said, God, have shown me a sign. God shows up again, answer Peter, Peter, even when God said Peter. Is my choice. Don't get to offended. Why you start asking questions? This is the call astract projection. Is it true? Is it possible that this poor man has gone to do something? Why am I hearing his name? If you don't want to obey, just go in erroow so the way you repent to lou don't waste God's time. Somebody is asking God, I will do your will. I will do your will, but you are. Already applied for the visa. I will do your will. Yes, and Italian embassy is it God? Now start talking about bococcal. Oh my God. If you will inquire, be ready to word obey. It's a law. If you obey, you may not hear. My sheep heard my voice and they obey. And then finally number five. First thing might be recommended. Sometimes as you begin to press an inquiry, God would demand the you add first. And of course you know why Issah fifty eighth. You read verse six to verse nine. One of the things that breaks you into revelation is fasting. So there is the prayer of inquiry, and these are the laws that governs that prayer. Now, as I begin to render, let me look at intercession. Okay, let's do petition first. Petition looks like intercession. The major difference between petition and intercession is that in intercession, you are doing it for others. In petition, you are doing it for yourself. These are legalistic prayers in the spirit, and they must be understood and carefully applied. Look at the prayer of Okay, let me do intercession first. Let's look at the prayer of intercession. Because when I'm dealing with petition, and when I look at travel and groaning, intercession, as the name implies, you are making a legal request on the behalf of another that intervention may be procured. You are making a legal request on the behalf of another that intervention might be procured for that one. And so we pray the prayer of intercession. When we pray on the behalf of others. Number two, we pray the prayer of intercession. When God puts a body on our spirits, pray for. Orders or for nations. Number three, we pray the prayer of intercession. It matters of judgment, danger, or spiritual conflict that involves orders or territories. So we pray the prayer of intercession for what orders. That's the foundational requirement. Number two, we pray the prayer of intercession when we are bodied of the spirit to stand in the. Gap for orders or for nations. And then number three, we pray the prayer of intercession when we see that others are in danger, when we see that orders are going through a judgment, or when we see that there is a conflict that involves orders. So if God motivates you with a body, you pray it. Or if Love motivates you because you see others in danger, going through difficult seasons of judgment or going through conflicts are threatening their welfare, then intercession is activated. Glory to God. Now when you pray the prayer of intercession, there are ground laws. Number one. Okay, let's look at twenty thirty one, and someone who sits the twenty three. When we talk intercession, we are just talking. Standing in the gap. That means we are standing between the passings, circumstance and God. You want to stop that circumstance or change the circumstance by bringing something from God on his behalf right. So it's actually called standing in the gard. Sometimes you are not interceeding for God to intervene and stop a contrary force. Sometimes God, this is even the one going against that person. You can see stand in the gap and make entreaties. But the goal is that you want to have that evil judgment or. Contra or difficult difficulties for another person. By standing in the guard for them. And I sought for a man among them that should make up the hedge and standing the guard before me for the land, that I should not destroy it. But I found none verse thirty one. Because I found none, I poured out my indignation upon them. I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath their own way. I have recompense upon their heads, said the Lord someone. Was six verse twenty three. So it's critical to have intercessors, people who can stand in the gard. But they are loss. Therefore he said that he would destroy them. He said that he would destroy them, had not mostly is choosing stood before him in the rich to turn away his wrath, lest he should have destroyed them. So interception is powerful. It advts judgment, it avats danger, and it changes circumstances. On the behalf of orders who sometimes lack the ability to stand for themselves. All right, So what are the ground rules for the prayer of intercession? Number one, it must be for others, not yourself. You've seen that already. It's week twenty two thirty two thirty one someone who six verst twenty three, And you can also add Firstivalty two one and two and eight. Paul said that prayers, applications, and petition and intercession be made for all men, first for kings, and then for all that we may leave a peaceable and godly life in all honesty. So every Christian, every believer, has an intercessary ministry to pray for all men. Number two ground roof for intercession. You must ide identify with those you are praying for. When you are praying for them, Remember you are standing in the God for them, so you are praying as. Though you are involved. In fact, your autrance will look like you are vitally involved because you are bearing their weight. You are bearing the judgment that should have. Called You are standing there taking a risk of averting that judgment as though you are taking it. So you can't prey pray off intercession if you can identify with the people. That's why I told you it's not just standing in the God for people. Sometimes God will put the body on you and you have to also be motivated by. Lord to be able to so do so. In terms, that's why prayers require that you identify with the people. Dania Chapter nine. If you read the Si Dania was praying for the iniquity of Israel. He was standing in the God for Israel. But see the way he involved himself as if he was the act the chief among those inn He said, I will therefore that no down here, come on brother. Nine verse five, or we can read from verse one, so you have contexts. In the first year of Darius, the son of Ahassaros of the. Seed of the Medice, which was made king over the realms of the chaudeansh the Old Testament verse two. In the firsie of his reign, aye down here understood by books the number of years whereof the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet that he would accomplish seventy years in the dissolution of Jerusalem verse three. And I set my face onto the Lord God to speak by prayer and supplication. With fasting and saclude and ashes. And I prayed onto. The Lord, my God, and I made my confession and said, Oh Lord, the great God and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and messy to them that love him, and to them that. Keep his commandments. We have seinned. We have. It is that they have seen He identified with them. We have seinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have repelled even by departing from Thy precepts and from Thy judgment. So you want to be flective in intercestion. You have to identify with the one you are interceding. Now you don't have to share in their iniquities, but your commitments should be so strong as though you feel the pains that they feel. All right, they march after one very six we saw they another graphic picture of intercession. Let the ears them be attentive, and thy eyes opened. Here the prayer of Thy Servant, which I pray before the now day and night for the children of Israel, Thy Savant, and I confess the scens of the children of Israel which they have seen against thee both I and my father's house have seened. You identify number three requirements for intercession brokenness. When you got to intercede for people, you must wan come in brokenness. You are standing in the guard for them. You are literally like a scapegood not because you are taking the judgment, but you are pleading, bringing entreaties for which that judgment should be averted. And the way you must see be seen is in brokenness, is in brokenness. Look at Danni in Dania nine, verse four. He said they came with ashes, with saclothes is a state of brokenness. Intercession is not a pray of decrees. I command, I declare no, they don't pray intercession like that. Intercession is have messy. Remember this, Lord, Remember this, Lord, Jesus died for them. How can they perish? Oh? Lord, that's how you pray intercession Glory to God. So there is a necessity for what brokenness to pray that prayer effectively. Number four, you must master the act of presenting your strong reasons. When you intercede for people, you must bring strong reasons. And this is consistent even for petition. Bring strong reasons. If you don't know how to. Bring strong reasons in intercession, there will be no basis for reasoning. See what Dania said in Danire nine four he reminded God that is a god of covenant, and that it keeps the covenant of messy. There are strong reasons. In the New Testament context, the major strong reason we bring to interceed is the sacrifice of Jesus. In Romance eight thirty two. If it did not we thought this only be good his own, but freely giving for us. How should he not with give us of things? So when we come to intercede for people were come in the name of Jesus, we entreat God on the strength of. The Cross of Christ. And there's no strong reason that is beyond it. But you must be skillful. Intercession requires a trance. It requires skill. Is a reasoning kind of prayer. You come to God, you produce your cause, You bring forth your strong reasons, and then you and God will reason together. That's how we pray the prayer of intercession. I die you forty one, verse twenty one. It says, produce your cause, bring fought. You will tell God why he needs to intervene. You will tell God why he needs to forgive. You will tell God why he needs to remember, bring your strong reasons, reason with him, and then Finally, in the prayer of intercession, you don't stop until you receive a note of victory. That's not a prayer, you say, I've prayed my own. No, that's not how they pray. The prayer of intercession. You will pray auntie, the say release your way, pray a tidy say note of victory, that something has happened. And this is also constant with petition. That's why I told you intercestion and petition go hand in hand. The difference is that petition is yourself, intercession is others. But there must be a note of victory. Look at I am Elijah when he was praying for the land, the same land for which he came and shot the heaven. In One King seventeen, verse one, when he was not praying. To God on their behalf, he prayed on the. There was a note of victory. Now why do I know it was rained for them? Because Ahab was waiting the moment answer came. He said, go, I hear the sound of an abundance of rain. Glory to God. But he didn't stop until there was a note of victory. In One Kings eighteen forty two. To forty six, he prayed seven times. He prayed seven And this is why in. Intercession and petition you can continue, you can repeat, You can stay there and prayed a million times, because you don't stop until there's a note of victory. Until at the seventh time the servant came and said and said, I saw something in the club like the feasts of a man. He stood up. He called it the abundance of rain. He has seen his sign. Don't stop until you see your sign. A vision can come, peace can come, but make sure you pick it in the spirit that has been answered. That's when intercession stops. If Philippians for six, the Bible says, to what be ansious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication. When you carry out supplication for or, that's is intercession. When you carry out supplication for self is petition. Prayer and supplication with thanksgiving is a letter your request. We made no known to God. Now it is say you will get your answer. But in intercession your answer is represented by the note of victory. So verse seven is said, the peace of God that's surpassed this knowledge you carried see your heart. So Elijah didn't need to see rain. The moment in God. That's time. He called it abundance of rain. You're not of viginis. Your answer, then you have number six points is that intercession might involve traveling. There's the level where you pray for people that God will put upon you a wait to deal with on their account. There are people that needs to show repentance, but they will never repent until something happens to them. Now, somebody may air. And his ways would have been corrected if he apologized, But because his heart is harding, he will never apologize. The only thing that would have made him apologize is maybe if he gets involved in an accident and he's dying, he's on his death bed, he will say, I'm sorry. You know there are people like that. Some will never apologize until they are struck with sickness. When they are sick for fifty years, a point where condo say, please go and call Mary. Matter well, matter can matter? That matter that was house gear twenty eighty years ago? What did you do? I was the one who lied that matters toore that money. She didn't steal it, I took it. How did we get there? Fifteen years of sickness? Cancer? Now you now go ahead to interceed. For that person fifty years before the sickness. Now the only thing that will get that person to repent and apologize, which is the bastist for which that person will be let go, is a burding of cancer. So when you are now interceding for that person, what God will do is that he will put a weight on you in that prayer as though you have cancer your way part that pain of fifteen years in prayer, that your intercession to a veil is now equival learned to the pain that person would have. So even if that person. Doesn't say sorry, God will forgive him. That's why sometimes when you are interceding for people, a way to come on you is the judgment that would have carried to bring them to a point of restitution or intervention that God releases in prayer. So you are not carrying it physically, for you carried spiritually. You are praying for somebody. Sometimes your waist locks up for three hours. You are in pain. You don't know why. Maybe that person is only an accident that would have gotten the person to repent. So what would have happened for that person to repent? God allows you to interact with it in the spirit, so that when He forgives that person in the spirit, if we look like the person actually. Repented and ask for forgiveness. So in intercession, travey is involved as though so interested. They will tell you you can go to an author. Sometimes you are praying for somebody and for hours you don't have autruns. You just interact with or can of things. Because the justice system of the spirit insists that that person must be broken, that personalst repent, that person most apologize before God gives forgiveness. Now you are coming in the God. You are telling God to forgive that person. So what should have happened. To that person maybe for thirty years, God will compress it in two hours put it on you when you now bear that in the spirit is commensory to brokenness repentance in that person's life. It say spirit to a transaction. Now the finished works of Christ is your strong reason. But that's what that person should have seen to say sorry. But the person didn't see it. So your body bearing does not invotid that the finished works of Christ. But you are doing what that person should have done to accept that. It's a mystery, it's a miss, but if you engage it you will know Gallations for nineteen, my little who don or who might travail again in prayers as in child. Bed until Christ is formed in you. Collosians for twelve. That's Gardations for nineteen. Then Collosians for twelve. A Paparus is one of you, his saluti, a born servant of Christ, lay boring favently for you in prayers on the Christ is formed. Indeed, the laws of intersection. When you start praying for people and bodings come on, you are your wrong. You are not an intercentional. And when your prayer and you don't pray until you get not of victory, don't call the person and say I afraid you didn't pray, because your prayer has no impact. So people like scoring cheap scores, they will call you around to heim where you now wake up. They would dim their voice. I I'm on the mountain now praying for your family. We are praying, We are pray. What did God say? Nothing where I'm on the mountain. So that if God evirtually did bless you, they will now visit and the way they will walk. They were walking as if this is your blessings, we bettered it on the water we are the easy. You are blessed. Now do what you must do. If you don't or not end, If you don't saw seed, they will look at you and say you are ingrid. Don't say so. Don't let anybody see see you will not pay in the name of Jesus Christ. Ah. Our time is finished. Our time is finished. Well, because I don't have time. Prayer of petition is like pray of intercession. But it's for yourself, so let's hang it there. So let me round off with this groaning emphasis. As people saw this prayer, especially when I put some things, I started getting questioned as to what is groaning, what is traveling? So let me just quickly. I thought I would deal with it in details, but let me do with it now. When we are praying intense prayers, it's possible to enter into setting places in the spirit and pray setting prayers and carry seting weights, or get involved in certain transactions in the spirit. And some of the things that happen to us as we begin to engage deeply in prayer are the two controversial issues that we see today in the body and has been the matter of debate. So quickly. These two things are travail and groaning. There are many people who mistake travail for growing, and there are many people who mistake groaning for travail. There are two different things. In the enterprise of intense prayers, especially when you are interceding or praying prayers of petition. Two of these critical things are travail and groaning. They happen separately, and they can also happen see simultaneously. If you study Romance eight, let's read. Versse nineteen and twenty one. You will see that these things can happen simultaneous. Somebody can groan into travail, but most likely people travel into groaning. But the two can happen. For the earnest. Expectation of the creature waited for the manifestation of the sons of God. Verse twenty one is the creature itself shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into her glorious liberty. Read verse twenty is there for the creature was made subject to vanity, not willing, but by reason of who had subjected the same in hope is in verse twenty two. Now, ah, that's twenty two. For we know that the whole creation grown it and traveiled in pain together onto you now, so there is a difference between travail and groaning in semony. When Jesus was praying, Jesus both travailed and grown wound in the spirit glory to God. Can you find that scripture? Is it look twenty two or Matthew twenty six now help me first? First, first, I want. To show you that they have differences, and then you need to understand them. Touch it for me. Past of God who is walking here, You may be faster than the guys travel and groan. Oh my God, I thought I had Bible students here thatty six right, Then come oat Jesus with them into a place called get some money, and sat onto his disciples. Sit here here while I go and pray yonder Uh huh, where is the best? Go? Father? And it took Peter and the two sons of Zebedi and began to be sorrowful and very heavy such for me where he grooned time time time such for me? Okay, let me search. I know it's Matthew twenty sixth or look twenty two. Okay Marakbarahatai, Cora dila mand lugubuskiba host. Thank you my father, m give me my other phone. You're seeing it. Traveled and groaned, No, it's yes, he's in got some money. I'm being in an agony. He prayed more Endesley, and sweat was in was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Check another translation. I want to see. I can proceed with what I want to see. Boy, I need you to see it. It happened with creation, and it happened with Christ. So Christ represents men here h h h m hm. So check check a translation from me? Which one is this? Hm, okay, let's do John eleven, John eleven, thirty three. And thirty eight mm hmmm. Mmm mm hmm. It is that when Jesus therefore saw her weeping and the Jews also weeping. Which came with her, he groaned in the spirit and was troubled. Can you search these two words. That's John eleven, that's it. Mandara mm hmmmm h m hmmm, John eleven, that's mhm h m hm m h m hmmmm h. M h. M hm thirty three mm hmmm hmmmmmmmmmmm. The word. The word troubled is what I'm looking for is the word parassle, and that word means agitated in the spirit, and I'm going to explain those two words. And the word groaned is the word mbry Mayomai. And I will tell you what these towards mean so very quickly. The two major scriptures we are going to use to independently discuss them. That shows us their pictorial expression Isaiah sixty. Six, verse eight and Romance eight twenty six. Isaiah sixty six, verse eight gives us a portrait of travel, and the Romance eight twenty six gives us a portrait of groaning. Isaiah sixty six vers ed the Bible said, who had heard such a thing, and who had seen such a thing? Should they eight be made to bring forty one day? So you see that can also happen to the earth, as seen in Romans eight twenty two. Is they all shal nation be seen, be met to shy nation be born at once? That means men to travail. Right If for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. So the context of Isaiah sixty six vers eight is travailed, then the context of Romance A twenty six is groaning. Is that go to Romance Romance A twenty six. Likewise, the spirit also helped our informities, for we know not what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groaning which cannot be ortered, with groaning which cannot be autered. And the twenty seven, let's add it, and is that And here that's such as the heart know at what is in the mind of the spirit, because the maketh intercession for these saints according to the will. Of of God. These two scriptures help us to understand the concept clearly. Now let's begin with travail. When you are dealing with travail as seen in Isaiah since the sixth verse eight, the word used for travail is the word habao. That's why I said I would discuss the etymology the meaning of the world itself. If you study the world and understand it, you will understand the practice. The word habau means three things. Number one bad panks, bad punks, Number two labor pain, and then number three in tense exhaustion that produces an outcome. In tense exhaustion that produces an outcome. So when you are dealing with travail, there is the possibility of exhaustion. There is the possibility even of. A bit of misdemeano here and there there is a possibility of a nettle bit of. Intense temperament. Why because it is a bad pank, because it is labor pain, because it is an exhaustion that has to be strong enough to produce something. Now, having understood this world, you can now isolect the practice from what the world imply. If the word implies thatad pank, it means The. Clearest way to understand traveil is to look at a woman who is about to give birth. You cannot understand traveil outside the expression of a woman who is about to give birth, because that word was actually coined from that particular expression. So in studying travail, we must study the protocol of pregnancy, from insemination to childbirth. That's what defines travail. If you don't know that, you can't understand travail. You can't discuss travail from the eyeolated expression. During the bad bank, how did the bad bank come about? And what is the destination of the bad bank. It will now help you understand whether if somebody is praying, he is truly savailing or he's putting out a show. Remember, hippocrides toward pray and their focus is show manship. So in dealing with the subject of travail, four things are critical. Number one is that travail. Is not self initiated. Those of you who are women here, do you just wake up and start having labor pain? No level pain don't come unless there is what, First of all, insemination. An egg is not fatialized, there can be no labor being. So travail does not begin with the will. Of the person praying. Traveil is initiated from the realm of God. Until a man is inseminated by the spirit, they can travail only pregnant women travail, and pregnant women don't traveil. At all time. They traveil at the hour of child bed. So you can't tell me you are traveling when there is no offspring in view, when there is no child in view. If a woman experiences cramps before child bed, what do doctors call it false labor? So when you find people acting as if they are traveling and they finish that travail, there's no child, there's no result, there's no outcome, that is what force label. That's not the traveil. So in dealing with the subject of travail, number one the most fast the insemination spiritual in semination. Either God sends a prophecy or a revelation hits you from the world, or a boding of the spirit is put on you. So anybody who is traveling is doing business with something that entered in from the realm of God. It can be a prophecy, it can be a revelation, it can be a boding of the spirit. That's why you can't just carry the microphone and begin to travel. You can't just come to charge and begin to travel. What did you hear? Which encounter did you have with prophetic word came to you? Because until the spam or the spermatozo on fatializes the ovary, the possibility. Of travel is not in you. Because traveil is bad funk. Traveil is the pain of level, that's what the Bible calls it. And then number two, after insemination, there. Must be what a time are located the time when the child wants to come out. That's when travel begins. So anybody who is traveling accurately by this spirit must be in labor about to deliver so when you finish your travail, something must be born. If you traveil and nothing comes out, it's either you had the steel path or that travail is a useless travail. But something must be what born. So traveil is at the time of child bed. In fact, if a woman travels for too long and no baby comes out, there's problem. She has to be induced, and that's where traveil migrats into groaning. The doctor takes over. That's why people travel into groaning, and when you enter groaning, your activity stops. So at the level of travail, we can entertain temperaments, we can entertain postures, we can enter pain and need to be to drama because different women have different. Reactions to label. There's some women that when they're in labor, all the troubles you give them since they married you you will pay that day then will throw themselves on you as if they're dying. Now, labor pain is very serious. If you're undermind it, you're not a human being, I'm telling you. But the temperamental women dieper and they are at threasured for pain, not so deeper. So I don't mind if somebody's traveling and it's plaining like this. At the end of the day, you must produce the child because travel is at the instance of what child bearing child bed. Yeah, I don't mind if you are running, no problem. At the end of the day, there must be what a child because travel is an alarm. The baby is me. So you can't claim that you are traveling and after two hours, three hours you now stand up. No war from the Lord, no transformation, no supernatural or chorals, no miracle, nothing. No, that's not travel. So it is the result that we used to charge and justify the action. So anyway people are genuinely traveling where sore hear things from there. Something happens, something comes from there. Where people traveiled, things happen. I wanted to show you the history of Reviver from the era of John Knox today, but I don't have time anymore. Number One, there must be what spiritual insemination. It could be a body, it could be a prophecy, it could be a revelation. Number two, it must be at the time of child bearing. Number three, there must be an offspring. If your traveil is genuine, it will bet something. At least let it be still bad, but something must come out. And number four, traveil is not every day. You are not pregnant every day, and you are not giving bet every day, unless if you are in a realm where God is giving body or revelation every day. And if that is the case, then be ready to give back to many children. It means your life will have to constantly command. Results that cannot be denied. If all you have is a posture, you are an infant and it is flesh by the authority of Scripture. I can tell you that badly, because if it is a travail, it was produced a child. Because the word for travail is what bad? Punk? What are you giving back to that you want to kill us with pangs? Do you follow? So I don't mind what you are doing while you are praying. But when you finish, wisdom is justified by her children. Where are the products of that prayer? So when somebody is traveling, don't be so concerned about this posture. A pregnant woman at the instance of bad can't do anything. But they prove that that thing came from heaven. It's an insemination because it is not author generated. Anybody who travels at will is not traveling. No woman enters bad pangs at will. Every woman entering bad pangs, first of all, was impregnated. First of all, went through the station period in the spirit. It can be in a second. But there must be something from this period that he's interacting with. And there is no bad punk that just ends. That pain doesn't just go. A child comes out for that pain to end. So if that person is strugveiling, he must present an offspring. Now why do we say this. We are not being judgmentor we're not saying we are the gatekeepers of the body of Christ. But when Reviver begins, what kills reviv is flesh, and all of us lepord for this Reviver. So we will not allow flesh caddies. And the people who are laboring, we need to help them. Labor correctly so that they too don't waste their time. That's why we are doing what we are doing. So if you are traveling, thank God. It means you are connected to the frequency of Heaven. It means God can entrust you with the word, a revelation, a body. That's why you have to even be careful. Go read your Bible. The people God in God allowed to be pregnant supernaturally. Didn't you see the caution he applied. With them when Mana's wife twoking, God say don't drink any strong drink because there is a heritage. Here until that child comes forth. So anywhere there is genuine, spiritually initiated traveil, you cannot both hear saveral news of supernatural manifestations. The news from such quarters is not the prayer is the supernatural things that happen there, from encounters to healings, to miracles, to supernatural events to transformations. They do hear the story of the Meridans. They two hear the. Story of a Susa sweet reviver. They pread five hours every day. They increased me to seven hours. In between two. Three y something broke out. They all world couldn't contain it. Lights were growing out, people walked in and had encounters supernatural things. A ground of travel is open heaven. So if we are traveling, indeed, we must be careful to ensure that we are receiving something and that we are betting something, because you can waste your destiny in. The name of prayer. Number two, what is groaning? Groaning is the Greek word. Stanard mois, and it can also be the word end brio mayomai. But what does that word mean? Number one is a deep sigh. That's the word translator groaning. You know when somebody do does that's groaning. Didn't you read your Bible? John eleven thirty three. When Jesus came and saw them weeping, the Bible said he groaned in the spiry. Nobody would notice there was no gesticulation, there was no oddrance because groaning is not talking, is what it's aye in the spirit. Number two, what is growning is to moan. Have you seen people who are in pain? These two things have to do with pain or spirit to a pain. The first one is for child bearing. The second one is for alignment. Travel is for child bearing. Groaning is for alignment. Have you seen somebody who has an injury and the thing is so he he has touched deep and you just hear them m. M. That's groaning. If the person can say, guy, this is my wound. I don't it's no longer groaning. That one is talking. If the if it's growning, m M is moaning. And then number three, groaning is an expression of pressure that cannot be articulated. Have you seen people before that. Maybe the man's wife is in the theater, the woman is traveling, The monk. Is grow me. The doctors come out. He they say that's groaning. He doesn't know what to say. Well he will be You say, yes. Yes, that's a that's a groaning man. So the woman travels, the man groans. Have you seen somebody that the loved one is about to die and the whole family is running, and you see the women they remove their wrapper, they turn their ways, they just put their hand on this. It's pressure. What with you? There's nothing to say. If you can't talk, you're not groaning. So first thing we will say about what is going on here is that it is not groaning. The best thing we can call it is travel. So what this prayer you're seeing is not groaning, because when you're grown, you don't talk. Groaning is sighed. Groaning is moaning. Groaning is pressure that cannot be articulated. That's the word used for groaning. Go and supporting the world. That's why I said you first of all, begin by understanding the world. That world desigh is moaning. It's pressure where there's no cognitive articulation, that's groaning. Do you understand? So anybody who is not signing moaning, who can talk, who can speak, is not groaning. So what we are saying here, let's remove groaning first. That's not groaning. That's just a day if it is correct, but it will only be correct if it was received by from God and if it produces an offspring. Do you follow now? So if it is groaning, what is the focus? Number One? It it is a prayer that shifts from you to God. So the Holy Goost is actually the one doing the talking. When you are speaking in tongues, you. Are not groaning. The Bible tells us there's a difference between speaking in tongues and groaning. When you are speaking in tongues, you are the one talking. You are just talking in an unknown language. But when you are groaning, you are not the one praying. So long as you are the one praying, it's not groaning, because the Bible said in Romance twenty. Six, we know not Now from the etymology, you know that there's no war there it size is groaning. Is moaning? Then to the practice, the actual practice. It is not you praying. It's the only goes praying. So in groaning we don't pray. The Holy goes prayse look at it, the Spirit help outter our informiities. For we know not what we should pray. For us we ought to, But the Spirit itself maketh in transction for us. We groan in which cannot be ortered. So the groaning can be Number two, verse twenty seven. This is why you know that you are not the one praying. If here that's such checked the heart. The heart know what what is the mind of the Spirit, because he wo make it intercession for the saints. According to the will of God. So who is interceding? Who is praying? The Holy Spirit? If you are grown, If you are the one praying, you are not groaning. When you're grown. The world itself say you can't talk, it is moaning. It's a signed and in practice, the one who prays when you're grown is the Spirit. He's the one who makes intercession. So if you are still making intercession. You are not groaning. And then number three, when does groaning start? Travel starts when God impregnates you and you are about to give bed. But groaning starts when you're understanding and your capacities are insufficient. Now, if your capacity is insufficient, it means your services are not required. You're grown where you have infamilies, first in knowledge, then in every other area of insufficiency. So if you can still do something, it means you don't need to grow. If you can act, if you can shout, you don't. Need to grow. That means you still have capacity. When a man grown, he is considered insufficient. So in the context of groaning, our involvement is shut down. Our vessels are just available. So when you find groaning people, what you see is you deadness. The vest is there for God to write through. That's groaning. So largely what we are the betting on is the wrong thing. Not this thing happening on life is not groaning. So let's go. I can start arguing traveil. But GROWNI is not it because the word groaning is not what we're seeing there. The activity is not what we're seeing there. Now, why travel produces very firebo resorts Because when a child. Is born, you see it. It's not something a child, So travel produces very faiable tangibu resort. Groaning is designed to make up for your sufficiency, for your insufficiency and. Align you to the will of God. So groaning is for alignment. That's why we don't grown every day. If you're grown every day, is it that every day you are out of alignment? Is it that all your life is full of insufficiency? And is it that you don't know anything to pray? Because we grow when we don't know what to pray as we ought to. That's why you don't grown every day? Are you saying every day you come to your father you don't know what say? Are you a spiritual embassade? You grown when you don't know what to say? And even if you know, you don't know how to say it, you have in sufficiency. So what is happening with all the world God is teaching you? Are you not growing? How can you say every day you come to pray, you're grown? Don't you know what to tell your father? Are you an embassade? That means you have never prayed? The only gost has been the one praying all your life. So that what now happens to the prayer ministry of the believer. God didn't design you, design you to be prayed for you every day? No, he designed you to pray say, oh, it always to pray. So the only God didn't design you to be prayed for you always in growing the only Gost is praying for you, but he wants you to pray more. That's why there is speaking in tongues, and that is groaning. In speaking in tongues and in praying, you're understanding. You are the one groaning. Do you follow on the strength of this? On the strength of this, let me make some statements. Number One, what we see happening largely online is childish. It is not so much as spiritual. So don't come and tell us is a new dimension. We don't know it, or God we know it. We have the Bible to read, and we have the history of Revivor. Go and read reviv. Most of the travels who had the Revivor they were not even speaking in tongues. Speaking in tongues was proliferated from the Azusa Street Reviv. So all the stories you heard about John Knox, nobody was praying in tongue. Those were cabinists. They were praying prayers of faith and authoritative prayer. The idea of travel was brokenness and repentance. Go and read your history of reviv Most of the prayers of reviver was not thongs on Tiazusa Street. Most of the prayers of reviver were prayers of faith, prayers of repentance. And prayers of consecration. Gouan read about the Roberts. They just come to church and cry. They were just repenting, asking God for messy. Go read about John Knox. These guys were praying or toritative prayers. They were praying prayers of faith. Go read about Jonathan Edwards. Go read about about about John Wesley. These were not tongue people so much as so to say, because the. Revelation of tongues came and God probably forated from Azusa from around nineteen o six to nineteen or eight. John Nors was around sixteen something. They didn't have those revelations. In fact, they thought speaking tongues and that after their apostles. What they were arguing was salvation, the eternality of the authority of a beviva. Those were their focused repentance towards God brokenness. So their reviver was sponsored by fed repentance and brokenness. Go and read your history. But they if you saw their prayers, there was brokenness. There was most wheeping. There was much repentance, and there was fate declaration. Most of the revivers you speak of, John Wesley, Jonathan Edwards, Charles Felly, John Knox, those guys didn't speak so much of tongues as you think. It was brokenness, repentance and prayers of it. It was from Asusa, and even in Asusa they fought the tongues. They didn't have so much revelation about tongues. In fact, they waited for them to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. And William Samour told them, when you live here, don't speak about tongues, speak about Jesus. The guy who who had that their Zoosa Street Reviver, he was telling people, don't go and start proding for letting tongues speak about Jesus. How come we we are so proud about tongues and post It means something's wrong with the heart. And that's why I can tell you that it is lovely, chidish and full of flesh. And if we don't correct it quickly, it will become de monic because when you engage with it to have practices that are not defined by the boundary of scripture. Not too long, demons we take over a friend of mine was telling me recently he went somewhere to preaching for tacles. They would let him. He now says, stop first, stop, stop, I want to minister the moment. He said, Jesus, those commanders of prayer, they were demons. Threw them off because pride. He hinges some pride so much. She is flesh and strong is will power. Now let me tell you why I said this, and you examine it. Number one, why is this move predominantly among teenagers? Is the move of God for children? How many people from forty and above do you see it doing those things? You ask yourself? Is this move for children? Have there ever been a move of God that only for children? It means something wrong. There is a release of grace, there is the supply of the spirits of supplication. We can't argue it, we free it. But there is immaturity, and they are beginning to enjoy the. Applause, and then we miss it because certain we pamper those applauses, pamper the pride, and then we miss the focus of what God wants to achieve. Number two, why do I say, if it's childish and full of flesh, why is. It that the major and almost all you see about this manifestation this intensity. There are many other attributes of prayer, like brokenness, like repentance. Why don't we see those? It can be only only only intensity all the time. If it becomes one thing and only that thing all the time, it means cloning has entered. If it's by the spirit, or be liberty because we are the spirit of the Lord, is there's liberty. Everybody can be doing the same thing every day, every time we are the liberty. Of the spirit. It means cloney has entered. Number three, Why do I say it's likely childish if not consistent with doctrine. I've shown you travel, I've shown you grown in. It's not so let's sit down, tell ourselves the truth. The spirit of great and supplication has been supplied. This is God at work. But let's not allow flesh and immaturity corrupt it because Saturn is waiting to hijack it. And one thing that quells reviv is flesh. Go on radio history. I've never seen any move of God that everybody is doing everything at every time. And why is it only the prayer and the prayer post you that all of us are doing? Why all of us not prophessying. Why all of us not healing the sea, the ones that. Are spiritual supernatural? Why all of us not doing it? Why is it the one that we can copy that we are doing. Something is wrong, Something is wrong, and we must be very objective in correcting it. Why we are not like the fact that grace has been supplied. God is working with different people in different places, and the prayer movement is of God. The grace for supplication has been supplied. We must not allow flesh corrupted, and then there is disorder and lack of regard for spiritual values. You see men grabbing women, women grabbing men. They said their praying yeah, intensity. Both said that you know how to behave yourself in the house of God is the grand and pied of truth. You can't grab a woman. How whole press is robbing on you? You are pulling on high say people are praying hello, hello, hello. Let's be careful here. It's still muture for me. And not because of me, but because of scripture. Let's be careful here, so please, please, please. The move of God is not only for young people. It's not only for teenagers. When the spirit is. Part young men women, old men are all. Affected Juey two twenty eight to verse thirty number two. They are no testimonies of the supernatural, and there's no move of God that is burying of the supernatural. When there is traveil, there are offspring Isaia sixty six, Verse eight, number three. It's not only intensity that is the characteristic of prayer. There's also repentance. There's also broken net. There is reverence, there's honor for God. We must see all of them. Number four. There's no move of God where everybody is doing the same thing. It's not cloning. There is the lipaty of the spirit. We are the spirit of the Lord is. There is liberty, and there's no move of the spirit where there is no order. There must be a place where there is order, order that accommodates righteousness and godly virtues. So please, there's too much childishness, there's too much flesh. And if we are sincere people, there's not the time to attack ourselves. Let's go back look at the practice. Yes we had the encounters, Yes we receive something from God, But at what point did we go beyond the boundary of scripture? At what point did we become more interested in the applaus of men than in what God is beauty? When did we allow flesh enter this matter and stop it down? That it's early, so that we don't about what God wants to do. It is important, not personal, but is impudding for the body and for that which God is doing, for which all of us are laborers. I've preached about prayer for more than eight years. Most of the young people who are praying. Around here, they started listening to some of us before this thing began. We spoke about intensity. You will hardly find most of these people who don't say they've listened to some of us. So we are not attacking what God used us to pioneer, but we are saying something's about to hijack it, and we must stand to address it so that Satan does. Not take from the harvest of what God is doing with all. When God said, this is my beloved song in whom I'm we're pleased, Satan king. Every time God speaks, release is Chris. If certain can't topic, he wants to hijack it, and he will not hijack this one in the name of Jesus Christ. Right, So let us pray. Hello, ye Madonna. H Hello ye Madna, Hello, Hi Madonna. As your return from today, none of your prayer will be buried. When your prayer you will encounter God. When your prayer, you will enjoy some commas. When your prayer you will command supernatural results. In the name of Jesus Christ.
