Power Relationships; The People That Lift Us Up

About this sermon

Last week as we rounded up our study on Spiritual Osmosis, we learnt that if God wants to bless you, He will use a someone; and if satan wants to curse you, he will do same. When people come into your life, they don’t just bring their bodies, they also bring their spirits. How then do you know those who are in your life to bless or curse you? knowing the difference between the two types of people requires character discernment. This is the ability to find relationships that are good for you and to avoid those that are not. There are two sources of discernment: The Spirit of God The Word of God. You can say that there is discernment by the Spirit and there is discernment by the Word [I Corinthians 12:1-11; Hebrews 4:12-13].
