Sometime after this, Jesus 0:15:21.800 --> 0:15:24.000 crossed to the far shore, like it was a good 0:15:24.040 --> 0:15:27.240 time for a retreat and a good time for a buffet. 0:15:27.920 --> 0:15:32.360 But it wasn't, because the other writers tell us that John, 0:15:32.440 --> 0:15:35.480 the Baptist, who had been the forerunner of the message 0:15:35.520 --> 0:15:38.520 of Jesus Christ, the one who prepared the way for 0:15:38.600 --> 0:15:41.440 the Lord, had just had his head taken off by 0:15:41.480 --> 0:15:44.400 a king who didn't want to hear the truth. On 0:15:44.440 --> 0:15:46.600 the heels of this news, in an effort to get 0:15:46.600 --> 0:15:49.400 away and regroup with the disciples who would have no 0:15:49.520 --> 0:15:53.120 doubt been confused by this turn of events. Jesus is 0:15:53.240 --> 0:15:56.440 met by a crowd. Now every mother of a three 0:15:56.520 --> 0:15:58.440 year old can relate to. 0:15:58.440 --> 0:16:00.360 The time when you finally. 0:16:00.320 --> 0:16:05.320 Get five minutes for a shower and hear somebody banging 0:16:05.720 --> 0:16:07.600 on the door of the shower. 0:16:07.760 --> 0:16:09.960 This is the situation for Jesus. 0:16:10.520 --> 0:16:13.680 He is finally on the boat and he gets up 0:16:13.840 --> 0:16:15.040 to situate. 0:16:14.720 --> 0:16:15.960 And he sits down. 0:16:15.920 --> 0:16:18.960 To tell his disciples whatever he wants to tell him, 0:16:19.120 --> 0:16:24.080 and here come people. Write it down. Your greatest opportunities 0:16:24.080 --> 0:16:27.320 will come at the most inconvenient times.
