About this sermon

After the people recommitted their lives and city to the Lord, Nehemiah returned to serve King Artaxerxes. In his absence, the people of Jerusalem elevated the secular over the sacred and quickly fell back into old patterns, including intermarriage with surrounding nations. In this message, Pastor Skip Heitzig examines the cleansing power of God’s Word as Nehemiah returned once more to call the people to repentance and right living.
