➡️ When we have a personal relationship with God our Father, we experience living hope in our lives. In this sermon, Pastor Robert J. Morgan discusses the optimism that comes from trusting in the Lord. He walks us through 1 Peter 1:3–9, a passage that describes six blessings we can enjoy as we grow closer to God: mercy, salvation, an inheritance, protection, faith, and joy. Pastor Rob also shares stories of faithful leaders in American history who were encouraged by their relationships with God. Discouragement and shame come into all our lives, but we don’t have to be controlled by them. Through God’s great provision, He has made a way for us to have an ever-renewing joy.
