Tonight we're going to be considering. A subject that I believe will help build and edify us as we. Learn the ways of God. Part of my goals this year as I stayed with God, planning for the year was to help believe us get to a point where the world of God becomes a stronghold on your mind, where you are so fortified by knowledge, fortified by a thorough. Understanding of the mysteries of the Kingdom. And tonight I pray that as we consider that we would be considering by the spirit, let it help build, help strengthen, and help fortify your spirit. Man, you believe that shall. Amen for a topic tonight, We're going to be considering lyne upon line, I'm going to be teaching you the power of structured knowledge. Line upon line, the power of structured knowledge. I will be showing you from this teaching tonight, why many believers do not have knowledge that is aggregated enough to produce victory and dominion, And how it is possible for a believer to be in an atmosphere of abondant spiritual knowledge and yet not able to translate that knowledge to power, that knowledge to victory. Help us tonight, Holy Spirit in Jesus' name, two scriptures very quickly as we begin a discussion ISAA twenty eight and verse tend from where we got the title for precept must be upon precept. It says, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, Here a little and there a little. The Lord bless this word in Jesus name. Second Scripture, Look Chapter one. We're looking at the first four verses. Look Chapter one, the first four verses, for as much as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us, even as they delivered them onto us, which from the beginning where eyewitnesses and ministers of the world it seemed good to me haven't had perfect understanding of all things from the very first to write onto thee in all the most excellent of fellows, that's four, that thou mightest know the certainty of those things wherein thou hast been instructed. It's important for us to know that one of the factors that distinguishes the Christian faith from every other faith practice is that we have beyond a set of. Rituals to honor and live by. The Christian faith is built on the possibility for a functional relationship with God. No other faith practice has that kind of orientation where as a distinct person, not as a corporate people, that everybody can individually and distinctively have a functional relationship with God. I've studied a number of religions, and for most of them, they teach that there is the existence of God in whatever form or fashion or maybe some cosmic power, and they teach usually that that Diety, whoever he is, because of the extent of his or her excellency, as the Christ may be, are far beyond the reach of the creation, that in an act of love or benevolence, they have pen down through mediums, certain rituals, certain manuals, certain scrolls that can help the practitioners of that religion. To gain some form of accendance in the spirit. You know, you find similar teachings in Buddhism, and you know other you know, Eastant practices and so on and so forth. But the Christian faith is very unique in that it provides the possibility for an individual and no matter how many people, the Christian faith teaches that an individual can uniquely have what we call a personal relationship with God away together. Now, some other religions teach and they believe that God can and does reveal himself to the people, but not distinctly, not individually. They believe that by fulfilling certain rituals, it is possible for the people to experience similitudes of God like it was in the Old Testament, ceremonial claim sings, you know, certain obeisance and certain obedience to some rituals, that it could invoke messy and favor from God and it would show up as a cloud and whatever way. But that the believer, no matter how many we are, that an individual can have a functional, provable relationship with God. It's a very profound difference. Allelujah prays the name of the Lord. So the believer is not just bound to the ritual of learning the word away together. So there is the Word as a person, and there is the Word as the compendium of the thoughts of God. It's important that our Lady's foundation so that you will understand the things that I'm about to teach. So there a relationship with God and access to knowledge through the world are two related but distinctively different experiences. For many believers, they do not know or have not been mentored into an understanding that a man can have a functional relationship with God. Not just a theoretical understanding like I received the life of God, but an individual can actually grow in a functional relationship with God as mysterious as mighty, as invisible and invincible as he is, that are not marry. Man can have a functional relationship with God that can be proven here and now, not in the afterlife. Do you believe that prays the name of the Lord. As mighty and mysterious as God is, he can be known. He wants to be known. John seventeen and vers three. Jesus is praying, and he said, this is life eternal, that. They may not be the only true God. And Jesus, whom thou hast sent so God can be known, he wants to be known, and that it is possible in the Christian faith and in the faith practice to have number one, a functional relationship with God as a person, and then to grow in the knowledge of His word. Hallelujah. Usually the word of God helps you to know more. In fact, the primary channel for the knowledge of God that's revealed in scripture is scripture itself. Jesus spoke about scripture testifying of him. You find that in John chapter five, give it to us place from verse thirty nine. John chapter five, from verse thirty nine. Let's look at thirty nine and forty. John five, thirty nine and forty. It says such the scripture he was speaking to the two men in Emmaus. For in then ye think he have eternal life, it says, And they are. They which testify of me. You know what that means that Jesus is different from the Scripture. The scripture testify of Jesus, but the Bible is not God. Listen carefully to be sharing some things that you need to build as an orientation that gives you strength. So an encounter with the person God. Through Jesus through his spirit is very separate from learning the scripture and learning the ways of God. Even though they are interrelated. A believer can be an intelligent scholar of scripture and not know God. The scribes and the Pharises were people who were not ignorant as far. In fact, the condition to become a pharist in those days likened to what you would. Call a doctor PhD in our world today. Among the many rituals was that you had to know the five books of Moses, called. The Pentetoge or the Torah of Heart. And those guys were so intelligent they knew the Book of Moses, the five Books of Moses of Heart, Allelujah. And yet it was very clear that they did not know God. In a lot of other religious books you find Jesus carrying several names, and you know, all kinds of expressions, including a documentation of his miracles. But only the Bible, according to the teachings of the Christian Faith, only the Bible. The Bible has the richest capture of the revelation of God. Are we together? And the Bible has the most concise description of the ways of God. But look or please, ladies and gentlemen, the Bible is not God. It's important. It's a very subtle revelation, but you must have that at heart. The Bible contains the richest capture of the revelation of God in terms of a documented print of the character of God, a documented print of the ways of God, a documented print of the life of God as revealed by Jesus, a documented print of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, a documented print of. The prophetic destiny of the Church. But the Bible is not God. Are you learning now? So? There is the Word of God as a person, and there is the Word of God as a compendium of the thoughts and the speakings of God. You want to write that down, that there is the Word of God as a person, the living Word, the Bible calls John one and verse one. There is the Word of God as a person, and there is the Word of God as the. Logos of God, a compendium. Are we together of the thoughts and the speakings of God? And the believer is mandated in your search to attend onto maturity, to encounter those dimensions of the world. You must encounter the Word of God as a person. The Bible says, as many as received him, not just received it, received him. He gave them power. He's a living person who can be known. Are we together now, prays the name of the Lord. There is the Word of God as a person, and there is a Word of God as a compendium of the thoughts and the speakings of God. If you're following so far, say amen, so believe it. Both encounters for you to experience a life of victory and dominion, power and grace. It is important that you press to encounter God as a person revealed through Jesus and by his Spirit, and then to encounter the Word of God as a compendium of the. Thoughts and the speakings of God. And that compendium is captured in what we call the Bible. Away together now, classically speaking, and like you have been taught, the Bible itself is not the word of God. The Word of God is contained in the Bible. Are we together? Like you carry a tray, and that tray carries a pot of rice, a pot of beings, a port of soup. The tray is not the rise, The tray is not the soup. But you cannot access the rise and the soup without carrying the port the tray. Are we together now? So? The Bible itself is not the word of God. This is a material that was produced perhaps by White Taker House, by Zondervan. And quite honestly, some of the. People who printed these materials may not even be born Againe. They are just doing business. They're producing a book that is the best seller all time and desired by most Christians to aid their knowledge of God. It's as simple as that. Are we following so far? But that contain within these frail letters printed. By a publishing house. Are we together? That you can find the word of God. This is why the Bible says you search the scripture and you such it without revelation. You will not find anything there if someone learning now this is very very important. So that's the first thing I need to stress that you can have a functional relationship with God as well as. Pressed for a thorough understanding of His ways. Hallelujah. Now, let me back up a little and teach you recap for some what I have called the dynamics of growth in the kingdom. Do not forget what we're discussing tonight. Line up online and teach. I've taught you many times in this house, but I'm praying that it will become a stronghold in your mind, that it will become one of the things that are most surely believed. When you get born again, we call it getting saved. We call it the new birth experience, or we call it an encounter with Jesus Christ, you know, administering salvation to you. Remember I've taught you in this house that there are three gifts a man receives at the point of salvation. Let me do a quick recap on that number one. The first gift. You receive when you get saved is called the forgiveness of sin, the forgiveness of sin. Efficients one and verse seven. For everyone who comes to Jesus Christ declaring his lordship over his life. The Bible says, in. Whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of his grace. Number two. The second gift that everyone receives upon encountering. Jesus is called the gift of righteousness. Write that down, please, Romance Chapter five and then verse seventeen. The gift of righteousness. For if by one man's offense, he says, death reigned by one, it says much more, day which receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness, shall reign in life by one Jesus Christ. And then the third gift, which is the most superior, most superior in terms of what it does to man. That was the whole goal. The forgiveness of sin and the gift of righteousness was to this end that will become recipients and possessors of what the Bible calls away the life of God. That is the third gift that God gave. To man at the point of. Salvation John ten ten. And then first John chapter five, eleven to thirteen. Both scriptures talk about the abundant life that have been given to man in Christ. It says, I am come that he may have life, and that you have that life more abundantly. And then John speaks again in his epecial first John chapter five. When you read from verse eleven to thirteen, John was speaking, and he said, this is the record. It's a testament that God has given us eternal life. Say I have eternal life, and that this life is through His Son. Are we together? Are you saying now? It didn't just say this life is. True his speakings. The life is through his son, a person, and that you encounter the Son, then you have life. If you have not encountered the Son, you do not have that life. Prayse the name of the Lord. And I've taught you here that what we cause, the way. Or eternal life or ever lasting life are some versions, is beyond may existing outside of the frame of death. It's beyond that. I have told you arguably that everybody really has everlasting life. Nobody ceases to leave. What happens is that there is a translation. Dimensions change away together and the realities that before you in those dimensions is what describes the. Quality of your life. Everybody who's died now, whether they died in Christ or not, they are still alive their life in another dimension under a certain set of conditions. To those who are dead. In Christ, we call it sleeping, because they will wake up onto life everlasting. And those who are outside of Christ areway together. If outside of Christ, they have been George already, especially for those who had the opportunity to hear the Gospel. Now, if you never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel and you die, God will use the standard of godliness that was available to you while you were alive. That becomes a standard of judgment. No body will be banished and who will go to hell who never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel away together. Now, if you hear the Gospel and you will reject Jesus, then you have made your choice, and for that choice against the Lord, you have to face eternal damnation. But to the one who sincerely died like an idol worshiper who never had an opportunity to hear a missionary, and so on and so forth, God will use the standard of morality and righteousness that was present. As that when they were alive. That becomes the basis of judging them who is learning already prays the name of the Lord. It will be unfair for those who practice idolatry and never had the opportunity to hear the gospel to suddenly be banished with eternal damnation. No, when Jesus died, according to the Epistle of Peter, he went to Hades, and there there were departed sayings who were there, And the Bible. Say he preached the gospel to them. He gave them an opportunity to believe. And those who believe followed him in that triu young fund resurrection. It's in your Bible that when. Jesus resurrected, he did not resurrect a lord. He resurrected as the first born, not just the only begotten, the first bon among the brethren. Graves were open in Jerusalem, and the departed saints came and walked round the streets of Jerusalem. Wasn't a vision, wasn't a parable allelujah? So eternal life here talks about the quality of life. Here's what I define it as. That life here is the way, here is beyond may existence is beyond just being alive. I describe it as a summation of every component in God, that of great Man to the God class. It calls away every component the goodness of God, the wisdom of God, the power of God, the grace of God, every component found in God through Christ that is able to upgrade a mortal, frail, ordinary man to rise until he's able to function in the God class. It's what the Bible calls zowey. Alle lujah. Are we learning already? Now, That's not even where I'm going. I'm just trying to guide you through a route that stabilizes your understanding so that for those who will be saved later on in the course of this discussion tonight, and for those who are saved in fact, he says, I write these things to you that ye may know that you have eternal life. Most believers have confessed Jesus Christ, but many have not been mentored into a structured understanding. Of what really happened. And because they are not aware of what happened, they cannot walk and stand first in the liberty where Christ has set them free. If you are saved, you are born again, you have confessed the lordship of Christ. The Bible says that these three gifts are yours right now, the forgiveness of seeing, the gift of righteousness, and the life of God. Again, shout, I have the life of God. Let the devil here, you say, I have the life of God. Now the next step, which is very important, the next step. And at this point I make reference to my teaching. You may want to listen to it in the course of the week, The ministry of Light, the journey beyond salvation. Now, most believers, please listen to me, and with all due respect, I will encourage those who, particularly of the evangelical foundation, listen carefully, because for most people they do not know that salvation is only the initiation of the process that evolves a man until he becomes a witness. And so most people come around the initial experience of salvation and they do not know and they are not taught that that is the beginning of a journey that should drive anyone who has now come to Christ away together that beyond the initial salvation, the next step, listen, is the journey. Of transformation and empowerment. Do not forget this, the journey of transformation and empowerment. The moment you see anyone who gets saved. In fact, I recall and let me let me remind you are gay that the greatest need, from a spiritual standpoint, the greatest need of every unbeliever is what salvation. You still remember every time you see an unbeliever, whether as a business partner, whether as a spouse, whether as a sibling, whether as a billionaire, whether as a politician. From a natural standpoint, to are seeing a colleague a friend, but from a spirit kingdom standpoint, the greatest need of every own believer is salvation. They may not know, they may not be aware, they may not accept away together, but the greatest need of every own believer around you have this as an orientation. Is salvation. Meaning no matter what good you. Do to a nonbeliever, from a spiritual standpoint, you have not really completed your good to that person until you are used by God to lead that person to salvation. Because God desires that. All men, how many men, all men, be saved, and then when they are saved, that they come onto the knowledge of the truth, pray the name of the Lord. So the greatest need of an unbeliever is salvation. The greatest need of a believer. Now in Christ is transformation. Remember, and the greatest need of a transformed believer is empowerment. It's important so there is a progression that after salvation, the journey of transformation and empowerment begins. And let me see how many of you have gotten this as a stronghold in your mind. I have taught you that for transformation and empowerment to happen profitably in. The life of any believer, there are three ministries you must be exposed to. Number one is called the Ministry of the Holy Spirit. Write that down, please, the Ministry. Of the Holy Spirit. Let me take it slowly and not take for granted that everyone here has a thorough knowledge of that. For some of you, it's a reminder. For some of you is a new information. And sings who are teaching line up online. Let me take a few minutes to help arrange your spiritual understanding, because this frame of understanding is what determines whether you will eventually become a product of power and grace or you will become a frustrated believer. Even though saved, you will. Not be able to capture victory and dominion in experience in your life. The Ministry of. The Holy Spirit is the first ministry that John needs any believer to. A point of transformation and empowerment. John sixteen thirteen. Jesus was speaking, and it says, when he the Spirit. Of Truth is come, how be it? When he the Spirit of truth, he will guide you into all truth. Are you saying that just because you have truth does not mean you will succeed or profit from it. You must be guided. He shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak. And he will show you things to come first. Core Interns, Chapter two. I believe from verse ten to twelve, Paul is speaking to the church in Courent now, and it says God has revealed them to us, how by his Spirit. For the spirit such as all things, yet the deep things of God. Verse eleven, it says, for what man knowing the things of man, save the spirit of man, which is in him. Even so the things of God know no man but the Spirit of God. Let's read verse twelve together. Everyone want to go now. We have received not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God. Why that we may know the things that are freely given to us of God. It is impossible for you to get to that point of comprehension of the things that have been freely given outside. Of the spirit so you can be saved. And if you are not exposed to the ministry of the Holy Spirit, you may never get into that point of experiential knowledge, not even to talk of victory. Number two. The second ministry you have to be exposed to is the ministry of the world. The ministry of the world. You will notice from this three that I give you prayer was not mentioned, because when you are talking about the ministry of the Holy Spirit, that is really the ministry of prayer. A major part of your prayer engagements is a spirit affair, is a spirit business whose endpoint. Is your transformation. I have taught you this. When you become matured and apostolic and you approach to. The faith life, you will see. That the subject of crying for things and petitions only take a should take a minute part of your prayer. A major part of your prayer should. Be that coinonia, that spirit interaction. Are we together because there are many things you would not need to. Ask for when you grow Many prayer requests are report cards. They are showing your. Stuntedness in knowledge and growth spiritually. And so when a major part. Of your prayer life becomes your desire to press into God to build capacity, the Bible already says the Holy Spirit will reveal to you. You will find out that your prayer life becomes richer, and you do not become a neat different Christian just coming to prayers. Say, Father, you're the line of the tribe of Judah, Rose of Sharon, Lily of the valley and all of that. I thank you because of my life and those prayambles. And then you now go into your request. Father, I'm asking you of this and again, my rent, help me, or tell the landlord to forgive me, or tell somebody this and that and that. And we say all kinds of things very spiritually inqu hearnd communications, and we wrap up everything within Jesus name. I prayer, Amen, and out you go. And they say, what have you been doing? Is I've been praying? I've been praying seriously. No, you have not been prayed seriously. You have just been in a place where God has been sure you messy seriously. It's not been prayed seriously. Are we together now? Every time we talk of the fellowship of the Spirit. Don't separate it from prayer. No, the theology of prayer was primarily supposed to be for fellowship. The word choynonia is a word that connotes prayer, the grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the choynonia the participation of the spirit. So it's not just about coming. To us for requests, buying demons, cast demons, say amen and walk away. Do you know people can be involved in that ritual for decades and not know God and not grow spiritually. And because God is a messy for God. And he will keep to his world, you will get a lot of results, but you will not have wholesome growth. That translates to victory. Is someone learning now, So. The ministry of the Holy Spirit and that true prayer. And then number two, the ministry of the world. Let's hurry up. Let's hurry up the ministry of the world. First bitter Chapter two and verse two. The Bible tells us that what every baby Christian, what the Bible calls a. New born babe. Once you are born in Christ, you are in Christ, but you are an infant. It doesn't matter how old you are. It doesn't matter how intellectually qualified you are. Once you come into Christ, the name for you is an infant. And the Bible says your desire should be the sincere milk of the world, because that is what. Will help you grow who is learning now. It says, as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the world, that ye may grow. Thereby adds Chapter twenty and verse thirty two, And brethren, I commend you to God and to the world of His grace twenty thirty two, which is able to what build you up and to give you an inheritance among them that are scientified. You are already sanctified in Christ. The instant sanctification that came in Christ is already your heritage. But whether or not you will work in that which is your inheritance depends on your access to the word of His grace. Someone learning, so. The ministry of the Holy Spirit, the ministry of the world number three, the ministry of a teaching priest. Listen, I'm saying this to you so that you can help someone to grow intelligently. The moment you find someone who is not a believer. Your greatest desire for that person should be that the person is safe, not just to get a job, not just to get a child. It doesn't matter if the person comes from miracle service. All of those miracles are disas are important, but by far inferial, because no matter what the person receives, if it does not receive the life of Christ, that person is still in danger. The devil has legitimate access to anyone who is not in Christ. The immunity of anyone who wants total freedom from Satan is not Church is Christ. Church can provide a covering so far. But it is the name of the Lord that is a strong tower. The Bible says. The righteous runs into it, and they are saved. There is no other name under Heaven given on. To men by which we must be saved. Are we learning now the ministry of a teaching priest? Second Chronicles, chapter fifteen and verse three. The Bible says, now, for a long time, Second Chronicles three and verse fifteen, for a long season, It says, Israel had been without the true God. Watch this Israel. Had been without a teaching priest, and had been without law. When you back up to verse five, you will see the tragedy that happened to them as a result of the absence of a teaching priest. It says, and in those times there was no peace to him that went out, not to him that came in, but great vexation. Was upon all the inhabitants of the countries. There will always be spiritual chaos and anarchy, and it will translate to financial chaos, economic chaos, all kinds of chaos without the presence of a teaching priest Jerreman three fifteen. And I will give you pastors or shepherds according to my heart, and they will feed you with knowledge and with understanding. So once a believer is saved, when you want to help that believer to grow to a point where he becomes a mighty man of stature, you are going to have to work in partnership with God to introduce that person to this threefold ministry. I repeat again Number one, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, strengthening his prayer life and turning that person to a man of prayer. Number two, the ministry of the world, exposing him to the thoughts and the ways of God. Number three, the ministry of a teaching priest. Teaching priest, teaching priest now let me show you where all these three ministries were captured in the growth process of a man. Can I show you that at chapter eight? And you, holy Spirit, let's go to verse twenty nine. At chapter eight and verse twenty nine, please give it to us media. And the spirit said on to Philip. Everybody watch. The Spirit said on to who Philip, go near and join yourself to this chariots. Next verse Philip ran Tita and to him. And when he heard him the utopian Enoch, he was reading the book of Isaiah. According to the Word of God, the Bible said, ye I cling to the world that I've spoken to you. There is no body who becomes enlightened and transformed through visions, through prophecies, through dreams, and through extra biblical practices as the primary tool. No, Sir, visions can support, dreams can support. But when you. Want to build believers, they are commended to God and to the world of His grace. That is what is able to build them up. Am I speaking to you? Now? Let me tell you where the error of many believers started from. Perhaps maybe you. Had a prophetic exposure in your life, and as soon as you got born again with all you respect, maybe the person who mentored you did not have value for the world of God. You will find out that your entire. Spiritual journey is totally a product of isyesol and the imagine of error. Using that spiritual trajectory, you. Will see a lot of things, both good and bad. The realm of. The spirit is a vast realm. You can see everything. There are we together and you will start act seeing out the things you are seeing. Later you will build a ministry that reflects your vision. And you find out that people are receiving results, but there is no growth, and they cannot now explain when their interactions are with demon spirits. Or the Holy spirits. The purifier of all spiritual experiences is the Word of God, who is. Learning this now. So there are many believers today who are sincerely convicted. But when you check what is the template of their spiritual life, you will find out that something is grossly missing. They are sincere people, but they were not trained to honor the world. They exalt any other spiritual experience above the world. I give you an instance. If you tell that believer God you are blessed, he fuels you wasted his time. Now, I'm not saying all those things are wrong, but when your life is built on experiences outside of the world, there is already going to be a problem which you're becoming victorious. The Bible says, wherefore are given to us exceeding great and precious promises, that by this we might be partakers of His divine nature. But there is also a way and manner to engage the world that makes. It totally unprofitable to you. The Bible is clear as to the fact that. Scripture is profitable. Second Timothea, Chapter three hundred sixteen. All scripture is given by the inspiration of God. Cornonia look up, he says, and is profitable. Says scripture is profitable. So the Bible says the word of God is profitable. In Proverbs chapter four, from verse twenty to twenty. Two, just bothress it on the fact that the word of God is profitable. My son a, ten to my words. Incline your ears to my sayings. Verse twenty one. It says, let them not depart from your eyes, keep them in the midst of your heart. Twenty two It says, for. Their life the words they are life not to everybody, to those who find them, and health onto their flesh. Hebrews Chapter one, verse twelve Scripture, the Word of God is profitable four and twelve Hebrews. For the Word of God is quick and powerful. It is sharper than. Any two edited sword, piercing into the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow. And it's a dishner of the thoughts and the intents of the heart. All of these scriptures show you that the Bible scripture, the word of God is profitable. But there is a way you can engage the world such that it becomes profitable to you. And I'm telling you there is a way you engage the world such that as powerful as the world of God is, it does not become profitable. And this is our discussion tonight. The Word of God can be made unprofitable marc. Chapter seven and verse thirteen MARC. Chapter seven, please and verse thirteen. I like us to read it together, everybody. I'll be showing you all the factors. There are certain factors that, if present, can make the world of God, no matter how powerful it is, to be important. Let's read verse thirteen, Mark chapter seven. One to go making the word of God of non effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered, and many such like things do ye. So according to scripture, we see here that traditions. What is traditions here the stiffness of mind to accommodate spiritual things. Tradition the stiffness of mind to accommodate spiritual things. That means you create a mental mode that the word of God must fit. Before it is received. The Bible says it can make the word of God of non effect. Traditions stiffness of mind to accommodate spiritual things. Creating a mental mode in your mind. That the word of God must fit before it is received. That means there is a way you want the word of God to appeal to your mind, and if it does not appeal to your mind that way you reject it. It's called traditions. And the Bible says one, no matter how sincere that person is, if you maintain that template, the word of God will not profit you. Number two, if someone learning. The second basis for the Word of God becoming unprofitable is found in Luke chapter eight. We read from verse eleven to fourteen, this one is the heart condition. Now the parable is this the seed is the word of God. Verse twelve those by the wayside are day that here and then comment the devil and takes away the word of God out of your heart, lest they should believe and be saved twelve thirteen. And they that are on the rock are they which when they hear, they receive the world with joy. But watch this, these ones have no root which for a wild belief. And in the time of temptation, what happens to them? They fall away? Verse fourteen. It says, and that which fell among thns a there which when they have heard, they go forth, and I choked with the chres and the riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. So three groups of people potent word, powerful world, But it becomes so fruitful for this it is the hard condition of the recipient, whether as rebellion or lack of passion, It can make the word of God of non effect. Are you understanding me so far? I'm showing you from scripture that it is possible that the word of God, even though the Bible says it is profitable, it may not profit you. And I'm showing you the various conditions upon which the world of. God can be unprofitable. Number one is that when the world of God comes to a mind that is already fixated on traditions, stiffness of mind to accommodate spiritual things. What is praying in the spirit, for instance, how do I begin to pray blah. Blah blah blah. What kind of nonsense is. That I'm too scientific and intelligent for that traditions? That's stiffness of mind. What is the meaning of the receipt? That's cataract? And yet increase it. There is here that withhold that moder and it's meat and tendsupenury. No common sense teaches that the more you keep, the more you grow the stiffness of mind. You have already created a mold. And every you judge the world of God scientifically, or you judge the Word of God culturally or intellectually, and once it goes beyond the boundary of intellectual mode, you throw it away. The Bible says you have to become like a child to receive the things of the kingdom. And then the hard condition of the recipe. Let me tell you the truth. I've come to a conclusion that there are people who, even without the assistance of the devil, their hearts are perpetually rebellious towards the world of God. Perpetually rebellious. They will hear the word of God, you will pound it left, right and center. But there is already a predetermination in their hearts not to take God seriously. There is already a predetermination in their hearts not to be passionate about spiritual things. And for such a one you find out that they are unable to make the world profitable in their lives. May that not be you in Jesus name, allelujah. Hebrews chapter four one and two gives us the third reason as to why the word of God may not be profitable in the life of any believer. It says, let us therefore fear lest a promise being left us of entering into His rest, that any of you should seem to come short of it. Verse two, it says, for onto us listen now, onto us was the gospel preached as well as onto them. So there is us and there is them, two groups of people. The bamble says, But the world did not profit them. The reason why it did not profit them is that it was not mixed with faith. Please say faith one more time, say faith. It was not mixed with faith in them that heard it. So there are two groups of people. There is us and there is them. The same word was preached. For the one group, the word produced profit. For the other group, it did not produce profit. And Paul was trying to do a diagnosis. And it says, among other reasons, the. Reason why the word of God, the word of healing, the word of lifting, the world of prosperity. The word of influence are we together. The reason why the world did not profit them. Is that they did not mix it with faith. What does that mean? The unwillingness to translate knowledge to action through obedience so that it delivers. The unwillingness to translate knowledge to action through obedience so that it delivers. There are many people know matter what they hear, life applicable truths, powerful words, tunish with grace, full of wisdom, full of the Holy ghost. It does not produce profit. In your lives because they are unwilling to translate. To take advantage of the doing grace the Bible calls it, and to translate knowledge to action through obedience. It says, now that ye know these things, happy or blessed her you if you do. Them are we learning tonight prays the name of the Lord. Now, in addition to these three reasons I've given you as to why the Bible, the word of God's scripture does not produce profit in the life of believers. Traditions, the heart condition of men, and then lack of faith, not mixing the world that is heard with faith, in other words, actions of obedience. There is one major reason, and that's really what I want to talk about tonight. One of the major reasons, I wrote her White believers have a lot of spiritual information, and please, please, I wanted to listen to me. Life of victory, grace, power, and dominion listen, is that our knowledge is mostly random. Our knowledge is mostly disjointed. Our knowledge is mostly non sequential. It is incomplete and sometimes not balanced. I will take that again. You may want to listen, and. Then you're write in addition to all the reasons that I mentioned as to why the world of God fails to produce profit even though the Word of God is full of life, potentials, possibilities, and profit, but that for manly believers, even though they have the Word of God in them, it is not able to translate to a life of victory, dominion, grace, and power. And I give you three reasons according to scripture. That one the stiffness of mind the Bible calls it tradition. Number two the state of their heart, the unwillingness to be passionate about God, the unwillingness to tremble as God's word, the unwillingness the rebellion. That is enshrined within their heart. And then number three not mixing they are not obtaining the doing grace to act upon the world when they hate. I'm saying, in addition to these three, there is one that is a principal subject of discussion tonight, and that the reason why many believers, even though they have access to a lot of spiritual information, they are not able to use that information to produce a life of victory, of grace, of power and dominion. And this reason is that our knowledge is mostly random. Our knowledge, spiritual knowledge. Is mostly disjointed. It is non sequential, It is incomplete in many regards, and then it is not balanced, is it? Gels Chapter thirty seven and verse seven. When the prophet spoke, as led by the spirit, I want to draw something prophetic there, it says, as I professide in an attempt to produce a mighty army. The first thing. That happened, ladies and gentlemen, is that. Bone came together, bone to his bone. Why did bone have to come. To his bone in the making of the mighty army, Because, ladies and gentlemen, if the handbone went to the feet, the feet bone went to the ankle. That may be a structure, but not a structure that would produce a mighty and me. Are we together now? Yes? So here's what believers do it. Believers were to arrange the bones there. But someone produces such an indomitable Christian life and another person becomes such a failure. If you are to learn Jesus through the lens of that person, you will doubt everything the world of God says. I'm showing you that the reason for that when the Word of God does not profit you, is because it was designed to be sequentially arranged. There is something you should know before another thing. There are other things where you know it. Together, you will become a man of power and stature Hebrews sixth and verse one. Ah therefore, leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith towards God. These two, and of the doctrine of baptisms, he calls them foundations, and of the laying on of hands, and of the resurrection from the dead, and of eternal judgment. And these three he says, And this we will do if God permits. Now, ladies and gentlemen, listen very carefully. Many believers have interacted with the world of God in various forms and various fashions, some through books, some through preachers across the internet away together, some through discipleship programs. Some have even had all kinds of encounters. Now you imagine with me, let me work with your mind. Imagine this believer who has a little knowledge that has been sampled from various places, some from preachers wonderfully so, some from the internet, some from a book. And the challenge is that that. Believer was not mentored into structured knowledge. He has a lot of. Knowledge, but cannot use it to produce power. You know why, because he's making the. Same mistake as a student who will go to the faculty. Let's assuman student was admitted to study medicine and surgery away together. And on Monday, that student goes to the faculty of Medicine. On Tuesday, he goes to the faculty of Arts, On Wednesday, he goes to the faculty of what's now social sciences. On Thursday he goes to engineering. And he keeps doing that for five years. And the person says, I demand a certificate as a doctor. Is that person a lazy student? No? But can you give that person mbbs? Can you give him MD or whatever the certification that befits a doctor. No? What is his error? His knowledge is not sequential, it is not aggregated. Are we together. Versus the one who goes to the College of Medicine and begins the sequence learning the elementaries until he gets to a point where he writes his final exam. Those two people, if you say those who are knowledgeable, stand up, two. Of them will stand, but one will be. Issued as certificate and another one, unfortunately, will not receive anything because his knowledge is not sequential. Look at me. Let me tell you the reason why many people have a lot of knowledge, but it does not produce power, because they have learned some things before learning orders, and what they knew before knowing orders has destroyed your potential, the potential of them seeing God. In a certain way. I'm going to give you a few examples of the kinds of disjointed knowledge with all due respect that flies across the Body of Christ, and the reason why many of us keep consuming spiritual knowledge but it does not translate to power. Who is learning what I'm saying tonight prays the name. Of the Lord. Examples of an approach to scripture that cannot produce profits. I'll give you a few. This is to help you, and this is to help the Body of Christ. Listen, for instance, the teaching on the gifts of the Spirit before salvation. Do you know it's possible to try to get someone who is not saved, fill with the Holy goos, to pray in tongues and to prophesigh. Something is already wrong with that sequence. And let me tell you the shocking thing. One day you hear the person say. Blah blahlah blahlh blah blah blah blah. But something is wrong. That person has not he has violated a protocol. Everything that has to do with receiving the spirit is after the initial encounter of Jesus as Lord. Do you know it is possible for someone to not be saved, but he can join a leadership discipleship class in church and at the end of it he can be so knowledgeable and yet truthfully speaking, he's not born again. He's not evil. It's just that he's been there for a long time. You will feel guilty in not appointing him as a dicken or as an elder. The ministry of the Holy Spirit. There are many many own believers who want the anointing. There are many own believers who want to pray in tongues. There are many own believers who want to prophes high. They don't want Jesus, but they want the Holy Spirit. And sometimes because we have not men taught people into the sequence that leads to growth. We lay our hands. On them, and we do a lot of things, and familiar spirits right upon the fact that there's darkness in their lives. And they receive all kinds of gifts, and you'll find them manifest in similitudes of spiritual things. But the character that befits one who is saved is not there. And then destruction upon destruction. They may not be. Wicked people, they themselves do not know. They have not found Christ. Just because the person, for instance, and with all due respect, has been prophesigned for a long time, does not suddenly make him a prophet. His father was a traditionalist. His eyes was open as a child, all of a sudden day incorporated and when he became a teenager and his official name was prophet. That guy has not met Jesus. In the sincerity of his heart. He will tabple in between witchcraft and true spirituality, confusing himself and confusing others. Allelujah. In almost every. Tribe I know in Nigeria, there are people who see before they are saved. I know that there are people who it comes as a gift. You have it in your place. Some of you Are we together? They don't have to be born again, some of them right from teenagers. They can tell you things before it happens. They don't still, they don't kill. They just found that ability working in them, and chances are excellent. With all due respect, whilst we are looking for leaders in churches, pastors, it's easy to quickly reach out and say you're already gifted. Just mount the pulpit. That violation of. The sequence, because it did not start with eternal life, something will happen to that delivery, no matter how sincere that person is. Are we together? Is the power of the Cross. Are we together now? You cannot teach people holiness and consecration and then that they carry it out by the strength of the flesh. You are wasting your time. You will produce a. People who live perpetually in guilt, lying to themselves, and living in falsehood. The king to genuine deliverance is the Cross. Who is learning what I'm saying now. So if I come to you and I say, don't steal, don't do this, don't do that, don't do this, be this be. That I have only given you sincere rituals, but then some rituals that you may not have the power to keep. And this right here is what is destroying people in church. Are we together? They are not taught the power of the Cross, but they are taught doors and doors, and they sincerely do their best to keep it. And it does not work. And so what happens is a campaign of falsehood. Who is learning. Line upon line? An example of teaching. Number three, the teaching of faith. Has only a means of receiving from God. Now it's a. Teaching of faith to believer us is as a tool for receiving things from God, you would have done something to the mind of that believer that we're live him disappointed in the future. There were people in the Bible who did not obtain promises, but they all obtained good reports. Listen to my message the other side of faith. If you teach people that faith is only about receiving things from God, what explanation do you have to tell someone who prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed for the mother or the father, or the brother, and the brother still died. Faith is not a license to obtain. Lost from God. There is a spiritual immigration system that vets your desire and only deliver us that which is consistent with the will of God. You can't claim another person's why by faith you can't claim another person was one. By faith, you can't sit on someone's beautiful can't say, in the. Name of Jesus Christ, I use the power of words is witchcraft. I hope you you see that. I'm not trying to be sarcastic. I'm just showing you the power of structured knowledge. I have seen believers, with all due respect, any card that passes, they push your hand and towards your chest. And you see you cannot produce an Apostolic community with that kind of orientation.
