Part one was an introduction, and we established a few things. In Part one we said how that God is the exclusive owner of all things, and that includes all power. There are many people who have power, but they do not have the authorization. The problem is you have power without authority. We said a few things about authority, that authority comes with a pre defined jurisdiction, authority comes with restriction. And then we said dominion is the right to govern, the right to exact sovereign control over a territory. Allelujah. We said, when it has to do with dominion, there are conditions. We went further to explain the meaning of the statement let them have dominion. We said number one that let them have dominion implied that man from time is the legal steward and the. Ruler of earth. Please follow carefully so that you will understand Onniz's teaching that the implication of let them have dominion means that God legitimize man. That means anyone who is not man cannot have dominion on earth. And I did tell you the condition to. Be a man. The first condition to be a man is that you must be a spirit. Remember, and that spirit must reside in a human body. There are other kinds of bodies, but for you to be called man. If you are a spirit trapped in the body of a monkey or a dog, you are living being, but you are not man. He gave the command to man, and if God changes today and transfers the authority to plants and animals, he is still. Just because he is God. Are we together? But then it's important for us to know. That for ever everything that happens on earth, even in my life and your life, there has to be the corporation and the participation of man. Number three, let them have dominion men, that man became the most valuable asset in the earth. I pray you remember this and that is stays with you forever. That man today, as far as the earth is concerned, is the most valuable asset in the earth, needed both by God and by Satan. This is very important. So whether it is Satan or God, man is the object of their desire and even obsession. Finally, we said, let them have dominion men, that all of creation could praise God, and can praise God and should praise God, but only man can cooperate with him directly to enforce his will on earth. Plants and animals, all other created beings can praise God, but only man can enforce. The will of God on Earth. Allelujah. We said, an altar is a place, a platform, or a system where the spirit realm makes contact with the physical realm on legal grounds. This is the ultimate altar that powers every other. And I told us that sin can be personal, can be territorial, and can be based on foundations and bloodline. I said, all good altars are powered by one major altar. The Bible calls it the Throne of Grace, alongside the blood of Jesus. That means everything that happens perpetually in the life of the believer that is good is powered by this very altar. Called the Throne of Grace Allelujah. Can you set up God's dominion over the earth? That is an assignment tonight, allelujah? No, that's fine. The message does not do the kind of justice we're looking for. You just keep NIV for us. The point is for you to understand that these laws are laws that were brought from it dimension that is not ethly, and that this laws can be engaged to superimpose the will of God. That means dominion will. Remain impossible until we understand what the Bible calls the ordinances of heaven. Are we learning? Many people do not know this, and they intend to work in dominion, and yet they find out that their lives never capture. That experience of dominion. Psalms forty nine and verse twenty. Back to KJV Palm forty nine and verse twenty forty nine and verse twenty. The Bible says, man that is in honor and understand that not is like a beast in the field that perishes. Do you know what this means? If you have been ordained for a life of dominion, a life of excellence and grace, and yet you are ignorant of it, it says you will die like a beast in the field. There are many beasts in the field that are praised to other beasts that are stronger than them. So it is possible to see one of the beast in the morning, and in two hours it's already dead. And all you see there is just the bones and the remains. The Bible says your life listen cheerfully. It says that your life will be a product of circumstances and the vicissitudes of life. There will be no predictability to your Christian experience except you walk by and through the ordinances of Heaven. Write this down. Dominion on eth has two major expressions. Dominion on earth has two major expressions. That means every time you see dominion on earth, there are two major expressions. Number one, dominion is expressed in creation and manifestation. That is the first expression of dominion, creation and manifestation of divine possibilities. You are working in dominion on earth to the degree to which your life is able to create and manifest define possibilities. Hallelujah. We see that clearly in Genesis chapter one, when you read verse three, the first four words, or the first maybe five or six, and God said, let dear b. The Hebrew rendition says, and Elohim said, light b creation and manifestation. That is the first expression of dominion. If it is true that dominion is at work in your life, then we see creation and the manifestation of divine possibilities. The second expression of dominion that we must see in your life and your environment for us to say you're working in dominion is correction and restoration. We must see creation and manifestations, but we must also see correction and restoration. The second expression of dominion is correction and restoration. What does this mean bringing every Antichrist condition to the obedience of Christ? Listen carefully, bringing every Antichrist condition to the obedience of Christ. If these two expressions are not captured in your life perpetually or captured in a territory, you cannot say dominion is working. So it's not just an English expression to say I have dominion. I am giving you the Biblical lid. Must test the indices, the empressions every time you say someone is working in dominion, which set for these two things? Number one is their perpetual creation and manifestation of defined possibilities in your life, your family, your environment. That is the degree to which dominion is finding expression. Number two, do we see correction and restoration? That means, do we see you demonstrating the power that brings every Antichrist condition, or you will be so blessed tonight you just pay attention. Correction and restoration. Why correction, because Jesus, in speaking about the issue of marriage, he made a very profound statement. He says, for in the beginning it was not so. That is why dominion must be expressed as correction and restoration, because there are many things that now are that were not so. So the assignment to correct and to bring restoration to our lives. We all walk in dominion to the degree to which we create and manifest divine possibilities, and also the degree to which we correct and restore all things to the obedience of Christ. Second Corinthians, Chapter ten. Let's walk on a few scriptures. Now, Second Corinthians ten. From verse four and five, the Bible says, for the weapons of our warfare are not canal, but mighty through God. To the pulling down. Of strongholds verse five, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing. Into captivity every thought. Towards the obedience of Christ. Is the end product of dominion is the obedience of Christ. Every condition that is Antichrist the ability to exert an influence over it. So when the sick is healed, when the poor becomes prosperous. That is dominion. There you are correcting a spiritual anomaly, and you are restoring all things to the obedience of Christ. Second Corinthians, Chapter four and verse eighteen. Second Corinthians, Chapter four and verse eighteen shows us the power of dominion to correct. God does not do Bible study and pray omitting to grow in revelation. He is God. Are you getting the point now? Yes, man has to draw from scripture and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. But God himself does not need any other sauce to feed him with the Word of God. It comes out of him, and that qualifies the Word. Of God to be God. John one, verse one gives us perspective on this. He says, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the world was God. Versue it says, the same was in the beginning with God. The only thing that we see that was with God. In Genesis one, where his words and the Bible says that Word was God. John one, fourteen. John Chapter one and fourteen. While looking at a few things about the world, it says, and the world was made flesh and dwelt among us, we beheld this glory, the glory as of the begotten Son of the Father, full of grace and truth. This is another information about the Word of God, that the Word of God. Is the compendium of grace and truth. Is that in your Bible. Yes, every time you are looking for grace, and every time you are looking for truth, find the Word, because when you find the Word, then you find grace and you find truth. Are we learning Colossians. You don't even need to be a prophet to know that. Is that true? Why do we remain? Because it is written. I know whom I believe, and I. Am persuaded that he is able to achieve that which has been committed onto him against that day. The question is has this been committed to him? Are we together? Otherwise you will live a. Life of unnecessary fear and headache that would translate into all kinds of sicknesses that the hospital will not be able to diagnose. The same way you see people work in a diplomatic center. They have their ID cards and with it they can swipe and pass through complicated doors. You have no rights to enter that realm of dominion. If all you are carrying is a vision. If all you are carrying is a prophetic world, it does not have to be fake. Even if it is real, the system of confirmation is to what degree does it line up with the word of God. Many people have become victims of prophecies, victims of a lot of spiritual experiences, because they do not know. The power of the world. I've taught you this. So if you sleep and you have a bad dream, a terrible dream, and in that dream you see yourself dying or something negative. By the time you get up and agree with that dream, you have empowered it to manifest. That dream is at the messy of your action. All the demons are signed to bring that dream to pass are at the messy of your knowledge or ignorance. So the devil, knowing that you may not know enough, he will now use fear. Fear is like a device that presses the gold button by force. Every other's spirit waits for the spirit. Of fear to open the door. Any door that fear does not open, no other. Notice how to have access to the riches of the book. Number one, the book must be opened. Number two, the seals must be loosed. This is a very powerful revelation. You will never be able to. Access the riches of the world just by opening it. Please look at this. This is the Bible, This is open, But it does not mean the seal has been unlocked. Opening it is physical. Unlocking the seal is spiritual. So you can open the Bible. And all you are reading is history. All you are reading is literature. All you are reading is a cheology. All you are reading is poetry. But when the spirit of grace unlocks the seven seals, and you may say I'm educated, I mean I went to school. I have PhD. I have all of that. You see, when it comes to spiritual. Things, as simulating spiritual things must go past. The realm of intellect. You know this by now, Isaiah twenty nine. Let's look at verse eleven and twelve. Isaiah twenty nine. I believe it's verse eleven. Please give it to worse. It says the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed. Someone says, sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying read this, I pray thee, and he said, I cannot why, for it is sealed. Verse twelve, and the. Book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying read this, I pray thee, and he said, I am not learned. So when It has to do with the opening of the book, and the rich is therein whether you are learned or are learned. If you are learned, it can only open for you. But it takes the spirit of God to break the seals. Your spearit opens to me the treasures of your work, and I will forever. Seeing your breath, your Spearit opens. To me the treasures of your work, and I will forever see your face. I will see of the wonders of your work. I will see our fog, I will see. Of the wonders of your work, and I will forever see. No wonder. The promise opened down my eyes that I may behold wondrous things even from out of thy law. Someone say the word of God. Now havn't established the fact that the word of God is the foundation for dominion, and that all things, including all other laws, submit to. The world of God. Let us now discuss the ordinances of heaven. What is an ordinance? Please write? What is an ordinance? An ordinance is a law set forth by a governmental authority. My apologists, please write first. An ordinance is a law set forth by a governmental authority. A law that is set forth. By a governmental authority. Another definition, an ordinance is a decree. Another definition, the one that applies to us now. An ordinance is an authorized pathway or approach. One more time, an ordinance is number one, a law that is set forth by a governmental authority. Number two, an ordinance is a decree. Number three, an ordinance is an authorized pathway. Please underline authorized pathway or approach. That means when we say the ordinances of Heaven, we mean. God's authorized approach, the system that was set up by God himself to guarantee dominion. There are many illegal paths that spirits and even men have followed in an attempt to exact different levels of dominion. They have several light effects. For instance, losing your soul to gain the whole world. Gain in the whole world looks like dominion over material things. But because you are not following an. Ordinance that was set up by God, the ordinance of Heaven. The side effect if you ever try to. Acquire material things outside of the way provided by scripture, the Bible already tells you that there will be a side effect. The side effect is that you will lose your soul. So he says, what shall it profit a man? If he gains the whole world and loses his soul, say it and tempting Jesus to him and show him the glories of all the world in a passage of time, and set bow to me, and. I will give you allelujah. An ordinance is an authorized pathway my goodness. That means every time you work in that ordinance, there is predictability to your results. Are we learning now? When you work in keeping with the ordinances of Heaven as touching any and every area of your life, the resultant effect will be dominion. Follow me as I share with you a run down of the rules of engagement you want to work in dominion practically here at the Biblical keys. All together they are called the ordinances of Heaven. Number one, Are you ready? The first ordinance of Heaven that controls dominion is the knowledge knowledge in fact, but more particularly the knowledge of the promises of God. Knowledge that means dominion in this kingdom was tied and bound to knowledge based on the audience nansies of God. There cannot be dominion in ignorance. If someone learning now, yes, that is the purpose of scripture to help you gain knowledge of the principles I have taught you here that the Bible essentially contains three things. Number one promises, number two principles, number three prophecies. You must know what the Bible says, not just have a Bible. You must know what scripture says, a few scriptures, a few scriptures. For to establish this. Point joint chapter eight and verse staty two. And ye shall know the truth, not just have the truth. You can be around the truth, it will not profit you. You can be in possession of the truth, it will not profit you. Like many people have their Bibles, they hold it santimoniously, they move around. Many peop who have their libraries full of all kinds of bibles. Contained in those books are kingdom secrets, and yet they continue to suffer. Someone is saying knowledge Psalms forty nine and verse twenty. We already established that that man that is in honor and does not know it, he will die. Like a beast in the field. Look chapter four place from verse fifteen to seventeen, is God helping or say amen? The Bible says, and he thought in your synagogues, being glorified of all while reading to seventeen next verse, and it came to pass where he had been brought up. And as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up four to read. Watch this now verse seventeen. And there was delivered onto him the book of Prophet Desiahs. And when he opened the book he found, Oh, I like this. When he opened the book, when did he find? There are many things you will only find when you open the book. There are many realms you will only find when you open the book. There are many testimonies you will only find when you open the book. The Bible says, when he opened the book, he found for someone. This is your word tonight. God is telling you you have not found many things because you have closed the book. If you have a determination to open the book, you will find. Now, the Bible says, please keep that scripture. He found the place where it was written. When you find the place where it is written, now you have committed God. I told you. God is only committed to the degree to which it is written, not just to the degree to which he loves you, not just the degree to which he is powerful. God is committed. Please listen, burn this in your spirit if you want to work in dominion. No wonder. This already answers the question why. Children, How people can be dying around the world, and yet the almighty God, who is full of love. Many people say, why does evil happen to good people? Because the modus operandi of heaven is by the word of God, not just his love. He loves everybody, but he's bound to his word. The principles contain dearing. If you lack knowledge of scripture, knowledge of the promises. Of God, you are far from working in dominion. Can I tell you if you are not exacting dominion, someone or something will exert it on you. Is that true? Give us that scripture, let's finish it them. He found he opened the book, and when he found the place where it was written in the name of Jesus, May you found where it was written? Open the place and find where it is. Written that, regardless you're background, you will be exalted above the nations of the earth. When you find it, God is ready to come to be committed to your affairs. The knowledge of the promises, say knowledge in the name of Jesus, obtain grace to fight ignorance. Now you see why it is important to come to the House of God, because Among the many things that are served in the House of God, according to. Jeremiah three point fifteen, is knowledge, knowledge, knowledge, he. Says, and I will give you past us according onto my heart. They will feed you with knowledge and understanding, two important elements. I'm going to connect them shortly. Someone says knowledge is terrible. Rules of engagement you want to operate the ordinances of heaven. Number one, you must understand that dominion is knowledge dependent, high level spiritual illumination. Knowledge. You must know what is there for you. I remember an old story I can't remember which preacher spoke about. It was a very old story about someone who boarded a sheep going somewhere, and the person did not know that part of the ticket he purchased had free maybe dinner or so. And the guy was starving quietly in his room, happy and grateful for even being in that ship, and his position was vacuums every and then one of the attendants came to knock his door to find out if he was all right, and he said, look, I'm fine. He was managing a biscuit or something every day, would. Take a little of it. And he said, sorry, we notice you've not come to it. Ah. No, no, no, no, I can don't embarrass me. You can have knowledge and still perish. Knowledge. Here talks about awareness. I know that it is in my destiny to be great. I know that I am delivering Christ. I should be raised. I'm raised above situations and circumstances. But just having that head knowledge, that awareness does not make it your experience. The knowledge of the conditions is someone learning now. That means your knowledge is not complete until you find out the conditions or the demands that activate the promise. You just learned about the knowledge of the conditions the requirements. To activate the promises. This is what the Bible calls understanding. No one that says, in all your getting, get understanding? Is it in your Bible? You now see that a good man of God should not just give you knowledge. According to Jeremiah, three point fifteen. If a man of God this you knowledge alone, that may not do you justice. It must be knowledge, awareness, and then understanding and in depth explanation of the demands and the dynamics that activate and release that promise. Levitical chapter nine and verse six. The Lord commanded Moses nine and six. This is the thing which the Lord commanded that ye should do, and the glory of the Lord shall appear onto you. Now you can read that the glory of. The Lord should appear and just stand there and say, I know the glory of the Lord who appears, and nothing happens because there is something that you must do. I submit to you that many believers have done well in terms of, you know, giving themselves that spiritual orientation to note that which has been freely given to us. But very few believers have gone past the realm of. Knowledge to comprehension understanding. No wonder many believers say it is all up to God. If God is going to do it, you would do it. No, there are many things God wants to do what is restrained by our ignorance understanding. The Tuonomy chapter twenty eight, from verse one and two. Theteronomy twenty eight and verse one and two, it shall come to pass popular scripture, if thou shall hackn diligently onto the voice of the Lord that God, to observe and to do take note all his commandments which I commanded these days. So that is the condition. What is the result of that condition, The Lord that God will set these on high above all. The nations of the heath. You know why I use this scripture all. The time, because it has become a personal revelation for me. Believe me. I studied this scripture until I trully believed it, and I found the conditions, and I said, that's it. Verse two, and all these blessings shall come on thee and overtake thee if thou shall hapken to the voice of the Lord. In John chapter two, the wedding in Kenna, for sake of time, would just go straight to verse five. Mary is giving them a very powerful counsel. Hallelujah. To plead with Mary to talk to her son Jesus and the mother said, don't embarrass me while we're going. Now, make sure, as you are following me, you are determined to do whatever. He tells you. That is my counsel. His mother said, unto them, whatsoever he say it, unto you, do it. It is more than saying it, It is doing it. God can say unto you, you are blessed. But if you don't do that which activates the blessing, you can remain with knowledge you are not in ignorance, and yet never walk into the experience of it. Everybody say knowledge number two, Say understanding. One more time saying knowledge number two, say understanding. Now, let me give you something very powerful. The knowledge of the truth I wrote here, and the understanding of the conditions that activate. The truth equal revelation. The knowledge of the truth and the understanding of the conditions that activate that truth is what is equal revelation. So don't you say I have revelation of scripture if you just have knowledge. No, for you to say you have come to a point of revelation, you must have knowledge. You must have understanding. You may want to write for remembrance. Knowledge of the truth clause understanding of the conditions equal revelation no wonder, Apostle Paul thought the church in Corinth he was praying efficients one and verse fifteen. Now you will understand by this expression I just gave you. Wherefore I also we're reading to seventeen. It says, after I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and love onto all the saints. Sixteen is has cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers? Can we read verse seventeen together one to read that the God of our Lord, Jesus Christ Ahah, the Father of Glory, may given to you the spirit of revelation in the knowledge. Stop are you seeing there? In the knowledge? In that knowledge, that is where you find revelation. Knowledge is like a shell. It carries within it revelation. Knowledge is the parable of the ten virgins. Revelation is the depth and the spiritual meaning that you can draw from it. Knowledge is reading the story of Israel. Wow, you mean this guy suffered like this, but Pharaohma's be a wicked man. He didn't even pity them. Knowledge are we together? Revelation is now where you understand that you're passing through the Red Sea. Is a type of the. New birth experience that separated them with Egypt forever. It didn't separate them from enemies, but it separated them from Egypt. Hallelujah. Most people do not have revelation. That is the reason why they cannot work. In dominion. We pride ourselves respectfully speaking, especially. In the Body of Christ. We pride ourselves as men. Of God past us, apostles, teachers. There is so much knowledge, but believe me when I tell you there is little revelation, because once revelation comes, that's what you call light. Knowledge is the bulb. Understanding is the switch. Revelation is the light. You can be in a room, the bob is there, the switch is there, but you are still dark. So if the problem you need is not a new bob, the bob there is walking. The problem is not the switch. It is not spoiled yet the light cannot come for someone. You already have the bob. It has been there for decades. The switch is there, even written on slash off. And when demons want to punish you, they will block where the switch is so that you cannot even see it again. But when you come for corinonia like this, among the many things that God does is it shows you that there is a beautiful bob there the knowledge you already have. Then he shows you the switch, and then he says a person, Now I leave the rest, and then I will lead you and say you should own it in such a way that the light comes on it. I'm tied to remain on there so that there is no more darkness. Because you called the light day, and the darkness is called night. So light is not just day. It's not just the passage of time. I have taught you. Any time your light comes, your day has come, even if it's by twelve midnights. Once your light comes, it no longer becomes nights. The sun will no more give you sunlight by day. The moon will no mark give you moonlight by night. Cher Over will be your everlasting light, kill the your glory, your strength, and your sight. The light of the moon will be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will shine. Seven time, slass, rise listen. Rather than sisters, we must obtain grace from God to move past the realm of knowledge, as important as it is, and then with understanding that brings you to the realm of revelation. Is someone learning Ordinance number one a recap knowledge, knowledge of the truth, knowledge of the promises, awareness of what God has left in store for you. Ordinance number two understanding. A comprehension of the demands. Please underline its tide whatever you need to do. That means before you think of approaching any matter, find out do I understand the demand or the requirement to activate it? Number three? Someone ready for number three? The third g is the fate to engage the principles faith to engage the principles. You have knowledge, you have understanding, so now you have revelation. But you see, knowing what to do and knowing how to do it does not mean it will be done. I have taught you extensively on faith, but permit me to just tach even if it's just a scripture. I have taught you that faith in one word, is obedience. Every time we talk about faith, let it not be a complicated concept. In one word, faith is obedience. Everywhere you see the word faith in the Bible, you can almost satisfactorily replace it with the word obedience, and you will not be in error. Faith in one word isediens. A better expression. The action you take based on your conviction of who God is and the integrity of his person. That is called faith. And the Bible says, this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our actions of obedience faith. Hebrews Chapter four will read verse one and two, then would jump to verse nine, and will end at eleven. The Bible says, let us, therefore, far less a promise being left us of entering into His rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. Verse two, it says, for unto us was the gospel preached as well as onto them. So two categories of people us and them. But the word preach did not profit them, It didn't release to them its potentials not being mixed with obedience, are you saying now, not being mixed with action in them that heard it? Verse nine? There remain, therefore, precious people of God a rest. They are the people of God. But there is a kind of spiritual sabbath, financial sabbath that God wants to bring you into. Verse ten, he says, we're reading to eleven. For he that is entered into his rest, he has also ceased from his own words, as God did from his Here is the charge. Let us labor therefore, what is the label the labor of faith, the labor of believing, the labor of understanding, and the labor of acting. Let us labor to enter into that rest. Let any man fall after the same example of unbelief. Everybody's near faith. Without faith, there is no dominion. If God has told you that you can step into financial dominion. Now you know that the promises are there for you, and then you learn by scripture the principles that are are located for dominion. Now you know your own commitment. It is up to you now to begin to manifest faith. The giving experientially, the diligence, the value, the connections, strategically through relationships. All of these things. Until you do them, you are not working by faith. Faith is not saying what God has said. It is only part of faith. Real faith is doing what God has said. You can say what God has said, congratulations. Confession is important while getting there, but you must do what God has said. Now, let me teach you something very quickly. According to scripture, there are three. Levels of faith. We'll find somewhere now. I think just one two more points and then we'll pray. I need to teach you this. There are three levels of faith because you have an assignment to grow your faith. The pace with which you believe and obey God is the pace with which you keep getting results. Even Dominion number one, the Bible identifies a condition called no faith Mark four from verse thirty five to forty. Mark four from verse thirty five to forty no faith. And the same day when they even was come, he said on to them, let us pass over to the other side, and huh. And the Bible says, they left the multitude, and then they sail to the other side. Verse thirty seven. The Bible says there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves bit into the ship, so that it was now full. Thirty eight The Bible says. That Jesus was at the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow, and they awaken and say, unto him, Master, caress, thou not that we perish. That means anxiety is proof of the absence of faith. Thirty nine. He arose and rebuked the wind and said on to it, peace, be still. And the wind seized, and. There was a great calm now forty And he said on to them, why is it that ye are so fearful? How is it that ye have no faith? It is possible for a believer to have zero faith. The same way you scoll zero in a subject, you can have zero faith. John twenty twenty seven. John, chapter twenty and verse twenty seven. Remember Thomas, our wonderful Thomas with every time we have black male people with Thomas, and every time they say Thomas, we mean somebody. Who does not believe. But that's not true. Thomas had the courage to come close to Jesus. What if Thomas being intimacy you see, what of Thomas being intimacy with Jesus Christ. Then he said to Thomas, reach hither thy finger and behold my hands. And reach hither my hands and thrust. Into my side, he says, and be not fait less but believing, so you can have zero faith. Sell God forbid, let the devil hear you no faith. Number two, we have small or weak faith. The Bible tells us that we can have small or weak faith. Matthew Chapter six and verse thirty. Matthew Chapter six and verse thirty. It says, wherefore, if God so closed the grass of the field, which today is and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall ye shall he not much more close you, oh ye of lead to faith? Matthew Chapter eight and verse twenty six. Matthew eight and twenty six. He said, unto them, why are you fearful? Are you noticing that there is always a relationship between fear and no faith or little faith? Oh, year of little faith? He arose, rebuked the wind and all of that, And then I'm one last scripture Romance Chapter four from US eighteen and nineteen. This is Abraham now God's God's expression of faith and the blessing. The Bible says, who against hope believed in hope that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken social that said be nineteen. The Bible says, I'm being not weak in faith, being not weak in faith. So you can be weak in faith. And one of the ways you become weak in faith is by considering, by creating logic, how will God do this? The Bible says, they limited God in the wilderness by saying, can God make a way? Allelujah? Then we have strong or great faith? Strong or great faith? Just right for reference. We may not read it. Matthew fifteen twenty one to twenty eight talks of strong or great faith. But we read Romance for and verse twenty Romance for and verse twenty, still talking about Abraham. He's taggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith, giving glory to God. So we see that there is no faith. There is small or weak faith, and there is strong or great faith. Some of us are on zero faith. You are welcome here in the world. Now we'll start priming that condition. And then many of us have remained at the realm of small or weak faith. But I pray that everybody that we join this category of day whose faith is very strong. If you believe that, say. Amen, Ordinance number four, Am I right on that Ordinance number four. These are the authorized pathways in the spirit for dominion. Remember number one, you must have knowledge. Dominion is knowledge dependent awareness of the promises, awareness of truth. Number two, understanding a comprehension of the demands and the principles that activate the promises and commit God. Then number three you must be ready and willing to act and to act completely. Now number four, the fourth ordinance of dominion is called the power of words. This is a kingdom that operates by words. This is say kingdom that is voice activated. Dominion in this kingdom. Is voice activated the power of words. This is where the ministry of prayer and the ministry of prophetic declaration comes. The ministry of prayer falls under this ordinance of words, the ministry of prophetic declarations and decreased falls under the ordinance of words. There is no true dominion in silence. Words have to be captured for dominion to be established. Allelujah. Now please look up if words are that importance as far as activating and establishing dominion is concerned, you now see why things like prayer lessness are a disaster, that if you are not prayer fool, you will destroy your life and your destiny and stambot touch. Your potentials for walking in dominion. Allelujah. Genesis chapter one and verse three, and God said words, and God said, let dear be and their words Ecclesias these chapter eight and verse four. While looking at the fourth ordinance, the Bible says, where the word of a king is, there is power. Say I am royalty one more time, say I am royalty. That means your words should not be without power. But there has to be words first before power. Where the word of a king is. Some of you, as you said I'm royalty, the devil said, Eve, you you better. Say it again, say I'm royalty, because when you say I'm royalty, this, this, this, this, some of this, the way some of us have suffered and we've been defeated by state. And you know, it just tends to and say you better don't say that. Those who are power saying it, and you, who just came to George for the first time, you're also saying you are royalty. Yes, sir, if he talks to you like that, tell him it is written is greater than what I'm hearing. I've told you you don't have to feel like royalty to say you are royalty. We're still looking at the power of words. Thou shall also decree a thing, the Bible declares, and it shall be established onto D. Who is the D. The D who made the decree, not just he who was watching as they were making thou shalt. Decree a thing. Please. I want you to understand that the dynamics of dominion demands that there must be words. There must be words. That is why the assignment of depression is to bring you to a point of silence where you cannot speak what is wrong. I know God can do it. That means close my dog, go out of.
