He actually wrote it to Gentiles. 0:09:27.640 --> 0:09:30.680 He wrote it to gentiles, the people that didn't grow 0:09:30.760 --> 0:09:33.520 up learning about God. And one of the things that 0:09:33.559 --> 0:09:35.680 he does is is he wants you to know, like 0:09:36.040 --> 0:09:39.520 Jesus has all power and authority, that the rumors you've 0:09:39.520 --> 0:09:42.360 heard about him, they're true, the murmurs that were going around, 0:09:42.360 --> 0:09:44.080 they're true. And one of the ways he does this 0:09:44.200 --> 0:09:45.760 is he takes time to be of the show when 0:09:45.800 --> 0:09:50.200 Jesus speaks and things happen, like in Luke. You see Jesus has authority. This this happened cracking up. Today. My plea to you is 0:14:32.480 --> 0:14:38.200 to go under the authority of God. You want his love, 0:14:38.960 --> 0:14:44.400 but you reject his wisdom. He didn't just want to 0:14:44.440 --> 0:14:46.080 save you. He wants to lead you. He wants to 0:14:46.120 --> 0:14:48.960 guide you. And so today I wanted to slow down 0:14:48.960 --> 0:14:51.400 for a moment and just charge you, in this season 0:14:51.800 --> 0:14:54.520 of your life, to make a decision and say, I'm 0:14:54.560 --> 0:14:57.560 going to obey the voice of God. I'm gonna do 0:14:57.960 --> 0:15:01.560 what he said to do now, just for a moment. 0:15:01.600 --> 0:15:03.600 There may be someone in the room that's like, hey, 0:15:04.600 --> 0:15:08.440 I've never heard God speak to me. We know that God is in three persons, 0:15:20.120 --> 0:15:23.120 God the Father, God the Son, and the Spirit. Right 0:15:23.680 --> 0:15:25.400 all right, and we know this. We know this in 0:15:25.840 --> 0:15:28.240 John chapter one it says, in the beginning was the 0:15:29.000 --> 0:15:32.520 and the Word was with God and the Word. So 0:15:32.680 --> 0:15:35.800 when I open up my Bible, I am interacting with 0:15:35.920 --> 0:15:39.760 God the Father. He wants to speak to you. Unless we have the Holy Spirit that 0:16:34.680 --> 0:16:38.560 dwells inside of you, this is still small voice. There's 0:16:38.560 --> 0:16:41.160 sometimes that that the Holy Spirit gives me just a 0:16:41.200 --> 0:16:44.440 supernatural peace that I know, I know on where I'm 0:16:44.440 --> 0:16:47.920 supposed to be. And then sometimes there's just an unsettledness 0:16:48.520 --> 0:16:51.080 that will make me feel like I gotta move, something's changing, 0:16:51.120 --> 0:16:55.760 something shifting. So I just wanted to take a moment 0:17:01.440 --> 0:17:03.280 to help someone that maybe is struggling, But like, how 0:17:03.280 --> 0:17:06.840 do I hear God's voice, read his word? She's like, I'm 0:18:08.560 --> 0:18:13.359 a grown man, I'm a grown woman. Ain't nobody controlling me. 0:18:23.680 --> 0:18:26.520 I do what I want to do. I go where 0:18:26.520 --> 0:18:29.879 I want to go. You see.
