GIFT OF PROPHECY UNDERSTANDING PROPHECY DOCTRINE AND TEACHING

First Corinthians, Chapter twelfth one. Now, concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. You were gentiles carried away onto these dumb idols, even as you were led. Wherefore I give you to understand that no man speaking by the spirit of God call it Jesus accursed, and that no man can say that Jesus is Lord, but by the holy ghosts. Now, they are diversities of gifts, but the same spirit. They are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And they are diversities of operations, but it's the same God which work at all. In all, but the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit without. The manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit without. You know, when we were beginning these emphasis I had to show us from Scripture the reason why Apostle Paul felt it was important for the Corinthian believers to be equipped in the knowledge of how the supernatural dimensions of our God are made manifest. The reason is because these individuals had experience with the manifestation of demonic powers, and so there was a need for this individuals to be instructed in the ways of the divine supernatural. If you read first co in terns of the twelve verse two, you will have an insight into the background of the individuals that he was preaching too, and you will realize that there were gentiles that had access. They had knowledge of the supernatural realm, but from the demonic perspective, and so there was a need for him to enlighten them. So they were not novices. They were not spiritual novices. It's just that their education spiritually came from spirits of error, and because of that, there was an urgency to bring them into the knowledge of the divine supernatural, which is different from the demonicsupernatural. There were two things that he told them. Since that we're migrating from the experience of the demonic supernatural to the realm of the divine supernatural, two things were worthy of note in the transition, and that's what we have invest Three, he says, wherefore, I give you to understand that no man speaking by the spirit of God called Jesus a curse. Have you read your Bible, The Bible says the blessings of the Lord did make it rich, and it will it acts no sorrow to it. You know, no sorrow is added because the original spirit that was designed to make men wealthy is the Holy Ghost. Meanwhile, in the Kingdom of darkness, they are spirits and allotment of spirits that boast that they can make you wealthy. But the difference is that when they bring the wealth their original ability, because they are powers, that we afflict you with the original ability. So if the spirit is a spirit of barrenness, you have wealth close multiplied barrenness in the realm. And that's how we know that it was not the original spirit for wealth you consulted. It was a masquerade. May the Lord give you understanding. This supernatural dimension is not just limited to the Holy Spirit. Their dimensions of the supernatural in the demonic realm. However, Paul felt that it was necessary for him to bring an insight into the people that had already experienced the demonic supernatural before they gave their elect to Christ, so that they can understand the principles. They can understand the practice and the procedure of the manifestation of the divine supernatural. So that was the introduction that he gave on to them. Before I go back to where I stopped, I need to show you four facts about spiritual gifts. For facts about spiritual gifts, the first fact is that they are gifts. So you don't work for them. You don't end them alleluyah. You can pay price for their manifestation, but you don't pay a price to end them. There there's a difference between the gift and the manifestation of a gift. Are you there? So you might pay a price. Everything in Christ you need to pay a price in order for you to manifest it maximally. Are you there in order for you to be able to maximize the investment that God has placed on your life. For instance, I have a teaching gift. Now, you don't have the capacity to continue teaching like that even though you have the teaching gift, you will you spend many nights not sleeping because you need to get content to come and teach. You did not work for it. You do not work for it. So it's a gift. Every man. Now I need you to understand the what God had in mind before it equitted to all spiritual gifts. In the eyes of God. He believes that you are insufficient in the eyes of God. It believes that you are incapable in the eyes of God. He believes that you are not adequately and equipped to engage this life. For instance, the Bible says that the spirit help at our affirmaties, for we know not what we should pray as we ought. So the first line of our affirmity is in the area of lack of knowledge. If an angel should come to your room and say God is in a good mood this night, pray, he will answer ask for anything, I'll show you ask for the wrong thing. Because you have a limitation in the area of knowledge. We know not. That means in the area of knowledge you need help. You have an effirmity that is going to make you incapable of being accurate in spiritual participation. So because of that, the Holy Spirit comes to aid you. Exactly, so we have an a limitation in the area of knowledge. The second limitation that we have say, we know not what we should pray as we ought. Now, the second limitation we have is an inability to discern how much of our investment is needed in order for a spiritual point to be made. We don't know what we need to pray. We don't know how we ought to pray. Is in the second limitation. Even if the Engel comes and say pray for your mom, it gives you the prayer point that's the accurate prayer point to pray. And when he tended his new status of qualification, his immediate boss was threatened because he was a pirdy hood, but he was not too threatened because he was still boss. Three weeks along the line and opening manifested itself and two of them were qualified to apply for it, and the young man basted his boss. So he became qualified for that office. And if he's going to operate in that office, it becomes the senior to his boss. Operasionally, the boss who needed to me needs to him. You need supernatural tools to survive there. And we are not just there to survive. We are there to take over. In the name of Jesus. I don't like just surviving. Please stop surviving. We're here to take over. Well, that's why we are pressing that you should exercise your spirit. We are pressing that you should understand what it means to rule by prayer, because we are not here to survive. We're here to take over. It doesn't matter the attacks you claim to be experiencing today. I also experienced similar to you. I broke free from the change of those things, and God equipped me with ability that is supernatural. There's not every dimension of God that is a manifestation. Just like you have parts of your body that are not visible. The fact that they are not visible doesn't mean they don't exist. So there are many manifestations of God inside of your vessel that are not visible. But when we talk about manifestation, it means that this part of God's operation is visible for all eyes to see.
