FROM FAITH TO FAITH

Harlelujah. Can we can we rejoice in the Lord in a moment of time and exhort his great name. Lord, we thank you, we'll give you praise, We exhort you tonight. So we ask that you come take the stage and make for. Yourself a great name in Jesus' mighty name. Will pray, please. Make someone welcome as you take your seat, We'll do Bible study for forty minutes, and then we will switch into prayer. Bible study for forty minutes, then we'll switch into prayer. What we do is that after twenty minutes of my teaching, you just look for strings and find a progression that flows with what we're doing, so that we can easily yield to the Holy Spirit to translate his heart desire in the lives of his people. All right, so we are looking at next level, next level. The capacities that are available in God guarantee a progression, and that becomes obtainable as we advance in the path of spiritual progress. For instance, the Bible says that the path of the justice like a shining light that shines brighter writer on to the perfect day. Now their three counts upon which we are going to investigate the next level possibility. The first count is. Advancing from faith to faith, advancing from grace to grace, and advancing from glory to glory. So we're just at the first count, which is advancing from faith to faith. Talking about with me to the Book of Romans chapter one. Like I said, we'll do Bible study for forty minutes, and after forty minutes. Of Bible study, will begin to pray. And I need to tell us quickly that in the place of prayer, I discovered that there is somebody in this congregation this evening that God wants to heal your eyes. Now, you see, I wasn't expecting that. Amen, Because I'm telling you it's breaking news in heaven. And when when you listen to news, you don't say amen. So I'm telling you what I found as breaking news in the place of prayer. There's someone here that has an eye condition. God will heal your eyes, not because not because that is what He wants to do. He will hear your eyes as a means of making me identify you. Then when I do, there's something greater than the healing that He will now accomplish in your life. Okay, So that's just that. Romance chapter one, versus. Maybe will concentrate more miracles tomorrow, but today let us do Bible study. Romans chapter one, verse sixteen, as Upon says, for I'm not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God onto salvation to everyone that believed, to the jew first and also to the Greek. Then he gives us an explanation in verse seventeen, which is critical. Havn't said that the Gospel is the power of God onto salvation. It's difficult for the average believer to consider the Gospel as an agency of power. But this man is trying to bring us into an understanding of the potency of the Gospel that if by any means fate can be exercised towards the saving capacities of God, it will because the Gospel was unveiled in simple, plain language. Then it goes to the Book of Romance Chratter one, verse seventeen, which is my emphasis. He said, in this gospel, the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith in this gospel. Now, what this man is saying is that. Because the principle of growing in faith is captured in verse seventeen, the premise upon which faith grows is that we gain greater insight about the justice system of God. It seems I confuse you, because what the righteousness of God then refers to is the justice system of God. Is the justice system of God that required that in order for the salvation of humankind to be available, Jesus will have to come and fulfill the claims of divine justice. If I take you to the book of Genesis where God was giving Adam counsel, because in the Book of Genesis, God had a moment to bring counsel to Adam, and set And had a moment to bring counsel to Adam. Unfortunately, Adam decided to subscribe to the wisdom of Setter. Now, if we look critically at the counsel that God brought to Adam, you will find out that one of the introductions in the things he unveiled was the possibility of death. That means, prior to that time, death was not factored into human civilization. Death was not an indigen in man's experience, and so God was revealing to a damn the position of the justice system of heaven, just in case he decides to partic of the three of the knowledge of good and evil. It just showed him that there is an established position of justice that is already available in the event that you decide to become a rebel. You opened the door of debt into your ecosystem. Now it's on the strength of the uncompromising nature of the justice system of heaven. After that man had violated the directive that God gave him about interacting with the trees, that Jesus now had to come and the prophecy concerning the salvation of humankind was revealed and proclaimed right in the Guardian of Eden. This man is saying that just in case we grow in faith, it would be because there is an additional insight about the workings of God's justice system that we have gained that is responsible for our advancement in our capacity to believe God. Oh yes, still not with me, all right, Let me try to see if I can digress and look for a few more scriptures that we aid our understanding before we advance beyond this point. Now, I'd like to take us to the Book of Isaiah chapter fifty three. Let us look at it from the perspective of a prophet, a prophet that was prophesying about the realities of redemption. He was seeing redemption from the control room. So we need to borrow his eyes in order to understand what was actually happening from the perspective of the control room in keeping with the satisfaction of justice. Are you still with me? Okay, come with me to the Book of Isaiah, Isaiah chapter fifty three. Isaiah chapter fifty three. Who has believed a report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? If you study Isaiah chapter fifty three, you're going to see that it is pregnant with three questions that even in the administration of justice. There were three questions that were revealed in the Book of Isaiah chapter fifty three. The first is who has believed a report? And that's the reason why I went to Isaiah fifty three, because the first question of redemption was a fitth question. There's a coond question as to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? It is only those believe the report not qualified to experience the revelation of the armor of God. The Bible says that he was taking he shall grow up before him as a tender plant and as a route out of a drag ground. I don't know if any one of you have seen drought before, have been confronted with drought many times as I worked as a petroleum worker in northern Nigeria. And the Bible is describing the rise of Jesus, the circumstances under which Jesus ruse. The Bible is describing it like a wood that sprang fought out of drag ground. It means that the circumstances, the situations that surrounded his manifestation was not conducive, and it had to be like that because of the demands of the spirit, such demands that we do not understand the details, is what determined the fact that Jesus had to spring thought like a wood out of dry ground. The Bible says that he have no form, no compliness, and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He's despised and rejected of men, a man of souls acquainted with grief, and we hid as it where our faces from him. He was despised, and we extremed him. Not surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sous. Yet we did extreme him, strick in, smitten of God and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we were healed. So I would like you to see justice being satisfied here. The wounds was to answer to transgressions, the bruises was to answer to iniquities. The chastisement was to create a platform for the possibility of peace, and the stripes was to create justification for the healing of broken bodies. If you join the barbe says always, like sheep have gone astray, we have turned everyone to his own way. And the Lord had laid on him the iniquity of us. All he was oppressed, and he was afflicted. Yet he opened not his mouth, because it was a sacrifice. He had much to say, He had much arguments to bring on the table. In fact, if he checked, they caught situation before pilots justice. You will find that there were two opportunities for Jesus to have gone free if he was just willing to make a few steps. There were two opportunities for him to have escaped judgment. But in order for this judgment to find the expression, he had to close his mouth. That means the were opportunities for him to have escaped, but he will say something or refuse to say something that will ensured that at the end of the day he will be sacrificed. Because what was playing in that room was divine justice, not human justice. The san Hedrin had no law in the Torah for which to condemn Jesus today, so much so that they had to invoke a doctrine of necessity that it is better for one man to die than for a whole nation. It was not captured in the grown norm of the Tourah. The Roman law had no clause that comfortably guaranteed that Jesus was going to be sentenced to death. So Pilot, as an experienced lawyer that understands the traditions of the people under which he has been called to exercise justice, decided to invoke an ancient tradition as the platform of the release of the criminal. It was not the legal process was not rooted in Roman law. So the justice we're talking about there is not the justice of men, but the justice of heaven. And that's why need to take you quickly, quickly to the verse of interest. Can you jump with me to nine. We are saying that faith, if we see that you're printing in a capacity of faith that is on a higher level than the previous capacity you're preated, it can only be because you have an additional insight into God's justice system. For the Bible says that in the Gospel, the justice system of God is revealed from faith to faith. It would take it would take an additional insight, a more clear access into the understanding of the justice processes that are captured in the heavenly is for your faith to grow. And I don't have time to take us to the Book of Genesis chapter four, which is the first time that the Bible reveals that there is a court system in the heavens. It was on the strength of the justice system of heaven that Cain was sentenced. The Book of Zacharaiah chatter three is a court scenario in the chambers of heaven. The only part of Heaven that Satan can visit is the court of Heaven because it's a lawyer that has been given line sense to operate the capacity of an accuser, early lawyer. Because the spirit realm has a legal shape, it is therefore possible for someone to be in bondage that is of a legal kind, like our condemnation, for instance, was a legal situation. Are you stay following me? It is possible for your bondage to be a legal situation. It is possible for the circumstances and situation, that situation that characterizes your experience, which is obviously contrary to the expectations that the viable projects can be because there is a spiritual situation, a legal situation that has been established because the spiritual sustains legal capacities. So the issue of man's condemnation to death was a legal issue that could only respond to a legal answer. Imagine that I'm a principle of a school and we have a prospectives, and the prospective of the school carries this clause. There's a policy of the school that if any student in this school decides to break this pulpit, you will pay ten thousand dollars and every student that came to that school and ensure that they did anything they did away from until my own son, Nan gained admission into that school, and he was the first person that broke Are you there? So then my wife now comes and say, you know so, we love him. Now, that's not how issues that have to do with justice assault. Because we love him, that's why we'll pay for it. But justice must be satisfied. If your faith grows, if your faith increases, if the capacity of your fate advances, it will be because you have greater insight into the subject matter of God's justice system. That's what Paul said. But the time we go to grace, we see the reason why grace can grow. By the time we go to glory, we see the reason why glory can advance from one level of glory to another level. It's not just because you desire it climbing to the next level. It is not something. It's not a promise like that. It's a provision, but not a promise. It's a provision that is available. Then you need to find out the condition under which that provision can be actualized. And that's what the average believer doesn't want. It doesn't want conditions. He wants everything to flow without any effort. He's expecting to maximize the possibilities that are available in God without any investment. He wants to just stumble into it by accident. But the reason why God gave us the Bible is so that we can understand his thoughts, his principles, his patterns, his strategy, his ways, and then we deal with him based on his ways, not based on your ways. I've not finished Isaiah chapter fifty three, and all we like sheep, have gone astray and have turned everyone to his own way. And the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us. All he was oppressed, and he was afflicted, Yet he opened noticed mouth. He was brought before. He's brought as a lamb to the slaughter and as a ship before her sharers. Is dumb, so he opened not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment. Who shall declare his generation? That's the third question of redemption. For he was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people. Was he stricken and he made his grave with the wicked and with the rich in his debt, because he had done no violence, need there was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him and to put him to grief. When thou shall make his soul and offering for sin, that's the studio, that's looking at the price of redemption from the vista of eternity. No man saw this. It was only the fact that had had the lenses and the eyes to see how justice was fabricated. The Bible says that he placed a lot of bruising because at this time the Roman soldiers had finished coaching him. At this time they had pierced him. At this time they had nailed him on the cross. At this time they had nailed his legs to the tree, which was indicative of the fact that Jesus was a curse. Every Jew knew that the meaning of a man hanging on the tree. That's why the Romans loved that kind of debt, because you will not be able to believe that man anymore because he died. There were so many ways that a man can die, Why should he die the death of a curse. But it was justice that was weaving his brilliant government. It was justice that was at work, and the Bible says, after the nails, after the crown of tongues, after the tribes of the Romans, Gord, when the entire process was evaluated, it was not yet sufficient to satisfy justice. So the Lord himself had to come and bruce Jesus. That's the one that we did not see in the narrations in the Gospels. We did not see that the Lord himself had to come and bruce Jesus. The Lord himself had to come and put him to grief because there was an anguish that was supposed to be factored in his soul. There was a level that the anguish was supposed to reach in order for justice to be satisfied. He pleased the Lord to bruce. He put him to grief when you make his soul an offering for sin. So this toughtrup was in his soul. It is only those that were in the studio in heaven that could see the value of the angui because his soul was broken and made an offering for sin. It was when his soul was broken that the eternal one could see the product of his sacrifice. That's when you became visible through the blends of justice. That's why I became visible. It was from that throne of Justice that he saw the seed of Jesus. That Jesus will have descendants, he should see his seid. That's number one. It's justice that created that prolong is this that means, even though Jesus had died, his destiny on it will continue. Men will be called to do the things he would have done. Give you a fiscally present That's why the ten question of redemption says, who shall declare his generation that vacuum? That voice is kind because his are prolonged and the dead. Thing that will happen on the account of the satisfaction of justice is that the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hands. It means that all of the purposes of God are you there. All is administered by the office of the Christ, because the pleasures of God, the pleasures of Divinity, will therefore prosper in his hands. Is the administration it makes available that will make it possible for the purposes of God to prosper. And all of these possibilities were secured in the place of justice. Your faith your faith. Your faith will function to the extent to which you can perceive the workings of the justice system of heaven. It's a for the ring. It's the righteousness of God reviewing. So the Gospel came to show us something about the justice system of God. It is when you understand the justice that was meted out in salvation that you can be seen. Are you there? It is when you understand the justice behind your healing that you can't believe God for healing, and you know that God does not have a choice. God will not decide whether to heal you or not. It's a matter of justice. It's a matter of justice. It's not a matter of today. God is feeling where God is okay today, is happy to know. It's justice. Been to the court of law most of the time. Judgments are given and you'll never see a smile on the face of the judge. Is not about emotional It is justice. Oh you're not with me. It's justice. It's j justice. For he shall see his sid he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper. Oh Jesus, these are the scriptures I see that I know that, Yes, the devil is alive and active. But he cannot distort the pleasure of the Lord. No, no, no, because on the basis of justice that is satisfied. The pleasure of the Lord in my life must prosper, and that is not an emotional matter. It's a matter of justice. You will not exercise your faith in this matters if you have not seen the justice system of God, the accomplishments, the beauty of justice. You will decide to accommodate things that justice has already guaranteed. So today we are migrating one of my greats from the place of accepting things that have been paid for. It doesn't matter how good a commodity is, you don't pay for it to UK. So when God affected justice, he has solved all the problem. What is left now is faith, and your faith will only grow to the extent to which you have insight about His justice. I need to situate a scripture where what I'm teaching is captured in there must be one example, two examples of men that exercise their faith because of a deep understanding of God's justice system. That we have evidence in scripture that God was present to give us an analysis of the potency of the person's faith on the account of his understanding. You know with me, I know you know with Melylujah. Meanwhile, because you are not with me, we have caught the syllables. You have even compounded this matter. Now before you come for the next session, praying tones, so that will be quick in understanding Matthew chapter eight. Then I will rest my case Matthew chapter eight. Matthew chapter eight. And when Jesus enter into Kappanum, they came unto him a centurion beseeching him and saying, Lord, my servant lied at home, sick of the powersy grievously torment. And Jesus said, unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I'm not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof, But speak the word only and my seventh shall be here. Now this is his explanation verse verse nine. Can you put verse nine on the screen. This is his explanation. Before that time, nobody ever I believed that there was no distance in the rem of the spirit. No body ever believed there was a depth of understanding that came to this man that just like nobody ever knew that healing could be contacted by touching the hem of Jesus's cabinet, nobody ever knew. This man. Nobody ever knew that you don't really need to be physically present in Jesus's crucide for you to get healed. Nobody ever knew. But there was a depth of understanding that this man had for which his fate could operate at that level. This was the understanding, he say, For I. Am a man on the authority, having so just under me, and I say to this man go and he goes, and to another come and he comment, and to my servant, do this, and he do it. Now, if you're not careful, you're not even see the connection. Because the subject here is the subject of faith, and you're going to see that Jesus is going to speak about this man's faith But this man is describing a situation what legitimates his authority. That's what the man is described. That if your authority is going to be legitimate, you must be someone that is set under authority yourself. That anytime you find someone manifesting exercising authority, it is because he is submitted to a higher authority than himself. And what gives legitimacy to his authority is his submission to the higher authority. This man is describeding the workings the administration of authority. That's what he's describing. Here is an any man set to under authority, And I also have soldiers under me. I'm not the ultimate authority, but I have some authority drawn from the authority under which I am set on them. And because of the authority that has been delegated to me, I can say to this soldier and he good. What that guy is saying is that Jesus have watched your ministry, and I watched it critically. I saw you doing the same things that I do in the office. You tell demons depart. I know authority when I see it. You say to this one, as a soldier, I understand what you're doing. A man that is set on the authority. And that's the reason why you have authority and your command authority. That's what this one is saying. Okay, go on to the next one. And Jesus headed, he muveled, he mumbled, and the man's understanding, he muveled that his faith. And it was an indictment on the children of Israel that none of them could most this dimension of faith. And we have established the foundation upon which the possibilities of faith prosper. That any additional measure of faith that you walk in is occasioned by an additional insight into the workings of the justice system of heaven. I so I'll plug that in soon. But let us check what Jesus said. This is Jesus's comment about the man's words, the man's faith, And I say unto you that can we go back to and Jesus. And when Jesus headed, he marveled and said onto them that followed, verily, I say onto you, I have not found so great faith, No, no, in Israel. So the question we need to ask ourselves is this, how does the man's understanding of our authority works? How did it translate to a knowledge of the justice system of ever because I said that every advancement of faith is predicated on that premise. Well, from the way I'm seeing you, you don't want that answer. So we will just pray. We will just pray, We'll just labor in prayers and trust the Lord. Trust the Lord. I will try one more time if I meet that brick wall again. We're just First of all, I would like you to look at the administration around salvation. The legal side of our salvation is what was accomplished on the cross, but that's not all about salvation. The legal side is what occasioned the living side, and the living side of our salvation is the availability of Greece. Because the organic substance that is responsible for making available salvation is called Greece. You're saying, not for him. So the organic side of what we appropriated that became our salvation came in the form of Greece. If grace is not a very able, then there's no need to expercience faith. It's because grace. God decided to design the administration of his economy to include grace. That's why faith is needed. The Bible says it is of grace that it might be by faith, So faith became important when the issue of grace was now available. So grace is the vehicle that brings the provision of possibility, and faith is the system through which you can and proalize that for provision and make it your personal experience and your personal property. This man, he made all of that statement because Jesus said, I want to come to pray in your house. He said, no, no, no need for it. I'm not even worthy to receive you into my role. If you're come into my house, your Jewish brethren will believe that you are not compliant with the requirements of the Torah. That's not something I want on my hands. Can you speak the word? Now? Wait, from Jesus's perspective, Jesus with the exercising authority. But what made the man give Jesus that prescription, that is authority can work that way was faith. So it was that faith that wasn't that man that Jesus was talking about, that it was so great and he could not find that very type in the nation of Israel. If we look at the man's explanation critically, you will pick a few things. The first thing you're going to pick from the man's explanation is that God is on the obligation to respond to a man that exercises fate when grace has made a commodity available. The presence of Jesus was Grace personified, and because there was faith in the room, Jesus was obligated to respond. So the Bible says that without faith it is impossible to please God. For he that this is an explanation of that statement, say because he that comes to God most. The reason why you can't cast faith aside is because the riches that you want to draw upon in the form of grace. So faith becomes a most and faith does not just exist in a limbo. The sent of faith is an understanding of the position of justice. So I have to do a good study on the things that Jesus paid for before we go into the things he prayed for. We need to start with the things he paid for. On the cross. What do you know? What do you know that he paid for? As long as you don't know that, it means that you have made an agreement with Sata that you don't want to go to the next level. Because there is an understanding of justice that forms the premise of an ever increasing faith. Now let me end by saying this before we pray. When God called me based on the colin I was allocated to preach in the rural areas, not in the cities. I preached for two years without the microphone, and it took me two years to learn how to hold the microphone. And I don't think I've mastered it. It the places where we ministered, where places where demonic powers were rooted, rooted in their culture, rooted in their society. You could see witchcraft in the way the marriage, witchcraft in the way they sold community problems. For instance, if two people are in the conflict, this one says I'm the owner. The other one says I'm the owner. I said, okay, no problem. They take you to the shrine so that you swear before the oracle. You take an oath before the oracle. And that oracle they are going to take an oath before is a spirit that has a very large appetite for blood. That's when you would discover that justice is something that Satan copied. So Satan has its own type of justice. Oh my, just like witches have their own type of righteousness. You know. With me, and then you want to operate in that environment and preach the gospel. These people have connections with spirits in the forest, spirits in the graveyard, spirits on the mountaintop, and spirits in the water. And most of those spirits are notable for their destructive capacities. So what will your fate rest of if you're a missionary that is sent into such a locality. Most of us won't go, and it's very easy for you to do in a nation like this and forget that there are people that the Lord has assigned to such places that decided to go. It's very but you will need much more than the normal fate that they believer carries to be able to go to such a place and make sense, because the devils will tell. You that I have rights in this place. I have right to bind these people. I was sitting on my own in the forest. The ancestors came to look for me and said, Okay, we want our civilization to be established by your laws. Give us your laws. We live by them, so that you can become our defender. There was a covenant that strengthened, so that's the basis of the legality of the presence of that entity among those people, and that's some form of justice. And the Bible house God is just George, you myself discovered. Okay. So they have sacrificed to the spirits for twenty five years, for forty three years, for eighty years, for seventy years, all kinds of blow on that old to strengthen the agreement generation after generation after generation. Then you come with a gospel, you will need to have a very powerful understanding of God's justice system. How that justice system overrides any form of justice that is drawn from the agreements they are made with spirits in that place. For you to be able to dislodge the powers of darkness and to establish the stronghold of park, Jesus did not die for the church. He died for the whole worlds. That is, the church that recognizes and have appropriated the impact and the implication of the sacrifice. The greatest legal statement that was ever made in the remod dispuit was across and the Bible is saying, your possibility of ascending from faith to faith will be by reason of a clara understanding of the justice system of heaven. I want to pray a prayer you may wish to rise all your fear. Hmmm. There are people in this room that because you have decided not to explore the provision made available in the world of God, the way of limitation characterizes your current state of existence. For many, they have accepted that this is my lot, this is my portion. And even though the choir prophesies that might tomorrow to them is a cliche, it's a cliche because they are not really expecting any form of change, because they have not yet gotten additional insight into the workings of God's justice system. Today. I want also pray. When you pray, what do you pray? Because all your prayers should be like the prayer of a lawyer that understands the grown norm. He knows the law, so it's coming to make demands. And if you are praying courting justice, you have made God hairpleas. Oh you know with me, there are times God says, come, let us raising together because God is trying to befriend you. But you need to climb beyond that level, because there are times when God says, come and bring your strong reasons. Justice. That's the ground upon which an understanding of it is what makes your faith grow from faith to fail to faith and a day will come when you see a dead body on the ground. Everybody's crying because their faith cannot carry any other possibility. And you look at that dead body. Nobody can believe h. But your faith doesn't see it as anything. It's common. That will be because you have done business in the waters of truth and justice. That's where you came from. And if God wants to make you strong, God he gives you a deeper insight of the implication of the justice that is satisfied. The Bible says he shall see his seed, he shall prolongest days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in hisself. We wonder pray. We want to pray. He said, when you shall make his soul an offering for sin, let me use the words of scriptures. They come with an anointing in themselves. The man on the screen help me again, because we draw a prayer from this scripture. The man on the screen, can we do Isaiah chapter fifty three, Fir's ten put it on the screen. Yet it please the Lord to bruise him. He put him to grief. When dow shall make his soul an offering for seeing, he shall see his seed. No no, no, no, that's nothing. That's nothing. Verse eleven is what I'm looking for. He shall see the travel of his soul and shall be that is right. That's where justice was. That is right.
