Faith for the Miraculous

Tonight, I want to touch the last that we're dealing with in this dimension of teachings, and what I want to deal with tonight is faith for the miraculous glory to God. Every one of us must learn to build faith for the miraculous, and these things are not difficult if we have understanding. Most times, the problem we have that makes it look as if the dimensions of God and the provisions of God are unaccessible is actually because of our ignorance. The things of God are very simple. They are not difficult if you will understand it, and if you commit yourself to the requirements and the protocols that God has regret to us in the Scripture in second puter Chatter one, verse three and four is that according as his divine power has given on to aur all things that pertains to life and godliness. According as his divine power he had given. He didn't say he will give. Instead, he has already given us all things that pertains to life and godliness. He said, But there is a condition, is that those who will access all these things will be those who have the knowledge of Him that has called us to glory and virtue. So all things that pertain to life and Godliness brings us to glory and virtue. But the gap between where you are and glory and virtue is knowledge, the knowledge of Him that has called you, the knowledge, the epignosis, the experience of what God has made available. So this is where many have a problem, the gap of knowledge. If you will have it and committe your do it, you will see God do wonders in your life. Tonight, I want to deal with the subject of faith for the miraculous, and there are two basic things that will be dealing with to show you why God does miracles. Because some of us don't even know why God is interested in doing miracles. That's why it's difficult for us to believe in it, and that's why we castigate it or castigate those God is using to do it. If you know why God those miracles, you will know that miracles are very important. In God's dealings with his children. Glory to God. And then beyond knowing why. God does miracles, you will also know how to engender miracles, how to activate miracles, the precausus for the manifestation of miracles. And as you give yourself. To these things, you will discover that the miracles. And the miraculous will become a byproduct of your life. The problem most times is that we don't know how. That's why when these things happen, we are in so much bewilderment as to whether they are real. If you know how, you will know what to do. See. One of the excellency of the life of the patriots is the fact that they have come to a level in God. And when I say patriots, I mean now and in scripture times. They've come to a level in God where they know what to do to engender set in manifsations. So anything they are looking for, they know what to do to repeat it any day, anytime. Why would the larger have your audacity to tell the king organize the contest and let everyone come and prove his God by calling down fire. You can make such a statement if you don't know the exactness of the of the protocol that makes it happen. Those are not statements you make casually. But the guy knew what to do any day, any time to bring fire from heaven. And when the prophets of bad were laboring to bring fire, he was laughing. That's the time when. Your hearts should be shaking. Is the heaven lock today? What if it doesn't happen? In my tongue, he knew it must happen. So he was laughing. And they were trying from morning to the evening, and. The man was laughing. When it was time the guys stood up. Knew exactly what to do, and when he did it, he got the result that was preemptied. What what what? What? What? Land of existence? And this thing is not peculiar to Elijah, the Bible said, Elijah is the man's subject to life passions, just as we are. Instead, he prayed endestly that the heaven should not give rain, and the heavens were shot, and he prayed. Again, and the heavens gave rid. So the Bible is. Telling us the same thing. As God rode through Elijah, he can't rock with any one of us. The question is do. You know what Elijah knew? If you don't know, that's why you have a problem. And so tonight let's look at the subject of the operation of the miraculous, so that the threat for the miraculous will become natural to us. You know, when I started traveling, that was when I knew the significance of the miracle working ministry. There are times when you preach in four locations in one week. You are coming from one place exhausted. The next place you are going to they don't care you preach yesterday. As far as they are concerned. They must see God here and you live there. You go to the top location. They are waiting to see God. They don't care you are preaching two places already, as far as they are concerned. God must manifest here today, so you can come and say, Oh God, God here they see Yesterday here too. There are sick people. The God that did it yesterday must do it now because we were not here yesterday. We are here now. So you must know something that makes these things replicable in your life and are not peculiar to special people. God can do special things through special people, but there are dimensions of God that is available to everybody that calls upon. The name of the Lord. Now, before I go into dealing with why God is interested in doing miracles for you to have faith you need in the first place, let me show you some of the knowledge gaps that we have that made it impossible, or have. Made it impossible for us to believe in miracles. There are so many of them, but I just want to deal with three that have become very, very prominent in our generation. Can you work on this backropole. I'm stressed. I don't need to shout. That's why we have amplifiers. Let everything do their work. Glory to God. You know, the devil is very stut to prison. If you're not, we can't stop you. He will create stumbling blocks. If you don't remove those stumbling blocks, you will discover that although you are leveling, or you'll be struggling. So if you want to really make progress, you learn to remove stumbling blocks so that your journey can be flawless. Hallelujah. So that I feel stumbling blocks that limited many from walking in the realms of God's abundance and. The realms of the miraculous. Number one. Is the assassion that God is not concerned about our welfare, that God is not concerned about our prosperity, that God is only concerned about our spirit, and God is only concerned about our salvation, and the narrow salvation to border only on spirit and soul. Now, these things have been there for a long time. It didn't be in our generation, and many times when you find people struggling to receive from God is because somewhere in their hearts they are not sure if this is God's desire for them. So when you deal with the subjects of prayer, when you deal with the subject of holiness, they throw themselves in. But when you start talking about things that go on existential realities, they begin to drop back because they are not sure. Are you following this? But unfortunately that's not the truth, and there are many reasons why it cannot be. So listen, people are going through hell. If you see what some people go through, you will weep and wish you were God. I've seen a woman who suffered from headache for more than twenties and it's not worth in a week, as in constant headache every day evening the moment is going down, their head begins to pound, taking off kinds of drugs, but their headache is there. And then you think God wants to save that person's soul, and God is more interested in that pain that person is going through for that long, that God must be really loving. You see the frustrations set and has put some people into. They are literally begging to eat. And this is not because they don't have capackages. I'm not making a case for lazy people. I'm talking about people who have kills, people who have competence, and they are laboring, but there is a siege on their lives that all their libor they put in produces no results, and you can't explain why it is so. When other people show up, it works. When they show up, everything shuts down and. You say, what is going on is a mystery against setting people not to rise. And then you think, God. We just keep quiet and allow people who are not just you know, put back because of circumstances, what demons involved, frustrating them and God. They say, I'm not part of people's were fair, I'm not part what the God. Meanwhile, this is not the Bible, not what the Bible teaches. If you go to your Bible, you will. Notice that from the very first. Man God created, God was fest of Goar, interested in his welfare before God even invited him to worship. And I'm not saying your webfa is more important than. Your relationship to God, but I'm just telling you how significant the issue of weather is to God. You study gealousis the one from verse one in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and the earth was void. Darkness was upon the face of the deed, the hearth was in chaos. God wanted to create man. He didn't say, I'm interested in my relationship with them. It doesn't matter what it goes through. Before God ever brought man on the scene, God repaired the face of the ad and made the ad Ha beatable. Because we're fair is important to God. And God didn't stop there. The Bible said in Genesis to it that God planted a guardian in the east side of Eden, and God put the man there. So before the man ever came, God took care of his environment, that is the nature and the character of God. Now God was creating this man to have intimacy with him. God was creating this man to be like him. God was creating this man to have dominion God. Before the man ever showed up. For all of this all important divine agender. God knew the place of wafair, and God had prepared a comfortable atmosphere for the man. Is it that God has changed now, Malacacha the three US eight. He said, I am the Lord. I changed notes. So if God was in trusted in the weather of the first man? Has this changed his mind about this man today? Why is this man now being so frustrated. Anybody who tells you that God is only interested in your soul has not shown you the complete Gospel. Yes, God is interested in your soul, but it's also interested in your weather hair, as weicked as we are, the Bible is speaking, it's as we care as your eply parents are. When you ask them for bread and they give you a stone, when you ask them for fish and they give you snake, are your father's wicked? My own is no wicked. My mother is not wicked. For God is trying to make a point here that the love your ethnic parents have for you compared to the love that God has for you. He said, their love is wickedness. Can you see your child hungry? And then you say, I am interested in your character. You must live holy, You must not be arrogant, and you leave your child dying. If your child is sick, if your child is hungry, can you sleep? How can God now be comfortable with all the conditions that has played humanity? And then we think God is only interested in our salvation. There's something wrong with that. Theology, and I don't have time to go very deep, but when you read the scripture, you will see that that precedence that was created in Genesis one is consistent throughout the whole Bible. Check every man God worked with, it was also interested in their weafay, from Abraham down to your date. You have never found a man that God worked with whom God was not interested in his weapare. And you cannot claim that, oh, Jesus has a different program unless you are saying Jesus is not God, or you are saying God change when it became Jesus. If that is not the case, what God was doing at the beginning is what he is still doing now. Run through Christ Jesus, and He. Has been interested in our welfare from the beginning. His interest healthy date. He said in Proverbs twenty two, the blessings of the Lord maketh rich. There are many things to the Blessness of God is the bleasness. The man whom God causes to approach him intimates is part of God's blessing. A man that God allows in knowledge into his reality is blessed. A man that God gives eternal life is blessed. There are many dimensions to God's blessing. But he said, not with tandy your westha is part of it. And God is not only e when interested in blessing those, of course, who are His children. Every body created, God is interested in their welfare, interesting with each other. Sis verse seventeen. The Bible said, tell them that are rich in this world to be not high minded or trusting on satin riches, but in the Living God that give back to every man live Bradley, that he may enjoy. I'm telling you why most of us can't. Exercise faith because somewhere in our hearts we are thinking that matters the border on our existence. God is not a part of it. Of course, that I can do all things through Christ, which strength is me. Christ does not only strengthing you to love God. Christ does not only strengthing you to live Holy Christ also strengthens you to live a victorious life. Learn to exercise faith for the things that border on this light. I'm telling you all the wise, when things go wrong and when. Spirits becomes involved, you'll be stranded. Many can't exercise faith because their theology has been thwarted. And this is not in any way trying to say, oh, we are. Teaching people to be materialistic. No, they are two different things. They are two different things. When we talk about God blessing people, we are not trying to advocate for transactional gods. There's the difference between God blessing you and the transactional gospel. When we talk about God blessing you, we are telling you that God is interested in every affect of your life and He has created these temes to fabilitate it. When we talk about transaction a gospel, it's a batter gospel where everything people do for God they are doing to get something. That's not what we are saying here. You can pray and not receive any worse a change. You can give and not receive worse pay change. You can fast and it may not affect your welfare. You can pray and God can use that prayer to help somebody else. You can pray and God can use that prayer to give you an encounter. You can pray and God can use that prayer to engender salvation for somebody else. Are you following but you cannot pray and God can give you wisdom to start a business. If we say if you pray, you must have money. If you pray, you must receive material things. It becomes transactional. But you can pray and God may not give you anything directly what it may contribute to His kingdom. Are you following this? So the blesness of God is for. Us his children, notwithstanding we must not pursue it at our primary goal. Are you following this? So many times in a bit to separate the black life and transactional life. People now caught short the blessed life, and Christians begin to struggle. Meanwhile, the people of the world have placeds. They go to forese oscitation. If you read your Bible, you will discover that the worship of spirits has been dead from the first man. You will be naive to think people are so civilized that they don't know spirits. There has never been any generation we are people have no relationship with spirits. And then if you read the Bible, you also discover that you will hardly find a king that does not have the relationship with the spirits. Because spirits work with power. So when you find anybody in the corridor of power, whether governmental power or economic power, or spiritual power, he knows something about spirits or their principles, you will be very naive to think they don't. So you don't begin to. Hear things and not learn to exercise your faith for blessings. See will affect you a great deal. Work as much as you can, but trust God for blessings. Are you following this? Trust God for blessings. Trust God for blessings or the wise your life may not go as you affect it. Number two, there is an argument that all this so called miracles and miracle. Workers I take. So when you come to a place and people dare to say something super, that's what that has happened, the alarm goes off. That is feig. Now these things you may take. It does not affect you directly if you don't take time to recute it soutly. It's a non view to the miraculous, because everywhere a miracle happens, you hear people rise off aggressively and say it's fake. And then you are chewing on these things. Chewing on these things. A point will come when the miraculous we go to a great portion of your soul and you willnot understand that something has happened to you. If somebody's eyes open, if a clip who walks. If somebody says, oh God, bless him financially, you hear it's fake. It's fake. It's fake, it's fake. Why do you think the devil is raising people who are very aggressive to attack these things? Is to make create a consciousness in the minds of the believers that these things are no more there. So you will come to a point where you say, yes, in the dates of the Apostles, in the Bible days, God did miracles, but he's not doing miracles anymore. And because you have accepted it the day you need miracles, you now discovered that you have no faith for it. But you never realize that when they were creating those atmospheres, they were doctoring your convictions. You need to know that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is the same person who did it in Bible days. He's the same person doing it now. So long as Jesus is around, so long as the Holy Coast is around, so long as the Gospel is preached, and so long as men believe in Jesus, miracles we see happen. The only time miracles we stop happening is when Jesus stops being the same, yesterday, today, and forever. The only time miracles we stop happening is when the presence of the Holy Ghost is no more. The only time miracles we stop happening is when people stop preaching the gospel. The only time miracles we stop happening is when men have faith towards God. If these poor things are in place, miracles are in natural by product. You can't preach the gospel and miracles don't have too. You don't even need to prey for anybody. Just preach the gospel. The gospel itself has powers to create miracles. So it's not a question of whether somebody is fake or not fake. We know they affect people everywhere. But the miraculous we must make an argument for it. God see those miracles, and we need miracles every day, and I will shure you are because we are on a journey in life. It's like the movement of the Israelites. See, some people are in Egypt, some are in the wilderness, others have entered the Promised Land. That is how our spiritual. Journey is like. When you give your heart to Christ and you have not grown in understanding. Although you are saved, you are still like somebody who is in Egypt. That's why exciting the lations for one they air so long as it's the child, it's not different from a savant. So there are. Many Christians that currently properly saved, but they don't have knowledge, and because they don't have knowledge, they are still in captivity as well. They are savants. Those gods are in Egypt. And then there are many Christians that are saved for God is transforming them. God is teaching them his ways and they are learning to switch from their natural mindset to a spirit to one mindset. The Bible said that the natural man receive that not the things of the spirit of God. Neither can he know them because they are spiritually designed. So when you get saved, you will start a journey from natural mindset to spiritu one mindset. In between that journey, it's God widerness. God, We're doing a lot of things to help your transformation. Hey, we give you encounteract. He will bring you the word of the Lord. He will allow you go through circumstances that will help you talk to God. All of those places are called wedness. And then you come to a point where you have much child. You have become a spirit to a man. You can't say from the realm of God, that's your promised land. Now, there are different systems that work for Egypt, for the wilderness and the promised land. You know, when you come to the promised land, you work in the blessing. But when you are in the wilderness you need Miracus. When you are in Egypt, you need deliberance. If you now say, oh, we are blessed of God, what we need to do now is to go to learn us kill. And that's all there is. You are joking on, because if you are in Egypt, you can learn us kill. A demo consistop you because you need deliberans. You don't have none led to exercise authority. Yet. So the guy who is in Egypt, how many of the children of Israel did you see doing a lot of business in Egypt. You can't succeed even if you tried. It's when they came out of Egypt that we discovered there were mighty men among them. Can't have said I can take this mountain. I have my friends as I was forty years ago. Ah, so you were such a strong man, how come we didn't hear of you in Egypt? Because in Egypt you are not permitted to exercise your capacity. Joshua conquered tack. The moment they crossed the red streets, some to your food, she started singing prophetic songs, so you know how to access her book. How come we didn't hear one prophetic time from Egypt? Because when you are in Egypt, you can still be bound. You can learn all the skills in the world. I'm not prosper, so you need in Egypt. In Egypt you may have skilled into amount to much. And if you think I am lying, go around and take a census. Nigerians are smart. Oh my god. You need to meet some young men. If they sit down with you, then we analyze how to start company and it's to a prosper And then you look at them. They're looking for a job and then you are wanting what is going on? Do you think they're millions of graduates in Nigeria are lazy. They are not leszy. People are still trying to break through. So they have the skill they are available, but there are forces they are contending with you will be very naive to things. They are no forces. And if there are no personal forces in your life, you are in an environment that forces are still really and left your text place. Ninety percent of the people in authority are all criminals. And how you are wanting there s where they should discuss the future of a state. They are sharing the resources money that they turned to a state for road for light. People share it and the next day they see them starts in Dubai. Ah are you around? That is? That is your life too. The power you need to power your company. Somebody is plenty your power in Dubai. Somebody is plenty spenty. Our road in New. York for holidays, so they can spend our road for five days in New York and spend the while. Let we sit in Dubai for three days and come back then our first this we are dealing with here, so we we need we did need deliberance and miracles. So we are not against the system of Canaan. We know that this time we place that system, but we'll not neglect this one when we get to Canaan, where we know the place of business. When we get to Canaan, we're not the place of kill. We're not the place of investment. We are not ignorant, but we are aware that why we are see transitting at some point we need miracles here, Lissa, why you are trusting God for wisdom to start a company and why you are building one, be mindful that you are see journeying. You will need miracles. Don't just I've started the company. I started the business sostrong fat my brother. First, that thing. Apply all the principles there is to apply. But don't need let God. If you need, let God, you have problems because we are some of us are in Egypt because although we are said we don't have sufficient spiriture understand this certain can see entire work face. Some of us are said, we are translifting from spiritual mindset to from natural mindset to spiritue mindset. So we're in the wilderness. Why do you are in Egypt and the wilderness? He knows when they need miracles, and he knows when they need to start applying systems. Most times we say, when you talk about miracles, you are making pristis lazy. Tell them to go and walk, or God will know the place of walker. But there is what you do in Egypt. There's what you do in the in the wilderness, and there's what you do in the promised land. If you are entered your promised land. Work because even if you trust Man, it won't come. That's why some of us Christians we have got it to a point where we are trusting God for miracles. We don't see miracles. God is saying, work your level of understanding. Now you have come to the promised land, you need to walk. And there are some of us that no matter how we walk, we don't get the results because we have not entered a place where we can God run our territory by priesthood. So God is saying you need interventional So why you. Are trying so hard? He's giving you wisdom on what to do to receive miracles. You understand the difference when you hear people tell you miracus affect live devil. This doesn't mean everybody doing miracle is real. But you focus on God. God your space and make sure see as. Seem what healing is. They see debate around the subject of healing, whether God is the healing today. Let me show you some of the questions they ask. You know, these things get to me so much because I see people around you. They have so many needs, and then when you check them, they are trying their bets. And sometimes when you start praying, you will discover that some of these people are battling with things that they don't even know exists. So everyone of US's can understanding so that we learn how to exercise authority. Let me talk healing briefly. People say healing miracles in particular are faith and they have some questions. Number one, they say, why do people claim they are healed and then later discover that they are not just healed, but their condition has become worse. It's not known it's started. Even in Bible days. It happened, and there are three reason in why it happens. Number one, John five fourteen. Jesus healed the man that was born blind, and when Jesus met him, they said, when you go back, don't go to see him, otherwise the worst thing will happen to you. So when people are healed and they returned to iniquity, they can lose the miracle. So you can see somebody toes the bar, I'm here, I'm here, and three months later the same percy is sick. He can even be offended in charge and say he was not he was healed. Ask him what were you doing in the last three months? You will know why that sickness came back. Jesus said, if you go back, It was Jesus who heed the man. He said, if you go back, the worst thing will happen to you. So somebody can receive a breakthrough, and then he enters into galivanting with the money that comes from that breakthrough and certain comes and PERPETSI don't be quick to say, oh, there was no miracle and they just manipulated it. A man can genuinely receive miracles and lose it if it goes back to things Jesus, so the man, a worst thing will happen to you. Number two, why do people lose their healing people though they received it genuinely. When you are empty, you can go back to your coma condition. In Matthew Chapter twelve, Ver's forty three to forty four, Jesus said. When an evil spirit is gone out of a man, he. Said, that spirit goes to move about in dry places. If he doesn't find where to stay, he said, he will return back. He said, if that man or door clean is empty, he said, the spirit will return with self bore wicked demos. And he said the condition of that man will be worse. So somebody can be healed of cancer, somebody can be viewed of blindness, somebody can be healed of lameness. And then he. Doesn't have any business with the word of God again and it's empty. When the devil attacked him again, his condition would be worse. That doesn't mean he wasn't healed. It simply means he refused to have himself saturated with the world of God. So don't be quick to say he didn't happen. I see a lot of conditions. Case this were somebody is you one one letter? They're interviewing them. Were you really healed? And because they pertin too, didn't know anything about the spiritum or the world of God. So well, I was in the meeting, I felt good. When I left, I don't know what happened. You were empty, That's what happened. So if you are not seeing you were empty. Certain will come back. You think such a. Least people forever even Jesus, well, Certain left in the Bible said he left him for his season. When he goes, we return. What your job is to make sure that when he returns you are not empty. If you are empty, he won't enter. He will get seven more weekes spirits and come back to you. Are you following? Why do people lose their miracles? Number three? If they don't build faith. Whatever you receive from God, you most build faith, otherwise you will lose it. He will need a God's presence. Have you not read your Bible? Jesus was working on water Matthew fourteenth, twenty nineteen thirty one. And the third is a ghost? He said, No, it is a Peter said, if it be downe beat me. Come, and Jesus said, come, And the Bible said, Peter came and he was working on water. But suddenly, he said, he turned back, and when he saw the wind voice cereals, he began to think. In Jesus' presence, the reason you have what you had was because you have faith. The moment you allow your faith to be deprested, you can lose it. So when you you lose it, the question is not the authenticity of what you receive. The question is your inability to keep what you receive, because you didn't maintain the faith you have when you received it. But you see, these things are not taught. So you just see people stand up and start making arguments trying to discredit what God is doing. It's blaspheming, and unfortunately many Christians join them. And that's why when we now need. Miracles, it becomes difficult also receive it because the moment you put it, you become norn to it be intensity, so that worlds in shift clothing won't receive you. Notwithstanding, don't neget what God is doing, because those who lack understanding are proper getting against it. It will cost you a lot. We need a lot of miracles, a lot of it. In fact, we need it on a daily basis. People rise up. Understand people are not completely huged people in the Bible, it's not all the times people are completely huged. There are times when God starched the walk. He allows your faith to complete it. Have you not read your Bible? In Acts chapter three, verse eight, when Peter prayed for the man at the Beautiful Gate, silvan God, that I know such as I have I given to you in the name of Jesus, rise up and walk. The man didn't rise. Peter had to pull him off for strength to enter his bit and the Bible made a statement. He said, the man went to the temple walking and limping, but the parts their purses were concerned. Jesus is high. But as the man was limping and praising God, then Miraku gets affected. Most of you don't is miracles because they have told you that. Forget those things they are doing in Peco. They are just helping, motivating people, and you don't know how it works. If you see the finger of God, you can see the arm of God if. You know what to do. It's not every miracle that is perfected when. It is done. Some of you are here. You are having lung conditions with sneezing, and then you are praised for sneezing. Stop and say, well, it's only seezing and stuff. The main problem is longs. The main problem will remain there. Before you don't have it. When God stop pleazing, the God that stopped the ceazing, we stop the lungs. But because we have adopted what the world taught us, you can't. You are needing. You need money for to start the company. God send somebody to give you a little favor and brought your launch somebody. You never expect that to say thank God for it. The one who sends somebody to buy lunch can connect you to the person who can partner with you to start the company. For Christians don't know how these things work. And the reason is because we have opened our ears to the world. In John chapter four, verse fifty two to fifty three, an officer came to Jesus to pray for his son, and Jesus prayed for him. And he left. And the next day when he was going home, he met his servants coming and they told him, your boy is well. When you read that picture, the man made a statement. Look at the scripture, and he was now going down, and the savant made him and told him. Saying, thy son, leave it. Next verse see what the man said, then in quiet he of them. The hour when the boy was what is it? The hour when he was rude, the hour when he began to amend. You have to be sensities. See, it's not all the time you see God completely. There are times when God show you his hand. You need to know how to hold on to that hand for the whole dimension of God to open to you. We all receive miracles because they have dissuaded us that it's not there. So when God is doing something, we are telling ourselves, I know, go greedy. No God, if he discreetly I see the whole matter, he will not see it. And God will not explain himself. He is God, He's Alpha Omega, He's beginning and end his ancient of this. He was here before you came, where you are gone. He see here God all about himself. So when you see. Things attacking God, attacking, oppressions of the spirit, attacking Chuck, don't be quick to jumping step back. Let the Holy goes talk to your heart again. I reiterate, there are.
