Faith by Choice

Ali Luis, I have a little charge for view the grad ones, and just for a few minutes, if you will join me, turn your bible to the Book of Genesis chapter two. Genesis chapter two. I'm going to begin my reading from Vest number seven Genesis chapter two, from West number seven to West number nine. And the Lord God from man out of the dust of the ground, and breath into his nostrils the breadth of life, and man became a living soul. And the Lord God planted a god in eastward in Eden, and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground the Lord God made to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food, and the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. As he study of Bible, you come to realize that God's dealings with a dam was around the trees. The trees stand out as a context of the dealings of God in his life. When we look at Abel, his dealings was along the lines of the sacrifices that he offered. The reason is because the nutrition of those days was vegetarian. But what was the reason for which Abel kept livestock, and I can show you a few scriptures that nutrition those days was on a vegetarian diet. His dealings was around his sacrifices. In the life of Abraham, for instance, his dealings was around his altars. So I wanted to focus on Adam in a moment of time and understand what God is saying by planting diverse trees in the midst of the garden. The instructions that Adam received from God related very specifically on how to deal with the trees. If I stay with me, say Amen, what God was trying to draw the attention of Adam too, Five things. Let's take a good inventory of the kind of trees that we have in the midst of the garden. In the Book of Genesis, Chapter two, verse nine, just with more critical attention, the Bible says, out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the site. So the purpose of some categories of trees that were present in that gardien was esthetics and good for food. The purpose of some trees that were planted in that garden was for nutrition. The tree of life also in the midst of the garden. The purpose of that tree that would have been an entry point. Allelujah. You know Adam was created innocent, he was not created righteous. He will need to make choices that were intentional, that were deliberate, in order for him to have what God is offering him. Allelujah. If you follow the testimony of the counsel of God, when God, in the counsel of himself, said let us make man, the implication of that statement was that God, every member of the god Head, will have a part to play in the making of man. So in Genesis, chapter one, verse twenty six, the Bible reveals how that God God says, let us make man. So that's the counsel of God's god Head. It was in that council that the vision for man was born. If you read the entire scripture, you will find out that the the blueprint for man was tied around a dominion mandate that he was supposed to fulfill upon the face of the earth. The purpose of man was that he would be a participant, a co laborer with God in the administration of the affairs of his kingdom. If you go to the next verse, which is verse twenty seven, you will see the Godhead had already already set out to accomplish that which was conceived in their cycle. So there is a member of the Godhead that went out and he created man in his own image. So it means that there's an aspect of man that derived from God is immaterial. The project is let us make man. The first step in the making of man was create, create, So there's an aspect of man that was created. And you know, because of the presence of doctor Cookie, I would have quoted a Hebrew world. But so I have that word of my lexicon here, I don't know if I would do damage to the pronunciation. That's why I don't want to let me let me try. It means that that aspect of man came from God directly, and that's his spirit. In the Book of Genesis, chapter two, from five to seven, we see another member of the god Head steps out of the quadrant of the Godhead to perform an act of modeling your English Bible says Jehovah, Sorry, the Lord God. That's another member of that council, Jehovah Elohim, decided to step out of that quadrant, and he did the modeling a formed man out of the dust of the ground and breath into his nose trills the breath of life, and man became a living soul. So you see the development is advancing. At this point. The strongest avenue of man's consciousness was on the ground of the soil of his soul. There was another member of the god Head, namely the Holy Spirit, that was suppossibly crowning personality that would have administered the life of God in a dam so that he would have been a creature that functions like God in every aspect and every type of divine in stinct whatsoever. But unfortunately, the Holy Ghost was not given the opportunity to administer his own part of the effort. The reason was because stay with me, Ali Louis, this is the tree of life. I'm trying to explain. I've researched quite significantly on that subject. If Adam had decided to choose the tree of life and eating from it, then the holygoes will have in dueled his spirit man and he would have become regenerated he would have had the life of God and nobody who had needed to die for that to be accomplished. That was the design of God. Are you there so if you still remember, the Tree of Life was in the midst of the garden because God wanted man to partake of it so that God will become life and the life supply to humankind. Even though human beings who have human life, but it will be natural for them to leave according to the potential and the energy that is derived from the divine life that is sitting in their spirit. Man and Jesus wouldn't have needed to die, you said with me. Unfortunately, man decided to particke of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and evil. That means man was given an opportunity to exercise his will to make a choice of his lines of development. The terminology the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil is an intellectual way of saying death. Alleluyer. So the real interaction that was taking place is among the trees. Apart from the trees that are designed to provide nutrition, the true major trees in the garden were, namely the Tree of Life and the Tree of Death. Even in the delivery of the surveys of scriptures. Your fountain is either a fountain that carries the torch of life or the touch of death. So God is still speaking to us in parables with the trees. Hallelujah. Your amen is fitless. So I'm going to protest because of that amen and the syllables I'm supposed to deliver. Here. I we're frum kitty at least because of the elders that are here. You know, I'm I'm handicapped by their presence. While we were in the university, we were radical preachers of the gospel, and you could see that there was so much potential that was building because there were some young people that had encounters with Jesus. It was obvious they were not normal men. They had touched the Lord. And you will think that in the next twenty five years, on the account of the investment that has been deposited in them, there should be there should be some form of profit that the Kingdom of God should enjoy on the account of the investment and the spiritual capital that was on their lives. And you know how the educational season is. You people are compelled to be in the same classroom taking lectures and there is a temptation for you to think that your life is going to resonate around the life of the individuals in that classroom until you graduate, and for twenty five years it might not even have a glimpse of the next person that normally sees bioside. And that was what happened. He gave us enough time to exercise the texture of our thoughts, of our choices, sorry, our choices. Just like Adam was going to make a choice, and God was so compassionate. God showed up in the Guardian and educated him on the consequences of making the wrong choice. He didn't make any comment about any of that tree that was in that Guardian, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He said, if you eat of this one, the justice system of Heaven has already sustained a perspective of what will be the result of that choice. You will come face to face with death. Your preting system will be death. You will be compelled to leave a life that is separated from God. Allelujah, and the Bible. Because that existence that you sustain in separation from God, the Bible cause is death. Because the Bible reveals that God happens to be the fountain of living waters, the fountain of life. Anything outside of God's space is death. Just like God had the opportunity to come educate Adam the set and also had the opportunity in the Book of Genesis chapter three to come provide reasons for which Adam and his wife should partake of the tree of death. So it was a fair ground. God came to colonize Adam by suggesting to him where not to go, and did not have an original discussion set and should up, and Satan's discussion was based on God's discussion, And at the end of the argument, Satan pointed to the tree that God said Adam he should not partake off as the golden choice he should make. Unfortunately, unfortunately, Satan didn't address the man directly. He addressed the woman. And the woman was not a direct recipient of the instructions of God. She was a disciple of the man. And so the man's error was rebellion. Because the man was right there when Satan was speaking, and because of the love he had for his wife, he couldn't stand for truth. The man's error was rebellion. The woman's error was deception. She was deceived, but Adam was there. But ultimately the choice that was made under the circumstances was a choice for death in the midst of life. Halleluyah. So the first thing we see in the garden is what number one is what we call two sources, two sources Matthew, Chapter seven, Verse fourteen, Two sources. So every mortal's life is going to run on one of these sources, and you need to exercise your will to choose the operating system under which you run. And the Bible was not in doubt to the fact that the options available was life or and death. I hope you know the scope of the discernment we are trying to paint before your face is not good or bad. We are going beyond good or band. We're going to life or death. So I came to tell us that there are two sources. That's number one, Matthew, Chapter seven, that's fourteen. Is it possible for me to have that on the screen? So that all right? So it's not possible, Matthew chapter seven. Can you go to verse thirteen? Please? Is the entire into an entire in at the straight gate? For they why is the gate? And broad is the way that leaded to destruction, and many the bee which go thereat next to us, because straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leaded onto life, and few the be not fine. There are two sources. There are two two. These two sources will determine your strategy in ministry, because if the merchandise that you have is life, then that merchandise will lead you through the straight gate, the constricted gate, the narrow gate. The gate of government where God exercises is government over your soul, and it will not allow you to be a rolling stone. There's another approach to it, the broadway, and the Bible say is concerning the broadway that it leads to destruction. You know, I was telling a story about my classmates and after our school time we had an interlude of about twenty five years. Some of the smart people in the class decided to create a possibility of networking by setting up a WhatsApp group to include everybody, and they sasst people. In fact, I saw some of my classmates, I asked, who is this? I couldn't put a name to. Allelujah. When we came back twenty five years later, the effect of the choices that we made had begun to be very conspicuous food. You stay with me. We had preachers among gods. Some choose the Broadway. Some mothers accused us those days on campus for being too restricted. That God did not ordain for us to be restricted. See the point is this, if you are functioning on the the government of God, and God is the one that caused the shots around your life, your options will not be many. If you quarter with your wife, you know what the options are not many. If the options were many, I would have liked it. But it is constricted. And you know, the Holy Goes is such a governor. The moment you other words in anger than say hey, can you go back and retract those words, then the pillar of your pride will write up and you are trying to put yourself together to obey for three days. Then you now realize how much to root the flesh has taken in your life. And the Holy Goes will always direct you to the path that administers death to the old nature. So it's constricted when you when you finally succeed in apologizing, there is something that was You know, the authority that flesh ad would have reduced considerably, but you see, that's the way of life. It is constricted, it is narrow. So the way you think will suggest what what is operating as your base system. When we say your strategy, we can tell Okay, he chose the tree of knowledge of good and it allelujah, and your choice is going to ultimately be a foot. I went for emitting, and the Holy Spirit inspired me and the subject was the emphasis of The emphasis was sexual purity, and I preached it with passion. Was in Legos and a pastor called me. I said, what what was that? What that? What was that preaching about? He told me, say it out of every time past us has a side cheek. Yeah, So what what's going on? Why have you refused to evolve? May you not evolve? In the name of Jesus. The part way that leads to life is constricted. You must understand that we have two sources. Your source will determine your part way. That's the first thing. Number two. We have two principles. I think before I talk about two principles, I need to take it to the Book of Genesis chapter eight and then tell you a story from the Bible. Then, after which I'll be able to establish this second point give me. Genesis chapter eight, beginning from Pase twenty. When Noah came out of the arc after the flowed, he did something that I would not have done if I were in the position. Noah decided to build an altar. See, when God rebelled against when man rebelled against God, creation rebelled against man. The Holy Spirit could no longer governed the falling Creation. It was outside of his hands. So the harmony that would have existed if the Holy Spirit was governing creation was no longer in place. Because of that, several things sustained different orientations from the original plant that God had. Are you there? For instance, Mosquito that was supposed to be taken juice from flowers now takes blood. The Manuel, the operational manual of Mosquito was withdrawn. Mosquito socks blood. Now are you there? So when Noah came out, no one noticed because Noah saw how creatures used to behave before after before when he came out of that are you with me? Strange changes? So Noah decided to raise an altar, and he noticed that there were some creatures that sustained their manual, so he picked from them and offered the sacrifice to go. What was Noah saying in the intercession of this all time he was in God, I don't know how you were able to make these creatures sustained the original mode of oppression in spite of the changes in circumstances. But I'm offering them to you as a sacrifice. And the reason why he was offering them was because he wanted an assurance from God about how life will be after that judgment. Invest twenty next verse, like you to see God's response. And God smelled the sweet Savo and the Lord said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground for information. For information. God did not speak vocally. God spoke in his heart. He say, I will not again curse the ground anymore for man's sake, for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youte. Neither will I again smite anymore everything living as I have don't. So he now sets something emotion in the next verse, while they act remain. So these are principles? Are you agreeing the award now? So? In keeping with the progression of revelation in the Book of Genesis chapter eight, you will notice that the principles, divine principles are the things that God set up, and he administered some of his authority and power on principles, so that if you know how to deal properly with divine principles, in spite of the fall, your destiny will be predictable. That's what is happening. And concerning principles, I came to tell you that there are two principles. They are principles from the kingdom of darkness that you can apply, and they are principles from the Kingdom of God. A certain personal name with held somewhere in Europe invited a guest to come minister for when the guests showed up. The guys showed up with okay, I will use his so that the person people from that area, that part of the world, we not know who I'm talking about, because okay, let me just be playing. This minister came with her personal assistant, and the hotel bookings that the church did did not capture an assistant because there was no discussion about an assistant in the arrangement. So we're very sorry we have no arrangement for your personal system. This preacherd got angry and said, okay, I'm going to raise money to make up for anything I spent for the assistants, accommodation and feeding. While the conference was going on, the preacher became emotional and entered into something that she called the spirit that the only goos was requesting. If the man on the keyboard was playing, I would have been able to act it properly for you to catch the picture that there was a request for people to make the nations. And she moved the spirit and what was happening there was manipulation, and people began to cry, and they began to drop money, began to drop money, and at the end of the day the stock pile of money was born. See, there is a way God has allocated for us to get things according to the principles of his kingdom. You have a choice to decide to subscribe to other principles that are not in line with the nature of God. So in sourceage you will make a choice. And in principles that you have prayed to with you will also make a choice. But remember the Golden rule constricted is the way that leads to life. Ah, and there is a counsel he gave us that we should enter their ring. Broad is the way that leads destruction. So if I broad, minister, that can use manipulation as one of the principles that is available to you to achieve your end. If manipulation is one of them, you have made a choice. And see, unfortunately for you, it looks like you just chose manipulation today to run a deal. What you are dealing with is not good or bad. What you're dealing with is life or death. I will tell you what twenty five years of absence did to the community of colleagues that I had on campus. Twenty five years of absence. People have chosen different sources, chosen different principles, and after twenty five years was long enough time for the foot of all about our choices to find the expression. I will tell you what I found. Satan has deposited some of his power in his principles. God has deposited some of his power in his principles, And like a damn, your lines of development will be determined by your choices. I want to invite us to read about Jehovah in the Old Testament. If you succeed with study, you will shift. You experience a shift in your life. You will find out that the options are not men number where we now. Okay, let me show you a principle at least, John chapter fifteen reveals the principles that we need to be conversant with it if we're going to deal with life. If the merchandise we're dealing with is life, there are principles around the corridor of life that we must master. In order not to bore you with too many scriptures. You've had your time of scripture reading and bombardments of all kinds of lectures. But give me the Book of John. Chapter of fifteen, Let's do four and five. Abide in me and I in you. Can we can we look at it this way. Depend on me so that I can depend on you. As a branch cannot be a fruit of itself accepted to abide in the vine, no more can you accept you abided me. When you abided me, you will not have the ability to bear food your The responsibility of foot bearing is yours. Are you there as are you there? It's yours. For instance, the mission, the seminary went on mission and the people that were warned the Lord is the fruit of their effort. The Lord will not come and start doing evangelism, so he needs to depend on us to do that. I will need to depend on him for the supply of grace in order for us to be effective. You know, in elementary biology, if you still remember biology, there were two vascular tissues of plants that we were taught, the xylem and the fluent vessels. And the xylem vessels are the vessels that take water and take minerals that are dissolved in water into the plant tissues. So if you are not dependent on Christ, you will not have access to nutrient because the only possible means by which you can access soil water is to this stain and that soil water. It's a metaphor that is revealing the grace of God. There is no other technology that you can put in place to get the supply outside of abiding in Him. And that's why, once in a while, because the only mechander is that God has given us his life, you will need to go on a retreat sometimes when you feel dry, so that you can do some abiding and get your strength rejuvenated again. Before you continue. You are going to be spending virtue, spending grace, spending the spiritual capital that is available to you. And it's the principle of abiding that will become your principle of recalibration, your principle of reinforcement, your principle of survivor. As far as it is life we are talking about. The principle around life is dependence. Meanwhile, the principle around death is independence of God. Jesus model the portrait of dependence on God and add a model the portrait of independence from God. So there are two principles from which you will make a pick umber three. There are two laws. There are two laws romance chapter seven, Allelujah. Two laws a time came in the body of Christ. If you wanted to have any form of reputation whatsoever, you would need to go. And there are some sensitive places in West Africa that you can go to and they can carry out demonic rituals to enhance your spiritual perception by reason of the agency of demos. So a lot of preachers went for such enhancements because if you choose the broadway, the options will be many. But if your business is around the corridor of life, the options are not many. So if it's life that is our business, then abiding in him is not an opera, because that's the only way. The xylem vessels will come with soil water, come with soil dissolved minerals and replenish the supply in the plant. Alleluyah. One of those individuals that went to a sensitive place to acquire powers that will give him the ability to deceive people. That is a profit. The day his death came, Satan did not announce it. It seems I'm taking too much of your time. In the Book of Romance, Charter seven, I want to confront you with verse fifteen. Romance Chapter seven, Verse fifteen. Are you with me on the screen? Two laws were it revealed? And I don't want to bother you with the rigorous definitions of what a law is from this science perspective, but I want to give you a simple explanation. A law is something that is almost always constant. See if I drop this text, it will always go down. It is almost always constant because there is a law in place now. So two of such laws were revealed in the Book of Romans, Chapter seven, Verse fifteen. It said that which I do I allow not that's actually the law of debt, but it's better for us to call it the law of paralysis. I'll explain why I choose that option. If someone incapable of workiness in our miss now, because we are sitting it to not be obvious that somebody has that challenge until I say, let's just rise on our fit. Then you will find out that there are individuals and our myths that don't have the ability to stand. As in Journey, you will find people that want to stop smoking, but they don't have the ability to stop. They want to stop fornication, but they don't have the ability to stop. They want to stop alcohol, they don't have the ability to stop. That's the law of paralysis. Their desire to stop, but the situation on ground is superior to the authority of their will, and because of that, they need something stronger than their will to stop what they're identified to be wrong. So that's what we call the law of death, and it's almost always constant. That's the story of a man that has not found victory in Christ disus and has not yet appropriated the storehouse of grace and its potential power that is available to us in the administration that the Lord presides over. This person is likely to have a story of defit defeat in the likeness of paralysis that even though the person desires to improve, the ability so to do is not within the scope of his choices. The power of his will. So that's the law of death, and I call it the law of paralysis exactly. He on the other hand, it says that which I hate, that is the one I have the ability to do. So this is the law of scene. It means scene gives you ability to perform things that are inconsistent with the will of God, even though you hate it, you see yourself doing it. Hates lying, but they can't help lie. The other one wants to stop smoking, but it cannot stop. This one is lying. What to you always life? So there are two laws here, law of sin the law of death. And in the Book of Romance, chapter eight, verse one and two, the Bible says, now there is therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit. Why because the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus as what made me free from the law of sin and death. So the scripture writer just read captures the love of Sein and death. The Christian life is predicated on a new law, the law of the Spirit of life. It means that if you engage the spirit that gives us life, you will have a dependable, sustainable energy, a location that you can draw from to live the supernatural life, which is the Christian life. Living in perpetual victory means subscribing to the law of the spirit of life. I had the challenge once upon a time, and the challenge I had was I wanted to be a prayerful person, but I did not seem to have the ability to sustain the kind of prayers that I wanted to pray. So that's paralysis. There's a law of death that was at work. Are you there, Oh, you're not there. You're not following, You're not follow What did I say on the internet? I raised my right hand in South Africa and I say, if there is any woman anywhere that I have had sexual relations with in the past or in the present, come on Facebook and put me to shame. He pastors got angry. The younger was intense, It was palpable. They cried that from all over the world that I'm trying to present a self righteous kind of Christianity. Far from from that. It's not humanism and not projecting self as an idol. I'm advertising the fact that the grace of God is potent, you know, to give you the ability to live in perpetual victory over sin, and my life is an example. The testimony is you share will point to the law that is operational in your life. So there are two laws. Make your choice. Choose your source, choose your principles, and what choose the laws you operate by. Hallelujah. I'm going to leave one for you to read to study. You are going to study here. Number four is two lines. I want to read the lines for you. Two lines. Okay, first line. When we say line, we're talking about lineage. Want to trace from the Book of Genesis and draw a line that sustains that reveals a pattern all through scripture from Kin to Nimrod, to Isaul, to Pheruh to Korah to Solve, to Absalom to Ahab, scribes and Pharisees, Judas, dissenters in the churches, and then the Antichrist. If if you draw this line, it will arrive at the very end. That means, if you decide to choose the wrong source, you're perate by the wrong law, you function by the wrong principles, they will add your name in this line leading to the Antichrist. That's what I'm saying. Be the manifestation of the Antichrist. At the end of the day, I need to ask you a question, what then is the definition of a man of God. We have not reached way to ask that question. The other line abell In Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Samuel, David, Daniel, the Lord Jesus Christ and Apostle Paul. Can you see that line, it's instinct. Don't think that we are the same. Just because we handle the microphone and we claim that we are representing Jesus, we are not the same. We're not the same. And at the end of the day dead line, the old lineage will be uncovered. There are two lines, and finally, which is ultimately their two kingdoms. And this, the time I have allocated to me, will not afford me the opportunity to show you in clear terms about the battle of life and death. Whenever, in a congregation like this, where the life of Jesus is breaking out, what certain was to accomplish is to bring death into that scenary and what God wants us to do as accurate ministers or the gospel. It's a going and confront places where the installations of darkness have been set up for many generations and bring the power and the authority that comes from the Kingdom of God and superimpose it upon that place. The battle between the Kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of Light is sustained all through Scripture number five, which is the one I want you to study, is two kingdoms. And I don't have time to go there because I useday with me. I don't have time. There's some matters I would have wanted to raise, but I will. I think the world is enough for the wise. In the book of Matthew Chatter the Team, we have the parable of the sower, and in the parable of the sower, the ground where they see the soul is the heart of men. Do then we have another parable of the sower, which is the parable of the wit and the tear. You're not following me. Yeah, we have a few metaphors in the parable of the sower. What is the seed? In the parable of the so what m you try? It? You tried. But it is actually the message of the Kingdom. The message not the message of prosperities. The message of the Kingdom, the message that establishes the dominion of Christ over the heart of man, so that man even though operating in this physical world, will be governed from the ted heaven, from the throne of Jesus in heaven abole. And that will be possible because Jesus will be able to govern us through his spirit that is in our hearts. That's the idea of the Gospel of the Kingdom. So the product of the Gospel of the Kingdom is that men that are under the government of God will image exactly. So the next parable is the parable of the w and the tear. So these men that the Gospel of the Kingdom has prospered on, God now takes them and plants them in territories in the banking industry, police service, in the armed forces in South Africa, in the business world. He plants them there. Then you will find out that God is not the only planter in the night set and also shows up and he plants its own people in the police, plans them even in ministry. We went to the United Kingdom the other day and intellectuals God geological intellect was and the objective of that conference was to rewrite the Bible so that you can sustain realities that conform to the ideals of our generation. So the people that come together to achieve that effort. When did they comes in the night set and also is a planter the people that he has worked on their hearts and all the dimensions of demonic reality is have taken root upon their heart and they have tested it. He also took them and he planted them in the same space where God planted his people. So the true battle that you are going to encounter, the battle between the kingdoms, the battle between the kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of light. You've been trained to fight. I don't have time to show you that. As Paul went on his campaigns, there were only two possibilities that would resolve from his effort. It's either there's a reviver or there is a riot. Because it was not alone. There were tests also in the territory. No kingdom man establishes the government of Jesus without contention, because you are not the only one in the space. Our pios and cetimonials approach and a mental approach will yield no fruit. When I relocated to America, it was a great experience. I woke up, Ah, you know, I'm an intercessor. I exercised myself in the spirit and there was no I did not confront any resistance, and I was beginning to think that this space was free until my wife I traveled.
