ESTABLISHING GOD'S GOVERNMENT ON EARTH Pt. 1

So tonight is the first night of the retreat, and I just want to stay little body in our hearts and then tomorrow or take our time to teach extensively, because, like you said, retreats are moments where we come to first of all, reassess what we know and to ascertain the veracity of that which we have received of God by comparing the results we have with the truths that we are running with. If the results don't align with what. We have received, then there is a necessity to reaccess whether we have learned something wrong or we have not applied well what we've planned. So it's the time of reassessment, and over and above. That, it's also a time of reinvigoration, because when you walk out, you will discover that I was so John on the face of the earth. It's a warfare. The Bible said, do we walk in the flesh? Second Corinthians turn ve Street, he said, we do not walk after the flesh. You know, when I read these scriptures, I begin to wonder, I didn't start it fight with anybody? When was I invited into the bathroom for reasons? When I said I was coming to the UK. Certainly my whole system. When the wire symp terms of maneria all kinds of feverish, I say, certain, get back. You can't stop me. I spoke to my body and I stood. When I got out myself to come, I heard it was going in this territory and the temperature was my nine degrees. So you don't fight fever and come to a place like this. So some people who love. Me began to suggest that I carry my Lada drugs. I said, no, I'm carrying scriptures. I'm not against drugs. Please don't get me wrong. But you see where we are going. We need to learn how they will work and apply to ourselves first, because nations will depend on what we have to offer, and so these are opportunities for us to rehearse. So when certain attacks for me is a grand of rehearzard. So I begin to spell my spirit again. But the point I'm making this, you don't choose the buttus. The buttus choose you based on the shape of your ordination. You know certain and does not have too much weapons in this memory, so he doesn't waste them. And so the moment your destiny begins to strike a colt, make it mine. There's a leader in the spirit. It looks like they are able to decode it. You know, Jesus was just a child when they saw his star from the regions on the east. Now, no prophet had picked it at the time. To let you know that the people in darkness, they walk many, many times more than we do. Before the prophets knew that the Messiah had come. Wise men had joined it, and they came to salute him. There' say where is he that is bunking? When did the king come into the land? How come we didn't know? It was on the day of dedication that two persons discerned two Meanwhile, the Parisis were there with peers and Corah, and they didn't know. May we not join the tribe of the Parises. So certain desunds when it sees the weight of your destiny. And it's on. Account of this that the Bible say, though we walk in the flesh, we do not walk after the flesh. He said, the weapons of our warfare, they are not Kanna. They are mighty through God to be pulling down of movements. And so life is a back to ground. Even if you enjoyed victory, what you must realize is that for every hourrow you deflect, and that you left you, for every part of your conquer resources left you. And so of necessity there must be. Times when you step aside for repealing and for invigoration. So we have come here to be empowered by the Spirit of God. We have not just gone to to reassess and to appraise what we have done. We have also come for invigorations, strengthening by the Spirit, so that we can go out to make greater impact glory to God. And so the focus of this meeting will be to energize us by the Spirit of God. And I believe that when this retreat is over, one we chase a thousand and two will put ten thousands to flight. In the name of Jesus Christ. Can we celebrate my sister. System man of God all the way from school. And says star China, not from Scotland. These are women of God. They are resilient. Signs of flames and fire in these regions, and very soon they in fact will. Be visible glory to Jesus. And so tonight I want to share with us briefly on weapons weapons of a weakness, because we are. Witnesses, you know we are. They colors preachers, and we preach, but we are actually not preachers. We are witnesses. But you say, sometimes we witness through preaching, sometimes we witness through singing, sometimes we witness through writing. But it's very important for us to know that we are witnesses. That means we came to prove the veracity and the claims of God as. Captured in the scriptures. And this weakness we bring is not just to affirmed testimony. This witness we bring is to establish a kingdom and a dominium. And you know, when you are in a kingdom context, the moment you begin to witness to any other reality that is not consistent with the king you are considered the rebel. And it's a declaration of war. If I come to this nation for resistance and I raise a flag anywhere here there is no diplomatic cover for that territory, and the flag of any other nation is flying anywhere, is a declaration of war. The government will come for me. The only place in this nation where a flag that does not belong to the United Kingdom can. Flute would be an embassy of another nation. And by reason of diplomatic relationship, every embassy is not in England or do it in your soil. So if I go today Zambian embassy for resistance, that jurisdiction is a Zambian land. That's why I can raise that flag. That means I don't have the right to raise the flag of another country. Here, I'm not talking. I just raise the flag and to ask you what are you. Saying, because you are bringing a strange witness that is not consistent with the agenda of the United Kingdom. Now if I go a step further and I gather people and I begin to declare that this is another country, the army will come for me. That job will be too advanced for the police. They have to bring the army in case I have any weapon, Because if you want to talk about any kingdom anywhere, make sure you have sufficient weapon, because you will considered a treat to the sovereignty of that nation. Now, when God sentence here to appear with us for Jesus, he knew that there would be resistance. He knew there. Would your position from the demonicular That's why in Matthew sixteen, when Peter said you are the Christ, the son of the Living God, he said, flesh and blood has not refet this to you. He said, my Father, which is in heaven, has refeat this to you. And immediately he said, down at Peter, if upon this revelation I rebuild my choice. And the next statement he made fascinated me, and he said, the gates of her shall not prefit. That means the moment you begin to establish the church, you are already apputing the kingdom of darkness. And they won't keep quiet. They will come. They get o here we come. So if you are not fortified with sufficient artillery to war, you'll become a victim. The good news is that we are not victims. We are more than conquerors. But we must understand what God has given to us so that we can walk in the victory that is available to us in Christ Jesus. Now I was sharing with them in Manchester yesterday and I read a scripture. I read a scripture that has struggled me for a while. It's in Isaiah fifty six, verse nine and ten. You know, we don't know the activity is going on in the spirit term spirits don't rest, they walk, and the idea dimension that is not regulated by time, what tireal. Listen, now, this is a herald in this spirit. They say, oh, yeh, peace of the feud, Is it come to DeVore? Yeah? All year, peace in the forest. Why next verse he said his watchmen are blind. He is it? They are all ignorant. He said they are domb dogs. And they said they cannot back. They are sleeping and loving to slumber. So anywhere you step into and another kingdom take sover. This is the reason. It's posible. They are either ignorant blind watchmen, or ignorant watchmen, or dorm or aggressive. Watchmen or slumbering watchmen. Now, when you look at your nation and you go into a little history of your nation, you will discover that this nation is supposed to be a product of Isaiah sixty six, verse eight. As soon as Zion travel she brought forth our children. And why do I say so? I don't know any other nation in the world, apart from Israel, that has the signature of spiritual. Teams like the United Kingdom. I was sharing with them yesterday when I was looking at the cosmological stratification of the United Kingdom, the territorial separations, I saw that the nation is separated into regions, is separated into counties, into provinces and boroughs and into parishes. So in this country they divide territories into parishes. That means a territory is considered the church. That's why when you move and drive in this country for minutes you'll find it to let you know that God had his take over this land. And as if that's not enough, when I. Looked at the authority structure of. Your country, I discovered that the parliament was divided into two categories, the House of. Commons and the House of Lords. The House of Commons are elected ministers, but the House of Lords is made up of people who either by inheritance are placed there because it's part of the ancestry, or they are made up of bishops. So if you are a bishop in the Church of England, you have a judicial provision to give counsel to leadership. To let you know that the nation was designed for God to have a place. And it now reminded me of the parable of. The prophet Isaiah, say, how did the Holy nation become a halloed? So you begin to wonder, how does the nation that the territory is a located to God, the leadership is a located to God. How did this nation become a nation where. Where the voices that we hear from distant lands have voices of people who are fighting for things that are not consistent with the ordinances of God. How did this. Nation become a nation where streets could happen? How is it possible that the nation like this go have territory that the whole region is is colored by the rum book color? Whereas we read that God hates this sodom and Komura was destroyed for this the things that God hates, the things that are inconsistent with the other ordinances of God. How legalies in the nation like this? It means I desire fifty six, verse nine and ten is the reality of this land? The watchmen applied. The watchmen are ignorant. The watchmen are not aggressive, their dumb dogs, and the. Watchmen have slumbered. And so one of the buddings we want to uphold in this retreat is for the rise of witnesses, men who can restore cause heritage. For the land. Because what you need to know is that when Jesus said he will build his church, he was not talking about the religious organization. He was talking about a government that comes from another he owned. Jesus was never a religious man. The Veri Sees hated because he didn't do religious In fact, when they introduced him as a prophet, he denied it. He's a who to men say I the son of Man I am. Let's say I'm saying you are John. Others say you are Jemias, others say you are Isaiah. He looked at them, they are wrong, since they don't know who I am. Who do you say I am? And Peter said, you are the Christ, the son of the Living God. The Christ is the word transliterated from the Hebrew or the Aramaic into the Hebrew, and in the Hebrew it's called machiach and it means the annointed King. So Jesus introduced himself as a monarch, and not just a monarch, but the son of the Living God. So he comes from the lows of the King of kings. So he didn't see himself as a prophet. He saw himself as more than a prophet. He saw himself as the son of God. And the King of kings. So when inside was going to build his own institution, he caught it the ecclesia, And I thought them imagine the ecclasia did not originate from Jesus. The word ecclesia originated from the Greek and the Romans borrowed it. And so the ecclesia means an assembly that is called out to represent a nation on matters of government and governance. Legislation and litigation. So usually when the Romans want to colonize a territory, they don't go to bring you from your country to their country. What they do is that from the ecclesia, they select a governor, they select a George, and they select a captain. The governor represents matters of governance. George, which is like a pilate, is also a mini governor, by the way, represent matters of judiciary, litigation and legislation. And then the centuron, who is the captain, represent matters of military. So they send this tree with an army to your territory and they conquer you. When they conquer you, the governor represents the interest of the government of Rome, so he represents the emperor there. And so what they do is that the magistrate creates an educational system where they teach you the ways of Rome. You now forfeit your culture and you adopt the culture of Rome, so that you become an extension of Rome, a colony of Rome. And in case you refuse to do it diplomatically, let the Centraln's call and say, if you don't accept. Education by intelligence, we will bring education by force. So they use the army to transmit it. But at the end of the day, your country will become a reflection of Room. So the job of the atmosphere is to transmit the interest of the king, and the interest of the king is to colonize the territory until that territory begins to reflect Room. And so when Jesus saw it, he said, I will build my own eclassia. And so the job of the e classia is not to start a religious movement, is to colonize the act, so that the act becomes a mirror image of the heavens. Therefore, the focus of men should be to number one, worship God and number two leave the righteousness of God as our way of life. And so if you come into any territory and the predominant lifestyle of the people does not reflect worship and does not reflect righteousness, it means they can't do stick. Of that territory are be removed. Do a classia. There. The church can have a lot of religious activity, it's not an eclesia. That's why when Jesus addressed the church in the Book of Revelation, his focus was territorial. They say, your light, it is not affecting the territory, so I will remove your candlestick. But unfortunately that's what we have. A captain of. Religious people who are so excited in chort but has no impact in the territory because we don't know that we have come to colonize the territory. And so when we come for retreats like this, it's important for us to go back to the foundation and find out why we are here. We are here in the United Kingdom to kolonize the UK. And for those of you in the UK, nobody should teach you better. Now look at me, for instance, I'm wearing a suit and I'm feeling good. My people don't wear this. My native people wear what we call the big, the tide and the asking. That's what my people use. At what point did I begin to feel important by wearing suit. My people don't drink tea. My people wake up in the morning. We're warriors. We're armed, we tear the animals, prepare them and it. But now my people are living with dogs. My people drink tea, and my people feel important. Now we're in suit. We have thrown our own culture away. I don't speak This is not my language. My language is called it duma. We're speaking a native language that is sweet on the tongue. But we have thrown that language away, and now we speak English, and now we will take pride in speaking it with accent. So if my people come to the UK and you call them, after two. Weeks, they start speaking through the news, even though the nose stop narrow. Hi, how you doing? I'm fine? All right? When did you start? All right? He's called colonization. That's the power of colonization. And so when I come now, I can easily mingle with the British Man because I've been colonized. The question is why is the church here for more than a thousand years and the territory has been colonized. That means we don't understand who. The Elssia is. And so in the course of this meeting, one thing we will remind ourselves of is why we are here. We are here as God's agent functioning through the agency called the church to colonize the territory. So there we come when even in parliament, then we say, Jesus is Lord. That's our job. That's our job, that even in parliament they will say, what Jesus is Lord, that everywhere, from coast to coast, the name of our God will be revered and they will be worshiped as king. And we will not rest until that happens. And they will not just worship him, they will adopt his heart, the. Nazis and his ways as their lifetime. That's why we are here. This is why. In Matthew five, verse thirty, Jesus said, you are the sort of the head. He said, if you. Lose your savle are that means if you can't call the nice anymore, you have no use. They say you are the light of the world. They said, you don't set up a candle and put it on the bushel. He said, let your light so shine before men that they will see your good works and give glory to your father, which is in heaven. So if we are not shy, and if you are not making salty, they add, I will stay here. And it's useless. So the jobs we have. It's not why we are here. The jobs are just channels for giving expression to the will of God. Because I can go to the hospital, I can't go to the bank. I can go to the university. So when you find yourself in the hospital, that becomes your parish. If you find yourself in the bank, that becomes your parish. So by all means, anywhere you find yourself you must colonize that territory and enforce the mandate of the Christ. But to see, it's not something you achieve by man, wish or wishing. It takes power to do it. This is why you need to know the weapons of a wakness, so that when you go into the bank, no matter how difficult it is one way or the order, we tie you established gos mandly there and need to become the pattern and the heritage of that territory. But first of all, you need to understand that you are not a banker. You are a witness walking in the bank. You are not a lecturer. You are a witness walking in the university. You are not a politician. You are a witness working in government. You are not a school teacher. You are a witness walking in the school that orientation must be there first. And because you are witness, you weren't there to colonize. So the job of colonization is four food. Number One, you win them. That's why we preach. That's what you call evangelism. You make them accept Christ and receive his life so that they a dog cat into the family of God. Then you go further. You decipher them ways of God until they threw away their courture and their belief system and they adopt. The ways of the Kingdom. This is why Matthew twenty eight Verst nineteen Jesus said, going to all the world, not just me, disciple. There's a difference between getting somebody converted and getting somebody decided. You need to understand that this is a deliberate process. It's not enough that you told that Jesus is law and they made their confess this in us prayer and received the life of God. No, it doesn't stop there. It's like giving back to a child in the hospital and leaving the child. The child will die. That's why we keep winning them. But to city is not changing. When you win them, you disciple them. When you disciphle them, then you turn them to a webponder to be sent out as well. They do begin to win others. When they begin to win others, there you create a fortress where your plan to strengthen yourself and to mobilize more people. That is the cycle of colonization. You win your disciple, you send. As you grow, you create a whole where your garden to build standina. So if you study acts of the Apostles, when they were beating, the Bible said they returned to their own company, so they must be a company. You win your disciple, you send there, you're. Form a company. That company is for re energizing, it's for refortifications, for strengthening, because there will be backlashes from time to time. There need to be a place where we take cover. That's how the Apostles did it. Glory to go. So if you are sitting here now and twenty twenty fourth past you didn't win one soup, it means you need recruitment. And I'm going to show you from scriptures, because when we go to eternity, see the. Stories of God will be told. And when the stories of God are told, it's those who save God that will feature in those stories. Hope you know when you read your Bible, most of the scenes and scenarios captured, there were multitudes. They don't write the names of the multitude. It's only those who played crucier roles that are captured. You will always see a multitude, multitude, multitude. One thing you need to tell yourself is I will never be part of the multitude. That's the worst place to be as. Far as internal issues are concerned. Their multitude have no place in God. You must be part of the captains and the armies of God. That's why you came here. But I'm telling you to be part of those who will be numbered. You must be those part of those who are willing. You must be part of those who are discipling. You must be. Part of those who formed the company, who are commissioning others. And this must become your body. But for that to happen, you need empowerment. Now, let's look at the scriptures and see some of the guys who did some extraordinary things in the Old Testament before the Holy Gooes came. You know, I like to talk. About the Old Testament saints because they inspire me a lot. These guys did not have God living on their inside. They only heard that a time was coming when God with panacle with these people. All they had was the Holy Gooes are lighting upon them and lifting. But retime, the only goals came upon them. They did something that could not be raised. They didn't have. You. You carry the Holy Gos morning, afternoon, evening. And night. You'll sleep with the Holy Goes and wake up. You don't have any impact. But these guys, they were just there once in the wild. The Holy Gost came on them. The moment the sense that the Holy Goost as lighted upon them. They're going to antram and the things they did cannot be forgotten. So if they were able to achieve their fit they achieved, then we need to apologize to them when we. Get to heaven. So let's look at a few things they did, not having what we have. Number one, Moses. If you're stirty the ministry of Moses. And you consider the assignment God Gavin, you know, sometimes we read the Bible. Too quick, so we don't meditate. Now. In the days of Moses, Egypt was the strongest civilization in the world. And your reactation of Egypt is one that is tyrannical. They succeed by sub ju getting others. So Egypt was known to. Have slaves that did the work for the citizens. That's how they survived. And they have kept the children of God in captivity for four hundred years. And God encounters Moses and sends Moses to God, tell pherouh, let my people go that they may worship me. Now, imagine for a second that you were Moses and God sends you now as a go to Russia. You know you are saying the UK is hard, it's difficult to win. Thus, yeah, that's why why, yeah, you want ten sous. Moses didn't go to the street. If God sent him to the street to winsos, he would have celebrated because he too, not being so simpul, God sent Moses to Pharaoh. Pharaoh was known as his song God. If you were Moses, trust me, you may not even ad entarategy. Now, Moses was not a stranger. Trying to stick into Egypt. Moses was running away from Pharaoh because Pharaoh wanted to kill him. So he was an enemy of the land. And then God tells him go, tell Pharaoh to let. My people go. That debaserve name. If God tells you now go to North. Korea and tell the president that this nation most open for the Gospel. Howpe you know that your prestientity will finish if we just tell God? If this is the assignment, I'm ready to come home. Now. I'm trying to paint. A picture because some of you can't go to your neighborhood and win somebody on. The street because you think it's hard. So I'm trying to let's see what is hard. Is it harder to go to the street and tell somebody Jesus lost you or to go and tell booty? Are you seeing how funny we are? See? If we don't know these things right, most of the importations will save mean nothing. They keep playing hands, they keep pulling oil, they keep professign over us. What are we doing with it? A man encounters God wants and its assignment is to go to the strongest king on it and tell him let the slaves go. And this is not a people that went into captivity last week. They've been there for four hundred and thirty years. So you are going to approad something that is more than four hundred years old. These were the teens our patriots did. This is why Romans fifteen four. Said the teens that were written afore time, they said, they were written for our learning, so that we threw patients and comfort of this criptureice might have more. If Moses went to Pherauh, then you have no excuse going to the street. So when we talk about empowerment, there is a course, there is a purpose for it. It's not just to receive and enjoy the euphoria of God's presence. Now, it will surprise you that what Moses had is available to one of us now, because as we started down here, will discover that the only weapon Moses had was God's presence. It was the shakina that went with Moses. And that's why when. Moses wanted to go, in said, your presence will not depart from me, else I won't go. So all Moses carry was God's presence. And so anybody who has God's presence who does not do more than Moses is a feelo because all he had was the presence of God, and he was able to upproved a four hundred years captivity, deliver a whole nation, and took them to the Promised Land to serve God. All he had of the presence, they kind of went with them. God told him I will send an injured before you said no, if you don't go with us, will not depart from here. So he knew what he carried. The question is do we have the presence of God capita? Yes? The presence of God is not just upon us, is now in dwelling. So we have much more than most is had. How come our results is nothing to compare number two. To next last night and the slate foundation, and to be more corrosive as we proceed tomorrow. But let me just lay in phasis so that you know why we need empowerment. Number two Joseph. Joseph was legitt as a prisoner. They sold him as a slave. He was accused and labored a rapist, and he ended up in prison. But the guy had a mindset that God was sending him ahead to deliver nation. And so when the opportunity. Came, the whole of Egypt was at his messing Joseph and preserved God's children. What did Joseph have or what did they have? Carl wanting a gift he could interpret visions and explain the. Outcome through wisdom. Now we don't have one gift. We have a giver of the. Gift on our inside, called the Holy Ghost, to manifest in nine dimensions. Joseph had one gift he was able to solve to Egypt and self, God's people. You don't have one gift. You have the gift giver living on your inside, and you are able to manifest nine of those gifts. Now, if you can't do anything for God in the United Kingdom. You have failed. When you leave this meeting, one thing that you should do to yourself is to rid yourself of every excuse hope. You know these guys were not training the geology seminary. They didn't go to any Bible school. So I'm not talking about people who have been charged. I'm talking about ordinary men that woke up to what God. Gave them, and they used it judiciously for the purse of God. When it saw his brothers many years later, they say, you meant it for if he said, but God sent me ahead to preserve in generation. Only had had was a gift. They are most of you here who can interpret dreams. You have not used it to win one. Soon most of you are here, you can flow a word of knowledge. Most of you are here, you can flow a word of wisdom. Most of you are here, you can cast out devils. Most of you are here. You have very. Excellent gift, things like singing, profess sign have the sister, but you have not used it to do any team for God. So when you come before God with all the gifts on your life, and before God and counts with Heaven, and Joseph comes to greet you, where will you put your face? I took e gift just by interpreting dreams. You had seven gifts. You did nothing with it. And every time we come before God's presence we are looking for bread and wine. The moment they said this week, you will prosper where we shout until the roof we go off. Meanwhile, the equation of the kingdom is that when you seek God's kingdom first, all other things to be added to you. But we spend our whole life pursuing the addition. And the church is no longer raising disciples, but is gathering people who use God. This is why the territory does not know that our God is rare. Imagine if those of us sited in this hall, with all the giftings we have make up our mind that we were shut down UK for Jesus in five years, because if Joseph, as one man, could do it with one gift. Even if everybody here had one one. Gift, have well not tested Joseph already? How come our manifestation is not consistent. These are the questions which you ask ourselves to make us wonder if we are an addition to God or a liability. I'm not talking in the context of a family. I'm talking in the context of the kingdom, because God is not only a father, He's also a king. In the context of a family, as a child of God, you are blessing. But in the. Context of the kingdom, if you are not part of the army advancing the kingdom, you are liability. And unfortunately many Christians are liabilities. I want to tell you about what God has given to us as empowerment, but I'm telling you what God expects when the empowers us. In case you are not aware, I had a man called Moses who carried my presence and shut down Egypt. As you are pressing for my presence when it comes upon. Your life, hope you know that you must take a nation it curse you. I'm not aware I had a man called Joseph, who carried one gift and served and preserved the heritage of Israel. As you are pressing and demanded for a gift, Hope you are aware that when this gift comes upon your life, I expect the others, because when I give you the ability to think, it's not to make you a starve. It's because the heritage of God must be preserved. If I give you the ability to heal, they sink, it's not for self preservation. It's because I have an agenda. Hope you are aware. He said, the things that were reading are four time. They were reading for our learning that we made what have comfort through the scriptures? And who? Because most time we're asking God for things and we don't know. That's why Jesus said, don't give pressuous things to swine. They would turn to it. They don't know the really because somebody thinks sinking, it's about being his time. And if you're ever careful, his room mother is a second artist. So he dresses like that artist behaves like that that he thinks the decent. Somebody thinks what of knowledge? It's about bamboostling people, so that when it comes and it is intimidated. He will show them that somebody that kim to not be intimidated. And then he said who is Joshua? And then when you talk, he said, well, I'm coming. You think you can undermine me. He thinks it's about appealing, satisfying his ego. He doesn't know what gift things are meant for our old brother who was giving a gift. Believe what Israel from Egypt, Our elder brother who carried God's presence carryed. Israel from Egypt. This is why God empowers men. But we have it and we don't load the purpose. Please sit down for a moment, and if you read your Bible, it is replete. Men who create. Things from gold and shut down the shows in not a how to dwell too much in the Old Testament. Let me show you a few in the New Testament, Act chapter two past one. I want to start going scriptures now. Is that when the day of pectacles was fully come? Is that they were together in one accord in the opera room, and suddenly they heard the sound as of a rushing mighty wind. And then the Holy goes fill the place where they were. And clothing tongues as of fire are lighted on their heads. They moment that fire came upon them. The first thing they taught about was where is the multitude? And they said they were in the market, and they went forward, and Peter and they left stood up. After the spoking tongues, they had not raisted dead, no people was working, no blind was saying their tongue through the attention of people. Immediately they saw it as their chance. God needs to get the others here. And Peter stood up and spoke, and in Act two thirty seven, the Bible said they were caught in their hearts, and they said, man and breather, what shall we do to be saved? And Peter told them to be repent and to be baptizing. The name of Jesus. And the moment they said that in verse forty one, we saw that three thousand was saved.
