Draw Near to the Lord

➡️ The book of James assures us that when we draw near to God, He draws near to us. But in a world full of confusion and distraction, what does it mean to draw near to God? In this sermon, Dr. George Jackson, Pastor Allen’s dad and a founder of World Outreach Church, shares his testimony about pursuing the Lord, and he also discusses how we can change and find freedom for ourselves and our families. Moving closer to the Lord requires total and complete intentionality in every area of our lives, something that isn’t easy without the help of the Holy Spirit and godly mentors. But when we find hope and freedom, even in seasons of waiting or suffering, we can lead by example for those around us.
