Dimensions of Spiritual Empowerment

Genesis chapter one, verse twenty six is the ancle scripture. The Lord gave us for this apostolic journey, and I would take my bearing from there. He said. Then God said, let us make man in our own image, in our likeness. Let them have dominion over. The fish of the sea, over the beds of the air, and over every cattoon, and over all the earth, and over every creeping tein that creeps upon the earth. And verse twenty seven he said, So God created man in his own image, in the image of God. He created him male and female. He created them. Verse twenty eight he said, and God bless them. And God said to them, be fruitful, multiply feel the earth subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living tea upon the earth. This scripture gives us an idea of the intentions of God when he empact on the project of creation. This is the second time God was bringing an entity to exercise governance over the eldrem. The first heath was created in Genesis chapter one, verse one. He said, in the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. And then there was a governor that was giving the responsibility of so pretending over God's agenda on the face of the earth. But eventually, as we read through scriptures, you will discover littered within the scriptures that there was rebellion, and because that agent rebelled against the government of God, it became necessary for God to bring judgment over that creation. And so in Genesis chapter one, verse two, the Bible said, and there was chios upon the face of the earth, there was total darkness, there was disruption on the heath realm. And so God returned and. Recreated the earth. So the story of creation we have in Genesis of the One is actually not a story of creation. It's actually the story of recreation. Because all we saw was God recreating the face of the earth. You don't know how water was created, you don't know how darkness was created, you don't know how light was created. Everything was juxtaposed because Eth was judged, And so when God came and recreated the earth, there was a need for another agent to be instituted on the earth, installed on the earth, to bring about God's government on the face of the earth. But to see it would have been impassion for that to happen. If that agent was not empowered. And so the first thing we saw God do to that man that he put on the heath or would become the governor that rules on his account, was for his nature to be imparted to that man, so that that man will not carry out an activity that is alien to God's civilization. So God gave him his nature so that whatever the man does would be in alignment to who God is and to what God desires. And when God was done giving him his nature and his character, God went further to empower him. Because when you come into the realm of governance, the realm of exercising the will of a spirit, you will need certain levels of authority. Because government and governance we always be faced with opposition. And so God knew that there will be levels of resistance that this agent will suffer if he was to advance this government. And so from the beginning God gave him authority. God gave him dominion so that whatever he did, he did it without apologizing to anybody who wants to confront him. But unfortunately we saw that that being lost his authority. And so tonight my job is to show us what the Holy Goos comes to do in. Order to bring us back to. That authority that was originally given to man, and then. To help us to understand the kind. Of authority that was given to man, as that will help us understand how we need to live in our present context, because unfortunately, when you meet believers, it looks as if we are serving either powerless God or we have believed a lie, because most times the life of believers does not seem to correspond with the enormous bless. Things that are captured in scripture. And so there's a missing link that must be found so that we come into our corporate inheritance. In God, you were created as a prince. You were giving authority to exercise dominion. Unfortunately, the one who represented humankind fell to the deceit of Satan, and the devil became the god of this world. You know that scripture makes us understand that when God created man, he created him actually to function as a god, because when he lost his authority, the one. That took that authority was introduced as a God. Forwards thinking, the second Coretians of the Fourths three say, if our gospel be hed, it is heed to them that are lost in whom the God of this world has blinded the mind of them, else they would have believed and received the glorious Gospel, which is the image of the invincible God. And so the man never realized that he was created to function in the God class because he didn't know what he was given. He didn't know the kind of authority that he was brought into exercise until he lost it to Satan, and he saw set and willed that authority in an unimaginable manner. So the man did not appreciate what he had on his set and took it. And unfortunately, ti you date, even believers are saved, have not come to understand the authority that we have in Christ Jesus. And so although we have been restored and redeemed to work in authority, we have still function in our sleeve. And so we need to understand the kind of authority that we were given. When you started the book of Genesis chapter one, chapter two, and chapter three, you're. Gonna discovernment that three five teens were given to man. The first thing God gave to. Man was his nature, as we already read in Genesis one twenty six. That means the man had the dna of God. And because they had the DNA of God. He was built to function in the God class. Why didn't snakes attend? Why didn't class attend? Because they don't exist. They don't function in the class of men, and so they don't know what it means to have the experience of humankind. Because no matter how you train a dog, and I understand most of you here have dogs as pets. Some of them have lived with you for seven years, some have lived with you for five years. But there's no training you give to a dog that we replace a child. A dog can never be as intelligent as a child. Some of you have horses horsies. That you have lived with for eight years, but you discover that you need to child that is three years old becomes wiser than the horse. Suddenly that lead to. Child can hold that horse and pull the horse. And direct the horse. In where to go. So the difference is not age, the difference is natural. The nature of the side makes the child leave in a class superior to doors, makes the child lead in a class superior to horses. So when God created us, he didn't want. To teach us and train us how to live like God's so what he did was to give us is nature, so that by natural instinct with functions like God. Because we were built to live in the God class, and God did not stop there. They went further to give us his likeness. The word likeness actually refers to character, but is deeper than character because when you started that word in its original context, that word means demotel. It is called demotail, and demotea means a model. So what God did actually was. To create the man to be an agent that reflects the glories of God. So the man didn't just have God's natural The man was God's architectural design that reveal God's wisdom, reveal God's power, reveal God's glory. So when you want to see God's glory, you don't need to look at the mountains. When you want to see God's glory. You don't need to look into the cloud. When you looked upon the man, he had a way of demonstrating God's glory in such an excellent fashion that he becomes a marvel of creation. You know, when I was studying that world, it told on me that most of the beautiful inventions we see in the world were actually designed as models to reveal architectural and engineering intelligence. For instance, you look at from aircraft, especially military aircraft. I study a lot of things, forgive me, but I study a lot of things. When you study military aircraft. You will discover that they were designed to be cutting edge inventions that beat the imagination of the ordinary man. That is the sand of engineering intelligence. When you study these aircraft, they are three major characteristics that are imputed to give them the class that they're operating. Number one is speed. So when you study about military aircraft, they are trying to beat the edge of speed. Continually. Most of the aircraft today that are used for warfare move more than three times the speed of sound. So you find aircraft that move more than two times the speed of sound. So before you blink, the fast they've cost havoc. That is the intelligence that is imputed into it. Are you following me tonight? And then you have what the government. Of ability is the ability for this aircraft to be able to beat missiles that are launched to destroy them, so they can manufad the air you want to attack. They swing and they get behind you and they destroy you. And that's not all. There's something that costs tells of units. Is the ability to be obscied to radar so that when they passed, radar can dictate them. This makes this aircraft super inventions. So if they want to attack you, for instance, whether you pick the F thirty five or you pick the SU fifty seven, they can pass through your territory. Before you know an aircraft passed, they've done what they want to do and they are gone. I thirty one is called the B too spirit BOMBA. It's a spirit. Then you can't dictate it on radar when it enters your territory. It cost the subvoc and the paths before you realize something came here. Before they begin diplomacy. They parade some of the aircrafts, They parade some of the missiles to give you an idea that the nation you are coming against you are dead on arrival. Are you getting it? You want to fight the nation? Before they speak to you, they just open their assnask and then you look at aircraft, You look. At missiles, You look. At them, all kinds of equipment, you know, all kinds of weapons. Nobody will tell you. You advise yourself and said, no, I better look for my match. This one is not my size. When they finished, they display then they ask you what were you saying? Did you say you want that to fight? You will say no, I just came to greet you. You know what they have done, they have showcased their majesty. They are too million to the invention. When God wanted to demonstrate his majesty, when God want that to demonstrate his glory, when God want that to demonstrat his authority. What it did was to architect a being caught man. And unfortunately he never took it because Satan came and taught him rebellion. Because this man cannot be hot. The only way you can hurt him is to manipulate him too, self destruct. Number one is called the wrath of God because God has a justice system, and that system insist that the. Wages of sin is death, and God will not compromise on his standards.
