See, we are called to take his light to a world where wrong seems right. What could be to be the cause? Sharing life with one who's lost. Through His love, our hearts can fill all the grief they bear. See, they must see the words of life that only we can share. Oh, people need the Lord. People need the Lord, 'cause at the end I've broken dreams. He's the open door. People need the Lord. When will we read your lights that we must give our lights for? People need the Lord. Hallelujah, tell somebody people need the Lord now. I shared with you how can I say thanks? And I shared with you about two different people who said thank you #3 first time well. Chapter 25. How can I say thanks, Lord? First time well 25. And Samuel died, and all the Israelites were gathered together, and lamented him, and buried him in his house at Rama. And David arose and went to the wilderness of Paran. There was a man in Maun whose possessions were in Carmel. Maun, where's Brother Maon? How is the place here whose possessions were in Carmel? Now David heard in the wilderness that Nabal did share his sheep, and David sent out 10 young men. And David said unto the young man, Go up to Carmel, and go to Nabal, and greet him in my name, and that she shall say to him, that liveth in prosperity, Wow. Peace be both to thee, and peace be to thy house, and peace be unto all that thou hast. Now I have heard that thou hast sharers and all thy shepherds which were with us. We had them not, neither was there ought missing unto them all the while they were in Carmel. Ask thy young men, and they will show thee wherefore let the young men find favour in thy eyes, for we come in a good day. Give, I pray thee, whatsoever cometh to thine hand unto thy 7th, and to thy son David. When David S young men came, they speak to Nabal according to all those words in the name of David, and ceased. And Nabal answered David sevens and said, Who is David? How can I say thanks for all that you have done to ask a question? Who is David is? Is that the question you should be asking? Who is David? Somebody who has been looking after you and guarding you. You are asking who is he and who is the son of Jesse? Who is he? There be many servants nowadays that break away every man from his master. Who is he? You see, one of the ways of saying thank you is to even ask who? Why? Who are you? What? What have you done for me? Yeah. I I don't owe you anything. I don't owe you anything. Who are you? We were there keeping the sheep. Now therefore know and consider what that will do. For evil is determined against our master and against all his household. For he is such a son of Belial that a man cannot speak to him. All stubborn people who cannot be spoken to you are a son of Belial, he said. He is such a son of Belial that no one can speak to him. Son of Belial, that a man cannot speak unto him. If you are a wife, no one can speak to you. You are a daughter of Bilaya. Now I want you to notice just this is a side point. The 17th, he says. Now therefore know and consider what thou will do. Do you see? In other words, there are some things you don't have to expect somebody to tell you what to do, because it is not nice for the person to say what you should do. Do you understand? Because some of you, you are waiting for advice in a certain detailed way, which is some way to say, you know, sometimes it is some way to say what you should do, but you have made yourself that. I cannot do anything unless it is spelled out to me in English letters and sentences. But it says no. And consider what thou must do yourself. Look at the situation and know what is the right thing to do and just do it based on what I've told you. You see, if you go to somebody and you tell the person, pastor. You could see that she was an anointed lady. That's why she was also getting a husband. The anointing draws, that was it because of the ointment. The virgins do love thee. Anointing is attractive. That's why churches grow. When there's an anointed person, The people are coming towards the oil. They are flying towards the ointment and the action. And when the servants of David were come to Abigail, they spoke unto her, saying, David sent us unto thee to take thee to him to wife. And she arose and bowed Sheena, she was in love. When you are proposed to and somebody says I want you to marry me and you come and say, let thine handmaid, modern ladies, is that how they will? Is that how they will say it? Instead of saying let thine handmaid be a servant to wash the feet of the servants of my Lord, you rather say I'm praying about it. I'm praying. I'm praying about you. Say you want to marry. But you see, again, the mind is not thinking deeply because that is how this Nabal's mind was working. What is David? What are you talking about? What I mean, what should I do again? Is it the first church? Why? We just wanted a church. You church. We are going to say exams. Is it a school? What is going on? Wow. You see, these are the speeches of a fool who doesn't understand what has been done for you. Why should I give an offering to the pastor? Why should I honor the pastor? Why should I give an offering? Why should I give a tithe? All these questions come out of ignorance, but if you know what is involved, you will not, especially if you know how people are established in their countries for them to leave their houses and come. Is this sometimes what happens? You don't know what somebody has gone through to be here. Yeah, yeah. You wouldn't know, you know, when we had not invited people to churches before, Like a minister from outside. The first few times we made some mistakes that we, we, we try not to make later. But I remember we invited a pastor from Nigeria, one of the first pastors ever to visit the church from outside. When he came to the church and he finished preaching for 2-3 days, we gave him honorarium money. And then when he looked at the money, he said, and we had noticed it, what is this? He said, I cannot even use this to go back to where I came from. Yeah. And he was, he was very upset. He said look where I come from in Nigeria, I have to take a plane from that place to Lagos and I have to spend a night in Lagos and then catch a flight in the morning to come to Accra. So when he calculated to from that place to here, he has spent the night, come the next day, go back and he has spent the whole week coming and going because almost two days to come and two days to go and all the expenses, the offering and everything we are giving him could not even cover that. You see. So that was the first experience with hosting people. And then I realized that we on on our side because when the thing happened initially we were, we were almost bored with the guy. We were upset about this guy. What does he think? And tell me what we are giving is enough. It's OK, he should be happy, you know. But when we calculated, we realized that no, we had miscalculated that we did not realize what it involved for him to be there. We did not realize what it involved for him to be there. And we did not realize what it involved for him to spend the time there and for him to be anointed. He he did two things. One day. He one of the things he did, you know, there was somebody there who did not have a child. He poured oil on the person, the person and could not get pregnant. The person normally would not have sex, had sex only on that day for let's say maybe 2 years before, two years after something like that. And he announced that she became pregnant. Yeah. Maybe he has to restrain himself and have so many restrictions. Yeah, fasting different. But you just see him come to standard. You don't know what it involves. So that's why you ask who, who, who? Who is David? Where? Where is he from? There are many nowadays that come around every day. They call this, they call, but you don't know what is involved. For Dennis to come here, for Sir Dennis some years ago when he was living in England and for this one to come here, you don't know what is involved. Yeah, that's that's how people are. You don't have any idea. So that is why you ask The Who is this? Who is this guy? Who is this church? All these are my top members. I would have been a king of kings. A lot of Lords in my church with all these guys, growing mature surgeons, this and that. All these people would have stayed with me. Yeah, I sent them away. All my nice people. These are my nice people. When I have crusaders, Pastor Patrick and all that. Yeah. No, you come from the Crusades. Yeah, all of them. They come around. These are the nice people. I suck all of them. As if I don't like people. I said you go, you go. You go, you go. Yeah, but you don't know what it involves. You don't know what it involves. For me to come here, I traveled almost 30 something hours to be here. Yeah. Just to be here, to come and say the same thing that I've been saying, That is not a new thing to me. I have to find a way of frying it in another way. Hey, do you understand what I'm saying? Often we don't know what it involves. When I went to see the manager of the guys who make the road, a white man, British guy, he was sitting in his office smoking. Yeah, what's the problem?
