25. 10 Qualities That You Need To Be A Missionary 2

Welcome to track #25 of Why are you not a missionary? All right. Are you there? So use your abilities. Use everything, Pastor Richard. You get it. All of your gifts. Who you. You did mathematics. Yeah. It's a it's an ability. You see, what I'm saying is that for a long time, I, I, I switched off abilities that I had. So even though I was a doctor and I was in full time ministry, when I see something, I don't get involved because I've that I just put that gift aside. But one day God told me that if I give you 10 talents, I will ask you about 10. I will not ask you about 6 of them. Yeah, if I give you 10 talents, I will ask you about all ten of them. I will not ask you about sex and leave. 4. So sometimes I look at people who are trained in certain things in school and you realize that they are not bringing those things to bear on what we are doing. You didn't understand what you were learning in school. That's o'kelly. Are you a chef? You are a chef. He's a chef. Yeah, he's a chef. He has cooked for me before. Yeah. It's an ability. It's A and I tell you, you may not know how, you may not know where, but you need that ability. You can do wedding cakes for wedding functions, everything so you can close the conditioner. Are you cold? Gigi's General Girls. I don't know what country you come from, but General girls are always called global girls. Global Girls. Do you get it? Yeah. You are a lawyer. It's an ability. You must use it. I'll tell you. Many of us have submerged our abilities. How many think so? Yeah. You see, our church could have, for instance, we could have claimed what they call claims. Isn't it claims of all the charities getting backed up? We don't do that thing. We don't. We don't gasp for that thing because there's a lot of things with it. And if you don't have somebody to do it properly and carefully before you realize you are doubling in things, claiming things, and before you realize the government are coming for you for all. So I said it's OK. Take your whatever. You don't like it. Yeah. Because I, I, I realized that if you don't have people who rise up, say and say, Bishop, we are making you safe. We are doing this for you. We can see that you struggle here with baskets. Leave it to us. We know how to do this there. They know who could do it. You see, I've been advised many times to start a bank. One day I was on a plane with a bank manager. We talked for six hours and he told me I should start a bank. Then I said to him that one of the things that is very mystical to me is what people do in a bank. I don't know what work they do there. They understand. I don't know what they do. You see the hopeless full of people and they are there from morning to evening working there. They don't go home, they go late. They are always working. I, I, I, I don't know what they do. So I realized that it is a field which I am totally blind to. So if you tell me to start a bank, do you understand? I mean, you have, it's like asking me to go to the moon. I, I don't know the beginning or the end of it. But if you ask me to start a hospital, I can design A hospital from the beginning to the end. I can design architecturally, I can build it, I can run it, management, equip it and everything. And I've done it before because I know, because I'm from, I'm a doctor. So I, I know I don't need to see an architect for, to know what are the things that are needed in a hospital or what is whatever you understand. So what I'm trying to say is that there are areas that every pastor, if you're totally blank, is that you, you are bereft of, of their abilities. But there are people with those hidden. They're just, they're just submerged that people could take up and say, look, this thing, we would do it. These are the dangers. These are the evils here. This is whatever, take it from me. Then you show and explain it. And people cannot explain the things they are doing. And if you work for me, you cannot explain what you are doing there. You will not last at all. Can't explain this. Oh, is that technical? Don't talk that technical. What about, oh, don't to hear that these are technical. Whatever. If you can't explain it, I don't want to work with you because I'm a doctor. I went, I went to school for seven years to study. I can explain to you exactly what is happening to you and I can show you the medicine that you are taking and discuss it with you so that you understand it. I don't know. I'll give you a medicine. So take one pink one and three green, green ones. I say it's technical. Don't be a golly walk. These ones are charted accountants sitting behind you. Both of them are charted accountants. Yeah. Oh, yeah. If they were to bring out their talents, perhaps the church will have much more funds available. That's true. But I'm not going to risk dealing with the government that we have taken down. We are taking money. We are claiming money that if you're not supposed to play somebody who make false papers. And so, no, no, no. I beg you, please. They should keep that man. They should keep the man. Yeah, But you see what I'm saying is that when you go to war and somebody submitted his talents, I mean, you don't, you don't do well. So to do well every time she pass up, when you go to this guy, analyze everybody and try to see what are the gifts that everybody, because we need to unearth them, pull them out and deploy them fully, fully, fully. Yeah, because I said that all this is I never forget is that this man is a chef. He's a chef. He can cook. He can bake. If I was on the mission field, that thing would be it would be helpful. And you roll up your sleeves and you bake. It's just like less like I'm, I can play, I can play the piano, I can play music, I can sing a little. But best of all, probably I can direct. Oh, I can notice things. As you see, I'm a noticeer. It's a not pretty. Yeah, I can know why a song is not working if I think about it. Yeah. And why I think that's not, it's not working something that's that's also what I can do. And I've I've deployed it. I mean, since I've been here, I've been working with music producers. Yeah, since I've been here, I'm giving instructions. You see me start up giving instructions. This person, this music, this song, do this, this. I'm stressed off my gifts. You don't know what I'm doing because I've got a gadgets here. You don't know what's what's going on. My darling. It's so bitter, but I feel that you you don't want to give me something nice. So please, it's early in the morning. I want something sweet. All right? Are you there? Are you listening to me? Tend to the nearest agents. Tend to the nearest and try to see what gift is in the person. The Bible says, And I was afraid, and I went and hid thy talents in the earth. Oh, what a pity. And that thing is never used. There are ladies who are beautiful when when I say beautiful every, every lady is beautiful. But there are some ladies who no, not that they are more. I wouldn't say they are more beautiful. They are more beautiful, but they are more easily noticed strikers. And never forget that she who strikes you has been struck. Forgive now. Such people have a gift of access. They get to certain places. You would think that it's some qualification that they have as they are weaving, but it's just that they are naturally nice. Sometimes even the way they speak and the way they carry themselves, they're just nice. So they just find themselves going higher and higher and higher. I wouldn't say that they are more beautiful than others, but they they have that. It's some something. Now, I don't mean I don't mean ladies who are licentious. I don't mean I mean people who are showing 60% of their breasts. No, no, no, they wouldn't. They wouldn't even show 10%. But they just you, just they just, there's something nice about them that is a gift of access and such a person, you'll be surprised what the person can do. You'll be better off sending that person to do something than sending somebody with a hard and Bony face a golly walk. Some people smile in a pleasing way. There are. There are people they are not happy by the smile always like that. They are not happy, but they are smiling always. Yeah, it's an ability. So bring out your abilities and let us use them. What do you think all general girls tend to the nearest global brother and ask him, am I licensious? Am I licensure? Tell the nearest brother I don't want to be licensure. So if I'm licensure, you just say it now? #3 To be a missionary you must be admiring. Instead of fault finding you must be admiring, you must admire. Now the Bible says in this story that the what do you call it? German? He said I knew thee, that thou at a hard man reaping where thou has not sown and gathering where thou has not strode. Well, we have healing. Jesus Crusade. We have to buy people's farms. You see the fields that we clear, where people have planted corn and Casa, we have to pay them as though all the harvests came and every corn they, they would have come, they got it. So you pay them. Then you can clear the field and use the land. Yeah. So we buy all the things. It's not grown, it's not whatever, but because you are destroying that, because it is, it is a crime to reap something you have not sown. We can't just take the corn without paying for it. You can't reap something you've not sown or gather something you have not strawed or, you know, put in. It's a crime. And I mean, they will take you on. You cannot. Somebody stole one of my cows. A cow that he didn't rear. Is it the right thing to reap? What? He has no soul and he's eating my cow. Yeah. Is it a blessing? It will be a blessing. So for you to tell your master that you are reaping what you have no soul. It's one of the wildest, wildest accusations and it's a very negative way to see somebody. And you see that this person has a negatively oriented mind. That is the mind that cannot use and cannot use your gift and cannot use them. Become a missionary, cannot be sent, cannot be used, cannot be sent on a mission, cannot be asked to do anything, because the mind is negatively oriented. If I say go somewhere, Bishop doesn't like me, if I say something, then you say, will you send your child here? If you see me driving a nice car, you say, ah, if you can sell this car, you can buy 10 cars for 10 pastors. There are people who are always thinking, better not go to a restaurant with such a person. When you are eating, they will be watching you and they'll say, hey Bishop, he likes me too. Hey, you know our man, he likes meat pie. Hey, better not go shopping with such a person. Say hey, he likes these things. Hey monkey, they work. Baboon de chop. You cannot learn from somebody you resent. You cannot learn from somebody who you suspect. You cannot learn from somebody who you have a negative mind. This person did something, even the slightest 1, the slightest thing is in your mind. You don't, you don't learn from that person anymore. I just want to share it with you. With the slightest negativity in your mind, about your mother, about your father, about your pastor, you will not really learn from the person anymore. I'm telling you, it has a way. It's like a glass of Clearwater and you put just one drop of color and it just drops more. Once it's Khaled, everything is Khaled. Your your mind about the person is Khaled. If you sit here and Bishop likes preaching for too long, that's it. No matter how powerful the revelation is, I am. All that I'm doing is I'm confirming your mind that I like preaching too long. I just every day I confirm. Every day I confirm your suspicion. I I, I add to the evidence. If your mind is that I like girls, every day you get more evidence to build up that the person likes girls. Yeah, that's fantastic. Once they said drop and that's why people don't receive the anointing because honestly, to receive from somebody, you must admire the person literally and truly. That's what I've learned. That's what I and and that is why you are able to receive more from somebody that is far away. You don't know anything about the person and and and your your heart begins. Be open. I never found anybody greater than Kenneth Hagin nicer than Fred Price. Later on in the years then I would hear negative things. But you see, all before even such pollutions could come the admiration. I just said there is no, even when I heard Kenneth Hagin preaching and he would crack a joke. I, I used to, I used to want I, I was, that was actually, I was a bit surprised because I thought this is a very great man of God and he's with God all the time. I mean, how can he say something that even people will laugh? I was, I was surprised. I saw him so great, so great, so great. Fred Price. I saw him so great, so great. There's no nicer pastor, no nicer husband, no nicer everything. Oh, the way he prayed, the way he moved, the way, oh, I didn't have this type of thinking which people have. And I'm telling you, you can never receive with the smallest color. So if you came around and you have some coloration, coloration from something comments or you sit by somebody who has this colorful. You need to, you need, you need, you need to not have such a person in your life. Yes, Amen. You will never never, never receive you. Everything about the person will confirm a negative thing you reap when you did it. So you see, sounds philosophical. It's like you rape where you gather where you don't even think about what you think about it. Somebody has planted this farm. It's not for you. You go and collect all the couple and take it to your house. Are you not a very it's some means really some way. So it means that your master has sent you and you have a mind in your head that he rips things and that's being sent by this person is being you are. And that is why when I send somebody on the mission field and the person starts to have any kind of negative whatever, I say please, I return to, I return, I return. Now I've flown back different missionaries back to base. I saw in their eyes presentment, I saw in the eye the car had come. I said come back, come back home, get a job in the secular world where you you get all the things that you feel you are being deprived of here and start get a car and live practically. Yeah. So if you want to receive. But you see, the thing about is that the man of God or the master has faults me. And I can even tell you that I got a half fault. Before you find out, before you analyze me carefully and you analyze my preaching and analyze everything about me. I can tell you even in advance, oh, I'm not perfect. But you see, that's your problem. The fact that I'm not perfect is your problem. It's not my bedding, it's your bedding. It's your bedding that I should not disturb you and I should be able to bypass that and receive. That's your problem. It's a it's a problem for every receiver. Yeah, that's not my problem because everybody comes with problems and faults. So you, you, you, your congregation members, they have a problem of being able to bypass the faults that are in you and receive from you. That's their problem. It's not your problem. But when you perfect yourself and you still have faults. As I've come to which I could have given you handouts, but I didn't bring them. So you see, I could have done it better without giving you handouts. Do you understand? Yeah. When I was coming for the camp, I had another camp. You made another banner, didn't you? The American. But you didn't make 2. And you had no measures. Yeah, When I was going to America, I made I told them I would have this. When I got that change, I said I would speech about something else when I was when I was America that I changed. I said if I had given them this thing already, predestination. I think I even told you predestination. Yeah, but when I went to America, I went to preach about that one there. And then I came to why are you not a missionary? So I'm sorry, OK. I'm sorry because yes, it's my fault. And it's true. I said it and I didn't do it. I'm sorry. I'm just explaining to you my faults before you find out. Are you listening to me? Sure, like if God bless me, I can't even say it. I cannot even say it. Sometimes my goodness and mercy are following me. I turn around to goodness and mess. I said look, you are, you are embarrassing me. Sometimes I try to go quickly. The one I tell you that is still there and I tell you say look, goodness and mess, you are frustrating. The message that I'm preaching. Soon as I ran into the house, I closed the door. That goodness and mercy goes under the doors, squeezing through all around. What is this? Passing through all different places, removing the roof to calm down. And I said, look, I'm expecting visitors, goodness and mercy making things difficult for me. Wow, is it not amazing. It's because of negative minds. That is why I don't receive visitors in my house. I don't have ATV1 visitor. No, no, no, no, no. And I don't want because of this type of you have to reap what you have in soon. Report I have been soon. It is because of such people that cannot have visitors in my house. When Bishop Sake's wife died and the whole world was visiting me in his house, I said hey me, if it was me, I cannot, I cannot receive anybody in my house. And I've learnt that. Such idiotics. Even when you explain to them how even you came by something, they do not understand it. You should. You shouldn't bother to explain. You should. You should rather avoid them. Avoid. I have received, sometimes I have received somebody, some people have received one, and sometimes gifts that maybe are supposed to wear or whatever. I cannot wear it. If you look at me, I don't even have a watch. My watch is my phone. Yeah. I just bereft. I don't wear any rings. I don't wear any. Nothing. Just because of idiotics. So I'm planning to wear all these things in heaven. Plan to wear all these things in heaven. That's when I see you. You say that I've gathered something that I shouldn't have gathered. I've taken people's corn that I shouldn't have taken their corn. Somebody's corn in his farm. I've repeat when I didn't plant it. I'm carrying things I shouldn't carry. And if I try to explain and explain and explain and explain, oh, this person gave you this, this person, you are wasting your time. They will listen to you. And they say, I also know that the nice, the best car is Mercedes-Benz. I also know it. I know it. My father never used a Nissan or any such car, a Mazda, only Benz. That's true. That's the only car that he used. Because of idiot. You don't have to drive it. One day I was driving a nice car. And then as I was driving the car, I realized that every time I go somewhere, I realized that people are they know that they look at me, they say, oh, then I realized that the car was old, you know, that it was a new car, but it was, you know, so I took the car to the sprayer coffee. I took the car to a sprayer. I said, spray it as an old car. And I when I kept even my children look, I said, let me make I felt sad inside me. And from that time I will be parked in traffic. You cannot learn from somebody you dislike. That's why poor people work for rich people for many years and never become rich and never learn the secrets of their bosses, because they hate their bosses. If you are in Europe, let me tell you, if you are in Europe, all of you, all of us here, we are from a poor background. We are working for the rich, wealthy white nations. Yeah, and we don't learn because you hate them instead of learning from them. When Jesus even can compare himself with a thief and say, see how thieves operate, the way they come like this and so on. This is how I'm also going to operate. That's why you hear me. Even sharing certain things about things that have happened, people have done in history because you can't be in England.
