But I want you to be the kind of church member, kind of shepherd that when you are talk to about something, you don't get angry. Amen. It's a bad attitude to have a face or an attitude or some kind of mood after you've been corrected. You must not be the kind of person that when we correct or you say something or you use the rod of correction on you. We are afraid that you are going to leave the church because we spoke about something. But there are people when you speak to them, you shout at that you, you became you get worried. I'm so always happy to have somebody that I can get angry with and I don't even think twice because those are the people you feel free with. As we close, I want to give you 12 reasons why you must take shepherding to the highest level #1 you must take shepherding to the highest level because when you shepherd people, you will lead them out of their troubles. Amen. To him the Potter openeth and leadeth them out. Amen. I want you to become somebody who opens the door and leads people out. Amen. How many are going to lead people out of their troubles from today? Bible says to him, The Porter open, he leads them out. Number two, I want you to take shepherding to the highest level because when you shepherd people at the highest level, you'll become involved with them personally. Amen. You're going to be involved personally. Some of you, you don't know anybody personally. Yeah, no one knows you personally. You also don't know anyone person. But through shepherding you are going to know people personally. The Bible says he calls out his sheep by their names. May you now begin to call, be called by your name, Amen. And not just by #44 or the masses. But as you start to talk to people and shepherd them, you will know them by their name, and they will also know you by the name. Amen #3 You must take shepherding. How many have decided to take this privilege to the highest possible level? Amen, Because when you shepherd people at the highest level, you will not abandon them for secular jobs. Amen. You take it at the highest level. You will not be running away from sale. I'm going. I've got a job at Safaricom. All of the pastors, you see that today, they are going to America. You've got a whole church. Sudden you are leaving to America for further studies to do MBA. You know all your sheep are there, but if you are very serious about the shepherding, you cannot easily leave those sheep. #4 You must take shepherding to the highest level, because at the highest level you can keep the people of God together, the family of God. You keep the family of God together. The Bible says the wolf captured them and scattered the sheep, but he that is an highly and not the shepherd who's owned the sheep, he sees the wolf coming and leave the sheep and play it and the wolf catches them and scattered the sheep. Now when you take this thing to a very serious level, you will see wolves coming, but you will not run away. You will stay and prevent the people from being scattered. So I want yes, with your rod, I want you to take this thing to the highest step we are going to. Fight. To Rangoose and fight anything and anyone that scatters the sheep and the people that God has given to us. Can I have an e-mail from somebody? Tell your neighbor, look, I'm not joking here. Take this. To the highest level, because at the highest level you fight and overcome senseless wolves that destroy churches. The 4th 1 is that you prevent the sheep from being scattered. But this fifth one is that when you have taken it to a very serious level, you fight wolves. Now, a wolf can and can hurt you. Seriously. These animals, they are not. When you take shepherding to the highest level, you deliver many people from captivity because you prevent the wolves #7 when you take shepherding to the highest level, you begin to have a larger and larger and larger congregation. If you take all the things I'm saying seriously, you will begin to have a larger congregation. And I see 27 larger congregate between 25 and 27 larger congregation coming out of this particular camp. Congregations which were certain size are being lifted to the next higher level in the name of Jesus because Jesus, Jesus is a Good Shepherd. He said at that sheep have I and them also I must bring. I see you going to collect other sheep that were not your sheep before you came to this camp. They shall be granted unto you as your sheep in the name of Jesus, just as Jesus said after sheep. Have I You shall have other sheep apart from the one that you are seeing currently on Sundays currently in your church, currently attending. After sheep are coming, other sheep are being. Given unto you because you are taking this thing to the next level in the name of Jesus. Shyabala mazonde #8 When you take shepherding to the highest level, you have given your uttermost, which is your life. How many want to give your life to Jesus? Yes, your life goes to Jesus. Your life goes to Jesus. Your life goes to Jesus, not just your evenings. I'm giving my all, Lord. I'm giving everything. Not just Saturday night, Tuesday evening, Wednesday afternoon, Sunday at 2:00. I'm giving everything to you. I'm following you. I'm giving up everything for you. When you take this thing to the highest level, you're not going. You can't even say oh I'm just Sunday evenings and then Wednesday and Thursday. When Safaricom gets you from 8:00 on Monday till 6:00, Zen gets you from 8:00 till 5:00 on Tuesday, on Wednesday, Thursday, get all the quality and when you've woken up and you are fresh. This one, she sleeps at 8:00 in the evening for as long as I've known her in the church. When I'm preaching and it gets to 8:00, a clock goes off and then she starts to sleep. To say every this. One here, the one with the golden ring, that's what she does so. If. She's now giving her all to Jesus at 8:00 in the evening. By that time she has her clock. Internal clocks are saying we are going off now. So when I needed there was 8:00 in the morning. When she's fresh, she's exciting and she's fresh. Have you heard that song? She's exciting, She's fresh. She's fresh, she's fresh, she's excited. That's when God wants you, when you are. Fresh. When you are exciting, but when you are fresh and excited, that's when you are giving yourself to Safaricom. When you are fresh and excited, that's when you are giving yourself to MTN. That's what we call the flower of her age. When a brother sees her, he sees something that is fresh and exciting. You are the one who is not serious. I gave my life to law when I'm 25 years old. I've been working for God since when I was 25 years, when I became my pastor. I've been full time agency in my from my 20s, from my 20s. Oh yeah, I've given my best years to the Lord. Even if I die now, I'll give my best, my juiciest years. Because when you take shepherding to the highest level, you will sacrifice Isaac. When you take it to the highest level, you will sacrifice. You call Isaac, Isaac. We are going to die now how many are prepared to sacrifice Isaac? Shabbaya #10 You might take shepherding to the highest level because when you shepherd people at the highest level, you are entrusted with many things to do. For God that was a he that is faithful in the least. When you have been doing the shepherd at the lower level and you go to the higher level, the Bible says he that is faithful in little shall be faithful in much. God will decide that because you have been faithful in little is going to give you much. May you receive much in Jesus name. You must take shepherd in to the highest level #11 because at the highest level money will lose His power over your life. Wow, money has lost his power. I will say he that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver, neither he that loveth abundance. But you will say like Paul, I'm crucified with Christ. Nevertheless I live yet nor I but Christ liveth in me and the life I now live. I live by the fate of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. Hallelujah, family are going to say I'm crucified with Christ. Money has lost its power over my life. And the last point of the camp, you must take shepherding to the highest level because when you shepherd people at the highest level, you are totally, totally surrendered to the Lord. Amen. Yeah. It's only when you are totally surrendered to the Lord that you can take it to the highest level. When you surrender all, I surrender all to Jesus. I've given everything, everything, everything to the Lord. I'm not holding back anything. Father, we thank you. There is nothing that we are going to hold back. For your name and for your Kingdom. We give you thanks. Even at the highest level, you shall be able to surrender. How many are prepared to surrender all things to Him who called you, Him who saved you, He who is your strength and has become your son, the one who has become your salvation, the one who laid down His? Life. He gave up everything. For you, may you also give up everything for him, may you also sacrifice your whole life and everything that you are and everything that you can have and can be. Your current wealth, your current life and your future, your potential, your potential life. The surrendering all to him, He who died on the cross and gave up everything for you. Father, I thank you for all these wonderful hands that are lifted up at this wonderful camp right here in Kenya. What a blessing. We thank you.
