Wow, what is #9 how to operate in the ministry through the grace, isn't it? Now what is the grace? Wow, are you excited about the grace? Grace is a very wonder bar thing. Grace the very word Wunderba is German for wonderful. Amen. Now Titus 2, 11, 11. What does it say? What what was the name of that camp? We see that about Come in the world. Yeah. For the grace of God that bringeth salvation here. That is why what now? The grace is another wonderful thing that appears to help a person fulfill the ministry. Amen. And that is different from from the gift. The difference you see, I'm I'm showing you something. Each one is going to help you to fulfill your ministry. In Acts 4 verse 33, Marble says with great power the apostles gave witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. Amen. Great grace was upon them all. Now this grace was manifested in verse 34. Neither was there any among them that lacked. For as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, and laid them at the apostles feet. And distribution was made unto every man according as he had need. Wow. And Joseph, who by the apostles was named Barnabas, which is being interpreted as son of consolation and Levitan of the country of Cyprus, having land, sold it and brought the money and laid it at the apostles feet. Hallelujah, great grace was upon them, neither was there any man that lacked anything. Now the last verse that we should read before we can fully understand grace is Second Timothy. Are you with me? Second Timothy chapter 2, verse one? Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah, all right now, and the final verse that I want you to read will be in just the best chapter before verse 8. Second Timothy chapter one, verse 8. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel, according to the power of God #9 who has saved us, and called us with a holy calling. You see the word calling is there not according to our works? And you see another of the words that are very important, but according to His own purpose. You see one of the words, the calling, is according to the purpose. So the purpose is very connected to the calling in the ministry purpose. The reason for the the thing you are doing, For instance, our hospital that we run is not the purpose of the hospital is not to provide healthcare in Ghana. That is the duty of the Ministry of Health. Our mission and vision is to minister the love of God and the compassion of God, especially to the helpless and people who are in need who cannot help themselves. So all our ministry to the poor, to beggars, to the blind, to the deaf and dumb, to prisoners and to the sick is through the hospital. And all that the hospital does, it runs as a hospital. But the purpose is not to make money. The purpose is not to make profits. The purpose is to minister. So if there's any extra money made from the hospital, it is directed to the purpose for which the hospital was built. Because I have no intention of doing the work of the Ministry of Health, They should provide their hospitals for the nation. And neither am I got any interest in doing business because I don't want to do business. I have opportunities to do business, to do business all the time. I'm not a businessman. I don't have the need to do business or the desire. I want to do ministry, not to fulfill my ministry, not my business. So I don't want to, I don't want to be diverted into business. So you see, the purpose of a thing is very important because it keeps you on course. If our purpose is to make money, then while we take the money and and give, I mean our aim is to to feed, we pay beggars every month, beggars in Accra. You see one day I watch a film. I can show you if you are interested. I don't know if you are interested. You know, I watch a film about Congo and they show the beggars they crippled. They say, look, we have to beg otherwise we will die. We have no choice but to beg. You see cripples, a huge, the old community of cripples walk on the floor. They, they said that we cannot take care of ourselves unless we beg. A lot of beggars have. And most of the beggars we, we look after are blind. Yeah, they are blind. And they have people who care for them. They have phones, they have somebody who looks after them, brings them, bring them to church, take them back. Some of them sleep under bridges at different places, all over the place. That's the reason why we have a hospital. If I want to do business, I will sell ladies clothes. If I wanted to do business, I will sell ladies clothes. There are things that are profitable and I'll sell hair. If there were no women in the world, there will be no shops. You get it? Yeah. You have to sell something that can be bought and there'll be people to buy. Ladies, don't you like going to shopping even when you don't have money? You like going shopping, isn't it? Just to see? Isn't it? When you go to some of these new malls, you see crowds as if they're going to a soccer match. No, they're not buying anything. They're just walking through. Hey, yeah. What? Mobs. Mobs for the shop owners who has saved us and called us with the holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose. So a calling has to go with a purpose. That's why I said that you can fulfill the ministry by remembering the purpose. So you, you fulfill your ministry according to the purposes. Always have in mind the purpose, the purpose, the purpose. If you are a helps minister, let's say you are a minister who is into singing and the song that you are singing does not help. Do you understand? Then you have forgotten the purpose you are off. It's not helpful. You are destructive. Do you get it? That's why we can't just have anything. You have to flow according to your purpose, otherwise it's useless. I didn't gather you here to teach you about business or career skills. I came to talk about the ministry. That's what I can do. Amen. According to his own purpose and grace. There's another element that goes along with fulfilling the ministry and that is grace which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. And then in verse 2 he says chapter 2 verse one of the same thing. He says thou therefore be strong in the grace. Now grace is undeserved blessings and manifests itself in diverse ways. OK, such that there arises a plethora of blessings, an abundance of gifts and undeserved assistances and helps surrounding the gifts. And it takes time to see and identify the grace that has been given. So with every gift you may find grace, do you see that comes along with the gift. So the grace of God that bringeth salvation has appeared. That's what he said in titles like A Grace has appeared, like it's like an ability has appeared. Something has come, and in that something that has come, you see many abilities and many somehow unrelated but also related things that go along with the gift. It's not the teaching, but things that are going along with the teaching. So you may have the gift of teaching, but there are other things that seem to be always associated with it. If you go back with me to Acts chapter 4, you will see that right there, right there. My iPad is frozen. OK, it's revived. It's right back now. It's bounced back to life. Glory to God in Acts chapter 4 verse 33, the Bible says with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them. Neither was there any among them that lacked. Look at verse 32 the multitude of them that believe were one heart and one soul. Neither said anything of them that all of the things which he possessed was his own, but had all things in common. Great grace supports on them. Neither was there anyone that lacked in verse 34, as many of us were possessors of lands. Now the grace, the great grace that was with them manifested in the form of financial sufficiency. Unity are you with me, unity amongst them. Neither is any man that lacked people who possessed lands and houses sold them. Brought the prices of things that were sold, multitude of them that believe with one heart, one soul, neither said anything is for me. Great grace was upon them, great grace was upon them, and they were enjoying the grace. This is not an Apostolic gift, but it was associated with the gift of God that they were enjoying. Amen. Now go to Acts Chapter 11. Yeah, verse 19. So then those who were persecuted because of the persecution that occurred in connection with Stephen made their way to Phoenicia, Cyprus, Antioch, speaking the word to no one except the Jews. But there were some of them, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who came to Antioch, began to speak to the Greeks. The hand of the Lord was with them, and a large number of them turned to the Lord. News about them reached the ears of the church at Jerusalem, and they sent Vanderbilt off to Antioch. When he arrived. And he witnessed the grace of God. Amen. The grace of God he witnessed. What does the King James say? He had once seen the grace of God, isn't it? This one said. He had witnessed the grace of God. He has seen the grace. And he rejoiced and began to encourage them with resolute heart to remain true to the Lord, for he was a good man and full of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Wow. Now, very Simply put, grace of God is the word charis. Amen. Charis, Hallelujah. And I love the meaning of that word because it simply means a blessing. Yeah, kindness. It's used. Listen, it means it's used. It means grace. It means kindness, blessing, concession, graciousness. Do you see favor? So along with a gift, if you like, as side effects, there are blessings that are like side effects, concessions that come along with the gifts. That's what we mean by the just blessings. It's not a gift of being a pastor. It's not a gift of this, it's not a gift of that. When you study any gift, you'll see that there are some concessions, graces, kindnesses from above that are given to that gift that go along with it. So these collateral blessings are enjoyed by all those who associate and participate in the Great grace. So when you come near it, some collateral blessings start to also follow you. True. The further you are from the center, the more distant you are from those great graces, which simply means charis, charis, kindness, blessing, gifts, help, concessions, kindness. Now, in every ministry you see the kindness of God. That is like a collateral. Yeah. And they come in different forms. Some people have. When I was in America one time, I met with Benny Hinn. And he was, he preaches all over the world, Benny Hinn. And I was standing with him in a hotel with a millionaire and his wife. Are you there? I came to visit you outside here. Why don't you move your chest there? You can see. Are you just there at the wall? Because I was coming. OK, Try to see. We build a bigger hole somewhere so you can fit in now. Are you there? He introduced me to a millionaire and told me how many $1,000,000 this man has given to him, not $1,000,000, I mean thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars. He said thank this man for me. He has been very kind to me. I said, wow, When I was in one time in Seattle, I was taking to the top of a mountain and I entered a millionaire's house, and this millionaire was one of the board members of Kenneth Higgins Ministry. The day that I sent an offering to Kenneth Higgins, his son called me. That's why I was saying that Solomon had rarely done the right thing by sowing the seed, because his son called me. There was a there was a door on the stage. I often saw people going through the door, but I never knew that I will one day pass through the door because I don't know anybody there. But that day, because of my offering, they called. He said, I want you to say dad wants to see you, you know, to say thank you. So they took me through the door. And when I entered, that's when I saw the the millionaires, the board members who support this ministry. You see a lot of American pastors, you know, you see them on television. They have no church. But they have millions of dollars, right? Benin, he doesn't have a church. Benin doesn't have no church. They have great grace of millionaires, American millionaires that give them money. True. Yeah. You see, these are collateral pleasings. Yeah. Benny Hinn said that the house that he live in at the place that he used to pass by, he never knew that he could stay in such a house. Yeah. So often there are graces associated with the gift and you have to walk in the grace. In fact, the Bible says be strong in the grace. A lot of things that you will do is about accepting it. When you don't accept it, you struggle. You are not able to accomplish because you are struggling with what God is doing. Most of us are fighting with God. You will never fight again with God. Most of us are fighting with God, but you will never fight with God again. Many of us are fighting with God, but you will never fight with God again. To rather operate and walk in the great grace that is available for you and for all of us supernaturally. God will be doing something and you look and you say, wow, how come all these blessings, Grace is blessing. Anything to do with grace is a blessing. It's a blessing and it's associated. When I look at this and I'm almost I've almost finished this point and I'm moving to the office and we are done. Listen, when I operate in this grace, I see a grace of God to do things that only the help of God could do. Yeah, there's a grace upon this ministry. A grace to build. Yeah, a grace to build. Yeah, supernatural. If you come and you get close enough, that grace will fall on you and you you will build a personal house too. The grace is not a Apostolic gift to our pastoral kids. It is a concessional things that are just given as concessional additions, collateral, provisions. There is a grace to be happy in the church, to be happy in the church. I once went to preach somewhere and the pastor had not been in Ghana. I've told you more than 20 times, but I like saying it. This pastor has not lived in Ghana for the last 20 to 30 years and he said if I was to come back to Ghana, I would like to join Lighthouse. He was sitting on my left and I was sitting on his right. He said because Ole, there is vision in the church, there is happiness in the church. The church is happy. It is something that you notice. There are times that you see that people don't want to go home. They've come to church. Or if not, notice that. Yeah, as if we don't have houses. But there is. What mean shell in the church mean? Shell means happiness in gang. In the gang language, it means happiness. There is minshell in the church. You see, being a gunman, he couldn't find the actual English word explain what he wanted to say, so he said there is minshell in the church. Yeah, most churches. 1:00 The gates are shut. Oh, you don't know that. 1:00 Practically, that is why sometimes when you go and you are marrying from another church and your spouse comes, they begin to have questions about what is going on. Man, how can you go to church in the morning? They're not coming in the in the night. What is going on in that church? But there is great collateral concession of happiness. I said collateral concession of happiness. Minshe, my God, has just blessed us with being happy in the church. All the churches are happy. They are all happy then about that. They had all things in common. Like you go around and you see that it's the same here, it's the same here, the same here, the same here, the same. One pastor, he said, look, I was invited to your church in London, I was invited here. He said, I have never seen it before. I saw that it's the same church, they have the same attitude. One pastor, he visited our church in Trinidad, St. Douche. I said, look, he said it was your birthday. They celebrated. They have never seen you before. You have never been there. They celebrated the church as if you are their personal friend. They had all things in common. It was common, common. It's a concessional provision. When it's a concession, it's like, OK, we'll allow this, we'll allow this, this is what we are giving you, but we'll allow this and this and that. Yeah. One day my father had a hotel and there was a space under the hotel for a restaurant. So one day, to my delight, a Chinese restaurant came to rent the ANDA. So they rented the kitchen and the whole restaurant space, and I was living on top and they paid the rent to my father. But I who was on top, I began to enjoy concessional graces. I see certain concessions being given to you, concessions like it's not paradise, like something that has been added. My wife and I, we had just married. Oh, I would tell her, what shall we order today? What shall we order today? Fried rice noodles, beef with onions and green pepper. Szechuan pork, pork belly, crispy duck, Chinese beef pepper steak. Grilled grouper fish shrimps in chili sauce as what concessions? One day we order, we will be smelling it. It will be coming upstairs. We smell it. And I'll tell my wife, Charlie. I know I'll never call my wife Honey. And those American weathers, Charlie. How some people, they say honey, but always it's just Charlie as the the aroma of the food starts to come up. Yeah. And you see, the concession was that even as we ordered, they bring it with their invoice and everything. And then I will just say that's why I developed shorter signatures. God no. He can give some allowances, have this one. Yeah. And you see all those were part of it's not the rent, the rent is this the rent we pay the paid rent. These ones were concessional. Like as a landlord on top, when you start to walk with God and he gives you a certain gift, you see that you say, you know, have buildings, have money, have provisions, have happiness, have people ask where do you get these people from? It's all part of the concept. So I will give these people to work for you. Yeah. So now you. The last time I was counting the number of medical doctors that are full time and we were able to count up to 30 full time, like Acadia medical doctors professional all their time and they're having full time ministry. We just mentioned this one, this one, this one, this one, this one. Even right now in full time ministry, I said there's one medical doctor here, especially there's one medical doctor sitting behind the video there. I'm a medical doctor, I'm preaching. And then here's another one sitting here, 4 and another one sitting here 5. And then there are a lot of them around here. Yeah, yeah, at a camp. At a camp. It's a grace. It's a grace, It's a grace. And I've sent some to school in Russia. Nurses, you are a man who cannot be a nurse. All male nurses, you will become doctors in this church in Jesus name. We have decided in Jesus name. Is it fantastic, great grace, great concessions? Are debt benefits debt free? Debt free? God made me dislike debts. I don't know where I came from. I said, Grace do not owe from America to here. One day I was sitting with the MD of Coca-Cola Company. He's no more there, no more there. And I told him something that our checks, we just did this. He said, you know, our company cannot do that. Yeah, what I told him. He said, really? I said, yeah, we cannot do that. Coca-Cola, we cannot do that. What you just did. Yeah. It's an American company, I think. So we cannot do that here. I'm the MD. Yeah. So we don't have that. So wow, Great, great concessions added to the pastoral. Yeah, they had all things in common, the loyalty, the unity. They are all concessions. Graces people, people, good people, good people. They are all concessions. Have this, have a lawyer to be your secretary. Have a doctor to, to to do this. Have it. The highest intelligent people. You see, Rimas, remember that when somebody is a doctor, especially in kind of persons a little older, even maybe 40, 30 something plus they are, it is recently that they added more medical capital, medical schools. But at first the classes, my classes were 50, my class were 5050. We, we graduated 50 people I think maybe 4950. And there was no, there was no medical school in Kumasi. Yeah, the whole country. They are of the highest intelligence, the Best Western region, best eastern region, best northern region, best greater crowd. They are all in the medical school. Yeah. And then they are the ones selling books, doing ministry, using intelligence and God-given abilities. And nobody should say that. When are you making a doctor? This daughter, this daughter is. Doing something that after he has been trained with the government, this in subsidiaries and then you are letting him do what do you call don't even start, don't even start. How many doctors do you know are not doing other things starting from Doctor Ado Kufuo, who is a Kumasi is a is a minister of what? And then the Professor Acosa, you pathologist highest trained MRCP you are going to you are doing politics, going around campaigning and then Dr. what from bombarding with a heart surgeon you have left it to go on campaign and Doctor Who again. Doctor Mahama made yourself president. Doctor, he's a gynecologist. Why you laughing? Is the head of PNC Doctor Mohammed? No, not the president, Doctor Mohammed. Yeah, PNC for years. Gynecologist, highly trained specialist. Don't even start. Don't even start, lest I get angry with you just now. Yeah, so many of them. Doctor Anani, he's a gynecology and he's what? Member of Parliament, Omani, Dr. Omani something he said. He's also a spokesman. He's talking man, that's left the stethoscope. He's talking for NDC, explaining things that should not be explained, explaining the unexplainable. Don't, don't even start. Don't even do what? Start Atta Kennedy. Atta Kennedy, we have left your American work and we have come to do politics. They are all entitled to do it. And we are also entitled to serve. For if that is what we want to do, we are entitled to do. Great grace concessions buildings prosperity. Who is prosperous? You check and see that actually, which ministry is really genuinely prosperous without preaching about it. Concessions, prosperity. Go around. You see buildings that have been built for a long time, that started long ago. They are still on it. You are here. The water is running, light is on this road. Hey, you've forgotten. We have a camp. You sleep out in the uncompleted bath outside here. You've forgotten back at the back here. Isn't it open air? Yeah. What camp was that? Sweet influences. Wow. Atmosphere, huh? Thousand children have gone. Yeah. Great. Hey, Grace. Grace. If you participate, you know owe money. You will not have mortgage. You know owe money. You will not get into all these things. No, you will build house. You start a building, You'll be surprised at me. Bar. Look at me. I have a house. You'll be surprised. One day one of my pastors called me. They called me. He said I wanted to inform you. I'm. I'm sleeping in my house tonight. Yeah. He was a student in Tech and he started building whilst he was in Tech. He started. Yeah, gradually, gradually, gradually, gradually. And he moved. Grace, Grace, Grace, Grace, Grace to have your own house. I've never rented a house before. Yeah, I've never paid rent before. Great. Grace Concessions, Chinese beef, pepper stick. You just signed. Special fried rice. Just sign. Never. I never took money like this. Never. It was a concession. It came along with the whole deal, not the rent was paid. This one was concessions, allowances and gifts and just, I mean, blessings and kindness. I'll tell my wife, Charlie, what are we doing today? That's how come I know. I know the Chinese menu almost by memory. It is what I've seen it before. I see concessions being given to me by the mercy of the Lord. It is a great thing to serve the Lord. Oh, I say it is a great thing to serve the Lord. Yeah, great thing to serve the Lord. I mean, to be able to even have camps. I can call for a camp on Monday morning in America. They will all be there. It's a great grace. Yeah, it's a grace where they work for Pharaoh, building pyramids. When you call them, when you call them, they will all come. You will be amazed. You answer. You don't work. Yeah, it's wonderful, beloved. It's a concession. As you walk around, somebody will choose you just now. And you see some people who it pains them about this concession, they'll say like, if you go, they'll find this thing for you just now. They'll find a little work. They are jealous. Oh, they are jealous. I know they like beloved. We like it. How many like it? We like it. They have something they say Beloved. Yeah, we like it. If you are jealous, accept that you are jealous and stop making funny comments. You want some great grace, great grace. You will never be in debt in your life in Jesus name. Great grace, great grace, great grace, great grace. Grace for branches. Branches. Yeah, branches. We used to have a song. Lighthouse one branches. Lighthouse 2 Branches, Branches, Branches, Branches, Branches, branches, branches. 2 benches, 3 benches 5 benches 8 benches 7. Benches 8 benches. 125. 245. 2. 552652752. 85. 2952752. 5 branches. 2 branches. 3. Branches 5 branches, 5 branches, 6 branches, 7 branches, 5 branches, 5 branches. You see it pains people, it pains them. Far 11 pastor came and he said he asked how many people, how many people are there in your church in that branch? He said, oh 12 Psalm 10/20, forty, 6000. And the man said those are not churches, those are cells. You don't have 10 branches, you have 10 cells. Wow. Pastor was quiet as the cells grew. What he say is cells. This was in the in the UK as the cells, the churches grew. You say it's a cell. Now this man who said there are no churches started to come and say I want to come and preach there. How do you fly from West Africa to London to preach in a cell? So they called me from London that this man of God has come and said he wants to preach. I said let him preach, he's a grown up so he preach. A few months later we got another phone call say he's coming again. They called me again. I said let him preach, he's a grown up, don't embarrass him. A few more months later I got another call say he's coming again. I said let him preach. Then he called again. After some more months, I said tell him that we will be sending him a letter where we are ready to invite him. Six factors. Seven factors. 8 factors. Nine factors. 6 branches. 7 branches. 8 branches. 9 branches. 10 branches. Listen, do you remember yesterday somebody said he attended a church and they were four and he gave his life to Christ there, four members and he was saying that. Why do you not have the chess service in your sitting room? Because it's only the family members. If we are followed that this chaser of prostitutes will not be safe today. Yes, it's a great grace. It's a great grace, he said. So are all of you going to be pastors? And our answer is, why not? Why not? We don't have a problem with that at all. Where are the Dancing Stars? 2 patches, 3 patches, 4 patches, 5 matches. None. 3 branches 400 five. 106 branches. 7 branches. 8 branches. 9 branches. Thanks. 2. First love, first love first. Love first Love first love 1 11122 branches 3 branches first line, first line 5 first line 6 branches. 7 branches. 8 branches. 9 branches. There is what in the church, There is what in the church. Grace, grace, grace, grace, grace. Grace, grace, grace. Grace. Concessions, benefits, additions, collaterals, graces, blessings, additions receive all in Jesus name. They have all things in common. It's a grace. Unless God gives that grace, you will not have all things in common. Yes. One day I was looking at people in the office and I saw from different nations working. Yeah, Many of my top people, they are not from Ghana. Yeah, working every country. And I tell people, I say don't start any funny thing here. All nations, I need them. I need different nations. Yeah. Mean different nations. I don't don't don't speak free in the office. If somebody doesn't speak it, don't even speak a word. That's why when I'm explain the word mean share, I explain the meaning. Watch and pray, watch it and then you pray. Watch it, then you pray, watch it then you pray. You shall see visions. It will never. You will never be described as a blind servant.
