Welcome to track #16. Of break forth and. Become who you can become. Hello, Are we there right. So I will see the importance of the use of technology and data and these type of things for the Peter, how does this relate to you in India? Yeah. Yeah, hello. Yeah. As I think, I mean we have a very good set up where all these chats are already there. So we just have to put it in. And also concerning me, numbers are very important as well. So I know especially in India, the the the population, even before I went to Pune, we were looking at the, we were looking at the population of the police and also but there are certain factors. Even though there were more population in New Delhi, we decided to come closer to Mumbai and that is Pune. So we looked at also the statistics. I believe that is powerful, yes. I see. Yeah, You see, I think that the problem that we often encounter is the problem of thinking that the information or the data is needed at the headquarters. And so we fill it in for them. Isn't that the case? It's always been that they need the information and they chase you and late Pastime's office will call and they will send texts. And so you have to hurriedly, you have to hardly go to Angela Cafe and then e-mail the information and all that. So basically, you're doing for all messaging the case. What was your experience? President Peter, please sit down and give the microphone to Mercy. Yes. Well, it looks like with the finance information they, they are not filled in on time. And then when they bring them and those who bring them do do not really look at it because from my experience here, I've been confirming the reports and I asked them what's your average income? A lot of people don't know, but the reports come to me and then so. Those who said the report don't even know the. They don't even know what the data they have. There are some who know, but others don't even know. And then there are others who don't send at all. Then you have to call and text. Forgive. The point is that the information is filled for Accra, the headquarters and the people are not interested at all. They're just sending. So they don't even know what they have sent. They didn't use it themselves. You see, so that that understanding, because for me, I would say that one of my most, most, most valuable tools has to do with that. Even just now when I went out, I was having a meeting on something and that thing for me to implement is going to cost between 30 and $40,000 to have information and I say I want it because it's even something that you were mentioning. Another company that's working Ghana is using that same thing to get to know this to all the forms that I was filling were filling not even to do with the check. To know this, to know this, to know this, to know this, to know so many things. Some white people with their company where they are making millions of dollars, they are using it. And that's what I've been looking for. I want it. So you see the black man is is not interested in these kind of things. What's the fact, What's the data? What's the information? Recently we got this table which shows the map of Ghana on the table with the with the churches that we've built spread up. When you stand and you look at them, you know where you are. And I even want to bring some of the government people to come and look and say that you should have this in every office. If it is water and sewage, the table is there. When you stand you, you look at we have water only here and here and here in Ghana. How can it be? Then you have another one for ECG. Well, I said we have electricity here, here, here, here, here. You can see it as the Minister of Electricity, the one who is doing the road. You should have that table. So is it so that immediately you have the full picture. Then when you are leading or you say you are the minister or you are the one in charge of it, It is through that global picture or that total picture that only statistics can give you that you really become what wise and you know what to do. Yes, AOL 14. Know where you are, know where you are not, and you know where you where to go. So when when we made that table, we see where we don't have churches immediately and you see the church scattered like a few. So there will be presents. Oh, lighthouse, there we are into church and we have the look. If you look at the thing as it is, then you see that you are nothing. You have nothing. Is it not true? So, brothers and sisters. Yes, Kakram. Yeah, I wanted to make a a contribution and a suggestion. Also, I thought the statistics issue is very important in our church. We started, we started tracking the, the membership, but what we did was that on Sunday, now we have a little sheet of paper on every seat. So I told the church members that, look, you have to help us so we can help you. So what they do is that you just write their names. So now everybody right fills that that sheet every Sunday. Then I realized that now I could tell who didn't come and who came to the name. So we have a sorting system where we sort the the information and on the sheet 2 they write their telephone numbers. So all those who don't come on Sunday, immediately we fired them a test message. That's first warning. So one guy came to me and said, hey, you people are tracking me. Power everywhere. I go. Because but he thought that it was him personally, but he didn't know that it's a whole tracking system for the whole church. So he told me that, oh, if people really think about us, to me, if I don't come, you know, Wednesday, you know, then also. So by doing that, if I was surprised that the first day we did it, 216 people didn't come to church on Sunday who were there the previous Sunday. See. But you will never know how many didn't come last Sunday, how many came last? I said Vic. But you'll be shocked to know that these people sitting here 200. So now if 200 are missing, how many will be left? Then I I realized that the number of people who don't come on Sundays is actually very high. Very very high every Sunday live number do not come. So what? We do. So what we do is that now on Saturdays, so we have this mass text, whatever. So on Saturdays, all the people who didn't come, we send them a text message. Last Sunday we didn't see you. We didn't do that. We didn't. Then also on the Titan, we decided that look, let's have as a numbering system only for Titan to track it. So I told them that now your tight number is your telephone number, your mobile phone number, that's your tight number. So when they come, they write their mobile phone number. So everybody writes it. So when they write it, when they pay the tight, you can know that this guy, he didn't pay his tights. So what we do is that not anybody who hasn't paid tight, but you didn't call them one by one on the phone because he knows them personally now because he calls them, listen, we have this month, you haven't paid your tight. We need it to move forward and to do whatever. And so I think that it's a very good system that we can use and develop to control and move the church forward. Amen. So you you see that now from my point of view as a Bishop of the church, I need to know the attendance here, attendance here, attendance here, attendance here. So I have created a system attendance, this, this, that, whatever, everywhere. Do you feel that for me, Sacramento, the attendance, tithes, whatever, do you fill that form there? Yeah. So from my point of view, I need that to know what is going on everywhere. Now, this same principle applies to the pastor on the ground in his church, which I have not explained. Now that is what Kakra has explained, that for his personal church on the ground, you see, that's what the principle you see is being used though I'm using, I use it as a Bishop. Now I'm using it as an evangelist. Now you 2 are supposed to use it as a pastor, a local pastor of the church and use it to improve what is happening. But that is exactly what he's done. He's using it just on the local scene, tight numbers, attendants, those who don't come. What he's saying that system that that has never occurred to me. But when I was pastoring the cathedral myself, what I was looking for was a camera to. Yeah, to film the people as they're coming in. So that every time you film, as they come in you take their picture and then it gets into the database and then you you see those who are present and then those who are not there will be revealed by it. But when I said they told only CIA which has it and other. But I think at that time the computer system was not as developed as it is now. I think that the databases are far bigger to take a lot of pictures. So probably that may be when to do that you must have one door by which everybody must enter the check. So the camera will be there by the Carlos. They will not necessarily see. So as you come in, it takes you like that. This is so you'll be going in like that. And then as it takes you, then it will be linking to the people like that. So you see the picture after the test, you get a summary. All these people came. These people didn't come with their pictures and their numbers. Then you know your work to do. Then you call Mr. This, Mr. This, Mr. This. Then you call all of them. You visit them because they all didn't come this Sunday. What do you think? Yeah. So that's to me is, is the current way, but I don't think now it's only CIA who have that thing because we have large databases for photographs now, very, very large. But first they didn't have that big space for pictures. It wasn't whatever. So for instance, in London you can easily have that at the main church, Pastor George, you get it because right at the door it will be there. Small camera, it will be there. You don't have to have somebody filming the people as they are coming. You fix the camera there as they come in and it picks them and then it links them. This picture is this place, this picture is. So after church you have a summary. Then the pastor has these people didn't come, these people came and these are all their numbers and all that technology. So everybody says in the book, use what technology and research. So that is a key. Yeah. Because then you immediately know and you see what he's saying, that only two hundred, 260 people didn't come. It's something that I have known. But when you ask how many didn't come last Sunday, you must ask yourself that. But everybody didn't come last Sunday. Everybody sitting here didn't come last Sunday. That is why people stopped calling their membership the attendance. They don't, they don't they stop saying the 60 people who are there are the members of the church because in young children they say that somebody who comes to church once a month is a church member. Because we have so many people who in a month they will come at least once. But is it for us? We need to monitor the attendance to know the truth. I mean, it's also true, but it's another something you wanted to say something. Taking a picture when I came in through Johannesburg, you know, usually in America you have to each counter they say, you know, fingerprint take a picture. But in South Africa, what they've done is that all those who you come, there's just one gates and as you pass it, just look at the camera, they take a picture and they just file. Through so if we have. Like in London, so you greet someone hello. Just by saying hello, you're making me look here. There's a camera, it takes a picture. It's working. People don't like those things because they feel that they are being monitored and all that. But there's a way to do it because the picture taking and the data taking, it's part of the system. It's being used like the system I was talking about is being used by the mobile phone companies. You understand? They are using it to do different things. It was something that I've been searching for, but when I came to this camp, I came with some people. I said that that's their work. Before I leave here, I want that thing which they say cannot be done in West Africa, but I say I want it. And we have found it. Found it last night after two days of concentration. What principle is that? Principle, of course. AOL number what? 8 #8 yeah. Yes, Dennis, so all of you can become high tech pastors, high tech pastoring. I'm telling you because sometimes you, you see the people, maybe even 607080 people, you think you know all of them and you think you know all of them who didn't come back. You'll be surprised to know that actually you have 180 members. 90 come every Sunday, 90 exactly 90, yes. Yeah. When I went to Botswana, from the very first service, we started to keep a database of everybody, including myself, who was coming into the church. And as of last, I mean, a few months ago, I realized we were just about under 200 people who had come in and gone. But if you look at the average attendance, you realize that it doesn't reflect that number. So we realized that there was a problem of retention. So what we decided and then we, we, we were able to identify the reasons. And then what we decided to do was that I came out with a form and then gave the names to the shepherds. We broke the names down. So you you have a form visit SMS and then the outcome of the activity that you did. So say you visited somebody, was he able to come to church based on the visit? If you called, was he able and you fill the form, you bring it and then after the service we all normally have shepherds meeting. So we then discuss 1 by 1 the the outcomes to see what happened based on what what we have. Statistics is giving wisdom. Wisdom is direction. What to do, how to behave, what aspect to do. So I hope you are getting into Please don't be dull. Oh, don't be dull. Don't be dull. Am I talking to dull people? I mean, who are going to be so dull that all these things are being said? Oh, you, you have money, Bishop, you don't understand. You, you have money. You, you have these days there is it, it's a type of thinking. It's so negative and backward. I don't like it. See. Is it the right thing? I don't think it's the right thing. I don't think it's the right thing, yes. Hello Bishop. For us in Mali also, we did something very similar to what Botswana did. We realized that we're having faced a lot of Facetimers, but it wasn't reflecting in our Sunday attendances as the weeks went by. And so I realized that in a month we can have about 22 new people coming to church, but the numbers was not increasing corresponding. Yesterday we gave the 20 reasons why the retention. The retention may not be there when they look at you. So this are the woman, they look at you, they say this guy's a small boy when they look at it, when they listen to your cat, they say this man is a foreigner. When they listen to this, oh, this man is a Ghanaian. When they listen to it, doesn't speak French. He doesn't speak French well, he's not a whatever, he's a Japanese pasta coming to interpret into England, you know, and then just go away. So you see, the statistic is revealing what we are saying here, that what we are saying is not a mirage. Summarize quickly, quickly, and so. When I looked at it, we decided to change the way we do outreaches where we began to look at people who have been to church before and the following months I realized that there were only 7 new people coming to church, but the numbers increased. Our attendance increased from roughly averagely 30 to almost 40. And so we from that time, that is what we have been doing. Very good. So statistics, I hope you are getting it. And apart from the one that the me, I use the statistics I need as a Bishop, then I use that I need as an evangelist and I'm using it always. You'll be there and looking at me with dull eyes. I will not redistribute what comes to me because I am using my statistics and redistributing. OK, now the next one, the principle of the scholarly pasta. What is a scholarly pasta? Leonard pasta. Now I believe that you must read many books. Amen. What do you think? And you see in this book, he says, study of law is important. Understanding of medicine do you see another area that passes need a bit of education is history and politics. It shows trends which keep repeating themselves. The Bible says there is nothing new under the sun In fact, the Bible predicts that the past will repeat itself over and over again. For those of you who want to know the future, it is basically the past again. I'm reading from the book what I've been saying. I'm actually repeating the same thing. And then I quote Ecclesiastes chapter 1. The thing that I'd be is that we shall be. Yeah. What meditation, you see, is what we lack. But all that I've been saying at the camp, it's actually written. I mean, they're almost the same words. Isn't it amazing how many are amazed that it's amazing? It's not, as I'm saying a new thing that I've not been. When we talk about reading and studying, I'm talking about history that I'm telling you about Napoleon and Mussolini and Hitler. You get it, Doctor. Go. We were looking at war the other day. Were you not amazed by the realities? What were you amazed by? There were patterns in in warfare that were really very amazing about how I mean, Hitler, how he began and began to really get them to become united. And as you even said, sometimes as you watch it, you, you would give us a little background. And I realized that I mean, life and ministry and so on are all a kind of a warfare. And when we get these principles to be able to use these principles to really move forward. I mean how Germany fought and fought and entered into the Soviet era. And then the, the, the, the war ended, I mean, in defeat and the things which happened to the, to the Germans, how they were arrested, they went to the concentration camps and also used even scriptures about how the Jews were going to be burnt. I mean, a perpetual fire. And their bodies were burnt continuously for, for, for weeks and months. And I realized that even in the Bible, history actually is repeated or predicted in the Bible. And so even as we study history and read about the past, I believe that as I see this, the Bible itself is a very powerful history tool and a history book that as we read, will become even wiser to see and predict things which are coming our way. Amen. And one of the ways you can study history today is to watch DVDs and documentaries. It's one of the ways to study history because you may, you may not even be able to read, but you may be able to watch. When you watch, you learn. You understand. Yeah. That's one of the ways to get history that you didn't read or you can't read. But it's up to you if somebody studies history and is able to, through that, become apparently blessed and prosperous. This bookmark, which I wrote it a long time ago. How many years? 10 years ago, yeah. Ten years ago it was there this particular. And you see, one time Reverend Steve Mesa said to me, he said, look, one time he was saying to me that, you know, people see me as somebody who's mysterious. They don't know how we do. The churches, all these buildings, people's headquarters, our branches and so many things. I mean, the size of the head branches are like somebody's headquartered national, international, whatever. Then I said, well, am I mysterious? Then he said no, He said that everything He said that everything has been written only that people are not humble enough to read it and learn. That's what he said to me. He said everything or and I remember one time maybe his brother said everything. That book Mega Church, it is all in it. What he does, what he believes in, how he does the church, what we should do, everything. If only the people will be humble enough to read it, you see, And I will say, if only we will be humble enough to meditate on it and to meditate on section after section after section. I believe that that book Mega Church will give you a mega because it should be your main book. It should be your main book because it is. It is. Is it not what you are after? Is it not a mega church you are after? So that mega chair will say that Lord, until I stand, I stand in the middle of a mega chair that I'm preaching in. I will never leave this book and any verse, any scripture, any revelation. I will meditate until I have understood that it has become part of my life and I will. Till then I will not leave it. There is a time you leave it. That's the time when you have seen it practically. And until that day that you are working in the midst of a mega chant that through the grace of God you have built. I don't see why you put aside the I've read it. You've read it. Indeed, Indeed. Are you there? Yeah. I mean, Pastor Clough, your camp, Do you remember when I came to South Africa recently, you were in my hotel room, do you remember? And I was packing my things. I was packing my things from my bag. What did you see? I saw Regina. Final quest. You saw what final quest? And what did you say? I said something to the effect that it's like, are you still reading? Not still reading, but it's like you, you don't seem to finish or to end this book. In other words, you, every time there's something. Do you remember when we bought this book? Yes. Was I with you? Yes. I was with you in the shop the first time I saw that book. I know I had it in my heart, but I've not seen it. But I was with him when I saw it and I bought it with him. I was with him because that place, I couldn't go there unless he took me there. How many years ago was that? That's about eight years. Is it 2000? Either 2000 or 2001? Yeah. Eight or nine years ago I was with him and I saw the book. Since then, you people have heard me. This book. This book, This book. And was it this year or last year when you saw me in the hotel? This year? When? This year? March. Yeah, March. And I packed the things that I've traveled with. And what did you see? I saw the final quest. May I have not finished reading it because there's something for me. I'm think I'm sorry. I prophetically you people will be surprised that day I come and stand. I tell you that in my third vision of Jesus, you'll be you'll be shocked, you'll be shocked, you'll be shocked. God put all my enemies to shame. I will, I will tell you that this is what he told me. The third vision, the 5th, the 5th vision. So you, you finish, but you must now begin to be able to say me. I will never rest. I'm still in the midst of 500 people there. All there is my church on Sunday morning. It's possible it's, in fact without your vision. And without that kind of persistent vision, the people perish. Yeah, the people do what perish. You must have the vision. And if you have the vision, you say that you will be with the book. And every day you open a place, suddenly God will give you a dynamic. God will show you that my dressing is changing. From today I'm going to change my appearance completely. Nobody will see me as this. Some of us are lean. We are too lean to look. We don't look juicy enough. Everybodys. Some part is too this or too that. Is it not true either? Your face is too long, it's too round, it's too fat. Your ears are too long. This place is too wide, too short, too oh, messy. So everybody has to have an adjustment for enhancement because all our girls, all their hair is what enhancement hair? If they were to come just as just as they are, come as you are, is that something like that? Come as you are. What song is that? As you are. OK. Pastor Clippy. Thank you. Scholarly. Can I hear from you? History, geography. Geography is the spirit of what? The spirit of knowledge. Yeah. Spirit of economics is what economics is, what science is, the science of money, how money comes, how it stays, how it remains in a place, how people become wealthy, why they become wealthy, why poor people do not become. And I'm going to give you all those characteristics. Yeah. Amen. Are you listening to me? How many are going to hold the book until you are standing in with 500 people around? Are there 500 people in your town? Yes, Catherine. I think I want to testify about the book The Mega Church many years ago. I mean, I've not read it in a while, but about nine years ago, I think I read that book about 10 or 12 times. The Mega Church. I don't think I've read any other book that Bishop has written more than that particular book. They may, I don't know why, but in recent times I've read it. But about about 8-9 years ago, I remember that I read it about 10 times because I felt that I needed a a mega church. I don't even know whether I understood even from the preaching. I don't even know whether I understood it, but maybe some spirit or something. I don't know what happened. Some something had entered and had an effect. Yeah. Then then I move away from pastoral work. But then as I'm hearing it even fresh again, I have to go back to the to the mega church. The messages in the mega church, they are very, very nice messages. You see one day I was in South Africa and Pastor Richard was preaching about commitment. I wanted to be more and I came back when I came to a Christ, started commitment, marital commitment. I said I really remember. Elaine, do you remember? Yeah, He preaches in the evening, isn't it? I was, I was, I was, I was chasing the members. They like these messages. Oh, you may think it's a pastoral message, but the people themselves, they like such messages. Types of commitment. Oh, you, you, you, you can be even charged and then devoted members. It's another nice message and 25 reasons why you should have a mega. That is the message that opened the door for me into Yongicho's ministry. Since that day, every year I have been invited as a speaker. If you go to Yongicho's board, you see a lot of board members, but every year about 6 or 8 of them are chosen out of about 50 to almost 100 board members. Now, isn't it true? Yeah, every year since I preached that mega church, I preached and Mis Lee reported that that was the best message. And it happened that a pastor was sick and I was asked to to preach. Since then when I went, I said what should I preach? That's what let me preach 25 preachers. Why I should have a mega? Because it's a church group number one. So there will be more souls, there will be more converts, more disciples, more money, more members, more marriages, more beloved. Oh, Charlie, it's a it's a very nice those of you, you don't know your people that you are in there. You have to preach. When you preach something like that, they will sense a certain resoluteness that this guy, he has a certain vision that cannot easily, cannot be moved easily away from that thing. That's one of the things that's when you preach like that to the congregation fearlessly and boldly, boldly. Why we must have a mega church here and why we will have a mega church here. People will come and visit us here. Why Number one, this is the first reason. Write it down #1 because when you have a mega church, there are more souls that have been saved from hell. That's the first number two more convert #3 more people are trained. Hey #4 there will be more money in the church. There will be more marriages in the church. More people will have business in the church accepting. If you start to get good peoples, you feel it. You feel it. It's a very, very these are the type of that's why Mike Meadow said if God has touched you to write a book, write it and write it at that time. And that's why I don't touch my old books. I don't edit it much unless there's a real problem. I just keep it as look at it. I just read it out to you. History is just something fact. The Bible predicted that history is the same thing. 10 years ago I wrote this and you should know how long it takes you to write the book. So brothers and sisters, this particular book, I tell you it will be a blessing to hold it and don't open from the first page you see when you read for the present. You will never get to this scholarly pastor. You will never see it. I'm scholarly pastor. When will you see this one? It's at the back of the book. By the time you finish reading anointing this, you'll be tired and you can never read it. That's why I said that we don't start reading from the beginning and it's now meditation for your pester. So that same data, whatever you, you apply it to yourself. And then when I went to Abbasi, you know we were told Abbasi gold mine, white people, they used to employ 18,000 people in the town and now they are employing only 4500. That data gives you sudden revelation of how Abbasi Ashanti goldfield has gone down. But I see without the data, when you go to the town and say oh the mind, they are not so active as they used to be. I mean things are not whatever but is their statistics. That gives you the spirit of truth. In fact, is the spirit of truth and the spirit of knowledge and the spirit of wisdom. When you receive the spirit of the mega church, you, you wanted to say something. Yeah. Bishop talking about, I mean the books and what is written there. Sorry. Here's this one. You know, Saturday, just before coming here, I was invited by one of the fathers in Brazil. He's over 80 years old and he's been in the middle for 53 years. And I sent him a book, I sent him the, the book, the mega church. And he received it sometime in Aki, Reverend Elizio. He received it sometime I think February or, or March. And when I went in this Saturday, he's still reading the book. 53 as one of the first Brazilians who went to Yong Gichou's church. When he came, he built a huge prayer camp in Brasilia, the the the capital, which still exists. And after 53 years of ministry, he said, I'm still studying the book, the mega church, the top minister in Brazil. He brought him up. He's like one of his children. When I was there Saturday in the meeting, he just took up his phone, dialed him on his cell phone to talk to him because he wants to introduce me to him, not knowing that we'd met already.
