16.Serpents As Masters Of Frugality

Welcome to track #16 of wiser serpents. Serpents are masters of frugality. They don't waste at all. And I will show it to you tonight. Masters of frugality. Frugal means to save and to be careful and not to waste. Snakes don't waste anything. Why do I say that when a serpent is eating an antelope with long horns, it eats the horns, it eats the teeth, it eats the hoofs, it eats every the bones, the eyes, the meat. Whereas you see that a lion will eat the meat and leave the bones, and you see that the bones are there. Do you understand? But not so with the serpent. There is no part that he cannot digest and nothing will be wasted. The eyes are part of the meal, the hoofs. And today I will show it to you. See the horns, big horns. The snake is swallowing the horns. But can you eat those? I can use it. I say I can use it. I say I like it. Horns, hoofs of if a, if a, if a horse or an antelope leg hits your leg, your leg will break into two. It's very, very hard. Why is the light on inside this building, which I know is not being used? Why is there a light on that is there several times? Why is the light on? Because to me it is money. To me it is money. To a wise man, that thing is money. If in in Accra, we decided that we are going to just block the leaking pipes, all the pressure in the system will just increase and a lot more water will be. Of course, I hear 40 or 60% of the water is lost on the way. I once had a pipe outside my house for eight years. I went to water and sewage and asked them. I said, look, there is a pipe. How many are surprised at the serpents that they are power wiser than you? You thought, Isn't it pardon when Jesus said you didn't understand? Isn't it the wise serpent? You thought it may just hide. I'm not knowing that as someone the serpent, they are very you thought what he was just being mysterious. The serpent will use his whole body to fight once you are using your fingers. Wow. Now how to develop frugality #110 of lights where you are not there. This is number. You have not that habit, any heights in a room you are not physically in and you are always conscious of that. Do you understand you have started to develop frugality whether it's your house or not? Because yesterday I could see that any of you left the lights on in the rooms when you were not there. The lights are on in the night, throughout the night. When you are sleeping, the lights are on. What is the time you are sleeping? So already you can see that you are trying to be poor just by that alone. So the first practical step to the spirit of frugality is learning how to turn off lights when you are not there physically. And if you ever become a watchman, learn. And this is advice to Watchmen. Turn off the lights outside and stay in the dark. You're safer in case of an evil coming there. You can see them, but they cannot see you. Yeah. If ever you become a security guard, we are master of turning off lights. I always have any watchman that I know, I show them. I say, look, when you turn off the light and somebody comes into this compound, you see that You can see him that he cannot. Doesn't know where you are but when you are. But all Watchmen sleep that they are sleeping, The lights are on, and you are the As soon as they come in, you see that, Oh, there he is, and someone is asleep. I'm giving you a practical thing. Once I've become somebody who has forgot that he doesn't waste things #1 the lights, when you go out of this room, you turn off. Value every offering. Every offering is valuable, no matter how small, no matter how poor the people are, no matter how little people can give. Never think of an offering as either not important to give or not important to collect or not important to take seriously, you see, And sometimes you have pastors who are lay pastors. You get it now as they are lay passes, they don't understand the importance of taking the offering because maybe they are not paid from the offering or they are not. It doesn't benefit them in any way financially. But I'm telling you that when you become concerned about God's money and God's house and even little, little things to do with God's house, you see that you have started to show concern or even saving and general prosperity. Because you see real prosperity comes by saving little by little by little by little. If you had valued things at a certain stage of your life, you would have been very, very, very rich. If we pass by things that are valuable and we don't even value them. So it's like these things teach you to notice valuable things. All big rich organizations collect a lot of money from a lot of people in small amounts. I'll explain to you all the biggest richest entities in the world, they don't collect big sums of money from people. They collect small sums of money from a lot of people and they value the small, small amounts they get from a lot of people. Shall I explain to you all rich organizations, wealth creating organizations and organisms collect small, small and value each small one. I'll give you the example. Banks. Will you not be happy to get a job at a bank? This bank that bank, how do they get their money? Everybody comes small small and give I'm coming to deposit 200. I'm coming to deposit 100. I'm deposit 50 I'm doing 20 I'm opening an account with 25 CDs. I'm open and they keep lowering the amount at which you need to lower to open account do come no problem, no charge. All the organizations we collect small, small, small, small, small from a lot of people are insurance companies. They are all rich, they have a lot of money. So when you start to value small, small, small, small, small, from here, you see that those businesses are based on not devaluing or disregarding small things. It has frugality. Don't waste it. And the banks they have, everybody has, this one has so many customers in Ghana. This one has too many accounts, this one has too many they've counted on. They know how much Zenith has, how much, how much this, how much everybody they have, you know, they know how many people they have. Listen, how many people that Barclays have, do we know? They have a number of people. And the mobile companies also the same. Almost everybody buy units, units, units, units, units. It's not two CD1CD1 CD for two CDs, one Ghana for your, one Ghana for your pocket, one Ghana for your pocket. It's just one Ghana. So one Ghana, one Ghana, one can I want, everybody, one Ghana, one can I want. They are the richest 11,000,000 subscribers MTA. If everybody buys one package, you've got 11,000,000. It's not thought about it. You see, everybody should just buy one Ghana unit when some people buy 500, some people buy hundreds. One Ghana for a book. Hello. So the first step is frugality in the house. It's frugality in the House of God with offerings. If you are an elder, the way you are wild about offerings. One day I met a pastor. He he said he came to church today to see how I take offerings because somebody told me that when I'm taking offering in my church at the Kodesh, I take it as though there's an emergency. You, wherever I am, I take offerings with urgency and with seriousness. Small, small, small, small, small. Or I evaluate. Don't laugh at me. Learn from me. Yes, don't laugh. And all of you, when you are frugal for the House of God, God will bless you and you will even send people who will be frugal for one day. Yeah, so frugality in the House of God for offering be one of points. Everything by frugality by developed frugality, by gathering crumbs, gathering crumbs. Jesus acts with his disciples and sent away the sent his disciples to go and collect 12 bags, Amen. 12 bags, all right. And he said I need the crumbs, I need the fish heads, I need the things that have not been eaten, Amen. So frugality is amount not frugality is an English word and it means it means not weakness. OK, so when Jesus had fed the 5000, there was such a great miracle. Instead of doing another miracle, he said let me use frugality. And he sent the pastors out and said, look, everybody fill your basket. We can eat it this week, can eat it this week. So everybody went and got their basket and went. You didn't eat your bread. OK, Can I have it? You didn't eat this. Oh, OK, break here. I'll keep this one. You didn't eat your fish. I don't like fish. OK, So bring it. You didn't eat your this. You didn't eat that. You didn't eat. And everybody had 12 baskets, 12 baskets of bread. Fish. Because there's always some. I don't eat fish and I don't eat bread. I don't like bread too much. No, I've eaten already. I brought my own food like that plenty and he got 12 baskets everybody no extra miracle. That's why I praise Lord give me money. Lord give me this frugality. You will get things that you don't have to pay for. So lights of offerings and gathering of Camelot, which is respecting left opens and respecting small, small things respected. You will be a rich man. Insurance companies are rich, churches are rich, banks are rich, mobile companies are rich and they all aim to get more subscribers, more accounts. Everybody contributing small, small, small, small, small, small, small always amounts to a huge amount by adding it all up. But most people are looking for one big something. If the government of Ghana was to apply frugality, we wouldn't borrow money from anywhere. Yes, we wouldn't borrow money. Now the next one for frugality is do not chase after fantasies. You see, a wasteful person is somebody who doesn't value what is in front of him, and he wastes what is in front of him by setting his eyes on something fantastic far away. Do you get it? Yeah. Something fantastic. Wow. Do you understand? Fantastic. What do I mean by that? Read Proverbs 28 verse 19. It says He that taleth his land shall have plenty of bread, that he that followeth after vain or useless persons shall have poverty enough. Amen. Huh. What does it say when you chill the land? You see you have a lot. There's land right in front of you. Faro. I'm following these guys. They say there's some connection somewhere. We are going there and the land is in front of you. Faro, it's not a good land. Now what am I doing? See, as I'm here with you, I'm investing in you. You are my land. I'm not following after any fantastic ideas in America or Spain or Germany or whatever. You you are my land. You are the valuable. You are valuable. Don't you think you are valuable to me? Do do you feel that you are valuable to me? You can say that I see some value. So that you don't know why I'm. Isn't it, you wonder? Uh huh. It's Proverbs 28 + 19. Yeah. Hello. 6. 1/6. If you're not, happiness. You will. Never, never, never make it. If you're not Christ as a servant, you will never, never, never make. It, Jesus said, give you power, the power of God. That's your main thing. If you are, if you you see, we waste what is in front of us to go and search for something fantastic somewhere. That's what it means to waste. There's something right there. No, it's not it. It's not. It is that great thing and some of you God has put beloved right in front of you. You waste it and you split up your eyes and say that one over there, the one who comes from psychological university, from whatever, that's the one that I want. If I was a brother and I wanted a beloved, I will not take binoculars to look after fantasies. What is around, what is around, that is where I will look. Why waste what is right in front of you? Somebody that you can know more about The person is right here. You can know more about the person as against a mysterious person who just comes in and as soon as you see her waving the doco, doco at the back, you are charged. And she tells, she speaks and tells she's coming from here. And you say this is the one you wasted, the one that is right in front of you, sitting in front of you. Tap the purse in front of you and tell them I've seen you, I've seen you, I have seen you. Or tap the person sitting on your side and say, I've seen you tell the person, I'm not going to waste you anymore. I'm not going to waste you anymore. I've wasted you, but I'm not wasting you anymore. I've identified you as I've seen you, I've seen you. I'm not wasting that opportunity. I'm not wasting you as a person. Yes, you will have poverty when you follow fantasies, but you will be rich when the thing that is in front of you is valued by you. And you say this is my everything, Yes, value it. I don't have television producers who are trained in International Technology Institute of Hollywood, but I have my own people. And you see the films that we have been producing. Yeah, yeah. See the films we've been producing. Fantastic. It's valuable to me. I value what I have. I'm sure they are award-winning documentaries, which is submitted for for, for awards. Yeah. Films. Why not? You are wasting what is in front of you. I tell you, you are wasting. It's right there and you are thinking of something fantastic. Hey, you are joking, you know. Don't be surprised if you never marry. Don't be surprised if you have a poor marriage because Rob says you have poverty enough. One day I went to a certain church and I was sitting by a setting pastor's wife. I allowed my eyes to move. It was like I was looking straight, but actually I was looking downwards and I was looking to the right. To the left, I was scanning Zoom, and as I looked to the right, I saw the pastor's wives. What did this play? Ties or ties or? And I remember the story about those very ties because it had not been easy for that pastor who married that pastor, that wife, those ties. When he was married, somebody made a comment that instead of looking for whatever, when he was married, he was looking for Thais. So when I saw the Thais of my right, I said, hey, I've heard of these Thais. I've heard of these Thais, famous Thais. The brother had people like he went for those ties. Did you know much about the ties? What was in front of you? Claire? You wasted it and you said it's nothing. This one is not what I know. You are like my sister. Oh, you are like my brother. Oh, how you. How can I? I mean you are you. I mean you how me and you how I mean we are so close. I mean. I mean, I mean you are you. I know you I mean. You are wasting the time zone and you are looking upwards for fantastic, fantastic things. There's nothing more fantastic than what is in front of you. 28th verse 19 He that still left the Lamb that is in front of him, He will be rich, and he that follows fantastic things that look far and distant, He will have poverty enough one day. There was a certain worship leader, and he composed beautiful songs and was leading worship in the church. Everybody liked this worship leader. Yeah, even I like this worship leader, too. And one day the pastor of the church came on stage and he said, brother, so and so come and sing this song. I don't know what you've prepared, but sing this one, the worship that came to sing when his sang, when he came on stage to sing, he said that is why I've been here for so long, because I follow instructions. Following the instructions. It's like, well, I've prepared and I've prepared somebody. I've been asked to sing another song. So that is why I've been here for so long. I mean, just say. What is he saying? So he was there when grenade grenade. Grenadiers, do you surrender? Is that all but the Prince? They don't know how to do it. None. OK, sit down now. I was telling you a story before this guy fell asleep. What was the story? Worship leader with Very nice song. So he said that is why I've been here for a long time. Then somebody came from America and told him you are a very good worship leader. I'm talking about fantasies. Fantasies. He said if you come to America, this will be what you are going to have. If I sing some of the songs, you will know the songs immediately. Yeah. So I was amazed when I saw that this great worship leader was now no longer in that church. So whenever you saw them leading worship or whatever, he was not there. They had gone to America. America never heard of him again after about 12 years, 10 or 12 years. I was watching television one day when I saw this famous worship leader. Yeah, he was being interviewed. Oh, you used to be a worship leader at this great church and so on. He said, yeah. He said I've made one of the greatest mistakes of my life. Somebody came, promised me there will be this, this will be that, that will be this. And I followed and I went to America. He said when I got there, it was not as they said, none of the things they said was so and I had left that position. Fantasies. You see, there are a lot of people who you hear of something sounding the oath. Do you? Do you have a Oh, no, I don't have a My beloved is in Atlanta. When did you meet us? I was introduced to her through a certain brother on the Internet. She's in Atlanta, University of International Technology Fairs. What about the one at Lagos? No, I like that the one at Atlanta have been speaking to her on Internet. We are following a fantastic thing. One day I stepped in, but I got an Internet beloved, so I met him. So I asked what are they? So they are choosing a wife. They have come here from the photo. The albums they were chosen the magazine wife and album photo albums. They were choosing a wife. They said they come from God. They said that women from Colombia are more humble. They have come to get wives. They don't want Americans. They've come to true pictures. They were chosen. So I said, let me see. And I said, hey, hey brother, is there nobody around that you are going to look at an album or Internet something fantastic. My lighthouse were not happy. We are going to crystal light because there's the man of God, That man of God, he sees visions. As for Bishop, we have not heard of any vision that he has seen before. That man said crystal light when he hold the light and I see that the bishops are coming, the prophecies are coming. Bishop is not into prophecies, is starting to prophet only teaching with points, but I've seen there is this man is a prophet of God. As you see me as a land in front of you, you feel that there is something fantastic somewhere. Go for it, go for it. Most poverty comes from following fantasies. As my books are being sold, there is nobody in America who wants my books. It is right here, my ground that I have in front of me. That's what I have to tell right here. There are people here who like it when they even see my pictures. I say, oh, you're from Africa, right? I say, yeah, I am from Africa. Yeah, I'm from Africa. What can I do for you? The next one, frugality is the ability to use lean seasons and abundant seasons use them very well. See, when there is a season of abundance, you use it well. It means you value. You've seen that you can't waste this good season. Wow. Don't waste it, because the time they come, they will not be there. Good season, Good season. Some of you, your father gives you money. The season can come and he'll be gone and you'll see that a new season has begun. Every day you'll be looking at uncles. There any uncle There any visiting uncle? Is there any visiting uncle that season when you were you were there, you should have realized that this is a good season. That is why we are always building buildings. When you have a good season, most people who don't have frugality, you didn't learn how to turn off lights. You didn't learn how to take offerings. You didn't learn how to be concerned about God's little monies. You didn't learn about crumbs, you didn't learn to till the ground in front of you and value it. When the season of abundance comes, they just go mad. They say BA, Should I give you the best example? All these footballers who have got contracts, millions and millions of dollars, they earn, most of them become poor after. Why should any of them ever be poor? Some of them are earning in one week what you will earn for a lifetime. Recently I was speaking to somebody who knows them and he was telling me most of them. He was telling me, he said that he told of them he's wise, the rest of them are not wise, none of the rest of them. But one of them, he told me this one is wise. He said this one is broke. He said broke. I saw. He's a striker here. He's playing in this country. This team Big, big, big teams scoring goals. Yeah. No, he doesn't have money. This one doesn't have. This one is broke.
