15. How To Multiply The Influences Of The Holy Spirit

Welcome to track #15 of the sweet influences of the Holy Spirit. Finally, how to multiply the influences of the Holy Spirit? I'm going to give you about 10 ways #1 association. Elijah received more of the Holy Spirit by associating with Elijah. When you associate with somebody who has a strong influence of the Spirit on him, you something rubs off on you. Everybody say rubs off, rubs off, rubs off, rubs off. Hallelujah. So something wraps up on you. Association causes the influence of the Spirit to spread to you. So the influence of the spirit that was on Elijah spread to Elijah and it even became more on Elijah. So association in Second Kings chapter 2 verse 11, the Bible says as they were walking and talking, that association that comes by being around and hanging around and being around, you see, is what causes the influence of the Spirit then #2 to multiply the effect of the Holy Spirit is friendship. Yes, your friends influence you more than even your pasta sometimes, many times. Because the friendships that you have are what the Bible says. Iron sharpeneth iron. Hallelujah, iron sharpeneth iron. Now, iron and iron are the same, so friends are usually similar. So amazingly, somebody who is like you effects you because you see, we always think it's somebody who is fire above you who effects you. But the Bible is saying here that iron sharpens another iron. It's not that iron sharpens stone. So your friendship is very different from the pasta relationship because the iron is sharpening another iron, a result of the iron is sharpening wood or iron. Iron cuts wood, breaks stone, but it sharpens another. So First Corinthians 1533 says bad company ruins good morals. So just as bad company destroys good morals, good company and good friendship helps to increase the good morals and the influence of the Spirit on you. So that is why there's a saying, Show me your friend and I will show you the person's character. Amen. Are you there? The third way by which the Holy Spirit's influence is multiplied is by environment. Environment, alright. Environment is the totality of a person's surroundings. And in First Dawn Chapter 1, the Bible says that which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our eyes, and that which we have looked upon is describing the environment that He has been in and that which our hands have handled. Declare we unto you. So He was not just influenced by what He had, all right, but what He saw and then what He looked upon, that is, look on closely what He handled all around him. It had an effect on him. And that is why sometimes it's necessary to travel somewhere and be in another environment to see different things, to handle different things, to look closely at different things, to look upon that which we have seen, that which we have looked upon. Look upon means this way. We are up and we are down. We are looking at it in a certain way, like a microscope. We have handled it all. That makes you, are you listening to me? Influence by the spirits of the Lord. It's an invisible but strong influence, isn't it true? It is an invisible hand that is working on you and it is a wonderful influence of power and that is why people have to stay. Sometimes you have to go somewhere and stay somewhere in a completely different environment. Are you listening to me? And that is why you need the environment. It's an environment that because sometimes you have lived in poverty, you have lived in backwardness, you have lived with a bad idea, you have lived with only quarrels, only bad things, only bad marriages, only unhappiness, and only negative things. And God will take you another environment. Some of you have never been in an environment like this, at a camp where we are just happy, you understand. We are just happy to be in a church, in God, where there is nothing wrong. We are. I'm happy that God is with us and we are trying to serve God. You've never seen such an environment before. All that you know is session one, session two, session 3, serial scriptures are read and that is it. And it's like this is the end of whatever and you don't know something different. So an environment, are you listening to me? Association, friendships and environment provide what we call invisible hands, invisible influences that work on you all the time and that cause a certain effect and impact on whatever you are doing. How many want an invisible influence of the spirits? Shadala Masaka, may what you have seen have an effect on you. May what you have handled have an effect on you. May what you know have an effect on you. What you have task, what you have seen, what you have heard, what you have looked at, they have an important effect on your life. Hallelujah. Invisible hand are waiting to guide you. Invisible hand, we'll show you the way. Have faith in the Lord, He's always beside you. The prime belief to help you receive from invisible hand. Yes, it will. Though you may have sinned. Oh, God welcomes the sea, God, so pray, believe to help you receive from His visible life. Hallelujah. Examples of associations and friendships. Jacob and Levan, Rebecca and Jacob, Moses and Aaron, Moses and Joshua, David and Jonathan, Peter, James, John, Jesus, Mary Magdalene. All these are examples of associations, friendships, and environments which people came under. And no, there were some of many of them. There was no like, pray I received this, received this, received it. No, all right, be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them. Proverbs 24 verse one I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with immoral people because things wrap on of you. So be careful both in the negative and the positive. You need to have certain friendships even as pastors, Bible students, young people, first love members. What you need to have? Do you understand friends who like God and who are also anointed? I tell you, it makes you more anointed. Something wraps iron, sharpeners iron. Amen. Do not be bound together from unbelievers with unbelievers. What partnership has righteousness with loneliness? If you will not drive out the inhabitants of the land, they it shall come to pass that those remain will become a prick in your eyes of the nations which the Lord said unto Israel, You shall not go into them, for they shall can and wear your heart after their other gods, Amen. Should thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the Lord? So you have to keep the law and stay with those who love the Lord. Are you listening to me? So association, environment, Amen. He that walketh with wise men shall be wise, but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. Amen. If that Walker with wise men shall be wise, and that wisdom come from the spirit of wisdom, Hallelujah. Now he who goes among as a slanderer reveals secrets, therefore do not associate with a gossip. Amen. Many wonderful scriptures and teachings about associating. All right, now the last thing. How many steps have I given you? 3? Only three-step #4 wow step #4 prayer meetings. Prayer meetings if you turn with Middle Acts chapter 4. So when they have threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing that they may punish them and being let go, they went to their own company. Remember I told you about their own company. All right. And they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Thou art God. And they prayed, which made heaven and the earth. Verse 25. Who by the mouth of David has said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? All right, And they prayed and prayed. And they said, Now Lord, behold their threatenings all right, and grant unto thy servant that with all gold as they may, speak thy web by stretching forth thy hands to heal, that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together, and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost. People who have received the Holy Ghost in Acts chapter 2, they were now filled again. That's why I'm saying that to multiply you need to go for prayer meetings. This was a prayer meeting. They all went to their own company and the company prayed, and at the end of the prayer meeting, they were all filled with the Holy Ghost. There's not only meetings or teachings that we need, but we need prayer meetings. So that is step #4 so being filled with the Spirit, Amen. Step #5 pray for the Holy Spirit. Pray, Oh God, give me the Holy Spirit. Because Luke 11, verse 13, one of the most important verses in the whole Bible, tells us that if you've been able to know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your father give the Holy Spirit to them than ask him? So ask is step #5 actually ask for the Holy Spirit every day. Pray for the Holy Spirit, ask for the Holy Spirit, ask for the Holy Spirit, pray for the Holy Spirit, ask for the Holy Spirit, pray for the Holy Spirit, ask for the Holy Spirit, pray Holy Spirit, pray, Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, fail me, fail me, fill me, fill me, fill me. Amen. Now step number six, go to Ephesians. Are you there? Did you go there the last time? OK, Ephesians. Now verse 18. So the next one is speak to yourselves with songs. Speak to yourself through songs. Yeah, speak to yourself through songs. That is why when you sing a song and it doesn't speak and we don't hear, we don't get filled with the spirit. OK, so come, Ketis, come and do that again. You see the way you were singing the last song? Come quick, quick, quick, quick. Everything is quick. Here we are preaching. Sing it again. And then just do exactly what you were doing. At least I come and back and anybody just nearby come and sing quickly. I'm preaching. I'm not saying I'm not singing. I'm just preaching. Quick sing. Never give up. Just do exactly what you are. Doing Never give up. Never give up. Never. Don't you. Never. Don't give up you'll. Never. Give up. Christian, a man I'm urging you will not to never. This is the time that the source of God must take up the work of God being standing season and not of season, for Redeemer is coming very, very, very soon. Now, as long as we can hear what he's saying, we are filled with the spirit. But when they now move further and then it is mostly in communes and what wriggles and what is that hechama, hechematics, hechematics and mostly styles that impress us, you see, Because it didn't say singing songs and songs. Is that speaking to yourselves in songs and songs? There's a difference between singing songs and songs, and there's a difference between speaking to yourselves in Psalms and instances. So when we have a lot of singing, it doesn't speak to anybody. It doesn't say anything. We can't even know what they said. So you may sing a lot of wonderful words, tunes, melodies. I don't speak to us. Once we are not spoken to, we never get filled with the Spirit. There's a blessing that doesn't come. So all singers need to know that God hasn't told us to sing songs. He's told us to be filled with the Spirit speaking. So you must always look at the eyes of the people and see whether they can understand. Don't look at the clap. That clap comes after or whether people say you sang well or even say anything after. Always try to speak to the people in the Psalm so that they will be spoken to in the song, spoken to in the Psalm, spoken to in the spiritual song. So this time when you were singing, it was better than the first one. The first one, there was so much cathematics that we were, we were not caring what was being said. We were just listening to the catchematics. It's so bad catchematics. Am I not reading from the Bible? 2 of you come here, Rebecca and Hobby come. You see, when they were singing, we were, we were being blessed because we could hear at a point what they were saying, singing again, saying to each other, you see, I'll be praying for you. I'll be thinking about you. Come on, stand right there, Stand right there for speaking to us. Because we all have friends. We all have friends. OK, I'll see you. So I'll be thinking of you. I'll be praying for you. I'll be looking for you. I mean, we are blessed by this spiritual song. I mean, it's not how to say bye bye as Christians. I'll be thinking of you. I'll be praying for you so we are paraplat You be in my heart and there you will always be. Till we meet again someday I'll be thinking of you. Oh what a word, what a word. Be settled with the Spirit speaking, not singing, speaking to yourself in the song I'll be. Thinking of you. We praying for you, praying all your hopes and dreams that they will come true. And should there be some rain, I know the sun will shine again because I'll be praying for you. Isn't that fantastic? Continue. If you have some problems. Don't let them, ever. Get you down. We all waiting for that part of the song. That's when the anointing Hicks, Yes, a song is about speaking in the song. Yes, yes, you have to speak to us. Cetermatics can be there. It makes it nicer. But when the cetermatics now over, it becomes an overseer. It overseas, it's now over overseer overseas. It becomes the Bishop of the speaking, and the speaking is now just a shepherd, a junior shepherd. All right, you can go back or you can stand here. You can choose. Huh. Yeah, Speaking to yourselves. Speaking to yourselves. Always. Songs must speak. Singing and making melody in your heart. So the first step is speaking. This is number six, speaking to yourself in sound. So any time you start singing and the song is speaking, you start being filled with the Spirit. So as you start singing the song, he is speaking. So if you are a pastor, you have to let the worship leader do the right thing. Not just stand there, close their eyes, see worship, but they can't stand. They just close their eyes. He knows my name. The person is not thinking about what he knows. He knows my name. He knows your name. I mean, why are you saying that He knows your name? We actually know that He knows our name. The first thing that you come to do is to close your eyes. He knows my name, He knows my name. So your songs don't speak and we are not ministered to. Amen. Are you there or you are going home #2 being thankful, giving thanks always for all things, and to God, being filled, being thankful, Amen. Being thankful, it makes you filled with the Holy Spirit, giving thanks always for all things unto God in the Father and the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. That is what makes you always to be filled with the Spirit is to be thankful. Now I'll show you when the Israelites came out of Egypt, OK? When the Israelites came out of Egypt and they were going, they were grumbling and memory and they were filled with evil spirits and demons filled the people as they complained and managed against everything that God had. And they all died. They were destroyed by the destroyer. The Bible says the destroyer is Satan. They open the door to the destroyer, to the devil, to Satan by their grumblings and memories. And that is why thankfulness, gratefulness, gratitude is the opposite and always attracts the Holy Spirit. But grumblings and memories attracts demons. Yeah, that's why the Bible speaks so much against memory, criticizing this loyalty and all those in God. It brings evil spirit. And that's why the Bible says be filled with the spirit or be being filled with the spirit, speaking to yourself in some sense, His spiritual song, singing and making melody to your heart of the Lord. And be thankful for giving thanks always and to God for all things, always for all things. Not for something, not a few things, but giving thanks always, always saying thank you. Thank you, Lord, we are blessed with a blessing. Thank you, Lord. We are. Thank you, Lord. What a blessing. Oh, thank you, God, because that is God's power and grace in your life. Like, you see when people are filled with evil spirit, You don't like your husband, you don't like your wife, You don't like your beloved, You don't like your church, You don't like your pastor, You don't like your mother. You don't like your father. You don't like anything. There's nothing there. Everything. There's something wrong. You are always the number one captain of complaining. It's true. It's a sign of evil spirits. Yeah, giving thanks always and to God for all things in the name of the Father, in the name of Jesus. So thankfulness is always, we say thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank. Thank you, Father. Thank you. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you. Thank you for everything. Thank you for what you've given me. Thank you for what I have. Thank you for this. I believe I receive. I thank you. Giving thanks always and to God for all things. Wow. Is it amazing? Is it fantastic? That is step number 17. All those guys, Bible students all about come here, come, all of you come here. Look at these guys. Come stand. Stand over here. Stand up on the stage. What did I, what did I, what did I tell you outside? What did I tell you outside? Do you remember what I told you? I was coming in? You don't remember. You called us to come and see you. Apart from that, do you remember anything I told you when I said no? Do you remember? You don't remember. You need the Holy Spirit to help your intelligence. OK, As if we are happy and you told us that we can come and join you on the camp upstairs. And what else? This opportunity we are, we cannot have it anywhere. You will never what you said. This is an opportunity of a lifetime and we will never have it again. We may never have it again. All of it, yes. Where are you from? They don't know where you are from. Where are you from? Trinidad and Tobago, Where are you from? Papua New Guinea, Where are you from? Zambia, Where are you from? Where are you from? Guyana Students from different countries, you see why they are wearing, They are wearing boots. They have protected themselves from the Vipers. Any Viper, And I don't know whether it's the weather also, they are guarding this place. And this one is from Zambia, Trinidad, Guyana, Papua New Guinea. Well, who is from Papua New Guinea? Yeah, Papua New Guinea. That's beyond Australia. And I told them, I told them be happy. You mean you will never, you may never get this again in your life to be a guard in a, in a sight where there may be snakes and where you are just it's an opportunity. You'll be thankful. So Lord, thank you for this. Thank you. And you will never have you watch and see so you die. You will never have such a chance again to do any of the things you are doing. It's a one in a lifetime and it's gone forever. So that is why you can be filled. You can be filled with demons standing there complaining and saying, how are we here? We came to being in a Bible school. Look at what they have brought us here. Do we think that we are whatever? If we knew that, we would have whatever. Look at what they said that we should do. Yeah, that's why I said be filled with the Spirit giving thanks always to God for all things, no matter what it is you have to say. Thank you. Thank you for that. Today I am very good, like as if I am a soldier in an army. Sambar, look at me. Is that not amazing? Is that not fantastic? Go back to your seats. The third one is submission, humility. You see it says be filled with the spirit and colon. Semi colon, which means what is coming after. Explains what I mean by what I have said before. The semi colon be filled with the spirit. Speaking to yourselves in Psalms spiritual song, giving thanks 23. Submitting yourselves 1 to another in the fear of God. Amen. So this is the number 8. This is number 8 #8 and last point in our camp. Submitting yourself one another. Amen to one another submission, Hallelujah. All right, so submission, giving thanks, submitting, speaking in songs, giving thanks and submitting, speaking through songs, giving thanks and submitting, submitting one through humility is the last key. And you'll be filled more and more with the Holy Spirit, and you'll come more and more under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Stand to your feet. Hallelujah, we are blessed. Lift your hands. Heavenly Father, thank you for all these wonderful children who have come into your presence to receive the sweet influences of the Holy Spirit. We are thanking you what a great influence and great blessing we have to follow you, to listen to you, to grow in you, to know you. What a difference you've made in our life. I pray for everyone here Lord, that the influence of the Spirit will be mighty upon our lives until we go out of this world. I ask for it in Jesus name. I pray for it in Jesus name. I find the spirit of death, I find the spirit of accident, I find the spirit of cases. I bind every spirit of sudden abortion of your will in the name of Jesus and I thank you that it is removed in Jesus name. I pray against the plagues of Satan and the cases of the enemy that are waiting to afflict these ones and turn their lives into a wilderness, waiting to bewitch them and change their destiny from serving you. Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord. Thank you, Lord. You are good to us, you are kind to us. We give you thanks, we give you praise, we give you glory, we give you honor, We say hello and be your holy, holy, holy name. Thank you, Lord, for your great and wonderful blessing. Thank you. Thank you that Elijah was a man of light passions, our Lord, he was anointed. He was a holy man of God. Thank you. Thank you for the sweet influences of the mighty Holy Spirit of God. We love you, Lord. We praise you, Lord. We thank you, Holy Spirit, for you have made it possible for us to be here at this time to receive your word. Thank you for your blessing as we go out of this place. We are asking for just one thing. Fill us, O Lord, with the Holy Spirit. Fill us, O Lord.
