Welcome to track #13 of lay power. If you are going to do well in the ministry you are you are going to need Amen. If you are going to do well as a Lycos, you're going to need to understand the basic concepts Amen. Of ministry. Amen. Number one prayer. Amen. P For prayer. There is a correlation between the amount of prayer put into the church and the growth of the church. Amen. Are you there? In Korea, it is well known that pastors pray for long hours. It is no surprise to the largest churches in the world are found in that nation. Lay pastors and shepherds should pray for at least one or two hours every day. Amen. The ministry is spiritual from beginning to end. There is a difference between a pastor and an administrator. The fact that you are doing clerical and accounting work in the church office does not mean you are in full time ministry. Ministry is prayer. Amen. Peter made it clear that it was not arranging tables nor organizing food. That was his work. He said it is not reason that we should leave the Word of God and serve tables, but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the Word of God. Amen. Are you listening to me? So prayer is one of the very important things that we need to do. And there's nothing else to teach you about prayer than for you to just pray. You're right there. So we can't give 1000 points on how to pray, what to pray for, why to pray, why prayer is important and so on. But praying cannot be taught unless you just do it. So just do it. Just do it. Don't talk it. Don't preach it. Don't teach it. Just do it. Amen. What do you think? Yeah. So now lay people need to now join us in praying, praying, prayer, prayer times. Now, some years ago, the Legion Gardens was filled with people praying from morning to evening. These were not people who have been paid by anybody to go and pray. These were ordinary people, common people people. Who? Were just commonplace, regular guys, average people who wanted to serve God better. And they would go to Legon Gardens. Are you listening to me? And they would pray. So as you are coming to do this work, I want you to have in your mind certain key elements that are going to constitute the work of the Lycos, the work of the layman, the work of the average guy. And one of these great works is. Prayer. Now what I want to say is that the church needs to just organize the prayer meetings. Do you understand prayer meetings now? We used to have a time for prayer meetings, you see, like OK, we are going for ministry meeting, we are going for church service and we are going for prayer meeting was a different meeting. And we used to have prayer duty. You see, we've always tried to organize prayer. So what I'm saying is that every Chapel, church, pastor, Bishop, what have you, we must organize more and more and more prayer in the church, Amen. We must sell more. We must pray more than we sell chicken or meat pies or spring rolls. Amen. Because human beings are naturally carnal. Now, do we have a place for prayer? We have a prayer Chapel. Do people come there to pray? A lot of people coming to pray. Is there an all night everyday? She's there an all night everyday. Why is there not an all night everyday? Why is there not an all night everyday? You see, if you take somebody like a Bishop Duncan Williams, Archbishop, you may have a lot of different things to say and the comments to make, but I tell you, he has a lot of people in his house praying every day. Yeah. Somebody told me that I can have as many as 100 people, and that's his house praying. Yeah. And this somebody without education, without any background of so many things, but praying to God, you know, So I tell you, prayer is very, very important. And anybody who doesn't really pray, honestly, all the spiritual things we are trying to do are not going to work. You need to pray. We need to pray, Amen. Are you there or you are not there? We, we need to have more prayer in our lives. And so if you say you are working, we must not begin to count prayer with ours. Me, one of the things that I know when I, when I'm praying, let's say I go to, I'm going to pray. It always happens. I start, then I turn my eye to look at the clock. Until I've looked at the clock, I've not started. And usually when I start praying, I don't look at the clock. But when I realize that I'm becoming serious, I look at the clock. How can you pray seriously without looking at the clock? How do you know when you finished which one is Amen? Which of them is Amen? You cannot know, so you have to roughly use time to pray. So those of you who claim you are working now, we need to have more. We are going to involve you in a multitude of tasks. We want to have prayer meeting every day. Prayer meeting every day. Prayer meeting. Maybe we have to do weekly prayer duty that this group are on all night for this week, for the whole year. Yeah. Like what is the name of your Chapel? Genesis Chapel. Yeah. We can give you prayer. You are on. How many chapels are there? 20232323 weeks of the year we can have one Chapel doing all night every day, Monday to Friday. That is all your country, your contribution. This week you are all night. Monday 4:50, Tuesday 4:50, Wednesday 4:50, Thursday 4:50, Friday 4:50. That's all. And let me let me tell you something. Anytime you want to start doing something effectively, stop doing something that you were doing. For instance, stop fasting. Don't fast just. Pray. Just pray. A lot of people fast without praying. God has. There are no promises in the Bible about what fasting will do. Like direct, if you fast, I will give you whosoever shall fast. I shall give, I shall give. There's nothing like that. Whosoever shall pray, when thou prayers ask, if you ask, the Lord will give you. That is it. Fasting helps the prayer. So if you like, don't fast, stop. What, you are 21 days fast? Just pray, take a week. Like that all night the code that should be a place where there is noise. Many times I've been to archbishops, how you see that they are praying, they go, they pray. So there was a time I used to have, I'm even bringing them back to come and pray in my house. I used to have boys in my house pray. One day there was a certain rebel that rebelled against a man of God and he pointed to the cell that he prayed here, here, this way. He used to pray. Today he's in Europe, but he used to sleep here and pray the sound of prayer. Ba ba ba ba ba ba shop. It must be had in the Kodesh. The Kodesh should not be silent. Sure my area. Here is a drinking bar, here is a disco or what? Here is the everywhere noise making funeral drinking bars taste that last week I couldn't. I mean, I mean, I can sleep in the noise, but the noise, if you see that the house is vibrating at the point, look, massive. Organized prayer is the key. You will never get a chair. That is work. And we need to pray for, I tell you, for our own protection. Sometimes an arrow is coming to kill somebody. It is the prayer warriors of Wednesday night that will save the day for Thursday. Yeah. How can there be all night, every day? If the common man does not get involved, Pastor Max will die. If he's the only one doing all night every day for the whole year, he will. Die. He will die. Every day, all night, every day, all night, the common man. That's why I'm trying to explain to you how you are coming to get involved. Because some of us, we don't have rooms in our houses. There's nowhere for you to pray. How many don't have anywhere? Your house the way it is, there's no man. When you go here, there's somebody. When you pass here, raise your hand. Raise your hand. Yeah. How many have got somewhere where you go private place in your house to pray? OK, then which one are you? So that's why we are opening up the church to the common man. There is no way. The church, the Kodesh must be a prayerful church. It's called the Kodak, the Holy Hill. We must shout and pray for mercy. We must shout and pray to God. Cover Shabalaba. You must be proud to be able to say that he was part of the all night prayer. Look, you know what the Bible says about intercession, He says. And I was astonished that there was no intercessor. I was astonished that of all things, as computer workers, there were bookshop people, there were people doing TV, there were people doing radio. But I was astonished that there was no intercessor. I was astonished. Yeah, you need to decide to become super prayerful. And if you cannot do it all the time, you do it. In a way. So I know that this year I've done all night for one week before for the whole year, every Chapel with the pasta. One day I went for I went to the cathedral. The pastors were having parents, pastors downstairs and shepherds upstairs. When I went downstairs, the pastors, they were all sitting down like this, diplomats, and then the shepherds and others were upstairs walking up and up by the pastor. They have become diplomatic people with cars and I mean executives. Who could not shout and could not pray. You see now when I say that, it's like we should delegate so that Emilia stand up so that your pastor, you as the pastor of Genesis Chapel, would delegate so that as three shepherds will leave, 1 shepherd will be there. No, no, no, no, no. You, you. You come every night. Monday night you come. I know how old you are. You are more than 40. Tuesday you come, Wednesday you come. Thursday you come, Friday you come and you shout. You'll be walking like that till 5:00 AM. Then we know that the pastor is really the leader. You say you are coming to work. If you don't and the work, I'm telling you that I'm giving you the items of the work. Whenever you go for a new job, they give you what they call job description. That is what I'm giving you now. It's called job description. I'm giving you the job description. Number one is prayer. You say you are working. If you are not part of the weekly all night, don't say that you are one of the workers. Say something, but don't say say that you are supporting Black Stars. Say you are supporting NBC. Say you support. NBC But don't say that you are one of the workers in the church and pastors. I don't want anybody to delegate anything to anybody. Don't delegate anything. Don't be big shot. Be shot sucker. Remove Remove big shots. We diplomacy does not help the church. Be sure those of you who are 40 and above and you cannot do certain things because of setting port bellies and other structures you have developed. Shall I resign from the team so that we bring younger guys to be the pastors of the church so that we make you elders? We are forming a new elders born retired pastors attenuated. How do you call it super and super super annuated pastors? In Methodist Church we have superannuation. It means the pastor is retired. Stand up. I don't. Want to hear of you delegating some people for prayer on Monday, delegating them Tuesday. You are delegated for Wednesday, Thursday. Why, of course, in the South. And the people are praying. Nobody who is overweight in this church is going to intimidate us again because overweight and fatness. Makes you look too. Big to be sent. Yes. A little big. You look bigger than things. You see that the word big. When you see a slim person, it looks like somebody you can send. Now when you see a hippopotamus and you are selling the hippopotamus, go and collect, go and get water. If the person looks bigger than being sent, even the one who is sending, you feel intimidated. When you are sending the person you feel, you feel. You can't ask such a person to do this. You can't ask this person to do this. Is it true or is that true? You come stand here and then of course, stand by him. Your arm is like his waist. This arm the arm is like the. Waist of the boy. Somebody should bring a measuring tip and let us measure. Look at the waist on the small body and then of course arm come this way. The arm is like. Hi, so if you are sending him it's easier to say. Run, run and call that girl in the orange shirt. Run and call her. Oh, antilope, antilope, antilope, antilope. Call her, call her, tell her to come now if I have to send this one run, run and call that brother in the in the brown shirt. Please, please. Hippopotamus is moving. Hey, yes, is it so? But Oko, because Oko has a smiling young looking face, he's easier to say. So it's not a good example, but it's a it's an example that I'm using because if I use another person as an example, it will not be easy for me in the church. So I've decided to use Pastor Oko. But some of you you are like hippopotamus and others are like antelopes when you send an antelopes when you sell like hippopotamus. That is why, that is why Bishop Saki will will will even suggest that the. Pastor should delegate that prayer meeting that the prayer meeting I'm talking about that that. Is why it will talk to all of us first. Delegate it. Let this shepherd, then this shepherd and this shepherd. But the big man, No, he should rest. He's about 40. Are you about 40? Almost. Look above 40s. Charlie, let us look in action. They have a place in the church called above 40s. Above 40s. Yeah, they have. They have a section called above 40s. Is that somebody who actually knows? Is it true? It's called what? Above Above 40s? Yeah. It's a section of the church. Special section, isn't it? Above 40s. Your mother-in-law is there, Yeah, above 40s. So Charlie, from now we are creating above 40s. Yes, by age and by weight. If it's some of you, you are your 30s. But we will put you there because you are too big to send. See. Is it not true? Don't you feel when you are sending some people that? It's like a big person that you are sending. It's true. It's a feeling that is real. We are not pretending unless you, you make yourself like that, like a young person, a child. So make yourself young. Prior prior meetings, prayer meetings, mala Bala Bala Bala Bala Bala Bala Bala Bala Bala Bala Bala. 7 hours then you close shouting. Not I mean sleeping and watching CNN. I mean prayer, prayer, shouting, meeting Kodesh. I shouldn't drive there in the night. I see that the place is quiet. Where are there people shouting? Is there no one shouting here calling on God? The Bible says I was astonished. I was astonished. I was astonished that there was no intercessor. I couldn't believe my my eyes and my ears. There is no way we are going to achieve our prayer aims without common man getting involved in the work. And you will do the work. You see now it's becoming work because what is happening, tiredness is coming, working hours are coming, 8 hours are coming and spending energy is coming in time. That's, that's, that is where your, your contribution that has become work. It's normal. Just oh, we had a wonderful prayer time. The pastor LED us, so how? I love you, Lord. Then we just best out in prayer should really be little bit. Amen. Sure. And yes, I emotionally that we are coming to do, we are coming to South Shaba Lava, Shaba Lava for 8 hours. For 8 hours, 8 hours of Shabalabad, 23 ministries, everybody take one Monday to Friday, Monday to Friday, come and shout so that we'll know that the common man has risen up to do something in the check. Pastor. You call yourself pastor once we have given you that title, unless you want to be superannuated pastors. Too big to do certain things, too big, too pompous, too above. Sally. We want, we will take young, young boys and girls to be passive. Because Sally, your size and your age, you say you have children, your job, your bank, your this. Do you know when people are chasing boyfriends and girlfriends? They go out and they come four AM, 3:00 AM. Then the next morning they are in at work. Have you done some before? Who knows, somebody who has done some before, raise your hand. Yes. And they are able to go to work and not sleep. O commensa, am I saying something wrong? Is it possible? Are we going to do it? 23 ministry, You better form more ministries. 34 chapels. You have included the basils. Ah, now I have lucky part. Yeah, you know somebody. Some people will come twice in a year and some will come once. But 3434 Christmas time we will exempt you only Christmas, Christmas Day and even Christmas. The hospital, we work Christmas Day and all emergency services are all working. Don't want to wear. You don't want to wear. And what will you do in your house on Christmas Day? Pancake. You said what Christmas party? OK, Christmas will allow. And what again? Easter. Yeah. Easter. Easter week and Christmas week only two weeks. So that the week the year has left with 50 weeks. Yeah. Monday to Friday, led by pastors, not led by shepherds. Any pastor who cannot You have you have you have relinquished your, your, your capacity, your right. To be a pastor, you are superannuated. We are moving you to the above 40s. And it's not. There's nothing wrong with being above 40. I am above 40, but you can be above 40 by age and by behavior, or you can be above 40 by age and by behavior below 40. I've been preaching since the morning. I'm preaching since the morning. I've been doing this since I was 20 something years old. Oh, you don't know that. We move into the cathedral when I was 29 years old. For your information. 29 years old. We were in the cathedral. I was 29. I was in my 20s. Yeah. You you think I was just started recently? No, I've been standing and preaching at camps 11 hours a day. I stand and preach 5 continuous hours. When I finish, I'm going to lift up my leg, drink coffee and come back and continue. More hours and after that I'll drive 12 hours, 15 hours. I cried to Salaga having meetings when I arrived at I'll preach miracle crusade, finish count meetings throughout the day and I come back. And you have made yourself. Some people, they're telling when they're sleeping, they're telling their what temper. Small prosperity. Small pros you never used to. Snow. But now more prosperity snoring has come. You cannot pray, you cannot do all night, you cannot work. But you want to be called a pastor. You. Want to be called a laid pastor? You want to be called laid pastor so that when you walk to the church then greet yourself pastor or rap rap? Why do you want that title? Have you not become a Pharisee? Have you not become a who love greetings in the marketplaces and love to be called Pharisee? Said teacher Rabbi Jesus. That is because of Pharisee that Jesus said cancel all times, don't call anybody father or rabbi. Stop that thing, Pastor. We might as well call you Donald Duck or. Mickey Mouse if you can't come and leave prayer meeting. What is your work? I said. Look at me standing. I'm the Bishop of the Church. I'm preaching continuously as well as other things. As soon as I leave I'll continue meetings and now travelling to the to West Africa to go and pre organizing soldiers and armies. And you you cannot. 33 years old. Oh you are more than a 68 year old man with a round pot belly having Shane Stokes breeding. You know Shane Stokes. I believe that my lay pastors can't stand it. Somebody who can't touch it. What is happening? Said they are praying. I tell you everyday, who are these? How much do you pay themselves? Pay them. These people, they've closed 5:00 AM. They came with their bags 5:00 AM. Then they are going to work and should be able to come and point. This one works at Barclays Bank, this one is Echo Bank, this one is Tico Director. This one is Zen. This one is here, this one is here. This one is a contractor. They are here. They pray till the. Morning. Once we are storing the house, what then? I said yes, you are really a lay pastor. Let me give you the name pastor then say yeah, it's the title that benefits your behavior. Now you think the. Title to be receive greetings lady pastor LPLPLP instead of calling you by your name they call you LP and it is sweet for you to you are receiving LP as if you are music LP Lady P Lady ref L Rev Don't take that title again. If you can't, come and pray. Pray for the whole week once in a year. Monday we finally we come to the we should even. Open the Jesus Cathedral so. They will shout. Then we come there. 1:00 AM Me I come to work. Sometimes I come to work. Midnight I come to work. Three AMI come. From my house to. Work. You see this book that you are reading 3:00 AM I'll be there. I'll work for 15 hours, 18 hours and I'll come and preach my eyesight on my head will be will be hurting me. You you cannot get, you cannot do anything, and you want to be called. LPLPI will now change your name to HP Hippopotamus Pasta. LPLP say say you are. Something. But don't say you are a pastor if you don't pray, and if you don't, you cannot leave people in prayer. Say you are something else, but don't say you are a pastor or a shepherd. You get it. Call yourself something else. HP Lucky. Okay, to your seats. Next time, say that you are a pastor and you are not. Have you seen the new place that we are building at the Kodesh? What do you think that big space is for? What do you think that big space is for? Is it for sure if there are no people walking up and down there, praying, calling on God, calling on God for mercy, calling on God walking up and down that car park, What do you think that space is for? Is it for sure for people to come and say? Hey Kodesh, I let the place final. Then I might, I should have built my a beautiful glass house years ago so that people will come and praise me in my house that oh, the house is very beautiful. If it was showing that I was trying to be sure, No, no. So the first duty is prayer. Now in your private life, there are some of you. You cannot pray unless you are at a prayer meeting. How many find it difficult to pray on your own? Honesty is part of being a lay pastor. Raise your hand if you find it difficult. OK, Raise your hand. Raise your hand if you find it difficult. Yeah, for one hour. 1 hour is OK. Don't say yeah because everybody around you saying yeah, you know that you cannot listen. The reason why you are finding it difficult to praise because you have not learned how to pray as past as pray like those people pray in a particular way. We don't pray in a quiet. Room. There is a saying that a watched pot never boils. That's if you are watching the pot, it never boils. If you are watching the time, it never finishes. If you are watching the date, it never gets there. Do you understand? Whatever you keep waiting, you are measuring, it never happens. So once you are sitting down in a quiet room praying with your mind focused on when the time will be up, you will never be able to pray. So all of us must learn how to pray whilst listening to messages. For instance, if you came to church on Tuesday and I preach about the blood or I preach about without. Let's say you hear that oh, Bishop has preached a message or without, I want to get that message. You have to prepare that message for your prayer time. Oh, I'm planning for someone our prayer time tonight and I've got my cassettes that message for that prayer. It's like food when I'm eating. I usually like watch television. I don't like sitting at a dining table to eat. We have one, but I don't use it. I want you to know that we have one. But what I'm saying is that I don't usually sit there unless we are organized there officially. But usually when I am eating, I like to watch television. Do you understand? Yeah. So the television watching lasts as long as I eat? Yes, you get what I'm saying. So I sit down and stretch my legs and then I watch whatever they are showing. Or if I have something, if I have a film summer, I can have a film that I watch and I'll watch it small, smaller for the last time. Then we start again. So it makes the food eating go faster and nicer. That's how you should pray. Don't pray alone. I mean only prayer. Lord, I've come to pray. Check the time. Check the time exactly exactly what 435 Let's pray. We are, we are praying to 4:45. How many minutes? 50. Seconds it's. Too long. But when you put on a message called without, you will enjoy the message. You'll be happy. You will not even notice this. Oh, 55 minutes, my preaching. I have what do you call a spiritual clock in me usually and within an hour I end, even when I'm not checking the time, the spiritual clock preach so often it's like spiritual masses that have tuned in a certain way. We didn't almost play. When you go and preach, they don't want you to preach beyond. And now when you go beyond, your honorarium will be less. Are you listening? So those of you who are struggling to pray for one hour because you don't know or you put on music one particular CD, maybe Pastor Johnny has made ACD or either has made a CD. You put it on from someone to song and how many? Usually minutes, 60 minutes, 50 is roughly just about an hour. It's over. And if you enjoy music, but if you don't enjoy music and not music I don't, then play preaching. True or not true, you will never struggle to pray again. You call yourself a shepherd or a pastor. You don't have a a way of playing messages either by car or in your house. Then call yourself something about don't say you are a shepherd, Don't say you are a pastor. Don't say you are working for God. You don't have any method. One day I met a missionary. I met a missionary and he he said, oh, he's tape recorder. I spot something, something spot. He had no way of listening to messages. So we went to the church. I come for a convention. When we went to the church, there were people in the church. I preach and everything, but I see God showed me that all the people that were not in the church, the pastor had organized as an emergency organization. All those people, they were not in the church. But I knew when I when after the meeting, I, I called the meeting, I said, come, all these people are not in the church. There's no one in the church. When we start. Like going into the things you see, he doesn't listen to tape because I say, oh, my tape recorder I spoke some months ago last year look a a person who doesn't listen to messages, the word is not coming. That means God is not coming into you. The Holy Spirit is not coming to you. Jesus is not coming into you because. Jesus is the word. I don't have. I don't know that. What did he say? I don't know. I don't understand that technology. But I have the unit at home. My wife understands the technology. We were asking 1. Pastor to listen to CBS or to check his e-mail or something, he said. I don't understand that technology, but I have the unit at home, but my wife understands that technology. And today, he's no more in the church. Some of you have never bought ACD before. Find out from my neighbor that you better he's bought ACD before. And is there anybody who has not bought ACD before that you are sitting? Raise up your hand please. OK. Is there somebody sitting by who has not bought ACD before? Raise your hand. Yes. And you don't have anywhere to play it. You have to understand the technology and you have to get the unit. Tell somebody you must get the unit. You must understand the technology and and these days we don't buy messages 1111 we have MP threes, MP threes. And then you save it on the computer and other way download it from the Internet on the phone. You can play it on the phone. I don't I don't understand the technology. I have the I have the unit has your neighbor. Do you have the unit at home? Ask your name, does your? Does your wife? Understand the technology, but we will give ourselves continually. Oh, we will give ourselves continually. Amen to the word of God and to prayer. Amen. So prayer is the first duty of a layman who is working for the Lord #2 Visitation Jeremiah chapter 23, verse 2. It says therefore that saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors, You have scattered my flock and have not visited them, Amen. You have not visited them, you have not visited them, you have not visited them, Amen. Now, there is a very important job of all laypeople to visit people. Amen. How many are hoping to have a beloved one day? Raise your hand. Raise it very well. OK, OK, OK. Are you listening? Why do you think that people rape people? Why do you think, why don't they just get a beloved and then have marry and then have sex? Why do you think people rape people? Have you ever thought about it? Why? Why don't they just wait and get somebody? Because, Because. Because you may not know, but many people don't have friends. Many people don't have friends and then they don't know anybody and nobody knows them and nobody likes them and nobody's interested in them. Do you understand? Nobody's interested in them. They are not important. Nobody talks to them. Nobody's interested in them. Do you get it? How many understand what I'm talking about? Yes. So you must believe me that people are hoping for a visit. Which is a great expression. Of love, Amen. And it's a great expression of interest by somebody, Amen. Are you listening to me? People need people to show love and interest in them and it has an effect when you visit them. And God is the one who say it is not a lighthouse doctrine and it is not a doctrine of Bishop that he would mills. I have not invented it. The Bible is saying that God says I am against the shepherds because they have not visited my sheep on my floor. I don't care what radio ministry you have, TV ministry you have, whatever ministry you have. Visiting people is a pastors work and it will never change even though we live for 1000 years. Therefore, that is what the Lord God says against the pastors. He's against the pastors. Do you get it? He's against the pastors. If I was pastoring the church, which I am not now actively, directly, but I am involved in the pastoral work of the church, but I'm not directly pastoring, I would have a stream of visitation every week. I have to visit somebody, not one person, because the church is too big to just visit. But. I. Cannot be a pastor without visiting my people. Even the people that work with me, the those that work with me, I visit them, but I have to visit them. I have to visit them. I mean, a couple of days ago I was in the hospital because somebody that works with me had a baby. I went to sit in the hospital and chat with them and relate with them, flow with them, talk with the the new baby, discuss whatever about the child and so on. And the only reason I went there because this part of my pastoral small pastoral network. Hey, pastor, you say you don't visit, you don't move from your house, you don't move from where you are to somebody, to find a way to people's house. You say you are LP. You say you are call yourself LP. You are calling yourself LP and LR. Now LR has come. Lady Reverend, you are joking. I said what you are joking. LRLP. Hey visiting, You cannot visit until you know the way to the house. You have to go there. There are things you will never know and see or understand until your visit. You've got to visit first. How many still want to do the work or you are retiring? It's early to retire now. You have to do visitation till you are tired of visiting. Until. You are tired. You have not started working. You see, I've talked about the prayer. You see that a tiredness has come there. Now I'm talking about the visitation and you see that another tiredness has come there also. How many have realized that a tiredness is coming into the work? People come through television, through radio. They've come to the church. Now you cannot find your way to the person's house. I'm not talking about. Calling them or texting them. I'm talking about rising up. Also the person's house is too far. The person is too far. Then God is saying to you that people from that person's house area are too far for me to give to you. I won't give them to you again because they are too far. And God says I am against the pastors pastor. Don't be surprised if you dial. Don't be surprised if you die because you call yourself pastor but you wouldn't visit the people when God has declared that he's against you or against doesn't mean against. Are you not the one who is holding that title LP? I'm asking a question. Are you not the one holding that title LP? If you are LP lady pastor, how come there there is no string of visit for this week? Well, where is this week's visitation? You pass by your members about because you won't bother to find where the people are staying. You even pass in front of their houses and pass by the area. But big shark Mama, big shark Papa, big shark pasta, you wouldn't get out or find your way or take a car and go and look for them. Mr. Big Man and you said you have pasta, do not be surprised when you look like this. Coco is not a doll, it's your coffin and you are inside. Go, go, go because. Why God say I'm against the pastors? If God is against you, what's going to happen to you when you're playing a match and then a special player somewhere, Eto or Ronaldo is against you? Is it going to be well with you? You will be quick, You will be kicked out of the competition then, yes. Now when we saw who was against us, Brazil, we beat who America, Czechoslovakia. And when, when we were informed that Brazil is against, our hearts melted. We knew that we were finished. We, we, we had no hope. Because Asamwajan, he is not able to score. He can run, he can make everybody tired. But to actually score, it is not easy for him. But Charlie, since that guy stopped playing for Ghana, we have not won any macho soon. No, no, no. Yesterday we won, he played, we lost yesterday. I got not. Played yesterday. I don't know, against Japan. Oh, OK. No, no, I'm talking about Sudan. Yeah. Is Japan coming to World Cup Japan? Wow. Hey, listen, when somebody great is against you, what does it mean? It means what? You are out. You are what out? And God is saying I'm against you, I'm against you. For only one thing. Oh, you wouldn't visit? My people and care for my people. You wouldn't go to their houses. When I went to Zamrama, Allah, I always remember when I went to that Zamrama hall, Chamber and hall. You pass here, you pass here, you pass here. There's no Rd. there. And I came to the chamber hall to visit this sister and I think she's still in the church today somewhere. Is she still somewhere? Yeah, she's somewhere, somewhere in the world. Yeah, I visited her. She's now in America. Zamrama line, I tell you that. She's still in the church today. Oh yeah. That's why we. Also freak out when pastors start to do things and the members leaving because this girl I visited them myself in Zamrama line. I've been to banks on visitation banks, SSB and others visiting the members. Offices, homes, schools. Medical students, Huh. Cemetery. I've been to cemetery by mistake. I thought the house was there. And when I went into the cemetery Sunday evenings visitation from here to here, Is that somebody's house there? Is that somebody's house on the past? I want to find my people's homes. I want to go to their houses so badly. I want to sit in their rooms. I want to sit where they are, where they sit. He walked where I walked. He stood where I stand. He felt what I feel. He understands. He knows my frailty. He knows my frailty, My. Humanity. Shed my humanity. Tempted in every way. Yet without sand. God with us, so close to us. God with us in love you. Oh God with us, so close to us. God with us, He'd love your way. Oh, he, he walked where I walked. He did where I sat. He felt what I feel. And he, and that's not he, knows my frailty. He knows my. Frailty shed my humanity. Shed my. Humanity, 1010 in every way. That time in every way. Yet without sin and God with us, so close to us, God with. US. Emmanuel, Oh God with us, so close to us. God with us. Emmanuel, Emmanuel, up with us, so close to us, God with us. When the the ship see you standing there, they look at you with a knowing they know you. The smile. The smile means I know you. I knew you a little more than just being around. What do you think that's why? Because I'm against you. You wouldn't visit them. I was in a San Craig Hua. It was raining. I went to visit my missionary there. All the Ghana girls were in the car and the Ghana boys were I what? I went out in the rain. The Ghana girls don't want their hair to get wet. And I went into the house to visit my missionary. I went to his room. When I went to his room, I think he did not even have a bed. Huh. He just had a mattress. Are you were there, right? Yeah. Are you staying there? And then I went to his kitchen and I saw he had bought some rice. I wanted to see what he had made because he was a bachelor. He had bought some rice. Have you seen rice that has become swollen, swollen with water? But is it still in the form of rice? That's the rice was swollen. I want to see the real so that you know what I'm talking. I know what is going on. I know what is it like what? What is happening. I used what is the reality on the ground, not imaginary things. Yeah. I feel what he feels. I understand what he's experiencing. If there's something I can do, I can help. That's that's pastoral work. Now, how many people do you think Bishop Saki can visit? I mean, in a week he may be able to visit four people or five people. I mean, because every if he's visiting in the evening, I mean, sometimes you can only visit one person by a certain time. It's too late. So sometimes you can't visit many people. So let's say he can visit four or five and he's the only person doing it. What about, what about if all of you, 600 people visit, four people, that's what 2400 visits in a week. So you are busy. What about Sunday? Sunday, a lot of people are in their houses. When you go and say, what is it? Oh, I've come to visit. You have to learn how to overcome that embarrassment when people seem to ask, so why have you come? I mean, you are not my friend. I don't know you as any Bayer pastor, Do you see? Yes. How can I help you? How can what? What is it? Is there a problem? Who are you looking for? But you see, these are small, small things that you can overcome. But on Sundays, we want our shepherds and about to. Go and even make. Friends with the people. The people will come to the church because they remember you. When they come, they will say, well, you see people come to church because of television, radio, but they stay because of somebody, not the pastor. Did you know that people come usually because of a figurehead leader, but they stay because of somebody that they know down the ranks. That is a fact of church growth and the mechanics of church growth. They come usually like if you see a picture like let's say Central Gospel, many people come, they see Doctor Otabel, they they know him as a great leader and somebody who has inspired and they like his preaching, whatever. They come to the church because he may not even be there to preach, but they can't because they know of him. But when they end up staying, there's some other people that they get to know. So, oh, you are here, you are here, you are his. Oh, then become a church friendship. It's a fact. So people come because of the. That is why almost every large church has a particular main leader known as the pastor. Yeah, but the. Reality. On the ground or people stay, it is relationship that they have on the ground. So that is why it's not just the senior most pastor who has to do the visitation, but the shepherds, the L PS, the L Revs. The Peas and the Iris, hey, how many are going to do visitation? You cannot go visitation but you can go vote, can find the police station. Look at all these police stations, different corners of Accra and Ghana, yet you are able to find your police station. You see all kinds of people going to all kinds of police station but you cannot find the members the way to your members house. May God have mercy. God said I am against you. How many of you, your heart melted when you heard that Brazil was against us? Raise your hand. I mean, if we go to World Cup and you have teams, Portugal, I think Ronaldo's country and other Spain, who do they have in Spain? Wow, they have wild guys. Torres, Fabricas, he does his score goals. Yeah, yeah. People are mentioning that players, do they know scriptures like this? Villa and they say Villa and what, Rera Silva, Vieira, they are all players. But through the grace of God, when you see such a opponent coming, you know you are out. So try to be the enemy of somebody less than God. I forgot to say I'm against you. If what if God say I'm against you, Will you be? Will you be here by next year? It cannot be here out that finished that doomed visitation #3 counselling. Counselling has to do with teaching. Amen. The word of God. Oh, all these things that I'm teaching, they have to be taught again and again. You would have thought that because it's been taught, it's been taught before. There's no need that it has to be. Doesn't have you are many of you don't understand even what I'm saying. Yeah, you don't even understand what I'm preaching about. Some of you, you need to hear it again and again. And the people in that, they need to hear. They need to hear the senior Bishop preaching. They need to hear other bishops preaching. They need to hear the reverence preaching. Pastors and the LP's, everybody must share something. The same thing again and again and again and again and again and again. That's when it is going down. Now, everyone of you must develop your ability to preach and you must one day get to the point where you preach so much that you are tired. How many have preached that you are tired of preaching? Yeah, Very few can ever get to a point where you are tired. Do you see? Yeah. One of the characteristics of a person who has preached to the point where it has become work is that he starts to count the days and he starts to count the hours that before he will finish, like Reverend stood.
