12.Serpents As Master Of Quick Growth And Development

Welcome to track #12 of Wiser Serpents. Glory to God. Did you enjoy your prayer time? Yeah, she's good to pray. Father, thanks for this great opportunity. In Jesus name, Amen. You may be seated. Now the next point, Masters of fast growth and development, Quick growth, quick growing, quick growth and development serpents are masters of quick and fast growth and development. Wow. Now one of the reasons why serpents are very wise, alright is because they are quickly growing. You get it. Quickly growing and developing and becoming mature. Are you there? You've gone home. Are you sure you are still around? Now why is that the case? Snakes, when they are born, and all of them can kill from the time that they are born. From the moment that they are born, every snake can kill. Yeah, and I'll show it to you tonight. All snakes can kill from the day that they are born and all, many snakes, if not all, become independent from the first day. It's like when they come out, they don't need their mother again. It's like they have matured in an almost immediate fashion. They have become mature. Whereas and you see all animals which do well need to become macho. When you see a deer giving birth, an antelope when it gives birth, you see that within a day it has to be running. Because if you don't run you are downfall. Are you listening to me? Yeah. So every animal needs, you know, fast development quickly. You need to grow quickly. Now, you see, some of us, it's taking forever to grow up and become pastors. Are you listening to me? Amen. And so you need to develop very quickly and I want you to turn to Acts Chapter 9. Now some of us are taking forever to mature, you see, and some of you think that, oh, but I just gave my life to Christ. Last year or last year, by this time I was fooling in a club. I heard there's something like disco anymore. Last year by this time I was clubbing. You get it. So what happens now is that it's just last year. I need 7 years to develop and to mature. You are not as wise as a serpent. You need to be fast to develop, to mature. Are you listening to me now? Oh, what has happened to my Bible? Tell me to I told you to turn to Acts Chapter 9. OK, read it. That's one and saw yet bringing our threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord went unto the high priest, and desired of him letters to Damascus, to the synagogue. If he be found he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. And as he Jenny, he came near Damascus, and that shined round about him a light from heaven, And he fell to death, and heard a voice saying, Saul, Saul, why persecute us, thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus, whom thou persecute us. It is hard for thee to kick against the priests. And he, trembling and astonished, said, Lord, what will that have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise and go into the city, and he shall be told thee what thou must do. And the man with generally him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but see no man. And Saul arose from the earth, and when his eyes were open, he saw no man. And they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. Damascus is in Syria, where they are fighting today. That's fine. And he was three days without sight, neither did he eat nor drink. And there was a sudden disciple at Damascus named Ananias. And to him said the Lord in the vision Ananias. And he said, Lord, behold, I'm here. And the Lord said, Arise and go into the street which is called Strait, and inquire in the House of Judas for one called Saul of Tassas. For behold, he prayeth. And he has seen in the vision a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight. Then Ananas as a Lord have heard many of these things about this bad man, How much evil he has done to thy Saints at Jerusalem. And here he has authority from the chief priest to bind all that call on thy name. The Lord said unto him, Go thy way, for he is a chosen person, and to me to bear my name before the Gentiles and kings, and the children of Israel, for I will show him how great things he must suffer for my namesake. And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house, and putting his hands on himself. But us all, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto day in the way as thou cameest, hast sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. And immediately there fell from his eyes, as it had been scales. And he received sight forthwith, and arose and was baptized. And when they had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was saw certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus, and straight away fast growth and development. And straight away he preached Christ in the synagogues. Are you there? Straight away he preached Christ in the synagogues. All right, that he is the Son of God. And all that heard him were amazed. It's not this he that called that destroyed them, which called on on this name in Jerusalem, and came hit her for that intent that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests. Vassar increased the more his strength and confounded the Jews withdrawed at Damascus. You see, he was just going to Damascus to go and beat Christians. It was in Damascus on the West. Damascus. He got saved. He was now recovering from his falling down from that house in Damascus. Do you understand? And already he was now preaching already in the synagogue in Damascus. He has not even gathered. But that is not his house. He has to go back home to his house. And he started preaching. You see, some of you are thinking that you need to become a pastor when you are 37 years old, or that it was just recently that you were fooling around. Straight away he preached Christ, and all that heading were amazed. Verse 22. A song increased the more in strength and confounded the Jews. We dropped at Damascus, proving that this is the very Christ. Verse 23. After that many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him. So this guy is crazy. But their lay await was none of Saul and they watched the game stay at night to kill him. And the disciples took him by night and let him down by the wall in a basket. And when Saul was come to the to to Jerusalem, because he left Jerusalem. You see when you look on the map, Jerusalem is here. You go all the way up and Syria is here. So he came all the way back down. You know, when when we go to Israel, how many would like to go on the first lab tour to Israel? When we go on the first lab tour to Israel, you'll see that when you arrive, you arrive in Tel Aviv, which is, which used to be Jopa or Jafa. Jopa, you see. Then you drive a little. Then you come to Jerusalem, which is here. Then you have to go up north like this, go north like how you go from Accra to Kumasi, you go north and you come to Galilee. You see. Then when you go from Galilee, you just continue up a little. Then you come to the Golan Heights. That's the border with Syria. Then when you go up the Golan Heights, which is occupied by Israel, when you look down, you see Damascus far down there, you understand. So it's like go to Kumasi. When you stand up on the Kumasi, on up the trees in Kumasi, when you look there you see that around TE Chima, that is Damascus. Do you understand it? So that's where Saul went to Damascus, and then he had to come back to the house. So he was at Damascus when he was fooling around. I mean, he was preaching and the people said no, he's in danger. So they put him in a basket and let him come down and he ran up and came back to his house and he already started preaching. He was already in trouble because of Christ. How long do you want to take to before you be in trouble for Christ? Think of all the other troubles you have been in. Straight away. Straight away, straight away. Quick and fast growth and development. Yeah, no time for what are you waiting? What are you waiting for? Vanamas took him. So when Saul came to Jerusalem, you know, so I told you that he went N came to the Golan Heights, went to the southern masses and he came back to Jerusalem where he was from. But when he came back to Jerusalem he wanted to go and join himself to Christians, and the Christians they are said. He has said or tried to join himself to the disciples, but they were all afraid of him, and believe not that he was a disciple. He thought it was an ambush. Abarnabas took him and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus. He told them all the good works he did in Damascus as a young Christian, and he was with them going in and out at Jerusalem, and he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians. And then they went about to slay him, which when the brother knew, they brought him to Caesarea, which is like coming from Jerusalem. You go to Caesarea before you come to Galilee. So he's on their way. So he went all the way up, and he came back now. And when he came back to his house in Jerusalem in order to kill him there, so moved to Caesarea. And Caesarea is a town named after Caesar. Caesarea and all the Caesar, they name towns after themselves, the Caesarea. You get it. It's fantastic, isn't it? This is a real I believe in God to go there soon. So the the the point is that you must not play around trying to buy time. Do you see as you are right now, God can use you as you are right now you can you should be able to plant a church. You should be able to pass that sheep Amen. That that is how a snake becomes so with the wisdom of a snake is is is is really seen in its ability to immediately gather itself and move. Amen. As of giving your age, at a certain age of things you are doing, I mean think that people who were 50 years, if your mother didn't even know some of those things, but as a child you were doing them. So how come now in the ministry you are waiting for 10 years before you can do something? For God, Amen. Look, we don't have much time, and you don't have much time. You don't know how long you will live. Some of you think you'll be old, but you may not be old. Quick development. Become as wise as a snake. OK, look, all the things we are talking about, try and change them quickly. What do you think? You cannot wait for long to make the change. Becoming a preacher. Let me tell you, you can become a preacher quickly. The more you preach, the more you learn. So having done this before, everybody has the first time that he does something. I learned how to baptize people by baptizing people. Everybody has the first time that he's doing something. I've never started a church. I one day I was with a friend in London. He was going to start a church. Every year I came there. He said, oh, this is what the Lord wants me to do. I'm going to start a church. I told him, look, start the church, start it not a lighthouse search. It was just my friend from from from school. I said start it. It's a good thing he waited several years before he eventually started. And you see that whatever you will go through, you will go through anyway. So start it now. Yeah, start it now. Quickly develop, preach his own. But I don't know scriptures like some people know them. It doesn't matter. Nowadays you don't even need to know the the quotations as much as you used to need it before. It's just like phone numbers. That's why we at first I knew anybody whom I call. I know your number. It was something I pride, I took pride in. And I know your number. What your number is O244 this, this, this. I'll tell you, I knew everybody's number. But when I realized that the phone was reliable, I have stopped memorizing people. So I don't know people's numbers anymore. I only know one, one or two numbers. Even my wife's number. I don't know my wife's number. Yeah, because I save it on my phone. I don't know my own number. Then people ask me my number. I said I don't know my number. I have to call somebody to give them my number because I genuinely don't know my number. People think that I'm whatever, but the truth is I don't know my number. Yeah, so you find out that a lot of things when you when you know that it's there because of technology, you see that you can just tap something and you are there. Yeah. I see you having your iPads and your tripod. How many have iPads now? Raise your hand. Yeah, this is an iPad church tripod. Galaxies receive it. 1010 galaxies have been released into. So start it early. You want to be criticized, start now. Quickly, quickly. Everything you haven't done, do it, do it now. Yeah, All those who are planning to do it later, it's not going to work out that way. Anybody who is successful, he started what he was doing by the age of 25 in that thing, made it so snakes are masters of quick development quickly. They are independent quickly. They can kill from day one. Wow. And you, you can't kill or you've been here for two years, you can't kill. You can't win souls. Now let me just tell you something, most of the things in the church are learnt by doing them and the first time you are doing it. Just don't tell people that it's your first time. How many would like to sit on a plane and say welcome aboard? This is my first time by the way, flying a plane and but I think everything will be OK. I practice a lot on the simulator and I'm sure everything is going to be OK. We rarely crashing into is the first time. And also the assistant pilot is also quite experienced in case of anything. Would you like that? So don't go out there and say this is the first time I'm holding a camp. This is the first time I'm preaching on a Sunday. This is the first time I'm preaching A sermon. This is the first time I'm going to pray for the sake. This is the first time I'm trying to start a church. You go out confidently and say today is your day, today is your day. You are going to be blessed today. One day I was having a crusade. When I finished, you know, after the people had miracles and so on. And one pastor came to see me and he asked me, He said, Bishop, are you not afraid when you are, when you are saying to the people today there will be miracles, are you not afraid? I said, I'm afraid. But I said. I'm afraid that I say it. I have to say it. Hey, tell your neighbor you are too slow. You are too slow in your development quickly. Graduate out of fornication quickly. They're too slow. How many are still struggling with pornography? OK, how many? I've seen one before. How many are still struggling with it? Only two. Yeah, the healed of it. Did I tell you how to deal with those things? Dry it out. Dry it. They don't go just like that. If you are used to contemporary, it's not easy for the desire for contemporary to go just like that. You have to dry it out. All of you girls who don't wake up early, who don't bath, who don't, how many years are you going? So I'll do it who don't cook well, not proper women. How many years will it take for you to to, to improve that thing? It's too slow. Saul received the word. He got saved straight away. He started preaching. Start giving, start giving. And you see how strong you are. Don't wait. So I'm trying to be healed. Start preaching. Preaching really helps you when you are preaching and you, the preacher, are affected more than the people you are preaching to, and you become more solid in what you are doing. So do it. You'll be surprised. It makes you strong, very strong. Do you understand me? Start doing. You are struggling with it. Preach about it. Tell the people, look, it's not a good thing. You don't have to necessarily say I've never done it before. I don't do it. Just preach about it. It's a very bad thing and today God is delivering you from that day. Today's your last day in Jesus name. Receive it. One, receive it. Two, receive it through yourself. Because when you speak about it, you are confirming that it is an enemy and that you actually disapprove of it. Even though it is in your life, you have not accepted it. It's not. It's not a residential thing. It's not something that has been accepted with you. You are not like that. It's something that you are struggling with, yes. And sometimes you see it's not even your fault. And sometimes you were there and it was introduced to you in a way. Yeah, some of you, you are not virgins because of the certain type of person that you met. The guy was too fast. He knew the way to the vagina straight, and before you realized it was over, you didn't even know what happened to you. Or maybe you met a strange woman who knows how to suck penises. Oh. Not good. So you see, sometimes not eating so much, like, not that it's not your fault, but it's like you were in a certain sense a victim. But there are different types of people. There are different types of people. Are you going to cry for 1000 years about it? You've got to rise up to do well. And you are going to do well, yeah, you are going to make it. You know, the problems people have before they are preaching. There is a man you know, he died recently. He preached, he used to take drugs and he died. And when he died, there was a substance was found in his pocket. He died in a hotel. He had a big church, and they suspect it was drugs, that he died of taking drugs. But before he was in prison, he was taking drugs. And it made me go and research about drugs, you know. And when I research about drugs, I began to feel compassion for anybody, whoever tastes the drugs. So they said you can put animals like mice or whatever, you can put them in a room without food, without drugs. You give them drugs so that they know how to take, take the cocaine. Then they take the cocaine and they get you, they get addicted at the animals. Then you also put them in a room without food, without drugs. When you bring them out after two weeks, they haven't eaten and they are starving, and you put beautiful food there and you put drugs there, they will not go to the food. They will go to the drugs. Yeah. It's so strong. And this pastor he was from, that was his background. He was from prison. He has grown up like that. And he built a nice church, you know, And I don't know what happened. It's like, I think it became a struggle for him again. Yeah, Until he was found dead in his hotel, thing was in his busy. A lot of people are. You'll be surprised. You go and see him in heaven at the high throne. You see that God has compassion on this person and even even I've withdrawn him. You'll be surprised. People have difficulties and personal struggles, but they are forced into to also do something for the Lord. So you're one or two seniors. You've made it into a very big thing that is like you are taking six years to recover before you become a shepherd, before you become an elder, before you will do this, before you will do this. You are cleansing yourself for two years. Do you know how instantaneous the blood of Jesus is if we confess as soon as you confess in stable and just to forgive you and to cleanse you, that's all OK. Are you listening to me? Yeah. So don't, don't kill yourself. You are just like Saul. Look at the people that Saul has killed, organized and it got saved or he started say, look, I'm starting set and we're preaching everybody. The people were afraid when he said he was joining the church. So we are afraid of this man. He's a very bad man. Wow. So you are blessed. Amen. The next one.
