Welcome to track #9 of the Road to Calvary. First thing that you see on the Calvary Rd. is the need for others, someone to help you and that is where we saw Simon of Sirene. The next thing that you need when you are on the Calvary Road or that you will see is the need to have a deeper knowledge of the Scriptures. And so we looked at that. A book, a tape and a Bible. Everybody say a book, a tape and a Bible. God will give you a deeper understanding and in fact you need a deeper understanding. You see, it takes a deeper understanding to to do some of the things we are doing. Like I was telling you yesterday, I sent a brother, you know, one of our pastors, he was, he's in London and I sent him to, he was in London and I sent him to a developing country, actually to a country that is very dangerous. And in fact, he was telling us yesterday, he was witnessing to someone and the person asked him, do you know that in Jamaica people die as he was witnessing, do you know, people die, you know, and it is a threat. You get it because he was witnessing to you. Then after he finished witnessing, the person gave his life. And I apologised to him for what he told him, you know, so it's a it's, it's, it's and I remember a pastor, you know, I, I was sending another pastor to another developing country somewhere and then another minister and a, and a minister of God of a big church. He met this branch pastor of mine who was now going to this country and he was he was in, in, in, in, in Europe. And he sold his work. He stopped his work and everything and went and then a pastor met him and asked him. The question that he asked is that did you take the decision yourself? Did you say, did you take the decision yourself to do what you are doing and so on? And are you, you know, Are you sure of what you are doing? And so, and, and as the person was asking a question, he realized that, you see, it takes a certain understanding of the scripture to walk on a certain Rd. If you don't have that mind, all these things will look queer to you. Because the understanding we have of the scriptures does not lead us today to pick, make sacrifices. Yeah. The understanding we have today of the scripture does not lead us to make sacrifices or to suffer. In fact, the understanding we have today keeps us in our comfort zone, gives us Mercedes-Benz, new cars, new houses, new whatever, because that is the mentality that we have. But God is showing us Hallelujah. God is showing us that there is a way that. You can go that is a Calvary road and that was the way of the church before and that is why when people. Where forming groups In those days, the names of the groups were Calvary Rd. Incorporated or Calvary Rd. Singers and the Joyful Way Singers. Joyful Way Calvary Rd. do you see? But later on, the names changed into more triumphant, overcoming victory, dynamic, abundant, overflowing. You see the prosperity message, so it reflects in the names. The new names you understand, so the new names of. Churches are and. Everybody's name is international, but in those days we weren't thinking of international, but now we think of worldwide flying all over, you understand? But so that is why God is bringing us back. To. A certain mind and it takes a certain understanding of scriptures for someone to leave his profession, to leave his job, to leave Europe and go to Africa. With joy, with joy. I had a pastor in London. He was in London. The two of them actually, and they are both finished. Legon. And then I, I said, I said to them, I'm going to send you to a town in Gun and I send one to Hasim Fosu and I send the other one to Odan. And then I send another, another one to Duke Cornerfield from London with joy. It's called Joyful Way and Calvary Rd., the road to Calvary. Yeah, it's called the Calvary Rd. Calvary Road. And you see, without accepting understanding of the Scriptures, you cannot do that. You wouldn't do it. I'm telling you, you won't. And God has given us. And you see, if we have this understanding, we will now begin to let our people and we ourselves go and go to places that no one cares about instead of having to wait for the white man to come to evangelize us again. Listen, God is going to use us, and I see God a lot using you. Amen. The next thing is that you will have wounds and forgiveness. Is that not so? And I spoke extensively about it because I know that many of us need How many realize that you need to be sure that you are forgiving? How many realize that you need to forgive? You need to forgive those ahead. You need to forgive those at your level, and you need to forgive those under you. But those below you, they will hurt you and those at your level, they will hurt you and those about they will hurt. You but. Just take it, make an excuse. If you want to forgive somebody, make an excuse. One day I was greatly hurt by someone. I was so offended by the person. And then in my and I was praying and I said it's so difficult to forgive the person. Then the Lord gave me a revelation that the person is not well. That is why the person is behaving that way. The person is now. And immediately my heart softened. That was a major I remember even where I was standing on the road when I had the revelation the person is not well. That is why the person is behaving like that. Immediately my heart turned. And that is why Jesus said forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing. They are blind, they are not well. If they were OK, they wouldn't do what they are doing. They are not OK. They don't understand. They understand, they don't understand. And when you make an excuse for somebody, the key to forgiveness is to make is making excuses for people. Make the. Excuse for the person. Tell yourself that the reason why this person is doing this and that is because of something. He's not well. He's mad, he's sick. That's fever. He's sad. When Benjamin Netanyahu, before he became the Prime Minister, you know, this man was in charge, the one who was assassinated. Rabin. Itzhak Rabin. I went to his grave when I was in Israel, I went to his, I visited his grave and I visited the graves of the other Israeli prime ministers. But I remember during his funeral, you see Netanyahu was the opposition leader and they were against. Peace. With the Palestinians, they were for fighting them. Fight them. Fight. Them greatly and Izak Rabin was for make peace with them so when. Itzhak Rabin was assassinated by an Israeli who was against peace. They felt that Netanyahu and those anti peace people had stared up these guys to come. So during the funeral of Itzhak Rabin, Benjamin Netanyahu came round shaking hands and he came to the widow duty to shake hands with her. And when he got to her, I'm not, I don't remember whether she shook his hand or she refused to look at him or whatever. And later on they interviewed Netanyahu and they asked him that how did he respond to that, whatever it was that happened between himself and the the man's wife, the widow. And then he gave a listen that when somebody is sorrowing or somebody is moaning, we don't take the thing seriously. What the person does, don't take it seriously. Do you understand what I'm saying? He made an excuse for the woman that when somebody is moaning or sorrowing, you don't take the what the person does very seriously, you've made an excuse for them. That's how you can forgive. The the only way you can forgive is to make an excuse. They know not what they do. So the key to forgiving is making excuses. She's lost, she's depressed, he's sick, he's whatever. He's young. He's too young to know. He will learn later. Make an excuse. That's how fathers behave. And if you forgive? You are opening room for mercy. The standard you are setting is what will be used for your judgment, your own judgment, what you are when you are raising the high jumper, so you are not. Able to jump 5 feet. So you are condemned. 5 feet will be waiting for you one day and you will have to jump over. So if you. Somebody could not jump 5 feet and you make an excuse? The thing comes down to 4 feet. You see 4 feet, but I didn't jump. Look, it's OK, Don't worry. I understand the thing has come down again, 3 feet, 2 feet, so The thing is almost on the ground. So when it's your 10, you'll just be walking through like that. You may not even have to jump. And you are? Forgiven. So don't set a high standard for yourself. Set a loose that in terms of forgiveness. I'm not saying what is right and wrong. I'm not saying that saying that a wrong thing is right, that is different, but I'm saying that you forgive and you set it. It's like. Not a lot of things don't hurt you. Hallelujah. The next thing is what? Humility. And who displayed humility to us? Jesus Christ. He humbled himself before Who? Before John. Another man. He can see He humbled himself before John. Amen. Now the next thing you will see is that humility, right, is the key to becoming anointed. Most people do not get anointing because they are not humble. Humility is what Jesus showed on the cross and on the way to Calvary. They were beating him, insulting him, calling him names, but he wouldn't mind them and he went as though he was a dog. He flowed. I believe today, listen, the greatest key for all of us is humility. Somebody has come to start this church, his name that he has given to his church and everything. And you are the person that he has been appointed and he said he doesn't want you to be the division. Whether you have built a tower or you have built a palace, you are not the person says they are transferring you. But you see, it's when you think of yourself so greatly, that is where you feel that I cannot be moved till something moves you. And you wonder. How people can, and there are many of us here. If you were to be in such a position, that is how you behave. You see branches here. A branch pastor of a rich church and a branch pastor of a poor church are different. Your temptations are different. When you see branch pastors of poor church, they are very humble and very obedient. And when the pastor is a branch pastor of a church with money, and I mean other things, influence advertisement media, then that pastor is subject to more delusions and temptations than a pastor of a branch in the village somewhere. Because the village man meets the headquarters. He really wants the headquarters to be his friend always and remember him. But the man in a flourishing place, he said look at my own man. You see, look, since I came here, since the church has increased by 2000 by this and that, I have built this, I have done this, I have done this, I have done that. But you have forgotten that you were set up there. That I have said be so. If the title. That you are using it was conferred upon you. By somebody. And the person who conferred the title upon you is the one who is removing you from the place you see. This is stupendous look. Pastors, if you are put in charge of a church, it's not your church. Don't be a fool. Don't be a. Madman. Don't. Have a delusion? Don't be deluded by your small success of whatever you are doing there. That is why people don't want to have branches or even they don't want to have assistant pastors. Because you have an assistant. You leave him with the people. By the time you come, he has he has directed the hearts of the people to himself. And he said, you know our man, you see our man, he's moving up and down. He doesn't have time for you. So anyway, listen, you come and see me in the office. I will sort out the problem. You have to have a deep understanding of the Scriptures so that when you see, say, look at Absalom, it's talking. But I will say slowly, slowly, Absalom won the hearts of the people. The hearts of the people are not faithful to the person anyway. We will come to loyalty. We will come there. When we get there, we will go to town like this one. I, I really want to talk about loyalty today, so we'll talk about it. All right, So we need humility, but I'm, I'm trying to lay a very important foundation for you to really understand that humility, forgiveness. You forgive, you humble yourself. If you don't humble yourself, God will. Recently, a few weeks ago or months ago, not long not so long ago, I was talking to someone and the person said I had said something that was offending the brother but he had said it a. Year ago or two years ago or whatever, but I didn't understand it then and I didn't see what I didn't. But then he said he said no, this and this, and this is what you said. And this person is a pastor of a church in Accra, and he said that I'd offend him. So when? He spoke. I, I I don't know but. Suddenly I understood what the guy was talking about. I said if I say this and I say that, it is an offense to the guy and that the guy was offended by what I said. So I told Reverend Saki I need you to come with me, let's go. God bless Revenge Sakil accompanied me to so many places. So I said let's go, I need you to come with me. Good, let's go and see this guy. So we went and we got to the office the past time in in Accra and I sat in his office for some time. And then revenge Sakil went out and I started to talk to the guy. And I said, well, the reason why I came is because this and this and this and that. You you said this. I said that and this and that. And I realized that it has. The guy said, yeah. Then I knelt down. I said I'm sorry, please pray for me, forgive me. And I knelt down, forgive me, I'm nothing, I made a mistake, forgive me. And that is it. And then he said, pray for me too. You see you, you people become frightened. You get it? Yeah. People become frightened by these things. That's what I would say when you forgive somebody. About that, you may be feared. Oh yeah, it's frightening. And that's what I'm saying that why can't you say, sorry, I have one young man, I brought him up in the Lord. I, I taught him so many things. He, he said I was his father in the ministry. And so something happened. He went away and so on. At first he didn't want, he told his wife, don't listen to his tape. He threw away all the things then. After a while, he. He got healed, you see. Whatever was worrying him cleared. I told you that they are not well. He wasn't well, you understand. He wasn't well. He wasn't feeling well. So it cleared and he started to listen to it. Then he found out that my messages are on the Internet so he started listening to it. Then he started to even download and record the message and then give to his wife that listened to it. He was getting healed but still he could not come and say what happened. I'm sorry just that would take him so high. So far, so fast. 3 words. Truly coming to say, look I am sorry I have done something wrong up till today he cannot help you are enjoying the tapes. You can see that your mind is clearing clearly. Nicodemus, you are listening to the wife also tells her secretly that he is listening to the tapes now, the tape that he threw. All away. Is collecting them back. He's recording them now on the Internet. It's getting normal. And then he he asks of me, he asks of me, he will send an e-mail that how is Bishop? Because he's my son. I miss him. Do you understand? But he just to come and say, oh, what happened? I'm sorry. And I'm saying this for you because the way life is, you can easily make a mistake one day, and you must know how to say so. You must know how to kneel down, say I'm sorry, I've said that's the end. You go high, finish, finish, finish, finish. Everything is over but pride. And I tell you I talked to an Assemblies of God general Superintendent. He said to me whilst I was in that position for so many years, he said they were the highest. He said they were going to make me the over raw whatever. I dealt with 1500 cases of pastors who have fallen into different kinds of things. And he asked me, he said, do you know what was the commonest? Not the common, the common denominator. The same thing that is in all the cases when he said I thought maybe adultery. No, no, no. He said pride. Pride was the common in all the 1500 cases. Assemblies of God pastors who have fallen into various problems and crimes and scenes in that period. The only single common factor in all of them was pride. Watch out for pride, and that's what I'm telling you. You see this, my son that I'm talking about, if he was to say I'm sorry or if he was to just have a little humility, you understand, to admit. It. Or to even say sorry, finish. End of case. He will sadly move ahead in ministry, that's why I'm saying that. Humble yourself on the side of the law and he shall let you out. Take the microphone, Albert, he said. What? The way up is the way down, The way up is the way down. Sing that best? For me, the way up is the way down the way in. Is the way up. The way up is the way down. He shall lift you up. The way in is away, out. I know He shall lift you up. The way forward is away. By the Lord shall lift you up. The way up is away, down. He shall lift you up. Humble yourself by the side of the Lord, He shall lift you up. Just humble yourself by the side of the Lord, He shall lift you up. He shall lift you up. Just humble yourself by the side of the Lord. He shall lift you up. Just humble yourself by the side of the Lord. He shall lift you up the way up. He's away, down he shall reach. The way up is away, down. The way is away, I know He shall let you work the way. The world is the way. He shall lick you. The way to be great is the way to be small. How long we shall lead you. Just humble yourself by the side of the Lord. He shall lead you up. Just humble yourself by the side of the Lord. He shall lift you up well, He shall lift you up. He shall lift you up. Just humble yourself by the side of the law. He shall let you. Where's Doctor Brown? OK, Doctor Brown is the head of the community health department at the medical school. In United States affairs. Technology University, A science and technology doctor, Brown is far older than I am. He's a doctor, doctor, doctor, doctor and a pH. D doctor as well, and he's a senior lecturer and a head of department. He calls me Papa. He will sit. When he first joined our church in London, he sits there and now he comes. He sits there. He will come and sit outside my office as if he is 23 years old and waits there for hours. Then he will sit and he come. Papa God bless you and he will bring me money, seeds and sow in my life every time this man. Now he's becoming a a, a, a Superintendent or an overseer of several of our churches in Kumasi. Oh yeah. But you see the way into that place of the Kingdom. Is the way down without going down to even be taught and to learn translating my books into trees to teach in trees that's right, that's. Right. A grown up, huh? He taught your wife in school. Why is he stand up? Stand up. Did he teach you in school? He taught you. That's a wife of the gentleman he taught her and he calls, he calls, he calls who are prophets and submits to him fully in the church. Has the church in Drabin building a church and he comes. Papa, you should see him sitting here. He's older than everybody here. And we? Wita was small, you don't know what. Exactly. The problem is you don't know what the problem is, what exactly we are. Struggling about? It's what we call idiopathic pride. There are several causes of pride. Your age, sometimes your sex, your status, your background, your family, your education, your money, your travels. But when none of these are a good reason about when we look at your life, your age, your background, your financial. Situation, your church, your whatever. None of these things are substantial enough to. Give you a reason to be proud. We call it idiopathic pride. That means there's no 'cause, but there's pride and there are, there are diseases like hypertension. You can find the cause of hypertension in only 10% of cases, but the 90% there is no cause. Idiopathic, no one knows why the blood pressure just goes up. It just goes up. And if you can find the cause, usually so a good thing you wouldn't be happy with what you found, but most of them. You can't find any 'cause you just treat it and manage it nicely. It's called idiopathic. It's like epilepsy, 90%. You cannot find the cause idiopathic. Sometimes you can see a tumor, head injury, some lesion in the brain, but most of the time that's no, it just starts having convulsions, mercy and pride. Most of the time it's idiopathic. But many times you can see the cause why this person is feeling good. But sometimes we don't know what is wrong with us. May God help us. Amen. So thank God for a few people who are able to open their hands and be so humble, you know, and what I want to say is some of the things that even to say sorry, sorry. I mean, I meet people who are either my age, sometimes they are my they find it difficult to call me Bishop. This man is the Father. He would have if he taught her. He could have also taught me. And he, he would come and say PP. I mean, he said always PP. They say he's always calling me father me. Who am I? He's better than me. He's better than me calling me father, you see. But that is why within the church, it's moving and moving and moving to a certain place. That is what takes you far. I have people say that they are my maid, they are my friends. They find it difficult. It's like even to say Bishop, It's like they are chewing stools. They want to say, oh brother, brother da. Oh oh da da gito. It's difficult for them. They don't lose what they do. I don't need you to cry. Don't call me anything. Call me. Just say, hey, wait, wait. Just come. All right? Or if you like, you can whistle. Wait what's come. And I'll come. Amen. Just whistle, OK, upon this road of Calvary, the next thing you find is fatherhood, he said in Luke 23 verse 34. So we read it. Father forgive them. Upon that road of Calvary you will see the Father is being called up to help. Amen. And that is when Jesus in Luke 23 verse 34 said. Father forgive them. Then he also said, My father, my father, why hast thou forsaken me? Huh. Why? Have you forsaken me? Why have you left me? Hallelujah. Are you listening to me? So, ladies and gentlemen, you will notice here that upon this road to Calvary you get my God. My God, why has that forsaken? You will notice that He finds the need of a father and I feel in my heart the need to share with you that it is important that you find a father in the ministry. Amen. I'm going to give you some points. In Malachi, the Bible says I am going to come and turn the hearts of the fathers towards the children and the hearts of the children towards the fathers, so that I don't smite the earth with a kiss. Is that not so? So make a note of this. Cases on this earth are due to the absence of fathers. Cases are due to the absence. Of fathers. Now let's look at, let's just look at, let's just look at Ghana. Let's just look at Ghana. The absence of bridges and the absence of roads. And the absence of houses and the absence of the money. Who is the cause of it? When Ghana started as a nation, one city was equal to 1 LB. Huh. One city was equal to 1 LB. Now 1 LB is equal to 17,000 cities. If you go to South Africa when they started, $1.00 was. 4. $1.00 was 1 Rand or $1.00 was one. 1 LB was 1 Rand initially. That's how all currencies start 1 to 1. I never knew that. I never knew that all. Currencies start at 1:00 to 1:00. Did you know that all currencies 1 to 1 is like the same? Because everybody is trying to let the currency be the same. So they start. That's why when they started the euro it was 1 to $1.00 almost. They try to let it be 1 to one or every currency. So anytime you go to a country you can ask how much is it to the dollar? Then they can. Let you know how distant they are from what they ought to be after being LED. So when we went to Kenya recently, it was Harmony 77 to 1, which is, which is not too bad, 77 to 1. When you go to South Africa it is 766.5 to one. It's not bad, isn't it? When you go to to where? When you go to where? Nigeria, how many naira to a dollar 15138, you get it. When you come to Ghana, you have 10,000 to 1. Now that should tell you something. In 1982 a ticket to London was 6000 cities 6600 on VC 10. So you, you realize that, you realize that our fathers, you get all the problems we are having in Ghana are due to what our fathers. Have left for us. Before the World Trade Center was destroyed, I went to the top. I was at the top ten, the topmost floor and the topmost floor is they call it a viewing. No, they, they, they, it's like a, a place that you just, you can just look around or observatory or something. As you go around, you see the different things. And one of the things you see across was the bridge they called the Verrazano Bridge. And that Verrazano bridge is so long that it takes into account the curvature of the earth. It's suspended over the sea, over the water. And I was looking, I thought it was built about five years ago at tennis. It's built 100 and something or 200 years ago built. It is suspended in the air with two levels, three cars going, three cars coming downstairs and upstairs. And we are in the airline that we are suspended. 200 years ago it was built. So you realize that the furthest, not recently, but the furthest have done something that has left the people at such a point that even if they don't do well for themselves, they still are wealthy and they are blessed. So the absence of fathers and of good fathers causes cases to be left in there. If you go to a country like Central Africa where we had Emperor Bokasa, you have never seen an impoverished place, a destitute place. I'm surprised that they took that Haitian president to such a place. There is no. There is only one Rd. in the. Town just like this goes like that. That is the whole of the capital, Bangui. We have a church there. Our church is not the largest charismatic church in that that town. Bangui one Rd. like that, there's not a traffic light or anything like that. With which town can you liken Bangitu? Winneba is far bigger than Bangit, the capital, you know, And so you can see maybe Anumabu, maybe a Pam or Anumabu or something like that. That's what the Fathers have left. For their children. So there is a case. And there is a case in the ministry or a difficulty and frustration, I tell you, just as Ghanaians are. Struggling. Look, Ghana is a nation of people who don't want to be here. That's the best way to describe Ghana, a nation of people who don't want to be in their country. Am I right or wrong? How many of us here would be happy if the Lord would give you a visa to America? Now raise up your right hand. Please raise up your hand. Almost all of us here. Who are ministers who claim God has called us to Ghana to do the work of God, want to leave Ghana? So the best way you can describe Ghanaians or Ghana is a nation of people who want to live desperately. No one wants to stay here is because of what the fathers have left us. It's difficult and so people want to leave. This is a university. When we were here, there were 2000 people. Now there are also 40,000 people. Also in this university, in the same facilities, you see a room that was built for one person and they have 1014 people in that room. Nobody, nobody does anything. That everybody is like a ghost that comes to sleep for a few minutes and leaves. And the fathers have left us there. So spiritually, fathers. Have not if you, you fathers have left certain things behind. How churches are, how things are done, how administration is done, how Kenneth Hagin. He's dead and he's gone. His sons and his son and his grandson and so on, they have entered ministry at a certain level. Ministry they are going in at a certain level. And so a person without a father or without a good father is a very different person from a person who has a father. So make a note of that. Life without a father is frustrating, Frustrating. That's the best way you could describe it. Another way you could write it is that life with a father, without a father or with a father is struggle free, struggle free. You don't struggle when you have a father. I've written a new book. The book is called. My father, My father. It's a very important book. You must get it. My Father, my Father. When you have a father, you don't struggle. He will say do this. You just do not much argument. He pays for things to be done. He provides for things to be done. Father, which are in heaven, Give, give, Give us this day, Help us today, Forgive us today, Have mercy on us. Lead us, Lead me, lead me. Father, lead me, lead us not provide, deliver us. Help us. Save us. Help us in our marriages, Help us in our lives. Deliver us from evil. Thy will be done. That's how what a father, If you have a father, you find out that the struggles of your life are greatly reduced. And many, many of us in ministry, we are fatherless, We are orphans. There's no one. You see, it's different from calling stuff. I would say don't call anyone father. In fact, you can. You can learn something from another. Instead of going around calling people fathers right, what we can do is to actually relate to people as though they really are fathers. That's more important than calling them father. When she says that, don't call anybody father. You'll be better off finding a good father to son, father to daughter relationship. And the frustrations of ministry and the frustrations of your calling are greatly reduced when you are able to have a father. And on this Cavalry Rd. you find. Fathers and Jesus called on his father. Do you know Jesus never boasted of himself being an apostle or Venus pastor? You never even heard the word pastor or teacher or this or that. Always he said my father, my father, I'm a son. What he was proud about was that he was a son. My father worketh hitherto and I work. I cannot do anything apart from what I see my father do. I've learned from my father that we are so proud and that's why there is a frustration in the ministry. Nobody is a father. Nobody can be a father to you. You cannot accept anybody as a father. Genuinely and truly my father. Well, what I see my father. Do that is what I do and so you find out that. We we don't know what to do because Father keep us. This day, there's nobody to give you anything. Forgive us. There's no one to help you when you are down. Lead us. Not lead us. Deliver us. There's no one to help you guide you into test growth. There's no one to guide you into test planting, although there is somebody who knows everything about it and somebody who has done it 10 times better. There's no one to leave you because you cannot accept anybody to be your father. And so you struggle without it, although there is no one who knows about it. Oh yeah, you will be with, although there is no one who knows about it. Look, let me tell you something. Wealthy wealth, wealth, it comes by inheritance. There are people there. They are just two years old. They are far richer than you will ever be. No matter how long you work and you work for the rest of your life till you die, you will never get to where they are. They are only two years old. Some are teenagers they are far advanced from only because of who their father is. No matter how you struggle and how you work, it can. Most blessings on the earth come from father to son and in the ministry. Father to son is a reality. Jesus Christ spoke. He talked about my Father. My father and I are. 1. I see what I if you see me, you see the Father I do what I see my father do. My father worketh, and I also work. I cannot do anything of myself, but I see him do. That's what I do. The Son and the Father and the Father and the Son. He, this was what he wanted. Because blessings on this earth and in the ministry come from father to son, son, father, father, son, father, son. I'm telling you. The next point to be a priest, your father. Must be a priest to. Be a priest. Your father must be a priest, simple and short. In the Bible, Aaron was a priest, his sons were priests, and the sons of Aaron's sons were priests. Nobody can be a priest or in the ministry unless your. Father. Is in the ministry if you don't. Have a father who is in the ministry. You never enter the ministry. You are not legitimate. Who is your father? Not who do you call father, but who is your father to be a priest person called to be a priest. If you were going to be, you couldn't be a priest because your father is not a priest. The only way you could be a priest is if you have a father who is a priest. So when they go and ask you how? Come, your hands on My father is a priest. That's my father. When you talk about your father and say OK, then they leave you pastors, you say you are a pastor. Praise your pastor father. You have no one. You have no one because you quarrel with every, everywhere where you come from, everywhere you've been, you cry out. You have no good relations with anybody. You have no good friendship with anybody, so you can't tell because the question we are going to ask you to challenge the reason why you are here is why is your father? Who is your father if your father is not a? Piece, you can't. Don't qualify here. If he's not around, you don't qualify. You are not going to be here. Now the next point is that everybody has a few fathers. Some people think everybody has only one father. No, everybody has a number of fathers. So. For though you have 10,000 instructed, First Corinthians 4/15/10 thousand instructed, yet have you not many fathers? For in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. Wherefore, I beseech you, be ye followers of me. He says you don't have. Many fathers, when you are in the ministry or in church or in God or in Christ, you will have a number of people who God sends to you to be fathers. Do you know why it will not be 1 Even in the natural? You realize that you need more than one person. How many? You realize that your natural father, there were a lot of things he didn't say, he didn't, he didn't do he couldn't talk about me. I realized that I can father my children up to a point. I remember one day my my my sons were asking whether my sons or my daughter was asking Daddy how this the woman become pregnant and. I didn't know how to answer the question so I told my wife. Answer the question. And then she said no, you are their father. So you tell them we had an argument. I said you tell them I said no. You tell them you are their mother. You are always talking to them. Tell them about this one too. And we were arguing about who should tell them, who should talk to them, and they should come and say, look, they are growing up, you better sit down and talk to them about it. And I just don't mind it at all because he gets to some place. You realize that your father finds it difficult to talk about certain things. So God has to send another father a few fathers. My father taught me certain things. There are certain things my father, my earthly father, didn't teach me, but there are many things that he taught me directly, indirectly, but there's certainly he, didn't he. I didn't learn it from him. I learned it from somewhere else. I learned. Because your father is slim. That's why I said call. No man father, Your earthly father is limited. Sometimes your father brings you up. He teaches you this, but he doesn't teach you how to be a gentleman. Or maybe he teach you how to be a gentleman, but he doesn't teach you how to be a husband. In fact, you better not follow him in the husband aspect of things, Ziza. You better not follow him when it comes to his husband. Behavior. He never taught you how to be a good father. Maybe He never taught you how to be a good Christian. Maybe he taught you about this, but I didn't teach you about becoming incoming in Christ so many things and you realize that somebody else has to teach you about that thing and take over the fatherhood from that place. That's why I said you don't. You have not many fathers. Some of you when we were taught you were sent to school, but you know how taught how to be a woman, how to be a wife, how to cook. It wasn't part of the things in the house and you don't know how to cook. You don't know. How to behave? You are not gentle. You are not soft. They are not. Voluptuous You don't know how to sit as a woman, you sit down, you just open your life any. And some of you, it is when you go to Wesley Girls or you go to secondary school that they would teach you as a woman how to sit. If you see a lady who went to Wesley Girls, you see they all sit in a particular way. It's automatic. But they teach them in the school, a lady. What do they say? A lady? Is that what they tell you? A lady does this one lady sits like this. You don't sit like that. And then they teach them, hold your head up, walk like this. And they teach them how to walk in the school, how to walk with that. And eventually you become proud. And they thought, you have to be proud. Before you realize you are proud and they need a humility tape now. Yeah. So sometimes you go to school and God will use the school to teach you things that you didn't learn at home. He will use somebody in church and then you come to church and you will hear them tell you got to go to school. If you come to my church, I will teach you to go to school. You need to go to school, go to school, finish school. Even if you are called go to school. It's just preparation. Jesus spent 30 years preparing and he minister for only three years. Yeah. So God gives different fathers in the ministry. Whatever your ministry, remember God will send a number of people who will father you into the work of God. My children, I see Pastor Ku as their father also and share. I've shared the fatherhood with him. They love him, they like him. They look up to him. He leads them, he takes them. He teaches them how to play instrument, how to sing Holy Ghost after he prayed for them to receive Holy Ghost and speaking tongue. He teaches them outreach. Go here, do this, do this. Oh. I'm very happy. And I know that I, I, I am limited. I've also taught somebody's child how to do outreach. I've also taught somebody's child how to receive holy. I've laid hands on countless people to receive Holy Ghost baptism or the crusade we had last week. We we had people receiving the Holy Ghost, a lot of people without laying hands on them. Somebody should also help me. What do you think? Yeah, yeah. Simon or Sirene? And you also need them for your son. They will also found out your son when it reaches a certain place. You see that they have also taken over and said, come, your father taught us certain things, we are going to show you what to do. Amen. You have not many fathers, so there are a few fathers. And when it comes to the ministry, you'll find there will be somebody who brought you to Christ. There's somebody who taught me how to have my quiet time. I've dedicated my book on quiet time to her. She sat me down in Achimoto school on a table and she said open your Bible. She showed me where to buy my first Bible and sit down. Quiet time. To me, quiet time is my greatest secret for the ministry. That's why I've got a little book called The Secret, and the secret is The Quiet Time. Therefore, almost all the messages I'm preaching come through that secret that was given to me and taught me pure Christianity, how to love God, to expect and rapture eternal things. I learned it from her. She took me to the first Christian programme. She took me to action. She took me to Calvary Rd. She took me to all those places. God bless her. Then I have to meet Kenneth Higgin. I also have to meet people like Bishop Duncan Williams and Uncle James. Uncle James. Uncle. Did he speak in tongues? But he taught me what people who speak in tongues could not teach me. Oh, yeah, Uncle James. I dedicated my book to him. Born again. He used to come and park his car outside the Scripture, you know, sit there as if he doesn't have anything to do with after testing. Then he'll be there with us, talking to us Personally. He taught me physics, and as he was teaching me physics, he would teach me the word. One day he was teaching me physics, and he showed me about church growth. He said that the population of the church grows in a certain way, and he said that you can liken it to a chicken farm. The chickens increase in the population when they stop dying. I will never forget Atosu. He was sitting teaching me at his table. They said the number of chickens increase as they stop dying. So if you can prevent the chicken from dying, the number of chickens will increase. Then he drew the graft for me. He drew the graft for me. Then he showed me that the population of the world. Has increased only because medicine has stopped letting people die. Grew from malaria days and all those things. So the population has just gone up high. So instead that if you have a fellowship or the church or the number of Christians, they will become a lot if it can prevent them from leaving the church or it can prevent them from dying in Christ or from backsliding. That's what he taught. Me at my physics table. So when I wrote my book on mega church, he will see a graph. There, that's the graph Uncle James taught me. And many, many things. Many, many, many years. Ago all. These things are part of. What God sends you as a father? You see the graph here? Population of the church and talking about this book is about the mega church. It's about church growth. How to let your church grow. And that's what he taught me, and it's a fact. If you can stop as of people coming to the church, they come, but only that they leave. How many have seen that a lot of people come and a lot of people go, but if only you can prevent them from going, your church will start to grow. So he told me that the main thing is to focus on preventing people from living, visiting them, counseling them, praying for them and so on. And things are going to work out. How do I get all this in? My ministry has changed because I have people who have patience for me, time and people who went. It was my 40th birthday, they went to interview me. He has a lot of good things to say, but you who? Would I? I was telling you I was with a certain pastor and I was sitting in a sitting room and I mentioned a certain brother who was in a certain town who was pastoring a church. And when I mentioned him, he just, his face changed and he pointed to the ground and he said he said he. Prayed here. He prayed here. He was, he was one of the boys in the house. He prayed here, he prayed about on the floor here. You see the boys who prayed here, He prayed here and he lifted up his hands. He said the wind is against him. The wind is against him then, he said. And he said one day I will be in the. House. And the the security man will come and say, pastor, so and so is at the gate. He wants to see you. And I will say, let the dogs out, release the dogs. Hey, if he did. Nothing for you, you prayed in his house and even you saw Maybe your house is a useless place. It's just to see even how a normal person lives, how is still to be with a husband and a wife and something that you learn like how. How David was taken to Saul's house and just to see how a king behaves. You are a shepherd. You are a bushman, and they brought you. You are so violent. You kill lion's bears. I mean, you are not a polished person. I'm not a polished. Person. You play guitar, not Polish, you're not Polish, and they brought you to the palace. You understand it, teaching you. I mean, if anything, you are learning how to be a king and so on. So when the time came that he should kill him and the people were saying kill him, did he say no, I should play my father even though he's. Throwing Javelin at me. He's trying to kill me. He's not. My father I don't kill. My father I cannot kill. David called him father. David called Go and read your Bible. He said my father. He called him father. A demon possessed my he said, my father somebody who killed a lot of pastors, he called him my father. Somebody who spent his last night on this earth in the witch's house. He said it's my father. And when he heard that this man was dead, he was so sad. And some of you, you are hoping for some men of God to die. You are praying that they should die. I was with one man of God, he says. Some people are trying to retire me because he could sense in the Spirit. That some people wanted him to die and then he said, he said. But they don't know. That what is fighting me when I am gone, that thing which was fighting me will begin to fight them. So God sends different fathers into the ministry and I have had and that is why you see me relating with certain people. And as a father, I intentionally, I let my pastor see that I, I have a good relationship. I don't strike out. At my father. Write this down never become an absalom never become an absalom by talking about fatherhood, he was able to call on his father in the day that he. Needed never become an Absalom. Absalom wants the pleasure spot of his father, I said. Absalom wants the pleasure spot of his father. He wants to enjoy the pleasures his father enjoys. He wants to eat what his father is eating, and he wants to be at the same spot that his father is. He wants to attack his father. Anytime you see somebody attacking his father, never support such a person, somebody who has. Fathered you somebody who has appointed you, somebody who has helped you, and now you are. Attacking him, describing his sins, calling out his name, this and that. Be careful. He's a drunkard. He's whatever. Be careful of such a person, Absalom. He wants to sleep with his father's wives. What? What is he was looking at the wives of his father or the the. Little pleasures that his father has. I want this pleasure spot. And then what does he do? He arms himself. He's going to attack his father and drive his father out. A pastor. I once heard somebody, he said to me, I will drive you out of Accra. That's what he told me. I will drive you out of Accra. I've seen all these people before. So when you see them saying, I know you, I've seen one before. I've seen just your same behavior and they used the same words. He said to me, I am going to make a publication about you. It's I'm good to write a publication about you. I'll drive you out of this city. So when I saw that somebody has thought about it, somebody has also done it all at the same. Yeah, look at that. You rise up to attack your father. If you come to this conference and you ever do, the shame on you all I do. Is the shame on you? Shame on you, and this conference is of no use. You are a disgrace. To the word of God, because enough was invested in you no matter what. But you know, he's sleeping with one of the girls in the church now and so on. Oh really? Look, even if he's sleeping with one of the girls in the church, be careful of him because when he catches you with me, it still happen. One day I was going somewhere with a man of God and said I don't want to go. To that place so why that car when he gets a dictator he can easily catch you he can easily catch you so I'm. Afraid of that place. I just want to stay because if he just he said that he said something now before you realize he understands the ritual things even. If the guy is sleeping with whatever or he's drunk, I'll show you Noah was drunk. He was drunk. He was. He's in Hebrews 11 even though you disqualify and he's in Hebrews 11, but he's in Hebrews 11. And Jesus mentioned him as it was in the days of Noah. He didn't say anything bad about him. He didn't say anything bad about him as it was in the days of Noah. They were eating, they were drinking. They knew not until Noah entered into the earth. The Bible says that by the building of the earth by the which he condemned the whole world. I just that thing that he did one act and then when he got up. Then they came and told him that when you were naked sleeping here, hum. They came and called us to come and look and I was laughing at you. And then we we didn't and we came backwards and we just called it because we don't want to see it. Some of you want to hear bad stories. That's something. So no, I don't want to hear. I don't want to know about Oh yeah, sometimes you, you when when you want to hear. Katherine Kumar says she has learnt that when people want to know things, it's an out of an evil spirit. Inquisitive people say what about this, this and that and how this and what why? Why do you want to know all those things? So he cares how, how much the dark sun. And he said that a servant of. Servants. That means that we have the servants and you are below the servants. You are the houseboy's houseboy. The drunk father said it. And today, what do we have with the black man? How else can you explain our state? We have riches, we have intelligence, we have rocket scientists, astronauts, UN secretary general. But where we are, where we are, Can you imagine if the dog chain sellers and those who are selling puppies and ice cream and so on, they become minister of final? Let's say tomorrow we go and find 10 dogs in jail and Cartier sellers. OK, you are now minister of women's affairs. You are now minister of financial. And what will happen to the nation? That is what has happened where you have the seven servants as heads of states, as ministers of finance, Ministers of this day are the leaders and look at the way the nations are ruled by black people. You may not like to hear but show me another explanation, show me another. Go to Benin, go to Togo, go to Nigeria. The 6th largest producer of all you. See them standing by the roadster holding Carlos. Single gallons and bottles, children by the petrol station. The petrol station are not used. They build it down, they don't use it. No lights, no petrol and everybody throws his bowler into the street. You drive to the steam bowler, bowler everywhere. It's fantastic, it's amazing. A country with potential. They make everything. There's no place as chaotic as Nigeria. When we got to the border, the guy came, he said. You see the border, some guy came with shots. He said you have to pay $100 before you pass here. Just here I tell you we paid before we. Moved. We. Paid in the end and then we paid $50. Then we go to another place. Then another guy came. OK, I'll take you through this and say no, just to go through ECOWAS country. Then we were there for a long time that we were not moving. Then one guy came and stood by the car, was sitting in the car and said you don't know Nigeria. Nigerians are #1 dribblers of the world. Do you understand what it means? He said. Nigeria, Nigeria was #1 dribbler. They would dribble you. You will not see what is happening. Nigeria #1 dribblers of the world. We stood there and then as we were going, So police, you see the fitting on the police car. Fire for fire, fire for fire and you see them in telewater and shorts and testing with cars themselves in federal government. Do you have invitation for federal government to be here? So we don't have invitation for federal government. Place your invitation for federal government 7:00 in the night, we are driving on the road. Place your invitation for federal government. We have invitation for we are ecowast country. We are coming from Ghana to Nigeria. Look, we had 38 checkpoints. When you go 15 yards, another police 15 yards, you know we're not paying. We had to get somebody to wear his uniform from work to. Come in, another car is spotting us. And then they were telling me a Baptist pastor was killed. A Ghanaian pastor was killed a few weeks earlier. He went there, he was driving a car. They shot. Him. And professional knew and professional. Was a frib hey? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. The universes are tending to cuts. That's why we all and this are flooded. Now what's the explanation? One father got up in his drunkenness. You are laughing at me. You are laughing at me will be a servant of seven. There were only three. It's like Adam, the only three people in the world. You, you and you, you will be a servant of seven. And if you read the Bible, you you feel harm gave rise to Libya, Sudan, Egypt. Ethiopia and all those countries, and then some came down, yeah. That's why, you know, I don't enjoy going much amongst Americans because we are not respected. No matter what you have and what you do, there's no respect. I prefer to be in amongst Africans and people because you find out that they don't. We are not regarded. Look at Iraq, they spent $4.7 billion every month. If we were to ask them for just 100 million to help the 40,000 refugees, not 100 million, 10 million or $1,000,000 now. Now by 4.7 they light candle to it and they burn it every month. In Iraq we are of no consequence and of no importance to them. We are not regarded in the least. But. God regards the poets, that's also our blessing, because he just said, I'm anointed the Spirit of others upon me to bring the gospel to the poor. So we have the advantage now of the gospel and of spiritual things, and therefore we are likely to be higher in heaven, if only we will not turn our churches into thieves and to liars. And all these other things, because he does, they also disadvantage that when you are very poor, you only know how to steal and to lie and to cheat and so on. So instead of being humble, so that after this life things will be better, we complicate the whole thing and then. You see that we spoil the poverty to that poverty that was to turn into a spiritual blessing. We have complicated the thing. Isaac was blind when they came to cheat him. Isaac. And he spoke, and he said, May your brothers serve you the dew of heaven. Enjoy the corn, the oil and the wine. He was blamed, but he spoke and it happened. So be careful of fathers, whatever their state. Be very careful. Fear fathers, respect them in their old age. Are you listening to me? No, in the ministry I have experienced several people being fathers to me, and that's how come I am where I am. I am not alone in the ministry. In my own little office now, I have a picture of Papa Hagen. Because I would say that of all the people that have been different, different, different fathers, in a little way I have. He has actually fathered me. We are from afar and I have followed him closely. I mean, if I'm following you, I will be. Licking your I don't let you go far. Yeah, You see me? If I'm following you, I have to follow you fully. Casual browsing doesn't lead to, to, to, to fruit. Fruit does not come by handshakes. If you shake hands with a woman, you will not make her pregnant. If you hug her, she will not be pregnant. If you slap her, she will not be pregnant. There is some closer interaction. The penis must lie in the vagina for some time, and it must interact. And that even then you don't bear fruit. But then it gets to a point of bum. Listen, I am not saying this to be vulgar or to be base or profane. I am trying to help you to see why sometimes you go towards a ministry, you just shake hands with them and you don't go deep, so you never really benefit. You go to a ministry and you go towards a man of God. You just look around, whatever. So this is that. This is that. Oh, I see. They teach about lawyers the way you teach this, this that. And so on. You get it. But you so you always don't know why you never seem to be best into what they have because it's either a handshake or a hug or something casual or superficial. But it takes a deep interaction at a certain level. And even then it's at a particular moment of the highest interaction that palm the siege is released. And that's why I have noticed because I have seen many people admire. I know there are different, there are people who are sympathisers, admirers, fans, they like, they watch some come a little here and there, whatever and so on. But for those who. Really benefit. It takes somebody with a certain eye to see that this thing, there is something that I need from it and I'm going to get it no matter what it takes. And you see. When you have a father and you have taken somebody as a father, what is on him? It comes on you naturally. Because you see, when my father died, all his houses, his properties, it became to us, the children. I never asked for it. I never sweated for it all what he built, everything, It just came like that. I just, I own it now without having worked for it. It just, I just own. Because when somebody is your father, his gifts, his anointing, his way of preaching his, it just comes like that. It's not, it's something that just flows. And so I teach my and that's why I send people who are my children. To the ministry, not people who are members, not people who are sympathizers, not people who are employed, but sons, real children, and it takes a lot to become a son and a daughter. You may be. Around that one day a sister came in and said that's all I'm I'm, I'm your daughter. And I said you are not my daughter. So. I said you are a VNP by what? Not a daughter. So what's a VMP? Said VMP is a very nice person. You know, we have VIP very important, VSP very significant, VDP very dangerous people, VMP very nice people. You get it. But there are some nice people in the chest after chest. They always come to you, say I was blessed. Pastor, that message that you spoke, you know, I've never heard anything like that. It was super. They make you happy. Every church has VMPS, but it doesn't mean that you are a daughter. So she said, why did you say I'm not your daughter? I said no. Not my daughter then. How do you say I'm not my? Daughter. Then I was sitting on the stage and I said look, my children came to round pass. I said you see, when you see my children, can you see them children? I said yeah, how do you know they are my children? Oh, they look like you say. Yeah, your child will look like you. There will be some traits. Of that thing that is from you, that shows you where you are from. If being an adopted child will have tricks because of even the way that if the lady sits to us, you know how to sit, how she talks, how she speaks English, how she whatever everything, they would have something that shows that this is my daughter, this is my son. And so some. Of us we say we are sons and we lie Africa we like titles. Dear husband was saying, you know somebody was calling him PP. I said you know they we like we like doing that we like PP. It doesn't mean you are the person is your father. Sometimes when we want to sort. Of like call as if we are showing you, he said PPPP. It doesn't really mean that. It doesn't mean that you are humble. Sometimes people want to carry my boss. It means you are humble if you carry my Bible. If you say Papa, it doesn't mean you are my son. Something really makes you my son, if you will be my son. It's not my name, Papa or every say Papa. It's not that there's anything wrong with it, but I'm it, it is there's something. That you have to learn there's a certain. Humility. And you see, how do you become a son? Remind me to tell you before I finish how to do it, what to do, what to do. Amen. And I'll tell you that God used Papa Hegel to bless me so that today I am a teaching in the teaching. Look at me teaching. All of you here, all of us here, pastors, we have 400 / 400 people resident of 150 something churches. And look at them. I'm having a conference and I'm ministering for hours and hours. I don't have any notes. I'm preaching to you. We've been going on and on. We are going up till tomorrow. It's a teaching minute. We look at the books that are. Written in publication circulated. It's an annoying result. Those are things that come from the Lord and my father in the ministry. His main mischief was to preach to preachers, his main teachers to preach to preachers. If I show you give you his latest, his last day before he died. He's advising pastors talking about marriage about these about some of the stories I told you yesterday and today. They they are his stories that he told me. I mean, he said. His life is always talking to pastors and he had this What? Home, not home time. They call it a winter Bible seminar. Ministers or everybody. That's the only one that he preaches himself. It is a gift and it's a grace, but it comes from somewhere. To be a priest, your father must be a priest. To be something, your father must be that thing that you have become. I said your father must be that thing that you have become. To become something. You have a father who is the thing, Who is that thing when it comes to evangelism, when I'm preaching, especially at takeoffs. I learnt it from Jimmy Swaggart, you know, a little interaction that I had with him. Oh, I love it. I loved it. What a, what a, what a I learnt it. I copied me. I like to copy. You see one of the reasons why the Asians are doing well and the Africans are not doing well in business. Like the Asians copy, you see like Daewoo, they just copy Propel and then they have a car. Now you see, after you've copied and you are good at the copy, then you. Start to move into your own whatever and then. There will always. Be some similarity, but the way to go faster when you are far behind is to photocopy. Just photocopy. Daewoo it was Opel Hyundai it was Mitsubishi. They copied the zim. Now you can see that similar this. Car. Sanyo, they put a Mercedes-Benz engine in it and made their case through a movie. We are going somewhere. And today you can't recognize that car. When you say when you go to Korea, you see sang younger, you'll be surprised, different models because now they've learned how to do it. But you see the way to move fast and wear big shoes in ministry is to see somebody and say this past my father, I only do what I see my father, I will copy him. I learned how to preach in church by watching Fred Price. Not Kenneth Hagin. Fred Price. I copied him. I didn't know I was copying. I didn't never use the word copy, but now I know that I copied him. That's why I walk when I preach, because if you watch paper, I see that he walks when he preach. I don't know how to. The person I learnt from doesn't stand behind a pulpit to preach. He reads one verse and then he starts to walk and he preaches. That's what I know how to do, and that's what I do. Yeah, it's working. Look Second Timothy 2. Secondly, Paul also had sons in the ministry and I'm saying this thing for you because many of us are fatherless, father free. He says thou therefore secondly, Modi chapter 2 verse one. Thou therefore my fellow colleague, thou therefore my friend, Thou therefore my what? Thou therefore, my son. Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus and the things that thou has heard of me among many witnesses. Modify it for your personal use and then represent. It to the people. Read your Bible. I think my version is different. Listen the things that thou has heard of me. In other words, the. Preaching that you heard me preaching. Modify it a bit. Revise it. Put it aside. And give your own message, No, What does he say? The same. Commit thou to faithful men who shall be able to teach others also. Amen. 4 generations, yeah, Amen. Committed the same thing. Many of the messages I preach like when I told you at the camp here, because another person I was listening to when I was reading Rejoinable, then the law said to me, I was reading. I heard it like that. He said receive him as a father from now. Don't receive him as a a book you are reading. Receive the man as a father from now. I was very surprised because I saw him as a a fellow minister. I said no, no, no. Receive him as a father. That is why I am accepting and most of what I'm preaching I learnt from him and my message. You see the the slant of the messages that are coming from my missing the sacrifice in the cross. They are things that I'm learning from somewhere. I don't have an original message. Nobody has an original message. I don't have any original message. But it's powerful. My message is. Powerful, but it's not. Original and who has an original message? Nobody has an original message when you hear me doing utter. Calls. I take off and I'm preaching some of the phrases that I use. They are exactly the phrase that Jimmy Swaggart used when he was preaching. Some of the stories, oh, I used to watch him as he preached that he would loosen his thigh a little and then he put his glasses and hold his glasses in, preach. And then he'll start to cry. It's the crying part that I've not. Been able to do. I tell he. Cries. Every time and the glasses, you look at them, you see that he's crying and. He's talking. Oh. It's nice. You see, one of the things to have a father, you must admire him. You must like the person genuinely. If you don't like the person, you can't receive from the person. You always have your. Antennas always go up. Who? Must have a Father. Spiritually you must like it because to have an anointing you need a desire. Because if anyone desire a gift, desire spiritual gifts. Spiritual things must be desired first. When there is a desire, you move without a father. You are good. And I tell you all I'm I'm just, I'm just enjoying. You see my life. I got my house that I live. My mother bought it for me. The house that I live. My mother bought it for me years ago. Yeah, I didn't. So I mean, just I'm just enjoying things that are some shit, if you like. I've started at a certain level. The car that I was my father bought for me when I was in 50. Brand new, Brand new with rubbers on everything from the harbor straight. It came to me new. I just, I just walk into it. When I was a student, he gave me more money than my salary as a doctor. When I started working there, he stopped. I prepared my student days. That's how that's how it is ministry stats and many of you, some of you have received me as a father, but you are supposed to use it as a platform. You see a foolish son, you know, I remember one, one son, one guy, his father died and so on. He was had a big house with air conditioners and so on. And he take the he go to the drinking bar and when his manic offered there, he took one air conditioner and he took it to the drinking bar and he said I'm drinking. Till the whole air conditioner is finished, the cost of the air conditioner for my brain, he drank that air conditioner, believe it or not. Then he drank all the air conditioners in the house and he drank the whole house away. So some sons, when they get a platform to stand on, they don't go higher. In fact they go down. And I have. Sons like that in the ministry, they are going down. And there are some who take it and save, and they know that this one is just a launching pad. I'm supposed to go further and higher and I'm supposed to do more and different things. It's just a launching pad. It's supposed to make things go better from the start. Inheritance is supposed to start you off at a certain point so that you don't start from the hassle level. Look at me in Ghana. I don't know all these things that I'm telling. I didn't know. I was just struggling trying to find. I wanted to go, to go and stay with John Osteen. You know that I wanted to go and live with John Osteen. My wife and I, we wrote letters. We planned, we're going there. I wanted to be his servant. I didn't know how. I knew that I have to be near somebody. We wrote letters. We had this thing. We're going for conference, we're going to be there. And I said, who can I stay with? I want somebody. Because I felt that Joshua was with Moses, this was with this, this was, this was I have to also be with somebody. Oh, I really wanted something. So God had a way of passing me into the ministry so I couldn't find somebody so near to bring me into whatever. But what I'm teaching, you know by some of you, it doesn't mean anything to you. You will know it and you will perish with it, and you will be made to have a higher judgment because to whom much is given, much is required. Are you there or you? It's a good message, though. This is a good message. Thank God for harvest. And so when I look in my life and my ministry, I realized I learned how to. And I remember one day I used to admire Fred Price so much. So much, in fact, it was because of him that I decided to get married, because when he talked about marriage while he was preaching, I became attracted to it. He used to talk about his wife. He said I commit love with my wife, he used to say. Have you heard me say that before? Yes, I heard it from. I would preach. I said I commit love with my wife. He said I need my wife. He said I can't, I can't live without my wife. I need her. And so I I thought that it sounds. I mean, I'm now beginning to hear something that sounds nice. Yeah. He was fluttering me into something without knowing it and the way he preached and I said wow what a nice thing. How? Attractive. I have his videos. If he were to come to Ghana, I will show him. This is how I became a pastor. One day I went to Los Angeles and I drove. He said he was in the office and I drove around and as I was going around I said he doesn't know that one of his sons is driving around. If I go, they will say some African man is looking for him. He said no, you don't have appointments so go away. So I didn't go there at all. I learned how to print them. I remember one day I was preaching in Colegona with my mic like that and I was preaching and I got to a point and I was, I was holding the, I was holding the, what do you call it? In fact, one day I brought a video here for people. I was teaching them about this same subject. I brought a Fred Price video. I said you watch this and see if you see anything. And some people came up with how many about 25 similarities about the way I preach and just, and they said that I didn't ask them to find any similarity. Just I just said you watch, I don't need them to watch it. They were so surprised. And then you find out that you begin to be blessed and you find out that God has given you a father. So one day I was preaching in Colegono and I got to a point and I realized that. Here I was. What I had imagined, a big chest. I'm in it. Be there Sunday morning, the whole crowd is there. I'm preaching. I'm holding the chair, I'm talking to the people, I'm working among them. I'm sitting. I sometimes sit when I'm preaching. Whatever. Same thing. It had happened because what you see your father do, you do, and one day you'll be there and say that's it, this is it. I'm walking into it. I'm seeing it live. It's happening in my life and my ministry. So take somebody as a father, choose can you? Oh yes you can. You can. Elisha, his real biological father was Mr. Shafat. Mabel calls in Elisha the son of Shafat. Mr. Shafat's son was like Elisha Shafat. Elisha, the son of Shafat, but. When? Elijah was taken. To heaven, Elisha cried. My father, you see, he was not just my boss. My boss. I once had a pastor who used to call me boss. Every time he called me boss. My boss is coming, the boss is coming. I said no, this is not a correct thing. I don't feel happy and surely that guy became an orango. But if you see me as your boss, your boss, you can strike against him, you can rebel, you can you can do whatever, but your you can go on a looter. But your father, you don't fight your father unless you are Absalom or Judas. Stand to your feet. Lift your hands to the Lord. Draw. Me from fear into faithfulness. Leave me alone your. Way. Draw me, cross it into your holy head, the world, and gravely throw me from fear. Lord, throw me from fear into faithfulness. Leave me alone your way. You're deeper to the place where you are. Draw me deeper and deeper that I may know your heart. Draw me deeper. Draw me deeper, la deepa, into your world of true love. Draw me deepa, La deepa into your love of people. Draw me, deepa to the place where you are. Draw me Deepa and deepa. How many want to have a father in the ministry? How many realize that you are fatherless or you have a father? Your biomies have a number of fathers, but you see, you must benefit from your father. Get all that you can get. Don't fight them, don't struggle with them, don't look at their nakedness. Even when somebody is showing you that look at something. It doesn't matter. One day when you become a father, you also may be worse. Most of us, the reason why we cannot be good, we cannot even be. Bishops of churches is because we have shown everybody that we don't respect fathers. You see, and what you fight against. It's difficult to become that thing difficult. You have shown people that you can fight the pastor fight. Don't insult people. One day I was with someone and he was saying that you, you have all these loyal people in your church. I have all these snakes. What are you saying? I don't call my pastor snakes, Snake Father, I don't call my pastor snakes. I don't say bad things about that. If you are saying all those things, people are learning how you. Talk you think people? Think that once you are in your room and just say anything, people are watching you. These are the things that will lift themselves up against you one day you'll be so surprised. People are learning how to behave and others are are watching and this in the back of their mind they are saying that, OK, I've seen it not today, but in 20 years I will, I will manifest it. Mercy, mercy, Amen. But God is bringing a new breed and that's why I got to say I'm turning the hearts of the fathers towards the children, children towards the fathers. Can you walk into your father's house and benefit or you cannot? You must be able to because the Lord wants to father. Thank you for your word, Thank you for your blessing in Jesus name, Amen. You may be seated. We are on the Calvary Rd. Amen. Are you ready for the Calvary Rd. Amen. How to become a son very good. How to become a son is best taught right. How many want to know how to become a son to somebody? The best formula for becoming a son or a daughter is found in the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6. After this manner, there for pray our Father, which art in heaven hallowed be thy name. First of all, you must Revere and respect somebody. If you want to become a son, you must admire the person Hallow. Hello is a word we don't even use now. Hallowed. Hallowed be your name. I am hallowing your name. I Revere. And I treat you differently from everybody else. Yeah. You are my age. You are younger than me. You are older than me. You are this. But I treat you differently. You are in a different class. I said you are in a different class. It's almost as though you are blind to the person's faults because he's in a different. Class all together, I said. He's in a different class all together. Amen. So the first is to put the person in a different class. Put him in a different class. Admire the class of the the few people that you really admire, you love. And you treat differently. And never expect this person whom you are treating as a father to treat you the way you treat him. So if I send you a card, you must send me a card. You see if, if, if I come for your outdoor, you must come for my outdoor. If I come to your party, you must come to my party. If, if, if, if I come. If, if, if, if I invite you to my church. You get it. You invite me. You invite me to your church, I invite you. You invite me if you don't invite because we are equals. But when you receive somebody as a father. You are not expecting him to relate with you. You are expecting hallowed. Hallowed. I put you in that group and stay there, and I relate with you in that special category. I I didn't say it. I'm reading it from the Bible. Amen. Then thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Thy Kingdom, in other words. What you are doing, you take on what the person is doing. You see, I heard Rejoinder say the cross will. Become popular again. So I took it up. So you see, I'm preaching it. It's it's, I know I'm not thinking about it that Joyner has sent me, but I'm doing what I see my father do. That's it. It's become a message. You would think it's an original message for me. I'm getting it from somewhere. It is. Fresh. And I can show you all his books. You will not know where to find these messages, but I'm telling you that as well and I can show you how I got it. Thy Kingdom and Thy will be done. If you receive somebody as a father, one of the things is you will be interested in what he wants. Many fathers don't say what they really think to their children because their children are some way. So to become a son, you'll be interested in what is your will, what is your real will. Tell me, huh? Remember the prodigal son, when he came back, the father said, kill the fatted calf, make a rope because my son was lost. But when the son came, he didn't, he didn't tell him that when he was going, he didn't tell him that he was lost. And when his son came, he didn't tell his son that you were lost. He told the servants he's lost. What is your father thinking that he's not saying? What is he thinking that he's not telling you thy will be done. A few weeks ago I saw a certain brother. I said, where's your wife? He said she's there. I said where's there? She's she's there. I said, where's your car? He says it's with her, she has taken it. So why didn't she come for the programme? I don't know. So are you not staying together? No. So why she has sacked me? I said. She said she called the police, She has thrown me out of the house, she's divorcing me. When he said I said, oh, I saw you last year, you were going to marriage. And I thought to myself this marriage is two way. In fact, I told the person I said this marriage is two way, but I didn't tell him. So why should I tell you, if I tell you, you when you get married, you come and give a testimony here. See, when I was getting married, there were certain people that were against the marriage, and by God himself rebelled and he moved. By the power of God, I'm here today in spite of the opposition and so on so. I won't say anything. Thy will be done, Thy will. I want to know do you want me to marry? You don't want me to marry her. A real son. If you tell the person don't marry this person, you will never marry the person. And if he doesn't marry, he will never get up one day and talk rubbish and say I wanted to marry the person. They didn't want me to marry her. They said now look at this which I've gone to marry here, I regret whatever. And it's only a son that you can tell. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Then the next one is give us this day. You look to your Father, You look to start to look to the person for provision. I'm waiting for Rejoiner's next. Book and I'm looking for his tapes give me. My daily bread. You start to look towards the person for what he's going to give you spiritually. Amen. And that's what I'm saying that as you go on in your ministry. God will give you different people. When you read. When you join this book. You will see in the final quest he met a certain man and the man was supposed to have been his father, but he didn't receive the person as a father. Huh. There are some people you are supposed. To receive as fathers thy will be none on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day Our Daily Bread. Forgive the next one is you trust that the person. Forgives you and loves you. You see, when you are really a child, a son or that you don't think about that you are doing something wrong because your father genuinely he will never execute you for your mistakes and As for a mistake, he. Knows they are there, but he loves. You. So you. People who are very self-conscious, they cannot be sons. Yeah, they they are very secretive. If you are very self-conscious, you cannot be a son because if it's yes or your marriage, you will never say it. You will be suffering. You can't talk. You can never share. Because you are very conscious, secretive, you need to make a good impression. If you are a lady, you are very self-conscious. You cannot easily be a daughter. You are always concerned. What do they think about me? Does he think this? Would they think that? Do they? Do they think that? Do they like me? Do they like hey, a child says forgive father, forgive. So relaxing, you know. If you are really a son, you you, you are not trying to impress your father. Do you think my sons dress up to impress me? They cannot impress me if you have to give an offering. To your father. When my when my child gives me a gift, do you think that I'm expecting my child to give me 10 million CDs or 5 million CDs? My child writes a a card and writes a letter. Don't you think I appreciate it? It's because you are not a child. That is why you are very conscious. Sir, I don't have anything. Your father knows you don't have anything. It's the father who looks after his son, not the son looking after the father. Oh, you don't understand what I'm saying. It's the father who looks after the father. Of course, sometimes a son can be blessed and you come and bless his father, but basically the father looks after the son. Not that you are supposed to be bringing money, this, that, whatever. I mean, it is a good thing. If you want to honour, but a father looks after the son, so you, you have to relax all the self-conscious when you, you are trying to impress, trying to do this, trying to do this, trying to do whatever, it is not a sign of the son. Relax. If your house is breaking down, are you listening to me? If your house is breaking down, the house is breaking down. Your father? No, your father house baby has broken down before and. When you come and tell, you say, ah, I've seen one before. This is how it ends, this is how it starts, this is the end of it. And so press this place and this place. It will change. Father, forgive. Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And the leaders? Lead me, lead me, lead me. A real son will want to be led by his father. Then deliver me. Help. Me, you will also look for help, and you will look for guidance. Lead me not into temptation. Deliver us from evil. And then the last is for Thine is the Kingdom. You have confidence in his strength. Thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory. You have to have. Confidence that your father is strong enough to help you and to do something for you in the ministry. Is it easy? It's easier said than done, but at least it's been said. Amen. Listen, we need to be sons. How many are going to be sons in the Lord? Hallelujah. Father, we thank you for your blessing. Thank you for your word today. In the name of Jesus Christ, Lord, Amen.
