09.The Anointing and The Vessel (Q and A)

Welcome to track #9 but God require if that which is paused. OK, now Question Time we are back to our Question Time. God requires what? That which is passed. Thank you. Right. God requires you to catch the anoint. So what question do you have about the anointing Rebecca? Key Bishop. OK, My question is, I'm, I know that sometimes when I have my quiet time, I feel like that that anointing is and it's like the Holy Spirit is present. It's like you feel very spiritual and you hear things and you are so excited. I remember one time I was having I was praying and then I heard Hebrews 11/6 and I was like, hey, is it my mind or slowly spring speaking? And I remember when I opened my devotional now that's what was in it. You had written Hebrews 11/6 and I felt so happy. The Holy Spirit has descended on me. And then some other times when I wake up in the morning, I I go to my quiet and like, oh, OK, let me sleep small. I mean 5 minutes. OK, you wait 10 minutes. So I was, I was wondering when you have this kind of crisis doesn't mean you are not anointed. Any any other question if you have a question like that question. Mine's also similar to hers. Mine's going. One day I woke up in the morning, felt very spiritual parade and I felt the presence of the Lord in my car as I was going to church. Then I heard a voice, oh, stop the car. There's nothing. There's no engine oil in the car. I was arguing and I stopped just in the middle of the road and I said there was no engine oil. Truly and I, I was happy and I felt very annoying. I remember when I got to I also preached powerfully. That day you preached powerfully, yes. Yeah, because I felt different. I felt there was something with me down that day. And another time too, I was invited for a convention and I went to preach that I was sick and I was having sore throat and all this same thing. Then. Then they said that I also have to pray for them and there will be oil and oil and I've not done these things before. So when I got there, I didn't feel anything, no feeling. I felt something. I heard a voice, it was true. I just wanted to no feeling. There's no feeling at all. The sickness is still there. Then I preached and I decided to pray for Holy Ghost baptism for the people. Then I started praying. Then I got the 8th person. People started falling down, but I was still feeling sick. I was still tired and I wasn't feeling anything and I didn't know what was going on, so I thought it wasn't real. I told the Austrians not to hold them. Then The thing is not it's serious. The whole place became some way within 30 minutes and everybody was on the floor. Then I was still sick. I've not felt anything as I felt the last time and after the whole convention I was very depressed. But I've not seen that before. I didn't understand it and I've not been able to go for any other invitation. Then you might have to come. I haven't gone, I don't want to. So it was creating some form of confusion because you are feeling something here. Voice something happens now even after the convention I was still sick and my problems were unsolved and still and the people said they were blessed and I was sick. This happened and they were all talking about people had falling down chest. In fact when it was happening I thought it wasn't real. So I told the hotels not to hold them initially. Then somebody fell down almost their neck, so I said you have to hold them. This was my first time doing such a thing and I don't talk about it because I don't also go for any other convention, again because I don't understand it. I don't want to reckon I didn't go the humans. I didn't go because doubt the reason I've not told them because I always thought you have to feel something. But this time I'm not feeling anything. The sickness is to the sore food didn't go, the headache didn't go. I'm still tired after. Alright, OK, Now the this is very, very important. The question that is being asked. Does anybody have a question similar to that? OK, this is very, very important because what you are talking about now is what time is your breakfast already? OK, now what? By the way, are you able to bath here? I think bathing must be confined to afternoons, maybe that afternoon because study the coolness in the morning. OK, now listen, the anointing right is like in the in the physical realm, the anointing is a liquid you see like oil or even ointment and it is carried in a vessel, OK. So when Saul was being anointed, you know he said fill your horn with oil and go. And when he went he poured it on him. So the anointing in the in the natural is like a substance which is carried in a vessel. OK, so you and I in the Bible are described as vessels that carry and that is very nice. Forgot to call as vessels because the vessel is carrying something. OK are you with me now? If you look at Acts Chapter 9 when. God sent his Angel to send Ananias to Saul. Ananias was arguing with the Lord. Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard in Acts of nine and verse 1313 and Anas answered, said, Lord, have heard by many of this man how much evil he has done to thy Saints at Jerusalem. Alright, and here he has authority from the chief priest to bind all that call on thy name. Verse 15 is the best you are looking for, He says, But the Lord said unto him, he's talking about Saul, who became Paul, Go thy way, for he is a chosen vessel. The God sees you as a container or a pipe. Go thy way, for he is a chosen vessel. And to me, like I have chosen, and by the way, chosen, remember that chosen is has a lot to do with working with God. You are chosen, you are liked and you are selected. It has nothing to do with how good you are. In fact, anyway, you are a chosen vessel. And to me to bear my name before the Gentiles and kings and the children of Israel. And I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake. Wow. So God sees you as a vessel. OK, now what is a vessel? A vessel is a container. Now when you put perfume in a container like in the bottle, does the bottle, is it the bottle that is receiving the blessing of smelling knives? No, who receives the blessing of smelling knives? You. So the bottle is just a pipe or a a bottle. That is why people can minister powerfully, but they themselves are not affected by what they are ministering because they are nothing but a vessel or a carrier of something to somewhere. Yeah, that is why, because a vessel like if if you have a big port full of Palava sauce and another big pot full of boiled yam, do you know Palava sauce and yam? Does the pot eat the yam and does the pot eat the yam? Does the pot eat the Palava sauce? No. Wow. Who benefits from the yam? If you have a big plate, a big pan of pomnut soup, and another big pot of pigbly, Do you know pigbly? You don't know pigbly. Who doesn't know pigbly? You all know Pigbly. A Scarlet Gary, who benefits from the palm nut soup? Does the pot benefit from the palm nut soup? Listen, supposing you send a big pot like this big pot to where they are making the parm nut soup with big fish. Have you seen the one that the fish is big like this, huh? Big, big fish swimming in it like rocks. And the soup and the fish are brought to you and you eat it the next time it's taken and it's brought back and it's brought back. They take it. I have a book, a book written by a doctor, and the doctor includes the scans of the people. Now, there was a particular girl, I think she was about 12 year old, and she developed some kind of sarcoma of the hip. Sarcoma is cancer of the bone, right? Those of you just finished doing pathology, what what, what are the types of, yes, bone cancers, osteosarcoma and what else? Rhabdomyosarcoma that involves a bit of the muscle. And what else? Chondroma blastoma. OK, now, hey, how many meetings are we having? One now? The tumor was so big that come and eat one girl. Yeah, the tumor was so big, they did a scan, stand back this way and they were following the blood vessel. You notice your heart up here, and then the black vessels come down at the back and the big ones go down to your legs. They go down here, down here to supply all these muscles, these ones. I understand it. Oh, you don't understand what I'm saying. The descending aorta, it descends and it comes at the back. Then it divides the supply here and supply here. So when the divided supply here is going down like that, so when you do the scan arteriogram, you see the blood vessel clear. You're going like that from inside. So she had a cancer, OK, The little girl thought she was running on and she fell down. So her leg is hurting her went went to the hospital, they done X-ray and they saw some funny osteolytic lesions and then they, you understand, Australitic then they when they did this arteriogram, so you see the, the thing coming down instead of going straight down like this, when it reached the tumor, it came out like this, it came down then out. So the tumor was pushing out on the hip like this from inside that's actually of the bone. So the whole thing shifted. So it comes down, I think. I think it went out like this. Yeah. Katherine Kuhlman talking about Katherine Kuhlman. When this girl came to the miracle service, the power of God came on. The little girl, she was tumor. You know, sometimes people give a lot of false assurances to people with cancer. We are treating this and that, but something like this and the way it was, she's almost going to to die because of where it is. You cannot remove this place. So after the service, she went back, the thing which was going down and out came back in and came back again, then another and then came straight. It just dissolved. Yeah, they did pathology everything. Sarco something blasphoma, sarcoma something cancer. Yeah. In the street. That's the kind of power the woman was not a she was not an. Her miracles, I mean, were fantastic. Yeah. But while she was ministering, she had mitral incompetence with heart failure, heart failure, cardio, say again, dilated cardiomyopathy. Her heart was huge and she had mitral in confidence. Where you listen to her heart, you hear this huge pansystolic murmur. The valves spot and baked. Her hat was big should have been like size like your hand, but it was big and she was she was sweat struggling to breathe to live. But this is the kind of miracles that were happening to her. So after she finished me, she would go and lie down because she was just being used to carry them quickly and then pamnut soup to the house. And then she was washed and sent back to carry another quickly and partners with big fish back to the house. Yeah. I mean, this particular miracle, you know, and I remember some other, I mean very factor sometimes when I want to have faith in healing. I read Katherine Coleman. It makes me believe in miracles. Yeah. Because of the medical evidence that they had, even the patients themselves were able to like some of them, They they've been set. There was one guy, he was working in a construction company and a metal fell from somewhere and came on him and affected his spine and he was, he was declared disabled and could never work again and lived in terrible pain. When he came to the service. I mean, something just came and suddenly something that he could, he was always in pain and he was just suddenly healed like that and just became normal. Very fantastic. Yeah. And he was being paid every month, never to work again in his life. And he was always in pain, struggling in the house. He fell through the construction. Something happened. Terrible accidents at the construction. Yeah. This is the kind of miracles that Catherine Kumar was seeing. Yeah, I have AI have a film I can show you. After she died, some of the people came, including the girl, the little girl who had this and multiple sclerosis. Yeah, you know, multiple sclerosis. They, they they can't move. Their whole body changes. They can't walk, They can't do these different things, and then they die from that. But another one that he had, you know, this guy was a policeman with advanced CA prostate cancer of the prostate. And he was given, I mean, you have about these weeks to die in America. They would give you the weeks. So he was on his last lap and he came to Catherine Kumman said spread cancer spread everywhere. And he just felt something warm coming over him. And Catherine Kumner said, stand up over there, you are being healed. Stand up. But he can't stand. He was too weak. They started to stand as he stood up and just felt strength coming in him and he walked to the front. He was completely healed, went back to the police service. So when Great Captain Kumar was having marital service, he goes, she goes with the policeman. The person I said look, I had cancer. I've watched the policeman giving the testimony before. I was on my last. He said I was on my last go around. Yeah, fantastic. But she was struggling to breathe after church. Yeah, she would lie down immediately behind the stage. And a A Allen, same thing. He used to hold babies, prayed for them all the time. He used to hold cripples, babies, parents defending, pray for them for hours. He rarely prayed for the sake. But he was suffering from severe joints, problems in his knees. So after the Americans said that he would go to the hospital and he didn't like it out of depression, he died. Yeah. Why? Because the anointing. See, that's why I say that you can have that anointing, but even the presence of God will not be there because God never takes his gift away. And you are just a vessel. You are just a vessel. That is why you'll be surprised God will use you when you don't even feel good. Yeah, it's like, because if it's not out of your Holiness that the things are happening, like these people who came here, the Holiness Club. Wow is it amazing. Acts chapter 3 and verse 12 when the miracle happened in Acts 312, he said and Peter son, and Anne said, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? Or why look ye so earnestly on us as though by our own power or holiness we have made this man to walk by your own what power or holiness? This is our problem. We feel that our own. So a kind of power that emanates from your goodness and a kind of power that emanates from your holiness is what is working to do the works of God. But it is not. That's why you must fear. That's why a person who is blind and a person who is even deceived and a person who is questionably working with God, he can curse you and it will happen. You must be careful of them. Anybody who is that He said Jesus didn't even ever curse Judas because he breathed, received, received the Holy Ghost. They were anointed. So he never said anything about Judas. You leave anointed people because there are vessels that are carrying the power. Amen. So when God works, it will not be by your own. What did He say? By your own power. You see that power comes from like, I am powerful. I've prayed for three hours and by my own holiness. Wow, I've not fornicated. I'm now ready. My last fornication was two years ago. My last fornication was last month, so I'm clean for one month. My last, last fulfilling was when Last night, this morning, wow, by your own power or holiness, he said. Why do you look on us as though by our own power or holiness we have made this man to walk? Nobody makes anybody to walk to see, to have a miracle, or to be blessed by his own personal power that emanates from his character or personality or righteous activities or his personal holiness achievements. And this one is a lesson you are going to have to learn if God is going to use you. It is supposed to help you to be humble. I've also experienced that before. I'll pray and pray and pray and pray. In fact, so much so that I will pray that when I go and preach, it's not so powerful. But the one that I didn't pray and the one that I didn't prepare is more powerful than the one that I prayed. Because even when you pray, your own prayers and your own pride in your prayers can actually inhibit the anointing because now you feel good. And sometimes when you haven't seen before, like you haven't committed a well known sin, you are yes, like one of the well described mentioned top five sins, feeling, lying, fornication, pornography, masturbation, murder, lust, lie. I mean, you have been this one Sally. I'm clear Sally. When they are saying lust, I don't feel it. By the power of the grace of God, I don't have those feelings. Wow, you are rather more in danger of inhibiting the presence of God. God resists the proud. Oh, yes, you see, And some of you, I'll tell you, wherever you came to Christ, at what point you came here, you must consider whatever has happened in the past as God, what God allowed. Yeah. Now listen, listen, what has God allowed? When Abimelech took Abraham's wife, God appeared to him in the dream. He said, do you know the woman you've taken is somebody's wife? And then he started to beg. He said, yes, that's why I've not allowed you to touch her. So God did not allow him to do that. But in your case, God allowed. Now it can then work out for good. Yeah, it can work out for good. First of all, you, you can be more humble. You see, one day I I had a pastor. This pastor, you know, went and committed something, went and slept with somebody, and the problem came. So we went to solve the problem. All problems have solutions, and every engineering problem has an engineering solution. So I went to solve that problem. Then I saw another pastor who has not done that before, and he was like, sort of like he does everything right. And he was like a kind of perfectionist type of person. Yeah, that's this. He's had this quiet time. He was in the Holiness Club, everything. Now, now, listen on. Listen on. Later on, you know, are you listening? Because what I'm saying you, you, you that which has been is now. And that which I've been has already been. So what is going to happen to you has been. And that's why I'm telling you the story, so that you know what's going to happen to you. This A1 brother, A1 vaginistic holistic guy. One day I sat back and I asked myself, these two guys, if I was to choose one, which one would I like? Which one do I like and do I want and which one do I prefer? And I thought to myself, 100 times, if I'm choosing, I would choose a brother who has, who went to sleep with somebody. And truly, as the years went by, the perfectionist, holistic, iwanistic, essuistic, vaginistic brother became a terrible orango and caused a lot of problems in the church. Yeah, and I remembered when I mentally chose. You see, sometimes you must do mental exercises. Yeah, you must do mental exercise. If this were to happen, what would you? If this situation, who would you choose? If this, what would you do? You must go through in your mind. It helps you. And I've done that mental exercise and I've already chosen that person. Like if if you ask looking if the if the stars, if I, if I have to select two stars, if I have to select three stars, who would I select? Yeah, all exercises, mental exercise. If I have to select one person, who who would I select? Yeah, fantastic. But they are all mental exercises that help you to prepare for that day. It's called war games. Are you there? Yeah. So if God has allowed you to be a Sinner and now God has made the grace of God which bring your salvation sinners that deny godliness and worthy life, you should live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world. That is why I was in the grace of God that bring salvation has appeared to you after you have lived like a wicked criminal. All your criminal activities and evil are going to be used to work together for good. Because first of all, it it, it, it must have the effect of humility. Like you know you have evidence that you are not good, unlike this virginistic, essilistic and holistic holistic holiness club. People who don't have evidence that they are bad, you see, so they have to believe it by faith that they are sinners. Yes, they, they, they, they have to have like I, I believe I must say that by faith I believe I receive and I believe I must say that I don't feel anything. I've not done anything. I've not drank alcohol before. I've not smoked before. I've not done it. So it's like thy faith just because technically the Bible says all have sinned. I believe. And Bishop also brought us Ecclesiastes. Best that I saw in the place of the righteous that there was what? The iniquity. So by faith. But you, you remember Joe, when you were jumping all around, You remember Jack and you were jumping all over like a frog. You remember Jim, when you were more than an Acrobat. I don't need to read the Bible to know about hell. I've been there. I've seen people crying, wailing. I don't need the Bible. And you also, you don't need the Bible to know that you are a Sinner. No, no, no. But just like Kenneth Higgins. Do you understand? Yeah. OK. You know, you remember. Do you remember? I guess you remember, tell your neighbor, I guess you remember. So that one must have the effect of making you humble. But if it doesn't, I remember one sister who was a serial fornicator with a number of different international boyfriends. While the Euphristic, Iranistic, paganistic, holistic people, they need faith-based faith, evidence of things not seen. It's like I don't see my sin that I have evidence of things not seen. So there's, there's a great advantage and then those of you who have been around sampling everything all over the world, you also know that there is nothing new under the sun. And you when you look, you realize that look, there is one event unto all because I've been here, I've been here, I've been here, I've been here and I realized that what am I getting say? So you see a lot of background, whereas the other person has to have faith-based knowledge that there is nothing new under the sun. This fair one is the same as this light 1, like this black one and this tall one, this short one. This one is all. There's one event. Those of you have had a number of men. You, you yourself will know that I've seen one thing under the sun, that that will befallen the sons of men, befallen beasts, that they might know themselves that they are beasts. And you realize that the man is a beast. All men are beasts. Whether it's man of God is a beast, man of God, whatever. He is a beast. And what is a beast? A beast has a lot of animal behavior. Yeah, you learn it. The evidence based. So don't be don't those who have a certain experience, you have something that also helps you if you use it. But most are so secretive and they don't even benefit from what And you look at you look at somebody who is hasteuristic, vaginistic, holistic and iwanistic and you say, oh, if I was like this, you know, then I could now really work. Oh, it is further what gives you humility. Yeah, you come and you just come down before the Lord and say, oh, either let's sing that song again. Let's take, for instance, if this sister was going to marry somebody, come, come. And then let's just take maybe the first brother over here, OK? And then you kneel down. Kneel down, sing it. No, God would choose the PK seller and he would choose a drug dealer, he said. He used to be high. He used to go high. He used to smoke weed and everything. And he, God would use him. Oh yeah. What I do was lost but now I'm proud. I was blind, but now I see. Wow, thank you, thank you, thank you. Wow. It's beautiful and all of us this howl. Christ said, God, you saved me. You see, I don't know, but for me I just thank God. One day I was driving my car with my wife. I was coming from somewhere. I think Takrati of Kumasi. It's a big thing to me. I really feel a blessing to be saved. It is more than even being called to the ministry. I think just to be saved because name has been scratched into the book of life. I don't see any other motivation to serve God than that that salvation. Amazing Grace, how? Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound that saved a Wretch like me. I was was the Lord, but. How different it is when you come and say take it or leave it. Take it or leave it, Yeah, I say I have a bad temper. Take it or leave it. That's how I am. If you can't just go, I say I don't like sex. So you take it or leave it. My vagina is open once a week. Once a month. Take it or leave it. Wow, Chale. How many want a humble person? What a blessing. Yeah, that is strong. You see, that's why I said kneel down. Because eating your posture, you see the way you stand, the way you look, the way you walk, it gives the feeling. How sweet the sound. If you have that even throughout your life and your marriage, how sweet the sound of your voice calling me. Hey amazing. So you know you have the best opportunity to be humble and those of you who don't have evidence based humility, meditate on the reality. I mean, look at your other things and pride and your attitude and different aspects. You realize that well, even more somewhere. Look, one guy, he married an estuistic, aquamistic, virginistic, holistic sister and he was staying somewhere and the wife was his wife was also staying somewhere. So one day we called them and said no, enough, enough. Your wife is moving to stay with you. You know what he said? He said that's what I feared. That is what I feared. One time I experienced flu, real flu, and I was in South America and there was a crusade in South America and I was a preacher. Look, my nose was running. So I was with my handkerchief on the stage like this. And the people were coming. I pray Father, heal them, not by my own holiness, but my holiness and my power was finished. Then the people started to come and say that was one of the days that is just like being healed or being blind was like headache or some ordinary sickness. Blind. I couldn't see, I couldn't see. Why should I give my best plate to somebody else? I should also enjoy that good cup and that good plate. Is it not powerful? So since then I abolished the use of special, all special plate. I will use it myself. And then the visa camp will also give him that same special plate. Yeah, Now have anyone to be used for special occasions.
