08. The Volante

Welcome to track #8 of the Volante. The dimensions of the missionary work, the facets and the first we saw was to be a messenger. Amen. So as you are going and I, I really was so blessed to see many brothers and many ladies stepping forward. Your dreams shall come true. I said your dreams shall come true. I just saw in the spirit you were standing somewhere surrounded by about 20 shepherds, non members Shepherds. Yeah, you are going to be pastoring your church with other branches. I believe that an era has just been born, not just in in North America here, but in LCI. Yeah, the lay ministry has taken another thrust forward. And I'm happy to say that you are the ones spearheading it. And so to be a messenger is one way of being a missionary. Amen. And what is the message? The message. See, when you are a messenger, you need to be very careful because you can be the reason for a change of message. I'm sure you remember that. Is it a story or something? Someone said something to someone. Say this to this person, let's say the cat is black and is going up, and by the time you get to the 20th person, the cat has become brown and is going down, Amen. So when you are a messenger in your hands, the message can change, Amen. And in Lighthouse, our message is very clear and the message is that you can do something for the Lord, Amen. We have, we have not begun a prosperity preaching church, Amen. So you cannot go and start something else. Our message is give your life to Jesus Christ, not just give your Sunday to Jesus Christ, give your life to Jesus Christ and beyond giving your life to Jesus Christ, Our message is that you can and must work for the Lord and God will bless you as you work for him. Amen. You know, you may think that these things are not necessary to be said, but we have seen the message changing in other areas, you know, and some of us are going to become, I mean by calling prophets, pastors, teachers, not all of us are going to be 1 type of pastor, you know, but no matter the the office, the message is the same. Amen. And it is very important to understand that if you are a missionary of LCI, you are supposed to send the message of the church. Amen. The message of the church is exactly done, that you can do something for the Lord. The message. I was listening to a message recently and the person was saying that Jesus Christ died. And this is a very, very important pastor. Jesus Christ died to make you rich and I said it's not true. I don't care what your title is, it's not true. Amen. He didn't die to make you rich. If he died to make you rich, then Paul was a fool. Peter was an idiot since Clement was out of his mind as was introducing the I don't know how to what you didn't say about him. So in our hands the message has changed. Jesus did not die. No Galatians 313 scriptures. Though he was rich, he became poor. But but you know somebody can be rich if you say. Rich. You can be rich in many things. You can be rich in. I mean, in Africa we've got countries which are rich in oil, rich in diamonds and so on. So why have you chosen money as the only thing that Jesus died to make us rich in? Why can't you be rich in souls or rich in churches, or rich in holiness, or rich in righteousness? It's your twisted mind which is changing something. And and, and, and, and, and. Some of us buy such nonsense and we are saying that in Lighthouse we don't believe such a gospel, that Jesus does not. Not all of us will be rich. And the world you see, if you have, if you have done a little geography, you know that the world is not full of rich people. And neither are we going to Sudan to do evangelism or crusade or measure to change them to become rich people. Some people will die poor, say Amen, yes, some people will die poor. And you must be comfortable with that. Some people on this black box blood was they will die poor. Now I'm saying this because as we are now, you know, expanding our frontiers, you can easily find yourself saying things coming from your nostrils. I'm choosing my words carefully. Don't let things come out of your nostrils. The message is that you can do something for Jesus. You can win a soul, you can start a church, you can you can, you can teach, you can preach, you can visit. The message is that we can give you 5 names and you can pray for these five members to come to church every Sunday. We can pray for these three members to to pay their tithes. We are sending people to go. And so if you are a messenger, you must understand the message well. And it's not a TBN message. We are going to, we are preaching that Lighthouse has got a philosophy, a spirit, standards, procedures, emphasis and and that is what makes us a church. And you are, you are going out there to start a Lighthouse church. You are not going to start a Winner's Chapel or Christ Embassy Church. You are not going there with Rhapsody of Realities to then start a church. You are going with Lighthouse Message. It's very important. You must understand it's very important. Once you confuse yourself, you become something else. Become something else. That's why Reverend Oko reminded his Big Brother that you are not from Colorado, you are from Ngua. Say man. So what is the first way? What is the first way to be a missionary? You are what? A messenger. You are a messenger. You have been sent with a message. So go and say this to this person and the message should not change with you. Yeah, it must not change with you. And I'm saying this with the strength I am. I am I am using because the message is already changing. The message we have as a church are you? Please, please look up the message you have as a church. There's one message out of many messages. There are many, many types of gospels being peddled around and we know them. We know those gospels and we are saying that that is not what we have been sent to. Go and say so. So if you are into such things, then remove our banner from you and go and start your own something and call it anything. But once you are operating on the Lighthouse Chapel International, we are not peddling prosperity, we are peddling piety. So when you go and you start your church and we use the telescope to examine your church from a distance, we should see shepherds coming from that church. We should see pastors that you went to start the church. You and your assistant or somebody. You were three members, two members. The church has grown to 20. It's become hundred wow. It's become 200 wow. But you know that in Lighthouse we don't just wow 100 and wow 200. We will ask that how many pastors have come from the church. Also, how many members of this church are working for the Lord? You are not being sent to create oil mongers. This type of you know, and we need them. We need oil mongers. We need big people. We need all kinds of people. But our message is what is our message? What is the message, please? What is the message of the church? Sorry, soul winning and you can do something for the Lord. Can we all repeat it? One goal. Yeah, you can do something for the Lord. That is the message. That is why we are all here. If we're under church, I mean someone as great as you. You. You would have a front seat chair, You'll be a chairman of some harvest committee or some building committee. You'll be a great person. I mean, if somebody of your caliber, I mean you'll be a great person in the church. You'll be. Throwing eggs at you, you know, worshipping you. But in Lighthouse, you are a pastor, you are a shepherd and you are going to be a pastor. That is the type of church we have. Many of us in many churches, we have no chance to be a pastor. No chance, I said no chance at all, but we have been given the chance. So you 2 want you go give people the chance to become what pastors. Your mind is that you are going to give people the chance to become pastors. So through you the threat is spreading. Not that through you people are now becoming, you know, business minded, this type of money, you know, money, money type this with some wise sayings about money, wisdom, keys and these type of things. No. And so that takes us to the second point, which is to be a disciple, you see, not just being a messenger. And these things must not be seen in isolation. They go together for you to be a very good messenger. You must be a disciple to be a good messenger. A disciple is a follower, a disciplined follower. Another word, in fact a very strong word for a disciple is a learner, is a learner. Amen. So to be a missionary means you are what a learner you are learning. And it's sad that sometimes after one or two appointments, we, we stop learning because we really feel we know. And that is how people actually are able to break away because you can only break away from something you feel you have no need of anything from you've had enough of. And our posture, our disposition must be that of a learner learning, not just not just learning the camp. I mean, listening to the McKenna, all those are all learning things. But one very good way to learn is to even watch people do things in a certain way. That is how you can be a good messenger #1 #2 is that you must be a disciple, and every disciple must be humble, must be humble. Amen. And by the grace of God, we have got some humility here in the church. I thought you were going to clap your hands. Oh, I don't believe you are humble. I see humility. And since your hand clap is weak, then I'm going to tell you, well, that then you must be humble. Yes. Listen, when it comes to being a disciple, being a disciple, your, your, your academic credentials, financial credentials, social credentials are of no consequence. They don't matter. In fact, the more of them you have, the more difficult it will be for you to be a learner. To be a learner means that you must actually a learner. The, the, the, the concept of learning is the concept of receiving. Yeah. To learn means you are receiving. Oh, I learned from the sister how she did things. I learned from the. This cup, it's a learner, this cup wants to learn. So this cup has to receive from this bottle which has got everything. It's got church, things in it, ministry, Christianity, spirituality. And this cup is empty. So you want to receive. You really want to receive glory to God. Can you imagine as I begin to pour the ministry, the the core spirituality, Christianity, the word of God, the knowledge and so on, then this cup, please stand up. As I'm pouring, bring the cup up above. So I'm pouring water and the cup is above it. Can the cap receive? Is the cap not supposed to receive? For this cap to receive, where should the cap be? Where should the cap be? To receive it? You must be under under, you must be down. A disciple cannot be above the source. You cannot even be at the level. You can't be at the level and you see, and it's a spirit of equalisation that leads to barrenness that we see around. Even the cup, if you try to bring it to the same level, you can receive. To receive you must be under, under anger. I don't care your size, the school you went, your money, what type of house you live in, what kind of car you have, how many children you have been able to impregnate your wife to have, whatever. We don't care. Just be anger. Tell your friend, be anger. We don't care who you are. Be anger. And this new era of the lay missionary, we are looking for humble people, Yes. Because as Bishop said, we are not. We have. We have moved from 20 members, 15 members, 11 members, 284652. We have moved from there. Yeah. Isn't a long time coming, baby, Isn't a long time coming. Now we are looking for 100 members, 200 members. We want big things now. Yes, you will start with two. Yes, you will start with you and your assistant 324. But though your beginnings are small, your end it should we expect it. It is not an option left to you. It must grow. And for, for your information, there are, there are pastors who are capable of growing churches, building churches from 50 to 540 to 800, not in some Kenyan church, but in Lighthouse Chapel International. There are pastors who have grown churches to thousands. And you better come under to receive. So you better come under. Don't let the scriptures you can quote order your understanding. Some flimsy understanding of the Word of God make you think that you now are not the type who must be humbled to receive and you are now also a man of God, Man of God. If you are a man of God, stand up and let us compare notes. You see people who have a higher estimation of themselves. And Paul says we must not think of ourselves more highly than we ought to. Obviously you must think of your serving if you are going to check on Sunday. You can't think of yourself as somebody who can't preach. You are a useless preacher. And you, you nothing good comes out of no, you must, you must, you must put yourself together and believe God that you to the Sunday somebody will be born again. They are going for a convention. You must, you must have some, you know, You must think of yourself as someone with some anointing, but not more highly than you ought to. I said not more highly than you ought to. And I'm listen, please, can you see me? Let me go up. You can't. You can see me well where we are in the ministry. Can you see me well? You can see me clearly where we are now in the ministry. We measure your greatness not by quotes you can give from Mandela's biography or Billy Graham's childhood days. We measure your greatness by what you can build practically for us to see with our eyes. So in order to build that type of thing, your, your, your disposition must be that of humility to receive because it takes grace to do that. And I'm saying that we, we who have been around for a long time in the system for a long time, pastor for a long time, shepherd for a long time, you were there when the first picture of the church was taken and all these type of things, they lead to barrenness. They lead to barrenness, they lead to barrenness. You can, you can. I mean, we are all here in North America, but you can travel to a place where you will suddenly be under a general overseer who, who who came to Lighthouse just four years ago and for one or two reasons has this has has has been given a responsibility you must be under. It is it is sad that churches outside Lighthouse are using our bread to. Build. Large churches and the stories are not secrets. We know them, we know the stories. People who have used mega church sitting room, in the sitting room, 3 people. Now there are 800, now there are thousand, now there are 500. And we who own the book have actually we are still overseeing, but it's changing. It is changing, it is changing, and while we are at it, we are at it. Might I add also that I'm not just talking about when I say come under, not just bring yourself under a person or under even the books. We have the books, the books which are there, many of us. And I think sometimes the mistake is that you used it to write an exam. Many of us think that we know all that there is to know about the mega church book. You know, when we look at what you are doing, the pie, you are a shepherd of the follow up, what's going on the follow up. You are a shepherd of the whatever you are, the church you are passing. We don't see a reflection of somebody who should have a PhD in mega church. So even in our minds, we have reason above it. We have elevated ourselves above even the books. Yes, I know I am preaching. I'm aware of that. But I'm saying that the way forward now, you have to bring yourself under. Yes, you have to bring yourself under. You have to. You have to accept that you don't know. You have to accept, I mean, recently I've had to accept that I've not even read the final case before. I've had to accept that I've not read the mega test before. I've had to accept many things. And I've I've had to go under and Start learning the things. And with that mind, sometimes I'm amazed at the revelations and the insights I get. Yeah, but if I give you the mega church book right now, you just look at it. Mega church. Oh, but this book, I know chapter 1 is this chapter 2 is this chapter is this chapter. Yes, we know. You know, it's not just about the knowledge how you see, you must not delink the knowledge you have from the practical implementation of that knowledge. And if the practical realization of that knowledge is not there, it means you don't know. Accept that you don't know. Accept it. How many of you are prepared to be disciples? Elena. And I'm telling you as you, as you have that attitude, you'll be surprised, you'll be surprised at how great things Jesus Christ was approached by the disciples in Matthew 18 and they asked him who is the greatest and he, he caught a little boy and put him in front. Who is that making adverts when the word of God is being preached? It is inappropriate why about this is coming from because we removed from there. It's inappropriate. It distracts from what is going on. It talks about the, the, the, the different, the different levels of anything in the ministry. There are doors To enter any greater door, you must, you must convert yourself from a big man to a child. Yeah, you must convert yourself. That conversion must come from you. Nobody can can do that for you except you convert yourself from someone who thinks he knows to someone who doesn't know. A child is very look at them, the children, they don't know anything. They just come around. They are, they are, they are with you. They are learning except you change yourself, except you convert yourself, you will not enter and the ministry, especially in church Growth Dynamics. There are doors, there are ceilings. 20 is a ceiling 5000 two 103 hundred 500. It takes children to who who who want to learn something to breakthrough these ceilings and except you convert yourself and you must convert yourself to become as a little child, a little child who doesn't know anything you will enter. And many of us have stopped learning. Let me say it again. I said many of us have stopped learning, I repeat, so I'm going to add something to it, but let me just say many of us have stopped learning. Many of us have stopped learning and the few who are learning are learning non Salat. I know the few who are learning, are learning non Salat are learning other things, other highfalutin, ethereal Ethiopian theologists. But it's changing in this camp at least I, I, I feel I'm changing. I feel as the word comes, you don't know what's going on here. I'm changing. That is why I'm, I'm trying to get combats. What I'm doing, I'm trying to get combats. Something is happening to me in this camp. I feel privileged to be here. And I want you see, going on the days when the camp was judged by how exciting it was, how many dancing sessions and how how, how we jumped and how we chanted. No, now you have to ask that How many people became late missionaries from that camp? How many became pastors from that camp? Did you think that something happened? Whether you danced or you sweated or it's, it's now going forward, irrelevant. It's relevant. Bishop doesn't measure these things again, doesn't measure them at all. Measure your whether you came and you danced when you were dancing or you jumped when we were jumping, or as you are, then allow the words to percolate through your spirit. Allow the words to just seep into you. By the time this camp is over, when you stand up to shed their final grades, you know you are leaving Sandikov as a changed person with a changed attitude, a changed way of thinking. And it can only except you be converted that were to convert to change. There must be a change, otherwise you will not enter. I tell you otherwise even going to start a you are just going to repeat that same thing there. Oh yes, can't you see our our, our people? You are not from Africa, where I come from, Africans where we are all over the world, we are the same everywhere. Yeah, the same. I was shocked during the Haiti something, something they were showing the houses, how they use these blocks and so on to build the same building. The same. It's like, it's like, it's like you are in Choco in Haiti because it's our time. Unless there's a radical change in you, you are going to repeat the same building technology, the same thing, the same way you do your area that you are just, you are just going to photocopy that thing in that in that mystery work. You are doing that and we are believing God that when you go, you must go to do something different. And it takes coming under humility. Ye shall in ye shall not enter into the Kingdom of heaven. He didn't say you shall not enter heaven. Enter the Kingdom, the Kingdom things, the Kingdom things we have on earth. So thy Kingdom come, so the Kingdom. You are not talking about heaven going to heaven. You must be a child to say the sinner's prayer on Infinity. Then you grow must start a grave yet on on earth. They are Kingdom things. The church is a Kingdom life ministry. It's a Kingdom life, and unless you convert yourself, convert yourself, no matter how grown you are, you can become a child. No matter how great you are, you can humble yourself. Oh #3 what's number 30? Are you with me? You don't have the you don't have the notes. OK, since you don't have the notes, let me look for mine #3 is what? To be what? A follower. Amen. To be what you know. Listen, please. These things, I tell you, they are becoming abstract terms. Abstract words in Lighthouse followers There are some of us who are here and are following other people, television people, outsiders, you know. But to be on a mission, you must follow. You must follow, and who can Who can tell me one powerful way of following someone? Yes, this is the messages. These are very powerful details, but generally, how do you follow someone? There's someone there and I'm following. I can see a child there. She's going somewhere and I'm following her. What, what? What is one major requirement. Keep your what? Your eyes. Glory to God, keep your eyes to be a lay missionary. Your eyes, your eyes, your eyes is once again, that is the very thing that transfers an anointing and that is the very thing we are. We are we are confused about. Your eyes must be on the person as you are following. You can't be following someone and your eyes are on something else. Hallelujah. And and God is calling on us that as we are moving into this new era of becoming lay missionaries, you cannot go there and be cut off. Your eyes must be on the website. Your eyes must be on the on the on the on the activities of of Bishop. Your eyes must be in the books, reading the books and not some rhapsodies somewhere. I went to a church, went to the office. I can't give more details than that, but I was in the office. I had to be in the office for some time. I mean, when I sit, I mean days and weeks, then somebody pulls pull the rubber bag from the back of the door. They brought the Rhapsody of realities. I'm doing a light outset, a lot of them. So I called the leaders who is who is selling these books here? So they call the person from the safe church. And so when I look at everything, I realize that no, the people there are far they are not following. But that is changing now. So that is changing now because our eyes are going to and you are going to be current. What is going on? You know, you know exactly how things are done, how a check is pasted, how souls are won, how, how, how, how souls are established, how, how a pastor visits and all those things are there. And may your eyes be kept on the one you are following. And that is our Father, the Bishop. Hallelujah. Please put your hands together and let us receive. All right. Please sit down. Sit down. So, so the, the, the, the, the point I want to make again is that as we are following, you see, let our eyes not shift. Amen. Elijah told Elijah that you will get the anointing if only you see me. Hallelujah. So every attempt that Elijah made to swerve Elijah, I'm going there, say oh, I'm also going there, I'm going there, say oh, I'm also going there, Oh, I've left some. So he asked me to jump again to be sure that he was seen right. So I jumped to the same height, my head hit the ceiling and immediately he asked me to join the midfielders. Second, these are these are all dreams I've written now he asked me to join. He made me a midfielder, so later we were on a field to practice and I signed a contract in a book like a marriage register. So, and I've written in the dream I didn't even know all the rules about about football and I still don't. I'm not a football person so I didn't know the rules about the game. So I was going to ask someone to teach me before the main match. Volante So when I saw this vision, I said, because it's a question I have asked so much. Oh, it's very. Important midfielders. Why? What do they do? And not that they even have a name, the Volante or the trinkle, the lock, he has locked the match. Wow. Now, there are many ways you can apply this because you see the vision, it had a meaning to me, but it also has a meaning to us in the Ministry. Let me just give you one example. That is why sometimes when people want to get rid of strange women, they marry strange. And then the trinkle has arrived. Locked the system. What a shock. Just lock the OR the breakwater. Maybe not even marriage because the people that are close to you prevent other people from being close because only a certain number of people can be close to you. True in in a in a in your world, only a certain number of people can be close to you or relate with you. So the, the people that are relate close to you are also a trinkle because they prevent the only if. If, if, let's say you want to make coffee for me at the camp, only one or two people can make coffee for me. So if there's already one or two people making coffee for me, then all the other serving people or other waves which want to come and whatever cannot because there's a trinkle. Say unto wisdom down at my sister and call understanding thy case, woman, that she may save thee. She may save thee. Wow. He calls her a sister and a kinswoman. A sister, too, can save you. Maybe that's why Andrew Crouch has been close to his sister all these years. Yeah, because her sister can also save you. Wow. You don't understand what is happening over here until because of that we have decided that we are going to do certain things. We don't need that big day calling, coming, going, coming, going, come. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. You don't understand the America way of doing things, America. Way is different. Yeah, And before you realize, one day I met a pastor at the airport. He was lame. And the fact that I, I don't know, I, I can't come, it really makes me happy. Yeah. Because I feel that I'm break a certain. Yeah. Because it is. The financial thing is what spoils everything. Duties of Volante, that's number one, to prevent severe testing of your defenses #2 to break up every enemy attack, break up attacks as the attack is coming, you just disintegrate the whole thing. But a lot of people are ready to work for God. So if we spoil it, then nobody's going to work for the Lord again. Everybody's going to say once I'm not being paid, then that's it. I'm just like, what's he say? The test of Job? Are you ready to serve God without any benefits? There's no benefit at all. Nobody, yes, no benefit at all. Are you ready like Job? Some of you may not pass as Job passed, but there are a lot of people who love God. But when you don't know it, you will not know that a lot of people love the law and they want to work for the law. They want to do something for God. God has been good to them. I mean, what can I do for God? I want to share some verses from the Bible to pray. And it has changed my life. It has helped me. They call it documents. And we have a lot of shepherds who are empty, empty because at the end of the day, you see le missionary volante, everything, it boils down to the word of God. You must peddle the Word. It says word. At the end of the day, whatever you will do, it will boil down to the peddling of the Word. And how deep are you in the Word? When was the last time you had your pie time that you have gone to buy hair? So you are living here not just as a messenger, as a disciple, but as somebody with a deeper knowledge and understanding of the Spirit. When there is an orango around, when your pastor is breaking away, you just follow. My pastor is going, I call him Daddy. So we are all going. It shows that you are not deep. If you think a little, you will see through. And there's a point where certain loyalties must end. Yeah, yeah. We saw that scripture in Psalm 68, verse, verse, verse. It is God who put you in this family. What is the pastor who did show winning crusade evangelism? The shepherd brought you. Everybody came because God wanted you to be here. So as somebody's high fever has come and is moving you, you if you are deep, you see what is going on. So that Lady who was at the park and they brought the flyer, I've seen some before.
