08. The Purpose Of A Son

Welcome to track #8 of warnings of purpose. Where the streets have made-up of and all the people sing and dance around the throne. So many times I feel that lay down in my heart, just longing for the day when I'll go home. Prince of Peace, turn of God, bright and mourning God, He built the Kingdom for the mansions in the sky. When my life comes to women, I'll begin to live again 'cause I'm flying off to heaven when I die. I'll pass through the gate, I lay down right beneath that tree of life and take my time 'cause time I finally reach the land. I'll rest in his arm. Jingle box his Kingdom with his life. In the time when my life comes to our land, I'll begin to live again because I'm flying, not together. When I die, Oh, I dream my sweetest dream about my home beyond the sky. I'll just close my eyes and across that crystal sea right there on the other side, I'll hear my savior say to me, I've been waiting for you so much. I want you to see. I want to hear you say the Lord, when I want you to know there's a place you can go, a place that's not so very far from here. Here for every life torn apart, for every broken heart. Anybody here is not to be, for your healing is near for today you will hear Father say come closer to me. Closer to me. But I want to heal you. Yes, I do. And I want to touch you. I will tell nobody else. I will keep it to myself. I wanna heal you. They gone, Lord. I wanna heal you. They the Lord. I wanna search you. They, the Lord come and love you. They hello, come, let me heal you. Say hello. I want to heal you, say the Lord. The Lord is my life and my salvation shall lie. Please tremble my life day and night. Don't need to be afraid. I have a secret lady where my secrets fell. He gives me peace from my troubled life. He carries me over the mountains. He comforts me through the valley. When I'm going through a storm, I protect that in his arms. All my Father loves me. That's why I say the Lord is my life, is my salvation. So whom shall I see? He's the strength of my life day and night, so no need to be afraid. When evil tries to destroy me, try to make me fall, He puts me on a rock after the reach of that love. When my enemies try to hurt me, I don't have to worry. I need a cat. Not just here but everywhere. I am going to that hiding place where I see girls face. I find a trip to go on because He carries me over the mountain. He comforts me through the body when I'm going to a storm. I'm protected in his heart. Well, don't you go. He, the Lord is my life. He's my salvation. Whom shall I feel? He is my terrain, my strong tower, and he's my hiding face from day-to-day. He's my terrain. The Lord is my strong tower. And you know what, though? You walk through the writing of Shadow of Death. Don't you know that you're not a Lord? The Lord is my life, is my salvation, so whom should I be for? I don't know. He's the strength of my life, day and night. So don't need to be afraid. The Lord. Oh, my brother, where was I when you called out for me to help you? Did I seem too busy? Too busy to hear? How could you have known that I I had a problem on my own? Oh, did it seem seem to you that I just did not care? Don't condemn me for not being there when you really need at me all. Just understand that we all have burning that we've dropped to bed. Oh, but there's 11 who's always, always willing to help us out. And a cheeser, my brother. Just give him your castle. We all need each other out of one time over the birth of the world that we always need is the Lord. And we all need a helping hand of a sister, of a brother of the world we can always depend upon is the Lord. Oh, I could not tell. I could not tell anybody, 'cause anybody, Everybody won't have them. And when I couldn't talk to you, that's when I felt so all alone. Oh, I know, I know. You know me, but sometimes you don't know what to say, you don't know what to do. That would give me the strength to make it through over. There's 11 who's always standing right here right beside me and it's Jesus loving sister and he knows what to do. All we all need each other. I don't want time for them that we always need is the Lord and we all need a helping hands of a sister of a brother of the world. We can always we can. The part is the Lord of us. The world we can always depend upon is the Lord. Above the world we can always depend upon is the Lord. All right, we all need each other sometimes when we are not available to minister and help one another. It's a very sad thing and that is why God has raised up so many lay pastors who will be available when somebody needs to talk to someone. You will be there even though you are not being paid by the church. You will be there for a sister to talk to you or a brother to talk to you about something that he couldn't talk to anybody because anybody couldn't understand what was happening. What you are saying, is it not a power? It's an understanding of the lay ministry and of the ministry. Amen. OK. The purpose of a son, you see, I'm not going to finish. I can see. So I'm just picking and choosing some of the purposes. All right. The purpose of a son, number one, is to be a beloved son. When you gave birth to your baby, what was the aim of the son that you have brought forth into the world? Is it not to be a beloved son? I mean, when you had a child, was it not just to have somebody to love and to bestow all that you are and more that you have upon the person? Yeah. So if I have begotten you in the ministry, I don't like the sound of my I feel I have to shout hello. Hello. It's getting better. Are you there all right? Now, what I'm saying is that if I have begotten you in the ministry, I was hoping that I've begotten a beloved son or a beloved daughter and not something else. I once went to a funeral and there were some of the people that I had appointed as pastors who wouldn't even greet me. They wouldn't even say hello to me because they had all orangulized the church. Yes. So they couldn't even come to me and even greet me. I had travelled and I was there in Switzerland at the funeral. And I couldn't, they couldn't. They wouldn't even come to me. They couldn't. Is it not wonderful? Yeah. So when you give birth, you have a child, you look for someone who is a beloved son. And that was his, a law evence from heaven, saying this is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased. Now what was the characteristic of the beloved son was that he was humble in relation to a delegated authority, John the Baptist. He was just humbled. As you grow up as a son, you must be more humble. No matter how greatly God is using you and no matter what you are able to do, you must always remember that you were a churchy fly going nowhere to happen and somebody through whatever. The grace of God has helped you to discover your gift and has helped you to be whatever. As mentioned to people that you are a pastor, as mentioned to people that you are a reverend has asked people to respect you at your work. Well, I used to go to work at Kolibu Hospital. They had no respect. There was a fact there who used to work there with us. She was, I mean full of profane. She would say all kinds of profanities throughout the whole day. He's the only person I remember of the world. I don't remember her name, but I remember that girl. You get it. They have no respect for me. The only respect that I'm getting in the world is from the church and to and to the church and many of you at your workplaces. You are not really any respected person by in the church. You see people pastor, yes, pastor, what you say as if you are God. I think you are God. Meanwhile you have a lot of problems you see, and they treat you as if you are God is the only place you got respect. So as you get greater and bigger and you stay around longer and you know everything I'm going to say before I say it, you get it. Try to be a beloved son who when he saw John the path, who said I am not worthy, that you should untie my shoelaces. Jesus said it is true, but let me do what is right now in front of everybody. I want to be baptized. So a beloved son is someone who behaves humbly no matter how big he is. Amen. So it is important that you, no matter how rich you become personally, no matter what you get, no matter how blessed and established you are, no matter what you are doing in the ministry, no matter you came from somewhere, your father is your father, your mother is your mother. It's as simple as that. So as you get bigger, remember wine was the pep pepper. That is why I relate in the way that I relate to Archbishop Duncan Williams, because I was in his church and I am there and I relate for a reason. You get it? Yeah. A beloved son is loved and he laughs. You think about the children you've brought up. Your child will tend to you and look at you in the ways and tell you you're from Koporidwa. What do you mean by you are from Cooper Radio? It means it despises you. I don't want to be a pastor. It means it despises your work. I don't want to be like you. They may not say it with words but it is in their minds. Would you like to give birth to that person? That is what happens when your child, because if you've had children, you will see children. Not all children keep straight home. There. There are three types. There's one that from the word go, they go left and they stay left and there are those that stay straight. They never waver amongst your children. I I left, I'm telling you they got an older person told me another person told me. He told me he told me that with children, he said you can have a child. He will never waver from the road that you want him to walk on. He said you can have a son like that. He will never. He told me I had two children. He said my son never for one moment went like as if he's in the world, as if he's doing an Assemblies of God pastor never not once, but his daughter. He he said I received a a a text from my daughter. She she told me I am married. Yes, that's all. And she started by living with the man. And then she just, he just got a he said, he said, and he mentioned his posts in the church, how high he was, that there is nothing so embarrassing that he experienced and laughing. First of all, his daughter was living with somebody for a long time. And then he got a message. He said he has dream. I will work with my daughter down the aisle and give away my yeah, childhood dreams. I'll give away my daughter to be married. And he told me about my son, not even one hour of deviation. So we have different types of children. I'm just explaining to you. He told me that the man who was talking was about 70 years old. And he told me, look, the different, different, different children, do you see? And later on that daughter who went and sent him a text that she was married, started to have signiazos in the marriage and through the signiazos came back to the Lord and then came back and I think the husband all kinds of beasts, you know. And then she came back and now he also came back, came to know the Lord. So now he was also in the mean. So he was explaining your child can be like go off completely and come back. But there are some who never did. Daddy says this, that is all that they do. So I don't know how you are like. How are you like to your parents, huh? You were straight. You never varied, Madam Bishop Zaki says. He never varied from whatever. You were a good boy too. What about you? So I'm saying that a son who you see that in his eye, he does not despise you. When I look at Youngicho, he had three sons. When he came to Ghana, he was dedicating our jet. One of his sons was in prison and as he was sitting there, Pasoko sang that song God will take care of you. He was virtually crying because he was in a deep crisis over his son. He will never stop loving your son. Whether your son doesn't like you or doesn't like what you are doing, or instead of doing this, he's doing something else, and all you will never stop loving your son is your son. Your son is your son. So what I'm explaining to you is that you know, as you have been giving birth to you, understand my vision, just as your vision in giving birth to sons and daughters was to have a beloved son, a beloved son who is always small in his own eyes. Amen. A beloved son who is always small in his own eyes. What do you think? May you be a good son. I write not these things to shame you, but ask my beloved sons. I warn you, for though you have 10,000 instructors, yet have you not? Namely fathers? For in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. If I begotten you to the gospel, then you are my son. According to this scripture, whether you call me Dada or Pupu, even, I am your son. You are my son. He says I write not these things to shame you, but to warn you as my beloved sons I warn you. For though you have 10,000 instructors, yet have you not many fathers. For in Christ I have begotten you. I made you exist. Amen. For this, you know the 17th For this course I have sent you Timothy, who is my beloved son and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways, which be in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every church. Amen. So you can see Timothy was his beloved son. This is not a powerful thing. There are some children who come to you, there are some children who love you, and there are those who stay far away. You understand? But I'm just telling you that I don't want to wish for you how you are as a son, that your children will be like that to you. It's true for most of us here. I wouldn't pray to you that as you are. May your son be like that to you. I wouldn't want, I wouldn't pray that prayer because I don't want you to have problems. So I wouldn't pray at all. We'll just be there. Jilly, do you understand what I'm saying? I'm saying that as you are. Let's say you are my son in the ministry. Maybe I didn't lead you to Christ, but through the ministry I've begotten you as a minister also. I will not pray. Do you have a son? You have two sons. I will not pray that they should relate to you the way you relate to me. I wouldn't pray that. I will pray that they would. They would relate better than the way you relate. I shouldn't say it. Let me finish the purposes and I'm only praying for better things and higher things for you #2 is to be an allos. Jesus said in John chapter 14 verse 7, If you had known me, you should have known my Father also, and from henceforth you know him, and I've seen him. Philip sayeth unto him, Lord, show as the Father, and he sufficeth us. And Jesus sayeth unto him, Have I been so long time with you and yet thou has not known me? He that has seen me has seen the Father. And how then sayeth thou show as the Father? Huh? You get it. Who does he look like when you give birth? So oh, he looks like he looks like me. He looks like he looks like you. He looks like me. He looks like he looks like he looks like his mummy. He looks like oh, no, he's not handsome. Oh, he looks like you. Oh, he looks like his auntie. Oh, he looks like. Is it not true? We are so concerned with the likeness and that's one of the things that may affect people when, when they are going to adopt children's life because the child looks like me because it's one of the things that you want. And even when the child is behaving in a certain way, you will be able to say that this is your mother's behaviour. Same, same. Are you listening to me? You see, what I'm sharing with you is that all of you want to give birth to something that is like you. And Antelope doesn't want to give birth to a serpent. He wants to give birth to a fellow antelope who will start running in one hour. But some of you, when they see you, they don't see your father in the ministry, true spiritually speaking. They see something else. All right, So what I'm sharing with you is that we can do better as sons because the whole reason for having a son was to have an Alus, Amen. So when we are giving birth to mean churches and we have pastors that are completely different from what we are doing, let me tell you something. We will react to it. It's not that you can't pray to the Holy Spirit to show you what to preach. Do you know that when children are teenagers, many times a spirit of rebellion comes upon them and they want only to be different from their fathers? The only thing they want is to be different from their fathers. And I, I'm telling you, and I heard it, when Benihin's daughter or 1 of Benihin's children was explaining something on television and was explaining that when you go through that phase, you just want to be different. One time Benihin's daughter went to AD school and Benin followed her to go and sit there to wait. It's like whatever my father is doing, I want to be different. It's a spate of rebellion. If we take two offers, you don't want to take two, you say? In our I had a person like that in Switzerland once. We said come take the offering duty. He didn't want to do it. It's like everything that is being done, I want to do it different. I saw my children one time, they said that their trousers was falling off. I said what is this? This is what they learned in school. I said he's a Bush, he's a bushman who works with his trousers half almost off. What is that? So the the under whatever is coming off. But this type of nonsense, you don't see a gentleman walking dressed like that halfway almost over here. But everything different because the child is rebelling against whatever his father son, your father listened to music. All that you do is you. You just oh, these are old music does it? These are old because your child is in rebellion because anybody who is you see almost recently in London, I was having off London, around somewhere in London in the UK, I was having a camp after during in the middle of the camp, I was I met with some of the young people. They were saying that, you know, you know, when we are having our quiet time and so on. Then we listen to some of these other songs, like some of the ones that I had been singing, some of those other and then at other times then we listen to I think they mentioned Hillsong or some other, whatever that is not. Is that what they said? Yeah. And so on that it's not, it's not. I mean, so it's like there's the ANS spiritual one that they have and then one that are spiritual. Well, most of the current music is ANS spiritual and it shows in the children how they are, they are not spiritual. They go to JHS, they go to what? They are not spiritual people. When I was 16 years old, I started, I started fasting, praying, waiting on God, my own personal convictions. And so all these children who are just part of Judge and White Judge and Sean come and a lot of these things, they are not spiritual at all, just we are going this and so on. But they are not into the wedge. They are not like personally convicted individuals at a certain young age. They don't have such convictions. And it shows from the music, the music and all those things go along with preaching and goes along with the wedge that is all parts of the rebellious like this is Cologne. There's music that never goes out of fashion. There's music that never goes out of fashion. It's just, it's just music. It's just, that's why hymns have not gone. I did 100 years old is you can't the old ragged cross is out of fashion. You don't sing it. You are, you are, you are, you are the one who is lost. So I'm I'm telling you something. You watch and see all these children that we are giving birth to. You wait, pray that your child will not come and say I'm a homosexual or I'm whatever that will. Pray that. And I think I'm saying something. All I'm saying to you is that because sometimes when something is being done to you, you don't know how you've done it for a long time to someone. When your child is coming, you say that Mummy or Daddy, you married Mummy. But I want to marry Joe. I want to marry Frederick. When it happens, remember that there have also been a long history of yours where you only want to be different from your father without even saying so. It is your aim. I'm telling you. I'm surprised you see a nice person I brought up. Look at what he's telling me. You want to marry Joe #3 The purpose of the sons or the pastor that we have brought forth is to fill the earth and dominate it. God created man in his own image, in the image of God created him, male and female created he them. And God blessed them and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply and replenish the earth, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the fowl of the end, over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Amen. God said to the children give birth and through replenishing dominates. God wants us to dominate Ghana and dominate Nigeria and dominate Papua New Guinea with the sons and the ministers that we are giving birth to. Now. Instead of being able to dominate those places, you have yourself having to fight your own sands. How can you dominate the world with offspring that are attacking you? It cannot be possible and it cannot work. Are you there #4? The purpose of a sand is for you to receive an inheritance from the Lord. Lord Children are a heritage of the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward. The purpose of a son in the ministry is intended that that person will be a reward to you for your investment, huh. You will be grateful when you see your child. Wow, will you not be happy? So Can you imagine those of you, many of you have children. You want your child to grow up and make you happy and be a kind of reward that my child is there. Chale, I'm praying for you because it is not as straightforward as that because your child may grow up and it will not be a reward to you, be something else, whereas it was intended to be a reward to you and a blessing to you. The child is not becoming a reward and it's not becoming a blessing. And I want to say to you that look carefully at the way you are behaving towards your fathers, your mother's, your spiritual fathers, all those things are seeds for your children to grow up and behave in a particular way. I'm telling you that instead of becoming something that makes you happy, it will become something that makes you sorrowful every day. But it was intended to be a reward. But it is not. One day I was talking to a certain lady, her mother was 70 years old and I said to her, look, your mother is 70 years old, you have not been to Ghana for so many years, take money and come home just to honour her that she's 70 years old. Because after all, if she's dead, you will come to bury her. But she wouldn't listen to me then in which a point I said to her, I, I told her, because after I've given all the advice, I said to her because she could have come, but she didn't want to come. Because see people, especially when people live abroad, they are so full of themselves and full of the lives that they are living there and so deluded. It's so easy to see when you see them and they start talking. You see, you don't understand, you see, you don't understand, you see, you don't understand. Over here, this, over here, this. Hey, thank God that, thank God that some of us have travelled before and travelled before. Most of you travel. Otherwise we will be so intimidated when we see you. It will be intimidated over here, this, over here, this over here, this over here, this. So I said to her, your children will never see that you came home for money. You they'll, they'll never see. And, and she, she will not see. But that is the spirit of foolishness does not listen to counsel. They said they would they have never seen a mother is important to talk. All of them will grow up and they will all watch this thing They have what you don't know that they are watching because they are small looking small, but they are all watching. See, this is how it is. Many people, you may not realize that even my relationship with Archbishop Dankanwilian is it is in itself a message to many of us around. Yeah, it's true. But I'm just telling you, your children, I tell you because, you know, when my children grow up, I have a son in, I think he's in second or third year in medical school. So it shows you that my children have gone quite advanced, 20 years old this this year, 20 years, not that a child in his 20s. Yeah. So listen, I saw a lot of similarities in their behaviour and pastors behaviour a lot. At a certain point I watch and also this one's just like this son is behaving like pastor this, this son is behaving like pastor this. In fact, sometimes when they will speak, it will remind me of certain pastors. It's so similar. It's a biological child in a spiritual town. There's got their children, all our children. All of them listen to you. They grow up. You talk to them, you tell them do this, do this and all of them respond. You, you think that is different, That is actually very similar. But someone will speak down and say he reminds me of this caster. He will come to my eyes. Exactly. I'm telling you, I'm just sharing something with you. You don't have to write. It's not a notes. These are not a notes. There's no notes in it. I'm just telling you something. As the person was talking. I remember this person. Sometimes he would do something, not say anything. I remember another person. Because you see, in a certain sense, you, like Paul said, you are also my beloved sense because because I caused you to be in the ministry through my life and my ministry, you came into the ministry. I'm telling you. So what I'm saying is that I'm, I'm a bit worried for some of you because you when some of you are going to find your child is going to be like Hercules. Hercules, you will hold the feet that the leg will go up. You will spend everything. You will see that the child is bigger than no, you are a certain way and you are a certain way spiritually. It's true. So I'm telling you, like I was telling that Lady, I said let your child is 13 years old, Fourteen. Let the child see that I am going to my mother for one day because my mother is 70 years old. They will say that you have done something, or they will say that you do something to your father or that your father is important or your past. Teach them both by your actions and by how you speak, the importance of these different things. I'm telling you, are you there? You've gone home. Oh, yeah. So me as of me, I'm watching you. Some of you, the ripping of some of your somewhere attitudes you will never forget. You see, one day there was a guy. He just left me suddenly. Then he was there in the house living happily ever after. Now he was living happily ever after. And then his wife also rose up to leave him suddenly, you see? And I heard him complaining. I mean, he doesn't understand. Then I Remember Me too. I didn't understand when when we were leaving, I heard him say he didn't know why. And I also write me too, I didn't know why the government didn't say anything. So I didn't know why it was so sudden. And you never even correlate that your wife leaving you suddenly can be related to how you used to work somewhere and just leave suddenly. No thank you, no bye bye, no protocol, nothing. See you. I met a a pastor at a golf course recently. When he saw himself, Oh, Bishop, I said, wait, why you want to pretend? And all these others so on you, you've left the church. When you were leaving the church, did you bother even to tell me that you are leaving the church? You used to be a Sunday school teacher from Lighthouse. Suppose since we were at the canteen for about 20 years we have been together. If something has happened and today you are just exiting, you know what? He didn't say, OK, I'm going. This is the reason why I'm going or I have a reason. I don't want to say my reason. There's nothing. Then you see me yourself. Oh hell no. This is I said stop playing these games, stop fooling around. We are not children. What do you mean? Is that what it means to you as I know you like the song she was saying the folks who mean everything to her. Is it a small thing to you what we have in the church, the relationships that we have and all that God has done many of the things that you are applying in your life today. Is it your biological father who has been telling you the OR your spiritual father who has been telling you certain things. Ask yourself practically, how many times do you hear that voice? Is it not other voices which are guiding you? And God has used somebody to be a father to you all these years. Hello, Jesu, you gone? It's not even bother you at all even. OK, I'm going. Bye bye. I mean, you think about it. I said don't hug me and don't whatever. It became a very heated thing. I said don't, don't, don't pretend. Let's stop this type of. But I don't want all this type of thing. Yeah, it seemed to you a small thing, at least to me. I don't take what I'm doing lightly. I'm doing it with all my heart. But I just pray for you because you see, when the hardest of these things are coming, you will be surprised. You say, my son, I didn't go to an event. I didn't go to do this job because of you. I live here because of you. I didn't do this ministry because of you. I did this because of you. And look at you. You stand there and look at what you are telling me. You will beep and cry in the house. You will cry like a baby. Let me tell you something my mother told me. My mother told me said that your children will never grow up to you. They will never grow up. When your tab is even 40. He's your child. And I'm I'm in my 40s. When my mother say yes, mummy, my phone is mummy. When I raise mummy, my father has daddy. That's all. I also yes, missus, he was also. I'm a Bishop. He doesn't call me Bishop. What are you talking about? She said. She said your children will never grow up and you better listen. My mother is 70 something years old. You better listen to it. Yeah, it will never. They will never go. It will never go away. Your child will always be your child. You'll always be. It's like you're playing volleyball. The ball is coming. You are trying to dive to save this. You are trying to dive to save this situation. You are trying to dive backwards to save the ball from touching the ground. Always. You may not know how or where it is coming from, so watch out. Because the aim when you had a son was to have a beloved son, was to have somebody like you, was to be able to terminate the act through is not somebody you contend with. When your child would look at you up and down and with with displacement in the eyes and tell you that you have never been a father before, Is it not also your first time that you have been a father? OK #5 the purpose of a son is to demonstrate God's gift and God's reward. Amen. He says children are the fruits of the womb is his reward. And I can say truly and easily that the sons and the people that God has given me in the ministry all over, they, they are more than anybody can buy. It's the reward is to have people. Our Bishop has asked me many times, where do you get these people from? You have all these people. Where do you, where do you get these people from? It's a reward, it's a gift, it's a blessing, all of that. I'll tell you, you may not. When I come to wherever you are or even my wife comes or we go wherever it is like we have come home. Everywhere is like home. Everywhere is home. I remember one day I was leaving Australia and I saw Pastor Peter. You know Pastor Peter, I thought he's big. He has a big stomach now, but at that time it was smaller. And as I was going through the immigration with whatever, I look back and there was a grown man standing at the airport weeping because we were going, because he's my family. The person who is the real hero, which is the father who made him practice and made him sing, has rather been turned into the villain or the evil person in the story. You see, when you grow up, let your success be something that your father, I mean he, he is to always glorify God. It's normal, supposed to bring joy to you, joy to your soul, happiness. Ask yourself, as sons and daughters in this ministry, how much joy do you bring? We have to it. If many of us, if it was not for the fact that Galatians 66 was something that you also experienced, you will not even think of even honoring me with Galatians 6/6, if you do at all. But because you are experiencing it yourself, how funny it is to be when people don't even appreciate. And so that you see your channel has become this, but there is no reflection. It's true. There's no relation between the blessing and prosperity that this channel has got and what is you are even experiencing. This man, what has he done for you? Yeah, don't help anybody he has not done.
