Seven reasons why shepherding is a high-ranking job Number one, shepherding is a high-ranking job because it involves leading people who are by nature ungrateful Amen and forgetful Jeremiah 18 verse 20 Shall evil be recompensed for good? Amen No, the Bible says Hezekiah rendered not again according to the benefit done unto him. Hezekiah did not behave according to the benefit that was done to him. So when you are leading people, when you are a shepherd, it's almost like leading wild animals sometimes you feed them every day. They are kind to them every day, but if you lose God, they will bite off your leg. I was told that somebody brought his seven-year old child and they were getting into a car in one of these, not here, but somewhere. And there are hyenas here. And this hyena came and took the seven-year old child and run away with the child and killed the child. Now you are a hyena. We have created this place to safeguard your existence so that you will not be killed off the whole place you are protected. In return for that, you are killing the children of the people who are protecting you. Is it a good thing? So sometimes pastoring is like looking after Am I safe Resident B? OK, when you're a pastor or a human being working for people, you must not expect people to be grateful. And so just knowing that people may not be grateful is just a wonderful thing. So many passes are so offended because people don't show them gratitude. Now we teach it, But as people grow up, they begin to recognize what has been done for them. But most Christians are children and don't know what is being done for them. So you need to, as a shepherd, learn how to love people without expecting them to remember you. By and large, I don't expect people to Remember Me. Amen. That's, that's, that's how I've grown up. There have been times that I've been disappointed. Sometimes when I see some of my pastors being disappointed, I just say you are new. One of my pastors was 40 years old and they did a little whatever for him. And he was very disappointed at the kind of appreciation that was shown for him because he had loved these people and pastor them for years, you know, years and years and years from the very beginning of the church. For many years I said, oh, you don't have to think. Think about it in that way. Amen. Another time, another pastor, he was being transferred from one place, he was going to another and he had been with them for years and years and years and they did a send off what not, you know, sometime when you know what people have and the amount of money that comes into their hands and then you see what they they say is just the thought. But Fred Price said something. He said if that is the thought you have towards me, then I don't want that thought if that's the thought. So it's just that it's the thought that matters. But for prices, if that is the thought you're having, then I don't want that thought. It's a dangerous thought. So it's just that it's not the amount, it's the thought that matters. It's very, very, very wonderful. So you have to learn to look to God, but it's not easy to work. You know, you are pouring in and you know this person, not even, he does not even know what he's doing. So now that's why we preach in a certain way to try to educate people so they are not presumptuous. But I see it in my own children. I rather they, they don't know what they have. They don't know what they have. So it's normal, but it's not easy. You can become bitter because people are not grateful. You see the same people spending a lot of money on other things, a lot of money, and when it comes to you, then you realize that value for you is very small. I'm not talking about somebody, I'm talking about in proportion to what he has. The Bible says if a man gives according to what he has, then it is acceptable. But when you give, that is not according to what you have. It's not acceptable. Have you seen that in the Bible? Is there Second Corinthians chapter 8? I believe you have to give according to what is expected. Sometimes people don't know what their their pastor is doing for them. But I remember one time a visiting minister came to a particular church. He preached powerfully and somebody in the congregation decided to bless the visiting minister with either Land Cruiser or one of these type of cars. So he took the Land Cruiser to the church. This visitor and the pastor of the church was greatly affected negatively by that anybody cause a problem because he said you, this person has just come to preach once and he still looks so impressive to you. I'm here with you every day, your wedding, your marriage, your life, your days, days down, up, down, everything that this person comes. When a visiting pastor comes, you must not. I mean, you can if maybe the Lord leads you. I'm not, I'm not saying it as a rule, but I'm saying it generally. The father of the mother who stays with you and looks after you is different from some passing through remote ankle who comes around. You know, whatever they are, they are, they are, they are different and you must learn to know, to value things according to what they are. When a person, if a pastor comes and he preaches and he does well, it's because the host is welcoming him. When we don't want you to preach, when you have been invited, as they sit in the front row, they will intimidate and block the message. Mentally, mentally and spiritually, they will block the message and you cannot receive. A lot of visiting partners enjoy preaching in lighthouse churches because we just welcome them. We don't say anything bad about them when they've gone. We don't make funny comments about them, laugh at them or say things or comment about the preaching. I don't, I don't want that. Don't do that, it's wrong. Never smile with someone. When a person goes, then you start saying things. Don't want the person, just don't let him come, but don't let him comments after that you say things, it's wrong. Are you there? Are you listening at the back? Why are the Kenyans are you here? Wave. Let me see if you are from Kenya. No, no, no, no. You people are occupying the back. It's parcel Obi. It's wrong. This is a Kenyan camp. You cannot have Kenyans taking the back seat. I cannot see. I don't know any any Kenyans. How can I know you after I've been here since morning? I don't know you. These people, I know all of them. When I see them, I know them. Are you? Are there any Kenyans here? Even the front? You've gone to the back of the front. They should come. Kenyan's here. No, all here is reserved. If you are not Kenyan, you cannot sit here. I'm clearing all of you from if you are not here. Where come that we've come to see you now you have gone to the back type of. Tries to move you hit the corn and when the enemy tries to confuse you, you've got to build a holy world for the good Lord is watching to see if we are listening to his word. And there is no one more disappointed if we act like if we haven't heard. You've got to meet the old brother, you've got to hit the call system. Everybody wanted God to hit the call world. You've got to hit the call brother. You've got to hit the call system. Everybody wanted God to hit the call. And if they this the only reason to hit the coal, we must follow right down to the letter, because we have no other reason at all for the someone watching over every good day and there is someone watching ghostly. We're good. Everything to say. You've got to hear the call, brother. You've got to hear the call, sister. Everybody want it all in the car. Oh yeah, you've got to hear the call, brother. Oh, you've got to hear the call, sister. Everybody want it all to heat the car, and DB asks you to sell your riches and give your wealth to the poor. We must know he has something better than you and I know what sails. You've got to hear the call, brother. You've got to hear the call, sister, everybody wanted on hit the corn over or you've got to hit the corn, Brother, you've got to hit the closest guy. Everybody wanted on hit the. Corn. Oh yeah. You've got to hit the corn, brother. Are you going to heat the call? All right, All right, Now, what was I talking about? Yeah, huh. Yeah. Visiting minister, you are now honoring the visiting speaker. You don't know where your food comes from. A visiting minister is somebody we've laid a red carpet for him to work on. He hasn't done anything in that country. We just laid the red carpet and he walked on it and we honored him and made him great. We told and made banners, but when you, the pastor are coming, we don't make banners. When I started to have conventions in my church, I just announced so we are going to have a miracle service. People didn't come. We had a miracle service and I realized no. Then God showed me, said what you do for the visiting is that do it for yourself. So I made banners, announcement, miracle wave, convention, this and that, that, that, that. Hey. And the people came and said, aha. So I laid the red carpet for myself because I've not been laid red carpet for myself. I laid for others. Oh, you don't understand what I'm saying. Yeah. So you, you you need to know where your bread is. Battered butter my bread, sugar my cocoa only, wonders Jesus they do so so wonders Jesus. They do so, so wonders Jesus, they do butter my bread, sugar my tea. Cocoa or tea. So so wonders Jesus, they do sugar my wooji. What is wooji? Porridge sugar, my wooji. So so wonders Jesus. They do so, so wonders Jesus, they do butter my bread, sugar my wooji. So, so wonders Jesus, did you have to know who battered your bread and who sugar your wooji? Amen. Are you listening? That is how it is like when somebody is going to die and he has been with people for a long time, and then in his will, somebody who just came about a year ago, he gives everything to the person and the people that have been faithful justly. That's something like that happened with Katherine Kuhlman when she died. There's some new person who had just come about a year. She gave everything to that person and the people that have been with her for years, she just gave them some. So people really suspected that person who came yeah, she was so rich and I told you got wealth and riches are in the House of somebody that fears the law and she was dying. I mean, she had bought a jet all kinds didn't have know what to do with her man, when she dies so many people's riches diamond people just said just give her everything. Said I would have spent all on doctors, but I came to America. I was healed. Take all my houses, my inheritance. They just they just giving everything to her. So she also just gave it to this new person. You see, that's how it is. And nobody knows exactly what happened was the whole question when you read the biography how that whole thing happened. But I see those questions come up when you as a congregation, somebody is with you, laboring, laughing you. Then you see that you take all your blessings in here. Take that's what happened and you realize that it affected in the past. But you see, as you are shepherding people, you must expect they will remember when I was the pastor of the Kodesh, what was my birthday, The members and so on Remember Me to give me birthday gifts and cards and so on. When I left, I became an evangelist. I remember one day I was in my I was no more there. Five people in that whole church gave me a birthday card on my birthday, 5 people I marveled. So it's a marvelous thing. They don't even know that everything that goes on there, I am in it wide, wide meetings. We are going and if you see something separately, you see that. I mean, they don't know because I'm at the back. It's wonderful. People are people are not grateful and they don't even know. But you have to just work. You're working for God. Yeah. Are you there? You've gone home. It's wonderful. Shepherding is a high-ranking job because it involves people who will betray you. Psalm 41 and verse 9, it says my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, who at did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me. It's not everybody we eat with, isn't it? Now I said that somebody that I ate with has betrayed me, has turned against me. This is also one of the reasons why it is a high-ranking job you are leading to. This one is ungrateful. You know, one time I went to see the president of our country, and as I was seeing the different people that I was meeting, as I was getting nearer to the corridor of power, I was looking at all these people and I said, no, I wouldn't like to be here because you don't know which of these has planned to assassinate you. Like happened to Kabila. Is that what happened to Kabila inside the palace? They just shot him. You can't tell. So I think being a president or leader of the country is even more difficult because of, you know, that the people, everybody is there for a reason. That is why most of these heads of state bring their own relatives and fill the places with people who who they are close to, they know or who depend on them and who have a lot to lose if the president also goes. Yeah, So they they are surrounded by all these people because it's not easy to you know, to be there as you are sleepy. You don't know when you are eating, you don't know. That is why all these tyrants like Stalin, Hitler, they executed people regularly. When Hitler, they made an attempt on his life, he was having a meeting and somebody left a briefcase under with a bomb. It exploded, but the the table actually saved his life. And when he exploded, the person knew that the bomb would go off and the bomb went off and he took a plane and flew. He was shocked to find when he was landing in Berlin that the bomb had gone on. But Hitler did not die. Three or two people died, but he didn't die. When he arrived at the airport, they met him. But Hitler did not only kill that man, he killed 5000 people. Hang up, you see. Have you seen meat hooks? When they hung cows and they hung them on those and they, they hung them in front of their relatives. They filmed them fathers madness. They hung them. They hung them on piano strings. Yeah. Stalin killed 20 million of his own people. He look at their party, say that all the party people are. He just look at the feel that they are turning against him. He'll kill all of them. Whenever they were having a conference, they when they clap, when he makes a speed, they clap. You cannot stop clapping because he'll be looking to see that person who first stopped clapping. That guy's, that guy's, that guy's this lawyer. That guy's this lawyer. I watched, I watched a video. I saw the clapping. They couldn't stop light up. They couldn't. So in the end, when he gave a speech, they had to have a bell ringer to ring the bell to know when to stop them. Nobody just stand like that to see them. I've seen it with my eyes. Hey. And they know that people are trying to kill them. They know, they know, they know. It's not easy. You know, it's not easy to lead people and know these people if they get you, they will kill you. But that's how it is in the church too. That's why I say high-ranking job because a job that you know you are leading people who will not remember people who would turn against you. A lot of people have turned against me in the ministry since I started. I don't like meeting these people and I don't like, but I'm ready to fight. I'm ready to fight you. If you turn against me to fight, I promise you a good fight. I'll fight you. I have two sides. There's another side. If you provoke it. You see something that you'd be surprised that it's me? Yeah. I'll fight you to the end. And I'll turn armies against you. I'll turn minds against you. I'll isolate you, I'll deal with you, I'll fight because I'm a shepherd, you see, when you see singing, the Lord is my shepherd and so on. It's nice. But that person who was saying the Lord is but is the one who can kill a lion when he sees a lion coming, there's something him that can kill the lion, and there's something him that can kill a bear. Yeah, you kill a bear with his, I don't know whether he use his bare hands or but he killed a bear. You, we are here. Find one and see. And those of you staying at where the resident leopard is, see whether you come out in the evening and see. We want to discuss something with that leopard. It's smaller than leopards run away from lions when the lion, when the leopards run off, because in the Bush they go by size and the leopard is much smaller than the lion. Much, much smaller lion would just finish off a leopard in two seconds. Yeah, a leopard is a fearful animal, but it is no way near the size and the rank. The Bible calls that the king, the lion, which retreats from no one. It does not retreat. He's coming. That doesn't retreat. You see buffaloes coming to Norwich, the buffaloes will turn around. All the buffaloes will turn around and around. And David killed a lion because he was coming for one of his sheep. I mean, some of you are so chale. Ito please me. I like my life. I like my skin. At least have one or two. A Good Shepherd is ready for a good fight. How many shepherds are ready for a good fight? It's some good fight. Somebody who slime you, say bad things about you, Then you also rise up. You sort them out, teach on loyalty, explain the points, fight the thing, lift up your fingers and declare certain declarations. The same you you think I'm. I'm a very nice person. You know, a lot of people like me, a lot of people like me. So I do think a lot of people are following me. Yeah. If I was just, I mean, some nasty. Well, every time you come, I have a sword. Get people coming from all the world following me and I'm leading them when I say this, they do. I'm a nice guy. You don't think of me as ever, but but, but if we want to change it over, we want to turn, then we also have that side. We have the two sides and we'll fight. What is it? Just one member? I tell. Just only one. And rebels and Orangus, They are some of the most wicked people. Recently we had some rebels in one of our church. We had our church stable in that country. And the guys came, they said we are doing this in Ghana. We are this, this the all lies, lies, lies. They are peddlers of lies and accusations. When they finished, they let the simple minded people. We had a church, they actually took the whole brand. In fact, Bishop Saki, when they said just take the church, he told the church this, no, there's no more lighthouse here. They said OK, we are here. We took the pass. Well, now I was just told. Now the pastor who has now LED these people, leading them astray, has now decided to leave that the country and move to another country. So it's just like the group separately. You have poisoned their mind. They cannot come to church. You have led the because you don't know how it is to lead the church. You say you want a percentage of the income. You don't know what now where leave the people and see pay for the hall, pay for this, pay for that and take the full percentage. Now you are running away. You have left the people. You've poisoned the minds of so many people now and you see the wives and the heart breaking up marriages. The wives are saying what are you doing? What has the child down to? We have been in that country for 18 years. We have had a church there and you have this kind of people come, I said these people you have to, you have to. You have what you call Mack and Avon. You say you mentioned their name. These people, this place, all these parts that they are Zurich, Zurich guys, pastors, illiterates that we made pastors, illiterates, total illiterates that we made pastors. These are the people, the 10 rounds post that time everybody's confused. And you see now the people shepherd less. Now you are leaving them. Oh, yeah, One day I was in my study and then a certain guy's name came to my mind and I lifted. I said, Lord, I removed this person from my spirit and from my environment and from any aspect of me, any cup wheel. I just give him back to you. He should just be wherever he is. Yeah, people. The person that you have cared for, you'll be surprised. I don't want to tell you what happened after that. I don't know. Hey, why? I struck it. Are you there? Oh, there are no more here. We must be ready for a good fight. Kenya, as we are here, we are here to fight. Our church is a fighting church. Tanzania, are you here? We are here to fight. You know, it's not a game. If you think, if you think people are joking. The devil is joking. He's not joking. He's here to spoil the church, to blacken your image. There is nothing I've not been accused of before since I became a pastor. I'll give you a free range. You know what you got? Free range, Chickens, chicken free range. It means it goes around freely. But normally they put all to stay in one room like this. Eat, drink, eat, drink, eat, drink, eat, drink. That's the way you eat the chicken. You see that there's something wrong with it. All these Nandos and all these Galitos and there's something wrong with it. But it's not normal. Something that should have taken three months in in 12 weeks. It is. It is fat. 8 weeks. I baked. Why no feathers? Chicken without feathers. But we talk about free reign. Chicken that freely good anything that you can imagine. I've been accused of one before there, Including being the devil. I've been accused of being Satan before. Yeah, no problem. Let's fight. One guy said to me say I will drive you out of this town. You can't stay in in a cry again. So let's let's see who can stay here. It's a high level job. It's not a job at me, but a messenger, no, or it's a mean whatever security guard, it's a shepherd. It's a high level. You deal with all kinds of things. Yeah. How many are ready for such a higher ranking? Aren't you tired of those low, substandard jobs you've been doing, second rate jobs you have been doing? I'm just trying to give you something. Mediocre. Mediocre activities. Yeah, fight all Rangoose, people said. Yeah, he said he's making clones. When I was starting branches, somebody said I'm making clones. What is a clone? What do you mean? What? What do you mean by the other day I went to America and I was preaching that one of my Czech members told me, oh, there was this member who said he's leaving, he's leaving, that he and his wife are leaving the church. They are going to another church. They said they go around, they only help people to start churches. They are calling us to help when they see a pastor who is starting to check their colleagues to go there and then help when it has started there. So they are Apostolic helpers. I said wow, this is a powerful thing as they were living instead of just going saying bye bye. A lot of people like to learn their saying bye bye. They just tell I'll just give you someone. We we and then they come back. He said, oh, lighthouse it is for young and impressionable people and easily impressionable, young and easily impressionable, young and easy. These are two very good qualities. But when it's said in that way, you see it's a sarcastic, derogatory comment. Young is a very good thing. Try being a pastor of old people. You see fire and pepper, you pretty. Don't look at you like that. We have seen your time before. Try raising funds, and we have given a lot of money in the past. They are not easily impressed. But if you want to be a good Christian, you must be easily impressed. Yeah, you must be easily impressed. I mean, the Word of God is there. We preach and preach. You are not impressed. Why? What is wrong with you? We preach and preach powerful messages, illustrations showing you anointing. You are not impressed. What again do you want? You are joking. Judas was not impressed after Jesus raised Lazarus of the dead, after four days he was not impressed. He went to betray him for 30 shillings, 30,000 shillings. Is there a lot of money? How much is 30,000 shillings $100? You are selling your saviour. Somebody has raised someone from the debt has not impressed you. Somebody has written a book, you are not impressed. Have you written a letter before? Try writing a letter. Yes, yes. And so I know and see where it will get to. I'm showing you about Jews, how wealthy they are. You are not impressed, are you Satan? Joking, they say. Well, cup in your eyes. Oh, you see, they want to say some funny things. Make a comment, anything you can imagine. It has been said before. It's it's marvelous, but we have to be ready. One day I saw one of my lady pastors. She was saying, Bishop, I don't like these things at all as a you don't like these things, this is how it is. You want to be here. I don't like it when somebody says something bad about I don't like it at all. I don't like it at all. I can't stand it. They can't stand it. It's a high-ranking job. If you are sitting in an office as secretary somewhere, nobody will say anything bad about you. They'll say something bad about the boss. But now you are being made a boss. Except it's a boss, It's an executive, it's a director, it's an executive, it's an administrator. It's not a second substandard job anymore. It says above, hey, why do you think that good is a crown of glory? The glorious crown is waiting for shepherds. The shepherds who have withstood disloyalty have called all these scriptures. They will apply to you before you die. You read Psalm 41 and say, Hey, my own familiar friend. Until your familiar friend has turned against you, you have not understood the Bible. I'm talking about people that eat with you, people that have been your friend. They have not turned against you before. You are not yet in the ministry. Come, come, come small. That's why I can't have my deep conversation with you. If I start talking with you, think I'm backsliding. But when you have been beaten once or twice or three times, you see that we'll become closer. I'll be closer to you. But there's something you don't know. I told Pastor Obi when he was in London, he was Obi every. You'll be following me. Coming, coming. I told you, look, when you go to Kenya, I'll be closer to you. When you go as a missionary, I'll be closer to than inland, although I go to land them more than I come to Kenya. And even I'd really speak to him. I know that he's always around somewhere, talking to somebody around me. Yeah. I can always feel him maneuvering. It's true because after you go through certain things, you'll become closer. So I'm encouraging you. It's not a small job. I'm giving you 7 reasons why shepherding is not a small thing. It's not a small thing. I welcoming you Kenyans to be shepherds of your own people. Hey, I'm just elevating you. It's not a small thing. I'm now seeing the Kenyans #3 Shepherding is a high-ranking job because it involves directing people who are wicked. You always deal with wicked people. Amen. You always marvel this guy #4 shepherding is a high-ranking job because it involves working with people who can abandon you suddenly. Especially when they say, can I see you after church, please? Can I, can I see you? I need to have, I want to have a meeting with you on Sunday. What is it? Oh, I'll come, can I come to the house One day? I met one of my pastors. I said, are you in the church? He said, oh, that's a good question. I've never seen him again since then. Never seen him. He said, that's a good question. I have not seen him again and I've never seen him again. He even bye, bye. I've not. He has not said bye bye to me. Yeah, people will abandon you. Suddenly you see that They are they are going, but they don't even say bye, bye. I've been with them. I met one of my pastors and when he saw me, in fact, I saw one of my pastors, I said I was, where is this guy? And one day somebody showed me Daily Graphic. Do you know Daily Graphic? It's a newspaper and he showed me the picture. Sir, look at he was with a chief in the picture. How did he come? I've lost him for a long time. I don't know where he is. He didn't say he's going somewhere. He didn't say bye bye. He didn't say anything. No, Sir. He showed me the picture. He joined some TV, has wrapped a cloth around and he went with a lot of people. He said this is this guy. After that picture, I didn't see him again for a long time. Then one day I put on the television and I saw. I said he was not a talk show host. He's the host. He's the host of the show. So at Christmas time, I called. I said take this present and go and give it to this guy. You'll find him at the television station. Bye, bye. Like never absent today. No, I'm going somewhere. I'm living this. That's how people are over and over and over. You just marvel. This is how, this is what they're working for. But as you go, you think that there are stories till you see one and you say, hey man, is that what you're doing? So try not to follow all these bad examples. Decide I will not be. Anytime you see a bad scripture has been fulfilled, you are the subject. Remember that next time we are preaching, we will use you as the example. May you never be a proverb in the church, in Lighthouse, because if you perform, we will use you as a proverb, a good example of a bad example. Demas, having loved this world, have forsaken me. It happened to Paul, It will happen to our #5 Shepherding is a high-ranking job because it involves leading people who are equalizers. Disrespectful. Now in Numbers chapter 12 verse one, Bible says Miriam and Aaron speak against Moses and they said, has the Lord indeed spoken only by Moses? Has he not also spoken by us? Are we not also men of God? I'm having a camp. What you do? Am I not also having a camp? You have a camp, I have a camp. You preach on Sunday, I preach on Sunday. You have a miracle, I have miracles. There are many things that can make us see ourselves as equal in the ministry and people love to be. That's why many churches that pastor is associated as his wife and that's the end of the pastors they are too. You will never be a pastor. You see what I'm doing for you. You don't know I'm making you a pastor, making branches. I'll tell the people, go there, you don't have to come here, go there. You don't have to come here, go there, break up the church. We let people go. You go, go. He's a pastor. He's a man of God. Listen to what he's saying, you see. And you rather have to rise up and say we are not the same. Even though he says we should come and you are listening to, it's not the same thing. We are not of the same rank. Even in medicine, doctors are not the same. You have doctors and we have doctors. And when we were in school, we were taught the first thing. When you come out of school, we take an oath and the first statement is I shall respect my teachers. And in medicine we have, we have ranks. We have there are doctors, there are things we will never. You cannot touch it. You may be called doctor, but I don't know him. You cannot do it. If you try it, you will kill the person. So we have, we have different, different, different, whatever. But they'll say doctor, listen, doctor, this everybody. You think you are not the same. Are you there? So, brothers and sisters, what I'm sharing with you, I'm telling you that being a shepherd is not a small thing because everybody wants to just be the same. You are the same. You say this as a whole. Yeah, there's AI have this guy. You also have this guy. I have this house. You have this. We are. We are always. We are not the same. That is why you'll find that in miniature. The pastor will wear golden things. I mean, when you see his shiny. And then when they are walking, it's like they're swimming. They have. They work like they are published. And there must always be some gap between the side of your stomach. And if you don't know how to do, you can practice it. It's like this. Yeah. No, no, that's too wide. That's too wide. Yeah. And then you slowly. Yeah. That's why pastors wear alligator shoes, so that where your shoe come and my shoe are together. I know that we are not the same. That's why pastors wear leopard, leopard skin shoe, crocodile shoes. I went to attend. The pastor has every animal shoe. Every animal this Sunday is a leopard, tomorrow's alligator. The next day, crocodile, the next day different animal, ostrich. Oh, what are you talking about? And, and that's why pastors have rings to differentiate and crosses and ropes. And that's why sometimes that's it. And you see something we need to. That's why sometimes we wear the gowns. That's why when LE passes, we also give you some of our color. Even though you are actually a banker, even though you are actually a banker, we give you some of our we are sharing our privilege and our special thing that our honor that we shouldn't share with any volunteer. We are giving you to use as if we are all the same such a privilege. We just share it with you. So when people come to us, we just say we are all pastors. So pastor this pastor this pastor this pastor this pastor this pastor this Oh yeah, That's why sometimes we we we have certain things Bishop and all the when I when I wanted, I made I'd be tired to become a Bishop. It is because of some of these things. Sometimes we have pastors hundred 100 and so on. I said there's a difference. So sometimes you this Bible says there's an error that proceeded from the ruler when the ruler doesn't sit on the horse like he's walking and then the people, the children are sitting on the horse riding and he's and the people don't say I should not be on the horse. You should not ride on that horse When you see that the ruler is also walking. You said that we then we shall all please be walking. So I decided to be to become a Bishop because a Bishop is an overseer of a number of churches. Yeah. So Pastor, this is Pastor Doug there. Or Pastor Ben. Pastor Doug. Pastor Ben or Pastor Alex. Pastor Jacob, Pastor Kinsley or Pastor Lena. Any of the pastors, any of them, they're all the same. It's any of the pastor there. Pastor Doug, Pastor Bluefield, Pastor Richard, Pastor, any pastor. I just need to talk to your pastor. That's how people talk, that's all. Yeah. We are all here. Any of us can solve your problem. What's the problem? Is it not a pastor? We are all pastors. We, we, we all pastor the church together. We all pastor the church together. Meanwhile, you are a banker. Meanwhile you are a banker. The true, your true job is that you are a banker or a taxi driver. You're an accountant. 9:00 to 5:00 every day. And you say, well, we are all pastors. We are all pastors in the church. Is there anything we can do for you? Any of us can solve your problem, Any of us. I'm pastor this, pastor this. And that's Pastor Doug. Pastor Doug, pastor this, pastor. Hey, you see how people are equalizers? Yeah. If you don't, sometimes when you don't sit up and say, hey, I am this, you will be surprised. They will walk all over you. I thank God for Bishop's life since he has chosen where to stay. So that is the sign that is really God, Man of God because of the old car that he uses. I really know that he's, most of my staff cars are newer than my, my child, my car. My child was in primary school like this. I used to pick him with that car, the same car when he was smaller. He's now in university, going to Ted here. Oh, yeah. But me, I don't you see those things for me, where I come from and my background. I will not. You can never know me by my car, My background. I don't use car to define who I am. No, no, no. Or shoe. This is my shoe is working. There's no check if there's an ostrich somewhere. Have you seen a new ostrich in it? No. What about Leopard? No, I'm joking. Our people want you to be the. That's why. Pastors wear watches. One day I went to dinner with a setting pastor. There were three of us. There's the man of God and I was here and then my friend was with me. When we close and we're going, my friend asked me, did you see the watch? I said Charlie, I saw that guy said 1 diamond for one minute. You see the diamond? Diamond, diamond, diamond. Diamond. Diamond, Diamond. Diamond Rolex, Yeah. Every second is valuable like that. Every second is valuable. But you see, if you are a young pastor, people are not respected, then you need all these things. Get your rings, learn how to paddle. Get some shiny starch. People are somewhere and if you need to maneuver so that they don't take you so then do it. Oh yeah, do it so. Actually, sometimes they see your. Small body like that she goes. As you grow you get fatter. But some people respect you by the size sometimes when you are small. They look, I say. You say you are who? You know, I have a small pasta in Accra. She's a lady, you know, she's so small. Monday I was I sent her with a youth, you know so. When you see all that. They were children. Even my daughter and others were. When you see all of them, you think she's one of them. You know what? She's a lawyer. Small like that small. You see her? Going jumping she's a loyal the people this is with are teenagers, but I see people look at the body you say you are who so when you see that your body is small paddling shiny starch for Kodasking. Rings. This way you can buy some, you get some $10, you get shine. The big, the cheapest ones are the most shiny ones, $10. Florida, Gaza. There's the Bishop. You see that? It's a ring of the anointing, he said. What do they call that stone? What is that stone? The Urim and the Tumim. Look, I see if you need it, you better use it. Realize that when you eat, you don't grow fat. You need all these. No, some people don't grow fat. Yeah, wives. Are feeding them feeding them feeding them because they have a fish hook stomach. If somebody comes to you and tells you you. Remind me of my father. That you think that is good. So my father. Was my father was full of himself. It's not nice. All of my pastors was. Preaching in there, but the. Congregation members stood as a pastor there's no offenses there are no scriptures in your preaching There are no scriptures in your preaching Why? But did the pre scriptures go inside the preaching? Then he sat down. Oh, the pastor wanted to we we on himself, but there are no. Verses in the preaching. That's how people are. They want to. Bring you down? Nothing. Yeah. So don't. Try to bring your pastor Obi. Down if you see him moving around with you like that, let him let their son say please, please. I respect you even if he can't wait so. Sometimes we as leaders. The Bible say we should not load it, so our duty is to just calm down as you come. You should know that this person said that you shouldn't be here. I'm not worthy to be here. That's to be on my another side. Yes, it's good you are doing that. A lot of passes are too proud. But it's good that you are humble Marv like a lizard. Finally #6 Shepherd in is a high-ranking job because it involves leading people who are disobedient. Oh. Most people don't obey the word Amen. Hallelujah. You know that passes what we preach. Most people don't follow it. Most people don't obey. It's not easy to teach somebody you know nobody's following. You are teaching them. I know they won't do it. A lot of things I say, I know people won't do it and I will not lie to you. When I was a young pastor, I thought. Once I explain it to them, they will do it. Especially marriage counseling. I always spleen. That's how the Model Marriage book came. And it's good that we write those things at the. Time we have zeal. Because by the time I was about to publish that book, I have stopped talking. All those things I don't say to anybody. Anymore duties of a wild? We tell them duties. They won't mind us. It's true, OK. These are your duties. This is this. Do this well, this will be there. Show them sexometer. It's not practical, your mouth like a lizard. Who is the lizard in this said. There seem to be a lizard somewhere. You tell them they're not doing so. But we still have to preach. So we keep preaching. But you have to go in your mind to know that the people they love you and they like you to talk, keep talking, although they are not doing, but just be talking to them. That's why the passes of. Biggest churches? Preach hope messages. They just keep saying positive things to the people. They don't address their actual disobedience. The passers of the light. They are just nice. People always so you have to have a good attitude. God is going to. Do it again. Do something good to someone. God will do something good to you. It's a blessing. Your turn is coming next time. It may be his turn, but it's going to be your turn next time. Rebellious people, oh, they're all listening. They'll never obey you. So he's just giving hope. So the people keep coming because the disobedient, they love to be encouraged. So the church gets bigger and bigger and bigger. I feel like come and start saying oh Rangus you, you are this this and. That and that this was about. Take up your cross. Do this and that. We are going to the next church. The pastor there is sweeter pastors huge churches huge churches pastor is speaking words of hope. If you want to be a pastor of a big church, you don't have to bother with the disobedience of the people. But Ministering Hope pastors who have huge churches, you go and listen if. You don't want to go inside the chair, stand outside. And just listen, if you hear Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen to say you are going. You are the next star in Nairobi. Next time God is looking for somebody. To promote, he will come and find you. God is doing a new thing. In the land and is going to start in your house. A new beginning has. Begun. And I see it happening practically in your life. Nobody will outshine you from now, I said. No one will outshine you from now. This is the day. That the Lord has made. Your enemies are going to wither and they will disappear right before your eyes. You will see that they have varied. The things that you couldn't do. Before, before you came to this camp. After this camp, it will be easy for you. You see, I'm giving you hope now. Pastor. We love you, Pastor. We will continue to attend your church. Yeah, that's I'm giving hope. I'm giving hope and it works. Hope works. Hope keeps a man alive. If you want your church to grow, try not. To look. Look at them through love. Eyes don't look with magnifying glasses. Love eyes don't see some things. And when you look at the people with love eyes, they will just keep growing and growing and growing and growing. Yeah, sure. But as you've come here, I'm not here to give you hope. I'm here to train you and to stiffen you and to stabilize your mind and to prevent demonic thoughts from establishing a stronghold in your head. I'm fighting ungratefulness, wickedness, forgetfulness. I'm rejecting it in Jesus name. But you shall still be the next time. Your star is shining. I say your star is shining in Jesus name, are you there? OK #7 Shepherding is a. High-ranking job. Because it involves communicating with people who do not understand and who do not respond. Messi, many of the things. I'm saying you don't understand. Although you think you understand, at a point you see that you didn't understand it. Amen. Are you there All right? Stand to your feet, love eyes. Are you ready to stand? Shake your neighbor. Say neighbor, I'm at a shepherd's camp. God is looking at me with love eyes. Love eyes. I'm the next person to shine. I'm the very next person to shine. Saddam, I wake up in the morning. And look into a mirror, the same old faces staring back at me. Then I cry, 'cause I don't seem to get any mirror to the person I wish I could be. But then I look into your love eyes. You see me through your love eyes, and beauty is what you see in me, 'cause you wash me with those tears falling from your love eyes. All the people see is the. Part of me that's showing. They figure that's the way I'll always be. Oh, but you look ahead to the day I'm full grown and beauty is all you see in me. And so I look into your love eyes. You see me through your love eyes and beauty is what you see in me, 'cause you wash me with those tears falling from your love eye. I've heard it said that. Love is flying, but I know that just ain't true. But love can leave the past behind. Lord help me to love like you. Look into the mirror. The same old face is staring back at me. Then I cry, 'cause I don't seem to get any mirror to the person I wish I could be. But then I look into your love, love eyes. You see me through your love eyes and beauty is what you see me because you wash me with those tears falling from your love eyes, your love eyes, your love eyes.
