06.The Anointing (Q and A Continued)

Welcome to track and Mistake. Of God requireth that which is part sit down, sit down. How many are enjoying the anointing? Yeah, it's powerful. What other question do you have about the anointing is that the whole camp is about Q&A? Yeah. So I started listening to it. I listened, I listened, I listened. Then I started preaching. Then when I preached, I said that people came to the balcony to give their lives to Christ. Like it had another impact. So it makes me feel like when I use certain words in the message, it has more impact. I want to find out whether it is the anointed words or statements or stories that I'm using that makes the impact or I have got an anointing. He wants to know whether he's caught the anointing. Well, you know, what you are describing is exactly what happened to me when I first listened to Kenneth Hagin. You see, when I first listened to Kenneth Hagin, I was in Achimoto school and I was in I think from 5 around from 5, which was 19/8/1980 198081 And I noticed, I also noticed that when I listened to Kenneth Higgins tape and I and I preach what he preaches, he preached like if he, if the message was how to turn your faith loose, then when I went to the assembly hall to preach, I would say today I'm preaching about how to turn your faith loose. And I would preach virtually the, that message because can I hear this message? You can have what you say. Oh, I mean, it was the first time that I noticed people reacting or responding to the message. Just as you are describing that like people started coming. I said they were not coming to the balcony. No, give him a microphone. I said they were not coming to the balcony. No like nothing is happening. I just. Trying to preach. And I, I tried to encourage myself, but when I started preaching the messages and I say certain statements. So it's like the atmosphere is changing and people start responding. Yeah, Shay, you are describing exactly what I noticed in Achimata school. So like about 6 forms. Then I experienced what the story that I keep on telling. I experienced that in 1988, about 8 years later where it was like as if I have received an anointing and like I heard a voice saying from today you can teach. But I noticed it. I noticed it. I mean it was so clever. I say you can have what you say. I always remember it's like the best. I was like, I was a great person. The response was like I was coming with something. So that that is what made me like listening to him too. So I like listening to when I, I saw like when I was going to zoom, you know, to go for my one month rotation. I mean, I just do that. If I have him preaching, you know, I may get something new or I, I something. It's just, it's just, it was just what I was used to. It was just nice for me, so. And to my surprise, what happened? But even then, I didn't know what had happened to me. Yeah. You, you can. The wind, you cannot see. Like there's wind here, but you cannot see. But you can feel it, you know? So you are, you are. You are, you are. You are seeing something. You see. So it's like a sign to you. You know, I don't know what it is, the question that you are asking. Maybe it is. It is the first science of the anointing. Yeah, but that is it. And you see, it's like the anointing makes you say certain things in a certain way and do things in a way, think in a certain way, use certain words, talk in a certain way. That's what I think. So when I started writing books, you know, there were some people who were helping me to edit. When I write it, they say, oh, I shouldn't say like that. I said initially I would listen to what they say, and then I said I said, no, you know what? When you are writing a book, you write it in that way. But this way, the the way I say it is what God has given me. Yeah. So don't change what I'm saying, you know, say what I'm saying in the way that I'm saying it. It's like it it seems that the anointing is wisdom, knowledge. It's like a certain direction of what to say, what to think and how to say it. Yeah. So as you start to go into those lines, you start to operate in that it's supposed like you're operating in a big anointing, whether you have it or not, you under it. Because if that big anointing would say it this way. Oh, it's only that I haven't seen Jesus. Otherwise, can I take in stories that all of them just. And I love it. I see. And it's like I like it. I see why you notice such things. You start because it's a door, because you see preaching. It's the exact words that you speak. You think about what Jesus said. I mean these words, we quote them exactly. He said, Whosoever shall say unto you, and verily, verily I say unto you, whatsoever, I mean exactly powerful words, lay not up for yourself precious or help, blah, blah, blah. Be wild statements and words and we caught them. And when you caught them, it's powerful. That is the revelation that Billy Graham had on a golf course. You know how Billy Graham was called one day? He was praying, you know, and he went to a golf course in the evening around 5:00 and the golf course was empty. And he laid down on the green and prayed, you know, and he said that God revealed to you, that was where he became settled, that the Bible is the word of God and that if he repeats the words of God, the power of the words of God will be powerful. So if you Billy Graham preaches, he quotes, I mean he reads the Scriptures to the people because he believed that since his words, if he can just repeat the words of God to if there will be power in it. That's where he got on the golf course, lying down on his face, Billy Graham and he became one of the greatest ever evangelists. And he just repeats. So when I started evangelism, I I, I copied Billy Graham. Oh yeah. And I would I would just read. I used to read my sermons, my first crusades. I had a big book. Yeah. And I will read scriptures and living when now when I'm preaching, I have those same books now, because now we have. I read sometimes I read scriptures because I always remember what the Liberian said. If you can repeat the words of God, Yeah. Then it's like the effect and the power of the words of God will have the power on the people. Yeah. So, Charlie, so I think that if you listen to preaching, you notice when I say it like this, like how I'm hearing, when I say it like I have this effect, you will notice. Yeah. So you see, when you are young, you will not feel shy. Yeah. I didn't feel shy at 6th point. How old was I? I must have been about 17 or 16 years old. I said, can I take that speech you can have? And I came and I said you can have what you say. They were all looking at me and say, hey, when I started to, I said, you can have what you said this and that. I said, wow, I was like dynamite, I tell you. I mean, that was a first encounter. Like there's some extra power somewhere, something more nice. And so many people comment after us. Oh, Charlie, he's just fair. Then, you know, people start to come. Then you start to notice this small, small effect. So I've never had ISI somebody who can't say I read your book, I read your book, I want to do this. I've never seen it before. They said that I noticed all those are the effects of the anointing. Do you know that some people use my books as their work? They have no other. They they as if they wrote the book. They they go around the people. You just teach it to us. Yeah. I mean, Can you imagine? Somebody has missed not the author, but artists are using. That's the only work they do. There must be some kind of power at work. So brother, you are experiencing something. May you experience all of it. It it is those who go deep down, they are the ones who get what they go. The rest of us get the red sand. Any more questions? Yes, somebody way at the back there. I was listening to, if my memory serves me right, I was listening to last year's ISI and you shared a vision you had. You said in the vision you were, you said you were going for a crusade. What's what's your question? My question is, you shared a vision and a vision was. What is your question? OK. My question goes this way. There is a particular anointing you received during that time and you said it was after that time that you had unusual miracles during your crusades. So I wanted to ask. If. There were some procedures you followed because if you read Catch the Anointing, you tell us that you received the anointing by listening to Papa Hagen when he was preaching at midnight. So I want to know if you also followed certain steps in receiving that, because in the vision you were saying that, yeah. I understand. I understand what you're saying. Sit down. I'm asking this because sometimes I can, I can do visitation and everything, but the people will not come by. Some of the days. You realize that today I'm not doing anything. I'll just do another two things and you realize that that is the day that the people have really come. Then it's like you want so hard work and annoying thing. Is it the? Same thing or the difference or the 2 can be say you can say that. Oh no, I wanted to find out that how how doing doing putting yourself into ring this a because I cannot say this all right. OK, OK. Maybe an anointing specific anointing on a man of God's life? Or you just pray for the anointing in general and God gives you maybe what he has desires for you or something of the sort. And Daddy, and thank you, my name is Abigail from Caliber. And please, I want to find out if something in particular has to happen for you to know that you are anointed. Let me frame it again. You said that in 1988 you heard a voice tell you that from henceforth you can teach. And something like that happened to Jesus. We saw the dove descend on him, and then there was a voice maybe. I. Yes. So. Something characteristic happened to Jesus and me, so that after that so many things happened that showed that he was anointed. So that happened in everybody's life, that something will happen that shows that from henceforth you can. Yeah. Well, I think that that is a good question, like you'll be asking yourself, so am I going to experience what this person experienced? Do you remember when Elijah went to heal Neyman, the Syrian Neyman came out and he said, well, bath in the river and he said, what? I've already had my bath, Do you understand? How can I go and bath in public? But this was the key to him being healed. Now what is a mistake is that you can be fixated on a way that you expect to become anointed for something. And because of that fixation 0, like, 'cause if I want to give a testimony, what testimony can I give? I wish I could say, look, Jesus appeared to me. Look, if, if, if you listen to Kenneth Higgins visions, I mean you, you, you, you, you would say, look, this is power. Not, not, not what I'm saying. He said this is power. I mean, when he stands with the Lord, and the Lord told him if you do this and this, a stronger anointing is going to come on your life from today. And then he said that anointing is going to come on your life and abide. Hey. And he said that from that time, anybody who he touched falling falls down. If he touches you and you fall down. Yeah. And one day he was kneeling down in a tent. He said it rained so much that the water came under the tent and he called the people to come round the stage and then they all knelt down and prayed. As soon as he knelt down, he was praying or he had a voice. Come up, come up. The security guy is shouting. He had a busy shout. Come up. The security guy, he said somebody should talk to the guy outside. Come up. So why he looked up now? The tent was gone. Here was he was going up and here was Jesus. He was gone. I wish I could tell you this what happened to me instead of telling you that I was listening to a kid and then I heard a voice. But what I'm trying to say is that I cannot. I've been trying to see Jesus for about 30 years now. Do you get what I'm saying? But I cannot be fixated on the way he has dealt with somebody, that he should come out, strike his hand and have this particular thing before I will know that I'm anointed. After all, there are anointing that is all my life. There are so many different things that I'm doing. It's not only teaching. Oh yeah. And how I didn't hear from today. You can, you can heal. Or from today you can write books or from today you can write songs. Huh. Or from today you can plant churches. Hello. In fact, when you read Rick Joyner's book, he met an eagle. You see, in his book he met eagles which which talked. How many would like to meet some talking eagles? And the eagles were prophets because an eagle has a very long vision. They can see very far. So eagles always represented a prophet in his visions. So when he meets, he meets an old eagle and sometimes young eagles, you know. Then the eagle told him. One of the old eagles that he met told him, I was there when you received that gift. He said, which gift? He said, oh, the one you received four years ago, He said, four years ago, say, yeah. And I was there when you were given another gift. Yeah. I was there when you received other gifts. So it's like when I read that, I realized that, look, gifts are being given continuously. Yeah. So you see, as you are here, you, you may you may receive a deposit in your spirit and in your soul or in your in your in your being, you receive the deposit of the gift. And you see the eagles who have eyes can see different moments and times when The thing is put in you and put on you. And you keep climbing and climbing. But you see most of all for the anointing, you have to watch for the effects. Yeah, the effects. If if you are anointed to sing, you will never like singing for entertainment. You'll not like singing where people don't hear what you are saying. Yeah, Andrew Crouch, you know, he says that look, he knows that he's not as he's not a good singer like other people. So if you watch Andrew Crouch, we say a lot of ladies and other people sing. And he said, look, the reason is that they will sing the song better than him. And his aim is to let the words be heard. But he can write that song like let the church say Amen. He doesn't sing that song. Somebody sings it and the the way the guy sings it is and they cannot sing it that way. By the guy brings out the song. You get what I'm saying? Are you there? You are going home. Yeah. So when you are anointed, you you will not like it, just entertain, you know, you want to fulfill your calling and your ministry. Yeah. So don't be fixated on Bishop said he he heard he could think. Do you know, do you know, can I tell you a secret? You know, recent, not so recently, maybe a couple of years ago, I think somebody, I had somebody called me, I was reading a book by Kenneth. He gave gifts unto men. And somewhere in the middle of that particular book, I saw the very statement which I made where Kenneth Hegin said something happened to him and the law said to him, from now you can teach. I was shocked out of my skin when I saw it. I've never seen it before. Yeah. I mean, he heard. He heard a voice or God said to him, from now you can teach. If I have a book on my thing, I can search for it and read it to you. Yeah. So maybe I'm going to see Jesus. In fact, recently I started to find Scriptures as to why I should be seeing Jesus. Yeah. Oh, what a blessing, I said. What a blessing. Yeah. So don't be fixated on, like a way. A way. No, don't, don't, don't. And that is why people miss God. You see, God wound God is a God, a mysterious God. And you see, you know how it is when you expose yourself to voted, they lose respect for you. So God, God, he has really kept himself. You know, he's just giving us travail that we should be exercising it. We cannot find out what he's doing or what is happening. Even when we read Solomon, we don't people, people have insulted Solomon after this book that he wrote. He was depressed, he had backslidden, he wasn't anointed, he was old, he was depressed. That's why he wrote all those things. There is no book nor true than that book. Yeah, that describes and analyzes what is happening in this life, he said. Therefore I hated my life for all the labor that I have undertaken under the sun. But I don't know what I'm working for. Wow. So, dear friends, you know, don't don't have any particular Bishop was listening to a tape. No, because there are more things to do than listening to messages. Yeah, although listening to messages, you see, like he's experienced what Nakoja was saying. When I hear it's like, it's like good news. Yeah. He was Austrian, born in Austria to Austrian parents. He wanted to be an artist. Recently I was in Vienna, in Austria. I went to the school that Hitler went to apply with his artworks and he was rejected. He said your art is not good. You are not a good artist. You can't draw. Yeah, No, Hitler laughed. Hitler, Hitler laughed art. So when he when he conquered Paris and France, one of the places he went to was the French Museum. He, he arrived there the day that they conquered Paris. He went to the French museum and he commented, he said, oh, German art is better than the French art. They left. But the French people, they decided said don't bomb, bomb our city. Just come and take over. We don't want to fight. You get it? He couldn't draw. He couldn't come from Germany. He didn't. He was a dropout in school. He joined the choir. He couldn't succeed. He tried to be a Christian. He didn't work. Yeah, his mother took him to, to, to, to check the way he was in the choir, like Stalin. Then he became a riffraff, sleeping on the street in Austria. Yeah. And then finally, when there was a First World War, he went and added himself to the German, that he's a German and joined the army and he fought and he received a medal for bravery under fire. And after the war, there was no work to do. And he went and joined a political party called the Social Democrats, which had only 10 members, 20 members. And he became a spokesman. And that is where he saw his gift. Yeah. That he could talk. Yeah. That's why he he could talk. Adolf Hitler, his gift was talking. And with that gift, he convinced the whole Germany to follow him. Yeah. My mother doesn't like to hear the sound of his voice because she said my mother was a child during the Second World War. She said they were hearing him on the radio all day. Talking, talking, talking, talking, talking. Wow. So speaking. And he was anointed from hell. Yeah, he was able to lead the whole of Germany, huh? The fight and to and to win a lot before he lost. So talking there is a very powerful thing if you can talk. And he's anointed. He may not be an artist. He may be rejected from the art school. He may not even come from the right country. He may not have any job. It was when he was a Vagabond on the street that he heard people insulting Jews, and he didn't know why he was asking them. And that's when he formed his opinion about Jews. Yeah, he was here. But just the ability to talk. That's why when God the Holy Spirit comes, the first thing is your tongue. Tongue is affected. And that's why when you are anointed to work for God, the first thing is your ability to preach. Yeah, preaching has given me even a car. Where do you think the car that I use comes from? Have you seen any doctor driving my pickup before? Huh. Talking, though. Anointed talk. What is preaching? Anointed Talking. Next week. I'm going to Jakarta. You know Jakarta. You know, there all these are different countries in different countries. Yeah, from anointed talking, Like when I talk, it's anointed. And people say, well, come, come, we want you to just talk to us for 30 minutes. Yeah, I'm telling you the point that this point, like this discussion we are having is anointed. You may not know that it's anointed. Yeah. And I'm using my gifts. No. When you use your gift, it becomes bigger. Yeah. Those of you who don't use your gift, ma'am. You see, Ida is the best singer amongst all of you because she sings more when what's her name, Priscilla was singing. All that she needs is to sing more, that's all. Yeah. The more you use your gifts, the more it expands, he says. Come and get 10 lbs. Say look at what I've got. I've gained by trading. Buenos Aires, a city you drive for 2-3 hours huge fast. I was taken to the end of the city to a huge church to preach there. Yeah. Then the next day I was driven to the other end of the city to come and stay at another place and preach at another big church. Yeah, our person is a very good friend of Benihin. And I asked what time is preaching. They said, oh, preaching is tomorrow, 2:00 in the afternoon. So here we, we, we rest, we sleep on Sunday morning. Church is in the afternoon. We don't come to church in the morning. We sleep just like first love. You see, we are not the first God. That which is it is has been is that which has been. That which is done is that which which has been. And when we finish preaching, they took me to a restaurant, but anointed talking. When we got to that restaurant, I was a what? What restaurant says in Argentina, all we have here is meat. Yeah, it's only here we have meat. This restaurant is a meat. We only eat meat. You you will not know what is meat when you go to Argentina. Up till today, my memory is active when I remember my Argentinian meat. Yeah, yeah. You, you wouldn't. You wouldn't know that you can eat meat like that. The day, the next day when I was I was leaving pasta took me to another restaurant. So I watched what he ordered. I said I will order what you are ordering a big plate. Nothing, only meat baked like this. No Stew, no soup, no rice, nothing. Only meat and you will be full. Bake like this but you wouldn't know. You see the meat you've been eating is very small. When you go and buy your watching you have small meat. How much is the meat in the watching? Two cities, one city, 2 cities small 1 like this. This one, the meat is like this and thick like this. Yeah. And tasty. The meat itself is not this deep freezer meat that we have been cooking in the house. Ghana girls. Ghana girls, you don't know how to make tasty meat. Oh, you know yourselves. Deep freezer chicken. Yeah. Have you not eaten chicken before? When you buy, you see that you have breed the deep freezer water. The deep freezer water is in the middle of the chicken. It's only the outside that looks like it does something. Who has eaten some before like that? Wow. But you see, anointed preaching has given me many experiences. Yeah. Amazing. You are carried from place to place. Just talk. Just talk, Talk. We are carrying you here. Talk when we get there. Press, play. Speak. Carry it to another place. Press, play. Then you speak. Carry it to another place. Play. Speak. Yeah. One night I was in Bangkok. You know Bangkok. Yeah. Bangkok, I opened my I opened my whole my the whole hotel was glass. Just look outside. I said look at me. I'm standing in Bangkok. It took me down to the cross the play start finish back to the hotel. Go back play. Only 555 people. Yeah, 4 thousands. Just talk, anointed talking. You are not interested whether you are a doctor. Your father is Mr. Heward, Mr. All those. We don't know what he is, but we we want you to talk the anointed talk that you have. We want to hear your anointed talking, Shabba. Yeah. I said you are going to be anointed with anointing. Anointed with anointing, anointed with anointing. Your talking will be nice. I said your talking will be nice. You are you are no matter how intelligent or learned you are or become, remember that it is not incompatible with deep spirituality. Do you understand like you can be deeply spiritual and highly intelligent at the same time? Anointing is not something that goes with stupidity. It's like you have you have to be brainless or have brain failure. Do you understand in order to be anointed? No, not only that, usually people who are are not learned are more humble. That's why they become more anointed. Do you understand? Yeah, but God is doing something. So go to school, finish university, but be more spiritual in your beliefs about everything and God is going to use you. Amen. God is going to use you. We are at this camp to catch more secrets.
