Welcome to track 6th of the Road to Calvary. Thank you so much for this morning as we come before your word. Oh, we love you, we love you, Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus, Amen. All right, you may be seated. We are on our theme, the Calvary Rd. Amen. And yesterday we started on Calvary Road. And who did we meet? Simon of Serene. It was not easy for us where we met him. Is that not so? But he was able to help us. And so the first thing you will meet on the Calvary Road and that is I believe the road of success to your ministry and to your life is the Calvary Rd. the road to Calvary. And that is the name of the group that I used to belong to, Calvary Rd. Incorporated. I never understood it even till yesterday. It was when I was preaching yesterday that I realized what a good name it was. Calvary Rd. the road to Calvary. Amen. So God is going to bless us as we walk upon this road of sacrifice. So have it at the back of your mind that I will constantly be involved in something that is sacrificial. Do you understand? And when you have that mind, not just for today, not just for the beginning of your Christian life, when you have to give up smoking, give up drinking, give up womanizing, but have it in your mind that I am a living sacrifice, a sacrifice that never ends, a sacrifice that never dies. And at every stage of your life God will call you to make some form of sacrifice. Amen. Let me just show you something on this road to Calvary where you are going to make the the last sacrifice. You will have several sacrifices to make. When I gave my life to Christ, there were certain things that I had to stop doing and I gave up. There were places I used to go. I couldn't go there anymore. There were films I used to watch, I couldn't watch them anymore. There were friends I used to have. I couldn't have them as my personal friends anymore. It was the cost of becoming a born again Christian. But when I became a minister or I began to minister the word of God, there were more sacrifices. It had never ended and I had to give up certain pleasures. You see, when I was in medical school and I was preaching, I had to give up the time that people would be watching television and socializing because I was a minister, but I was not paid. So I was a medical student and at the same time a pastor or a self appointed pastor. And so I had to sacrifice the time that people used for socializing and the time that people used to make themselves happy. That was my time that I had to do other things. So I had to give that up. Are you listening to me? And then as I finished medical school and I was to go abroad, I had to give up the idea of going to America to pursue further studies. Do you understand? And then after that, I had to give up medicine, you know, as a profession, as something I used to, to live by. You get it. Then when I came into the ministry, I had to give up certain things that I would like to do. Maybe certain cars that I would have driven, I wouldn't drive them, you know, certain places that I would have lived. Do you get it? I didn't. I wouldn't live there because maybe I feel that it will, it will cost too much, you know, for the ministry you understand or maybe it will cause. Too much problem for the ministry. So I sacrifice it for the for the Lord, Amen. In certain times that I'll be tired, you understand, I'll sacrifice, I'll sacrifice my stomach to fast, sacrifice my nights to pray. You understand it never ends. And as you go on, God can tell you leave this, don't do this, don't do that. And you find out that as you sacrifice more power and more, you find yourself. More on the right. Road I'm not saying that you have to give up everything, but if you are following the law, you will find yourself living a sacrificial life in one way or the other. No matter who you are. Even the richest people have sacrifices they make. You may be a millionaire and if you as a millionaire, it's a sacrifice you have to make and you may be a villager, but as a villager that thing is a sacrifice to you. So, so that's why the Bible says you have suffered so many things. There are many things you can suffer for, but I tell you if you follow. The. Spirit of God, you will find Him leading you to lose your life and you will find yourself gaining it. Yesterday I was going to tell you something that I, I, I am the Spirit of God is reminding me about now. You know, I remember one time I was flying to South America, Panama City exactly to be precise. And I, I was going there to preach and but I had been invited to Colombia, all right, to preach in Colombia and this place that had been divided in Colombia, I mean, I had heard Colombia was a dangerous place. So I found trying to find out more about Colombia. And we found out so many things. Pastors were being killed. A Bishop was killed with while he was administering communion and many people were killed. Pastors in particular were being targeted and were being killed. And so just before I left, I asked Pastor Joel, who was the pastor of our church in New York. I asked him to find out and he came to me and said, no, American citizens have been asked not to go to Colombia for their own safety, like Iraq. If you are an American, do not go to Colombia. And then he also found out that the church where we were meeting, it was a Catholic school. And the Catholic sister said, your pastor, your Bishop should never go to Colombia. It's a very dangerous. Then she began to state the Bishop that had been killed and other things. So when I was leaving New York to go to Panama, I said, oh, I've made-up my mind. I mean, I'm not going to Colombia. Why would I go to Colombia and die a foolish death? Do you understand? I'm not going to go. So I sat on the plane and I was going. And as I sat on the plane and as I was flying, I had a dream. And in the dream the Lord spoke to me. And the summary of what he said to me was that, oh, you are now going to protect yourself. You wouldn't go where I want you to go because now you're trying to keep you protect yourself and possess so that you can live long, Isn't it to do a lot of things, isn't it? And so when I woke up from the dream, I said, wow, this is a very strange. It was a strange dream that I had. And I knew that the Lord wanted me to go. When I got to Panama, the man who was inviting me to the crusade in Colombia arrived there because he had heard that I wasn't going to come to Colombia. So he arrived. He flew down and said, Kim, he showed me pictures of the crusade and so on. So you have to come. It's a very powerful crusade. I told you. No, no, Don't bother to show me pictures. I'll come. Whatever the case. I'll be there, you know. Yeah. And I don't need you. It's OK. No problem. Because something else has spoken to me to come. You understand? Yeah, so I got on a plane that I didn't know of. And sometimes when I'll be travelling to these places, just before I go, I'll put on the news. And I said, oh, plane in South America, I went to crash here, this one went to crash. I said, I said no problem, you let's go. If we crash, we crash, we are dead. It's for the Lord, Amen. When I arrived in Colombia, there were soldiers at the door. When you open the mouth of the plane, two soldiers were standing there. So I came by them and then I was waiting for Pastor Richard and the other people that I was with and then I found out that the soldiers were looking for me. That was my first shock. You are Bishop from Ghana followers. So when I got fed, I found more soldiers and I said what is going on? Before I realized, I was surrounded by so many soldiers with guns, AK47 machine gun. Have you seen this type of Rambo guns? The ones that have machine guns that they hold like this? They all had these guns. I never saw the immigration officer. They took my passport. Everything surrounded me, said what is good. Before I realized this your passport everything out through some glass doors and I was they were looking and then brash into a car. When I sat in a car, there was a gun on the by the gears and the the the the car was a bulletproof. You see, I don't know if you have seen a bulletproof that the windows are taken like this. Then we started to go both to kiss soldiers. So. What is happening? Oh, I became afraid. I said Lord. They. Said we can die here now. They have brought us. You can see all these soldiers around. It's evidence that we can easily die here. Do you understand what I'm talking about? When I got to the hotel, then they showed me my guards. There's a guard sleeping at my door. He will sleep at my door every day. And he, he, they were there when they got to the room and I was going. He said, no, wait. Then they went into the room first into the place and this and that. Look, I said, hey, where have I come? Lord, what have I brought myself to? But you see, that was a place that I was coming to see. That's where I saw the miracles that I saw even I have never seen them even on Benny Hinn's video before. Oh, yeah, I saw the dead being raised. I saw cripples, wheelchairs, what have you. Never again. And I preach. I was the main speaker for five days. How about 100,000 people? If you look at my book they cover, they win the loss at any cost. You'll see a picture of the crusade, thousands and thousands of blind people seeing cripples. At the point. I would tell wheelchairs all over and I would see the power. I would never have seen that. I would never I would never have seen that in Ghana or in certain places. You see there are you see what? What you have to know and understand is that it's not everywhere that you will see everything. The Bible says that Jesus began to upgrade the cities where his mighty works were done. There are certain places where you do your mighty works. Not everywhere. His Corazon bedsider and so on. He began to rebuke the people and say what to you? Corazon if. These works had been done in Sodom and Gomorrah. They would have repented by now, you know, And he realized that there were places where he could not do certain things. So. Now the Lord was trying to take me to the place where He would let me see certain things in the ministry. Do you understand what I'm saying? But I was about to decline. I was about to not go. I was about to stay away because I wanted to preserve myself. Sometimes the blessing that God has for you, the great thing that God has for it, comes when you give your life and you sacrifice and you pay the price and you, you go that way. You find yourself climbing into the realm that you have only imagined could ever be possible, but now you begin to see it happening live and real because God is now establishing you through the sacrifice. Let me tell you something. There is a human way to move forward being pompous. You see, in Ghana, if you are a big man, there is a way you behave, You understand? Is it not true? How? How is it life? How do you? How do big men behave, huh? You have your driver, you have your car. What else, huh? Tell me, Tell me. You know the big. Man security. Yes. You don't mingle with the common people. You come late for meetings, you leave early. You don't talk to anybody. What else? You live in a different area, mobile phones and everybody has a mobile phone and you have 3 or 4 different for 02402702020 and what else? Unapproachable. Uh huh, Mersey. Now there are some things we associate, there are some things we associate and we feel that when we do them we are big. You see, one day a certain gun went to the missionary, went to a village to minister. After they administered there for some time, people wanted to be Christians. So one day they some guys were coming to church and he said I want to be a Christian, but I don't have a white shirt and a tie. So why do you need a white shirt and tie? Because the missionary Christian is always, he has his white shirt and his tie. And I know that if I have to be a Christian, I have to wear the white shirt and a tie, then I can be a Christian just like him. So then we realized that the villager has not understood the salvation. Actually, you understand, but he was looking at some outward thing that the missionary had, and he felt that it was that shirt and tie that made him a Christian, because a Christian was wearing it. And. So Sundar, when you see a big person, you understand, you think that a certain things that the person does that makes him big, you understand. But. That is a deception. You, you must not look at that. Let us look at what made Christ great, because if Christ was here you wouldn't even be look his disciples, they were also trying to form security. What do you call it around him, people trying to press, trying to touch him and so on. People bring in and he he would stack the disciples will will stack them blind Batinus and say no, let bring him, let him come and so on, because it's natural at a certain point. But what made him great? What? Made him so great that all these things were happening was that he came down and he sacrificed his life. And that is what brought about the real greatness. And it's important for us to know that that is the road to the greatness that God has for us. Amen. OK. The next important thing that you see on the road to Calvary is a deeper knowledge of the Scriptures. While Jesus Christ was on the cross. He quoted again and again from his favorite book, Amen. He quoted at least two or three of the sayings on the cross were quotations from the Bible, the Bible, that they had. Now, in those days, somebody like Jesus could. Never have had a Bible. Because the Bibles were not printed, there was no printing press. Remember, no electricity. Electricity was invented about 100 to 200 years ago, or maybe about 100 years ago. Electricity. So. For. Jesus to go into the temple and. Find the place where it is written in Isaiah then. It means that he must have had a certain interest and. A certain command. Of the scripture and a certain setting of the scripture and. Of the Word of God. And so much so that whilst he was on the road to Calvary, he knew what was happening and he knew certain things were being fulfilled in his life and he knew certain things had to be fulfilled. Listen. It is important for us now, if we are going to do well, is to get such an in depth understanding and knowledge of the weather. We know what is happening to us, we know what is supposed to happen, and when we are under pressure, we quote scriptures. You see in town today somebody says breaking the church so that the police have to come and close down the church. The vows says let. Nothing be done through strife or Vainglory. Let each esteem the other better than himself. All these troubles in the Church come about because we do not know scriptures that we are fulfilling. Do you understand we? Don't know the scripture. We can't see that this is happening to me. I am just this thing that is happening. I am fulfilling a scripture and that I must fulfill other scriptures. It's because we don't have a deeper knowledge of God's Word. But Jesus, he. Knew and he quoted, He quoted on the cross. I never knew that. That. Those things were from me. My God, My God, why has that forsaken me? It's a quotation. Several of the the seven things, he said. At least two or three of them. They are quotations. Quotations He was quoting from his favorite book of Psalms and he knew that he had to finish certain things. He knew This is that, this is that, this is that, this is that when he saw when. He saw that thing happen. You say this day, this Scripture is fulfilled, Today this Scripture is fulfilled. Oh, Jerusalem. He could see everything and he could apply it. One of the things about Jesus was he could apply the scriptures, He could apply it to his life. Many of us, we have the Word, but we can't see how it applies to our lives practically in the ministry. And we need to, we need to now go deeper and deeper and deeper into the Word of God as you go on this Cauvery road and as He moved to the cross, the scriptures were being fulfilled. People were fulfilled. He was watching people fulfill scriptures. He was watching them do things that made them fulfill prophecies. And he could see it. Recently I saw in Ghana, are you listening? Are you there? I saw somebody fighting. Somebody has sent you to a country to go and start a church or to have a church. Then after some time, now you see the church is for you. You understand, and you are breaking. That's what branch pastors do. If you are a branch pastor or a pastor of a branch here, don't do that. You understand? Don't do that because I'm going to show you, you see from the Scriptures, you can see that you are, you are, you are fulfilling something, Absalom. Fought. Against his father and attacked his father and wanted what his father had. When you see a pastor, somebody, somebody is your spiritual father. He has ordained you in the ministry. He has brought you up in the ministry. Supposing even he's a bad person now or whatever he is now, you don't attack your father. You see, one day there was a certain brother, he was annoyed with his mother, and then he took, she was wearing a wig. He took her wig and he slapped her with it, you know, he took her wig off and he slapped her with it. And the mother, the mother cursed him, you know. And after now she will not have anything to do. And the guy has become afraid. You, you must be afraid. You must be afraid if your father curses you or your mother curses you. Do you understand? So when, when, when you see somebody talking like that, I saw somebody who was on television, on radio saying this and that. He doesn't pay taxes, he doesn't do this, he doesn't do this. He doesn't. You must immediately see you must be full. Of the Word of God and. That's why I will recommend to you this book, The Loyalty and this loyalty must read it about 10:10 or 20 times so that you see yourself. And. You see people when you see you say look at Absalom. Look at one, he's just coming to manifest exactly. He's. Fulfilling scripture, I can see it. I can see it. It's fulfilling scriptures. Nobody here should be an absence. Somebody who attacked his father. You attacked your father, one pastor. He was living breaking away the church, the the father, I mean, or the whatever of the church called the he wasn't at home. He spoke to the wife and he said, tell your tell your husband that I say that in the day that he preaches in the chair, because I say I have sucked him from the chair. He shouldn't go to the chair in the day that he preaches in the chair, he would die. So the pastor too went to preach and then he didn't die. Do you see? So he came and he said he was saying I have preached and I didn't die you see. So I was talking to 1 senior pastor and he said to me when God told Adam in the day that you eat this tree you shall die. He didn't die on that day. But he was dead, so you should be very careful. Are you listening to me? Yeah. You've got to be careful. You've got to be very, very careful. So. See, you need to be able to perceive and say this is that, this is that, this is that, this is that, this is that practically. But you will never know unless you have a detailed knowledge. Of the word of God. Amen. Now 10 to Psalm 22. I just want you to see Psalm 22. That's one, I said. My God, my God. Why hast thou forsaken me? Is that not what Jesus said on the cross? And you see somebody who would not know it, so he would think that, oh, God has forsaken him and he was quoting the Scripture. Why are thou far from me from helping? Me, and from the words of my roaring. Oh my. God, I cry in the daytime, but now here is not, but now at holy all right. Our. Verse Four. Our fathers trusted in me. They trusted after how they delivered them. That's fine. They cried unto thee, and they were delivered. They trusted in thee, and they were not confounded. I am a worm and no man. A reproach of men, and despise of the people. All they that see me laugh me to scorn and they shoot out the lake and they shake the head saying he trusted on the law that he would deliver him, let him deliver him sin. He delighted in him. Are you seeing that the Scriptures are leave over? This is exactly what they said to Jesus. Exactly. And Jesus knew that all these things were coming to pass. Exactly. That's why I'm saying that if you are an associate pastor, if you are a branch pastor, if you are a senior pastor, study loyalty and then you will understand when you see somebody behaving and even when you see yourself behaving, you say, look, this is that thing. We know about it. I'll be talking about loyalty soon, he says. I am aware all day that see me laugh me to scorn. They shoot out the lip. They shake the head, saying he trusted in the Lord that he would deliver him. Let. Him deliver Him, seeing he delighted in Him. But thou art he that took me out of the womb. Now this makes me hope. When I was upon my mother's breast, I was cast upon Thee from the womb. Thou art my God. From my mother's belly. Be not far from me. Trouble is near, there is none to hell. Notice verse 12. Many bulls have come past me. Strong bulls of bastion have beset me. They gaped upon me with their mouths as a ravening and roaring lion. Verse 14 I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joints. You see, Jesus is describing His passion, his joints. So listen, as he was going on the cross, holding the cross, and his bones are out of joints, that Scripture came to his mouth. All my boobs, all my bones are out of joint. Pray that you never marry a woman who doesn't know the scriptures or a man who doesn't know the Scripture. Because what is going to come in your life? What is going to happen in your life without the Scriptures? I pray for you to not be easy for you. Unless the scripture is controlling somebody, it will not be easy it. Is the scripture and the word. That keeps us on the right path. And he says there's all my bones are out of there. My heart is like wax. It is melted in the midst of my bowels. There's 15. My. Strength is dried up like a pot's head, and my tongue cleavers to my jaws. Oh, this is a detailed description of his feelings. And thou has brought me into the dust of death. As he was falling on the ground, as he was falling on the ground, that is the dust of death. The vestige, therefore dogs have compassed me about. The. Assembly of the wicked hath enclosed me. They pierced my hands and my feet. Listen, are you seeing something? As his hands were there and they were coming to nail it, he knew this is a man. This is the man who is going to do it. I knew about it already. Amen. I know it, I know it. Do you know it? Do you know about your future? Do. You know about the ministry, about the word. It does not come by observing people. I can never give you that word for yourself. You have to know the word for yourself. You. Have to be a word man and a word woman yourself. Let me show you something a secret and use that to tell yourself something. There are some people in our churches, they pray a lot, but because they don't know the word, you see that they are never substantial. They come from prayer. Meeting but they never themselves have the word in them and that's already as soon as the person is like even though he may be whatever because he doesn't have the word. If the person never occurs to you that this person can be a minister or is a minister. And so you realize that it is the level of word within you that makes you more and more qualified and more and more substantial as far as the ministry is concerned you. Need to have more word. That is why you have somebody who will say and after and when the person is praying. Even the person cannot pray in English or what language you speak because then he cannot pray with his understanding he doesn't know the words. So the more the word in you, the more substantial you are in ministry. I tell you, a person who knows God, who works with God, who preaches, he is deep, He knows deep things of God, of the word of God, and he says they pierced my hands and my feet. I may tell all my bones. They look upon me. They stare. There's 18. They. Part my garments, among them another scripture is being fulfilled. When they were sharing His clothes, He was looking at them. But you see, when you are doing something bad, it is the one who has understood the Scripture, who sees that you are fulfilling a scripture. But when you don't know the Scripture in depth, you don't know that you are actually fulfilling a scripture yourself. And it is frightening. Look, this one, they parted the garments. It wasn't something Jesus said they should do there. Are some of these quotations? You would think that because he has read it, he will do it. But this one, he couldn't tell them part my garment. They parted this garment. They pierced his hands. And he mused, You are doing it, Father. When I see ungrateful people, I know this is supposed to be like that. That's how it is when I see this lawyer. Recently, one person was disloyal to me, Father. I had to write a letter to him. You know, I wrote a letter to him. I said, listen, let me just point out certain things to you, right? I look at it and I, and I said to myself, because at a point he wrote to me and he or he sent me some documents alleging or trying to say that sort of saying certain things about me describing A calf. And he was trying to say that I'm, I'm a, I'm a calf leader. And I was saying, and he was saying that, no, that's not what he's saying, but he's trying to say something. And I said, you are appointed you as a pastor today. You are calling me a calf leader. But you see there is a scripture about such a person you. Are already in the Bible I. I am expecting a Judas. I. Am expecting an ungrateful person. I am expecting people that I help to be ungrate at least one or two of them. So if you are the one, fulfill it. Yeah, fulfill it. Yeah, If you want to be the one, fulfill it. I want you. You are just making the Bible. So if you are the one who is coming to Pierce, Pierce it because Bab is one of you who Pierce the hands. If you are a leader, you are leading people. You will know by all means some of these people who have, and even the people who are following you, you. Must know that they will also turn against you when you are doing certain things. So expect it. Know. It. But you will never know unless you know the scriptures and you see that somebody who is deep, even if you if you don't read the scriptures and you are old, you will be able to be predicting a lot of things because old people are like Bible scholars when life has taught them the things that are in the Bible. But you don't have to be old. Jesus was 2930 and he knew all these things. So we can watch you and say this is what? These are the tones that come from the ground after we have watered it. This the Bible says that a ground that brings forth thorns, it's one of the thorns, something that comes to prick you and give you pain after you have poured water in the ground. It doesn't bring out corn, but it brings out thorns. Anybody who behaves like that, Sir, I was expecting you. You are in the Bible. If Jesus had it, who am I not to have it? I, I know you are here. I know you are coming. I know I'm I'm grooming you. So if you want to choose to be the one I I, I am feel sorry for you. So just decide that you will not be the person to be such a fool to be the one to be used to fulfill scriptures. My hands, they Pierce, there's 18. They pat my garments, then they cast lots upon my vesture. Lots. Loto dice for the clothes. Jesus saw them. Who is going to say 6543? We are three soldiers. We are sharing. OK, you 6. If I get 6, I have won. If you get 5, you've. Won. If I get 4, you've won Jesus. Was says what? You know, quiet, quiet, quiet. But they were fulfilling scripture. So as I look at my life that what scripture am I fulfilling? Sometimes somebody has the position of a pastor and you see that he becomes so proud as it is God. One church, they came around in Ghana at a point and then. The pastors of the church. They felt that other churches, you know, if the man of God has fallen into sin before or if there's whatever problem and so on, and they have things to say. I remember one man, one man of God, he said. At Bozo and Duncan William, they have trouble the church. Hey, you kept up and you can open your mouth and say. At Bozo and Duncan William, they have trouble the church. They have trouble the church too much. How can you say something like that? It's only because of what you are now thinking. But you don't know that you are, the Bible says, because you have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire, you have been lifted up with pride, and you have said within yourself, I will ascend. I'm up there. And you say You don't know that I will cast you down today. This. The person who said this has turned into paper. He's been castaway somewhere. How do you get up and speak like that? I. Remember one guy? He said. If you come. From this church I have to lay hands on you and deliver you from that church because you have come. And from that ministry and that ministry, the man has various problems. So we have to deliver you. I think even from. My church once, once one guy left the church and you have to deliver the people who come from my church. God bless you you. Are in the Bible direct fulfilling scriptures, but because we don't know the word, that is why we behave like that. When the Bible says let everything be done without strife and Vainglory and you are fighting, fighting fight all your life is fighting. It's because you don't know the word of God. That is why you are fighting the way you are fighting. You don't know the. Scriptures as soon as. When you see pastors and you wonder. I mean this current type of pastors. You. Wonder if we are Christians, I said. You wonder if we are Christians. There is no word in us at all. It's like the Bible is aside completely and that is why I am saying what I'm saying that if you walk on the Calvary Rd. the road to Calvary, the scriptures will be because you see it happening everywhere. You see somebody fulfilling some and you know that they are fulfilling the scriptures. You see them say you are doing I, you are doing it, you are doing it, you are doing it and I am also fulfilling certain scriptures. But we are so far from this word and our lives and our ministries. Men of God, if you want to find somebody who is bitter. And. Somebody who can't forgive, find a pastor. If you want to find somebody who is fighting with somebody else, look for a pastor. If you if you want to find somebody who doesn't talk to somebody, find a pastor. If you want to find someone who doesn't have a good relationship with somebody, even when we look at our pastors, we know their friends and we know their enemies. Just look at our pastor and you'll see the example of most bad things I tell you but. I believe, I believe that when you walk on this road, the road that God has given to you, but you can't walk on that road without the Scripture. The Scripture must guide you. God's Word must be the thing that is moving you. When I was coming up as a Christian we had whatever saying that unless it is in the Bible. Amen. Now it says they part my garments. They cast lots. Then he says, Be not thou far from me, O Lord, my strength haste thee. That's 2220. Deliver my soul from the soul of death, and my darling from the power of the dog. Save me from the lion's mouth. Amen. And then it goes on. So. Ladies and gentlemen, I want you to see that Jesus was Christ was a man of the word. Now I have written a new book called The Quiet Time. It's a hard back book and it is convinced when I have another little book called The Secret. I believe that the secret to ministry is in your daily quiet time with the Word of God and your decision on a daily basis to obey what you are reading every day in your quiet time. That is what I believe. That's my personal. That's why, that's why in the book, the book is called the Secret, because that is the secret. That is the secret every day with God. Many of us will read the Bible when we are going to preach, and our Bible readings are what we are going to preach. You see when you are a chef. What you cook when? You are a chef in a restaurant. What you cook for people is different from what you eat. Your food at home is different from your work food where you go to make food for people. It's different from the food that you make at home for yourself to eat. It's different from the let's say you work at a Chinese restaurant, you go or you work at whatever restaurant, chop bar, you make the food to serve. Sometimes you eat some of it yourself. I mean, you can taste it or you eat a bit. You can eat it also before and. Most of us are eating that one. How many realize that what I'm saying is true? Raise your hand. Has it affected you? Yeah. So for me, what I eat. Is. Different from what I preach. If I'm preaching about something, I don't eat that one. I'm eating something. Of course, what you are eating always comes out one way or the other. If you have eaten garlic, you can smell it, that you have eaten some garlic or you have eaten whatever. You can smell the fish or whatever you have eaten. You understand what I'm saying? Yeah, but. What you eat, you must have eating planned for. Yourself one pastor, he went somewhere. He had got into various difficulties, so he was asked to sit down for some time. When? He sat down for some time. He stopped reading his Bible. He stopped praying because he he didn't know how. The only time he was reading the Bible was to go and preach. And now that he was not preaching actively, do you see he he was not used to reading his Bible, so he he became. Worse. Are you listening to me? Yeah, one day. I was talking to a child of a, a man of God, and she was telling me, she said, look, this person whom she stayed with in the house, she said unless she's going to preach, she'll never read the Bible. That was. And I was surprised that a child can see that, that unless the person is going to preach, he doesn't read the Bible, she said. Just television. Watching television all day and all night, all the time. Unless you are. Going to preach you don't read the Bible. You are not a proper minister and that is why you see, let me tell you something. You shall know them by their fruit. Your ministry is the fruit of what you put into yourself. And what you put into yourself will show. So I want you to decide from this camp that I am going to have my own time of my feeding, my own feeding, not what I'm going to serve people, not what I'm giving at the restaurant. Different from if. I'm preaching something different from whatever I'm saying, and I'm preaching personally studying the word. Studying the Web Studying the web. Many of us here. Don't have concordance. One day I took my van to a church and I was introducing Bibles. I tell you, it was a strange thing that I was in a church introducing Bibles, concordances. It was an unusual thing to introduce Bibles in the church. Most charismatic church. We don't because the pastor doesn't read the Bible. Do you get it? And so the congregation don't read the Bible. I would never change from what I'm saying. What I'm saying is the truth. You want me to tell you any magical things? These are the realities. This is what we have shifted away from in the Christian world. That's why we are all so funny. And that's why we are, we are, we are a ghost church compared to the real church, A phantom you. Can't. Recognize what we are preaching because most of the things we preach are not the You just pick a vest and you start to talk about money or just pick a mess and start to talk about success and say things and you mix W together and as you shout and say hey listen, then people start to clap. There's always. One or two people in the church, when you finish saying something, the person does this and then it's like people are supposed to clap. But doesn't mean that what you have said is good, Doesn't mean that what you have said is a scripture. Don't you have somebody in your church who always. Sort of starts the clapping. Don't be deceived by that. There's always somebody who who does a part and then some people ask you shout and you get to a crescendo and you get to that. It's like it sounds powerful. One day I was preaching on television. One of my church members was in the house with the mother. And then the president said, look at the things, is this preaching? Is this preaching? We can understand everything. Is it preaching because they could understand what I was saying. Father is not preaching there. Are some people through that and I'm preaching? This is too simple. It's not preaching because you can't understand what the person is saying. From beginning to end. You can understand. So is this not preaching? Preaching? This not preaching? You want me to talk about Eron's beard and Eron's garment and his shoes and the airport and the stones. Only stones and other things before you know that I'm preaching. Once you are confused, then you saw that. Yeah, are a good preacher. Preacher. Very good. Are you powerful? No. Jesus, he says feed my sheep. He didn't say feed my giraffes. Some of us are preaching is at the giraffe. The giraffe head is very high in the skies. So the preaching is. Upper level preaching. Come down and preach to the sheep God wants. Us to now be men of Bible study. You. Are a pastor, you don't have a concordance and. You don't read. You don't have any reason to know what is in the concordance. Shame on you. That's all I will say. Shame on you. You're not really a pastor, somebody without the tools for your work. I mean, a Carpenter without a hammer, without mail, without a saw. And you are a Carpenter of where? A Carpenter of who? I am not a Carpenter. I don't have a hammer, I don't have a saw, I don't have males because I am not a Carpenter. Number two, I am not a fitter. I don't have spanner. I don't have what wrench, Jack, Whatever I don't have because I am not a filter. Are you a doctor? I'm a doctor. I have a stethoscope in my car. You do you have. Because you are not a doctor. I don't have that equipment. What else am I not? I'm not an electrician. I don't have a screwdrivers, A tester, and all this because I'm not an electrician. I'm not a tailor. I don't have a sewing machine, I don't have what, measuring tape. I don't have scissors because I'm not a tailor. I'm not a soldier. I don't have a gun. I don't have AK47 because I'm not a soldier. I'm not a trained soldier. I'm not a footballer. I don't have a single footballer. I don't have boots for playing football. I'm not a footballer, I'm not a boxer. I don't have boxing gloves. I don't have a punching bag to be rehearsing. I'm not a fireman. I don't have the dress for being a fireman. I am not a busy. I'm a pastor and I have I have a Bible, I have a recorder, I have a dictionary, I have books, I have tapes. I have tape recorder because I'm a pastor. That's what I am. And. You say you are a pastor. You don't have a dictionary, a dictionary. You don't have a dictionary and you don't feel ashamed to call yourself a pastor When you are reading the Bible in English and you don't have a dictionary to ask to find out what the meaning of this word is, you don't have a dictionary to find out. You just Passover. You don't understand it. That is, you don't have to understand it. You don't have a concordance and you don't know how to use a concordance. Honestly, you don't even know how to use it. If we put a. Concordance and you don't know how to. Use it. Should I try it? I can bring a concordance here right now. You. See how people are running home runner. And. You say you are a man. Of God, man of where you are, man of a Carpenter, or man of Taylor, or man of whatever. I'm not a tailor. I don't have my scissors, I don't have the needle. I'm not a farmer. I don't have. I'm not a headdress. I don't have that thing they put on the head. I. Don't have the dryer. I don't have the tools. Come. You are a man of God. You don't even have in your house a tape recorder to play tapes, to listen to preaches where footballers are playing video. They watch video, they watch people play. All the time play back, they rewind, they practice, they have balls, they are rehearsing boots, watching it. You are a pastor you don't have. A. You don't know how to find a Greek word, and you say this a Hebrew and Greek, this a Hebrew and Greek pastor. Oh, shame. I listen. I am not a Hebrew and Greek, whatever. I've never been to Bible school before. But in the concordance, anybody can check the word. If it's in the back of the concordance, you can check, but only that you don't know because you don't read and because when you read you sleep, and when you sleep you don't. When you wake up, you don't read it again. You see, when you sleep, it's not a mistake to sleep because. We all sleep, but when you wake up, you're supposed to continue. You're supposed to continue, not that when you. Sleep, then that's the end of it. No, I'm serious. And you see that's. What nobody can do, you see, I can love my children, but they have to go to school themselves and I can give them the but they have to read it themselves. They have to go and do the exam themselves. They have to learn it themselves. They have to, they have to last. About 2-2 nights ago, my son said I have to wake him up at 4:00 AM. He's going to learn. So when I was, when I woke them up, I felt so sorry for themselves. But you see, I can't because I used to wake up to learn. I can't do it for them. They have to do it for themselves. I can't do it. They have to do it. I can preach here nicely, but most of what I'm saying is just passing over your head. You may not know, but that's a When you listen to as if you'll be surprised that you were at the camp, you were surprised that you were sitting here. You try it and see a. Preacher and a. Preacher and you are not into preaching. You must have preaching. Preaching must be around you all the time. I'll take you to my car now. As soon as I put you on an engineer, you see preaching. The tapes are there. I have options when I'm travelling in my bag. My bag is just. I have you just have two small bags. One is my Bible, the book. I don't I don't read Bible without books. I have a book. I tape a Bible always these 3. So I have options options. So maybe I'll read this book or as the spirit is, you know, flowing and I feel in this way or that I have different things then different tapes. I have different preaching, different kind. Sometimes I like to listen to somebody about this. Sometimes I like to listen to this. Sometimes I like to listen to that Oh. Yeah, always, always, always stand that, stand that, stand that. And it helps me. It helps me. And apart from that, I have my own I am having my quiet time every day. I am every day is either Colossians, Philippians always I read look Matthew Marcus, I want the words of Jesus are more important than any. So I have to read small of the words of Jesus and then Paul, a bit of Paul, a bit of Jesus, just as you have a bit of cake and a bit of rice. Oh yeah, I can't do it for you. Nobody can do it for you. Nobody can shout it in to you and our church members. I'm becoming more and more so that's why I started to introduce exams in our church because I realized a pastor, you don't know Romans 323. Should I start to go through you? You see, these are the Huh? People are not people you don't know. Romans 323, Romans 623, John 112. You can't quote. It but. You are a pastor or you claim to be a pastor. You are a bogus pastor. And I haven't mentioned your name, but I'm just telling you the bogus pastor. Yeah, you are an empty barrel. You make a lot of noise. It's because the noise is there because you are empty. You are an empty shell. You are egg without yolk. I say you are egg without yolk. You are a cloud without water. You. Are a river without water. You have become a riverbed, A dried up fountain. Oh yeah, you have nothing within you. You don't take it in yourself personally. You don't know Romans 10/9 and 10. You are thinking whether you know it. That's why I started to have exams in my chest. But I realized that the person doesn't know it. We confess with our mouth, believe in our heart. We don't know. We don't know where it is. It's a salvation. So you see people preaching Paul, Paul and his wife Silas, his wife Paul and his wife Silas were going somewhere and with anointing, the anointing is moving. You never know that Silas was not Paul's wife. Is anybody here who has printed that before? Paul and his wife Silas? Raise up your hand if you have printed that before, but have you printed that before? Hebrews 10/25. You're a pastor. You don't know this, but you see the pastor arguing. Somebody say you're a pastor. Constitution. I mean, if you're a lawyer or a politician, you have to know the Constitution. I don't know our Constitution, which is the word of God when we come to John. John 424, John 16, Four. John 10, John 9, John 8. What is there? What is in the Bible? You don't know look this. Camp can never give it to you. What? I can do is to tell you that look real. But look, I remember when I was doing chemistry, when I was doing A level 1981, 23 years ago, 19811982, I used to go for classes with my chemistry teacher called Mr. Pepra at presec because I didn't like my chemistry teacher in my school. I felt he was better. So I used to go for holiday classes and even whilst at school I used to go for classes and my classes will start at presec at Medina at El early in the morning. I used to get up at 4:00 AM to have my quiet time. I remember because I don't know why that time you sometimes you remember and my quiet time was about Moses. I was studying Moses. I remember 23 years ago. See. These are foundations upon which we are building. Oh yeah. And I remember 4. And I'll be awake, praying, studying. Nobody was paying me. I won't do anything for salary, but I was studying Exodus Moses and I was being blessed. Every morning I was reading. Something. And then I finished and I bath. Then I go and take taxi from here to here, here to here, here to about 3 cars to get to Medina from OSU. Nobody can do it for you. The thing is deeper than you may imagine. Yeah. And because. We are so shallow. All that we know is given. It shall be given unto you, good measure, President, because we use it to take offerings and to manipulate people to give money. Christ became poor. That with my brain. I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be promised assistant. God has pleasure in the prosperity of His servants. These are the scriptures that you know. Shame on you. You are not a true minister of the gospel. You are one sided you. You are not deep. You have no knowledge, Jesus. Quoted scriptures say it is written, it is written and for Jesus to find the place where it is written that the Spirit of the Lord, a Bible where there were no chapters, no verses, you just find. You just open the scrolls. Once he found the place where it was written and then he read it. Then he told them that today this scripture is fulfilled in your ears. He owned it as if he were had one and Jesus never had a Bible. He could never afford 1. He could never have afforded it. He confronted the people in the temple on the scriptures. That is the Jesus we are serving, and that is the kind of minister God is raising up. It's not a matter of somebody prophesying over. Listen, when somebody prophesies over, you always put the prophecy in the wardrobe and start to do the practical things you must do. Don't depend on the prophecy. Once they prophecy, it will happen. Not so. Some of the prophecies are not supposed to happen. Some are supposed to happen, and the ones that are not supposed to happen don't give up. One guy. He, he was, he was backsliding and nobody else. Look, you have to sit down and say, no, I had a dream. So what is the dream? He said we were in a canoe. There were about 6:00 so fast in a canoe and then I fell out of the canoe and the canoe went. So I've seen that I, I will backslide. That is why I have decided not to. It's a foolish, it's a foolish, it's a foolish interpretation. You don't have to backslide. You have to tell yourself this is a revelation to prevent that thing from happening. That is why that dream is not that it will happen it. Is to prevent it. And. When you have a good prophecy, like I remember one day a brother came to me and he he said that I had a vision of you holding a torch and I was about to go to 6th point. He said I had a vision of you going to school and you were holding a torch and people were following you and when I had asked, I said, what am I supposed to do? And I remember a wise old man said any you have such a someone give you a prophecy, put it in the wardrobe. If it comes to pass, you look at it later. I said, wow, the Lord himself knew about it and the Lord did it. You know, after so God I've I've we see the word from the Lord the the word of the Lord has come to my spirit to say that I'm going to be the apostle and of a prophetic ministry for the future. Read your Bible. Just read your Bible. Start memorizing Romans 323 Romans 623, John 112, John 1010, John 1623, John 14-6. Do you know what is that if you abide in me, my words abide in me. What verse is that? If you abide Me or what? Abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you. And you see somebody say, Verily, you say romance, So it's not a romance. It's not a romance. If you abide in Me and My word to abide, it's not a romance. You shall ask what you will, it shall be done. These are not hard scriptures. Hitherto have you asked nothing in My name? Ask and you shall receive that your joy may be full. The. Works. I do that. Shall you do also? Where, where, where is your knowledge of scripture? Almost 0 We are not like Jesus, and our ministries are midgets, Dwarf ministries, motya ministry, you know, motya motya motya ministries. Is. It correct. Motya, motya bafs bafs midgets, motya churches, more tear ministers. In the realm of the spirit we are tiny thoughts. There is nothing in US. Empty. We. Have to memorize scriptures back to the Bible and let us know that it is essential. We are trying to be like him. Don't try to be like me and a bad example. That's a good example. Follow him, Jesus, do you? Know that sometimes when you have somebody who is close to Jesus, that person is even a distraction from Jesus. Oh yeah, sometimes they are the greatest distraction from Jesus because they are so much like Jesus. But they are not Jesus. Yeah. Sometimes that the most, the most thing that can distract you from the law, because it's just like the Lord and near to the law, but it's not the Lord. Lift your eyes to our Saviour. He knew what was happening. He could see that it was happening. He knew the Scripture. That would be for a word and he could quote Scripture. Somebody who didn't have the Bible, you have the Bible use. It it's time, let me tell you, you are not too old. If you are too old to learn the scripture, then you are too old to prosper. Did he not say meditate in the world thou? Shall make thy way prosperous, that shall have good success. You don't even know where it is. It's in Genesis, isn't it? And you know the reason why you will know that best is because it's part of the success versus it's one of the best that talks about success. So you know that best this I know because it's a success Scripture. It's not a sacrifice scripture mercy. So ladies and gentlemen, I want to be a man of the word. No, every day, every I have a Bible by my bed. I have a Bible in my car. I have a Bible in my office. I have a Bible anywhere. I have a Bible in my toilet. When I go to the toilet, I have Bible there. 1. Of the best places to read about if you have a toilet is the toilet. You have your Bible there. It's a quiet place of serenity and peace. No distraction and nobody can call you there because you are doing something there that cannot be hurried. Yeah, nobody can come and sit by you and chat with you over there. You need to be left alone to concentrate. Yeah, it's a good message. You need to have a Bible and your Bible and your books in the toilet if you have a toilet. If you don't have a toilet, you know they have to queue and so on. That one is different. But if you have a toilet that you go to and if a lot of people are not sharing the toilet with you, you are now. A lot of people are waiting now, but 15 people are now waiting to come. Then you cannot do that over there. But if you have your own toilet, then you can. Do it. Read it a little, a little of the words of Jesus. Jesus Christ is the best teacher of his own religion. Write it down. Jesus Christ is the best teacher of his own religion. I wrote a little book about the words of Jesus. He is the best teacher so he can best teach us what to do. So read a little about what Jesus did. Read a little about what Jesus did. Amen. Read a little about what Jesus did, what he said every day. Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. Know the miracles, know the parables, know the stories. Preach from Jesus if you want. To have a powerful message, preach about something that Jesus preaches and don't change it. Please say what he said. Don't start and say something you know you are changing the whole thing to something else about money. See that? I see the prodigal son coming back to enjoy his fastest money and the ring and the robe. I still call this blessing you and taking you into it. That is not the message of the prodigal son. You are now bringing a prosperity message into something that is not a prosperity message. Listen, God wants to give us a solid foundation and I'm telling you don't preach what you are reading for yourself. Have your own read it and apply it. And when you see it change, if it says let nothing be done through strife or Vainglory. That was my quiet time the other day when I saw I said, wow, that means a pastor. And I remember, I remember that vest because I have, it was a vest I used to, you know, have always. And I mean, I still remember it, but it, it's so characteristic. We do everything through strife, through strife. We have a crusade through strife. Who will sit on the stage? Who will sit on the left? Who will sit on the 1st row? Who will sit on the There is no reserve. If you want to sit on the 1st row, you can come here. There's no, nobody here is important. If you want to sit there, you can come, you can put chairs here. There's nothing. Through strife, through quarrelling. You are going to start a chair. By quarrelling with somebody, you are going to start. I'm annoyed with this, so I'm going here. All your life is strife, vain glory, useless glory, glory that has no amounts to nothing. You are nothing. Nobody is anything. Relax. When you see the Word, apply it to yourself. Don't go and preach it. You apply it to yourself and you change. You change something in yourself. There is something to change every day. And if you don't read your Bible and find something to change, you haven't read your Bible. Pastor. What's your name, Pastor Daf? If there's nothing, if you don't, find something to change. In yourself impasta daf you've not yet read your Bible for the day? Something that is a revelation to you. Please, you have not yet read your Bible for the day. I don't care who you are. I don't care. I don't mean whether you've read your Bible for preparation to go and preach. I can't get away from this point. God is trying to emphasize this point. We are empty, We are empty, we are empty. It's now time for you to read your Bible yourself. 1. Verse at a time don't read maybe that Think about it, think about it if. You need to use I've got a a devotional daily devotional. I wrote a daily devotional and if you need to look me, I tell you when you have a book that somebody has written, it really helps. Recently I had a book by Rejoining on efficiency. I. Started to enjoy efficiency. I did it. I read a book small. Then I started to read it. I started to read it. I became I found myself having so much revelation. Sometimes just I'll just see that verse that he has highlighted that verse in the book. Then the verse just jumps out to me and I begin to. Have Revelation because God uses teachers, apostles, Simon or Cyrene to help you on this route. It's a road of scriptures. First, Ivor, It's a road of scripture. It's not a road of imagination. One day I was. At a conference I was at a meeting with some pastors and the guy said to me, look, but we all preach our opinions on Sundays and so on. And I said we don't preach our opinions. We don't preach our opinions. We preach the word of God. Don't tell me that we all preach our opinions. What do you mean by you preach your opinions? We preach the word of God. What is? This. We preach the word of God. Amen, we preach the word of God. Where is the word of God in the church, Pastors? We must become Word men. Word, men, quiet time and you see. When I write that book, I know that book is the average pastor passes by. You wouldn't buy it quieter. No. You say power for ministry. That's it. Good breakthrough for pastors. Releasing the anointing for the latter day. Move. The glory of the end time church. Flames of fire in ministry. Divine spells of breakthrough but. If I rise fire time, no, it's too dry. Pastor Dennis, we are lost and these glorious what nots are taken as nowhere. Kenneth Hagin said something when he was coming in the ministry. He told one guy or he told some people. He said you people see all these things you are doing. He said all of you will be dead and you will be gone and I will still be here. I don't think he said they will. They said all of you will be gone and I will still be here. And true, it happened. Everybody died, everybody went and he was still there. You come, He open his. When I went to Tulsa, you go. I was wanting to see what great thing he's going to do. Yeah, he just came. He open faith. Faith. Is this this that. I read it. Preach ABC's of faith. He read it for us. He preached. He closed it. Bye. And he went. That's it. We were there. Whoa. He should tell her if there's nothing. Look, all these things here. What is the rock? The rock that doesn't move, The rock that doesn't move is this word. He that built his house on a rock. He was somebody who hear his word and then does it. And you see, when you are planning it for others, you always have in your mind. The message for somebody else, isn't it? And is it not easy to see how the word applies to somebody? That's the easiest thing, But when it applies to yourself, it's not easy to see. When I read the vest which says let each esteem the other better than themselves, I thought about it and I said, if everybody believes that vest, then Presidentis will think that I am better than he is, and I will think that he is better than me in my mind. And when I see this sister at the back there, I will think she's a better person than I am. That's how your mind should be. And if we all think that way when a better person is talking, can I? Can you please teach me? If. We had it mine in our mind that this person is better than me, even if he's younger or he's smaller or he's a man or he's a woman or he's an educator or something. You think? He is better than me, You. Suddenly come down and listen and you start to receive from so, so many places. Just a quiet time. I applied it to myself and I look at it and the the luxury. Everybody around you is better than you. Your wife is better than you. The boy in your house is better than you. These junior pastors are better than you. I have to believe Jerry Stand. Up have to be that this Jerry is better than me stand. Up this one is better than I am. I I said let this mind be in you. Albert is better than me. Stand up. Yeah. These are better people than me. I don't know why. Maybe maybe his heart is purer. Maybe his mind. Maybe at his age, how I was and he's not like he's he's better than I was at the age. Maybe he's he's higher than me. I don't know. But that's what the Bible says. I should think. That's my personal quiet time I'm sharing. It's not a preach. It's not a message. It's something for me, I have it for myself that I should think that he is better than me. That he. Is a better person than me last time last time I I was rebuking somebody the person was saying I was Apollo I said I you are better than me forgive me so that when I have to rebuke to that's why if you think that when. You are rebuking somebody. You are afraid yourself. You are rebuking a better person. He, this person is better than you. Will you not be cool when you are rebuking? But you see, that's why you say this person has troubled the body of crime. We are going to turn our attention to this and that. We are going to deal with them. We are dealing with who? Yeah. And Jerry, you have to think that Okua is better than you. And you must also think that Albert is better than you. And that you will not fight in the office. Hallelujah. Lift your hand, Say I love the word. How many are going to go for the word? Are you going to go for the word? Yeah. Look, when I'm praying and I don't have a word, I, I sort of seem to die. But when I have a revelation, I come alive and I spend time waiting on the Lord. Listen, the Bible says grace and peace be multiplied onto you. Second Peter, let's look at it, Chapter 1, Grace and peace be multiplied to you. No, I don't want to just move away from this word. I want to say. It and say it and say it and say it and say it and say it. Oh yes, I know I'm saying it over and over, but I'm trying to say it until it gets into our hearts. Second Peter. One, it says grace and peace. What is the grace of God? The grace of God is the help of God for the ministry. Is that not so? The peace of God is the stability for your ministry. Is that not so? What God is saying Anointing for ministry and stability for ministry. Be multiplied how? Many want it to be added or multiplied. 4 + 4 is 8, 8 + 8 is 16, but 8 * 8 is 64. Which one do you want Addition or multiplication do? You want multiplied anointing and then multiplied stability. Do you want stability, say peace? When they say, oh, there's peace in Ghana, it means that there's stability in Ghana. When they say the grace of God, oh, by his grace he has accomplished. And what it means is that God has helped him when he said grace May God has helped you. So listen, are you pastors, are you workers for God? Do you want God to help you? Do you want God to lift you up in the ministry? And he said that may God's help and may God's stability be multiplied to you. How, How read it is there? How through? Through what? Prayer, fasting and intensive deliverance? Ministry against evil spirits in the church? Through what? Through the knowledge, knowledge, knowledge of what? Of God and of who? And of Jesus our Lord. I tell you, look, I have learnt, you know, if, if, if I have to choose now, if I have to choose all the word of prayer, it's difficult for me because when I have this word coming into me, grace is coming. But you see, our charismatic what we believe is that. And. Then you, you see when you, you feel something in your throat. So now that thing we feel in our throat and in our stomach, we feel. It's called anointing, yeah, but actually it's a feeling in your throat and a feeling in your stomach. That's what you are calling anointing. But actually it's not anointing. It's a throat feeling. Throat feeling A throat feeling is not anointing. Yes, Lord, Yes, Lord, I feel the anointing. Thank you, Lord, I'm going in the name of Jesus, Amen. And I'm going to minister. Look, I want you to see something. Say grace I'm reading from. Is it the Bible? We are reading from grace. God's help and their stability be multiplied to you. How through? The. Knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. Then it goes on to say, according as His divine grace has given unto us. Read it. His grace, accordance, His divine power has given unto us all things that pertain or that are useful for life and godliness, or life and ministry, Ministry, your ministry, all things that you need for the ministry, administration, finances, church growth, whatever. How? Through again, through the knowledge of Him that has called us to glory and virtue. That is how His divine power is giving us. So that means power works through knowledge. According as His divine power has given us all things that pertain to life and godly through knowledge. So the power has come through knowledge. The power work through knowledge. According as His divine power has given to us all things that are useful for life and means through knowledge of God. So power works through knowledge. That is why when you see somebody who prays a lot but does not have the word, you realize that the real power that he need does not have it. Power works through no, no knowledge, no knowledge. You see your your authority. To. Lead a church. Lies in your ability to teach and feed them, and it lies in your knowledge that is superior to their knowledge. That is what gives you a certain power. Yeah, that is what gives you a certain authority. That is what puts you above. It's the knowledge of God. I said it's the knowledge of God. I said is the. Knowledge, and not only the knowledge of God is the knowledge of Jesus. The knowledge of Jesus is a little different from the knowledge of God. That is why we must study what Jesus I'm preaching a message in my what Jesus began, what Jesus did and what he thought. They are different. The knowledge of Jesus involved the knowledge of Jesus teachings. And. The knowledge of Jesus actions and what he did, that what he did is in black, what he thought is in red. You need it. And. I tell you me I I have seen that more grace comes into my life and my ministry through the knowledge of that's why I don't joke with my with my Bible. I don't joke with my Bible reading and I don't read a lot. I don't read Somebody said I've read the Bible. One of you. I've never read the whole Bible. Me, I've not read the whole Bible. I'm always chewing one vest. I can't read more than a vest. I say. I can't read more than a verse. If my quiet time is in Philippines, I'll just one verse one the maximum 2. It's bigger than me, even I say it's bigger than me. One verse is more than I can carry. Just one verse. Stop reading 5 verses and 10 verses and chapters. Just. One verse is OK. If you see. And if those are meditate daring. But you see, we don't have time. We are on our way. Someone said I have to see certain members. There's this businessman who has come from South Africa and he's coming to help certain things in the ministry. And so we don't have time. One verse is enough. God is telling you stop reading chapters and whole whatever. Just one verse. One verse in Philippians is enough to keep you chewing for the whole day. Vest by vest you will cover the whole Bible. One vest, just one vest. It's too much for you. Even I'm telling you that it's too much for you. One vest. Sometimes one word in the vest. So now one sentence in there is enough to just change your whole life. You are being. Changed. One word in the vest How many vests you need. That's why if your Bible is in the toilet and you see just that vest. For me to have my quiet time now all I need is to. See because I am on Philippians chapter 2 now I'm having my quiet time from Philippians chapter 2. So all I. Need to see is what is best. I've read it before but I want to see just best four. I just have to look at it kindly. Then I start to chew it. I start to to to to meditate means to matter and to matter is like to chew so. Sometimes for the whole day you are having your quieter master. The vest keeps going through your mind. The vest keeps going out. Then it's it's deep in you. So when you speak and then when you speak it comes out when they press you and the vest comes out, when they were chooking Jesus, what came out? Vest. But some of us when they are choking us and things are happening, you say, listen, let me tell you, you know who I am. Do you know? Do you know who I am? Let me be very careful. Listen, you see, you know my, you know my Father, you see, you know you can die. You know this and that. Then you start to kiss. People. One pastor was going somewhere and then his he had had somebody had rebelled against him and he was talking and he was angry. He still I. Will kill him. Is that what he said? I will kill him. And what else did he say? I will kill him. I'll kill him. He. Doesn't know me, He doesn't know me. I'll kill him. It's even you can be taken to court in the secular world for threatening to kill somebody, he said. He doesn't know me, I will kill him. Ain't the man of God? A senior man of God, he said I'll kill him. He will kill somebody. You're a pastor. What you should be saying? I've forgiven him. Vengeance is mine, says the Lord. I think he's better than me. Maybe God is using him. God is using him to teach me something. This is when I say on Oranga. I say, oh God, I sent you. Maybe there's some reason only that I pray for you too. One word is enough, brother. Stand up. One word is enough for you. One word will change your life. Just a word. Just a word change you forever and ever. Do you want the one word? Surprise, suppose I prophesied, how many want me to prophesied the one word? No, no I will not prophesied the one word. You go and read your Bible and have the word. Get your tools, your concordances, your dictionary, your what, your marks, your tapes, your books. Surround yourself. Be a true minister. Different bibles, different types of Bibles become deeper and deeper. Don't let your child be able to ever say he never reads his Bible unless he's going to preach a pastor, a pastor's child told me that the pastor in the house, he never reads the Bible unless he's going to preach. That's what the child said not I mean anybody but the child of the person of the of the pastor. What a shame. But I know that the Lord is taking you higher in the ministry. Stand to your feet, please. How many are thankful for one word? How many words do you want from the Word of God? The Bible says in the beginning God created heaven and earth with His word. The wells we see are created by the word. Can you, can you, can you, can you hold even one word in you? Draw me deeper, Lord, deeper into your word of truth. Draw me deeper, Lord, deeper into your love for me. Draw. Me deeper, Lord, deeper to the place where you are. Draw me deeper and deeper. Draw thee deep into. Your way of truth. Into your world, into your life. Draw. Me from fear. Ain't you, faithfulness? Leave me alone. Your will draw me from sin into your whole life. The. The deep deep the deep the deep the deep the. From the power and the power drop. Me from fear into faithfulness. Drop me from fear into faithfulness. Leave me alone. Deeper into your way of truth. Oh, draw me deeper. Deeper into your love for me. Draw me deeper, low, deeper to place where you are. Draw me deeper. Father, thank you for your word. Draw us deeper into your word that we may be able to walk upon the Calvary room, the Calvary room, the Calvary room as the. Lord that he. Should make you deeper, throw me deeper into your wet that you're able to walk upon the road of Calvary, the road of Calvary, the road of Calvary, the Calvary road. Thank you Jesus, for your blessed, for your word, Hallelujah, Amen. You may be seated.
