Welcome to track #4 for Fight the Good Fight. OK, Chapter 3. To fight a good fight means to fight against something, fight against going out of the will of the Lord. Amen. Against the Lord, even against the word of the Lord, which he kept not. And also for asking for counsel of one that had a familiar spirit to inquire of it, and inquired not of the Lord. Therefore, he slew him and turn the Kingdom under David, the son of Jesse. Wow. So God is saying to you today, fight against, You know, you see, first we've been fighting for things. Now we are fighting against things. Now you see that there's always pressure for you to just follow your flesh and go out of the will of the Lord. So you have to fight against taking decisions with the flesh. And when I was getting married, before I got into the relationship, I knew that I liked my beloved to be. So my flesh was surely on my side. Do you understand? That is what even frightened me. You should be afraid of such things. You should be afraid of your flesh being happy. So you're after fighting, Eva. Those of you who want to go to missions, never be attracted by the name of the town. Don't let that guide you into ministry. I'm going to this Copenhagen. I'm going to Dusseldorf. I'm going to Minnesota. I'm going to Cincinnati. Don't. Don't see. That's what you didn't fight, he said. No, this one I don't think is a real mission. And you stop praying. Yeah, you spotted the prettiest girl in the church and you said that's what? You didn't fight it. When you get him, you will be afraid every day that others are sticking after him the way you sought after him and you were able to manoeuvre him into weakness. So fight against stepping out of the will of the Lord. Amen #2 Fight against temperamental stereotypes. Fight against temperamental stereotypes. Mark 8, verse 34. And when he had called the people unto him with the disciples, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. Now, what is a temperamental stereotype? A stereotype is like something typical. It's like a fixed pattern that is associated with something. Alright, it's a stereotype. So now you see a stereotype. You must fight against falling into that picture, that stereotype picture. Alright, are you with me now? What are the temperamental stereotypes? There are four of them, all right? There are four of them now. It means to give a fixed form to a stereotype means to give a fixed form. But I mean, it's like a fixed pattern, all right? And it, it, it comes from the where the method of printing from a plate. This is what means that a, a particular picture is perpetuated. It's like a copy of this, a copy, another copy of that, another. Of course, when you see this, it's a copy of that, a copy of that, a copy of that. So now temperamental stereotypes. Let's start with the most anti ministry type of stereotype. Anti ministry phlegmatism is contradictory to ministry phlegmatism because the the person who is phlegmatic having no drive and therefore having no energy to fight where the Bible says we are fighting. And you want to your, your, your engine is more of resting and like sort of cooling just being around don't want to change things much. So you have to deny yourself, your phlegmatic self. And and if if you say no, no, no, get up now get up, get up, get up, get up. You can't lie down. You can't, you can't not change the Bob in the house, not pay the water bill, not pay anything, not work hard, not drive, not go out to witness, not take the decision to move them all from here to here to see a phlegmatic note that we should move the way we are having the church is not good. The church is not going there. OK, so move from here to here. You will see. You will be thinking about it for one year will pass. It's still analysing it just to move. And if you don't fight, you will be like that. Most of the phlegmatics who are in the ministry sense administer, most of them are failing. Yeah, most of them don't do well. Most, most of them don't do well. And the reason why the doer is not there's no demon that is affecting them. If he says and shall deny himself, he says no to yourself, to your phlegmatics, being how phlegmatic you are, No, no, today you want to take the seat later, so you wait for the phlegmatics. Oh, just just look, just look. Why? Why you hit that up? Why you always hit that up? Is it a phlegmatic sees a non phlegmatics when is trying to take yourself? Ampicillin, chloroquine, vitamin V complex, multivite and paracetamol. Yeah, syrup, everyone. I met the lady who had breast cancer with advanced stage 4 beds and they gave her some of that. Yeah. So when you are a pastor, you see the stereotypes and ask a, a, a, a pastor or an apostle sending out missionaries. I see the same just to decide to move their church from here to here. They will not do it. How to do this? They will not even listening, taking the decision. So buy a land, OK, Do this, get this forever and ever. They will be sitting there. This OK. When I came to the camp, the Lord spoke to me about it. They seem that I'm going to do it. In fact, I know that I should do it. They'll be there. #2 sanguine disorganisation, confusion of a sanguine inability to count an ad. Yes, if you don't fight it, one day somebody will accuse you of being a thief. Yeah, although you are not a thief, somebody will say you didn't count when when you are doing the calculus because it's all mixed up. They will suspect that Oh, you, you, you, you what? What you said this one was this is oh, OK, let let me check. No, it's a thief. It's a thief I'm talking to, you know, So your confusion or disorderly never finishing things. You can do PSD. You see that PSD? You won't finish. Should have finished. But you won't finish. Nothing finishes the business. You can't. You see the person is going here doing this. OK, I'm selling this. OK. We have what service? Where is the Prophet? We can't see the prophet. Everything is confused. Hey, if you marry a sanguine woman and you visit you visit the House of a Sanguinos lady, you will be very sad. The house is like a baller confusion. One day I went to the medical school to visit 2 Christians. 1 was a sanguine, 1 was a melancholic, and I didn't know which room, whose room is this or this. When I entered the room, I said, oh, oh, this room is for this person. And I entered and I was, so this room is for this person. You can see a Melapolis house when you enter, and you can see a sanguine's house. Yeah. One day I went to a very highly educated woman's house. When I sat in the house, I became very quiet. I became very quiet. I was with my wife. I became quiet. I felt a deep sorrow. So I was, I couldn't speak. So we we got out because it's one of the most confused and disorganized poverty. What it struck me was like deep poverty, but I was just quiet because I I just don't know. Maybe it's money. It's money. But when I left, I realized both the husband and wife, they are the highest level of everything. Then I started to this one guy, she is this and the man is also this, not the highest level. And I realized after that, who is that money? The woman is a sanguine. So that deep sorrow, it was a sorrow for poverty is tricking person. I couldn't speak. I said no, poverty has tricking them, but it wasn't the poverty. So that the sorrow lifted somewhere #3 melancholism. If you don't say no to over melancholism, a very melancholic person cannot be a good pastor because everybody has to be perfect to be arranged. We have 9:00. I said we are starting at 9 and you see that a lot of them will not be there at 9 and you start to close the door. In my church there is no messaging, there is no there is no disorganisation in my church. The church members will be few people that are perfect, that don't do bad things. We say, hey, we don't have no, no, no. Is it assured that you are watching a pornography on your phone out of the check? This is the holy ground. We don't accept evil years away. This is the holy ground. There is no bad person here. Out. You've gone to sleep with somebody. No one does. He slammed that out of the church. Look, if you do that, there will be nobody left. One day I went to visit one of my backsliding, my backsliding members, so that the person was fully, fully backsliding. The full engine was working for the backsliding. My last message when I left was when you finish, we will be waiting for you. When you finish everything, you come, we will be there. We will be there when you finish everything, the boy has left you. This has happened. You finish everything, come back. One day I saw one of my church members. She was a very good girl, nice girl, fluent. I I didn't knew her name then I traveled. When I came back I said where is she sister? She wasn't. I said Oh yeah, I want to say why she should be around. She was not around. So finally, they got her. And I saw, I said, ah, what is wrong? What is wrong? As she was sitting there, she was crying, Bishop, Bishop, I'm positive. Yeah, I'm positive. I travel and came on. She's positive. Yeah, I traveled and I came back HIV positive. She was weeping, her face was wet. I said come to me, my dear. She was crying and I said come, don't go away. The last time I heard, she has gone away again. Yeah, she's sharing it. Sharing it? Yeah. Listen, the people you will be a pastor of, they cannot be perfect. And some of them are late bloomers. Did I tell you about late bloomers? They do well later class one. They are not good Class 2. They are not good class 4. You see that 30 people in the class is always 2817. The highest is 18, highest is 18th, the highest is 18th. But later they start to do well. So there are some people they are late bloomers. Yeah, some of the pastors wives you see around, they look very whatever they are late bloomers if you have seen them in those days. Some of these fathers are wearing clothes, they are wearing Mama, they are coming. It's like look, they are doing Christian programmes for women and other programmes. They are my leg bloomers. If you have seen them earlier in those days, sucking penises of different types of people, I want to say so that you understand it. Yes, the alleged bloomers. I see a melancholic cannot stand late bloomers. It's like, no, it's too late, but I cannot take it. Bloom now or never. You must bloom now or never. Bloom you. I I can't accommodate you. Bloom now, Bloom now. One day I visited a certain path. I told him Your church is not growing because you are too melancholic. Everybody is a problem when this past assistant pastor come. You say the way you enter the room. You see, you don't enter that way when there are seniors. Yeah. The way you enter is is too fast. That is too fast. So if we cannot fight that, moving quickly, taking a decision, the the people that I've known who have taken bad decisions to divorce are all cholerics, all choleric women. Yeah, all caloric women. I've had enough. I can't take it. No, the choleric will decide and say, hey, I can see 1234 finish sign. I'm over. I cannot take this no longer. It's over. They take the decision. It's not always you move fast. And so if you move too fast, that's why you move too fast. You see, sometimes I've decided I love you. It's OK. I don't need to know your background. Just come. Let's. I mean, let's marry. It's over. I've seen you. I have. I have enough information. A good leader takes a decision. When all the information is in. It's over. I've taken a decision. I'll marry you. And to be sanguine, I mean, I've been some small sanguinity. Yeah. So I I like people that talk and bring happiness. Lighten because I'm very serious. Melancholic seriousness. So you 2, what are you as you are analysing me? What? What are you? Have you thought about yourself? That is a fight for the rest of your life, Yeah, like magic. Whatever you got to fight it #2 #3 we are fighting against without fighting for, isn't it now? We are fighting against gender stereotypes. Gender stereotypes. OK, now Galatians 328 says there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither born nor free, there is neither male nor female. For you are all one in Christ. Gender, is it not? Male and female, Yeah. So there are stereotypes of men and there are stereotypes of women, isn't it? Now what are the stereotypes of a man? Man stereotypes. A man cannot stay with one woman. It is more natural for a man to have a number of girls. It's natural because all the animals, none of them has one partner in the creation. Do you know a new house which has just chosen 1? No, it is more natural. I mean, those of you who are even married, don't you still notice beautiful girls every day you are married. And now that you are even married, you are using your standard to be assessing others. Yeah, so it's a picture, It's a pattern. So all your life you must fight it. That I will not be a man who is moving around from girl to girl. Yeah. That I can stay in my life with one person till I die, even though it's not easy. That it's a stereotype. You have to fight. Yeah, that's it. You just have to fight. You will fight it. And if you don't want to fight the good fight, you will just become. Some of your parents have two wives, isn't it? And children with different mouths. Some of you are the children. Either your mother was a girlfriend. Some of you, your mother was a wife. She was a woman with big bottoms and whatever. Going all over the place. I tell you she charmed your father when he was somebody's wife and you came out. But you can't even imagine her that way because we've grown up and you see her as an older lady, but you can't imagine how wild she was. Ask her to show you pictures. One day I went for a funeral of a of, of somebody who is who is the one laughing there? Why is she laughing? She should, she should share with us whatever revelation. Take the microphone to her and get ready with your water in case she's not going to speak well. I wasn't because when you said take my picture, someone posed like that, she was touching like a flower or something. That's why I laughed. It's what she's saying making sense. One more chance, and then it's over. During the break we were taking pictures outside and then we were like some people take pictures, buy flowers and everything like it's nice. So when Bishop said taking pictures and then she posed like she was holding a flowers. So what does that have to do with what I was saying? This is your last chance. What does it have to do with what I was saying? Bishop because, he said, taking wild pictures. And like, imagine like your mother like. So when you taking those pictures so that in future your children can. No. Please. Is that what you are doing? Is that what? No, Please, No, Please. No, Please. No. Thank you. OK. If you are too aggressive, you are too aggressive. I have pardoned her presidential pardon. OK. Another stereotype is that a man cannot be faithful to his wife. Isn't it true? Many of us say, I have never seen a man who is faithful to his wife before. So all your life you have to find that picture. Is it not true? Yeah, another. Another thing is that many men cannot be helpless. Many men cannot help another man. Most of my helpless are women. They do what I say when I say this, They do when I say this. They do it. The men don't do it. They are mobile. And because of that, they cannot prosper because they don't have the grace to be on their own, because the man wants to be a it's like the head antelope. And when we next time we go to Kenya, you see the antelopes walking there and you see that all of them without horns. And then one of them has horns. That's the male. They are all women with Wormans. I did. And the men don't. Only one man who wants to be the head. Everybody else is his wife. Like I told you, you don't have one man with one woman. So all the other males who are don't have any wife, you see them moving together. Also, they don't have anywhere to go inside bachelor's class. OK, right. And the woman stereotypes? What are their stereotypes? Quarrelsome, jealous accusations. Jealous. You can't allow more people in your life. This is my mum and don't come here. I've chosen him and he has also chosen me. And I know you because I'm a woman myself and I don't trust to your wife. He's impressed with you. But I know you. I know you. I know. And I'm not impressed. And I will sort you out. Listen, I don't want you to take me. Wow. Yeah. It's not a good stereotype. He cannot be a good pastor's wife. Why is he talking to the people? Why is it if I wasn't talking to you, where would you be? Where would you be? If I wasn't talking to you, where would you be? Somebody doesn't love you and care for you. Where would you be? You don't want others to come, but others, others for chop some others must also be blessed. The way you are talking, the way you are talking. I mean, it's it's Christian love and all that. But you see, I can feel, you see, I know that I'm a woman. That's a stereotype woman. And it's a Woman's World. You know, if you don't have time, you don't have time for me. See me, we can write all the things you say before you even start. I can give you a sheet so that you just coach, shall I give you a sheet so that when you marry, you caught it? You just originally a pageant caught it. Why? What are you? Where did you go over there? Can I see your phone? Can I see your phone, please? Who is this? Why did she write I love you at the end of the test? Why did she write I love you? What? What is she to you? Will you shut up over there? Have you not also sent a text to your pastor? Now you are a woman. So you see, the stereotypes are there. So you realize you become a carbon copy of something that you saw earlier and you didn't like yourself. You didn't like it because it was ugly, and you've become that. So you have to fight that picture and you have to fight against it all your life because maybe God hasn't even given you anything bad. He's rather giving you something good. But you fight the good thing as though it is one of the bad things. But it's actually the good one. Yeah. You fight the good one as though it's the bad one. You thought it was the bad one. It's not the bad. It's a completely different version. Then you fought it and turned it into an enemy. So you've got to be careful. So all your life you're going to be fighting stereotypes. Yeah. Are you listening to me? The next one you must fight against national stereotypes, national and tribal and familial stereotypes. Titles Chapter one, verse 12 themselves even a prophet of their own said that the Christians are always liars, evil beasts, slow bellies, This witness is true. The Christians are always liars, evil beasts, and slow bellies, this witness is true. Wherefore rebuild them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith. Now every country or tribe has a stereotype, true or not true. And you know the stereotypes already. Let's start with national ones. What do Nigerians say about Ghanaians? They are poor and proud. Poor and proud and what else? Boring. They are boring. They are what? Slow, slow, Hazan time conscious? They are not. Now that is what that is what Nigerians say about Ghania. Oh really? I didn't know that. OK, so it's like Ghanians are like phlegmatics. It's like a nation of phlegmatics and Nigeria is a nation of cholerais, doesn't it? I want to guarantee about Nigerians they are deceptive. Deceptive. They are too forceful, too forceful, too aggressive, too aggressive. They are not straightforward, not straightforward. They are what thieves. They are thieves 419, 419 corrupt, corrupt. Did you? They are liars. Too loud. They want too loud too loud. OK, so you see, everybody has a bad thing about the other one. Now listen, this is a stereotype. And when you say a stereotype, so if you want a Ghanaian, OK, you must fight not to be slow, not to be boring, not to be proud and not to be poor. Sure. Because if you go to London, all right, and you meet Ghanaians and Nigerians, you will find that the Ghanaians are poor, poorer. Fora Virgin Atlantic has stopped coming to Ghana, but it continues to go to Nigeria. Yeah. Because it's not economically viable for them to be coming here. We, we don't have enough things for them to to come and waste their time here. It's true. And we are slow, isn't it? Too slow? Boring, isn't it? Yeah. We form a committee and do what? We just form a committee. All right, So you must prevent. You must, you must avoid that picture. Yeah. And and and Ghanaians can easily be cheated because they just sit back and they are just laid back. Yeah. Are you listening to me? Yeah. Recently when I traveled, I was on Delta Airs. I wouldn't advise anybody to ever fly on Delta Airs Airways. Yeah, I'll choose any other airline apart from Delta and the way they treated us when they were, when they were mistreating us. I said no, if there was a Nigerian here, this would never happen, never on this earth what they did to us. Yeah. So at the last minute, I remembered that guns migrated from Nigeria. And I rose and I said hey. I said if there was a Nigerian here, they will never, never, never, never do this. Even the weight when you travel on British Airways and this other, they give a different weight when you are going to Nigeria, when you are coming to Ghana, a different weight. The Nigerians were routed against that thing. No, you cannot put out this small weight that you are bringing us on the suitcases and so on. They changed it. Yeah, they treated us like animals. Delta Airways, they treated us like animals. Yeah. So my small Nigerian blood came and I went to route them and they called the police to arrest me. By the time the police came, I had finished routing. Yeah, so you'll never do that to a Nigerian. You don't do that. Nigerians amongst us, what do they say about you? You are deceptive. Stealing. Now let's talk about the serious ones. Corrupt, swerving or audiuk not straightforward. So all your life, all your life, you must find that picture that I am not like that, that that is just your number one fight. If you are Nigerian, if I was a Nigerian, that would be my number one thing. That thing should never be associated with me swerving, lying, feeling corrupt, anything. These type of things. Never. Yeah. Dribbling, number one. Dribblers of the world. That's all. Just like you see in every stereotype. This is pragmatic. I want to fight that thing if it is male or female. I will fight. If it's national, you fight it. Just fight it. Just prevent it. Don't swear. Don't, don't, don't do anything like this. You can't see. You say you are a Christian, you do this. It's something else who happened before you realize it's something different. One day we went to Nigeria and a brother, a Ghanaian, but they are still there for 20 years. He said to stay here you need only one thing. Always expect something, a change, something that will be different will just change. He said, If you, if you remember that you can stay here. They said, oh, for instance, I, he just gave us this today. I went to buy roofing sheets. I went to buy roofing sheets in the market. When I go to say this one is this price, this one, this price, this one when I came, so this one is cheaper. And I look at it and say, yeah, this one is better. And the guy told me this is better, this cheaper. I'll give you, I'll give you as it was. Oh, then he said that he remembered always expect something somewhere. This is something that is going to turn. He said just as he was paying something said she checked and he realized he checked something. He realized that the roofing sheet that he is buying, it is a different thickness completely from the other ones. Yeah, I wouldn't know if it wasn't for that mine. I would. And I realized that that is why it's cheaper. Yeah, it's not the same because I was just listen, the mind is, oh, I'll give you 100. He was about to remember. Expect something, a trick. They say something somewhere. So if you are a Nigerian all your life, because you know that worldwide, worldwide is an international reputation, No. And it is so bad, it is so bad, it is so bad that if you are a very straightforward Nigerian, you see my mother told me my father used to drive to Nigeria from Ghana many, many years ago. She so she told me Nigeria was not as it is at all. Nigeria was a completely different country from how you know it today, because a peaceful country. She had a German, a friend who was married to a Nigerian. They used to visit them in Nigeria. Yeah, they're peaceful and a nice place. When they found oil, the whole country changed.
